~what programs do i use???~

now, i know no one really asks this but im gonna say this anyway.

for my art, on pc i use both firealpaca and krita! i use alot of custom krita brushes which i cant keep up with soooo sorry im not gonna say every single brush pack i have there lol

i use fireaplaca for basic lineart and i use round pen 1 usually with 20 size, and mostly for bfb art i use g pen 1 with 15 size since its very close to the original bfb lineart.

on mobile i use ibis paint x and i also use alot of custom pens there which i ALSO cant keep up with so yea lmao

for music i use FL studio 21's free version.

My Fic Recs

South Park

Ladies and Gentlemen We Are Floating In Space (gremlinteeth)–(Creek-complete(137k)–this is quite literally the greatest fic in existence. ‘but South Park is cring–’ shut your mouth, get over it, and read this masterpiece. The character/relationship development, worldbuilding, symbolism, characterization?? I still get emotional listening to “Wouldn’t It Be Nice.” by The Beach Boys.... Like what?!? I cannot wait for the day that I have forgotten enough of this fic that I can reread it again properly. IDC what fandom you’re from read this fic.

Me, You, And Time(HelplessRomantic_2)--(Creek-complete(13k))--There are a lot of fics on Craig and Tweek’s development using canon moments in the show and I think this one does it best. Characterization, realism, character/relationship development, friend group dynamics. It’s just a great fic overall. Love it

Family Is What You Make Of It(Mareepysheepy)--Creek-complete(17k))--This fic is unbelievable. It’s an absolute masterpiece of a take on the Tucker family dynamic and how Tweek has fit into their lives. The unconditional love they have for each other and Tweek’s support for Craig. It’s one of my favorite Tucker family fics and the writing itself is phenomenal

Life In Color (BlameCanada)-@blame-canada-Creek-Complete(2k)--This is so artistically written and underappreciated. It’s a shorter one-shot, but their ability to take Craig’s monotonous descriptions to show how his worldview and outlook literally change with Tweek around is beautiful. Gives me that chest achy lovey feel and cannot get enough

Your Eyes, My Nose (PinkFan_Gurl)-@pinkfan-gurl-Creek-Incomplete(75k)-I admit, I was a little hesitant at first because babies, but I gave it a chance and OH my god I’m so glad. The writing style is fantastic, the characterization is phenomenal, there are unique relationship dynamics, and most importantly we get dopey Craig who is so in love with Tweek it’s embarrassing. I flip out when I see there's an update in my inbox. Not complete, but still updates 🙂

A Beautiful Sight, We’re Happy Tonight (@tlinrookie)-Creek-Complete(13k)--I am so obsessed with this fic, it's just so fucking good and one of my favs. Post-high school hook-up into insecure/awkward flirting? It’s so well done and realistic as a concept that if someone told me this actually happened to them in college I’d believe it. I love that in my fics. And once again, awkward blushy Craig <3

press pause (pink2d)--Creek-complete(13k)--Just Craig overwhelmed with his newly developing feelings through fantastic writing and emotional description. He just wants to kiss his boyfriend but can’t stop overthinking literally everything. I LOVE the author’s use of little details and actions to show love and build up on Craig’s end, gives you a chest achy emotion

Anyone Else But You(@fruitloopzed)-Creek-Complete(3k)--One of my fav meet cutes. I’m always a sucker for love at first sight, but Craig seeing a cute boy at five-years-old and his first instinct being to rizz them up with red racer? What a concept. Genius. It’s so cute and actually writes them in character for their age which is well done

Nervous young inhumans(tweakers)-Creek-Incomplete(136k)@tweakerist--Have you ever wanted Craig to be hopelessly in love, but literally everyone and their grandma knows except him? Well, I have the fic for you! lmao seriously tho Craig is an idiot. but his and Tweek’s relationship dynamic/development is so good. I will reread some interactions like ten times cause they’re so cute and funny. So if you also like dialogue/interactions sign yourself up. It’s incomplete, but author updates regularly!

