Could I request a self aware twst au with like the first years :D?
I want to thank all the people who interacted with that post earlier today. It gave me enough motivation to go out and finish this piece.
While trying to think up concepts for this work, it occured to me that all the first years (except Ortho) were in sports clubs. That means there is one event perfect for you to bond with your first year friends.
Tumblr media
Ace kicks a pile of canvas laying in a heap at his feet, “This is ridiculous!  What if something happens while we’re gone!”  His mouth twists into an unpleasant grimace.  He looks to his basketball club members for backup, but no one will meet his eye.  So, he turns to where he knows he’ll find support.  “Oi, Sebek!”  The green haired fae is distractedly pounding away at a tent stake nearby but it is easy to see from his expression that his heart isn’t in it.  “What happens if someone tries to kidnap the Player when we aren’t there to protect them?  You know how famous they are!”  Sebek stops hammering and slowly looks up, tears forming in his eyes.
“SILVER! SILVER!” he shouts to his clubmate, “What if I’m not there to protect the Player!  Forget this event, we must return to the school with ALL HASTE!”  He looks to his fellows for support but again, none of the senior students stop what they are doing.  Ace, however, is fast to abandon his own camping site and join Sebek.  “Right, right?” he eagerly urges Sebek on, “What does this even matter if our Player isn’t here to see it?”
“Stop it,” the sturdy voice of Jack growls, “It doesn’t pay to get worked up over it.  This is in the story, so we have to do it.  That’s just how it is.”  Sebek stares at the wolf beastman silently, tears falling from his eyes.  “Maybe we can tell them about it later!” Deuce tries to cheer his fellow freshman up, “I’m sure they’d like to hear about it.  They always listened to my card stories before…well before it happened.  I think they’d like to hear about this too!”  At that Sebek seemed mightily cheered and returned to setting up his tent with gusto, muttering about what he’d tell the Player about later.  Ace scoffs, sensing his defeat and returns bitterly to his own site.
Epel wanders over and observes Ace silently.  “You finished?” Ace asks in surprise.  “Yeah, Leona is a great leader and took charge of getting us set up right away!” Epel informs him, “I had time to put up my tent and help Ruggie set up one for Leona too!”  Then he looks down and kicks Ace’s sad abandoned tent as well, “I just wish the Player was here to see it.  I bet they’d have been really impressed with how fast I finished.”  Ace frowns and complains, “But they aren’t here.  They are back at school with the Arts Clubs.”  This causes Epel to scowl deeply, “Dagnabit!  I didn’t need a reminder of that!  I can just picture those frou-frou artsy types trying to suck up to the Player.  Trying to get them to talk different, eat different, just…” He doesn’t finish the thought but the way he grinds his teeth shows how he feels about the idea.
The sound of pounding tent stakes and shifting canvas is diminished when the booming voice of Coach Vargas booms out, “Listen up, young campers!  Now, I know you don’t need any additional motivation to showcase your strength and fortitude here after I’ve done an AMAZING job setting up this EXCITING AND ENTERTAINING EVENT!”  Here he pauses and casts a quick look over his shoulder before straightening up again.  “But if you do!”  Then he smiles a beaming smile and sets his hands on his hips.  That’s when you pop out from behind him, “Hey guys!  Guess who’s here to do their memory keeper duties!”
Ace jumps over his canvas pile in a rush to get to your side and stumbles over it.  “Woah, calm down,” you admonish him cheerily, “I’ll be here all weekend.”  Epel asks in an innocent sounding voice, “You will?  You really will?”  You pat the two boys on the shoulder and search out your other first year friends in the crowd.  Sebek is sobbing quietly in front of his tent and Deuce is waving excitedly from the distant track club area.  Jack gives you a small nod before turning back to his area as though he is unaffected by your appearance, but the cloud of dust kicked up by his wagging tail says otherwise.
You turn toward Vargas and look expectantly.  He looks blankly back at you until you awkwardly say, “Go on.”  He looks at you a moment before clearing his throat, “Ah yes, yes.  Harumph!  Anyway, tents are up!  Get over here and listen up for your next task!”  Then he looks at you as though seeking your approval to hand out the task.  You shrug and then nod as though to say, ‘Sure, go for it.’  Vargas gives you a toothy smile and then proceeds to hand out a familiar sounding explanation about the tasks to be assigned to the clubs.  You wave lightly before heading back to the cabin to get your own things sorted out.  The eagerness of the students fades as fast as your departure.
“So…,” Deuce begins carefully, “We are going to try now?  Right?”  He looks at Ace for confirmation.  Jack snorts behind him, “I was always going to try.”  Then he makes a fist and puts on an eager smile, “I’m going to knock this challenge out so fast that the Player can’t help but notice me!”  Deuce turns away from Ace to join Jack instead.  The two Track Club members fire each other up over their plans to dominate the camp tasks and stand out to the Player.  Deuce quickly becomes so distracted by this that he forgets Ace entirely.  This is just the chance Ace has been waiting for to quietly slip away.
“So, Prefect,” Ace begins as he appears at your side.  You yelp and drop your backpack, catching it before it hits the ground and damages your precious ghost camera.  “Ace!” you shout, “What are you doing here?  This isn’t in the event!”  He looks at you quietly and you quickly backtrack, “I…I mean, shouldn’t you be with the Basketball Club doing…something?”  Ace smiles, happy to have avoided an awkward situation.  “Nah, I’m not going to mess around in the woods.  It’s a team effort, so as long as those other guys do the grunt work, I’ll be fine.”  You roll your eyes at his attitude.  “Plus, why would I want to be anywhere but with my best buddy, eh Prefect?”
You consider this carefully before slyly narrowing your eyes and gesturing to your unbuilt tent.  “Sure, thing, Pal.  Why don’t you hang out and help me build my tent.”  Ace grimaces, not wanting to do the work but mostly afraid you’ll pick up on his lack of tent-building expertise.  The odd standoff is concluded when you hear Coach Vargus bellow, “Nonsense!  That won’t do for either of you!  I can hardly deprive the Prefect of the chance to enjoy this stimulating muscle-building activity and as for you Ace, well, you are just slacking off.”  Ace starts to stammer as you just stand there cringing.  Coach Vargus calmly approaches Ace and lifts him up by his collar.  It reminds you of how you lift a misbehaving Grim by the scruff of his neck.  You wave awkwardly at the departing Ace as he looks imploringly at you from the Coach’s grasp.  ‘Oh well, you reap what you sow,’ you think.
A tiring amount of time later, you brush your hands off on your thighs and declare, “There, done!”  Then you slowly head over to grab your pack holding the Ghost Camera, among other supplies.  The sun is barely at its peak, but you are already sweating with exertion from putting up the tent.  You wonder how your more athletic friends among the first-year students are handling it.  You know they are more used to the effort, but you hope they are taking necessary precautions.  Perhaps you’d just remind them and see if they need to borrow some sunscreen.
You know realize that sunscreen was the least of your safety concerns.  You watch in disbelief as Sebek continues to scale a sheer cliff in search of a lantern blossom flower.  The reaction of the nearby students was mixed.  Silver seemed remarkably unconcerned as he spoke to Riddle nearby.  Meanwhile, you and several NPC characters were more nervous.  “He is going to fall, isn’t he?” you ask the nearby Scarabia A.  He looks at you for a long moment and then shrugs his shoulders.  You are not reassured at all.
You turn instead to Ignihyde C and gesture, “This game doesn’t have a mature rating, so he can’t die.  Right? Right?”  The surprised student looks at you with his mouth falling open before he stammers, “R.right.”  Then he looks up at the precarious position of the green haired fae and mumbles, “But maybe you should cheer him on anyway.”  You look more intently at the NPC and demand, “Do you think that would help?”  He answers you in a fluster, “W..well, if my oshi…I mean friend…if my friend cheered me on, I think it would really help me do my best!”
Right.  That is just the sort of thing friends do.  “HEY SEBEK!” you shout.  The fae somehow hears you shout and looks arrogantly over his shoulder at the spectators but when his eye catches your form, he shakes, and you fear he will tumble from the cliff.  “HOLD ON SEBEK, YOU CAN DO IT!  I BELIEVE IN YOU!”  From even the great distance between you, the image of determination that crosses his expression can be seen.  He sets off with a renewed vigor, making daring transitions and finding ways to make speedy progress.  With several movements that make you gasp and hold your breath; he reaches the lantern blossom and plucks it from the ground.
Much faster than the ascent, Sebek’s return to the ground was accomplished quite shortly.  He was still a considerable distance up when he leaps from the cliff edge to race to your side and show off his prize.  He eagerly holds out the glowing lantern blossom for you to view.  “Its so pretty,” you comment politely, “I wish I had one.”  He gasps and grabs hold of your hand, forcing the poor battered flower into it.  “THEN YOU MUST HAVE THIS ONE!”  You give him a shocked look, “No really, that is unnecessary.  I’ll get one some other day.”  He smiles at you smugly, “No need Prefect.  Any time you need a lantern blossom, I will fetch one for you.”  You guiltily hold out the flower to one student after another, but no member of the Horseback Riding Club will take it from you.  “Prefect,” Riddle finally says in a commanding voice, “Its rude to return a gift.  We are more than capable of retrieving another lantern blossom.”  Sebek and Silver nod in agreement, backing up the Dorm Leader.  You think it’s time to go before you cause this club any more trouble.  You make your excuses and dash off to the lake.
As you part a pair of branches and emerge from the forest at the lake’s edge, you catch sight of some members of the Spelldrive Club nearby.  Ruggie seems to be fishing up a storm while your first-year friend Epel watches from nearby with his own pole.  “See,” Ruggie tells his underclassman, “That’s how its done.  Now in return for that free lesson, how about you show me what you learned by catching enough fish for the rest of the club! Shishishi!”  You roll your eyes at the obvious attempt to foist the work off onto Epel but are surprised with your friend shouts “YES SIR!” with enthusiasm.  You catch Ruggie’s eye and give him a quiet tsk tsk which only earns you a mischievous wink before the hyena beastman set’s off toward camp.
You slowly saunter over to Epel, who is fully engaged in his fishing.  “So, got a plan?” you asked over his shoulder.  “Eh!?” he gasps and drops his pole, “Player!  I..I mean Prefect!  It’s you! Ya’ had me surprised outta my skin there!”  You give him an apologetic smile.  Epel stoops down to retrieve his pole and shyly replies, “My plan is just to catch the fish.  I’m not going to give up until I’ve caught at least a dozen!”  Then he holds up his arm and bends it at the elbow, giving you a little flex to show off his determination.  You hold in a laugh, “Well, if you are that fired up, why stop at only one dozen?”
Epel’s eyes go wide for a moment and then he gets a maniacal grin.  “Yeah! You’re right!  I’m going to catch you at least two dozen fish!  Or maybe three or four!”  You know Epel is not the type to break his word, so you quickly interrupt to calm down his ambitions, “One dozen is enough!  I was just joking.”  You wave your hands toward the ground as though to say, let’s lower our expectations.  Epel frowns and mutters under his breath, “That isn’t going to impress anyone.” Then he looks at you determined, “Just wait and see!  I’ll catch plenty of fish so don’t go eat’n with any other club!  When tha fish are in tha bag, I’ll make ya Gram’s special fish stew!”
As Epel gets to work, casting his line and reeling in the lure, you sit beside him on a rock.  When the time seems right, you snap a picture of him eagerly lifting a small fish from the lake on his line.  “There you go!  One down!” you say as you transfer the ghost camera to your elbow and give him a small clap of encouragement.  He preens a short second before frowning down at the small fish.  “Tha’ next ‘un will be twice as big!” he shouts in determination before casting his line again.
