You’d say that it was a joke if you didn’t see those eyes and that smile. You’re not obsessed and addicted to serial killers without knowledge. No. You could only keep this self of you that hidden because you adapted some skills these serial killers use to blend in and be ‘normal’ like theyy haven’t killed, only you use it to hide your interest

You were attracted to serial killers, now there’s one that was holding you, presumably in his hunting and killing ground, confessing his love(?) to you and wanted to court you. Though the biggest question you had was, “Why did you confess?”

“My dear dear unusual soul, my feelings for you are like a raging ocean. What started as mere interest became fondness. Even now,” Alastor’s grin widened as his eyes narrowed to make way, “You have that spark in your eyes instead of fear. I love that about you. I love you.”

Was it Christmas or your birthday? Or was this April Fool’s? All in one? It was no sick joke. Alastor jokes and all, but this was a serious matter

This had to be your luck all put into one. Not only was he the serial killer that held your interest the longest, but you also cared for his civilian self. The previous killers that held your interest was over once the case was over or once you had figured them out from every perspective. Maybe it was because Alastor was the one killer that you connected as a person?

The tightened hold of your smaller hands brought you back to reality, your killer was waiting for your response. “My darling, your answer? May I court you? Will you be mine and in turn I yours?”

“Yes, you may.” Your voice came out firmer than your current rush of emotions. You hardly caught yourself when Alastor got up in the blink of an eye and twirled you around, dancing with you under the moonlight as he sang you a train of petnames and how he was glad there’d be no drastic measures taken to receive your interest

Changes were made, namely you had Alastor’s attention a lot more than the unspoken meet-ups you two shared. He’d be at your place, waiting for you by the door with a bouque of flowers and a poem to woo you, he’d back you home when you were done with work, all that romantic stuff. It had the jealous fans at a frenzy as they watched from somewhere or happened to see it

Though, you weren’t complaining

“Filthy thing, you better say away from Alastor! We’re destined for each other! You break of with him if you know what’s good for you! I’d kill you for him!” You merely keep your face neutral as you listened to the death threats, please, words are cheap and actions. Actions speak louder than words

“Darling! Sorry to kept you waiting!” Alastor burst through the front door with a smile, beaming happily like always, but more. You waved it off, saying you didn’t wait long. You had been sitting in the living room enjoying tea with a book on dissection, you recall Jack the Ripper had those skills. “Come, dear, I have something to show you.”

He’d lead you down a well hidden staircase to a soundproof basement, holding your hand like a gentleman so you wouldn’t trip from the darkness. He playfully covered your eyes, saying it was s surprise gift. You half joked if he was leading you to a room prepared to be your torture chamber to which he replied, “Oh heavens no! I wouldn’t even dream of it, dear. Your beauty is not to be locked up in this dingy place.”

When he finally removed his hand, he showed you with jazz hands at your gift

Alastor watched like a hawk. He debetted whether or not he should show something like this to you. But your case files you stored like precious family heirloom proved him otherwise. You weren’t afraid of blood and gore. He even once tested it when he brought you back into the forest, showing you how he hunted his favourite prey, deers. You were watching intensely as he cut the shot deer up, even whispering if that was how he did with his other prey

Your keen and observant eyes would catch onto details like no other. A skill even he couldn’t match to your degree and he considered and was praised for his preciseness. It was a skill you kept to yourself, you explained that’s why you’d return to previous crime scenes or where the bodies were found, because you’d find some clues that were missed

“Why didn’t you tip the authorities?” He remember asking when you added that you never phone the police even when finding something very very incrimadating. You answer saying you didn’t want to, you knew good and bad, right and wrong. It was right to tell the police, but it felt wrong for you to betray your interest, that being serial killers and their art. He fell for you all over again

However, he didn’t like that you gave so much of your time and energy to other serial killers. Sure now he had you, what if there was someone more interesting and you turn to that instead of him like you are doing now? He was lucky that he was the first serial killer you met during active moments. Hell, you were lucky you were never preyed upon

“There was one time where I tracked an active serial killer to his place. I was knocked out before I could investigate more. When I woke up, I was tied up and he wanted my eyes, wanted me to feel the pain and agony while I was tortured.” Oh how furious when he hear that but continued to listen. “As much as it’s a dream to be killed by a serial killer, I wasn’t feeling that ‘spark’ with that one and I escaped. After that, I phoned the authorities anonymously.”