More Trouble Than You’re Worth(@voidjelli)–Amanene-Complete(183k)- Have you ever wanted as many fanfic tropes as possible shoved into one beautifully written fic? Well I've got the story for you! lol I’m personally obsessed with ‘he’s so in love with her it’s pathetic’ so this fic kills me. The writing is phenomenal and the characterization/relationship buildings are amazing. I’m a sucker for good friendships and fun group dynamics which this fic is filled with AND there’s a prequel Last Call(7k)

Undertow(Kawffee)-@kawff33-Amanene-Complete(96k)--The amount of effort and research that must have gone into this fic astounds me. Like a mystery/romance with a small-town island setting, Nene doing Orca research? I learned so much. The writing is astounding, the concept is fantastic, it was so fun to read, and I’m amazed it exists as just a fanfic tbh

what i think the mercs got put on death row for

(please keep in mind that i couldn't find much info about death sentences in New Mexico in the 60s-70s but the info i did find is being used to make this as realistic as possible)

(also emesis blue lore states that they were put on death row, idk if this complies w/ canon or not but whatever its a cool concept)

Demoman: aircraft piracy resulting in death. him and soldier thought it would be good ol' fun to do this to celebrate a victory after a battle. only reason solider didn't get caught for this too was bc he jumped out of the gottamn plane and demo was too mf wasted to flee the scene as well. now its something they both look back on fondly. good times.

Engie: murder related to a drug trafficking offense. idk why but i hc him as being a recovering addict. he stopped once he saw what it made him do and how it was affecting his loves ones (i am projecting) the team celebrates the anniversary of him going sober every year.

Heavy: alr heavy is a fuckin badass so he definitely did some fucked up murder but it was to protect his family. could possibly be involved with solider's 1st charge too. aka solider involuntarily got him wrapped up in it because he wanted to show heavy some good old fashioned american fun. heavy did not approve

Medic: bffr we all know what this bitch was in for. bro got a lil too loosey goosey with his intentional medical malpractice resulting in multitudes of murder. he does not care. he will do it again.

Pyro: terrorism. they didn't mean to tho.

Scout: i firmly believe he has killed. he just fucking lost it at one point and beat someone to death in a public setting. he freaked out afterwards and it messed him up for awhile after it. nobody brings it up and scout pretends like it never happened. my source? i was there i was the one he beat to death.

Soldier: kidnapping the president/treason. he tried to represent himself in court which didn't go over spectacularly. his reasoning was that he thought if he beat the other potential kidnappers to it, the president would be safer than ever. he doesnt understand how this is betraying his country, he literally was protecting its most important member????? heavy was involved in this as well because solider told him that they were going on a little boys night outing. heavy was confused why this boys night consisted of only 2 men and took place at the whitehouse.

Sniper: tbh simple murder charge. i think this guy has a lot going on and he just genuinely enjoys killing. hes the quiet, reserved type and used to working on his own which is part of the reason why he doesn't care as much about winning as he does killing. nothing else gives him the same pleasure.

Spy: you saw this one coming. espionage. idc if its basic or lazy but all the other capital punishment-worthy crimes are too low-down and dirty for him to take a stab at them. he sticks to what hes good at. also there was that one guy who was executed who made the "french fries" joke but im making it again bc its my post. french fries lmao.

also the 15 year old girl he dated, and was engaged to, had catholic parents who were fine with it... funny how in a lot of cases religion (mainly christians/catholics idk and idc what the differences are) and pedophelia go together huh

He was also always super evasive whenever people asked about his relationship with piquet's wife... I reckon he fucked her and that's part of why Piquet hated him but thats speculation on my part

Also he lost his virginity when he was 13 to a prostitute his 20 year old cousin found in a nightclub. So.... there's that ( in no way is that his fault tho obv)

He reacted super badly to a joke piquet made about him being gay so he may have been a lil homophobic around the edges (but most of them were probably anyway)

So, I have decided to formally retire from FireAlpaca and will not be revisiting any of my old works made on that app (just because of personal preference). SO, I've decided to share some of my favorite WIPs that I had hoped to finish once upon a time lol.

Here's another of my OC. I was going to make a super cool battle illustration with super cool effects and super cool lighting and I gave up almost instantly lol. SHE HAS NO WRISTS!!

This is one I made for Drawfest 2, like, 2 years ago now, I think. I thought it was coming along kinda nice except I couldn't get the perspective to look right so my character ended up looking huge lmao.

Here's ANOTHER of my OC. This one is really old lol. I've redesigned her now and I don't use this shading style anymore, so I retired this profile picture really early on.

