Two 18 ounce New York Strips from the @palmrestaurant seasoned with @maldonsalt (smoked sea salt) and wild caught Atlantic salmon on cedar plank seasoned with some olive oil, salt and pepper. All cooked for about 30 minutes at 225 degrees on the @biggreenegg and it was delicious.
