nightgowns vs. lingerie
how they like their pretty little gifts packaged.
content + themes: riding, backshots, mirror sex, missionary, finger sucking, spanking/slapping, clothes ripping, some other thangs.

nightgowns
he personally has no time to waste on untying harnesses and bows..don’t get him wrong, you look good in your little lace teddies and Fenty sets. Hair styled and makeup done to the tee. But it’s not needed..he’ll just end up smearing it before the night’s end. So it’s only natural he prefers you in that $10 dollar ensemble from a Walmart rack with your silk bonnet on. No panties underneath and your big tits and ass swaying freely….makes for much easier access when it’s late night and he’s in a mood. One minute, you’re standing at the bathroom mirror brushing your teeth, the next you’re on your knees, sucking his dick. Letting him make an absolute mess of your freshly washed face. From there, he’s bending you over with a fistful of that nightgown curled in between his fingers. He’s pounding you from the back, leaving heavy handed slaps on your ass and forcing you to look at how pretty you look taking him. Even in your simplest form. “Ah-haaa…fuck me..” moaning through the three fingers hooked into the side of your cheek. That recoil and creamy pussy is driving him insane and he’s so glad he didn’t have to rip off any pesky underwear to get it. It’s even easier to hoist it over your head and render you completely nude before carrying to the bedroom to continue his fun. From laying on your side, lifting your leg and hitting it the way he wants. You two end up having the nastiest sex that night because he can’t control himself! Overstimulating you over and over until you’re a squirting mess all over his sheets. “Told you not to wear this thing around me, baby..you look so fucking sexy..” And It always hits different after he’s gotten some weed or alcohol in his system or it’s been a long day. Yeah, you may have been embarrassed at first wearing it around him but he loves that damn thing and loves you even more!

lingerie
he prefers taking his time to disrobe you. There’s something so elegant to him about seeing your pretty body wrapped in some sultry two piece he brought as a gift…corsets, bras, fishnets, heels..the works. He’s a man of couth and class so he loves his women all the same. Watching you strut into the bedroom in those tall shoes. You start to do a little striptease for him but he wants to enjoy this for himself. Tracing his fingertips up and down the curvature of your body..rubbing your nipples through the material of your leather and lace until he peels them off. “Mmmm..so pretty, baby. Looks so good on you.” His lips are tracing delicately down your skin and one by one, he unravels the layers. Licking and nipping at your flesh in the same breath. He knows the anticipation is killing you. That much is apparent by the faint scent of your heat hitting his nostrils and the blatant wetness drummed up from his fingertips. “Sorry, my love. Just let me take my time.” Oh, he’s having a blast turning you into a dribbling mess; once he’s got you to the point of brimming tension and near release, he finally rips them away and gets down to business. Lying you on the mattress, spreading your legs wide open and devouring your pussy until you’re trembling..trickling down his chin. Only after removing your thong with his teeth. Holding your hands and allowing those heels to scathe his back before they coil around his neck. Trust, all of his foreplay is coming to good use because by the time he’s inside of you, you’re gripping him like you never want him to leave it. “You look so beautiful…just like this.” Feeding you deep, passionate strokes. Telling you how gorgeous you are and giving you tons of praise . He’s going equally as slow as he was in the entire arousal process..a gentle clutch around your throat and you suckling on his fingers, it’s a prefect sight. Especially with that multicolored material shifted down to your tummy, serving as the ideal harness. Reigning you on his cock when he speeds up. He’s getting so close he can barely even keep pace; drumming up splatters of squirt from within you. He’s damn near ripped that lingerie from your frame and although he planned for this to be an intimate, passion filled evening of love making, he can’t but help but to get a little salacious after seeing you all dolled up, just for him.
gojo, geto, jean, erwin, levi, shinichiro, mitsuya, hisoka, chrollo, jotaro, sanji, giyuu, shanks, mihawk, aokiji, alucard + anyone else you’d like to add.

Alucard with an s/o that is also a half vampire
*Alucard never really thought there would be other half vampires out there like him, so it was definitely a surprise when he met you!
*he was quite curious about you, so he did have a few questions for you, which you don’t mind answering, since it’s him, and you knew he wouldn’t do anything to harm you.
*With you being half vampire as well, he doesn’t want anything bad to happen to you, since he knows vampires don’t exactly have the best reputation, so anytime you go anywhere, he will usually tag along
*You know how to protect yourself, so you tell him that it isn’t necessary for him to come along with you. Though you don’t mind the company.
*Alucard absolutely adores you, and he only becomes more open and affectionate with you.
*You two are around each other more often than other people, but you two don’t really mind, as you enjoy each other’s company.
*Alucard always has a cute nickname that he will only ever call you. It’s nothing embarrassing, of course. You call him one in return and it amuses the heck out of him.

Dracula was beginning to wonder just how you had managed to survive so long on your own.
He wasn’t doubting your skills. In fact, Dracula could tell from a glance you were a powerful fighter, much like your ancestors had been. He wouldn’t be surprised if you were one of the strongest Belmonts yet.
No, he was concerned over how you seemed lacking when it came to taking care of yourself.
Sure, you had bandaged yourself on the way to his castle, and he was thankful you seemed to have some sort of survival instinct.
But he noticed you didn’t put in too much effort though in your own health overall.
It wasn’t just from how you came to his castle recently, but something he had noticed long before he had been freed.
After the first few times he saw you, it was clear to him. You would briefly mention your headaches, and your homelife, how you just ‘dealt’ with it.
You had mentioned to him in a joke how even though you had been sick at one point, you just pushed through it while sleeping in your car for a week.
He couldn’t ask you at the time why you did such things, being trapped in stone. Now, he felt it would be counterproductive to ask you. Not until you were comfortable around him.
But it was a horrifying thing you mentioned offhandedly while eating a sandwich, and you refused to elaborate. Why would you put yourself through that?
Add that to his mental list of reasons why he had to investigate your home life. If anything, that was blatantly unhealthy. How the hell was your immune system putting up such a fight on its own if that was how you handled being sick at your home?
How did you handle most injuries before you met him? A part of him really did not wish to find out, but he couldn’t help but feel the desire to know.
Dracula was at least thankful you mentioned a small cabin once. After you had mentioned it while he was stone, you realized what you had said, and were quick to try and change the subject. You had not meant to tell him about it, it seemed.
But he was thankful at least that you had a small place nearby to rest.
At one point throughout the day as he checked in on you, he briefly considered going to see this cabin, or sending a scout to see where it was. However, he dismissed this idea almost as soon as he had thought it.
You’d no doubt be upset if you found out he had done so, and he would be willing to bet you had traps all over the land leading up to your small sanctuary away from your home.
It was only logical to assume so. You had found his castle nearby your own property.
Something he didn’t fail to see irony in. Of course his castle would choose a place nearby a Belmont’s property.
Still, if it had been him in your situation, he would have placed traps on top of traps once finding out such a thing. Sending an underling was just asking for it to either be captured, destroyed, or injured. Or for such information to spread to less enthusiastic minions who were disgruntled about your stay here.
No doubt when you inevitably left, you would check the traps, or at least notice one out of place, if not finding a dead monster's remains on your land. Dracula couldn’t afford to have you lose trust in him just because he was curious.
Yes… Dracula would wait, and put his patience to the test. He’d try to get you to open up to him, and show him yourself.
You already were showing you didn’t detest him, something that was bringing an old warmth to his cold heart.
He’d even wager you opened up to him just a little earlier, when you had mentioned your injuries had been from something personal.
Sure, it wasn’t a large amount of information, but it was progress.
Now, he just had to keep this progress going forward, something Dracula knew was not going to be smooth sailing as he had hoped. There was already unrest in the castle, he could just feel it.
No one had said anything to him, but Dracula was more in tune with his castle and its magic than people gave him credit for. Every being here had energy that was woven with the castle’s in some way shape or form.
And people were anxious.
Some were restless, some were afraid. Many were irritated.
A Belmont being treated as a guest? He knew it would only be a matter of time before someone or something acted out.
Dracula just hoped it wouldn’t be at your expense. He could clean any other mess as need be, but he wouldn’t stand you being injured further.
Alas, he couldn’t act unless someone else acted out first, or he could see they were planning something that involved you. Dracula, loathe as he may to admit it, would only cause more unrest by acting too hastily.
That was fine though, he could bide his time.
The only thing that had him on edge was your current injuries. Or rather, he didn’t want you fighting with your injuries and making them worse, especially after your healing has been progressing nicely.
Speaking of which, You were healing incredibly quickly. If it wasn’t for your lineage, he would have guessed you had some sort of distant supernatural blood in your veins, such as vampirism.
Still, even though you were healing at an impressive rate, it still wasn’t enough. Your injuries by all means could have killed you, and they were still deep and fresh.
His fingers tapped on the wood of his desk in his study, concern no doubt etched clear on his features.
Those potions should be finished today, or at least the first batch of them. The stronger type usually required a longer amount of time to simmer for better healing effects. Time though, was not something he could afford, so a batch of the regular sort would have to do.
Of course, he’d have to thoroughly check them himself after his alchemists were finished. He had not explained who the potions were for when he had ordered it to be done, but now, there was no doubt in his mind the ones creating the potions knew it was for a hunter.
Unfortunately, he couldn’t even trust most of his underlings with this. Even his more trusted ones, he was going to be forced to keep an eye on.
The chances of his alchemists messing with your potions were low, but not impossible. Thankfully, he knew potions very well after studying them centuries ago. Dracula was confident he could catch any ‘unneeded’ ingredients that might slip in the finished batch.
However, he hated that he would have to check.
“How bothersome…” he mumbled as he pressed his face into the palm of one of his hands.
Looking for poison itself wasn’t the issue, it’s something he’ll gladly do. It was the fact this would mean it would take longer to get the potions to you that irritated him.
If the potions were tampered with, like he worried they might be, he’d probably have to make them himself. Something he would also do without pause, but again, he didn’t wish for you to stay injured any longer than necessary.
Dracula rubbed his eyes for a moment, wondering how he had grown so protective of you like a mother hen.
The last time he could remember fretting over someone, was whenever his late wife had gotten sick, or when his son fell ill once or twice.
Back before everything fell apart.
He sighed, feeling another migraine coming on. It wouldn’t do well to think of that now. The less distractions, the better.
At least one good thing came from this. You were receptive to him checking in on you. Dracula doubted you would trust any of his underlings to do it, or at least any of them bringing you meals.
Not without him there to supervise, it seemed.
It was small, but that amount of trust you had in him was a lot for the circumstances.
Dracula felt another sigh escape his lips, and he ignored the temptation to lay his head on his desk like a daydreaming school boy.
What were you doing to him? Had the Great Dracula really fallen for a Belmont?
His eyes widened slightly at his own thoughts.
Fallen? No. Though he detested the idea of admitting he had a schoolboy crush.
He could at least admit he felt fonder for you than some human teenager just figuring themselves out, thank you very much.
Deep down however, thinking about this unsettled him.
Dracula cared for you. He could admit that in his head whole heartedly. Somehow, the Little Belmont had wormed their way into his cold, dead heart without even trying.
But he feared to think about what that meant for him. His life. His future. Your future.
The trust between you two was rocky, but it was there. Could he really push to have you trust him more? Was that really a future he could hope for? Try for? To even care about?
Was it even worth it?
Dracula ran a hand through his hair, and debated summoning another glass of blood to sooth the migraine he could already feel forming in his temples.
Himself and your family had been doomed to fight for centuries. Would even trying to open up the possibilities of at least a friendship be very wise?
Looking from the outside, it seemed like something doomed to fail.
So why did he want to try?
His fingers began to thrum idly on the desk again.
The answer was still the same as before. It was you.
You were different. Different from most Belmonts.
Was wanting to bet on that difference really worth the possible pain? Heartbreak? Potential agony?
Vlad’s eyes drifted over to a portrait that hung in his private study. One depicting his precious Lisa.
Lisa had been worth it, even if his time with her had been so cruelly cut short. He knew her time with her would have been limited, as she had wanted to stay human. It was one of the things that had made her so precious.
One of the few things he regretted was not being there for her when she needed him most. Probably one of his biggest regrets, alongside not being next to Elisabetha when she passed back when he had been human.
So perhaps… This too, would be worth it.
He could not deny that this was a golden opportunity. If, by small chance, he could change fate…
Perhaps he would not have to suffer being killed once more, and this damned cycle between him and your family could finally break.
Dracula was no fool. He was sure this cycle affected your family just as much as it did him. Ever since Leon, almost every Belmont has had to learn to fight creatures of the night. Either to be a hunter, or to avoid simply being the prey.
No doubt not every Belmont liked this, and judging from the small glimpses of your home life he has seen, the Belmont clan seems to have fallen into disrepair.