Ok, last one of this OC. This was going to be one of many sprites that I was making to use in videos and stuff, but I, once again, lost my motivation hehe. Looks REALLY bad tho so idc.

Pico jumpscare I got really into Pico's school way back when and never saw any fanart for his death screen. So I wanted to try my hand at it. Got through the lineart before I decided I didn't like it and was not skilled enough to salvage it so I gave up. Might redraw this in the future though!

This was going to be a picture of Gregory and Freddy from FNaF Security Breach (made this around the time the game came out), but I quickly realized I couldn't draw animatronics and quit lol. You can kinda see the stripe on Gregory's shirt, but my sketching abilities back then were awful so it's a little hard.

ASJKFHSABFHJBF I ALMOST FORGOT I WAS DRAWING HIMMM!! This bean is a character from To Your Eternity, an anime I randomly found on Netflix once and fell in love with (I quit at the weird scene in the prison tho, remind me to finish it). HE WAS SO CUTE I JUST HAD TO DRAW HIM <3 Also this isn't the ball, this is the boy. I just didn't get to his eyes.

MULTIFANDOM IDEAAAAA

So me and my sister were talking a few years ago, and I think one of us misspoke and said "Coffee shot" instead of "Coffee shop," so this AU was born.

It's a coffee shop called the Coffee Shot staffed by characters that love guns and have guns and shoot guns and I love them. The shop is frequented by characters from other franchises (in this case Danganronpa), and it's got the best coffee and the best theming you've ever seen >:)

This one was based on Pinterest lol. I have boards for both of these franchises, but they kept wanting to save these two characters to each other's boards lol. SO I wanted to make a style swap with them! Didn't end up finishing it, though, but I do want to come back to it!

This first one is actually the second piece of fanart I ever did for this game, but I quit really quick because I SCREWED UP TAKA'S HAIR AND DIDN'T WANNA REDO IT BECAUSE EVERY TIME I TRIED IT LOOKED FUNKY SO NOW HE'S JUST FUZZY. AND THE BACKGROUND EWWW I FORGOT IT LOOKED LIKE THIS

And then this one is of the same two characters but based on a fanfic I read once. It was a Beauty and the Beast one. It was really fun to read. I liked it. It's on Wattpad if you're interested. I quit on this picture really quick tho. Made the sketch on Photoshop 2 years ago, transferred the sketch to FireAlpaca, then realized the sketch sucked and didn't bother trying again.

There's all my sketches. The ones that I'm willing to share, that is.

Let this be a lesson that not all of your pictures are going to go the way you want to. Your sketches are going to be messy, your lineart isn't going to match up, your colors are going to look funky, and your shading is going to want to make you rip out your hair sometimes.

I think what's important is to make sure that all that stuff doesn't discourage you.

If you give up all together, you'll never know what you'd've been able to produce if you hadn't.

If a picture isn't working for you, find out why. Then quit that picture, practice, and come back. You'll be able to compare yourself to your own art instead of other people's, which will give you a clearer sense of how far you've come.

i personally don’t care what influencers or celebrities say about any social or political issue most of them are dumb and don’t know what they’re talking about, but tbh i understand where people who want them to speak up are coming from obviously no one is expecting influencers or celebrities to actually go fight in the war and stop it lol it’s about spreading the word using their influence to spread information about what’s happening most of us don’t watch the news but we watch YT and insta stories and tiktoks etc they have an insane amount of influence that’s why brands pay them thousands and thousands of dollars (millions if they’re celebrities) just to talk about their products for 3 seconds lmao and people want them to use that influence for something good for once instead of always selling us shit we don’t need. remember when Taylor Swift influenced 2 million people to go vote just because she posted one insta story! so asking them to speak up about important issues can lead to positive outcomes because of their huge influence on society, i personally don’t care but i completely understand why people want them to speak about it, it’s really not that crazy

respectfully, that's the problem tho. idk how old you are, so i don't want to come across rude or anything. but a random entertainer's job is not to inform you on the news going on around the world. do your own research. sure, snc talking about palestine would bring *maybe* a couple more eyes to it. but you would also have to be living under a rock to not know what's happening in gaza. you would have to be purposefully ignoring what's happening over there to not know what's going on.

