a/n: I made this pretty vague so you can imagine it however you like 😭 but for each persons I feel like it gets progressively longer. Anyways have fun reading!!

Dick winters: He would be so worried. His mind wouldn’t be on anything else at the moment other than your well-being. He feels like a bad boyfriend because he wasn’t there to protect you :( He gets so nervous and would try his best to be by your side the entire time that you’re getting well.

Lewis Nixon: He freaks out when he finds out that you got hurt. He rushes to wherever you are and demands to see you. When he does finally see you he’s so gentle and soft. He holds your hand and reminds you over and over again that he will always be there for you.

Carwood Lipton: He somehow feels like it’s his fault. There was nothing he could have possibly done to prevent it, but he feels like a crappy boyfriend for it, he apologizes to you multiple times. Because he thinks he should have been there for you.

Joe Toye:He gets so mad. He’s ready to go out and hunt whoever hurt you. He will honestly go out looking for a fight. When he sees you he gets even angrier though because who could do that to you? He’s hard on himself because he thinks he should have been there to protect you.

Joe Liebgott :When he hears that you got hurt he goes out to find you immediately. He doesn’t care if he gets in trouble or not, you are his first priority. He’s definitely pissed but would never show that you, mostly at himself and the person that got you hurt. But he makes sure not to make his feelings show and tend by your side.

Bill Guarnere: He would be completely irate, but instead of going out and trying to find the fucker that hurt you he would check to make sure you were okay and stable first. “I’ll get him doll. Don’t worry” He would most likely be irritable around the guys for the rest of the day or longer because of it.

George Luz: He’s so so worried. He can’t think about anything else but you. He would hope and pray that you’re okay until he can finally see you. When he does he holds your hand to his chest and rubs your hand softly. Telling you over and over again that everything will be okay.

Bull Randleman: He gets so protective. He would find you almost immediately and wouldn’t leave you out of his sight for a second. He’s so patient and caring while you’re in such a vulnerable state. “Trust me. I’ll never let someone do that to you again, darling. I promise.”

Floyd Talbert: He freaks out immediately, the tough guy act would be completely gone when he sees you get hurt. He doesn’t care about anything at the moment other than you and your safety. “It’s okay. I’m here. I’m not leaving.” He stays so close to you until you get better.

Eugene Roe: He gets there almost immediately and when he sees you he stops. He’s completely frozen for a second because he hates seeing you in such pain. “It’s gonna be okay, I promise.” He prays in his head the entire time while he fixes you up and hopes that you’ll make it through.

Skip Muck: He gets so serious when they tell him that you got hurt. He wants to know everything that happened to you. How it happened and if you would be okay, he would ask roe relentlessly until he got the answer he wanted. When you finally get better enough to see him he’s so sweet and gentle with you.

Don Malarkey : He wants to go find whoever hurt you but he also knows that he needs to be with you in the moment. He gets so so worried and the other guys would have to reassure him that you’re gonna be okay. He swears he can’t lose you. He can’t bear to do anything until he gets the “yes” that you’re okay.

Shifty Powers: When they tell him that you’ve been hurt, you were already taken away before he could see you. He would just sit by himself in silence. Not talking to anyone or engaging in conversation like he usually does. His spark would be gone until they let him know that you were gonna be alright.

Babe Heffron: His reaction would be a mixture of emotions, he would seem very angry and stressed when he finds out that you’re hurt. He feels like a horrible boyfriend because he thinks he could have protected you from being hurt. On the inside, he’s scared and terrified that you won’t make it back to him.

Frank Perconte: He needs to know where you are immediately once the guys let him know that you’ve been hurt. He feels sick to his stomach when they tell him something bad happened to you. He wish he could just take away your pain and you be happy and healthy. He wouldn’t be able to eat or sleep until he knew you were back to normal.

Ronald Speirs: He gets furious. One because he should have been there with you when it happened, and secondly because he believes that it could’ve been prevented if one of the other men were looking out for you. Until you get back from the hospital he would sink himself into paper work to pass time, waiting until he could see you again.

Chuck Grant: He doesn’t care for all of the details, he just needs to know if you’re okay or not. He honestly wishes that it was him getting hurt instead of you. He hopes that you will be okay and he really wishes that you won’t be in the hospital for too long. He would miss you too much :(

Johnny Martin: He honestly just gets pissed at the world. You’re the least deserving to get hurt and now you’re the one who is in such bad condition . He wishes he could do something to make you feel better. He feels like a bad s/o because he can’t immediately take the pain away from you.

