I am a sabine bottom truther til the day i die like yes she may very well come across as spunky and bold but trust that is just her inner brat shining through.

and yes shin is a loser sad emo girl BUT the way that she carries herself physically is so akin to a wolf, or any kind of predator for that matter. when she said 'you have no power here' to sabine with that gleam in her eyes?? when she force choked sabine down to her knees and seemed to relish in it?? like i’m sorry but the evidence is there - ain’t no way shin isn‘t topping. it’s a dom x smug brat dynamic if i’ve ever seen one!

I'm glad I'm not the only one who saw the expression Sabine had when she was being choked. I even wrote a story about it. They combined with the long breathy stares where she seemed to wonder (hope) Shin would choke her again. Delightful.

Their dynamic is just so perfect to me. I need to know more about Shin of course, but everything we know from Sabine, both here and in Star Wars: Rebels, is that the girl is an absolute brat who talks her way into trouble.

Maybe she's a switch, maybe she tops sometimes, but to her core, this girl is a brat sub if I've ever seen one.

I was reading What If It's Us? today, and there was this joke about bunks, and Arthur said, ‘Im always at the bottom.’

Then it hit me.

Dawg, there's no way this conversation hasn't happened with Solangelo. They argue over who gets which bunk, and it's like:

Nico: I'll at the bottom. I'm the son of the Underworld lord. I like darkness. The bottom is meant for me and me alone. You better just take it like that!

Will: I will quote you on this once you're legal.

But to be fair, that's supposed to be the logic, right? Nico likes the bottom bunk because he's the lord of darkness, prince of the Underworld, etc; while Will gets the top because he's son of the sun.

But, um, in a situation other than bunk beds…?

Hi! I'm glad you replied, and my soap box rant didn't push you away - really happy you're still here! And you're a writer too!

I definitely have the headcanon that it is WAY easier for Myka to take care of people, even people she really loves, than to let them take care of her. She might enjoy being taken care of if she would just let herself enjoy it, but I think she'd need some help on the way to get there, you know? Like, H.G. could help her realize that it isn't all that bad to "show weakness" or "be selfish" or whatever else is the roadblock for Myka to put herself in the position of having someone else tend to her. In terms of sexual activities, I could see, for example, Myka giving first, and then having difficulties coming when Helena is topping. Because coming means letting go of control, and Myka always has herself under control. Especially if this is their first time! And a slightly (or very!) domme-y topping Helena might make her realize that she actually likes giving herself over! (There's a scene in one of my smutty fics, Only For Tonight, in which Myka is in a very sub-y situation and has that "oh" moment of "hold on, I like this?") Does that make sense? I hope this helps, and I'm already curious about the fic you're gonna write! And I'm glad my rant didn't put you off that either! 😅 If you have any more questions or want to talk writing and headcanons some more, please go right ahead!