Zoro: I think Zoro is like. THE posterboy for demisexual. demisexual, demiromantic, the whole thing, I don't think gender makes much of a difference to him in terms of attraction but he's gotta know you and trust you, he's gotta be invested first or he just doesn't think of folks that way.

Sanji: the ultimate bisexual disaster case. He and Ace and Shanks all attend the same "gorgeous pitiful bisexual disaster" support group, as a small aside.

2: otp

other than x me...

Zoro: I think probably ZoLu or ZoSan, tho likely leaning more in the direction of Luffy based solely on ration of Fics I Have Chosen to Read lmao. There is just something about the way they met and it took Zoro exactly 24 business hours to be like "my life and my sword for your cause," the way they just. get each other, half the time without even needing to speak, the softness and solidarity of it all. Just gets me, ya know.

Sanji: SanLu or ZoSan (are you sensing a pattern lmfao). In general maaaybe SanLu bc like. I think Sanji is very much inside himself about his own worth and place in the world, and Luffy is like. Relentless (as he is with everyone he loves and cares for) about reaching down into that pit and pulling Sanji out into the sun over and over again and there's just smth really lovely about that. Monster Trio OT3 is lovely soft times I feel.

3: brotp

Zoro: Chopper oh my god. He's the lil dude's big brother, his dad, his bestie, please listen to me every MOMENT of their interactions breathes new life into my rotten dusty soul. Also Nami, they met and were like "ah. my long lost sibling. what if I killed you" and have such a wonderful dynamic.

Sanji: Chopper also, tho not quite to the degree that Zoro is. Also, altho probably a controversial opinion, I really like his relationship with Robin. I don't wanna spoil anything (in case you or anyone reading is watching/gonna watch) but there's a particular arc in which the only person more relentless than he is about bringing her home is Luffy, like. I think he's a wonderful sweet boy all around but smth about his gentleness with Robin really warms my heart.

4: notp

Zoro: Nami, they are just. SO so sibling coded to me like. Perona for the same reason tbph, they're Mihawk's adopted goth siblings and I can't really extricate that from my brain. Mihawk. For that matter. That's basically his dad. (Not yucking anyone's yum idc what other people ship tbph but I don't like these ones personally)

Sanji: I've just sat here staring into space for like five minutes trying to think of smth. I haven't seen much of anything for him that really yucks me out (unless I'm just blanking which like. happens. I have the brain of a 90 year old), but I guess like. Not notp-levels exactly but I don't really get SanUsopp or SanLaw? The latter might just be a "wait til you get to Wano" situation like so many other things, but yeah.

5: first headcanon that pops into my head

Zoro: saw a post a while back that was someone's headcanon about Zoro lending out his earrings to his crewmates for like. especially dangerous missions, or to give them a lil confidence boost, or as a promise that he would make it back from something scary, and that's stuck in my brain so hard its basically canon for me, so yeah.

Sanji: I think he's basically a nutritionist in everything but paper certification, above and beyond just making sure his crew is fed and goes to bed with full tummies he is SO dialed in to what they like and what their systems are sensitive to and what they need for training/devil fruit powers/etc like. It's not just "here I have made this hearty delicious meal that covers all the food groups" he makes a bunch of different meals catered to everyone's needs, he gets it.

6: favorite line from this character

Zoro: "That's what it means to be Captain, isn't it. Don't lose yourself. If you waver, who can we trust?"

Sanji: "Leave this guy's key to me, I'll do what you cant do; you do what I can't do. Think carefully! Read the situation. If you're here, there's got to be a way Robin-chan can be saved! Usopp!"

7: one way in which I relate to this character

Zoro: TERMINAL sleepyhead disorder. Tired all the time, sleeping in the background of every scene.

Sanji: I'm capable and competent while simultaneously having no sense of self-worth whatsoever. ya know.

8: thing that gives me second hand embarrassment about this character

Zoro: Where!!! Is he ever going??? He gets lost while MAKING EYE CONTACT WITH THE SHIP. MULTIPLE TIMES. Babygirl beloved I'm BEGGING you rn...

Sanji: I mean. I'm just gonna say Fishman Island and leave it at that. (They brought him back from the timeskip a completely different person and I'm STILL waiting for him to return from the war...)