True to his prediction, soon Epel gets a tremendous tug on his pole.  You both shout and leap to your feet at the strength of the fish that appears to be on the line.  “WOAH!” Epel shouts.  You lean over the edge of the lake, trying to see the monster fish Epel has snagged.  Epel too seems interested in his opponent and plans one foot firmly while leaning forward to stare intently where his line entered the lake.  With a sudden flash, a scaled hand emerges from the lake to grab the tip of Epel’s rod and tugs Epel, pole and all, into the lake.  You quickly slide back as far more of Floyd emerges from the lake.  He gives you a toothy smile before his trademark laugh emerges and he returns to the lake.  Epel does not immediately surface, and you are concerned for a moment before you spot him further down the shore.  Though he has concealed himself behind a log, you can tell his ears are flushed with embarrassment.  You kindly decide to give him his space.
Halfway to camp, your stomach begins to growl.  You thought sadly about Gran’s special fish stew, now beyond your reach.  You hoped that you’d manage to sweet talk some fish off someone.  They were your friends, so someone is bound to share, right?
The size of Deuce’s eyes when you asked him sweetly if he’d share his food with you rivaled that of the empty plate you held out to him.  “Please?” you finish your plea for lunch.  Deuce flushes and quickly removes his pack from his shoulder, pulling out a fairly large fish.  “No problem, Prefect, I’ve got enough for two here!”  You make a little gesture to celebrate your victory and compliment him, “Yeah!  Great job catching such a big fish.  It looks so huge, I bet its even enough for three people!”  Immediately Deuce denies this, “NO!  NO, IT’S NOT!”  When you pull back in surprise, Deuce continues in a softer voice, “I…I mean this one is just perfect for two.  It…its just meant for us.  To share.  Together.”
You hold up your hands and agree, “Sure, sure.  Just you and me.  I get you.”  Deuce seems so very pleased by your response that you decide to just let his strange response slide.  Plus, you need him to cook that fish.  “So…what are you making?  You know, just for us to share?” you ask as you saddle up to his side?  Deuce looks back and forth between you and the fish, “I sure know how to cook this.  Yup, I really do.”  Your mouth falls into a little O and then you glare at him suspiciously, “Deuce, do you know how to cook fish?”  He doesn’t meet your eye but assures you that Trey taught him some recipes.  You still have your suspicious but figure if it was a Trey recipe, it would be alright.
“So, what do we do?” you ask Deuce.  He looks at you with a dreamy expression, “We?  You’re going to cook with me?”  You shrug your shoulders, “I mean yeah, that’s how Trey’s recipes are, right?”  Then you lean in close and whisper, “Like…Like in the game when we made that chestnut tart together.  Right?”  Deuce quickly agrees, “Right!  Together!  You and me!  Just…you and me… Ahem!”  He finishes with a cough and then, to your relief, sends you to the forest to collect some herbs.
You had a handful of samples and a general area to search for more.  Apparently, Jack had scented some out while setting up camp and taken cuttings so his clubmates could retrieve more later.  You smiled at the foresight of the first-year student.  You weren’t sure exactly what Deuce needed, so you gathered a few handfuls of each type.  You walk back to the camp and set your bounty on the table next to the fish Deuce has prepared.  It looks like he’s used the time you were away to fillet the fish and make a simple dough.  Seeing the dough gives you confidence that this really is a Trey recipe.
“So, what now?” you ask him.  “Chop up the herbs and mix them into a paste with water,” Deuce directs.  “Sure,” you say while gesturing to the pile, “but which ones?”  Deuce pauses and looks at the large pile of greens you have sitting there.  “Oh…um…All of them!”  Now your doubts are back.  “Are you sure about that?” you ask him carefully.  “Yeah!” Deuce replies confidently, “Just like Trey says, the more the merrier!”  You carefully take two sprigs of herbs and chop them up and then, while Deuce is preoccupied with the dough, give them a taste.  Honestly, the combination of the two isn’t bad.  ‘Well,’ you think, ‘what to I know about cooking in a magical world anyway?’  So, you chop the entire pile of greens and mix it all into a thick paste.  Deuce combines your herb paste with the fish and puts it into a small pie shell he has formed with the dough.  Then, you pack the ‘pie’ into the hot rocks of the fire to roast.
While the pie bakes, you sit side by side on a log and chat about normal things.  Or maybe it was more like you chatted and Deuce listened.  You didn’t mind, he was good company even if he seemed preoccupied.  You were telling him about Grim’s latest antics when you felt something on your hand.  You give a small yelp and tug your hand into your lap.  “Ah!” you examine your hand as you brush it off, “Was that a bug?”  Deuce, who you suddenly realize had gotten far closer to you than you’d noticed, nervously remarked, “Oh yeah, that…was probably it.  Ha ha.”  Finally, you ask, “Are you cold?  I bet we could find you a seat closer to the fire if you are.  You can be as cozy as our pie.”  Deuce seems embarrassed for a moment before suddenly becoming alarmed, “THE PIE!”  He jumps up and fishes the pie from the fire.
He brings it to you nervously, “I think it is fine…”  The pie has a small amount of char around the edge that was directly in the fire.  If it hadn’t been made by your good friend, you’d probably have refused it but, since it was made by Deuce, you don’t have the heart to refuse.  “Oh yeah, looks fine.  I guess…lets try it?” you say trying to convince both yourself and Deuce of the pie’s editability.  Deuce lets out a happy sigh and breaks the pie in half, handing you the slice with fewer burnt edges.  He makes no move to eat the pie himself but seems to hold his breath, waiting for you to try it.  “Well, here it goes?” you say in a worried tone.  You take a bite; it’s terrible.  You force your mouth into a wide smile, “mmm…” you mutter for him in pity.  You decide to use the same method for the pie as you used the last time you were forced to eat Lilia’s cooking.  You cram the pie down in three huge bites, trying to finish it off while tasting it as little as possible.
For a moment, Deuce seems greatly pleased with the gusto in which you eat before the look of alarm sets on his face and he tilts his head to the side.  Or maybe he is tilting his whole body?  Oh, no.  It’s you that is falling.  Then the blackness takes you as Deuce’s frightened shouts fade out, “HELP, I think…I’ve poisoned…the player…”
You wake up groggy.  If that was all, you’d have considered yourself lucky, but it also appears you’ve been tied to a tree.  You are confused for a moment until you recall the storyline of the Camp Vargus event.  Right, Coach is probably out tormenting students right now while anyone captured is tied up.  Great, just great.  You look up when you hear a long howl echoing through the forest.  ‘Is that Jack?’ you think to yourself.  If Jack is already in his wolf form, then this camp is nearly over.  You sigh and lean back into the tree, waiting for someone to come along and release you.
It isn’t longer than an hour before a very tired but eager Jack arrives to untie you.  “Guess you are the hero of the day, huh?” you jibe at him.  He flushes as he rubs the back of his head, “Oh, you heard about that.”  He tries to pretend indifference but moments later he is asking for more details, “So what did you hear?”  Well, this is a challenge to answer since you hadn’t actually heard anything about it.  You just remembered it from when it was a game plot.  “Well…didn’t Floyd change into his mer form?  That was probably cool to see.”
A look of incredulousness passes over his face, “Yeah well, other guys probably looked cool too.”  You nod knowingly, “Yeah, I heard you got to Sebek use his training to lure the monster into the bog.  Who knew there would be a chance for him to show off his skills out here.”  Jack huffs, “Yeah but he wasn’t the only one using his skills out there.”  Now you smile, feeling a bit mischievous yourself, “Oh, for sure.  I mean what would we have done without our MVP from Savanahclaw.”  Jack lets out a relieved sigh and smiles.  “Yes, Ruggie sure did pull though.  I don’t normally approve of his sneaky habits, but you have to admit he really came through today.”
Jack’s eyes widen and he stands there in a silent shock.  “Well, let’s get going.  Are you hungry?  I could sure go for something right about now.”  Then you dust off your knees and start heading toward camp.  After a moment, you decide you’ve tortured him enough and pause, waiving your hand to signal him to join you.  When he reaches your side, you give his uniform sleeve a tug.  He bends down and you use this opportunity to give him a pat on the head and then rub his soft ears.  “You did good, Jack,” you praise him softly.  Then you thread your arm through his own and tug him along to camp.  “Now, let’s go get some grub.  Just don’t take anything Deuce gives you, ok?”  Jack smiles and follows you along, tail wagging all the way.

Their younger sibling
Tumblr media
Summary: You were Jade and Floyd's younger sibling. They had been quite protective of you most, if not your entire life, and the only other person you knew was Azul. It annoyed you a lot as their protectiveness stop you from having friends but maybe this might be a turning point. Since your parents had a business problem/trip that would take awhile away from home and didnt want to leave you alone, your parents managed to get you into NRC(Probably through bribery) and now you were searching in Octavillne looking for your brothers or Azul.
A/n: Part 2. Sorry for not posting much been ill a lot for some reason and school(when I can actually go in). I hope you enjoy this small piece of writing I've done, have a nice day and remember to look after your beautiful self!
Tumblr media
It had been around a year and a bit since you had seen either of your brothers or Azul, you were pretty excited to see them again. The headmaster had put you into Octavillene and now you were looking for them. Anyone you had asked about the location of your brothers or Azul they gave you a shocked or pity look. You knew that your brothers were scary to many people and the power Azul had but still, you hadn't expected people to find them scary enough to throw pity at people who wanted to find them.
You shrugged it off as you entered Octavillene, you wondered a bit before and met some pretty nice guys, their names being ace, deuce, yuu, jack, epel and sebek. They seemed relatively nice, maybe this may be fun for you and maybe you'll make some new friends! Or maybe it will take a dark turn and they'll become like your brothers, just romanticly. You entered a place called monstro lounge, you sat down and as you were doing something on your phone you felt someone pick you up you looked at the person to see Floyd!
"Little elver!! " Floyd hugged you tightly with one of his large smiles.
"Hey big brother! " You hugged him back just as tight (eel strength) reciprocating his large smile.
Floyd picked you up and spun you around excitedly. People were staring mainly at you and seemed shocked, not that you really paid attention to, you were too happy seeing your big brother again!
Jade came out to see why Floyd stop doing his work and to see what all the fuss was about. Jade goes towards Floyd spotting someone in his arms, as jade comes closer he recognizes the person to be you. Jade stops Floyd from spinning as you now regain your balance, Jade whispers something to Floyd as Floyd picks you up and takes you somewhere.
"Hey big brother!! " You look over Floyd's shoulder to Jade as you shoot him a smile of yours.
Jade gives you a small smile back before responding
"Hello elver. "
Floyd kicks open a door as someone makes a fuss over what Floyd did before questioning why a person was over his shoulder, Floyd puts me down onto a couch with a sudden yelp emitting from the persons throat. I look at the person.
"Hey, zuzu! "
You look at Azul using the name your brothers started calling him before you joined in on calling him it.
"Little elverrrr~, your still gonna call Azul, zuzu? " Floyd said with a over dramatic whiny voice as Jade chuckled before nodding in agreement. I simply shrug my shoulders as Azul clears his throat before saying
"(Name) what we you doing here? As far as the school goes you shouldn't be here? " All three of them look at you in curiosity at Azuls words now letting them realize the fact you shouldn't be here with all these other people
"Mum and dad are going on a long business trip or problem and they didn't want me staying back at home alone they found a way to let me stay at NRC while they were away! "
They all look at each other in shock that their parents didn't tell them before, they look at you as Floyd flops down next to you and wraps an arm around your shoulders.