There was a darkness in your eyes when you spoke about your home, one that had him worrying all over again.
That was something else he was going to have to focus on. Your life at home.
Given that your clan was full of vampire hunters, even if he did by chance get your home’s location, he doubted himself or any of his underlings would be able to get too close. Surveillance wouldn’t be an easy option, or most likely would not be an option at all.
Unless, of course, your family’s home and protections have also deteriorated. Perhaps getting close to the home wouldn’t be as big of an issue.
But alas, he wouldn’t risk most of his underlings finding your home like that. He has a few he trusts, sure, but he couldn’t in good faith let most of them know where you lived.
All it would take is one slip up, and your home would no doubt be swarmed. Even if it wasn’t monsters from his circles, it wouldn’t take much from other groups to learn and decide to exterminate you en masse.
Even if no one could penetrate your home’s defenses, it wouldn’t be hard to stage an ambush to have you assassinated the moment you left your property. Or anyone else that lived with you.
Dracula’s eyes narrowed at that thought. Oh, how that was tempting, just to see those who may have hurt you torn to shreds.
But he had to wait. He’d have vengeance for you one way or another.
Before he could contemplate who he had to murder, he heard a brisk knock at his door. Crimson eyes narrowed, and with his mask slipping back into place, he sat back in his chair.
“Enter.”
Large doors to his study creaked open, and one of the alchemists he had working on your potions stepped into the room. A young man who had answered the Castle’s magical call for power and safety.
The young man before him tried not to tremble under his gaze, barely making eye contact before looking at a different part of the room. Dracula had to hold back an annoyed sigh.
A shame those who could create potions were few and far between, leaving him with such a sniveling fool. At least he could get the job done, along with the few others he had working under him.
“Is the task I set for you and the others finished?” he asked, thrumming his fingers against the desk once again, a bored look on his face.
Swallowing nervously, the alchemist nodded, before remembering he needed to speak.
“Y-Yes, milord. The first batch of potions has finished, but…”
Dracula raised an eyebrow. He was already nearing the end of his patience.
“But?”
The young man flinched, and the vampire tried not to roll his eyes.
“I’m afraid, ah… this batch won’t be that potent, due t-to us having to rush…”
As if Dracula didn’t already anticipate that.
No matter though. What was important was getting you something to fend back the majority of your injuries. Even if it is just enough to help you fight infection and mend a few patches of skin, it was better than nothing.
“I’m aware of the effect of making potions on such short notice. Is that everything?”
For a split second, the alchemist’s heartbeat spiked, and he avoided looking at the Vampire Lord. Dracula forced his face to remain neutral.
How curious.
“That’s everything, sir.”
Almost immediately, the shadows in the room crawled forward, and the temperature dropped a noticeable amount.
Dracula stood up from his chair to his full height, and leaned over his desk. His claws dug into the wood, and his eyes grew black and red.
“Tell me, Alchemist, why are you lying to me?”
A squeak left the young man’s lips, and he physically shrunk in on himself. No one wanted to be on Dracula’s bad side.
“I don’t tolerate liars in my court.”
The Alchemist fell backwards onto the floor in a scramble, and shuffled backwards a few feet. The door magically shut behind him, and he looked as if he were to faint.
Dracula felt the air grow heavy around him, and the pathetic man in front of him began to pant and shake.
“Now, what is it you are hiding from me?”
The threat was clear as day. Should the young man in front of him lie, or do something foolish, he would not live to see tomorrow.
Swallowing thickly, the Alchemist shakily stood to his feet.
“I… As I was finishing up my batch of potions, I overheard a few of the witches talking.”
Dracula had the tension in the air lesson to a degree. The boy in front of him was willing to speak, so he may as well not make it too difficult, lest the coward faint.
Though he made sure his displeasure was apparent.
“Go on.” Eyes darted between him and other parts of the room, the Alchemist shrunk in on himself further before speaking.
“I… I overheard them talking about how they think the hunter has bewitched you. That the hunter is going to kill you, and everyone involved.”
Dracula wanted to scoff. Just mild gossip. He wasn’t surprised it was already making the rounds, though he’d have to keep an eye on it lest it fester into something unmanageable without conflict.
Rumors and resentment building would only cause unrest, and the less he had to deal with, the better.
“And just who were the witches who were discussing this?” The man swallowed. “I don’t know.” “So you didn’t think to get a look on who it might be?” He shook his head, fingers twitching idly.
“No sir. But…”
Dracula could feel the throbbing in his temples. Perhaps he should summon some wine…
“...The witches talked about wanting to do something before it was too late.”
Now that caught Dracula’s attention.
“They what?!”
The Alchemist winced, though straightened up a little now that Dracula’s ire wasn’t entirely directed at him.
“I-I have no evidence, nor was I able to follow them, but- I think some of them might be planning something, sir.”
The room’s temperature dropped further, and at the moment, the Alchemist felt like his soul left his body.
Dracula was well known for his fury.
How his anger was icy, yet his fury ran hot.
“Planning something?”
His voice was low, in a way that was like a growl. Like a predator readying to bite down on the neck of its prey. It was inviting, yet it had the survival instincts of anything around him screaming to run.
The wind picked up around the castle, and lightning began to strike across the clouded sky. The flashes of light only seemed to emphasize the anger on his face.
Briefly, The King of the Night hoped you weren’t bothered by the pick up of the storm. Surely you’d notice the change in atmosphere…
But that was something he could check in with you later.
“And do you happen to know just what they might be planning? Or which ones it even was?”
Dracula’s mind was beginning to work overtime. Which witches lingered near the Alchemy lab? He's going to have to do a sweep it seemed, and soon. At least Castlevania would give him some insight should he ask for it.
If some of his underlings were already conspiring against him…
The boy in front of him was eerily silent, and Dracula held back from snapping. Killing the fool wouldn’t solve any of his issues, especially as he needed him for now.
Then, a thought suddenly hit Dracula, and he sat back into his seat, his claws growing sharper.
“Boy, where is the finished batch of potions?”
The Alchemist froze for a moment, taken aback by the sudden question.
“Um… In the labs?”
Dracula’s eyes sharpened, almost glowing red.
“And is there anyone or anything protecting the finished batch of potions in the labs?”
“Ah…”
Running a hand across his face, Dracula fought the urge to kill something.
He was going to need that drink before visiting you.
Much to Dracula’s disappointment (and hidden fury), it was just as he had expected.
He had decided to check on the batch of the potion himself after that conversation, just to be sure it hadn’t been tampered with.
It was something he was already going to do, but now it was incredibly important to do so after hearing what the Alchemist had to say.
Just as he had feared, the main batch that had been left out had indeed been soiled.
The potion itself was a darker blue than it should have been, a first tell that something wasn’t quite right. Then there was the smell.
Potions already smelled a bit bland, with a hint of bitterness to them. However, he was able to catch the scent of something almost sour.
The texture itself was also a bit… thick. Closer to a cream rather than the liquid form it was supposed to have.
Dracula felt his brow twitch with thinly veiled disdain.
With a sigh, and barely hidden rage, he ended up banishing the whole batch. No point in taste testing when he could already smell the signs of tampering. The only thing he would be able to get out of a test would be what ingredients specifically had been added, but there was no point. Not when he already knew the results.
It seems he would have to keep a closer eye on things than he thought.
Even if the alchemists and potioneers he had working on this were as trustworthy as they could get, it seemed that there was only so much he could do before the rats began to poke their noses where they didn't belong.
As much as he hated to section off parts of the lab, it seems he would have to until you were healed, or he found all the idiots involved who dared try and pull a fast one on him.
Thankfully however, not everything was lost.
Dracula was thankful that moment for employing several alchemists to the lab for different batches of potions. He could just take from those, since they would have a similar effect.
The other alchemists were to keep working on different batches of potions, so he could have stronger ones brewing while the first batch was finished. This meant there would be less powerful ones, sure, but he would simply have more made.
What mattered was getting this first batch to you.
You may be healing relatively quickly and well, but he was quickly growing to dislike seeing you injured.
The shadows under your eyes, and how sunken in your face looked, added to your winces of pain… He hoped that he could help with that by taking care of your wounds.
It would be a long journey, he was sure. No doubt it would take more than just healing your injuries to actually have you looked… alive.
That was what had his cold, undead heart beating worriedly in his chest.
You didn’t look like you were living.
Sure, your blood pumped, your heart still beats, but you didn’t have a happy light in your eyes. Dracula could mistake you for one of his minions with how those eyes alone looked.
He was thankful though, seeing a spark in them. It was subtle, and only showed up on occasion.
However, he found himself yearning to protect it.
Ha. Him. Lord of the Night. King of all Vampires, wanting to protect his own supposed enemy. Even more so, with such… feelings developing.
Dracula still wasn’t sure whether to find it amusing, or pitiful.
The beast in his mind that he had embraced so long ago surprisingly didn’t fight him on it. At first, it had called him pathetic the first time he found himself wanting to help you.
But that same beast had quickly done a 180, quickly growing to respect you much like his logical side had.
And oh, how it had quickly grown protective.
Dracula felt his lips almost twitch upward at the thought, feeling the very same protectiveness stir in his soul as he approached your door.
He gave a brisk knock at the door, casting a brief glance to the living armors he had stationed near your room. Stone still as always.
After a brief moment, he heard your voice, telling him to come in.
Carefully he opened the door, and it was as if a weight was lifted off his chest just seeing you. The way you subtly perked up when seeing him, sitting up in your bed…
He tried not to let his pride get to him, how it was him that you were sitting up for.
‘One step at a time, Vlad.’
The scent of your blood though soon quickly caught his nose, and he felt himself stand straighter as he walked quickly to your side.
“Your injuries… did one re-open?” He was quick to ask, internally scolding himself when he felt the urge to have a taste.
For a Belmont, your blood was still such an intoxicating scent…
Sheepishly, you looked away from him after he arrived at your side.
“Ah… I fell on the way to the restroom. I accidentally pulled some stitches open, but I got the wound under control.”
If he had been a human, he would have sworn you were trying to give him a heart attack at this rate. How was it you were such a trouble magnet?
Gently, he leaned over you, his hands hovering over where your shirt was. Underneath, he could already smell the irritated wound and fresh blood.
His eyes met your own.
“May I?” He asked, desiring to see how bad it had gotten. His voice was soft and tender, not wishing to push you or make you uncomfortable.
You froze for a moment, and a glimmer of emotion passed in your eyes. However, it left as quick as it came, and you carefully pulled your arms up to give him access.
Even now, Dracula was still incredibly impressed with the trust you were giving him. If this had been any of your ancestors, or any hunter, really, he would no doubt be in a fight.
Gently, his cool hands brushed against your warm skin as he lifted your shirt upwards to see the bandaged wound. He pointedly ignored the shiver you have, no doubt his cold hands most likely the cause.
At least, that’s what he told himself, also ignoring how you tensed slightly. Or how he heard your pulse pick up as he got closer.
It was not the time to let his mind wander and theorize.
Dracula would give you credit, though. Your pain tolerance wasn’t anything to scoff at, and you were taking everything in stride, even now.
He removed the bandages with a gentle ease, and immediately internally stomped down the sudden hunger he felt.
The fresh scent of your blood still somehow managed to drive him crazy, even when he wasn’t starving.
To think he’d find a Belmont’s blood so appealing?
It took a bit of his will power to calm himself, before continuing to look at the wound. Pursing his lips, he let out a hum.
His hands held your midsection still as he observed the new damage, ignoring your sharp intake of air.
“Apologies…” He mumbled, knowing full and well his hands were most likely even colder the closer they were to your feverish flesh.
“No worries…” You breathed, your voice small. His eyes flickered up to your face, and your own were wide as you watched him. Still vigilant, even now. Cute.
Eyes back on your wound, he felt a bit of relief. Thankfully you hadn’t torn open as many stitches as he had feared, and you had cleaned the wound up well.
It seems getting rest and meals was helping you both physically, and mentally. You weren’t hanging on a thread, wrapping wounds with little regard to your life now.
Really, he shouldn’t be surprised. Even if he was worried about how you thought of yourself and your health in general, you of all people would know how to properly wrap a wound when in good conditions to do so.
After a moment, he pressed the bandages back onto your injury, and stepped back.
“Despite several stitches being pulled, it could have been worse.”
You pull your shirt down, and smile sheepishly.
“That’s good. It didn’t look too bad, but I’m glad you agree.” You spoke, rubbing the back of your neck a bit nervously.
It seemed you were still on edge, though he didn’t mind too much.
He looked you over for a moment as you fixed your shirt. You really were looking better than when you first arrived. Even from when he saw you this morning, you seemed to be improving.
