Look into the version of yourself that you see inside of your dream reality. Every detail. What time she gets up, how she dresses, any routines or rituals she has, does she meditate? Does she do yoga in the morning or read a book? How does she drink her coffee? How does she wear her makeup, how does she dress, how does she do her hair? How does she feel? If I were to list out all the questions, this email would be endless… but envision this version of you, in every detail possible.  Now I know you may be thinking, “well the dream version of me is on a yacht in Barbados, sipping champagne with my husband over bright blue waters." In fact, I let this dumb excuse hold me back for far too long, making me feel like she was too far and how could I be that now? But even that version has her normal days where she wakes up in her bed at home, makes her coffee, does her morning routine, sits at the computer or wherever she is and does her work. So what does all that look like?… Envision it right now. Now come back and tell me where the ends don't meet. Tell me how much of that you are doing and showing up as every day? Are you waking. up when she would, doing her morning routines, her gym time, her wardrobe and hairstyles, the way she feels throughout the day, ect? That right there… is a tangible first step that will take you so far towards manifesting the dream reality you are desiring.