9: cinnamon roll or problematic fave?

They're BOTH cinnamon rolls in my heart, but I am aware like. Sanji technically falls into the problematic fave category for like. myriad reasons.

Thirteen Era Rewatch: Once, Upon Time

I'm re-watching Thirteen's era in lead up to the Centenary and since this is likely going to be my last full re-watch for a while I thought I'd do a post on each ep where I just go over all the things I love, hate or just have some general thoughts on.

When S13 aired I made a posts similar to this after re-watching each ep before the next one came out. The Once, Upon Time post can be found HERE.

I love the first scene where we find out what 13 is thinking. Pretty cool

This scene has always shat me up bc I feel like we barely ever see Yaz laugh and here she’s fully laughing idek. I know it’s not Actually Yaz which ofc adds to why her vibe is different but idk something about it gets me

One time someone genuinely said that this moment was Chib spreading some kind of agenda about how there’s something wrong with ppl who aren’t married and I was like…she’s clearly just messing with him/flirting a bit are you actually braindead

Yaz why is your coworker getting all up in your business like that hm

This actually kills me

I love when the Tunnel guy rocks up ngl

So Yaz is defo in her future house, right? I wonder if it will come back in PotD or if will end up just being a potential future of hers and she doesn’t actually end up there. I think seeing it again would be really cool tbh

Cutting between 13 and Fugitive is cool. Also showing Fugitive while saying this line was a Choice if ever I’ve seen one

I kinda wish we saw more Fugitive in that scene, like once it’s established that 13 is there re-living it, we cut to seeing Fugitive all the time but also I do like the cutting between both so meh it’s not the end of the world

Old swarm looks gross as fuck tbh

I love that switching between 13 and Fugitive kinda shows the differences in them. Like when 13 is threatening Swarm and Azure she comes off as way more aggressive whereas Fugitive is just calm as fuck saying what needs to be said idk. It’s cool

Not to be going on about missing shots lmao but there’s no way all those Cybermen missed their shots AND Bel managed to kill them all. I’m not a freak so idc that much but I do think it’s kinda funny

I like that we know why Vinder was sent out there and I like that part the Grand Serpent plays in it but idk why the GS needs to be in the series anymore than that tbh. Idk. I can’t fully remember what part he plays in the next few eps so I guess we’ll see if I change my mind

Obsessed with how desperate she is here. Also the way Yaz says ‘all right’ after. Ugh. Like we know Yaz has been getting annoyed with the Doctor this series but she’s still trying her best to help even tho 13 keeps shutting her out

‘Reintroduced’… So, she was the one who let Swarm escape? Is that right? Am I dumb? Bc when I watched 13.01 I was like well why did he choose now to escape, like what changed. But I guess this is it lmao

Do as you’re told !! Also love that Dan doesn’t listen to what she says straight away bc he doesn’t really know her and like doesn’t care as much about what she’s telling him to do

I also don’t get how she hasn’t seen Vinder in ages but she is pregnant and not even showing. Like I know she’s not human so maybe it works a bit differently but idk, it’s a bit off

This ep has never been my fave of the series but idk. I don’t really have anything massive to complain about. It’s cool. I think it does pretty good at switching between each memory. At one point I used to think Bel and Vinder’s story was a waste of time bc it’s not massively plot related and part of me does still think that a bit, like I know that’s how serialised shows work, introducing different stories, but like, it’s not fully necessary is it. I don’t mind it too much tho bc I do agree that not every story NEEDS to be related massively to the plot and I do like the stuff with Bel and Vinder but

lso time taken away from 13 Yaz and Dan is never gonna be 10/10 in my book

club penguin rambles

there are a LOT of images bc the post is abt cp outfits. but also a ton of text bc i talk way too much. also I POSTED THIS ON THE WRONG ACC. I POSTED IT ON MY THEME TESTING BLOG BY ACCIDENT SO I HAD TO REPOST THIS. its the 11pm brain fog getting to me

okay so club penguin released a new clothing catalogue for november and here's my hippie fall outfit i came up with. it's designed around the sweater bc i thought the sweater was super cute but there wasn't any other hand item except guitar that really matched with the outfit. and like yes i could have it without the guitar (which i did do to take the 2nd pic) but i wanna equip a hand item!!! which sounds really stupid bc it is stupid but i'm picky and idc. the sweater IS adorable tho like look at it, its got little puffles on it and shit!!!! fucking adorable!!! and the colour is so pretty and nice too :3c i would buy that sweater if it existed irl. also look at the cool ass ghost puffle!!! their name is goober LMAO i dont rmb why i named them that. i think i was thinking like goofy goober but i already have an orange puffle named goofy ah so i guess thats why i just named this ghost puffle goober? genuinely i have no fucking clue. but i'm gonna keep them around cuz they look dope as fuck and also they match my penguins purple skin colour which i think is neat.