“Why was he different? Won’t you feel like a betrayal?”

That look in your eyes when you remarked, it sent him a shiver while his smile widened at your words. “He wasn’t ‘the one’ and I didn’t like him. I look into every serial killer and he falls short. Can’t let him dirty my collection, so I had to put him out of his work.” When your eyes met him, there was interest and something more, “Have I told you your case is the most interesting and loving by far. There’s actually that ‘spark’ that I never felt before.”

That was it. He knew you were the one. The one for him. And him the one for you

Oh, how his blood boiled when some fan of his threatened for you to leave him. “This piece of flesh had the audacity to threaten the love of my life. My dear, my gift for you, is her life.”

You feel your face heat up as Alastor smiled brightly at you. As morbid as it was, you, a normal person off the streets, caught the attention of a serial killer that just so happened to hold your obsession and addiction for the longest time. Even having you to care and love him like a lover. Well, your family would be happy you have a lover, just not one they wanted you to have

Alastor hated physical touches unless he initiated it, but you were his exception to a lot of things. You ran up and hugged him, planting a kiss on his lips, a gesture he melted into and returned ten fold as the seconds passed

So this was love? A twisted and dark love

As Alastor got to work, you stood at a safe and suitable distance away to observe and note down everything. You wanted Alastor to be in his serial killer zone without outside interruptions. You wanted him to be in his element without a worry

This was the change you love and wouldn’t complain. You merely wish you met him sooner, so you didn’t have to waste your time and energy, as Alastor would phase it, on other unworthy serial killers

But all good things must come to an end. You were diagnosed with an incurable disease. Alastor used his fame and wealth to find you the best doctors and gave you the best treatment, yet you were getting no better with time. You didn’t have long to live and both of you can’t stand for that. The two of you were about to get married and everything would be all the more better!

“Love.” Alastor held your hand, the other held his signature weapon. “My Muse, are you sure?”

“I wouldn’t have it any other way.” You smiled up at him innocently. It was a request before you were killed by something you’d regret and detest. No way were you dying from that. “Please, show me your first hunt.”

Out of nowhere, Alastor took out a hunting knife and jabbed it into the side of your stomach, it didn’t hit any major organs or blood vessels. You instantly fell back, immediately gripping onto your side to keep the blood loss at a minimum. You looked up to Alastor, the loving look changed

“My father was my first prey. I stabbed him like so.” Alastor explained, then he pointed his shotgun in your face, “And then I gave him hope that he can escape.”

You kicked the gun out of his hold and got up, running deeper into the forest. A gunfire rang behind you and pain came to your left shoulder. You hit into a tree when your right ankle was shot through. Stumbling into the ground as everything became blurry. When you came too, the barrel of the gun was once again in your face

“I caught up to him and I did to you now.” Alastor narrated. “And fired.”

“And that was our love story.” You sighed dreamily as you finished the last of your tea, putting it down on your saucer. “Married and happy~”

The members of the hotel all stared at you with horrided looks, save for Niffty as she seemed to be taking notes for her own bad boy catching.

“But he killed you!” Vaggie exclaimed.

“I asked him too! He rejected it so many times that I loss count! Well, not really, but you get the idea.” You mused as you snapped your fingers, making a tea pot appear and refill your cup. Sipping it with grace and a small smile. “It’s my dream to be killed by a serial killer, you see, but none gave me that spark like Alastor. Honestly,” You lowered your tea, staring into the surface of the liquid to see your own reflection, you don’t understand what ‘look in your eye’ you got like Alastor does, “I’m forever grateful that Alastor made the first move to confess. Else I’d never have such a fulfilling life!”