"Hey little elver, you don't go talking to others but us mkay? They are a lot of bad people here at NRC. "
Jade and Azul nod in agreement as you look at them dumbfounded. The people you had met here so far seemed relatively nice though? You voiced your concerns to your brothers, Azul had to leave to go and sort out something out side and said he'd be back.
"But the people I've talked to so far seem quite nice.. Although one if them was rather loud they were still nice enough? "
You watch them carefully as they faces seemed shocked.
"Elver you talked to some of the others here, before you found us? "
You nodded as you swore your brothers faces looked unhappy maybe even sinister, but it was too quickly gone for you to be certain, you pretty sure though it happened... Right?
"Little elver, who were these people? "
Your brothers grins looked almost sinister as their face expression was unreadable,which was unusual from Floyd. You explained you had talked to the first year group, you explained how they seemed relatively nice. What you didn't mention was that you planned on talking to them again later after you'd talked to your brothers and Azul.
"Elver the people here aren't what they seem. Your better sticking to me and Floyd, we wouldn't want our little sibling getting hurt, now would we Floyd? "
"Of course not Jade~"
You shook your head at you siblings protectiveness,could it be called that anymore? Wasn't it more than that? as a octavillene student came in and said Azul requested their presence back in the lounge. He flashed you a pity look and left just as quick as he had arrived. Your siblings look annoyed at the thought of leaving you now they had you back in their grasp.
"Ne little elver don't leave the VIP area okay? Me and Jade will be back we just need to take care of some business. "
You nodded at them as they left. The momment you couldn't hear them you found another way out and slowly and stealthily made your way out the lounge. Sure you loved your brothers and you enjoyed seeing them and Azul again but you hadn't really had many friends your entire life and now was your chance as you searched for the first years you met earlier and the one you got their number off. Your think his name was yuu?

MAKING A STAND - PART II
Yandere First Years/Prefect Romantic Poly, GrimxPrefect Platonic
=====
The first ‘incident’ sent a ripple of suspicion and unease through the Housewardens.
They were all powerful, all skilled and talented in their own ways and none of them could ever claim to be ‘harmless’, but on the list of physically dangerous, Jamil was listed high. He had been trained since a child to be able to fight off adult assassins and excelled at it despite the few times he had been forced to show it.
When you took in Snake Whisper he pretty much jumped to the top.
Being able to control anyone just by meeting their gaze and having the mental ability to utilize it properly, well, despite how intimidating the twins and Malleus could be, no one dared to let their guard down around the Scarabia Vice-Housewarden.
So, when the news of the retainer/bodyguard being sent to the hospital wing because of a potions class ‘gone wrong’ – a class he was highly capable in – and then for that news to explode with the knowledge that Jamil’s face had been injured and his eyes mostly destroyed…
They all began watching each other’s houses even more closely.
The Prefect visited Kalim, who remained steadfast at his best friend’s bedside, and brought him food that he could at least know was safe to eat while he waited for Jamil to recover.
The heir was heartbroken when they learned that Jamil would never be able to see again even with all the magical healing they were using that had saved his life, but he promised the Prefect that the other would never have to worry. Kalim would take care of him, make sure he never wanted for anything.
He was alive and that was what mattered to Kalim.
The Prefect shared an embrace with the usually bright young man and promised that they would help any way they could.
Kalim had just chuckled weakly and gave them a light pat on the back, his gaze sliding past them to Epel, who had come with them to visit and was standing at the door. He quickly shifted his gaze away and back to the Prefect with a blinding smile.
“Don’t worry, I can take care of Jamil. My father is sending another trusted aide to cook and take care of me while Najma finishes up her training. With the both of us Jamil will be okay. You shouldn’t worry. You have a lot on your plate and I wouldn’t want you to overwork yourself.” He assured them.
The Prefect wasn’t fully pacified by this, of course, but realized that Jamil probably wouldn’t want them hovering and seeing him so weakened, so they promised to visit once the other boy woke up and wanted to see them.
Kalim agreed of course, but his expression somehow said he doubted that would actually happen.
The Prefect didn’t push but gave Kalim one last embrace before stepping out of the hospital wing with Epel at their side.
“You okay?” the lavender haired boy asked, his fingers finding theirs comfortingly to give them a gentle squeeze.
They looked up to their friend, unable to hold back the fond smile as they heard the twinge of country accent in his words that always slipped a little when he was concerned.
“I…think so.” They admitted, somewhat unsure, “It’s just…Jamil was so skilled at potions. I’m worried that if even he can get hurt so badly that others could too.”
They chewed on their bottom lip absently.
“Epel, would you mind tutoring us all more in potions?” they asked hopefully. “You’re so smart in that subject and you know how clumsy Deuce and Grim can be sometimes, and Ace doesn’t aways pay attention to details like he should. What if something like this happens again and they get hurt?”
The Pomefiore boy quickly released their hand to wrap around their shoulders and pull them closer to his side.
“Don’t worry, I’ll help you all study. I’m sure it was just a mix up. It’s really easy to get ingredients wrong if you’re not paying attention and he had to keep a watch on Kalim too.” He assured him. “Fairy wing powder and Pyroxene dragonfly wing powder looks basically the same unless you’re really familiar with them.” He pointed out. “I’ll make sure the guys will know how to tell the difference.”
The Prefect nodded, leaning into the comfort.
“Thanks, Epel.” They smiled softly, leaning their head against his.
“Don’t worry, you can count on me.” He promised gently, voice soft and with the warm drawl of his accent that never failed to make them smile.
“I know.”
-
The second ‘incident’ nearly caused an international scandal.
Rook Hunt, the Vice Housewarden and bane of existence for multiple students that were the focus of his obsessions, was attacked while Trein-sensei had taken the third years on a field trip of sorts to the Coral Sea.
The trip had gone well, in the beginning, despite some of the antics from the NCR students. There had even been a visit to the same museum that Azul had conned the Prefect into stealing from and one of the older siblings to Prince Rielle had hosted them for a meal.
No one was surprised, however, that the blonde huntsman had slipped away at some point in hopes of trying to track sea creatures he would otherwise not have access to.
Many in Pomefiore, in fact, were betting one what exactly he would end up coming back with.
What they hadn't expected was him not returning and a search having to be made for the Sunset Savana citizen only to find him barely alive from what appeared to be a shark attack.
His right arm had been completely torn off at the shoulder.
Vil had been livid, instantly setting out with all the backing of his fame and famous father to place blame on the school for allowing such a thing to occur and at the Coral Sea royal family for not ensuring that the visiting students were safe.
What he didn't say was how he suspected the Octavinelle Housewarden and his pet eels to have been behind it somehow. They made no attempt to hide how they despised the blonde for his stalking habits or his attempts to target them during events like the Bean Fest or Magift matches, and the twins had been visiting their parents on short notice during the trip.
He didn’t say it but he made his displeasure felt on campus and the Mostro Lounge lost all Pomefiore business in one fell swoop.
Magift matches between the two dorms became little more than blood baths that even Savanaclaw were impressed by, and fights breaking out between the students of said dorms became an almost common occurrence.
It was only under Vil’s pressure that Crowley assured the blonde that he would be allowed to return to school once he had healed up enough and would work beside the Housewarden to complete his coursework so that he wouldn’t be held back or hindered by his missing limb.
A magical prosthesis would be created for him, of course, but it would take a while to special create for him and it was doubtful that the tracker’s aim would ever be what it had once been.
“And you’ll thank Lilia-senpai again for me, right? For finding Rook-senpai and bringing him back?” The Prefect asked, looking up at Sebek from where their fingers were snagged onto his sleeve. “I know he wasn’t exactly pleased with Rook-senpai’s…hobbies.”
The half-fae’s expression flickered with discontent and the human knew he was probably just annoyed that his superior had been forced to do the teachers’ job for them.
Or maybe how they had realized that the blonde huntsman had been taking more pictures of them recently than usual.
“OF COURSE!” he declared seriously, not comfortable with instigating contact out in the open but he didn’t attempt to shake them off like he might once have done either. “LILIA-SAMA WAS ONLY DOING AS HE FELT WAS HIS RESPONSIBILITY BUT I WILL REITERATE YOUR GRATITUDE!”
The Prefect smiled brightly up at the knight, forcing Sebek to glance away quickly or succumb to the heat rising in his cheeks.
“Thank you, Sebek. I really like Lilia-sama but I don’t want to bother him when I know you all have so much to do, protecting Tsunotarou.” They admitted.
“IT IS NOTHING! LILIA-SAMA COUNTS YOU AS A TRUSTED COMPANION AND HAS SAID MANY TIMES YOU ARE WELCOME AT DIASOMNIA WHENEVER YOU WISH!” He assured them instantly. “YOU WILL ALWAYS HAVE OUR SUPPORT!”
The soft look of wonder and fondness on the Prefect’s face had Sebek looking away again.
“I know, Sebek. I’m really honored to have such skilled and amazing knights think so highly of me.” They said gently, breaking the other’s desperate attempt to not flush under the praise.
They couldn’t help but chuckle at how cute and flustered the tall warrior could get at the smallest things despite his initial prickly attitude.
“Why don’t we go pick up Ace and Grim from detention and call the others? I’ll make dinner for everyone tonight to try and get our minds off of all this.” They offered.
Sebek’s shoulders shifted somewhat at the change of topic, and he nodded sharply again. A moment later he reached out to tug them out of the way of a Savanaclaw student that had almost stumbled into them.
He sent the boar therianthrope a sharp glare and moved them on his other side purposefully so that he could remain between them and rest of the students milling around.
“OF COURSE, PREFECT! I WILL KEEP WATCH WHILE YOU NOTIFY THE OTHERS!” he said seriously, his posture still at the ready as he always was when they were in public.
The Prefect pulled out their phone and began texting in the group chat for the rest of the First Years, reaching up again to lightly snag the edge of Sebek’s blazer, knowing the half-fae preferred having his arms free when he was in ‘guard mode’.
“How does Salmon Carpaccio sound?” they asked fondly, sneaking a look up at the taller male and hiding a chuckle at how he perked up.
“A VERY GOOD CHOICE, PREFECT!” he exclaimed eagerly.
“I’ll make extra so that you can take some back for Lilia-sama and the others.”
“YOU ARE VERY GENEROUS! LILIA-SAMA WILL BE PLEASED!”
-
The third and fourth ‘incidents’ happened so quickly after each other that it left the school reeling.
Ace had chosen to challenge the Heartslabyul Housewarden again.
The Prefect had only heard about the battle after the fact and had been frantic, worried that Rosehearts-senpai wouldn’t go easy on Ace for challenging him again, only to find out that their red haired friend had won.
Deuce’s explanations weren’t very clear, but apparently Ace had made a deal with Azul to borrow Floyd’s Bind the Heart for the duel, which insured that Riddle’s own Off With Your Head couldn’t land and seal Ace’s magic.
Apparently the surprise of the move had been enough for Ace to have an advantage against the older student and had sent Riddle flying into the hedge maze much to the shock of the other dorm members.
“Not that I don’t think you are good enough to defeat Rosehearts-senpai,” The Prefect said with a furrowed brow as they cleaned and bandaged a cut on their friend’s cheek. “But won’t he just challenge you again? You can’t keep making deals with Ashengrotto-senpai. What did you bargain for with him, anyway?” they fretted.
Ace just flashed a playful grin, leaning into their touch and giving one of his customary, flirty winks.
“Aa-ah, can’t tell ya that.” He teased, “NDA and all.”
He laughed at the pout that instantly pulled on their lips.
