Honey, there is no right way

Aaron Hotchner is gay. Thats it. That's his secret. But when an unsub learns of this and uses it against him, what will he do?
Aaron Hotchner can't wait to go home.
The team is flying back to Virginia having just solved a case in Omaha. An unsub had been burning school teachers alive in the local forest. It turned out to be a man who had been beaten by a teacher as a child.
It was such a tiresome case, having to interview kids who didn't understand where their favourite teacher had gone or why they weren't coming back.
Hotch was exhausted. He couldn't wait to go home, get into his bed, and rest. Even more than that though, he missed Mark. Mark, his boyfriend. His secret boyfriend. It's not like he didn't trust his team, he did. Really. But he wasn't an idiot.
He knew the stereotypes surrounding gay men: small, weak, frail, feminine. And he knew that his team were good people, but they could never take him fully as their stoic, strong leader.
Not if they knew.
“Hey hotch”
Hotch blinked out of his thoughts and looked toward the voice.
“Hey, man you good?”
“Of course Morgan, what is it?” Well, everything wasn't quite alright, but he certainly wasn't going to tell Morgan about it.
“I was wondering if everyone would wanna go out tonight, for food.”
There was a chorus of yeahs and sures from the team but Hotch thought for a moment.
“Sorry guys I can't, i have some paperwork to finish back at the office. You guys have fun though.” There, that was a good excuse, no one could complain about that.
“You sure hotch?” Emily enquired “I thought we got all that done?”
Damn, why is she so sharp? “No I got sent some more, you guys enjoy your evening though”
Emily chose not to push it any further, although she knew something was off. Why didn't Hotch want to come for dinner? Because it certainly wasn't paperwork.

Criminal minds doesn't really effect me except for one episode .
One episode that I actually had to skip. Like I literally turned it on for five minutes and then just noped out of it.
And that was god complex.