At least, he was definitely thankful you no longer looked like you were dead on your feet.
Clearing his throat for a moment, he nearly smirked at how you almost jumped. Most would have missed how your muscles tensed, though he decided to count the fact he wasn’t outright scaring you a plus.
“I have something for you.”
Immediately your interest was piqued.
How you subtly leaned towards him and tilted your head, you were curious.
“You do?”
He stepped back for a moment, before holding out his hand. In a flash of smoke and light, a bottle appeared in his hand.
As he held it out to you, your eyes widened as you gently took it from his grip.
“A potion? You really made some?”
Dracula crossed his arms a bit in pride as you looked over the bottle.
“Of course. You’ll find I am not fond of breaking promises, or going back on my word.”
You took a moment to look over the bottle you now held in your hands, almost disbelieving. Dracula felt a pang of something in his heart. Pity? Worry? He wasn’t sure, but he didn’t like how astounded you looked over the fact he would get you some basic potions.
“I do apologize in advance. Due to the fact your injuries were severe, I had this made as fast as possible. It won’t heal you completely, but it should heal the worst of your wounds.”
For a moment, you were silent, clearly thinking.
“If you are worried about it being poisoned-” he began, but you raised a hand to cut him off.
“No! No, it’s fine. Sorry. I trust it isn’t poisoned.” You spoke. After another moment, you pulled the cork off the bottle, and debated if you should take a sip.
“However, I do wish to warn you about something.” Dracula said, speaking before you could drink it. He may as well tell you now, before you take a drink. No doubt you’d be upset if he told you after.
You froze, looking at him expectantly.
“Yes…?”
Dracula let out a frustrated sigh, a hand coming up to his forehead just thinking about it.
“Someone has tried to tamper with one of the batches of potions I have commissioned to be made.”
Your eyes widened, flickering to the potion, but he held up a hand to try and calm you before you could panic.
“I tossed that batch out after testing it myself. I can assure you the potion you hold in your hand has been deemed clean by myself personally. That one you hold in your hand was not supposed to go to you today. It was a batch that was supposed to simmer for a few more days.”
“To become a stronger batch…” You murmured, and Dracula felt a small twinge of pride. He supposes it shouldn’t be a surprise you would know such things, given how often you probably used potions in general.
“So… Someone wanted me dead…?” You asked, still eyeing the bottle critically. Dracula’s face turned a bit more sour.
“Unfortunately so. I will not lie to you, having you as my guest has… ruffled some feathers. I’m currently investigating those I believe tried to lace the potion with poison.”
Bright eyes flickered to him, and he caught that look, one of near disbelief.
“Why? I don’t particularly blame them, I’m a hunter, after all…” You murmured once again, eyes glancing back to the bottle.
“Because you are my guest. I will not tolerate those who wish to go against my orders, and attempt to kill the company I deemed worthy to keep.”
Dracula wondered if you weren’t used to such thoughts, with the way he saw emotions flicker across your face, gone as quick as they came.
Summoning a chair from the side of the room, he sat down, placing his elbows on his knees as he rested his chin over his clasped hands.
“If you don’t wish to drink that potion, I will not force you. It will just take a longer period for you to fully recover. I will not blame you for doing so.”
After all, he just admitted someone tried to use a different batch to kill you. He wouldn’t blame you for being careful.
You seemed to think for a moment, and Dracula decided to keep speaking as you thought about it.
“I also wish to officially inform you that unrest is beginning to stir in the castle. However,” Dracula began, taking in your expression of slight alarm, “I once again wish to reiterate something. You are allowed to protect yourself. I will not vilify you if you defend yourself from an attack.”
It was the truth. He had means to see if it was self defense, or a planned attack. He doubted you would attack unprompted.
You look at him a bit confused.
“But… How would you know it was self defense? The monsters who want me dead could just lie as a group, right?”
Dracula felt the corners of his lips twitch upwards. You had clearly been thinking about this, though he could tell it was something that must have weighed on your mind.
Not so much you thinking you could get away with attacking his subordinate, rather, you were worried about being attacked and thinking ahead.
He felt his lips curl into a small, amused smirk.
“I have my ways of figuring out what happens throughout my castle without being present.”
It was through his close connection with Castlevania, really.
Thanks to his connection, he was able to loosely figure out just who had tampered with your potions. Needless to say, it wasn’t hard to get the two witches to admit it, with how weak willed they were.
His castle was now a few witches less. Not that it mattered.
It wasn’t all of them, he was sure. Dracula still had a bit of investigating to do. The two he disposed of were just the ones who admitted to it, and Dracula could tell more were involved. No doubt he would be busy later looking further into the matter.
Some certainly weren’t happy with him, but alas, that was what happened when you attempted to hurt those he was protecting.
You seemed a bit skeptical, or perhaps curious?
“Um… Is it through the power of Chaos you can?”
As soon as you asked it, a worried look appeared on your face.
“Uh, if that isn’t too personal of a question, I mean…?”
He almost wanted to laugh. You were trying to be respectful, unsure if that was too much information to ask for.
“Trying to figure out a way to one up your enemy, hm?” He asked, though his lips ticked upwards in a full grin, clearly teasing you. Dracula could tell that wasn’t what you meant.
“No! That’s not what I-! I didn’t- fuck, I mean-”
It was adorable how you sputtered, and tried to catch your words to apologize.
“Relax, I’m only teasing you. Yes, it’s partially through the power of Chaos. Though Castlevania itself is bound to my very soul. Not much gets past me, should the castle alert me about it.”
You instantly relaxed at his words, and seemed to perk up in interest.
Once again, your eyes flickered to the bottle in your hand.
“Is that how you found out the last potion was poisoned?”
Dracula hummed, leaning back in the chair.
“No. One of my Alchemists alerted me to the fact several witches were discussing how they were… unhappy about your presence. I decided to check on the potion early, even if it was finished. I simply had my castle assist me in finding out who had done it.”
Silence filled the room once more. It seemed you were unsure what you wanted to say next.
After a beat passed, you looked back at him.
“Thank you, then. For checking. And for giving this to me.”
Your voice was soft, as was your smile.
If Dracula still breathed, he just knows his breath would have caught in his throat.
That was a smile that was worth protecting.
After you thanked him, you brought the bottle to your lips, and began to drink down the potion.
The effect was almost immediate. Even if he couldn’t see most of your wounds, he could see how you changed.
You no longer favored one side, leaning oddly to the left. Nor did you hold your arm as close as before. In fact, your body seemed to relax even further, now that the worst of the injuries were finally repairing from the magic treatment.
When you finished the drink, you pulled the bottle away from your lips, a disgusted look on your face presumably due to the taste. You coughed for a moment, and shook your head a bit.
After gathering your bearings, you then looked back up to Dracula, and truly smiled.
For once, you looked happy. You looked alive.
Yes, Dracula thought. Pursuing a future where you two don’t have to fight, would be one worth aiming for, just to see you smile once more.

"Alucard?" You said softly, looking up from your charcoal detail paper.
The man hummed, glancing at you from the corner of his eye.
You glance back down at the drawing you'd finished of him.
It looked great, he was a marvelous subject for a portrait. He was perfectly still and silent in any pose you positioned him, unmoving until you said you had finished. You loved to gaze at him with each drawing, tracing the outline of his well defined features, like the curve of his jaw or sharp shape of his nose, the soft curls of his golden hair that fell in waves around his shoulders, the length of his lashes that cast shadows over his amber eyes, the prominent arch of his brows, and swell of his plump lips onto the thick sheet of paper you carried around with a pen of charcoal, shading his features to match the lighting in a way you knew best.
Each pose, angle, and lighting was different. But there was one thing every drawing of him had in common.
"Why don't I ever see you smile?"
The man stiffened and proceeded to ignore your inquiry. "Are you almost done? I believe it's nearly time for our evening meal."
You looked back up at him and nodded slowly.
"I couldn't be more grateful that you allow me to draw you, Alucard. But, I am noticing a pattern in your ... habits. The way you present yourself."
Alucard stood and proceeded to walk in the direction of the kitchen, hoping to escape your conversation.
You followed after him.
"You are less grumpy looking than when we first met. But I have never seen you laugh or smile or give any other expression than this numb, blank look."
"My apologies, I am just not an expressive person like you're used to. There's no need to follow me, I'll finish up quickly and call for you when the food is done."
For a moment you didn't reply, simply staring at him from behind as he took long strides in front of you.
Like the castle walls surrounding you, he was so cold and sheltered, with walls thick enough to withstand many heavy attacks from the outside. So distant. Hiding in his own mind as he was hiding in this crumbling structure so deep into the woods.
You hoped one day you could even hear a snippet of what he was thinking of, get accepted into his inner fortress like you had been able to be accepted to stay within this fortified home of his.
You just, didn't know how.
Hesitantly, you reached out to him, pausing your actions for a moment before finally grabbing onto the sleeve of his coat, prompting him to stop and look over at you.
You gave him a warm smile and said, "if you ever have anything you need to get off your chest, I'll always be here to listen."
Alucard blinked slowly at you and after a minute you continued to walk in front of him, babbling about what he should make for this evening.
It went in one ear and out the other.
Alucard, now following behind you, furrowed his brow and pursed his lips further as he ran your words back in his mind over and over again.
Such compassionate words. From a seemingly harmless person. He truly wanted to believe you and tell you all that has been persistently wearing him down. But he just couldn't.
He had met one too many who gave him the same impression of harmlessness. And they had no remorse in trying to take advantage of his trust and vulnerability. That cut deeper than any sword or claw ever had and he couldn't handle the thought of experiencing that again with you.
He may have been a fool to let you in to live with him in the first place. But he would not make the mistake of blindly trusting you because he was lonely. He would not allow it.
'You'll always be here?'
Unlikely.
Alucard shook his head to clear his thoughts, and jumped into the conversation of dinner plans instead.
Maybe one day, he'd be able to meet someone he could actually trust. Maybe that person was you. He really hoped so. But as of now, it was too soon to tell.
He'd skirt any further questions you had in correspondence to this until much further in the future, when all doubts about your intentions were washed away from his mind.
An issue that would be much harder to fix than simply wishing it to go away.

"Oh~," The purr in his is clear and you are interally screaming. "So you have a type, darling." Granted what he is currently reading is a fictional vampiric character and granted it is a fanfiction... And a smutty one. "I am clearly prettier, though." Leading backwards to head his head upon your bare thighs. A smirk on his face as he hands over your phone.
"I don't know he has a huge scar on his chest, daddy issues, plus long hair." You are totally being a tease right now. Being a wizard from another world has its perks! You found another world (fell into that world because you fucked a spell, saved the world (because you had a mind flayer parasite), and got a boyfriend (you still don't know how that happened).
"Darling, I unlike him can fuck you."
"I don't know you haven't read all these stories." Laughing as your darling turns over with a pout on his face, "Oh, here's my favorite where he basically kidnaps the reader."
"If you want to us to roleplay your fetishist, by all means, make a list, but I will not put on glitter." He takes your kisses on his forehead and cheek with a small smile. "Your world is odd."
"Well, yeah. So is yours. Who even makes walking hentai creatures!?"
"A what?"
"Uh, nevermind that."

In the warm room (thoughts about lulu's honkers heehee)
I've already asked to @milkywaydrabbles make a flufftober fic based on this topic, so don't mind any similarities. I swear no one copied anyone
Alongside with Adrian's ethereal beauty, soft silky sunlit locks and of course, caring and understanding aura, there was something else that dragged your attention and made you want to worship his body everytime he walked in; His chest.
Mostly, he is the little spoon during your cuddling times because he feels safe in your embrace, besides all of his strength. But he loves when you just plop down on top of him and nuzzle your beautiful face in his chest.
It makes him feel loved and appreciated, since the big scar set in the same place wakes up those bad memories :(
Feeling your soft touches in that area is like applying medicine on a bruise, and when your lips touch this boy's skin, he would smile and giggle with joy.
You could even see the little fangs poking out, which makes your partner even more adorable. :D
All Adrian wants is to be loved and pampered by you, and he always gets what he wants

I feel like being Olrox's best friend would be so nice. Olrox having all that love and trust in you to keep you close and being able to vulnerable. Olrox is the type of friend that you would be attached to the hip with at all times and would be so gentle and caring. Especially considering it's clear Olrox's orbit is scarce due to his past and how he feels about people in general. So his best friend is someone he'd be incredibly protective of and would cherish.
Olrox and his best friend would have tons of witty banter that both pokes fun at the other while also remaining wholesome and affectionate. Though the ones directed at others is ruthless and cutting. Olrox is for sure that friend you sit by and judge others with. You two have this telepathic connection (either literal or metaphorical) where you don't even need to look at each other and you just- react the same way to situations and people's stupidity, both facial expressions and body language. You two are menaces when it comes to being in other's presence. Regardless if it's holding a conversation or being in combat.
