chaosheadspace's addition....fucking supreme. I am going feral. Furthermore, my brain has once again been taken over by this au.

For some reason I am convinced Alex just "has to go" (cough cough) on some important business trip with Paul towards the end of Dream's pregnancies. The first time everyone could write it off as unlucky timing buy the third time it happens everyone knows it's deliberate.

Alex and Dream might behave at social events but to everyone who works at the manor it is obvious the two don't exactly like spending more time together than strictly necessary for keeping up appearances.

Everyone can agree it's a dick move for Alex to not be there for the birth of "his" children (the staff are 99% sure that Dream/Hob and Alex/Paul is what is happening here) but both Dream and Alex ignore it. The idea of Alex having to care for Dream close to & during labor makes both of them break out in hives, no thank you. Hob can take care of that.

Maybe Alex promotes Hob to Dream's personal assistant or something to keep up appearances. He is being such a good husband by making sure Dream has someone there for him when he himself is unfortunately indisposed (Lucienne is Dream's p.a. in a business sense here).

While Alex is off to France or something (where he is definitely not having an insane amount of sex with Paul while they wait for news of the baby's arrival), Hob and Dream get to be together.

Dream might not have had someone there to comfort him through the morning sickness but at least he gets to have someone there to dote on him and massage his aching back for those final weeks when Hob's pup is big and heavy.

When Dream goes into labor, Hob is there to take care of him and the kids, juggling holding Dream's hand and playing with the kids and reading them stories before bed. Afterwards, when Dream is tired and sore, Hob will be there to take care of him and the newborn, as well as to keep the older children occupied so their dad and little sibling can rest.

Ahshdhfjgm yes perfect! Another lovely anon had a similar idea of Hob becoming the go-to guy when Dream is labour because the Burgesses aren't there/dont care, and I think its wonderful!

It's fantastic news for Hob because he gets quality time with Dream in those precious final weeks before the new arrival, and he actually gets to be one of the first to hold the baby! It almost makes up for all the time they have to spend apart. He absolutely dotes on Dream, and soaks up all the time he can get snuggled up with the older children plus the newest little one. Side by side or in his lap it's impossible not to notice that they're his kids, every single one of them. And honestly he'd love them just the same if they weren't his, because they came from Dream. The most beautiful, precious person he's ever met. How could Hob fail to love him and his babies?

the boys are just really protective of someone as young as you. it’s your first time / you’re new to the music industry so they want to make sure it’s a positive experience and not unhealthy / scary / toxic place!

FRRR i can imagine like the boys wanted you to join them on the couch maybe to watch a movie but getting a little disappointed when you won’t leave your bunk, purely because you’re shy and nervous so they make an effort to do things with you to feel more comfortable around them. whether that’s being invited on coffee runs or helping them un load the instruments. just something to get ya talking and comfortable in their presence

omg! i love it!! it would make sense then as too why ya is like 16-17 and meeting the boys for the first time too.

ya probably doesn’t have a supportive family / parents due to maybe them wanting different career plans etc and such so they weren’t expecting them to show up to their graduation. handing out invites to the boys not even expecting them to show up too. so walking out on stage to find the boys there in suits all dressed up nice for your special day had you nearly crying.

after the ceremony you just crash into a big group hug and crying. it was the most nicest thing anyone’s ever done. the boys being like “we’re so proud of you kid”

maybe you move in with the boys 😭 like roommates and that’s where you wanna go to a party but someone’s like “dude you got first leg of the tour tomorrow you can’t” but you end up sneaking out and one of the boys coming to collect you with this disappointing yet tired look. sitting in the car like giving a talking “you can be a kid and a reckless teenager but think about the consequences that may have on your public image”

I said that I would write down the relationship of students with MS. So, this is a list of those whose relationship with MC will not change:

1) Riddle, our strict boy. He carefully monitors the implementation of the rules even after his overblot. Most likely, old age is warned about new inhabitants of the castle, like the caretaker of the castle. So Riddle will respect MC and will demand this from all Hartslabyul students. (and all those who disobey will lose their heads)

2) Kalim. Do I really need to explain why he would treat any MC the same?

3) Azul. He is extremely enterprising, so MC can be a gold mine for him. With the correct presentation of the facts, she can protect herself from the attacks of clients, and if she asks well, she will tell useful information about the castle / student / teacher.

4) Lilia. Even if we take into account that MC is a phoenix and could have lived for centuries, in comparison with him she is still a child. Although it is still possible to identify one small difference: if Sebek and MC are first-year students, then Vanrouge will teach the guy politeness.

5)Jack, fair and honest. He will really respect MC regardless of her age.

6) Rook. I don't think his attitude will change in any way. Unless if MC is a phoenix, then he will take a special interest in her because of her race.

7)Ace, Duce and Grim. Do I really need to explain this? No2

So far, that's all I can think of. I'll come up with more soon.

So the moment has come for my first idea. And so, the idea of a guardian-Crowley is not so new, but I have some corrections for it. What if Crowley took someone into his custody because of a promise? That is, he promised his friends that he would take care of their child after their death. That child is MC. Crowley really tries to be a good foster father, but given his carelessness and irresponsibility... He's doing extremely badly. And he doesn't find a better idea than to get an MC to work at his college as a castle keeper. But despite the poor guardianship, MC still loves his crow father very much. This is where all the adventures of MC begin. I don't really know yet when it's better for MC to appear in college: when Trey, Cater and other third-year students arrive, in the same year with Riddle (that is, the second year) or, as in the canon, with Ace and Deuce (or maybe MC looks much younger than his years)? Anyway, let's talk about the responsibilities of the MC. She (yes, let the MC be female for my convenience) should make sure that no one breaks the curfew, the ghosts in the castle don't get too rowdy or make sure that the students don't make their way to something really dangerous (even by Crowley's standards). As for the relationship with students and other teachers, I still can't really speak out for several reasons: 1) You said that you are still not familiar with the game. 2) As I said, I do not know with what course the MC will be the same age. Still, it seems to me that the attitude will be somewhat different, depending on Therefore, I will refrain from talking about MC and students for now. By the way, to once again emphasize the kinship between MC and Crowley, we can say that MC is also a bird. Maybe she's some kind of phoenix? Then, if we describe this au in more detail, we can say that she is literally a saving fire in the kingdom of darkness.