“Don’t worry, creampuff, it’s nothing I’ll be missing.” He smirked. “And besides, apparently the tyrant’s mom’s been on his ass so he’s going to focus more on studies instead of trying to be a Housewarden again. It’s all good.” He waved off the whole situation like it wasn’t completely unbelievable.
“What!?” they gaped, looking to Deuce for confirmation and boggling when the blue haired boy shrugged and nodded.
“Heard him arguing with Trey-senpai about it.” He admitted. “Something about her finding out that he’s not as focused on grades as he used to be, or who he’s making friends with or something.”
The Prefect’s concerned look returned instantly.
“Is he going to be okay? What if-“
“Hey, don’t worry about it. The guy’s old enough to take care of his own shit. You’ve already kicked his ass before, so he knows what he’s about. He’s only got a couple more years of school anyway and then she can’t force him to do fucking anything.” Ace argued, poking their forehead.
“I guess…” they muttered, lightly rubbing the spot and sticking out their tongue when the red head just smirked again.
“Still, maybe I should-“ but before the Prefect could try to convince the two to let them at least bring the second year a bag of sweets to help lift his spirits when the front door to Ramshackle was thrown open.
The slam of the wood bouncing against the wall had the three jumping slightly and they looked up to see Jack and Sebek rushing in – Grim hanging off the wolf’s shoulder – and Epel followed close behind.
“Guys! You’ll never believe this!” Epel gasped, throwing himself in between Ace and the Prefect on the couch and shifting to hold the phone so they could all see as they gathered around.
The Prefect watched him click on the video that was already pulled up on the screen, moving a little to see better over his shoulder while Deuce pressed against their back and the two tallest leaned over the back of the sofa behind them.
The video blinked and then began playing, showing an odd angle that was clearly taken on a phone from behind a corner.
It was Vil.
A very drunk Vil who was ranting and raving in a barely comprehensible stream of rage that made him look near Overblotting again.
His hair was falling around his face and he was making wild hand gestures that were no where close to the elegance he was known for as a clearly uncomfortable Epel stood close by and tried to soothe and pacify him.
The Prefect winced, realizing the celebrity was going to have a hard time trying to smooth over getting inebriated on camera.
But then it got worse.
Vil wasn’t just complaining about Rook being hurt – which was understandable even to most internet gremlins – but he then he started in on throwing accusations about Azul being behind it and that turned into him complaining about other NCR students – namely the ‘deviant bastard of a second-prince, Leona’ – who he rambled about being no better than an animal in heat.
Then he turned on Neige LeBlanche.
“Holy shit.” Ace whistled lowly as the Prefect could only cover their mouth aghast.
Epel nodded rapidly, looking more than frazzled and harried.
“It just dropped, everyone’s going crazy.” He admitted. “Vil-senpai’s been really stressed since Rook got hurt and I just figured he needed a chance to vent or that maybe he had gone a little overboard with his potions, or something.”
“This…how are his agents and PR team going to be able to fix this?” the Prefect gaped, wincing as they could already see the rapid list of comments nearly flying up the screen with endless broken heart emojis.
“I don’t know if it’s something that can be fixed.” Jack admitted lowly. “Ignoring how highly thought of LeBlanche-san is, Vil just insulted a royal heir to Sunset Savana.”
Sebek gave a serious nod, eyes calculating as he continued to listen and watch the video.
“King Farena is amenable from what Waka-sama has said, but he is fiercely protective of his family. He will not take kindly to such words being thrown so publicly, especially by someone of Schoenheit-senpai’s fame.” He admitted, his voice lower and tense in a way that they seldom heard it.
There was a long moment of silence between them with nothing but the looping video audio filling the air.
“Welp!” Grim said suddenly, dropping down on the couch and into the Prefect’s lap. “It’s not our problem!”
“Grim!” They protested. “Vil-senpai is…well, he’s not nice, perse, but-“
“No ‘buts’ henchman!” Grim said defiantly, throwing his paw into their face. “The puppy is right! You can’t fix everything! This is something the guy got himself into and he’s got to get himself out of! What are you supposed to do against rabid fans anyway?”
The Prefect chewed on their lip worried, gaze flickering back to the screen and expression dropping at the storm that was clearly building into a hurricane against the actor before their eyes.
Deuce slipped his arms around their waist and nodded against their shoulder.
“Grim’s right, this time.” He said softly. “There’s nothing any of us can do to stop it now.”
The Prefect snuggled Grim under their chin as they were bracketed by all sides by the comfort of their friends.
“I thought…I thought me being here was supposed to help.” They admitted in a small voice. “I thought that was the reason I was brought…that I had a purpose…but how am I supposed to help them like Crowley wants when things like this keep happening?”
A tension shivered through the air and something in Ace’s chest snapped as he suddenly jerked from the couch and moved to lean over their Prefect, reaching out to cup their face in his hands, expression sharp and angry.
But not at them.
Never at them.
“None of this is your fault or responsibility.” He nearly snarled. “That crow bastard can go fuck himself if he tries to push this on you. If he tries to kick you out of Ramshackle you’ll stay in Heartslabyul. If he tries to kick you out of school, you’ll stay with one of our families. Mine and Deuce’s moms have been bugging us to bring you home for break anyway.”
“Yeah! And Grandpa says he wants to teach you how to bake his apple pies.” Epel added instantly.
“You would be more than welcome at my home.” Jack said firmly, large warm hand settling on their head.
“WAKA-SAMA AND LILIA-SAMA HAVE ALREADY MADE STEPS TO REGISTER YOU AND GRIM AS BRIAR VALLEY CITIZENS!” Sebek boomed, horrified at the idea of the small, stranded human being worried for their place in the world.
The Prefect’s breath was stolen as they looked up into Ace’s scarlet gaze and heard the words of assurance around them.
“You don’t have to worry, idiot.” The red head said, leaning in to press his forehead against theirs as Deuce’s breath was in their ear and Epel’s nose pressed into their neck.
Jack and Sebek were a warm, steady presence behind them and Grim’s claws tangled in their shirt.
It made their thoughts dizzy and their heart skip a beat in their chest.
“We’re going to take care of you.”
Oh.
They loved them.
=======================
Hi guys! Sorry I'm posting kind of sporadically, my new job makes it hard to post during the week.
Anyway, hope you like the second part of this. I'm not super pleased with it but I have rewritten parts so many times I figured it would be better just to get it out and move on.
Tell me what you think. <3

soft yandere wanderer who makes no effort in correcting people who assume you two are a couple. honestly, he puts in more effort to make sure you don’t tell them otherwise
if he notices you about to correct them he immediately steps forward to take over, claiming that it’s because he doesn’t want to waste any more time making idle chit chat with these strangers
“oh, that woman is not a stranger,” you explain, “i see her at least three times a week.”
…damn it
soft yan! wanderer who now realizes how much more effort it’s gonna take for him to trick everyone into believing you two are a couple without explicitly saying so. he starts to memorize your shopping routine so that he can start doing it for you. he complains that you take far too long and he can do it faster, but you and i both know that that’s not the truth.
he starts to familiarize himself with the local shop owners, making sure they know you and he are together.
‘doesn’t want to waste any more time making idle chit chat’ my ass; he’s using up so much of their time just to talk about you!
as rude as he may appear, everyone takes notice of how his expression softens as he talks about you, how his eyes grow fond and sparkle anytime the owners recount a memory about you, how eager he is to learn more about you
he didn’t think it’d require this much effort to make sure everyone knew that you were taken, but he doesn’t regret it one single bit
anything to make you his

Platonic yandere!Ace & Deuce
Warning(s): Yandere shit, unhealthy behavior, this shits only good for fiction irl this is no fuckin good obv, basically me rambling abt whatever comes to mind, cussing, not edited
A/N: getting more into yandere shit again, might write a fic at some point, but knowing me i doubt it lol. Sorry for the extreme lack on content, ive recently moved and been so much busier then i ever expected, also no wifi yet so its rly hard to to this on the computer. rn im pet sitting for a friend and they let me use their wifi so im able to write.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
These two as yanderes wouldn't be too bad in all honesty
their just both extremely overprotective
and maybe Ace is a lot tad manipulative
Deuce just wants you to be safe and happy.
They downright refuse to let you alone with anyone that has or has tried to hurt you, it took a lot of convincing and reassuring just to let those ppl near you period
and there are quite a few ppl that fall into that category,
All the house wardens + Jamil
except for Kalim,
Crowley
I cannot express into words how much they hate Crowley,
The tweels,
Lilia
just in case.... (≖_≖ ),
Ruggie
he and Leona are kinda a package deal in that regard,
Ortho
for B6 spoiler reasons,
And a bunch of random students
cause a lot students at this school are assholes.
And i think that's abt it so far-
Deuce worries so much abt you all the time, he's like a clingy big dog
he rarely lets you leave his or Ace's sight
Ace acts like he could give a rats ass abt you but rly he worries just as much as Deuce
These two will do virtually anything for you
want answers to a test?
they got them for you by the end of the day!
some rando bothering you?
this world might have one less person or a hospital might gain a patient!
want Ramshackle cleaned
that mf is ganna be spotless once they're done with it!
ok maybe not the last one they'll rly just casually clean when they're there and in a month it'll be sparkling
The only downside to this is that they will always bicker wth each other while doing these things.
Oh Ace and Deuce almost never leave Ramshackle btw
Just imagine having a clingy dog and cat and that's abt the same experience.
Oh and this might go without saying, but by the end of the story they won't let you more than 6 feet away from either of them at all times
and i mean ALL
also there is no way in hell you are ever going to go home
these two will fr get a sledgehammer and go to town on that mirror no matter the consequences.
Buuut before that, they'll mostly Ace try and convince you to stay willingly by saying almost anything from guilt-tripping you too antagonizing your friends and family.
Decue will try to convince you too stay by getting you things, both sentimental and otherwise
he might even go back into stealing if the time comes.
Overall, rly these two aren't all that bad, but kidnapping is still on the table if they ever need to take dire measures....
Be Still My Bleeding Heart.
Tumblr media
Yan Zhongli x God Reader.
[The First Contract index]
Warnings: Yandere themes, unhealthy relationships, power imbalance o'clock. Word count: 2k.
Tumblr media
“I’ve heard you’ve been frequenting the Stone Gate.”
Zhongli’s way of speaking is best compared to a geode. Seemingly insignificant upon initial viewing, but once cracked open, you’ll find yourself enthralled by the contents within. There’s so much to dissect and digest. You’ve become fluent in his language throughout the centuries. It wasn’t always a necessary skill. He matured with each passing millennia, his mannerisms aging like a fine wine, though they became no easier to swallow.
Gone were the days of him using brute force to tackle his way through every challenge waiting before him. He’s patient with enough cunning to match.
You almost miss how simple it once was to get a read on your husband. It requires a great deal more effort now, a resource you’d prefer to expend anywhere else than on him.
“I have,” you don’t see the point in lying. “Do you take issue with the fact?”
“That remains to be seen.”
You’d sigh, but even that feels like you’d be giving him too much. You keep your lips pursed to rectify this. He could be so obstinate about the most trivial details. That element of himself has remained consistent since time immemorial. All you wanted was to take a pleasant stroll through Yuehai Pavilion before returning to your usual activities, yet it seems that’s asking for too much.
Zhongli was waiting when you ascended the steps, his hands folded behind his back, warm amber eyes rivaling the sunset in its intensity. They softened for a mere instant, whatever non-issue you were inevitably about to get reprimanded over temporarily slipping his mind. Sickeningly sweet affection poured forth like vaults of honey, suffocating you in thick layers. You weighed the merits of turning around and venturing elsewhere, then remembered this fabled ‘elsewhere’ doesn’t exist.