Olrox has gently tutted you to behave yourself on rare occasions but you can tell by his grin that he was absolutely encouraging your mischief. He even whispers his own quip in your ear every now and then, adoring when you giggle in response. You two are the biggest gossip buddies in private, making each other howl with laughter discussing what you think about recent events or the people you've ran into. Olrox would be helping you either bathe, do your hair, or simply sharing the bed with you all the while.
Olrox's voice is noticeably softer and thinner with you. Olrox keeps you close by having a gentle hand on your shoulder, waist, or having you cling to his arm. Olrox will often pull you to him and kiss your temple. Or on the side of your cheek. Either as a simple gesture of affection or giving you a swift goodbye in the rare times you two have to separate. Olrox will also hold you to his chest if you're hurting. Olrox seems harsh but for you he actively practices the utmost tenderness when comforting you.
Goodness forbid someone else caused your distress. Olrox will be absolutely feral if anyone dares cause you harm. You are his dear friend and he cherishes your spot in his life. He'll be damned if he lets someone disrupt that, even in the smallest ways.

Adrian x F!Darling
Firstly, I want to apologize as I lost the original ask, so I hope the one who requested this sees it.
Second, I don't remember the much being specified, in which case I go to headcanons by default. (Unless it was specified, and I messed up, in which case I'm sorry.)
Tumblr media
At first he was incredibley confused abut what were your intentions. Why were you so set on being around him? Did you want something from him?
Be prepared to make the first moves because he will have hard time adimiting his feelings, even to himself.
When you ask to court him, he's going to act as usual, maybe a bit more cocky, but inside he's squealing and cussing himself out at the same time.
For a long time, he's going to be telling himself that he's only doing this because he is making you happy, and he's not letting himself fall in love.
That changes when you start showing him physical affection.
He had no idea how touch-starved he was.
Little touches, hugs, light kisses - it all feels so right. But he's still cautious.
Well, at least until...
One night, he was reading when you suddenly came up and sat next to him. You hugged him, your soft skin and warm body pressed against his. He could feel your warm breath and hear your heartbeat.
For some reason, this drove it home, you don't have ulterior motives. You just like him.
He went from being a grumpy cat to a puppy dog, but only when he is around you.
He starts returning the affection and spoiling you in any way he can.
Pet names.
He'll get you the most beautiful jewelry he can. He loves seeing you adorned in anything that screams you're his.
"Only the best for the light of my life."
Tumblr media
Believe it or not, he has no experience, minus Sumi and Taka, and we know how that went.
It takes some time to become intimate with him, and he might back out in a few of the first attempts, Just give him time.
He isn't very kinky, but he's willing to experiment with you.
If you want to tie him up, you'll have to wait a long time to do so. The first time you try, it can can be the softest silk ribbon, but he'll cry anyway. A good start would be to just tie a ribbon around his wrist when the two of you are just out and about.
The one kink he does have is body worship. Both receiving and giving.
He loves when you caress every inch of his body, when you compliment every minor detail. He doesn't have much of an ego, but in those moments, he feels just that good about himself.
When he's on the giving end, he feels just as good. He loves to kiss all over you. Everything about you is perfect. Your skin is perfect, your eyes are perfect, your hair is perfect, your pussy is perfect, and your breasts are perfect.
Also, period sex might happen if you're comfortable. Dhampir can't be afraid of blood, can he?
"Just be gentle, please, my love."

└───────────━┿──┿━──────────┘
The next chilly morning, true to his word, you and Alucard make your way down to the garden to gather the harvest.
You’ve switched into a road dress, not wanting to let the nicer gowns that Alucard has conjured for you go to waste. Your hair is bundled up in a scarf neatly behind your head. You’re wearing gloves, ready to work. Alucard makes his way over to the garden and leans down, showing you how he intends to prepare the harvest to take into town.
“This is how we’ll wrap them. Watch closely...You see? Show me.”
He is watchful at first, instructing you on how to bind and rope the packaging just so. It is to keep any of the stock from falling to the wayside while you’re both on horseback, leaving a trail of produce behind you.
His eyes are as sharp as ever, framed by lowered, dusky blonde lashes as he takes in your handiwork. The low rumblings of his voice give constructive critique, and you manage to avoid any accidents under his gaze. You wonder what he thinks of your hands briefly, before refocusing on the task.
You’re curious now, finding his instructive personality to be a much calmer one than his default. He seems so sure of himself here in the garden, and less walled off. Prepping vegetables is clearly something he had learned prior to your visit (as unseemly as it seemed to be for someone like him), and it is something he seemed more than willing to teach. Alucard seemed like one who liked to learn, now you thought of it.
Soon after, you wait as Alucard spirits away. He reappears with Brutus at his side and together, you prep the saddlebags before mounting the steed and taking off into the woods.
You lean back into Alucard as you watch the tree leaves speed by overhead, the feel of hooves stamping and thrumming through you both. The sound is rhythmic, soothing, and the smell of the green fills you. Alucard’s cologne mixes in with it, his hair beating against his back, with stray locks falling past your shoulders. It is still cool, yet the heat of the horse and his heavy riding gear warms you both.
You sigh, realizing.
‘I wouldn’t want to be anywhere else,’ you think.
Eventually, you arrive in town and it is lively. You sell everything, making a good profit. You know it isn’t needed, but it is nice to have something to do. You talk to vendors and merchants, your tongue wagging in conversation and your mood feeling light.
‘No,’ you readjust. ‘It’s not in the woods I want to be. Perhaps here? This town? But there’s nothing special about it…’
Currently passing by a stand of jewelers while in thought, one of them reaches out to you, giving you pause. You look into a wrinkled face.
“Yes?”
“A necklace for you, girl? A ring, an anklet?”
You stare at the wares, considering. You’re not here for jewelry you remember, though they are pretty.
“I couldn’t, but thank you.” You say.
“Oh, but you could. What a lovely dress you have on. Never seen one like it.”
You look down to your dress, another that arose from the depths of Alucard’s inventory. It is simpler in comparison to what you know him to have from the clothes you’ve seen this far.
“Thank you,” you say.
“Did your husband gift that to you?” the jeweler inquires, gesturing over your shoulder. You follow their gaze and realize they are looking at Alucard across the stalls, across the road itself. He is kneeling near a tavern wall, gifting coins to some street children, an old woman or two huddled beside the shadows of the building.
He does not realize you are looking. He doesn’t know you are watching him give what you’ve both earned away to those that need it.
You find yourself surprised. You thought that Alucard ignored most of the world outside his castle and his surroundings. He could certainly afford to. Someone like him would never need to understand or empathize with the destitute and the ill. The human.
And yet there he was.
“He’s…not my husband.” you find your lips saying to the merchant as you continue to watch Alucard.
“But you came into town with him.” The voice is suddenly sharp. You turn to look and see the merchant appears oddly hostile.
“What concern is it of yours?” you say, retreating a step back.
“Nice dress,” the merchant spits. “He is finely dressed, like you. He gives money away like water. Your skin is clear and dewy. You want for nothing. It’s in the way you move. Slow, measured. You can afford the jewelry. You can.”
You find yourself turning to go, yet the offending seller follows you down the line of stalls.
“Are you a mistress? A hanger-on? Does his wife know? How shameless of you, to parade around like this. The things young ladies do for money, these days.”
Your temper gets the best of you. By the time you feel it, it is too late.
You turn around and crowd in on the seller. Their eyes widen, understanding very quickly that the dynamic has changed. They take a step back. You follow.
“Go on, do slander me. Great sales tactic, I’m sure your wares fly off the shelves, the customers love it so much! And not that it’s any of your fucking business, but do tell me; how you would know anything about what I do and why?”
“...Why else would an unwed woman be out and about with a man so blatantly—”
“ —I could be anything, you bint. I could be a mercenary with a partner, a scholar with a professor, a diplomat with a guide…is your mind so small that the only thing you could conjure is an escort? Even if I was, I still wouldn’t buy your jewelry…you insult me, and you insult him. I won’t have it.”
“Is there a problem?”
You and the seller turn to find Alucard towering over your shoulder.
“No,” you and the seller say in unison, one out of fear and one out of dismissiveness.
Alucard gestured to the gems in the jeweler’s hands, plucking a shining necklace from the bunch easily. The jeweler tremored a bit, looking between you both.
“Ah, sir...your wife was simply looking at my wares. Pretty things for a pretty thing.”
Alucard holds the necklace up beside your face then, not answering the seller. He doesn’t refute or explain, only watches you. You watch his eyes take you in alongside the gem before he seems to make a decision.
He clutches the necklace back into his grip and hands some coins over to the seller wordlessly. The seller mumbles their thanks before shuffling away, seemingly disbelieving that they made a sale after such a torrid argument.
Alucard dangles the necklace before you. “Do you like it?”
You frown. “You heard what they said to me.”
“I heard you defend our honor.”
“Is this a thanks for that?”
“This is because I want to.”
You pause then, a bit taken aback.
“I suppose...it’s pretty,” you try.
Alucard situates behind you, fastening the necklace to your neck before clasping it together.
“Then,” his breath warms the back of your neck, “I suppose it’s yours.”
Together, you continue through town, the necklace on your neck. The gem weighs against your sternum and you wonder if other people are noticing it, noticing the two of you.
You are too nervous to inquire further on it.
Soon enough, the day’s dealings are done. On the way back home, you find yourself liking the woods once more, and then the castle itself upon the return home.
Home.
Ah.
‘I want to be where he is,’ you realize.
Yes. That’s it.
Alucard stalks up the steps before turning to you, curious.
“Coming?”
You find yourself smiling, not quite sure why. He also seems taken aback by the sudden expression.
“Yes. Let’s go home.”
───────────━┿──┿━──────────
Every other week, the two of you venture into different towns for supplies. Sometimes you go with hooded shrouds, other times you walk freely out in the open. Sometimes Alucard takes you into the nearby towns, and sometimes he steers Brutus further out. You have a feeling he has a system on how he navigates the outside world, a system that keeps eyes off of him and keeps nosy townsfolk from tracking his identity.
You love the trips. You love seeing other people and conversing with them, you love shopping through the inventory, you love getting the little bit of sun left in the chilly weather and you love going there and back with Alucard. He is like a patient specter…whether right next to your side or not, you have a feeling that he keeps his eyes and ears on you at all times.
It is during a return from another town, that something amiss happens.
───────────━┿──┿━──────────
You’re riding in a wagon this time as Alucard directs Brutus, hitched and pulling the wagon along. It brings with it some new items, and a few things for you to use. You both could have went without any of it, you understand, but the socialization in bartering and trading was well worth it. It keeps the castle from feeling stifling, at times. You find yourself looking forward to return to it.
Brutus stops suddenly, rearing back a bit. Alucard’s eyes sharpen as he looks out into the forest, clearly hearing something. You watch him turn his head this way and that.
He calls your name. “__________, stay in the—”
You feel something drop into the wagon behind you, knocking things aside and pulling up close to your back.
It is not a warm presence. It is ice cold.
A hand grabs you roughly by the hair from behind, forcing you to bear your neck. You shriek in pain, unable to hide it. The shriek breaks into a gasp as you feel something sharp at the front of your throat, barely catching a gleam of the attacker’s blade.
Your head is wrenched so far back by the fist threatening to yank out your hair, that you can’t even lock eyes with Alucard. You can only focus on the trees lining above and try not to wrestle too much so that you don’t cut your own throat.
‘This is very different from the last time I looked up like this,’ you note uselessly. ‘Let me understand who we’re fighting before I try anything…’
You quickly try tapping into other senses. You can hear two others drop nearby, on either side of the wagon. You can smell the scent of old blood and grime.
Alucard doesn’t make a sound, doesn’t say a word. Brutus settles.
The one holding you at knifepoint laughs, their belly bouncing against your back. You feel sick.
“Little prince,” the one behind you calls. His voice is thick, like the seafaring folk of the north. “We heard the king is gone. Thought you were too. Guess it got mixed up in the letters.”
‘Vampires,’ you understand, putting it all together.
The breath rolling off your attacker smells rancid and you wince. Your captor notices, yanking you again and earning another whine out of you.
“Don’t like that, do you? Here, have some more—ah, ah, ah, little prince!” you feel the knife burrow a little closer in your skin, barely cutting it. “You’re fast, yes you are! But my knife will be faster. And your pretty little livestock will not recover from a blow like this. Hold your place.”
It is silent then, and another heavily accented voice from the side chips in.
“They say our leader never returned from your father’s castle,” it spits. “Where is Godbrand?”