Skinny Sisk: He would be in total shock. It never occurred to him that there was a possibility you could get hurt, his plans of you and him making it out perfectly fine vanished from his mind. If he does get the chance to see you he will promise to do anything to help you get better, and to be there for you no matter what.

David Webster : He thinks it’s a horrible joke when the guys tell him that you were hurt and now in the hospital. He’s in denial for a while. Still shocked that you got hurt when you were just talking to him moments ago. He tries to find a way to see you even if he gets in trouble.

Buck Compton: It breaks his heart when he sees you like that, fear would creep up into his mind and overwhelm him until he knew that you were going to be alright. He genuinely thought he lost you for a second and feels so much more protective over you afterwards.

Throughout the night, you find yourself thinking of Bucky. Not in any meaningful way, merely wondering how someone as nice as the man beside you came to be friends with a pill-pushing brute like him. Steve is too sweet to believe and you know better than to buy anything at face-value but you’ve yet to find a crack in the veneer.

As he asks for the check, you pull your purse into your lap. He peers over, “oh, don’t… I got it.”

“Really, it’s nice of you to offer,” you try to factor out the chunk from your cut for the night. “I don’t mind going half–”

“My mother would pale if I didn’t insist,” he reaches over to clasp his hand over your purse before you can pop open the flap. It’s the boldest move he’s mad all night. You relent, he doesn’t have to twist your arm, your bills are already doing most of that. “I had a really good night, it’s worth it.”

You smile. A real smile. You can’t lie and say you didn’t.

“I did too,” you say, “thank you, Steve.”

He blushes and turns to watch the server as she approaches again. He fumbles around his jacket and takes out his wallet. His hands are shaking. You’d finally calmed his nerves but they just as quickly bubble up. Bucky is less than an honest man but you suspect he didn’t lie about everything.

But what did he tell Steve? Is this a date? Or are you a hired escort? That makes your chest twinge. You’ve never been overly sentimental, you’ve had your share of one night stands, but you don’t want this to be like those.

As Steve folds up his wallet and thanks the server, you brush his arm with your knuckles, “hey, do you wanna walk through the park? Elizabeth Square is near here, I’ve never been to see the fountain.”

He turns to you with wide eyes, “really?”

“Sure, why not? Unless… I’m keeping you.”

He shakes his head and a broad grin spreads across his pointed features, “I’d love that.”

You nod and gather up your purse. You stand and pull on your jacket as Steve rises on the other side of the table and smooths his jacket. His pants are a little too long but he looks nice. You can tell he put a lot of thought into tonight.

He gestures you ahead of him, “ladies first.”

You accept and lead him between the tables. He’s quick as you reach the front door and flits around to open it for you. He really is playing the gentleman well.

As you get outside, you wait for him on the sidewalk and as he nears, you turn to walk parallel with him down the wide pavement. He’s quiet as he twiddles his slender fingers at his side. You take out your lip gloss to retouch your lips, twisting the cap on and tucking it away before you figure out what to say.

“You don’t really think I’m a lady, do you?” You kid.

He peeks over at you, “of course I do.”

“Steve,” you hum, flattered by his sincerity. You don’t know what to say.

You sidle closer with your next step and take his hand, twining your fingers through his as he flinches. He jitters then squeezes. You can feel him beaming.

“I like you, Steve,” you say, “but I think I might disappoint you.”

“You could never,” he counters.

“We barely know each other.”

“Yet.”

“Steve,” you chide as you turn through the archway of Elizabeth Square. You look up at the big letters wrought in iron. “I’m trying to warn you.”

“I don’t need to be warned,” he says, “I can handle it. I can handle you.”

You almost laugh. He’s brave when he wants to be. Just like back in the coffee shop.

You near the fountain and sigh, watching the water lap down over the lit basin. Heat seeps into you from your interlocked hands as he stops beside you. You both just stare at the spouting streams.

You tug on his arm and turn to him. He glances over shyly, “this is romantic, isn’t it?”

He chuckles nervously, “sure.”

“I think… if you want to,” you push your shoulder up and tilt your head, “it might be the perfect time to kiss me.”

