Taxi's Reverse Square AU Part 1

The price on Tamaran, affectionately nicknamed "Dick" was the son of Queen Mar'i and her husband the King. He had a twin sister named Kommand'r. Unlike his sister, Dick was born with a strange birth defect that changed his ability to absorb sunlight and made his blasts blue instead of the normal green. This meant that a lot of the Tamaranians were scared of him, and he was given the nickname Blackfire.

His mom though reassured him that he was not a monster, and that when it came time he would inherit the Tamaranian throne as was his birthright.

Except the time came too early. Dick watched a man who was the leader of the faction intent on making sure he never became king cut down his parents right in front of him. They came for him next, but he got away, just barely, and instead was thrown into prison, blamed for his parents' assassination.

He escaped the prison-ship when they were far from his home world, and found himself stranded in a strange dark city, where he met a man named Bruce Wayne.

Bruce took him in as his ward and let him stay in his house where he could be safe, and Dick was glad, even though he had to use glamour tech to hide that fact that he was not from earth from his new foster-farther.

It wouldn't be for years before he'd find out his foster-father's secret, or why Linda Park-- a classmate of Dick's-- was always stopping by the house late at night, and never seemed to leave, though she wasn't there in the morning.

Finished this one!!

More to be shared in 2 waves! One will include all the "scrap" versions of the graphic design, the other will include the ones to be used in the fic once they've appeared there :)

Current WIP. Decided to give up on trying to decide the background and just did both symbols.

Idk how good I am with kids, I have not done them a lot and my last go was not fantastic.

Really do like how the flats look though. Can't wait to see the finished project.