“It seems,” Alucard clips in a low, threatening manner you’ve yet to hear yourself before, “you already know. What did you come for?”
“Godbrand,” they state again. “You will take us to him.”
Alucard laughs then, low and mirthless. “An army came and went. A rebellion began and ended. Where have you three been this whole time?”
You hear hissing and shuffling about.
“Give her to me,” Alucard says, “and I let you live.”
The one behind you laughs again, curdling your stomach with the smell, the cruelty.
“This isn’t a bargain or a trade, boy. Have you gone insane? Look at all this shit,” he kicks something in the wagon aside, “Cabbages! For a bloodsucker? Ha! You’re a trader now, Prince? You play merchant and house with this human whore? You, who can fly across nations, teleport through realities, and shapeshift into anything...taking this piece of shit wagon in the woods?”
The man spits and you pray it was to the side and not in your hair. Fucker.
“You sicken me! Weak. Your father would rattle to life if he knew what you were up to with those talents, wasting them for pussy. Like father, like son I guess.”
You can see the woods darken from where you are. You can spy the treetops begin to shroud in dark clouds. The air feels heavy.
Something is coming.
“You do not know my father,” Alucard says. “And as you said yourself…just like your pissant leader, your king is dead too.”
You shiver at the boldness in his statement, afraid of the knife slicing across your neck in retribution. Is he even thinking of you? But you hear it then…the vampire behind you…his breath hitches. You are saved from the foul smell.
The vampires are afraid, you understand. Alucard knows this.
You decide to use this moment. You feel behind you for the vampire holding you hostage and try to focus the energy from your core. Sparks fly between your fingers and it is enough to jolt the assailant. You use his surprise to lean back into him, away from the knife and staggering him to the side.
It is the wrong move. The vampire simply uses inhuman strength to get you right back where he wants you, hands gripped in his fist behind your back and your neck under the blade. You’re both gasping from the struggle, but now with the vampire’s grip twisting your wrists instead of your hair, you can see Alucard and the others.
Alucard is closer, now. Just before the wagon, almost. His eyes burn into you before focusing on the attacker. You have never seen them more animalistic than that first day you met.
“See? Fast,” the assailant behind you sing-songs again. “But not faster than the knife!”
The other two vampires draw in behind Alucard, who pays them no mind. The one behind you tightens his grip on you. You feel your eyes begin to traitorously well up, all the emotions running high from this dangerous situation and frustration from being unable to reach Alucard…safety…who is just out of arm’s reach.
“What’s so special about this one?” the vampire asks, nudging his face against yours tauntingly. His beard leaves a burn behind that you despise. “Can’t be what’s under the dress. Those are all the same. Maybe it’s the blood?”
You feel a tongue lathe at your cheek then, and groan in disgust as you try to inch away without running towards the knife. It’s impossible, and you’re trapped in the game of cat and mouse.
Alucard’s eyes darken even further.
“I think,” Alucard begins, his voice steady and his footsteps backing slowly away from the wagon, “you abandoned your posts. I think you felt that you could slither back from where you came without Godbrand…only to find others like him, who would rip you apart for your cowardice. You thought by coming here you would spare yourselves from that...”
The darkness grows so heavy that you can hardly see. Alucard’s voice is the only thing that can cut it.
“...You should’ve let them rip you apart.”
“Oh-ho…now I know she must taste divine, for you to act this way,” your trapper calls, before he foolishly moves the knife from your throat and uses it to cut at your dress in a quick move. Your dress’s front opens and your sleeve is harshly moved aside, sharp teeth sinking into your shoulder. Before the teeth even puncture, you hear something sharp ring through the air.
It all happens so fast, you can hardly catch it.
A long sword erupts at your side, running through your assailant’s head and missing yours by inches. The vampire pulls off of you to shout, dropping his knife, and you lunge forward and away. You hear his screams warble and croak off behind you.
Another vampire leaps to grabs you up by the shoulders, yanking you off the wagon entirely. You feel his hands get ripped away from you as you hit the forest floor harshly. You’re quick to stand, swaying in confusion and adrenaline before trying to flee. Alucard and another assailant visualize before you, weapons swinging midair before they vanish once more. It’s almost as if you imagined it…but you can still hear the battle echoing around you.
'Fast,' you understand, turning back and ducking under the wagon.
Too fast for a human to run away from, likely. You don’t want to get in Alucard’s way while he disposes of these ambushers.
You hear clangs and hisses, shouts and bodies hitting the forest floor. Soon enough, it is quiet. You see Alucard’s boots materialize in front of the wagon.
‘He’s here,’ you think.
You crawl from under the wagon and before you can even move to stand, Alucard’s hands pull you up and draw you in. You clutch the front of his blouse tightly, squeezing into him and the cradle of his arms.
That was scary. You don’t want to go through that again. Now that Alucard’s here, it’s alright.
You peek past his hold and spy a leg on the ground. Just one, nameless leg.
‘Right then. He took care of things.’
He pulls you back, his grip firm. His eyes rove over you as his hair flies astray, made a mess from the fight.
“Are you hurt?”
You look up to him to speak, and find yourself voiceless.
The ride back to the castle is a blur for you. The bodies of the vampires are left long behind and Alucard is sure to let the wagon roll over them on the disembarkment.
You sit in front of him instead of in the wagon, his arms tight around you.
Once at the castle, he makes quick work of unholstering the horse and stabling it away. He unloads the wagon. Then he finds you, still standing amongst everything, waiting for him and lost in your thoughts.
You’re guided through the castle in silence, the arrival to your personal bathroom harkened by the loud steps on the floor.
Alucard runs the tub’s faucet, steaming water jetting out. You sit aside, looking straight ahead and pawing at your neck, feeling the puncture marks and frowning.
Alucard looks at you then, stepping over to lift your hair aside, gazing at your bruised neck.
“Will I turn…?” you rasp.
“No,” he murmurs. “Their intent was to feed. Not to change.”
You feel the tears then, and sniffle a bit before looking down at the floor. Alucard lowers his hand before brushing a few of the tears away. His thumb, his touch, is not cold like theirs you realize.
It is anything but.
───────────━┿──┿━──────────
The trips come to an end, abruptly.
After the attack, you find that Alucard is unwilling to return to town anytime soon.
You’re annoyed, but you understand why. He’s borne of an immortal creature, somewhat like a demigod on Earth. Trouble like what you faced on the road before is not hindrance to him.
It’s you.
You’ve picked up your skills, but you still feel shaken after those vampires got so close to you…literally close enough to taste. It scared you then and it rattles you now.
He buffs up the insulation for the stable and prepares bedding and blankets for the animals. He takes cuttings from the garden to inventory in dry storage, there for future use while the Earth’s soil freezes over for the season.
Not long after, the snow begins to fall and frost begins to set.
It is terribly beautiful from the castle. You can see the forest spread out far and wide, the treetops painted white and the snow falling easily. The stone of the castle keeps you warm from the elements, able to enjoy the beauty from a perch you weren’t always able to use.
You can almost remember the feel of trudging through thick snow like that, nothing but boots and cloth. Like a true adventurer.
You feel a bit nostalgic.
‘What am I missing…?’ you wonder.
One day, he catches you staring out the castle windows at the snowy grounds below.
“Don’t fret,” he assures, interpreting your expression to be woe. “Spring will return soon enough. It may be safer to travel, then.”
When you don’t respond right away, he comes nearer and looks out the window with you.
“You’ve made your way through the library, I would assume. Nothing left to peer over?”
You think for a moment, your thoughts taking a while to gather as you take in the snow.
“Are you reading something at the moment, Alucard?”
“I am.”
‘I am lonely,’ you realize.
Yet, your host is right here. Perhaps he could help solve this dilemma?
“Can I read with you?” you ask, your voice softer than intended.
Alucard pauses a moment, clearly surprised. “With me...?”
“Yes,” you say. “With you.”
“I…” he looks at you for a long moment before nodding slightly. “Where would you prefer—”
“The parlor,” you decide. “In front of the fireplace.”
You head to the parlor together, quiet through the halls. Soon enough, you enter one of the many throughout the castle. You often wonder why this one is favored for Alucard, though you’ve never drawn it upon yourself to ask why.
You find you quite like it yourself. The colors are warm, the books rise high against their glassed cases, the fireplace is grand and warm, and the rugs and throws are divine. The settee is of a more soft material than the other leathered furniture in the castle.
It is softer, here.
You sit easily in front of the fireplace, on the fur rug before it. It is clean and cozy for a floor, a far cry from the floors you’ve both sat and slept on in the past during your travels when an inn was out of the question. The fire crackles loudly as you settle, thinking back on the days before you were housed, your vagabond adventures.
You sigh contentedly and watch the fire, your dress swaddling around you as you settle. You don’t even notice your host until he is beside you, holding out your current book.
‘So he still tracks me,’ you think amusedly. “Surely my reading habits cannot interest you this much?” you jest.
Alucard ignores your teasing before taking his own and seating himself in the chair next to the rug. It faces the fire, the glow warming you both.
You watch as he takes off his jacket and vest, hanging them aside and relaxing in one of the simpler white blouses he sometimes dons. He palms open his book and begins taking in the story before him.
You note how rigid he is.
‘Is he nervous?’ you wonder suddenly. As far-reaching as it is for someone like him, you feel as though he is. Maybe all this time, he wasn’t disgusted, but instead unsure of what to do with himself.
‘Hopeless man.’
“Relax,” you insist, tugging at his nearest leg beside you. He pauses in the chair at your touch, but you do not relent. You smooth a comforting hand down his calf casually before pulling away easily. “There’s no reason to trouble yourself with whatever is rattling around in that head of yours. Let the fire warm you. Relax.”
You relax on the rug, one hand on the floor and the other flipping through your book as you read.
“Are you quite comfortable?” he asks suddenly.
You look up, watching Alucard watch you. You nod, smiling before looking back to your book.
It is a warmer feeling now than it was by the window, and though the fire helped, it was not the cause.
You find yourself toeing your shoes off and curling into the carpet, watching him watch you.
'Enough of this.'
You go over to him and his chair before seating yourself on his lap and curling up on him in the chair, book in hand. You feel his body turn like stone underneath you, but you choose to relax further, opening the book as you lay your head on his chest, curls tumbling down his front.
It is quiet for a long time, and you sigh comfortably before sinking back into your story and relaxing on your host. He unfolds inch by inch before finally unclenching himself all the way through, loose and easy.
He does not ask that you stop. He does not say a word. You hardly think he's breathing at this point.
You smile. 'Now was that so hard...?'
Alucard's hand suddenly reaches over to pluck the book out of your grasp before putting it aside; he then touches the underside of your jaw.
"What are you doing?" he murmurs at you. It's not a question, not really.
"Whatever I want," you reply easily, meeting his gaze. "I know that's probably fascinating for someone as straight-edge as y—"
His lips are against yours before you can even finish the sentence. His hands tangle in your hair, fingers unable to run through and clenching at your scalp instead, directing you. He leans you back as he leans forward, eager to seemingly sink into the very being of you.
He's never been this forceful with you before. It has never felt so good.
Your eyes draw closed against it, a whimper escaping you before you kiss back eagerly. You don't know who started with tongue but you're both pursuing it now, chasing one another down as the kiss continues into something more heating.
'He doesn't taste like blood,' you think. 'He tastes like wine.'
You hear the fireplace crackling at your side, the fever of the flames against your skin, the rustling noise of your dress against his clothes, and more than anything...you feel the hot, iron handprint of his touch at your waist, at your neck, at your shoulders, on and on the touching continues.
He pulls back, rasping words escaping him.
"You don't know what you're asking for," he begins, stroking at your waist as he eyes your mouth, fighting himself not to kiss you again. The words are bitten out, barely restrained.
"I'm not asking anything," you say, repositioning yourself in the chair to straddle him. "But if you show me...? Then maybe I'll ask nicely. Just for you."

Days.
Weeks.
Months.
It felt like an eternity, day in and day out wandering the vastless land. In fear. In silence. Alone. With nothing but the clothes on your back, a worn down dagger and whatever scraps of food you’ve found stashed away within a pouch. You’ve come to lose sense of time after what seemed like the third full moon you’ve seen since escaping Gresit. Just stepping foot in front of foot for hours, not looking up, not looking ahead. Just at your feet, one after the other. Making sure you don’t trip, fall, or ensnare yourself in a beast trap lest you’d like to lose your foot. Spring was tepid, albeit rather harsh at night. Or was it the night monsters?
Those terrors.
The reason you barely slept. How could you? Your days were spent traveling alone by foot, staying away from towns as best you could and eating whatever the Earth Mother decided to give you that hadn’t rotted away yet. Your nights? Filled with painful screeches from both monster and man. You hid yourself as best you could each night. For ages you were able to keep hidden, and quiet amongst the brush, even digging holes as deep as your weak and broken hands would let you, cover your scent with mud and dead things, and do nothing but stay hidden and silently weep while you waited for daybreak.