He gulps and shifts to face you, “really?”

You arch a brow, “my lip gloss tastes like cherry.”

His mouth opens slightly and he sways, “cherry?”

You smile and lean in, stopping just before him as you pucker your lips. His brows rise high on his forehead and his cheeks brighten rosily. He steps close and meets your lips with his as he closes your eyes and you do the same. He presses against your lips before he shyly recoils.

He lets go of your hand and covers his mouth, “sorry, I never– was that bad.”

“Not at all,” you flick your lashes open, “that was sweet.”

“Sweet?” He murmurs.

“Come on,” you turn and sit on the wide ledges of the fountain, “we can work on it.”

“Work on it?” He squeaks.

You slap the marble next to you, “Steve, let me show you how to work in the tongue, that’s the fun part.” He looks like he’s about to faint. You laugh as he sits stiffly and you rub his back, “or not. You don’t have to do anything you don’t like.”

“No, I want to,” he pokes his tongue out to lick his lips, turning his head to you slowly, “you’re right, it’s cherry.”

You giggle and lean on the heel of your hand, bringing your other hand to his cheek. He grabs your wrist and pulls your touch away, surprising you as he frames your face instead. He grips your chin as he leans in and smushes his lips to yours again.

You open your mouth slightly and slip your tongue along his lips, welcoming him in. He takes your invitation as his hand crawls up your jaw, firmly holding your head. You lean into him, purring as you rest your hand just above his knee. Why hadn’t you tried a nice guy before?

Band of Brothers headcanons <3

How they react when you, Easy’s nurse, find them hurt 🥺

Whereewwwwww just wanted to thank you all SO SO much for all the love and support! I love writing these headcannons so much, so to know you guys enjoy them is amazing! I appreciate you all so much.

Carwood Lipton:

Ahhhhhh you know when he almost takes a piece of shrapnel to the nuts in Carentan? That’s probably when you find him.

you both are kinda good friends at this point but there’s a little more between the two of you, and it’s very obvious.

but anyway you see his body get thrown backwards and fuck!!! You’re sprinting over, heart in your chest, luckily he’s alive when you and Tab fall down next to him.

lip let’s out a sigh of relief to see you there, an instant hand reaching out to land on yours, for comfort. It’s so subtle, and you’re making such a fuss over him you don’t notice at first.

Obviously when he thinks he’s blown a ball up, you look away, allowing him modesty when Floyd checks him.

when you get him into the jeep and he’s all patched up, you’re wiping his face clean, soothing him gently as he watches you through heavy eyelids, tired from the shot of morphine you’d injected.

I don’t think there would be many words spoken between the two of you, but Lip is so pleased you’re there with him, out of all the nurses he got lucky enough for you to treat him- plus, he’s got both his balls- thank god.

“Hey! It’s like winnin’ the lottery, he got the girl and he kept both his balls!”

“Yeah, yeah, thanks for pointing that out, Luz.”

Skip Muck:

Holy SHIT! He’s in complete shock when him and Penkala both climb out of the foxhole, somehow alive. A bomb landed near by, giving them a good shake up.

when he sees you he’s on hands and knees, crawling across the frozen floor, but he’s a little numb seeing as, you know, he did almost get hit by a bomb.

but anyway, you fall to your knees, beginning to cry in a mix of shock, horror and relief? Both of them are alive, your love Skip, is alive.

with the help of the other nurses and medics available you get the two to semi safety.

Skip can’t stop watching you, he’s fearful another bomb will go off and you’ll both be separated again.

Skips probably frightened for his life, it makes me sad because I don’t think you’d see him showing that level of fear that often.

poor guy probably just wants a good hug afterwards. I can imagine him resting his face against your chest, keeping his eyes shut to pretend he was somewhere much, much better than Bastogne with you.

Joe Liebgott:

“Oh my GOD, Joe, why didn’t you tell me you were hurt?!”

“Ahhh, it’s nothing, hun, y’know I’ll be fine.”

You’d probably have to fuss over him a great deal to get him sat down and cleaned up. Especially if he’s feeling stubborn.

even when you’re treating him he’s swatting your hands away saying he has to get back to the line. But I think showing him how serious you are will shut him up.

then he’d probably turn it into a game. Starts smirking and pulls your waist into him so he gets a face full of boobs. It’s been a while since you two have been semi alone, what can I say?

complains about the stitches hurt and suggests more than several ways of ‘making him feel better’.

probably chases after you out of the aid station with a half unzipped flyer, leaving you flustered and giggly, attempting to maintain a poker face.