Angel gave you a disgusted look, “That’s messed up on so many levels.”

Static came as pressure built in the room, while you sat comfortably in your seat, drinking your tea. The shadows twisted and rose to form your darling husbands enraged with radio dials for eyes and voodoo symbols around him. “Dear Angel, what did you say about my darling wife’s words?”

Angel hide behind Charlie and Vaggie as he peeked his head out, looking into your direction as if to beg for your help.

You smiled, “He means messed up in a good way. You need to keep up with the modern terms, love.”

Alastor snapped to you, his demonic aura all gone as he took your hand and kissed it like it would break with the slightest force. “And forget the wonderful time when we met? Never.”

Note: Hehe, added a bit of more formal writing for the ending. That's what I usually write in, this bullet-point format is new to me but very fast to write everything I want with limited time~ (⚈ᴥ⚈)

The Cleo - Scar collaboration is just so so so good, because they're both such amazing artists and while they use somewhat different mediums (primarily building vs primarily armourstands) they still have a similar style in what they focus on which is storytelling. Scar will go on and on in his videos about the story in his builds and Cleo gives every armourstand scene a story and a life and a logic behind it. Nothings there just to look pretty, it all serves a purpose in the story being told, they're both very detail oriented too!

And they both absolutely recognise this in each other as well, which means they truly understand and appreciate each other's art - I remember that lifestream a while ago where Cleo asked Scar's advice on landscaping (don't put the rock on the land, embed it in it) and I got that vibe then and I get it even more now

That's why Cleo's armourstands in Scarland are just so amazing. Scar's builds on their own are already always full of life and full of story, he's already thought about where ppl would be and what they would do, here's a cart, there's a popcorn stall, here's benches, this is main street where ppl are strolling up and down. And then Cleo comes in, who's capable of telling amazing stories with their armourstands on their own already and they pick up exactly all the little things Scar's builds are putting down, filling in the blanks and enhancing the stories and like... putting all the details in.

It's like Scar says ''this is main street, ppl are strolling down it'' and Cleo says ''yes there's thiis group of friends, one of whom is very excitedly telling the others probably some fun facts about this theme park and here's a family with a very excited kid but the parents also have merch so clearly they love this too''. Scar says ''here's some benches for ppl to rest and enjoy the view'' and Cleo says ''yes, this parent is very exhausted and has taken their shoes off while the kids play, also I saw what you did with the popcorn on the ground, so I put gum under the bench''

Yes of course bonus points for Cleo including the cane and the wheelchair users, but like.... they're not just amazing bc they thought to do that, they're amazing bc they see eactly the story Scar is telling and add to it seamlessly

And just. The appreciation they have for each other, the way they tallk about each other's art, you can tell they really understand it even if it's not their primary medium, like they can't just tell the other is amazing at armourstands/building but they notice Why they are, theyy notice what details the other include in their works, like they really Get It y'know?

Also Cleo clearly gets not just Scar's art but also knows him very well, she made him tear up with her armourstands that's an achievement, Cleo you are so so so good

alrighty, this might be a long one!

after succumbing to the fuzzy ooze, big man is being contained at the alterna base similar to octavio in previous games. as for shiver and frye,

deep cut disbanded. but it's kind of hard to pay attention to that when the squid sisters just re-debuted.

the two have been living off the alterna goods. frye checks on big man every single day, her spirit may be broken but her love for big man is not. she's slowed down over the past months and is keen on being with her friend, hoping to quell any pain he might be in.

shiver is more of a busy-body with her grief. they're doing whatever they can to return big man to his natural state. shiver and frye support each other greatly, even if their approaches on the subject differ. frye isn't a fan of shiver putting herself in dangerous situations, shiver feels like frye has given up.

the climax to all these feeling is when shiver hears of the deepsea metro, the biggest lead on mammals yet.