You’d gotten crafty with it, really. After being alone and living a merciless hell day in and day out you’ve really found how to hide yourself in the evening times. Sometimes even nodding off, if the screams weren’t so loud. Or if the exhaustion hit you like a horse. Sometimes you even thought yourself remarkable. How, a lowly peasant girl has been able to live on her own for this long, with remnants of Dracula’s army still traipsing through the lands. You’ve heard -- sometimes seen -- men thrice the size of you fall to their knees, arms ripped from shoulder, sockets filled with torn muscle and skin, blood spewing like a fountain. Seen the way soldiers have been ripped in half with ease by the demons of the night.
And here you are.
Just a lowly peasant girl.
Alive.
It’s about all you can tell yourself to keep you from ripping at the seams. As if life hadn’t already been so god damned terrible to you. The heavens just open up and shit on your future with monsters running amok. Ah, well, you think, so bitterly to yourself. Better than what it was, I suppose.
Some days you’re not so sure.
You’ve just about convinced yourself that life was easier this way. Not having to think much or do extra work for others, until one wrong move at night -- and so close to day break! -- had given your position away. It was as if, almost in slow motion, you saw those terrifying red eyes find you within the dirt and muck. You swore you saw the thing smile. It’s next meal, is probably what it was thinking. Shock almost entirely took over your body, wouldn’t move a single muscle, not even a twitch of a finger. Until it stepped towards you.
A crack of a branch under its mangled limbs, and you were off deeper into the woods once more.
You couldn’t breathe, could barely hear over the ringing of your ears. But the monster was just loud enough to hear over it all, just loud enough to hear how close it was getting to you. Your lungs burned, trying so hard to escape this thing. Tears pricked at your eyes, and you blinked as aggressively as your body would let you as to not let the fear consume your sight as well. It was getting close.
Closer.
Closer.
Closer.
I’m going to die, you thought. I’m going to die and I have nothing to show for it. I’m going to die, I’m going to die, I’m going to die--
It took everything you had, mind, body and strength to force your intent to something, anything, that will save you. Your eyes closed for a moment, you turned around, your body facing this thing, and you grasped as tightly as your fingers would let you to your skirt. You were going to die, with nothing to show for it. You were certain.
But then a sharp snap and a following shriek pierced your ears. You were too scared to look. Maybe the scream you heard was yourself. An out of body experience. The afterlife letting you know it’s time to come home. But it wasn’t. You stood there, waiting for something, anything, to let you know if you were alive or dead. It felt like hours, though you know better. A blurred eye was opened, and your gaze slowly moved up, until you saw...a branch? Shoved through the maw of the night monster and piercing through the skull cavity. What you can only imagine being the frontal cortex of this thing splattered across what remained of its head, and along the wood that took it out.
You blinked.
You blinked some more.
And then you cried.
You wept like you haven’t been able to in ages. Loud, with everything you had left, with globs of tears running down your face. Broken, and beaten, and bruised. You cried like you’ve wanted every night since you escaped from Gresit. Hell, cried like you’ve wanted to since you were still in Gresit. Your legs gave out, knees buckling until you fell, one hand supporting you so you didn’t crumble into nothing, the other covering your face as best you could. You still wanted to muffle your noises, lest you attract another one of those things. But you were so exhausted. You finally did something right. You finally were able to use it somehow. In a way for you.
Magic.
The poor peasant girl, born a witch to religious parents. Deemed a monster, deemed a heretic. Betrayed, and sold, and used. Just for being born.
Born a witch.
You laid there out in the open until the sun’s first ray broke through. Signifying you had survived another night. And had at least one more day ahead of you. You thanked whatever gods you had previously cursed, I didn’t really mean it, honest. And begrudgingly got up, and continued on.
The way you have been for the last however long.
---
Blurred days have passed again. And you've gotten into your routine again. A bit jittery, but routine nonetheless. You took a bite of some ...meat...you had found and cooked along the way. You want to say it was a fox, but didn’t think too much on it. You’ll lose your appetite. And you barely had one to begin with. It was something to keep your stomach settled. That’s all food was good for these days anyways. Just something to keep your stomach settled. You wandered fruitlessly until you saw a peak of, of something. In the distance. A peak of a house? Maybe... You wanted to start steering clear of it. From the very tiny thing you could see, it was obviously very tall. Which meant very big house. Which meant people you mostly definitely didn’t want to see. But you decided to rest first. You’d been on your feet all day, not a second to even sit. So you did. And then you laid. And then you slept.
Mistake.
You woke up with all your fire alight with fear. You were out in the open, in the dark.
It was night time. And you hadn’t protected yourself.
Oh, shit.
You did everything you could to scramble to your feet and try to find some form of protection, but it was really too late. The monsters in the air had already scented you out. As if once within the last few days wasn’t enough. Looks like the gods took your cursing to heart.
You knew you could have tried what you did last time. Magic, and all that. But you were so tired. And you hadn’t been eating much of anything. And there was three of them and you didn’t have time to think and--
You ran.
You ran towards that big, tall, house. You tripped, and you fell, and got back up and ran some more towards that house. Your lungs could have collapsed, feeling like they were on fire all over again. You almost just thought of letting them kill you. You were so tired of running, and just barely surviving. But your adrenaline wouldn’t let you stop moving for even a second. Your saving grace was really the trees that hindered those things from easily snatching you up.
That didn’t stop them from trying.
Claws jabbed at your arms when they did reach down. Taking out that rusted dagger you really only used for food, you stabbed between its toes, and hearing its cries as it ripped away, taking a bit of your skin with it. And it hurt. It hurt more than most things you reckon you’ve felt in this lifetime. And you screamed, but you continued nonetheless. A few more swipes at you, and a few more jabs at its feet, and more than a few more punctures to your arms, you saw the house in sight. And it was big. Except it was worse than you could have imagined.
It was Dracula’s bloody castle.
The gods took extra offense, it seems.
But you couldn’t stop now, could you? You could only hope and wish and pray that whatever guardian had taken hold of the castle now would give you a swift mercy killing rather than be flayed by these things. Maybe even keep you alive as a blood bank. Living in solitude as a food source sounded awful. But not as awful as living in servitude to a beast disguised as a human as a...you shook it off. It wasn’t time to think of anything right now. Nothing except survival.
You reached the open field the castle was in, you think you were yelling for help but you couldn’t be sure. You couldn’t be sure of anything anymore. You could barely see, black dotting your vision. You couldn’t feel your legs anymore. This wasn’t how you wanted to die. Especially not after you survived against one of them. But life is cruel to witches, so it seems. You kept running until your leg crumbled beneath you, so then you crawled. You looked up to the sky, it had started to rain. You didn’t notice. How could you notice? All you were looking for were the monsters stalking you for fun now. And one was getting ready to swoop down and gather you up for dinner. A sob escaped, bubbling up from your throat. You closed your eyes and waited. Waited. Waited.
And just like the last time. Nothing came. Nothing but cracks and shrieks of pain. You opened your eyes quicker than the last, too scared to not see. The last bit you saw before the final monster laid dead on the floor was a glint of silver, flying past you towards the house. You scrambled to get up and see who or what would be in front of you.
You honestly thought you died, because the man in front of you looked so ethereal it had to be an angel. A little worse for wear, maybe a soldier, but an angel. You could laugh if you remembered how to do that.
A tall, slender man with a gnarly scar across his chest between the opening of his shirt, beautiful blonde curls framed his somehow feminine and masculine face. That scar could do nothing to deter the beauty that lay before you.
Neither could the culled bodies on steaks that weren’t even fully decomposed yet in front of the doors, but you don’t think your tunnel vision really saw that.
You wanted to thank him, beg him for mercy. You opened your mouth,
“I’m sorry”
You started to spill nonsense.
“I’m sorry, just let me” you stumbled, trying to go towards the castle. His sword-- his magical, floating sword-- pointed towards you, his face unchanging in its stoicism.
“Just let me lean against the stone of your home, please, just for a minute” you stumbled again, this time on your backside. You made way to get back up, but it was so hard. “I’ll leave within the hour, you’ll never see me again. I just need...I just need to rest” You pushed up with one leg, and immediately collapsed again, legs fully giving out.
“I’m sorry, thank you, just a minute..” Your vision blurred more, black taking over. The last thing you remember seeing were the boots of your savior, before you hit dirt unconscious.

Weird Alucard Mermaid AU
Tumblr media
AN: @queenondeezmatatas I am sorry but my brain is not functioning and I cannot properly write a mermaid au for Alucard but I tried...its a little crackhead. (P.S. I have been listening to the same song for past week, my adhd is at its peak)
Summary: “when I asked for a souvenir I meant something smaller…”
Tumblr media
“It was your first time on a boat and you brought back a mermaid?”
“Technically it’s a merman,”
“Bitch you can’t even swim-” Aril paused with a comical expression on his face. “Listen,” he gently held your shoulders and spoke in an exasperated tone, “when I asked for a souvenir I meant something smaller…”
Uncaring of your brother who was minutes away from a break down you could not help but admire your find. “Isn’t he pretty,” you tucked away the disarrayed strands of slumbering merman’s hair. Pretty golden hair that complimented his glimmering black tail.
“Do you think we should cover him with a blanket or would that be weird for his skin textu-”
“Y/N this isn’t the time to think about skin texture!” Aril finally exploded with his booming voice. He motioned his hand to where the merman lay, “We have a Merman in our house. On my bed. 50 miles away from the shore.” Whenever Aril got mad his face turned red. Tomato red. It was comical. “He could die, for all I know we could be killed by this creature.”
“Just why did you do it?”
“I couldn’t leave him to die Aril,” you met the merman on the shores of the busy port city. A place where many wandered yet, none cared to look at the injured creature by the water. Maybe none had seen him. But he was there, motionless and pale in the waters that seem to bleed red with his injured tail.
So abandoning the hard-earned boat ride that you had bought, you covered the merman in your cloak and carried him on your back. You did take a carriage ride but that isn’t dramatic enough to be mentioned.
Maybe you could have been smarter and left the merman in the coastal town, where he would be closer to his home but you could not bring yourself to do it. Not when the town with brimming merchants is also a hub for illegal slaves.
The wounds on his tail and the marks on his wrists were enough signs to not let him suffer any more confinement. And if it is the sea, he desired, then you would give him that. You would take him back wherever he desired.
“Whoever you are,” you took the merman’s hand in yours. His much colder than yours. “I promise you that I will not bind you to this place and I promise you the warmth of this hearth, even though you might not like that so…more like the water of our lake?” You smile at your own little joke. Too bad the merman does not get to listen to your excellent innuendoes yet.
But something told you that he would soon. Maybe it was the deepening frown between his eyebrows.
Tumblr media
Blood, crashing relentless waves, coarse sand of the seabed on his tail, nails scratching his skin until it gave away to blood. Screams surrounded him. They were after him. They want him dead just like they killed his mother.
They killed his mother. Ha…Alucard felt an unbearable pressure on his chest. His mother was dead…and his father was gone in grief. Lost to the world as his mother was. Only one left was him.
Not for long though. He would join them. Maybe his pursuers would grant him the mercy of joining his mother.
A big chunk of his tail had been ripped apart by claws. It bled into the sea. Vanishing into the depths of storming waves.
Rippling pain continued to pulse through him. Even in the dark of his unconscious mind, it stayed. Ever present. Until it settled onto his every pore. A grating sensation.
Alucard’s eyes flew open and what welcomed him was not the comforting dark of the sea but something different…it was wood. Was he on a ship? He could not feel the waves, nor could he sense the existence of other sea creatures.
“I told you blanket was not a right choice for slimy mermen,” Alucard very much wanted to protest that he was not a slimy merman. But before he could another voice replied “Jeez forgive me Y/N that I am not a mermaid, expert and that I didn’t plan for our little guest that you brought.”
First of all, Alucard was not little. “Mer…merman,” he tried to interject his capturers who had entrapped him under a formidable net, likes of which he had never seen.
“Yeah I told you he’s a merman- wait what?” a note of surprise rang in the voice of one named Y/N, “shit…you’re awake!”
“Aril you got the pan?” Is he going to be cooked? He heard the tales from others of his kind. Humans loved to devour almost anything edible.
Alucard's heart pounded in his chest as he struggled to make sense of the situation. He was trapped, captured by these humans, and his fate seemed uncertain. The memories of his mother's death and the relentless pursuit by his attackers still haunted him, and now he found himself in an entirely different danger.