He might be testing mortal life, but that doesn’t make Liyue any less of his domain than it was when the Yakshas were greater in number and the adepti gathered for banquets at the Guili Assembly. He could follow you anywhere, you can’t control that. You can, however, control how bad of a mood he’ll be in when he finds you.
Presently, Zhongli places an unwelcome hand on your shoulder, the gesture that was meant to comfort you worse than the spears chaining Osial down to an abyssal depth.
“I hope this isn’t a consequence of us living amongst the people of the Harbor.”
In the same way you are attuned to him, Zhongli is an uncontested expert in all things concerning you. His fervor is born from ardor whereas yours stems from a place of self-preservation. There is no side of you he hasn’t seen, no angle he hasn’t committed to memory with the zeal of a religious fanatic. His seemingly infinite reservoir of knowledge frightens you. There are times when you wonder if he knows you better than you know yourself.
This is further evidence of the possibility.
“… What do you mean by that?”
Zhongli raises an eyebrow. “My heart, please, don’t play dense. We both know you’re anything but. Something’s been troubling you ever since we’ve taken up residence here. I knew it wouldn’t be an easy adjustment, but if this is proving too detrimental for your wellbeing, I’ll have to take appropriate measures.”
You place your hands on the railing in front of you, leaning forward ever so slightly. The wind catches in your hair, carrying the familiar scent of the ocean and dinner being cooked by households awaiting the return of their loved ones. The day draws to a close. You hear laughter, the sound of children playing; two boys struggling to keep up with a little girl who goads them on. This lively scene cannot be found atop Mt. Hulao or any other secluded area you’d be held prisoner in if he thinks it best.
“You take on everyone’s burdens,” Zhongli disregards the view in favor of examining your side profile. You know which one he finds more picturesque. “I adore and fear that trait of yours. I knew there’d be no avoiding it, as it’s embedded in your nature, but I didn’t anticipate you getting this attached.”
“You’re exaggerating the severity of things.”
“Am I?” There’s a slight challenge in his voice you can’t bring yourself to match. “I heard you requested Xiao’s assistance in finding a little girl’s lost doll. An expedition that took multiple days of our Conqueror of Demons’ time.”
“Children are Liyue’s future — I’m doing my part to ensure their happiness.”
“Last week, I found you lecturing a gentleman who voiced dislike of Xinyan’s music. It took you an hour for you to notice my presence. Another hour to let him leave.”
“It was a civil discussion, not a lecture. I left room for him to interject if he had anything worthwhile to say. It isn’t my fault he became tongue-tied when his brutish behavior was confronted.”
“You recently asked me to reshape a mountain range so that Qiqi would have easier passage on her herb-collecting journeys.”
“Are you not the one who once promised me you’d ‘shift the sun’s placement in the sky’ if I ever found it unsatisfactory?”
Zhongli coughs into his gloved hand to hide his embarrassment. “I… was young then. My prose reflects that.”
“2,500 hardly qualifies as young, old man.”
“It does for beings like us. Now,” he seems eager to move on from the subject, “The examples I listed are the mildest. You’re spreading yourself thin, concerning yourself with matters beyond your control. I’ve seen what it did to you in the past. As your husband, I must ensure that doesn’t happen again.”
There’s something else at play here, yet you’ll leave that detail to be uncovered later.
“If I’m understanding this correctly, you’re criticizing me for caring about the people who you spent centuries shedding blood — yours and others — over.”
You don’t bother hiding the bitterness on your tongue. He’s worse than a thorn in your side, he’s a knife, jabbed in so deep that pulling it out is no longer an option. You have to live with the blade’s intrusion and adjust accordingly to the pain. It’s obvious to you that he’s been stewing on this for a while, the trips to the Stone Gate must’ve been the final nail in the coffin. You’ll both argue circles around each other until the heart of the issue is addressed.
The specifics of the contract you signed many, many years ago stipulate you may not leave Liyue’s borders unless a particular list of requirements is met. It isn’t like Zhongli is actively looking to punish you — he said so many times himself — which is why he becomes extra stifling when he thinks you’re pushing your limits. Or his limits, to be precise. The God of Contracts takes these matters very seriously.
Eventually finding you can’t take the silence any longer, you come right out and say it. “It’s true that I can get a bit too… involved when it comes to helping mortals. I see the solution right in front of me and wish those involved could see it too. That’s why I was seeking out a fellow god who is better at handling these situations with the appropriate nuance.”
His face gives away nothing when he speaks. The same cannot be said for the low timbre his voice takes on.
“And what god other than myself might my dearest spouse be seeking the audience of?”
“Barbatos,” you reply without hesitation. Something cold runs through the air between you. “He’s lived amongst mortals for so long. I might have some issues with his carefree temperament, but he knows how to guide others in that human form of his. Perhaps ‘guide’ isn’t the right word. He offers just enough for them to reach the solutions themselves. I want to learn from him.”
In a split second, his diamond-shaped pupils thin into slits, reminiscent of his draconic form. It’s gone in the time it takes you to blink. He sighs, his gaze finally breaking off from you. You feel his hand settle on the small of your back in what can only be described as a possessive gesture. Zhongli rarely touched you in public for the sake of social decency. This revelation must’ve been enough for him to discard the propriety he associates himself with in the current era.
You can tell he’s thinking and you let him. While he chews on the truth, your eyelashes flutter shut, blocking out the sensory stimuli you normally adore. Memories come and go like the ocean’s waves brushing up against the shoreline of your beloved Yaoguang Shoal. Had things gone differently, you’re confident you would’ve learned the lessons you’re currently seeking out on your own. The centuries you were forced to spend separated from mortals, incapable of answering their many desperate prayers, built an intimidating wall.
You’d either need to scale it or tear it down in its entirety — you’re not going to let your husband add to its height.
“He’s a whimsical spirit, so our paths never managed to cross,” you look up at the stony countenance of Zhongli, who weighs your every word on an internal scale. Judgment could be in your future dependingly. “I’ll stop making my trips there. You have my word.”
“You can continue to do so as long as I am present,” his earrings catch the dimming sunray’s when he turns his head in your direction. “I’m not the unreasonable man you try to make me out to be, [First]. Let this be proof of that.”
No, he’s probably worse. Hiding his domineering tendencies beneath a thin veneer of amicability. You keep the thought to yourself. You’ve already pushed him far today by admitting what you did. Limits were meant to be teased, not breached. No one knows this like you do.
“I accept the terms of this contract.”
Seemingly content with this, he nods, his hand detaching from you while he does so. The vortex of tension surrounding you dissipates in an instant. You could relax your posture, but you don’t, a frown working its way onto your face. Encountering Venti by chance really would’ve been ideal, even if it was a long shot. Understanding the hearts of others was one thing, granting them the same vision is another.
“You’re doing it again, aren’t you?” Zhongli muses. It’s a tactic he loves utilizing. Giving vague statements or suggestions so you have no choice but to ask for him to elaborate. An intelligent tactic from a conniving god.
You take the bait, uncaring of how his hook will sink into your flesh.
“Hm?”
“Taking on everyone’s burdens,” he clarifies. “Whatever should I do with you?”
You make a face. He really could do anything he wanted to you — the gap in your divine power is that sizable. It’s by his mercy and self-proclaimed “love” alone that he puts up with your near-constant ambivalence. Not wanting to linger on this uncomfortable topic, you turn on your heels, preparing to descend the steps and return to Liyue Harbor’s heart. If you’re fortunate, maybe he’ll get distracted and start a conversation on architecture or preferably anything else.
This turned out to be a stroll you wish you didn’t take.
“Treat me to dinner, preferably. I made a balm for some burns Xiangling recently sustained. I’ll give it to her while we’re in the area.”
It doesn’t take much effort for him to catch up to you with those absurdly long legs of his.
“Ah. Well, it’s a date then.”
Zhongli observes with silent amusement how you scrunch your nose up yet don’t voice your dissent. You flutter around from person to person, inquiring after so and so’s health, or if a sibling safely made it to Inazuma, dutifully recording the knowledge for later use. Your husband knows how you dislike your association with The God of Love title the mortals mistakenly assigned to you many moons ago — still, he can’t help but find it fitting.
How could he not notice that you overflow with love for anyone who isn’t him?
PLATONIC YANDERE SLYTHERINS X FIRST YEAR READER
Tumblr media
So, the Slytherins usually don't give a DAMN about the other houses. They literally couldn't care less about the other houses especially that insufferable house Gryffindor. Ah yes, they all inherited Salazar Slytherin's ideals
Now, it might be tough for you if you'd ended up in another house since well.... the Slytherins here might make things difficult for you unless you know how to stand up for yourself. Actually, you were starting Hogwarts this year and you were hoping to end up in Gryffindor. You felt excited and nervous at the same time, which is how you should be feeling considering the fact that you're attending the most prestigious school of the Wizarding world
You were in the Hogwarts Express, seated with some other first year students that you somehow managed to befriend. You were just glad that you weren't alone for the ride and from there on, you all started talking about Hogwarts, the subjects there, how the teachers might be till one of them started talking about the houses. You said you were hoping to be in Gryffindor but when one of them said something like 'All Slytherins are Death Eaters' that's when something in your sparked and ignited. Rage. True, you weren't overly fond of Slytherin, you'd heard plenty of tales but not every single one of them could be bad, there could be good Slytherins too
You chewed them out, saying how wrong they were for targeting only one set of people without even knowing the full story. And while you were handing out your little lecture, on another side, some of the Slytherins were listening in very closely, namely The so-called Slytherin prince Draco Malfoy, Pansy Parkinson, Theodore Nott and Blaise Zabini. Nott said he was a bit surprised someone actually stood up for them but Pansy didn't really trust you off the hook yet and told them you might just be a mudblood exactly like Granger. Blaise as usual didn't bother gracing them with a response, and as for Malfoy, he was lost in thought. He found you to be intriguing, you were just a first year and yet you stood up for the Slytherins.... how fascinating, he made a notion and a mental note to keep an eye out for you later
So after you got down the Hogwarts Express, you and the other first years followed Hagrid and you found him to be quite nice. Then after Professor McGonagall was done listing out the rules of Hogwarts and the houses in which you'll be sorted into, you all went into the Great Hall where all of you could feel hundreds of pairs of eyes on you. You shuddered internally, feeling a bit overwhelmed by all this. You were waiting in line with anxiety churning inside you, as your thoughts kept running amok. You were usually the one to do something to make a difference and if people said you couldn't do something, you'd be ready to prove them wrong. After that little comment someone made back at the Hogwarts Express about Slytherins, you were determined to prove the other people wrong and erase their stereotype of Slytherins being bad and Death Eaters and what not. But still a tiny part of you was also hoping to get into Gryffindor
After 4 people got sorted into their houses it was finally your turn. Profess McGonagall called out your name while you were zoned out for a few seconds. "Miss L/N (last name)'' You gulped nervously and sat on the stool as the Great Sorting Hat was placed on your head. The Hat started whispering about all the fine qualities you had, you were brave and loyal, an excellent trait to be in Gryffindor but however you were also a pure blood and you were determined to prove other people wrong. And not to mention that you also had a way of persuading people to do something for you, a charmer to be frank. While the Hat was assessing your qualities, you could feel a certain blonde haired guy's eyes boring into you and he was staring at you from the Slytherin table. You wondered what his deal was but tried ignoring him for now
The Hat told you you'd do well in Slytherin and instead of saying you wanted to end up in Gryffindor, you decided to go with the Hat since you knew it was better at choosing which house you should be in. Finally the Hat yelled 'Slytherin' and all the Slytherins started clapping, looking pleased that they had gained yet another student while some of the other houses looked distinctly unenthusiastic. You couldn't help but notice a red haired boy with freckles rolling his eyes at you and you decided to show him who's boss afterwards. You were welcomed warmly by the Slytherins and you later on found out that Draco was the son of The Lucius Malfoy himself
Now, Slytherins are VERY protective of their own. Especially the young ones, so when you were sorted into Slytherin, naturally the Silver trio and Nott and the other Slytherins decided to keep a lookout for you. Whenever someone would try doing anything to you or make you feel bad about something they'd immediately hex them. Snape is quite protective over you too, you're one of the students who doesn't exactly drive him insane like a certain scar head with glasses and no one's even going to dare to ask you out because well.... these people are like your very own personal bodyguards
Of course Malfoy will introduce you to his parents since you're now 'friends' with him and they'll take a liking to you immediately. Also Lucius since mainly for your blood status the hypocrite, but they'll all do their best to keep you away from the dark side. As much as most of the Slytherins are a part of the Death Eaters they don't want someone innocent and precious as you joining in something so dangerous like that. You're sort of like a reminder that there can be some good even in the darkest of places. Heck, you even managed to get BLAISE to like you, HOW?! And even PANSY PARKINSON!? I admit, you have some other secret powers with you that you aren't aware of that's for sure....