So story time:

There I am, 14 years old and a freshman in highschool. We're having a themed homecoming dance (Halloween) and i want to go in a semi closet cosplay. I didnt want to go as an anime character so i decided after going through my closet that i would go as either Penelope from Criminal minds or Abby from NCIS. so there i am a month before the dance looking at shoes and i see them. concord 108s in black cherry and i fall in love. I spend the 140 bucks for them and get them in from the uk in under 2 weeks. I then spend 5 days absolutely sore from the way they work in comparison to normal heels along with the weight of them. I get past the soreness and go to the dance dressed in a black mini skirt with white tights with spiderwebs up the sides and a fake spiderweb tattoo on the side of my neck. Im very clearly dressed as Abby Scuito from NCIS but no one will say anything cause in the shoes im something like 6'2-6'3 in them with resting bitch face for days. Thus the story of why i got the shoes. I proceeded to wear them once every 2 weeks for the rest of my high school career causing more than one human to scurry away from the hulking bitch wearing them. I still wear them every once in a while but not as often anymore. Theyy got brought up purely cause @coffee-at-annies and @podcasts-8-my-heart were talking about a set they saw on instagram or something. But i love those shoes and sharing about them

book review: The bastard of istanbul by Elif Shafak

Just want to preface there WILL be spoilers so, dont read if you dont want spoilers.

OVERALL RATING: 7.9/10

Brief descripition: The book starts of with a women who goes into a hospital to get an abortion ultimately failing to do so in the process.

fast forwards to 20 years later where we meet Asya Kascanzi that lives in istanbul with her extended family. One day her mysterious american armenian cousin comes to visit her trying to find secerts of both their families pasts..

My Personal Thoughts: When i first saw the book i was skeptickal at first. I love drama fiction, esspeically when its to do with family drama. This book had alot of strong language and so many new words i had no clue meant. I liked the challenge of reading it; plus there were no spelling errors. I actually didnt have an underlying favorite charcter, i loved and hated each charcter throughout the story.

Ending was very bittersweet, I did not like the ending. It felt very sudden. In the end when theyy were talking about Asyas father and how they had mentioned Zahilia (her mother) had been r*ped i kind of as a thought said "oh maybe its her brother because she weirdly doesnt feel excited for his arrivel to istanbul and maybe her brother had r*ped her." Did i even for the slighest think i was right? NO, i didnt want to believe it was true and after finding out that disgusting truth i didnt know how to feel. Like I liked Mufasa but then we find out he r*ped Zahilia, HIS SISTER??? Yeah tottally caught me off gaurd, and it was mentioned in the last pages and i was just trying to finish the book and BOOM. And then HE DIES. OUT OF THE BLUE??? AND LIKE I FELT SO BAD FOR ROSE, HIS WIFE. Like she was finally goes out of the US and goes to this country and the MOMENT SHE STEPS IN THE COUNTRY, HER HUSBAND JUST DIES. I didnt really like rose during the book because she was really annoying and it became tedious to read her dialogue, but after she had asked her daughter in the end to translate whats going on because she didnt know that in islam after the person dies, they bury the corpse immediately and must've been such a shock for her.

One thing i wanted to touch in the book was the display of islam and religion through out the story. Me, i am a muslim since birth so whenever there is Islam mentioned in the book i get really nervous but i was plesantly suprised to see good repersentation. Maybe because the author is muslim so obviously that would make sense. its very apparent that the displays of islam is portrayed perfectly but the whole djinn thing with Aunt Banu really made it sort of intoreable to read in a way. But i will say, seeing that perspective was intersting esspeically how ive all my life never wanted to get into that side of the world and islam, for my saftey and others. So seeing it and the dangers it gives was a great warning and to show how even talking with djinn is bad.

There was a part in the story when they had Asya and Aramoush both discuss in the chat room about Armenian and Turkish Massacre in 1915. The whole chat room was talking with Asya and cursing her people for what happened and how her people are ignoorant and they dont want to face what had happened then. And Asya says this quote that even the author had pointed out as never said before. It was so true and exactly how i felt when reading this passage because i was getting frustrated at how these people were acting and just ranting at Asya for something that even she didnt even know until Aramoush had arrived.