Chuck Grant:

Big sad ok.

Obviously Chuck gets shot in the head veryyyy late into the game, the war in Germany is over, but everybody’s in a limbo waiting to be redeployed to the Pacific.

by this time you and Chuck are in a well established relationship, hell you’re even engaged to one another- I think this would be recent.

anyway, high off your recent engagement, this is the last thing the either of you expect.

so everybody’s kinda hush hush to tell you, but I think some how you’d overhear somebody accidentally spilling the horrific news in front of you.

I think we all know that would never go down too well. God, it’s devastating. You think you’ve lost him, but he’s such a fighter.

Chuck’s a little confused when he wakes up, he’d be in a lot of pain and probably slip in and out of consciousness for a while. But to have you there whenever he is somewhat awake means so much.

When he was fully awake, he’d remember glimpses of you, your hair, your voice and your ring. You’d be such a comfort for him.

You’d be there for him through his whole recovery, and although Chuck can be a little doubtful at times, he never once doubts your love for one another.

Shifty Powers:

You two have such a cute, little, blossoming romance when Shifty gets to go home. It’s all going perfect, it’s new and you’re both excited to see each other back in the States.

but when Shifty gets hurt unexpectedly, you bet you’re using all your points, racing to where he’s stationed, and staying with him as long as you think he needs.

he’d be in a lot of pain, but he’d be so relieved to see you, he’d still be smiling and blushing over you- and despite the fact he shouldn’t really move, he’s holding his hands out.

shocked when you start crying!

oh my god, he’d be so soft, he wouldn’t want you to cry and comforts you so gently.

he just wants you to be happy, so when he’s still recovering in Europe and the men are already at home, he’s insisting you go home, saying he feels guilty for keeping you stuck there.

but truthfully, you love being around him, it’s a rocky beginning to a relationship, but you fall in love there. When you both get home I feel like Shifty would have already wifed you up or he’s about to.

Floyd Talbert:

Smith accidentally stabs him, we all know the story. And you’re probably not staying to far away, already up and just wrapping up somebody’s arm or what not.

until you hear the cries of a medic, and the voice sounds eerily similar to Talbert’s. Fuck- you’re in shock when you realise it’s him!

tab kinda doesn’t want you to see him like that, so he’d deffo try to put on a brave face.

when he sees you crying in the jeep to the aid station he gets SO upset.

“no, no, no, my sweet girl, I’m fine.” Seriously he’s all up over you (as much as he can).

“See, baby? I can breathe, I can talk, it’s all cool.” Tries to act a little too brave and hurts himself again. It’s fine though, because when you’re calm enough to, you patch him up and you’re his own ‘personal nurse’.

seriously calls you Angel for the next hundred years after you looked after him.

when he feels better he BEGS you to stay around and give him the same amount of attention you did when he was first injured.

Cracks jokes and pokes your sides just to make you laugh.

for a hot minute he did think he was gonna die, but it’s fineeee, he’s okay and he’s back up and running in no time.

Dick Winters:

Nah this man is so cool, calm and collected. He’s more annoyed at HIMSELF for getting hit with a ricochet?

anyway, you’re probably busy patching up the wounded or tending to a casualty when it happened, by the time Winters is all seen to you’d probably only just be finishing. So he doesn’t bother telling you what’s happened, he figures it’s no emergency and doesn’t want to distract you.

but you know how rumours spread right? One person says something and then the next repeats something slightly distorted and so on.

so somehow you hear that he’s been SHOT and he’s possibly badly wounded, being moved out from the Aid station?!!!??

oh my GOD your heart stops. You’d search frantically, everywhere for him, and he’s nowhere to be seen wtf?!!

within 15 minutes or so you’re balling your eyes out, scurrying around until you spot a familiar figure in the distance.

Oops? He’s completely fine, already limping on his foot like a fool, he kinda laughs when you throw yourself into him, comforting you and telling him he’s literally ok.

stupid, army gossip. Winters would rub the back of your head (as long as you’re somewhere private lol) and ensure you’re okay over thinking that he was not ok.