The wood above him, the lack of crashing waves, and the absence of other sea creatures made it evident that he was no longer in the sea. There was no easy escape from land…had he been on a ship it would be easier.
The voices of his captors, Y/N and Aril, continued to echo around him, their words both confusing and alarming. Y/N seemed to be surprised by something, perhaps his ability to communicate, while Aril seemed preoccupied with something called a "pan."
"Aril, maybe we should think this through. He seems aware, and he's not attacking us."
Aril grumbled in response, his tone still cautious. "Aware or not, he's still a merman, and we can't just ignore the risks. What if he lures others of his kind to attack us?"
"Hey," Alucard looked at the owner of the hesitant voice, which belonged to you—the woman with the brightest voice and a staggering intellect. You returned his gaze with a blinding smile. "You okay?" you asked, your concern evident as you pointedly stared at the sheet covering him.
Your words, though familiar in their cadence, were foreign to Alucard. He struggled to focus on what you were saying, his head pounding with a thudding ache. His tail was his only connection to the sea, and without water, it felt foreign and uncomfortable. The air seemed to cling to him, grating against his exposed skin.
Desperate to free himself from the constraining cloth, Alucard tried to pry it off. The fabric stuck to him, unlike the seamless flow of water through his fingers. The air seemed ruthless and his hands flapped awkwardly. Despite his efforts, the cloth persisted, trapping him like the nets that humans used to ensnare sea creatures. "Let me help ," you spoke again, your fingers inching towards him.
As your hands neared him, Alucard couldn't shake the memory of the claw marks on his back, inflicted by his own people. The pain was still fresh, and he couldn't trust these humans, even though you seemed to want to help.
He bared his teeth in a defensive growl, a warning to keep your distance. Uncertainty clouded his mind, unsure of your intentions and whether he could trust you. The memory of his mother's death at the hands of humans haunted him, and he couldn't risk facing a similar fate.
Tumblr media
You paused, sensing his fear and apprehension. Your eyes softened with understanding, and you slowly withdrew your hand
You encounter a stalemate, as you watch a wriggling merman who won’t let you help him. Behind you, you can feel Aril with a pan in his grasp. Your own defenses had sprung up at the sight of menacing fangs that the mer possessed.
Yet, it is not just fear that welcomes you but also a longing tug. You can see the wounds on the mer’s back. A story imprinted on his body. But even in his clumsy movements there is a desperation. A need to save himself. It would be easy to help him and free him or maybe knock him out and release him back into the seas that he comes from. But the forming tears in his eyes stop you.  And maybe that is the reason that you step back and allow the creature to fight his battle with your bedsheet. You allow him the freedom of his struggle.
And as you do so, you yank a hesitant Aril out of the house. “Get some Kingfoil for him,” your brother rightfully glares at you. He is afterall, smarter than you in most situations. “What? You want me to get herbs?” You exaggeratedly point at yourself. “You want the fish inside to die…don’t tell me you want to grill it into our next dinner,” Aril does not entertain your shenanigans. “He doesn’t look that appetizing but…”
“I’ll go but you keep this,” your brother very responsibly hands you his trusted pan. “Aim for his head if he is a menace.” He expectantly looks at you. You grace him with a firm salute which he does not appreciate enough and walks away towards the woods.
By the time you return the mer, seems to have won the battle with your sheet and pants on your brother’s bed with fervor of an exhausted lover.
“Well well, looks like you won,” your clever remark goes very much unanswered. At this point you contemplate signing your words when the mer replies in a hoarse voice, “water,” which very much should not be considered a reply but you do not ponder on that issue as you see the said merman daintily faint back into oblivion.
“Time for a second trip,” you push up your sleeves and stare at the pan that your brother bestowed upon you…no you aren’t going to cook him. You were better than that.
Kingsfoil will have to wait.
Your afternoon is spent repackaging your merman into a less suspicious form which unfortunately involves putting the sheet back on. For the second time you crack your back at you prepare to carry the huge guy on it.
The beginnings of the lake right by your house start to show up. “I hope you like it big guy.” With a splash, the giant fish falls into the water and you do not cringe at the sound it makes or the amount of water it sprays on your abused back.
Tumblr media
Adrian felt the rush of water around him as he swam, his senses attuned to this unfamiliar aquatic environment. The water was gentle and cool, a far cry from the hot summer sea of his home. His eyes flew open, taking in the swaying waves of the water body, though it lacked the vastness of the ocean and the familiar taste of brine he grew up with.
The water here felt lighter, and he could sense the curious whispers of the fish surrounding him. It was as if they were welcoming him to this new realm. The soothing water worked wonders on his wounded body, and he felt the relief of being free from the strange cloth that had trapped him earlier.
As he swam further, he saw your back turned to him, standing near the edge of the water. Without realizing it, his actions led him closer to you, and before he knew it, his hand tugged at your heel. You let out a screech as you fell into the water, but Adrian couldn't stop himself. Fear, anger, and a sense of betrayal filled him as he watched you struggle to keep afloat.
Instinctively, his tail wrapped around you, holding you in place as he pinned you to the edge. Your eyes widened in shock, and you tried to pry your hands away from him. A whirlwind of questions filled his mind. Who are you? Why did you bring me here? What do you want from me?
But before he could voice any of these questions, he noticed your eyes closing shut, and your limbs losing their force. Panic surged through him as he tried to understand what was happening. Just as confusion gripped him, a force pushed into him.

Because I finally started watching Castlevania Nocturne… time to write some hcs for Richter Belmont with an s/o!
*Richter was a little unsure about the idea of dating, but when he met you, that went out the window.
*he tends to spend a lot of time around you than anyone else
*he may not be the most romantic/affectionate person, but he does try his best for you
*Richter can be a little protective of you at times, but he will back off if you tell him though
*you are the only one he’ll ever cuddle with
*also if you can hold your own against vampires/night creatures, he is quite amazed!
*”don’t get distracted by me now, Belmont!” You would yell at him as you took down the creature about to do a good bit of damage to him.

If you were being honest, you were beginning to wonder if staying in Dracula’s castle was driving you mad.
It had only been about three days, give or take, and yet…
How else would one rationally explain why you were actually enjoying your stay here at his castle? Or enjoying his visits with how tenderly the Dracula treated you?
Answer was, you didn’t.
At the moment, you were pressing your face into one of the soft pillows on the bed of your room. Outside of the castle, you could faintly hear the sounds of rolling thunder, and raindrops hitting the window.
Somehow, what normally would have been an eerie atmosphere had also become a comfort for you.
You weren’t as tense here. Despite being in Dracula’s castle, and that someone had already tried to kill you, you didn’t feel like you were in survival mode 24/7.
Not like how you were at your old home.
Clutching the pillow closer, you inhaled the pillow’s scent, before letting out a muffled groan.
There was also something you didn’t want to admit. The fact you were beginning to feel really weird about Dracula himself.
And it wasn’t even a bad weird.
It’s something you had been wanting to just shove into the back of your mind and never think of again, but it was beginning to be really hard to do that with how gentle and careful the Vampire Lord was with you.
Especially with the way he oh so gently held parts of your body when overseeing your healing injuries.
Your mind wandered to when he first picked you up, how he held you so effortlessly, holding you against his large frame as he carried you across the castle to this guest room.
Or how his large hands carefully cradled your midsection as he looked over your stitches that you had accidentally messed up. How his cool hands sent electric tingles across your skin-
Heat rushed to your face.
His voice had been so low, and those gorgeous ruby eyes looking at you with genuine concern.
And then his smirk.
How he smirked at you as he teased you, no malice to be seen on his face.
“I’m such a fucking goner, holy shit.” you mumbled into your pillow as heat flushed through your body.
You didn’t dare admit it out loud, but deep down, you knew what this meant.
Heart thudding in your chest, you gripped the pillow tighter.
You had a crush on Dracula.
It wasn’t something you could keep denying, not when your heart fluttered when he gave you such tender looks, or when his lips curled into an amused smirk when he teased you.
The urge to yell was strong.
“I must have really hit my head.”
Of course, that was an excuse you could only use so much until it was just a convenient lie. With the potion Dracula had made for you, the injury to your head had mostly healed.
With the injury to your skull no longer an issue, you knew deep down these feelings you had were unfortunately very natural.
Lifting your head from the pillow, you looked over to the window, idly watching a few flashes of lightning followed by thunder.
Swallowing thickly, you thought back to how he was just so… kind to you.
Even when he was being truthful, it was kind. Dracula didn’t have to tell you that the first batch of potions had been tampered with, but he wanted to be honest with you. It was clear he was putting his cards on the table so you could make your own decisions.
When had someone last been so… open with you? Willingly?
Just the thought had your heart pounding.
Was it really that simple? Someone just had to show you basic kindness for your heart to grow fond of them?
Another flash of lightning struck outside the castle, and you rolled onto your side.
Your mind idly wandered to something Dracula had told you while trying to make conversation. Something about how even the weather was connected to him, to a degree.
Despite the lightning and thunder, it wasn’t angry, like a beast lashing out. Not like it had been earlier.
Another part of you wondered if that heavy storm had been when Dracula found out the potions meant for you had been poisoned.
An even smaller part almost wanted to believe it, imagining how angry he could have possibly been on your behalf. Just like he had been when he broke free, how he wanted to know who had hurt you.
In truth, it was the storm earlier that had caused you to trip and tear some of your stitches.
A loud crack of lightning had shaken the castle earlier, all while you were getting up to use the restroom connected to the room you stayed in. It startled you enough to make you trip over your own feet, and collapse on the floor.
If it had been Dracula’s doing, you didn’t blame him. You doubted he was aware you had been up walking when he had been so angry.
…And because of it, you got to feel his hands on your body, even if it was brief.
A moment passed.
“Am I really that down bad?” you asked yourself, eyes drifting to the ceiling.
You wanted to scream.
This was not fair. Not fair at all.
Why Dracula of all people? The very man you were ‘destined’ to fight?
Deep down, it wasn’t hard to figure out the answer.
You were lonely.
Lonely, and a bit broken.
To have someone, even your biggest ‘enemy’ treat you with respect and kindness… Looking at it from an outside perspective? It wasn’t particularly surprising your heart was trying to latch onto him.
It didn’t make things any easier, though.
Especially when he gave you such fond looks. Looks you could almost imagine a good friend or lover giving you.
“Yup, I’m losing it.” You spoke, your eyes narrowing.
If anything, this made things way more complicated.
What on earth were you going to do now?
You’ve toyed with the idea of maybe politely asking Dracula to, you know, not destroy all of humanity in a attempt of mass genocide.
But would it be that easy?
Just because he seemed to respect you, did not mean he would give the same pardon to the rest of your kind. Especially how he didn’t seem too pleased when you mentioned you got your injuries from personal business.
It wasn’t a lot of info, but you had a feeling Dracula suspected it was humans that had done this to you. No doubt that wouldn’t help you with pleading your case.
Still… You also found your mind wandering over possibly trying to talk Dracula out of killing all humans, despite the odds.
It was something you had wanted the moment you found his statue, though you never really thought you’d get this far.
Could you really do it? Convince the Lord of the Night to leave humanity be?
Perhaps you could make a compromise? You knew he had to drink blood to live, perhaps he’d be interested in the few supernatural blood drives that existed?
…Or even your own blood?
You quickly shook your head, trying to get the image of Dracula intimately biting into your neck out of your mind.
That image pleased you a lot more than you’d like to admit…
With a huff, you brought a hand to your face, and rubbed your eyes.
“What was I thinking about again? Right! Compromise…”
It wasn’t like you could just stop hunting, either. Even if Dracula agreed not to kill humans, that didn’t mean other people who lived independently of him would follow such a lifestyle. If a beast or something of paranormal nature was out causing harm to innocent people, you’d have to put a stop to it.
But, perhaps… Perhaps you could convince Dracula at least to leave humanity be, unless someone personally spites him?
In that case, you could hardly feel the desire to stop him. Fuck around and find out and all that.
You would no doubt though have to give something up in return, no?
Not hunting Dracula wouldn’t be enough, you were sure. The King of the Night had sworn to destroy humanity for killing his wife. You doubted he would simply just stop in his crusade because you asked nicely and swore not to kill him for it.
“Perhaps if I added his castle and the covens that follow him…”
So long as his underlings weren’t out hunting innocent people, you generally had no reason to hunt them. The life of someone from the paranormal was tough, that you knew from the few supernatural acquaintances you had.
Not every dark being wanted to kill, they simply had to for survival. More often than not, it was humans that didn’t give them any options, hunting them down for being a dark being, or not helping them control their hunger.
On one hand, you understood the human perspective, to a degree. Why help something that needs to feed on your lifeblood to survive?