"Tell me, what can i do as an ordinary Turk in this day and age do to ease your pain?"

Page 261, And wow. What a quote. And then following that. It was written by the wise man behind the screen, Baron Baghdassarian. He says:

"Turks have been in the habit of denying their wrongdoings, the Armenians have been in the habit of savoring the cocoon of victimhood."

Page 263, Beautifully sums up the wisdom behind this book that bring into light about the situation.

I really loved the maturity that Aramoush and Asya had gained throughout the story. Both learning and understanding each other and learning more about how to love their culture and their past by one another was just perfect and beautifully unified the story all together.

All in all, i think this story was good. I defenitly was glued to the book some days and then some times it would be 30 pages and then im doen for the day. Its story could have some working, esspeically that end with how abruptly we were thrown with all that information. Would i reccommend it? Yes, but only to a certian demographic of people. And dont ask what type of people, i dont know. Just you will know after you read it.

Just a lil´ vent

TW: Mentioning of s****de, yearning for compliments and affection

I´m usually not writing my emotions out into the internet like this, but currently, I just need to get this out of my sytem and don´t want to cry mysef to sleep:

I know, that I´m autistic, but that doesn´t mean, I don´t have feelings. I have them, it´s just harder for me to express them, compared to non-autistic people.

I wish, people would compliment me too. That they wouldn´t only tel me, when I did something wrong, but also, when I did something good or right. That they say "please" and "thank you", when I did something for them or when they ask me to do something.

I just... Feel so unappreciated. Like no one would care, if or when I´m gone. I don´t want to do s****de, but just... disappear. Just like that into thin air and seeing, if anybody would miss me. They probably wouldn´t, even if they say so.

I wish, there´d be someone out there, who´d accept me. With the autism, with me liking to get tickled, with me being asexual and nonbinary. With my liking for (healthy) possessiveness and protection. Someone, in who´s arms I could snuggle after a long day. Someone, who´d keep me as their prized, pretty pet, in a pretty cage. Someone, who´d understand me.

And I can´t even tell my parents all this, because then, there´d be a huge argument breaking loose between me and them and I´d be getting yelled at again by them. I don´t have the feeling like they love me anymore. And I´m sure, that theyy´d be happy, after I moved out.

I´m not fine. And I wish, others would see that in real-life.

It wasn't really a date per se... more like hunting down a rogue vampire.. Anyway.

2. Who wakes up early/Who sleeps in late?

They both wake up late, they're night owls.

3. What was their first impression of each other?

As children or as adults? As children, Ajax looked up to Sulien. Sulien always found Ajax a bit childish, you know, until he wasn't.

4. Who initiates affection? Why does the other not initiate affection as much?

Ajax mostly. Sulien doesn't really know how to handle relationships. He's a bit awkward and standoffish.

5. Do they argue often? If so, what do they argue about?

Yes, mostly because of Sulien. They just have differing views of the world, that's just how it is.

6. How do they make up/apologize after an argument?

Uhm. Intimacy...

7. How often do they say “I love you”?

Ajax says it frequently, Sulien only says it in return.

8. What do they love most about the other? Why?

Sulien: He loves Ajax's smile. He also admires Ajax's ability to take things in stride.

Ajax: He loves Sulien's eyes. And he appreciates Sulien's devotion and dedication.

9. What do they dislike most about the other? Why?

Ajax: Sulien is SO fucking stubborn.

Sulien: Not serious enough when he should be.

10. Do they share any hobbies or interests? How do these things bring them together?

Chess and cooking (,: <3 they share other hobbies, but these they often partake in together.

11. How do they feel about nicknames/pet names? If they like them, what pet names do they use? If they hate them, why do they feel that way?

Sulien isn't big on them, but they do fluster him, so Ajax uses them frequently. Ajax LOVES petnames, he wishes Sulien used them more often,,

12. Do they have a difficult time when separated from each other, or are they fairly independent?

Very independent, they're fine. Ajax will get a bit sad tho.