Babe Heffron:

“Edward?! Where the hell are you?! Edward?!”

“Oh, Edward? You’re in trouble, Babe.” Babe’s scrambling to find you as soon as he hears the way you address him.

When he comes face to face to you outside the door you’re breathless and red in the cheeks, scanning over the bruise that was painfully near his eye.

“Ya hurt and ya didn’t come to me? I thought you’d killed yourself.” You’d let out a huge sigh of relief seeing he’s okay.

babe feels kinda guilty. News had spread that he was hurt and he should’ve gone to find you sooner, he just didn’t want to take your attention away from guys with worse off wounds.

“I’m sorry, y/n, I just didn’t wanna take ya time up? I’m ok though, see? Still in one piece for ya.”

“Jesus, Babe, ya scared me half to death.” After one playful shove, he knows you’re not seriously annoyed at him. But he is aware you wanna give him a little more attention, tending to that nasty cut of his.

secretly enjoys it. You’d sit on his lap and patch him up, maybe getting a little distracted half way through.

Gene Roe:

gene’s usually the one patching people up, not the one being patched up. So it’s a little weird for him to have the roles reversed.

Gene gets a couple pieces of shrapnel to the leg, so you insist on fixing him up. Now Gene had a hidden crush on you, he’s all red faced and stammering.

probably wouldn’t tell you if you’re accidentally hurting him. He’s too polite.

You’d probably feel his shy gaze and ahhhh it would make you so weak. I think even tho he is a little shy, Gene can be quite chatty?? Like I know he’s always portrayed as fairly quiet, but we do see this more playful side of him come out.

that’s how I feel like he’d be with you. And it’s sooo charming, he’s effortlessly cool and you’d probably fall straight in love with him there and then.

Lewis Nixon:

Okay I think it’s less of a scenario of him being hurt, and more like the possibility of him being dead- hear me out.

when the plane Lewis is in, ready to jump, is hit, you hear of the news wayyyy before Lewis is back to prove he’s safe.

so your kinda hidden relationship suddenly becomes very apparent when you’re uncontrollably sobbing, you’re a MESS.

Then he just rocks up and he’s like ‘hey what’s wrong with her?’ But he’s sooo grateful when you throw yourself in his arms. He didn’t realise how close to losing you he really was- well more like you losing him, but you get the jist.

god it makes Lewis realise just how scared to die he is, he wants to be with you forever, and when you’re laid in bed that night he’d hold you sooo close omg.

so angsty, but all turns out to be good in the end.

James ‘Moe’ Alley:

Okay so he’s not exactly with it when he’s wounded by like 37 shrapnel pieces. Even though he’s conscious, he’s spaced out in shock.

probably when he wakes up from the morphine shot and he’s recovering in the aid station, does he realise you’re there besides him, tears staining your face.

he’d notice immediately that you were upset and want to console you, tell him he’s fine, but he winces as soon as he tries to lift his body.

Omg sooo soft and gentle and reassuring, you would think YOU’RE the one that’s hurt. He so desperately doesn’t want you to worry over him, the emotional pain would stay with him for much longer than the physical would.

probably get a little sad when he’s taken away to the hospital and you can’t see each other for months. It feels like a lifetime, ugh the agony in his heart is too much, he just wants to be back with his girl!

Wayne ‘Skinny’ Sisk:

“I’m in heaven, Doc.” He’d sigh and gaze up to you with the sweetest eyes.

fml he’s so adorable, and you’re always back in Bastogne town / the field hospital, so you’d be able to visit him sooo often.

I think he’d be super reassured by your presence, the fact you’re taking time out of your day to visit him? Ah he’s in love.

you’d sit and play cards together, even if you only have 5 minutes.

oddly he’d enjoy your company? He didn't so much enjoy a tree exploding into his leg, but oddly he’s somewhat grateful because that’s what brought the two of you together.

would purposefully brush his hands over yours when you’re playing cards, it’s a small flirty gesture, but it’s cute.

Dick Winters: He didn’t even know that you had gotten it out at first. When he does see you walk into the room with it on though he can only smile. “Where’d you find that?” He laughs, his eyes lighting up at how nice you look in the color. He thinks you look so sweet with his jacket on and he loves how good it looks on you too. Even if he’s cold he’ll make sure that you wear because it just looks so good on you.

