Is it just me or does anyone else love the trope where the guy is loopy, high, drunk, or just plain out of it and they are either

A. angry when their girl touches them and they're like "DONT touch me i have a wife/fiance/girlfriend"

B. Crying because they can't find their girl and think they left them or think they're not good enough or deserving of them

OR

C. Crying and/or telling people how much they love their girl and want to be with them or the rest of their lives

If my future husband/ boyfriend isn't like this, I won't be mad just disappointed because, I mean how cute is that, to know that even when their not in their right mind they love you so much and know it in their whole being and it's just so wholesome.

Not me being reminded that James Potter was probably planning Sirius Blacks birthday party with Peter Pettigrew when he came to check on him not knowing Peter would betray them instead. And then Sirius singing happy birthday to himself crying in his cell in Azkaban because his best friend is dead and he lost everything. And then Harry, decades later looking at Sirius star saying "Happy birthday padfoot We love you."

Ok but like is nobody going to bring attention to the fact that Rachel Elizabeth Dare has red CURLY hair and thus had absolutely no reason to be carrying around the blue plastic hairbrush. I mean it was absolutely iconic, don't get me wrong, but unless she just chose that as a weapon of choice to walk around New York in defense of the crazies, there was no reason for it. I think this was just a bit of a lack of forethought on Rick's part. I wouldn't want the scene Any other way since it is by far one of my favorites but i just thought I would point it out since brushing curly hair dry is literally the dumbest thing one could do.