13. How do they keep in contact when they’re apart? Do they write letters, talk on the phone, or simply wait out the time?

Write letters!

14. Do they enjoy PDA, or are they more private with affection?

Sulien is VERY private, Ajax loves pda. Theyy try to find a balance..

15. What songs remind you of their relationship?

They wouldn't lol

17. How well do they communicate? Are they open with their feelings/thoughts or more reserved? Why?

They're both AWFUL at communicating, it leads to a lot of misunderstandings.

18. How do they care for each other when one of them is wounded/sick?

Ajax will find the nearest doctor, he's very afraid, worried. Sulien will do his best to treat the wounds himself. Sulien is a huge baby when hes sick though lmao..

19. Do they wear each other’s clothes/jewelry?

Yeah Sulien will wear Ajax's clothes to bed, and Ajax steals Sulien's jewelry when he can

Hii,

I'm here to introduce someone that I love and consider like my own sister. her name is "Salsabillah Putri Berliana" a beautiful name isn't it? of course, a beautiful name like a diamond that sparkles (beautifully) like the person and has a great meaning. she was born in the city of Malang, February 29, 2004 ✿ ! and today, is her 19th birthday. to be honest I was confused by the birth of salsa because birthdays are rare and only celebrated once every 4 years. and after i know "people born on 29th february" they are usually celebrated on 28th february or 1st march. okey forget that, let's get straight to the point.. maybe according to her, day after day she goes through many obstacles and trials that she has to face. but she's so cool, she's strong, she's passionate, she's caring, she's smart, she's kind, and she's everything. that's why, from everything she went through, it was made easy even though it was definitely a bit heavy. but he's great isn't she? has been able to survive until now ^_^

On the rag so I just got up a few hours ago and it was dark already. Winter’s-a-comin. Fuck. It was snowing in Holden a few nights ago.

Woke up n saw it was 6:30. I slept for 12 hours. Mostly because of 🛑 (my sign for period) they should really have a period emoji so we don’t have to actually type out “period” -what a strange name. “Period”… yes , a period of time. A period of annoyance. A period for possible stains.

Had the creepiest uber driver last night. I don’t know why I wait until night time to leave. He pulls out of Chris’ place to go the back route where there’s a shitload of potholes. I usually say something to all other Uber drivers but the way he was acting, I knew that he already knew where he was. So I thought oh well. Usually they will take the first right turn which leads from Sterling into Leominster, but he went straight. That’s when I knew that he DEFINITELY knows where he was going. Because that way is even darker and confusing for most of the other Uber drivers I will get at that time. Taking an uber from chris’ to my place is definitely a creepy, unlit ride at night. I always sit silent in the back seat playing on my phone and watching out of the corner of my eye. If theyI guess I just never want to go back home. I only go back if my dolls are sitting in the lobby or if it’s past my three day allotment….cuz of Gibby. Even though she’s a little crazy, cranky psycho…I still love her and want to keep her fed and fathappy.

She’s happiest when she is a chubby bub. She’ll start hissing if I say no more to snacks. She’ll wait an hour and then beg for more snacks and wait and wait by her full food bowl for hours for snacks when there’s both dry and wet food sitting right there. It gets a little obsessive. I have to tell her no a bunch of times and I have to say “eat your food or you’re not getting any more snacks today.” She won’t eat her actual food, EVER if I don’t say that. She will literally sit in this one spot staring at me for HOURS if I don’t say to eat her real food first. One day I realized she wasn’t eating her food any more and was holding out only for the snacks. I always have to tell her “Snacks are not food, Gibby. Eat your food or no more snacks.” Then she will eat half of her wet food, goes to the bathroom and then either waits by the food dish again immediately. Or goes to take a nap after her poop, which she announces proudly. If she goes to take a nap then I will give her treats after it. Usually she will taa 3 hour nap. So I don’t feel too bad for giving her snacks after. She’d be either obese or dead if I fed her the amount of snacks that she begs me for. No cat would be fatter. I won’t allow it!