Lewis Nixon: He gives it to you to try on. He has been meaning to get you to wear it at least once. He’s a real sucker for whenever you put on his clothes and he just knew you would look amazing in the army jacket of his. When you put it on he looks at you up and down with big eyes, still so surprised by how it looks on you, followed by a sweet kiss on the lips. Carwood Lipton: He blushes so big when he sees you in his army jacket. It accidentally boosts his ego, but he can’t just help it, his s/o is wearing HIS jacket, saying that sentence to himself makes his brain a little fuzzy. No matter how many times you wear his clothing it never gets old, especially when you wear one of his army or letterman jackets. He feels the need to take a polaroid photograph of you in his jacket because you look so beautiful. (he definitely puts the picture in his wallet and looks at it all the time)

Joe Toye: When you walk around him wearing his jacket he looks at you up and down with a big smirk on his face. He thinks you’re so hot when you wear his clothing. “You trying to get me riled up, huh?” He whispers in your ear with his deep raspy voice. He can’t help but just stare at you for the rest of the day while you’re in his jacket. He’s so proud to call you his girl and he can’t help but be extra touchy and full of PDA for the rest of the day.

Joe Liebgott: He’s the one that brings it to you and tells you to put it on. You were freezing and the only thing he had on him was his army jacket. When you put it on he realizes how cute you look in it. “You should wear this jacket more often” he says laughing, still smiling at how cute you look in his clothes. He’ll make sure you wear it the whole night, his ego shoots up every time you wear his stuff and he just loves seeing in his clothing. Matter of fact he makes sure to show you off extra with you wearing his jacket, you look so gorgeous he just has to show you off to all of the guys.

Bill Guarnere: He’d actually LOVE seeing you in any of his clothes. It’s one of his weaknesses seeing you dressed in one of his oversized jackets. Like he just wants to go out and show you off to everyone he knows. A big ole smirk would spread across his face when he sees you try it on for the first time “Do I look nice?” “Look nice? You look fuckin’ beautiful” UGH and how can I forget how touchy and sweet he’d be with you for the rest of the day. It just gets him so soft seeing you in his clothes :(

Eugene Roe: He BLUSHES so big. “You look so nice” He’d smile seeing you in his jacket. You just look so nice and cute to him he could just put you in his pocket. Gives you a kiss on your forehead and a hug before you guys go on with the day. When he sees that you’re actually going to wear it all day and wasn’t just trying it on to make him happy he gets so excited. “Is it my lucky day or something? What’d I do to deserve you?” He’s just super lovey and cute the rest of the day and he loves you sooo much :)

George Luz: I have a scenario in my head where you guys would be out on the town, or just hanging out somewhere, and when you guys leave he sees that you’re shivering and gives you his jacket out of instinct. When you put it on his heart almost melts. He thinks it’s the most adorable thing ever. “Wow, you look way better in that thing then I do” But he gets clingy for the rest of the time being with you wearing his jacket because you’re just so cute? 😭

Bull Randleman: “What’d you find there darlin’?” He says smiling. He’d think that it was so cute, of course he wouldn’t tell you that straight up, but you could tell by the look on his face that he was completely enamored with you. He would just rub the small of your back gently with you wearing the jacket. He loves it anytime when you wear his jacket because he knows that when you give it back it’ll smell like you. Plus anytime you’re cold he’ll be SURE to give you his jacket.

Floyd Talbert: He’ll give it to you to put on because he saw you cold and couldn’t find anything else close to give you. When you put it on his smile gets so wide you couldn’t help but laugh at him, “what’s that smile for?” “You, you’re the prettiest person i’ve ever met. ‘Specially in my clothes” he’s low-key hoping deep down that you have perfume on so that you can leave your smell on the jacket for whenever he puts it back on. And whenever you’re cold after that he HAS to give it you to warm up.

Skip Muck: Wow, you’re actually the prettiest person he’s ever seen. That’s the exact thought that goes through his head when he sees you wearing his jacket for the first time. The best thing about it is how big it looks on you, he honestly just wants to wrap you up in his jacket and go home and cuddle with you for the rest of the evening. “Just letting you know, you can wear my jacket anytime you’d like, okay?”