Oh, and Pansy is like your overprotective sister. Anytime someone dares to even scoff at you for that matter, welp. He gonna get hexed. As for if someone does that to you in Malfoys or Zabini's presence they are literally signing their own death warrant since they will seriously not even think twice before using an Unforgivable curse on them. Who knows, they might even finish them off later on when you're not looking and claim that they went home or something. Oh and if at all they DO murder people for you (Yes they have), the deaths will either be covered up or be blamed on someone else or another factor like there was a storm or something and a tree fell and ended up killing them. Like that. So, that's when Lucuis will use his status as an advantage to hush it all up by bribing, threatening and blackmailing the people from the Ministry
The fact that you're also determined to prove everyone wrong around you is so cute and endearing to them. They find it rather adorable but they can't really let you fly too high, else you'll get hurt. Yes, they really appreciate it when you stick up for them, but like I said, they can't let you fly too high and land in trouble. They'll have you clip your wings for your own good, you understand don't you?
Okay, I know this sucked and I'm sorry TvT
Halloween is near and let's say the first years go to the Ramshackle to get their friend ( secret crush ) to a halloween party, and when they ipen the door they see them in a makeshift costume but it works well as they dressed as a witch and Grim wearing a cute tinny witch hat
Tumblr media
Halloween Twisted Wonderland First Years
“Sooo what do you guys think?”
You twirled in your witch costume, tilting your hat with your Sailor Moon-esque pose. You worked really hard to look this good with a limited budget and being told on such short notice. The ghosts were extremely helpful but you wanted to make your own this year.
“I like it! Looks good on you!”
Feeling an excited rush of heat dance on your cheeks as Ace smiled at you. You kicked your leg up and twirled landing in another grand pose as Deuce blushed before smiling as well.
“Y-Yeah! You look great!”
“Nyah~! Of course we’d look great because the Great Grim chose our costumes.”
You giggled as the little cat-monster continued boasting about how he made this awesome decision before slipping into his typical bantering with Ace and Deuce. Who were respectively dressed as skeletons as you all made your way to the school where the party was being held. You complimented them on their costumes earning a blush on both their faces before they hurriedly tried to change the topic as you walked to the venue.
“Well aren’t you, a treat?!”
The excited yell comes from Epel who is running up to you followed swiftly by Jack. The apple heir smiled as he launched himself in your direction, latching onto you in a hug. Surprised but still appreciative of the warm greeting you continued the hug. Deuce was the first to notice as he stopped walking to glare at the sight stopped by Ace who was the one to actually speak up.
“Hey aren’t you going to rub off all your makeup clinging onto them like that?!”
Ace spoke mockingly as he watched you pull away in worry before letting out a sigh of relief. Shooting a glare in the skeleton's direction the costumed vampire finally released himself from hugging you to dramatically swipe a gloved thumb over his lipstick.
“No smudge. Courtesy of Vil’s personal Halloween cosmetic line. So,” He took the chance to grab your sleeve rubbing his cheek against the cloth. You completely missed the way his cerulean rolled back as he took a sniff. But Ace didn't. And neither did Deuce.
"-it will be perfectly fine if I do this
Deuce's morphed into a scowl but before he could move any closer the firm hand of Jack held him back. Shaking his head at Ace who was also frowning at the Pomefiore student.
“Epel, I’m sure (Y/n) would appreciate it if you didn’t wrinkle their costume that they worked so hard on.”
Jack chimed authoritatively puffing his slightly exposed chest in a silent warning. Epel seemed to think about it continuing to lean and tighten his hold on your sleeve only for him to meet the more intensely glaring Ace and Deuce. With a pout, Epel begrudgingly let go of you to be subsequently flanked by Grim and Ace who were suddenly very interested in talking with him about how cutesy he looked; properly distracting him. You jogged catching up to Jack and Deuce who walked alongside you as you three happily conversed.
“Oh Jack, I love your costume, it looks so cool!”
“Thank you, (Y/n).”
A light blush tickled his cheeks before Deuce intervened with his own compliments about Jack’s costume. His compliments were weird because Jack wasn’t having the same reaction that he did with yours. Eventually the complimenting turned into very clear jabs at the realistic nature of their costumes. You tried to discourage it but once they started they weren't going to stop.
“If you're saying anything about my costume you should look at yours. How on Twisted Wonderland does ribbons count for bones?”
“It’s. An. Artistic. Decision!
“Right, for a ghost made of bones?”
Eventually your group had arrived at the entrance of the venue about to enter only for you guys to run into Sebek. He had apparently been looking for his master when he ran into you.
“Hello human! I see that you've dressed to be a witch this evening."
You nodded happily giving him a twirl as you set up another one of your poses. Completely obscuring your vision from the faint and brief redness that made it to his face.
"Yes! I am, how do I look? Elegant? Charming?"
"Y-yes all of the above...but perhaps this will truly bring out your appearance.”
Wordlessly he reaches into his sleeve pulling out an enchanting necklace that seemed to glow enchantingly under the light of the moon. With that brief blush appearing on his face again he moved in closer ducking under the shade of your hat nearly touching noses. Keeping an eye behind you as he locked the necklace behind he let himself take a hurried glance at your eyes further increasing the growing redness on his face. You smiled at him as you looked down at the necklace against your costume. Pulled away from nearly touching nose-to-nose as he regained his composure. Your thankful form was at the center of his view point still allowing him to see the pirate Jack who was practically frothing at the mouth as he was weakly being held back by Deuce and Epel. Ace had resigned to making a cutting motion against his neck to which Sebek opened his mouth to yell at him only for him to smirk.
“(Y/n)! CARE TO ENTER THE VENUE WITH ME!? I'M SURE YOU'VE NOTICED HOW MUCH MORE YOU'RE APPEARANCE EXCELS WITHOUT THEM!"
"S-sebek wait-Woah!"
Before you can protest he latches your arms with his before guiding you inside leaving the other first years to fight with one another as they fought to catch up.  You didn't dwell on it entering the party with a smile on your face as the general populous smiled at you in welcome.
Tonight should be filled with fun and festivities as you danced with the costumed students of Night Raven. You were just happy you could do this with all your first-year friends...even if they had their own intentions for tonight.
For the ask game what about hanging out with the yandere first years after the dance 💃
I had considered doing something actually at the dance but really, if you are solely in charge of a huge abandoned building, you know you are inviting your buddies over for a slumber party.
Tumblr media
“I’m not saying it’s a competition but if it was a competition, who would you like best?” Ace asked.  You rolled your eyes.  “That’s the opposite of not making it a competition, Ace.”  Then you lean over to pat Deuce on the shoulder, “Plus, what does it matter?  We’re all friends here.”  Deuce gives you a strained smile, but you hardly notice the effort it takes him.  “EXACTLY MY THOUGHTS, PREFECT,” Sebek chimes in an enthusiastic agreement.  “What are you even doing here?” Jack asks suspiciously, “You can’t just invite yourself to a slumber party.”  Sebek straightens up, frowning, “I was SO invited.”  Then he smiles smugly, “The Prefect invited me themselves.”  The rest of the first years give you an exasperated look.  “Yeah, I ran into him as I was leaving the dance and…it just sort of came up…so I asked if he wanted to join us,” you reply as you tap your pointer fingers together in a guilty manner.
The rest of your first-year crew give each other side glances.  Then Epel sighs, “Well I guess a slumber party is more about staying up than sleeping anyway.  So, it doesn’t hurt if a loud guy gets invited.”  This earns a snort from Deuce and a chuckle from Jack.  You see Sebek doesn’t appreciate the jibe and decide it is up to you to break the tension.  “Hey, how about a game.  Like…I don’t know, cards or dominoes or spin the bottle or something.”  You expected a laugh or a groan from at least someone but instead you found all your friends intently gazing from you to each other, as though sizing up the situation.
You narrow your eyes at the awkward response, “That was a joke guys.  A joke?  Ha ha?”  All at once, the gathered students let out forced laughter.  “HA HA!” Sebek chortles loud enough to make you worry he’d wake Grim, “WHAT AN AMUSING JAPE, PREFECT.”  You waive your hands down, hoping to cajole him into lowering his volume, “Yeah, yeah, I’m quite the jester but seriously, what do you guys want to do?”  There are some glances shared between your friends.  Then Epel smiles and says, “How about some snacks?”
“Oh yeah, sure.  I think I can round something up.” Then you stand from the couch, ready to head to the kitchen.  Epel leans over and grabs your wrist, “Oh, no need.  I brought some juice.  Bottled juice.  It’s perfect for a snack.  And in bottles.”  You look at him and shrug, “Ok, sure.”  The reply makes him smile and you see Ace and Deuce share an eager glance.  ‘Guess everyone really likes juice,’ you think.  Epel returns with a crate of juice and sets it on the table in the middle of the room.  The rest of the first-years come and take seats on chairs and sofas surrounding the table.  Then they eye the crate speculatively.
Finally, Jack grimaces, picks up a bottle of juice and pops off the bottle cap.  Then, in one giant gulp, downs the entire bottle.  With a hearty gasp, he wipes a drip of juice from the corner of his mouth with the back of his hand as he slams the bottle down in the center of the table.  You look at him wide-eyed, “Guess you were really thirsty?”  He stammers, “I..I…just prefer pear juice.  But…this is fine.”  Then he looks at you carefully, as though judging how believable you find that.  “I..I see,” you say suspiciously.  However, no one else seems to remark on Jack’s odd behavior, so you decide to let it go.
You lean over and reach your hand across the table.  Deuce gasps, causing you to pause and look at him, “What?”  Deuce blushes and looks away, not meeting your eye, “N.nothing.  It’s nothing.”  This has been a long night, so you shake your head and reach past the empty bottle left by Jack and grab your own bottle of juice.  Disappointed sighs escaped the boys.  “There is enough for everyone, dig in,” you say, misinterpreting their disappointment.  Having ordered the action, they jump to comply.  To your surprise, Jack even ends up taking a second bottle of the apple juice he claimed to not have greatly enjoyed.  You smile into your juice at his tsundere nature.  It’s a nice moment of relaxation as you all sip at the juice while making small talk about the dance, sharing stories about the things you’d seen and experienced that night.  You thought the evening was back on track but the feeling didn’t last.