other outfits

since i am making a post abt cp outfits i also decided to add my previous outfits (that i have screenshots of) to this post too just to archive them so i can come back in 10 yrs and be like wow 16 yr old me had horrible fashion taste. (i hope tumblr is still around in 10 yrs. i mean, its lasted 15 yrs, so like whats another 10 right?)

for context:

the first one is one of my earliest outfits which i made with help & advice from moose bc i suck at fashion (thank u moose). i think it looks cool, tho there wasnt like a theme or anything that i was going for. i just liked the hair + jacket and wanted to make an outfit with it lol

the pizza one is from the pizza party event. do not ask me why they had a pizza party event. i have no idea. anyway it was really stupid but fun and i suck at the pizzatron 3000 minigame. i wanted to use a mouse for it but my mom took my mouse when she took my gaming pc so i had to use mac trackpad to play and boy it was Not good. also i gave my puffle jellybean a sombrero which i know is mexican and pizzas are from italy but i didnt know what else to give him!!! plus he looks really stupid cuz the sombrero is massive which i think is cute. oh yea, also i met rookie during the pizza party and i wanted to equip his background but my penguin covers half of rookies body and it didnt look good so i ended up going for this bg instead. its kinda lame but whatever, i still got to meet rookie and thats all that matters <3 (btw, for context, theres lots of npc mascots in the game and every so often they "come online" (its just a bot walking around really) and if u join the same area as them, u get a stamp + bg gift. i met rookie & jetpack guy during the pizza party and got their stamps and gifts but i love rookie more lol, hence why i wanted to use his bg. its too sad it didnt fit nicely bc i think its a p cool bg but oh well)

the bottom two are just variations of each other. basically for the sept or oct catalogue (i forgot which), the cp team added a bunch of punk stuff and i bought all of it bc it actually looked dope as hell. the one on the left came first but i didnt rlly vibe w the hair which is why i ended up changing it. also, the wings are a neck item which is why the first outfit doesn't have the dog tags even tho i wanted them. couldn't have both ): anyway, the second one came about after i got to meet cadence during the music party and i LOVE cadence (i had a massive crush on her when i was younger. like literally shes so pretty?!!) so i got rid of the raven wings so u can see her face in the bg. i can't lie i do think the bg is a bit lame bc its completely empty on the right which makes it feel kinda unbalanced, also u can see i have the cadence signature pin equipped. u can't change the positioning of the pin which sucks bc i would've put it on the right if i could but oh well. and yea i added the dog tags since no more wings. i accidentally clicked jellybean before taking this pic so it sent him home LMAOOO and i couldnt be bothered to get him back at the time so thats why hes missing from the pic. overall i think this outfit is def my favourite, the vibes are just so good. i love punk. oh and also the vampire teeth are bc the catalogue was mainly a halloween theme and well, they looked cool lol

for the record, jellybean is my favourite puffle hence why hes in all these pics. idk why but i just love white puffles, theyre so adorable and smiley despite being shy. also white puffles are slightly smaller than all other puffles which makes them 10x cuter. but i'm gonna keep goober around for a while just cuz they look cool as fuck. but i'll prob switch over back to jellybean when its closer to xmas. anyway its now 1120pm (i spent like half an hour writing this) so im going to sleep. goodnight

Not to post too much ooc content rn but. I'll probs end up just focusing on asks until my energy settles for threads. Save for maybe some smaller stuff on discord. I don't have any prediction on how my energy is gonna do the next few days so the last ooc post still stands on the fact i might just lurk for the most part.

Everything is okay and will be. I just lose energy to socialize and do things i enjoy easily so I'm just trying to account for that.