Don Malarkey: “woah, where’d you get that thing?” He’d laugh. Still thinking that it was the cutest thing ever seeing you in his jacket. If you started to take it off at any time he’d tell you to keep it on, and how cute it looks on you. “You like that jacket? Wear it whenever” Every time after he puts the jacket on afterwards it just reminds him of you and how adorable you look in his clothes, if you aren’t with him he’ll get sad just thinking about you in the jacket.

Shifty Powers: Okay, who told you it was okay coming out with his jacket on? Are you trying to give him a heart attack? “Wow, y/n. You look so pretty in my clothes” He would say in the sweetest voice everrrrr. But honestly you wearing his jacket is enough to make his heart melt completely. Feels the need to capture the moment with a photo, you just look so cute he can’t help it at all.

Babe Heffron: Look on his face is absolutely priceless when he sees you wearing his jacket. He immediately thinks you look sexy in any of his clothes, but in his jacket? That’s a whole different level of attractiveness. I think it’s a bit of his possessive side that really likes seeing you in his jacket, a symbol to show that you’re his and only his. Honestly gets him a little excited thinking about all the different things he could do to you in his jacket

Frank Perconte: Immediately lets you know that you’ve got good style to wear any of his clothes. He thinks you look especially hot in his jacket though, really any jacket or sweater of his on you is his favorite thing to see ever. I also think when you first wear his jacket that you guys weren’t really official yet, so when you finally put it on he knows for sure that he wants to be with you and he wouldn’t mind it one bit if you wore any of his jackets anytime

Ronald Speirs: “That’s my jacket, you look nice” He’d say, probably not even taking any real notice to it or you in it at all. Doesn’t even think about until later on when he has to wear it and it smells like you with a little note from you inside the pocket that says “comfy jacket, love you :)” That’s when he realizes actually how cute you looked in the jacket and immediately regrets not kissing and hugging all over you when he had the chance.

Johnny Martin: “make sure not to get anything on it” Is the exact thing that he says when he sees you in the jacket. He tries being nonchalant about it knowing damn well that he thinks it’s the cutest thing he’s ever saw. Don’t worry though, he’ll make sure to take his time telling you to give it back to him. “You should wear my jacket more and often, you leave a nice touch to it” LOL

Skinny Sisk: “wow, don’t you look nice” is the first thing he says to you when you put it on. He’s got a thing for you wearing his clothes, like it just really makes him feel some type of way. I mean, you always look good, but when you’re wearing his his jackets, especially the ones that are bigger on you, he almost goes feral. There’s a chance he probably won’t let you out of his sight and out of the bedroom for the rest of the day.

David Webster: When he sees you in his jacket he immediately starts blushing. He can’t help it, you just look so cute and small and, well, his. He doesn’t say anything to you at first, just because he honestly forgot to. He’s too busy staring at how your curves fit with the jacket just right. He doesn’t even care if he gets in trouble, he’s willing to just let you keep it because you look soooo good in it.

Chuck Grant: He gets shy when he sees you wearing his jacket 😭 it’s such a cute reaction but he just thinks you’re so precious. He likes how it makes him feel when he sees you in his jacket, it just makes him really feel like he’s your boyfriend (ofc he is but he just has a hard time believing it) “You look so nice, way better then me in it”

Hi! Do you have any headcannons of the boys taking care of you when you’re sick?

Hello there Anon! Thanks for your patience as I catch up on requests. I hope you like these 💕🕊️

Dick Winters: When he's sick, he fully expects himself to just push through like he normally would. Whoever notices that he's not feeling well practically has to force him to sit down and rest. But if you're sick? Completely different story - he's immediately asking questions, trying to figure out what's wrong; making you tea; taking your temperature; looking for a medic, if he thinks you need one. Would put his whole day on hold just to help you.

Ron Speirs: Second verse, same as the first. He would feel so helpless if there wasn't much that he could do. Unsure of how to express that, he would do whatever you asked: making you tea, reading to you, and his favorite, just holding you while you rest.

Lewis Nixon: He's powered through plenty of hangovers, but he can tell that whatever you're experiencing is worse - and that scares him. He probably calls Dick for help, because let's face it, his upbringing did not prepare him for this, and he feels out of his depth. Just know that his heart is in the right place and that he plans on being there for you every second until you feel better. He'll talk you through it all, which helps distract himself from the fear he feels. God forbid anything should happen to you on his watch.