“But really,” Ace circles back around, “If you had to pick, which of us is your favorite.”  Ace was stubborn when he got an idea in his mind, and you knew he wouldn’t let this question rest easily.  “I’m not picking a best friend; you are all equal best friends to me.”  You know that was an evasive reply, but you didn’t really want to hurt anyone’s feelings.  Ace, Deuce and Epel seem annoyed at your response while Sebek lets out a pleased gasp at being labeled as your (joint) best friend.  Jack seems to take the reply calmly and you are glad that you have at least one person not being strange over this favorite friend business.
You smile at Jack for supporting you in this and he returns your grin, seeming far more pleased as he drinks his second bottle of apple juice, tail wagging through a gap in the slats of the wooden chair he sits on.  Then you hear a small clink as Ace sets his bottle back on the table.  He leans over his knees, pushing the bottle to the middle of the table in front of him, “Hey Prefect,” he says mischievously, “Want to see a trick?”  Then he sets the bottle on its side and spins it, so the open end lands on you.  With a sly grin, he spins it several more times, each time the ending opens to you.  “Guess we are just meant to be, huh?  Don’t fight it, Prefect, I’m ready for my kiss.” he replies cockily.  You roll your eyes at the joke, suspecting the truth lies in some ‘magic’ trick taught to him by his brother.
Meanwhile, his joke has not gone over well with the other boys.  “I’mma jump over this ‘ere table and smack some sense inta him,” Epel mutters under his breath.  “I’d be happy to offer my support in that battle,” Sebek glowers.  “That’s not necessary,” begins Jack, “I’m a lot faster than you two.  I’ll have this finished before you can even get over there.  Their muttering had caught Ace’s attention and was beginning to draw your own as well.  Deuce uses this opportunity to distract you, “Say, isn’t it time to change out of that formal wear and into your pajamas?”
He'd successfully distracted you from the escalating conflict over Ace’s prank and towards your stuffy formal outfit.  “Yeah, I guess it is strange that we’re all still wearing this stuff,” you say as you look down at your clothes, “Hey guys, I’m going to go change.  Feel free to use any of those rooms on that side of the hall to change.  They should all be empty.”  With a gesture you indicate a section of rooms used for storage.  Then you head off to swap out your clothes for comfortable pj’s.
You return to the lounge to see that your friends have followed suit and also changed out of their formal wear and into more comfortable clothes.  Sebek had apparently borrowed a hoodie from Jack, making him look a bit odd in his formal pant but you supposed that was to be expected with how suddenly he’d been included in the night’s activities.  Still, you think it looks like everyone is having a good time; joke wrestling over something on the couches.  You swing wide of the chaos and take a seat in a rocking chair near the windows.  You pull a blanket around you and smile at the antics of your first-year friends.  The warmth of the blanket combined with the rocking of the chair and lateness of the night quickly lulls you to sleep.
Ace is the first to notice your unconscious state, since he is the only one facing your direction with the rest ganged up on him from the other.  “Hey, look,” he says and nods in your direction, “The Prefect is asleep.”  Jack ceases his attempt to put Ace in a headlock, rubs his head and remarks, “We should keep it down then.”  Sebek begins to open his mouth and Deuce quickly covers Sebek’s mouth and hushes, “Shhhh!”  Sebek shakes off Deuce and whispers in a tone that is rather quiet for him, “Don’t be ridiculous.  Of course, I’m not going to wake them.  I just want to contribute to their successful slumber.”  Then he takes a decorative pillow from the couch and gently slips it behind your head, stroking your hair softly as he does.
“Stop being so handsy,” Ace complains.  “Is this something you do often?” Jack asks suspiciously.  Sebek admits that he often dreams of doing such things for Malleus.  “It is a great honor to be able to guard the one you respect while they are so vulnerable.  I’ve thought about it a great deal.”  Epel scowls, “So leave and go tuck Malleus in then.”  Sebek flushes, “Its not just the Young Lord I respect enough to take care of like this.”  Then he stubbornly lifts his chin as though daring the others to make him depart.
Jack sighs, “Enough, you all should go to bed.  There is no point to everyone staying up to guard the Prefect.”  Epel scowls, “So what, you get to stay up and look at them all night because you are tough?  You think I can’t protect them?”  Deuce cracks his knuckles, entering his delinquent mode, “That sounds like a challenge to me.”  Surprisingly it is Ace that is the voice of reason, “Come on guys,” he replies quietly, “We can’t be making any loud noises, or we’ll wake them up.  Either go to sleep or stay up.”  Then he slumps on a chair with a determined pout, looking at the Prefect with lidded eyes.
The rest of the boys join him, taking up spaces on the chairs and sofa.  Sebek and Jack quietly moved one of the sofas to have a better view of the Prefect before settling in.  What followed was a silent vigil, each boy refusing to relinquish his spot watching over the Prefect he adored to another.  Sometimes a brief conversation would start but any slight shifting or sigh you gave brought the banter to complete silence.  Finally, the dawn came bringing you to wakefulness with the morning light.
You stretch, lifting your arms over your head to ease some of the tension in your shoulders from sleeping in a chair.  You feel the pillow drop from behind your head and turn to grab it.  Then you stand and return it to the sofa, smiling at the sleepy bunch of students waiting for you there.  “Guess I conked out kind of early, huh?”  You smile at them good naturedly.  “We didn’t mind,” Epel says quietly.  You look at the Pomefiore boy and notice the dark circles under his eyes.  “Exactly how late did you guys stay up?” you asked, not really expecting an answer.  “Vil is going to kill you for ruining your complexion, you know that right?”  You laugh it off, but each student quietly recognizes the truth in that statement.  Even so, no one felt regretful for the choices they’d made.  It was worth a scolding from the Dorm Leader over what they’d gained.  A full night admiring the gentle expression of the sleeping Prefect was a prize not to be taken lightly.  And perhaps next time, you’d even agree to play Spin the Bottle.  A boy can dream.
!Their Younger Sibling!
Tumblr media
Summary: You had successfully escaped you're older brothers and you one and only friend Azul(Or how reader calls him Zuzu). You had were texting Yuu about meeting him with his friends, the ones you met before heading for you're brothers, and Azul. What will their reactions be?
A/N: Part 1 There's mention of a bag, you pick how the bag looks and what type of bag it is. Debating on making a series of the octavillene trio having reader keep running off and befriending the main cast. Remember to look after yourself and get rest!! Enjoy.
Tumblr media
You put you're phone in you're bag as you looked around you making sure you're brothers nor Azul were near. You weren't worried about the other students too much since you have similar speed and strength to you're brothers, although abit weaker than them. Once you were sure they weren't near you stood up and ran for the botanical gardens, keeping an eye out for any of the first years you saw with Yuu or Yuu himself.
You eventually reached the botanical gardens, looking around for Yuu and the rest of his friends. Spotting them not to far you walk up to them.
"Hey, Yuu!"
Yuu turned around to see you smiling at him as he waved at you.
"(Name), You got here fast!"
You chuckled abit as the other first years saw and recognised you from earlier that day. You remembered each of their names roughly, the one you think was juice?? No, Deuce!
"Hey There, Your (Name), the leech twins younger sibling, right? We met you earlier on today!" Deuce smiled at you and extended a hand for a handshake.
"Yes, that would be me! You're Deuce if I'm correct." You shook his hand as he nods confirming you was right. It was bit awkward for you, not because of the people but because of the socializing. The only friend you'd ever had was Zuzu, so it felt awkward but they all seemed pretty laidback.
They all introduced themselves, Sebek seems to be loud constantly, though you were used to Floyds random yelling so it wasn't too bad. They are a lively bunch, it was quite enjoyable, your awkwardness and anxiety went quickly as you hangout with them.
"Hey (Name)."
You look over at Jack as he approaches you, you've noticed he is quite sensible probably the most sensible here.
"Yea? What's wrong?" You stare at him confused as he scratches the back of his neck and looks away.
"Don't take this badly towards you're brothers but, you're not really like them, you know? I mean it in the sense you not as terrifying as you're brothers make themselves nor do you try and make you're self unsettling like them."
Jack was now looking at me in an almost confused manner as you laugh abit at the statement Jack made. You weren't offended to be honest, you just found it funny how right he was. Epel had joined the conversation and agreed with Jack, you replied to them.
"Well, I try not to appear unsettling or anything of the sort. I'm here for abit and my brothers are protective of me. I've never actually had a friend that wasn't Azul. Its only been us four basically my entire life..."
You look at Jack and Epel sheepishly, it felt weird to tell others about you're brothers way of looking after you. It almost felt wrong to be talking to these guys, but you pushed those feelings away and looked at them. The others had at some point had joined the conversation as they looked at you with pity.
"You've never had anybody out of those three??! That must be tough...We're your friends now! Therefore you now have people out of those three!" Deuce wrapped an arm around you're shoulders as the others seemed to agree.
"Yeah, you don't seem so bad, what harm could it do?" Yuu smiled at you confidently.
You smiled at them all, this was nice. Having a group of friends like this was nice...Your phone buzzed ruining the moment of happiness you felt, you only had 5 contacts outside of the people currently around you, 2 of those contacts were your parents but they had already told you they wouldn't text you until you did a week at NRC, the other 3 were you're brothers and Zuzu. You got caught, shit.
The others look at your panicked face as you run over to your bag, they question what's wrong.
"My brothers and Azul know I left the monstro lounge. They said I wasn't to leave due to the people at this school not being trustworthy enough for me to even talk to."
The others looked at you with concern, until Ace spoke up.
"They do that?! They stop you from interacting with people like at all?!"
I nod my head as I search my bag for my phone, you grab it quickly and look at their texts.
Tumblr media
After you had read their texts and you felt sick to you're stomach you shoved you're phone into you're bag and threw the bag onto you're shoulder as Sebek yelled.
"THATS UTERLLY WRONG. YOU'RE STRENGTH OUT DOES THE NORMAL HUMANS STREGTH. THERES NO REASON FOR THEM TO DO THAT!!"
You don't stay around much longer as you bolt for monstro lounge. You slam open the door but make sure not to scare any customers, you dint need those three anymore angry than they already are.
You think back to what Sebek said about being inhumanly strong like you brothers, it does make sense why they d-, you're thoughts were stopped by the tap on you shoulder looking at the person to see you brothers. Floyd grabs you and drags you into the V.I.P room and puts you on the couch as he starts going on about how you weren't meant to leave this place and you could have gotten hurt. Jade interrupted Floyd and looked at you.
"Elver. Did you speak to anyone?"
Jades voice was stern, you knew damn well that you couldn't avoid answer him. Not with Floyd and Azul right by.
"Yes..."
You watched there faces morph into disbelief. Now Azul and Floyd were yelling about how you're meant to stay by their side and not run off to talk with others. That's all they could yell about, not only did you leave monstro lounge like a normal human but you talked with others. Jade just let them go off at you, you don't think you've see him so angry. You knew this was the punishment, you knew they would tighten security on you.
You decide that, they aren't gonna stop you. You were 16 for fucks sake! a year younger than them. You not gonna sit idle by their side and alone, not when you now have friends. Of course you weren't gonna tell them that you just looked at the floor and listened to their yelling.
This will be an interesting time at NRC...
MERA OML U WONT BELIEVE WHAT MY IMAGINATION DO TO ME—
YAN!BUTLER OCTA TRIO.
PLS PLS PLS IMAGINE OMLLL THEM ON BUTLER SUIT IS SO OFENDOSKDKDDKDNE
he’s your personal butler, whenever you go and he followed you, he served you nicely, and waking you up for duties just like a husband waking up his wife softly in the morning—but he can be the filthiest behind that nice gentleman mask.
