Easy Mango Chicken
Ingredients:
1 kg boneless, skinless chicken meat (cubed)
2 Tbs Vegetable Oil
2 x 440g can mango slices, including liquid
1 pkt Continental Savoury Chicken Supreme Soup
1 cup water
Method:
Brown Chicken in oil. Add mango, chicken soup and water. Simmer uncovered for 15 minutes. Serve with rice.
Feeds 6 – 8.