Carwood Lipton: Like Winters and Speirs, he expects himself to push through his own sickness, but would bend over backwards to help you if you're unwell. As an "Acts of Service" type of man, this is truly his time to shine. Don't expect to do anything but rest up all day, because Lip has got everything under control.

Babe Heffron: His first instinct would be to ask Roe for help. Once he gets a few pointers, he's well on his way. He would be so sweet the whole time, giving you plenty of cuddles or plenty of space - whichever you prefer in the moment. Doesn't care about you getting him sick at all. He knows that he can make it through just fine, but he's going to make sure that you feel better before he even considers worrying about himself.

Eugene Roe: So efficient! (But, if he's being honest with himself, also a little scared, because he hates to see someone that he loves so much feeling so poorly.) Lucky for you, he knows all the remedies to get you feeling better in no time - and he's humble about how quickly he has you feeling better again.

Bill Guarnere: He would both try and do anything to make you feel better. You want one of his ma's home remedies? He's calling her right now for the recipe. You just want to be held and take a nap? He's your guy. It's honestly kind of startling to see how differently he can act, because he's so gentle and encouraging throughout the whole thing. Because in his mind, that's just what a good boyfriend does.

Joe Toye: Definitely the guy who drives you to the doctor the second you develop a temperature. There's no way that he's taking a chance with your health, because you never know when things might be very serious. Don't worry, he'll drive carefully - but still in the fast lane, really pressing the speed limit.

George Luz: George may have missed his calling to be a nurse, because his bedside manner is just so good. He knows exactly when to put the joking on pause and when you could use a little laugh to lighten your mood. Also he makes The Best™️ tomato soup and grilled cheese combo you could possibly imagine. That stuff could cure anything.

Don Malarkey: Okay listen, this man is insanely good at cuddling. You could spend all day pressed up against him and he wouldn't mind. He'd put on whatever show you currently like and would hold you through the whole thing, while also taking breaks between episodes to make sure that you're staying hydrated and taking your medicine.

Shifty Powers: He lives by the belief that fresh air, sunshine, and a good attitude can cure just about anything. He would definitely sit on the porch swing with you, gently rocking you back and forth in the late afternoon sunshine and talking to you about anything and everything to raise your spirits. Also a huge fan of giving out forehead kisses when you rest your head on his shoulder. Not to sound overdramatic, but those things might just have some sort of magic healing quality in them.

Joe Liebgott: This man hardly ever takes a day for himself. He's up early and working late, just because every hour feels like it needs to be filled with productivity. But the second you get sick? Everything is put on hold. Good thing he has so many sick-days saved up, because he'll use them all if he has to, just to stay by your side and take care of you. Don't even think about telling him that you're fine, because he's going to be right there, making sure you're okay.

David Webster: Similar to Nixon, he does not come from a background that equipped him for any of this. But he's trying his best! He'll whip up some of the most horrendous soup in history before he gives in and orders it for you - after all, he's trying to help you get better, not make you worse. His favorite way to comfort you would be reading to you, no doubt about it.

Skinny Sisk: He's a little bad at hiding his concern for you. Literal embodiment of the "🥺" emoji every time that he takes your temperature and sees that it hasn't lowered yet. He holds your hand a lot, rubbing his thumb over your knuckles, which is so soothing. Turns out that he's really good at making the perfect tea, so prepare to drink the best peppermint tea of your life.

Skip Muck: Such a sweetheart, are you kidding me? Like Luz, he knows when to shelve the jokes and when you could use a good laugh. He would be so attentive, and calls his mom and sister for advice, just to make sure that he's doing everything right. The reassuring smiles he gives you every time that he comes into the room work better than any medicine ever could.

Bull Randleman: Basically becomes a doctor the second that he realizes that you don't feel well. I mean, this man just jumps into action and seems to know exactly what to do, it's amazing. With everything that he's doing to help you, he still finds time to be right by your side whenever you wake up from naps. Prepare to wake up to a smile that feels like the morning sun greeting you.

Floyd Talbert: It's . . . a little chaotic at first, but he's got the spirit. It's sweet, though, how hard he's trying, because it shows you that he cares. He's definitely having a bit of an internal panic since he's never done this before, but once he calms down, he'll take good care of you. Might go a little heavy on the seasoning in the chicken noodle soup, but hey, it's the thought that counts.