NAHH I CAN IMAGINE THEY ACTUALLY HELPING YOU AND RAVISHED YOU WHERE YOUR BODY GOT SO ADDICTED AND CANT GET ENOUGH OF HIM FISNDIDJDI
OMG YES OTL
I feel like I must make the obligatory Jade is one hell of a butler joke, but it's true!!! He's so responsible, always following his schedule, never late by a second and never too early either. He wakes you up at the same time each morning, smiling so adoringly when you throw a pillow at him and beg for a few more minutes wrapped in the comforts of the fluffy duvet. He stands at your bedside, looming like a sentinel, and will wait the few minutes you've requested. Everything is so orderly and tidy under his watchful eye. He's the head butler for a reason, after all. He is always so polite, never overstepping his boundaries, but he certainly toes the line, especially when he's hit with a particular bout of envy. It's usually when suitors come looking for your hand in marriage. Most just want your fortune; they could never truly love you like he does, and late into midnight he'll show you just how much he treasures you.
Azul is also very responsible and respectful. He's ambitious for a butler, always wanting to do better and better so you will continue to praise him. He probably fits into the trope of servant who grew up alongside the aristocrat, thus making both childhood friends, and since his youth he's always admired you from afar. He devoted so much of his time and efforts to learning the ways of servitude so that when he was finally old enough to officially serve as your personal butler he would be absolutely perfect. He's charming, too. Has quite the silver tongue on him. Every word that falls from his mouth is like honey, so sweet and charismatic. He does everything without uttering a single complaint, always offering you his trademark smirk-grin. But you shouldn't be so trusting of him. The same loyal butler who ensures you always have a fresh vase of flowers at your bedside, who memorizes all of your preferences, who helps you get ready in the morning, is the same butler who may have mixed his cum into your food or served you an octopus dish that may have been made using one of his tentacles. :) don't question things; just let him serve you as he always does.
For all of his untamed capriciousness, Floyd is a wonderful butler. He's an excellent cook, too. All of your meals are prepared by his diligent hands, and he loves cooking for you, so much that he often makes too much food. Floyd likes it when you give him tasks and orders because it's something special you're entrusting him with. He serves you because he wants to, not because it's an obligation, and you treat him in the same friendly casual manner he treats you. He has the best Shrimpy in the world. You're so caring and understanding. You let him get away with his mischief because he's your dear, devoted butler. Although this is probably because he knows just how to touch you to have you coming undone, and you've gotten a little too accustomed to anticipating sex with him. He makes it his mission to take you in every room in your estate, on every surface, in every position. Even the outdoors is not safe from your lustful trysts. Floyd scares away all of your potential suitors (he's probably killed a few, too, or he's come awfully close), so it's just you and him. He's all you really need; you seem to echo this sentiment when he's buried so deeply inside you and you're clawing at his back, numb to rationality, slurring incoherent things. He likes articulate Shrimpy, but he also likes dumb, cock-drunk Shrimpy, too. Good thing he gets to experience both!
Twst boys x Reader x Yan!Twst boys Summary: The first years were having their exams in alchemy yet an accident resulted in really fucked up shit.
It has been 5 days since the headmaster called mc and found them a way back to their home yet mc declined the offer and decided "hey I may be magicless but NRC felt much more of a home than back where they came from especially with the pandemic, have my boyfriends here. So I'll be staying and continue to ignore that they were an underpaid therapist. yada yada."
Crowley didn't even hide that he was relieved of the latter's decision, when the boys heard about this they were overwhelmed with joy, which result in the first year's determination to pass their exams to be able to make a surprise party for Mc and brag of course and that they passed the exam without cheating(this is mainly the Adeuce duo) and all and get special treatment from Mc don't tell the 2nd & 3rd years, ok.
Today was the last day of suffering and their final test would be Alchemy. Yet the group did their all recalling the lessons they had, the reviewers they made, their study sessions, etc., and was doing pretty well!
As Crewel was about to check their product, a student from a group just a few meters from them accidentally slipped, causing their cauldron's product to spill on the person nearby, Mc.
A vast green smoke and little gold fireworks erupted enveloping the whole room. Crewel immediately took action and ordered his pups to go out immediately while covering their nose while he opens all the windows to ventilate the room then proceeded to check on his pups and scold the clumsy ones.
"Behave you ruly pups! Now, where is Mc they were the ones to get exposed by the potion that group 3 was made. They should probably be growing plants on their head by now..." He stated as searched for his pup only to notice that they were not among the group.
"group 2! Where is Mc?!" He said as he ponders on how did these irresponsible pups survive 7 overblots IN A ROW!
"Wasn't Mc with Grim?" Ace asked.
"Nooo! They were beside you! Grim was gathering the ingredients."
"Yeah! You both told me to get 2 raven feathers from the supplies!"
"Oh, you got to be kidding me..." Crewel mumbles as he immediately returns to the classroom to check on his magicless pup yet there were no sign of life in the room. 'That can't be? The potion doesn't make one go invisible unless...!'
"Group 3, recite the procedure and ingredients of your product!" Crewel asked as he went to check the cauldron of the said group yet...the contents were all gone evaporating along with the smoke which shouldn't have happened. As the student told him the ingredients they used and the procedures, he recognized this as a transportation potion so he immediately reported it to the staff and started a search party for his lost pup yet there were no signs of the ramshackle prefect.
Even with the collaborations of the dorm leaders and the rest of the gang even with the help of Malleus.
It was almost as if they...returned to their original world...but Crowley did confirm that such a simple potion won't be able to bring them back to their homeland.
Days turned to months, then a few more, and more till the year ended and now the 1st years were soon 2nd years, 2nd years were now soon to be 3rd years, And the 3rd years were incoming 4th years...yet they still try their best to spare some time to continue searching for Mc...they do not want to lose hope yet but they can't help feeling guilty even the staffs...Mc decided to stay right? plus it was only a transportation potion! it is commonly for a short distance only! They can't possibly go to a different dimension or something?!
Right...?
The opening ceremony just finished. As new students are sorted into their dorms. Malleus has finally been invited yet he along with the rest of the group felt empty like a picture missing some pieces, knowing that one of them is still out there looking for a way to return to them.
They proceeded with life just how it normally was, going to their dorms, classes, and bonding with one another. The 4th years were able to come to check on them from time to time to make sure they ain't doing something stupid once again.
...
Yet after a few days, a miracle finally occurred...or was it really a miracle(?)
As the now 2nd & 3rd years were off to lunch while arguing about the silly thing they did in class, they met with the 4th years.
"ACE! DEUCE! GRIM!"
"Oh shit! Oh hey, Riddle-senpai!"The trio nervously said.
"Ughh. These potatoes never learn." Vil said as he retouch his make-up.
"Just because I am not often IN school means the THREE of you will continue causing chaos all around campus!!" He said while fuming red.
"Riddle, calm down."
"Woohoo! Let's all take a selfie!! #another beautiful day at NRC #Adeuce still causing havoc #reunion" Cater said as he takes photos of everything.
"I'm surprised Leona-senpai is being quiet today" Epel exclaimed.
"I did train him on proper manners and etiquette for a while, Looks like he finally learned from it." Vil said with a smug grin.
"Fnyah! Do you smell that!"
"Grim we ain't animals like you."'
"Mmh...that scent it's familiar."
"Shishishi! Hmm, it sure is! but...who did I smell this from?"
"It's-!!! Mc!!! at the mirror chamber!!!" Jack shouted as he ran followed by Leona and Ruggie along with the rest of the group.
"That can't be! They're back!!! Henchman is back!" Grim squealed as he raced to the location arriving there first.
But as soon as he opens the door, what he saw made his smile drop and horrified him and the others who followed.
There sat the one and only magicless human, who saved their lives so many times. Screamed as soon as they laid their eyes on them.
"Nononononononononononnono! This can't be! I FINALLY GOT HOME! I-I CAN'T BE BACK! MIRROR BRING ME BACK PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!" They chanted as they crawled to the mirror banging it softly.
They can't help but notice how much they lose weight, the huge dark circles underneath their tired and scared eyes, and the scars and wounds all over their body.
They were so confused and had so many questions. How did this happen? Why do they look like shit? And WHY are they afraid of them?
Grim tried coming closer and tried talking to them yet they pulled out a knife from their hoddies pocket, stood up, and pointed it at them.
"Don't you fucking dare come any closer to me! You-you monster!" They shouted eyes full of hatred fear and so much pain.
"Hey- Mc no need to call Grim like that! Please calm down!" Kalim nervously said raising both his hands as he try to come closer as if trying to tame a wild beast.
"DON'T YOU DARE! YOU FAKE BASTARD!!" They said as they pointed it towards him.
This made them so much confused. Mc would never say such words towards them nor would they threaten Kalim & Grim! They love and adored him so much!
"Mc! What's the fuck is your problem stop this now!" Ace shouted worried about Mc and was full of rage. Not to them never! it was to the people that used their faces to harm someone very dear to him. He may not be as good as Deuce in fighting he still wanna throw some hands
"Ace...please calm down! You'll be scaring them more!" Deuce warned as he pulled Ace back but he too could not hide his rage on whoever did this to his friend and lover.
All of them were in shock and full of rage...How did a simple potion accident go into this?!
To be continued...
Gang bang AU with the 1st year where MC borns the baby but it ends up being to a completely different person
Oh boy. Welp. It was nice knowing you. I joke. Or do I?
Geniunely this might be one of the most dangerous situations to put yourself in with these guys because of our usual culprits. Epel and Sebek are furious at the idea that you slept with and got pregnant from someone else. What’s the point of this arrangement if you can pull shit like this?! Where’s your sense of dignity? Why do you still have to be such a whore?! The two of them are the most likely to take it out on you physically and far more likely to hurt you in this situation than others, and any of their fits of anger before are incomparable to the visceral and primal rage that’s boiling in them. They may very well even kill your child.
You may think that Jack would go out of his way to protect them, but not in this case. Sure, he’s prepared to raise and nurture your children, but only the children conceived from the members of your pack, not from any person. It’s Deuce who defends them the most, he hates that it happened as much as the others, but his conscience couldn’t allow him to stand idly by and watch a newborn be killed, he would absolutely get between Sebek and the baby, and would be the first one to do so. Jack would probably only step in when he saw that Sebek was about to bring serious harm to either Deuce or your distress became too much for his senses to bear, at which point he just grabs Sebek by the arm.
This situation is far from ideal, they all know that, so why not just give the baby away. There are orphanages all around Twisted Wonderland, and they’re spread across the world. They can just drop the infant on one of the doorsteps and be done with it, no need to think about it anymore. They don’t need to waste time and energy on someone outside of their group. Deuce is convinced you were forced and simply too scared to speak out, so he would try to comfort you, to get you to share the identity of the one who did this to you. Give them the name, and they’ll do what they can to punish them.
So if it’s the child of a mob? Well, they’re probably dead. Even those who know it was consensual spare no thought to tearing them to shreds to appease their anger, with that and dumping the child, this incident is never to be spoken of again if you don’t want to be locked up in complete isolation. The baby themself might find itself joining it’s father in the afterlife if Ace and Deuce aren’t around. While Ace is a bully, I don’t think he would be alright killing a newborn, suprisingly Jack isn’t against it, his wolf instincts have no issue in removing the successors of those outside his pack to remove competition, so in the worst case scenario you could lose both.
If it’s the child of someone they know? They can’t risk it. If the father found out they had killed his child, they wouldn’t have much of a chance, even with their numbers. A parent’s grief is just too strong, their anger makes them more powerful, so no, they’ll just spirit them away to an orphanage and hope their father never finds out. He does need to know, he doesn’t need a link to you.
