This black and white photograph was probably taken from the upper story of a building.  It shows cars driving in both directions on a four lane street.  Cars are also parked along the curb.  The cars are mid-century American cars.  The street is in Washington, DC.  Buildings and a small green space line the street.  Pedestrians are visible on the sidewalk.  One cross street is visible, with a few cars and a bus traveling along it.