But on the other hand… If humanity helped them instead of scorned them, they would have no reason to hunt humans in the first place. Such as the blood banks to help feed vampires, so they were fed and didn’t have to give into their instincts.
Unfortunately, those weren’t incredibly popular as you’d like them to be. At least some of humanity was giving it a shot though…
Blowing a tuft of hair out of your face, you scowled. It really was an unending battle.
Didn’t help humans and many of the supernatural thought themselves above the other. No doubt if Dracula miraculously agreed not to kill humans, others would just find that stupid and do it anyway.
And you also figured others would come to hunt Dracula themselves. Even if the man agreed to leave humans alone, you doubted humans, let alone the church would take kindly to him just existing.
Hell, was his son even still alive? Alucard, you think his name was?
You had read about him from different journals of different Belmonts. It was clear the man was immortal, despite the human blood running through his veins
How the man was Dracula’s son, who had sworn to kill his father any time he should rise.
Swallowing thickly, you suddenly felt a bit sick.
Would you… Would you have to fight Alucard? The same man your ancestors thought so fondly of?
Somehow, that thought made your stomach churn.
You didn’t even know if the man was still alive. Could he be? Could Alucard really have hidden himself, even in modern times?
Or perhaps he had put himself to eternal rest until Dracula had awakened once more? You read something about him doing that in one of Richter’s journals. Something about how Alucard awoke to the call of Castlevania after Richter had risen the castle.
You felt your heart tick up a beat. Did that mean Alucard might come here and fight Dracula himself?
Turning onto your other side, you reached out and gently gripped your whip. Its old presence brought you a small comfort.
Chances were, you don’t think you’d have it in you to fight Alucard yourself.
Just like how you didn’t want to fight Dracula, just a little different in reasoning.
Would Alucard even listen if you tried to tell him Dracula didn’t want to kill humans? That is, if you even got Dracula to agree?
No, you doubted it would be that simple or easy.
Perhaps you could just stay out of it? Or at least try talking to him?
“Hah, am I really debating this?” You whispered to yourself, thumb running over some of the grooves of the whip.
You hadn’t even talked to Dracula yet about him leaving humanity alone, and here you were, thinking ahead as if you already accomplished such a feat.
Heaving a sigh, you slid the pillow out from under your head, and placed it on your face with a groan.
The weight of the world was still very much on your shoulders. Even if you didn’t have to fight Dracula now, you still had a job to do.
Protect humanity.
But…
Was it really that bad you were hoping you didn’t have to fight Dracula to do that?
Not just because of your complicated feelings, but would it not be better just to have him be neutral again?
If you did end up fighting and killing him, he would simply come back within a hundred years! It didn’t matter what you would do, fate would no doubt put your family through the ringer once more to defeat him.
Or at least have someone step up to the challenge if not your own family. Perhaps someone from the Morris clan?
Though, if you could make him no longer a threat because he wants to stay out of it, would that not be better for everyone involved?
Of course, you could only hope it would be that easy. Your life had never been simple, and it loved to screw you over time and time again.
However, you found some of your mother’s words echoing in your head.
‘Expect the worst, but hope for the best.’
Moving the pillow on your face to the side, you sighed.
“I can do that. I guess.”
You sat in silence for a few moments, idly listening to the thunder rolling overhead. You still couldn’t get over how this castle seemed to have a peaceful ambience your own home seemed to lack.
A buzz brought you out of your thoughts, and your eyes narrowed.
Hand flinging to the side of the bed, you patted the sheets until you felt the familiar shape of your phone. Picking it up, you felt your heart drop into your stomach.
‘When are u coming home? Dad’s not happy.’
Your mouth went dry, and you felt your body beginning to shake.
That’s right. You have been gone for several days now. It was only a matter of time before someone at home contacted you, asking where you were.
“Figures I couldn’t even have a week…” you mumbled, staring at your screen with badly veiled disdain.
Putting your phone down, you ignored the urge to puke your guts up. Just thinking of heading back to your family home made you nauseous.
Especially if Jason was growing upset you were gone.
“Upset if I’m there. Pissed if I’m away. Bah.”
It wasn’t incredibly surprising. Anytime you had injuries or were sick, you were always expected to ‘pick up the slack’, as they’d say.
Maybe they’d leave you be for a day or two at best if it was noticeably bad. However, you never got your hopes up, especially when it came to injuries.
In their eyes, if you could walk, you could work. If not doing the dirty jobs, then you could at least clean the house while they did the ‘real’ work.
A flare of irritation and anger rose in you.
Sure, you were always annoyed with them, but especially now after everything you have been through over the past few days.
Nearly dying because of your step family, having a manic episode and accidentally reviving your nemesis, said nemesis then caring for you better than anyone has before since your mother passed…
And… you had admittedly enjoyed the past few days, even if you were in enemy territory.
Dracula kept a slight distance with you, that much was obvious. It was clear, however, he was doing so for your comfort.
Even then, he still regularly checked up on you every few hours. You could technically even leave if you wanted, he said he would not stop you or hurt you for doing so.
Just yesterday, he had offered to bring you some books if you needed them, which you had declined.
It had shocked you more than anything that he was willing to offer entertainment, though you suppose you shouldn’t have been too surprised either. Declining had been a gut reaction from surprise, but you made sure to let him know you appreciated the offer.
You weren’t sure you could really even read anything he gave you, given you didn’t know what books he had. You would have had to see for yourself, and you didn’t want to bother him about it.
Though… It wasn’t like you could have gotten too much reading done with how much you had been sleeping and thinking. The few times you did need a distraction, you still had your phone too, which miraculously still somehow had a data connection.
Given how you were healing though… You wouldn’t mind a book now. A bit too late to ask for it though, you supposed.
Letting out a shaky breath, you looked at your phone once more.
The text almost seemed to taunt you.
They wanted you back, after hurting you, nearly killing you. All over ‘training’. As if nothing had happened.
Granted, you did tell them as you left to pretend it never happened. You think. Your memory of that fight was a bit hazier than you would like to admit.
Probably bloodloss.
Still…
Did they think they could just make demands? Just like that?
A part of you wanted to call Seth, the one who had texted you, and chew him out. Tell him about the hell you endured because of them, and how you almost died because they didn’t give a single shit about you.
How you wanted to rip into them, unload every single thing they have done to piss you off and ruin your life.
How a part of you wanted to go home and cut them to pieces slowly and-
You froze.
The grip on your phone was tight, and you felt your breathing grow heavy.
Carefully, you put your phone down on the bed, and took a deep breath.
You were angry, but you hated when those thoughts began to show. It never led to a good place mentally when you thought about killing them.
It wouldn’t be worth it.
Even if you did feel a sick satisfaction from it, which you know you would have, you would still suffer.
Being a Belmont only protected you from the law so much. The city you lived in didn’t know what went on behind closed doors. To the city, your little step family did everyone a favor by keeping the ‘beasts’ away.
If you killed them, you would be arrested. You would lose everything you worked hard for.
Your home, your heirlooms, your whip.
Sure, you could survive on the run for a while… But it wouldn’t be worth it.
The whole reason you put up with those jackasses was because you wanted to keep your home safe. You couldn’t exactly do that if you couldn’t go home.
Life really sucked right now.
But at least… you found temporary peace.
Idly, you clutched your phone again, wondering if you should answer Seth, or ignore him like you wanted to.
Given just looking at your screen and seeing the message made pricks of anxiety and frustration bloom in your chest, you decided to ignore it for now.
You couldn’t ignore it forever. Things would get worse if you did, and you already dreaded what the house must look like since you’ve been gone.
No doubt Jason’s attitude has been foul, you wouldn’t be surprised if he took it out on your home, just for you to clean up.
Scowling, you let out a small noise of annoyance.
After another moment, you decided to sit up. The soft sheets slid to your hips, and you winced as some weight shifted to a wound.
Hand twitching, you resisted the urge to open your bandages to look at your injuries.
Most were beginning to heal rather nicely since Dracula had brought you a potion. However, you still had a long way to go before you were fully recovered.
At the very least, maybe it wouldn’t be that long if Dracula truly intended to keep having potions made for you.
Yet another concept that floated around in your head that still managed to surprise you.
It’s almost funny. If you had been any other Belmont, you were certain you probably would have been mocked and tortured for having injuries. You doubted he would have extended the same kindness as he had you.
This didn’t help the fuzzy feeling in your chest when you thought about him, in an odd way.
You were special to Dracula, at least right now you were.
He wanted you alive for now. Alive and well.
Wringing your hands close to your chest, you tried not to sigh again.
What were you going to do?
As you tried once again to think over your options, your eyes caught your figure in one of the mirrors in the room. One near a dresser meant to look over outfits, you presumed.
Though you couldn’t help but scrunch up your face when you noticed your reflection.
You looked awful. Felt it too, even if your injuries were doing better.
Despite this, Dracula still treated you so gently, and with respect.
As you were deep in your musings, you ended up jumping a bit when you heard the familiar brisk knock at your door.
You knew right away who it was, having memorized just how particular Dracula had been knocking on your door.
Perhaps it was on purpose? A knock you would grow to recognize in case someone else knocked on your door?
Regardless, you didn’t keep him waiting, telling him to come in.
You would admit though, you never got over the slight surprise you had as he entered your room each time.
His presence alone was intimidating, even as he made a point to try and not be as such. How he seemingly called for attention as he entered a room, even if he didn’t utter a word.
It was both impressive, and you weren’t entirely sure how to feel about it.
Nervous? Sure. Into it? You had to mentally smack your brain a little to avoid your thoughts going in that direction as he was in the same room as you-
“Good afternoon.” He spoke as he closed the door behind him, his voice deep and quiet. You know for a fact he had a voice that could lead an entire army, or gently put you to sleep.
A dangerous voice, one you liked a bit too much.
-Nodding to him, you gave him a small smile. It was strange, how relaxed you were becoming around him with each visit.
A part of you still yearned for it to never end.
But your phone weighed heavy in your hand, a solid reminder you couldn’t stay. Unspoken consequences idly rolled around in your head, which was beginning to make you grow queasy.
Dracula’s eyes seemed to see through you, and you wondered if he could read your mind with how his gaze seemed to look at your very soul.
You certainly hoped he couldn’t read your mind, otherwise things would be pretty awkward with all the suggestive thoughts you have been mentally fighting off with a bat that floated through your head.
Thankfully, Dracula didn’t say a thing about that, simply sitting down in the chair you decided to keep next to your bed.
“Are you feeling well? Has the potion helped?”
He asked, bringing you out of your thoughts.
Heart pounding slightly, you smiled a bit wider.
“Yes! It has helped tremendously. My head no longer feels as if someone hit it with a hammer, and I’m mostly just sore at this point.”
Granted, that didn’t mean you were out of the woods yet. Your pain tolerance was higher than most. Just because you felt better, didn’t mean you were greenlit to go do any serious activities or hunting.
Despite your inner musings, Dracula seemed pleased.
“Good, good…”
He then reached into his cloak, and pulled out what you assumed to be another bottle filled with potion.
It had been a little while since he gave you that first dose, so it should be safe to consume more..
Potions could be taken in large quantities, but it wasn’t exactly recommended.
The concoctions filled a person’s stomach, but didn’t offer any nutritional value other than healing wounds. It could even make a person sick if consumed too much without a break or food in between major doses.
Not that it stopped you before. You didn’t exactly have the luxury of being picky at home when constantly fighting illness and injury. Growing sick from too much potion was a risk you often had to take.
You decided to keep that thought to yourself as you took the bottle from Dracula’s hands.
“If your healing continues to progress, you should be completely healed in less than a week. Maybe even sooner once those other potions are finished.” Dracula spoke, drawing your attention back to him.
A week? You didn’t think you had that kind of time. You’d probably need to be home at most, three days from now.
Dracula gave you an odd look.
“Is that not satisfactory?”
You blinked, eyes widening slightly.
“Oh, no! That… that isn’t the issue at all. It’s… It’s just…” you stumbled over your words, running a hand through your hair as you tried to figure out how to explain without seeming unthankful.
Dracula remained patient, letting you figure out what to say. His gaze was cool, yet curious.
A part of you also swore you saw amusement as you fumbled your sentences together.
Nervously, you began to wring your hands together, and fiddle with your shirt.
“…I just… I’m uh, I’m expected to be home soon…”
Dracula raised a brow at your small explanation.
Immediately, you also felt the temperature of the room drop. Enough to make the hair on your neck stand on end, and send a shudder down your spine.
You hoped you hadn’t pissed him off by saying that…
The gaze on Dracula’s face shifted, going from barely concealed amusement, to something… darker.
Old instincts began to wake, and you seriously hoped this wouldn’t be the end of the small little bit of peace you have had up until now.
The last thing you wanted was a fight.
An intimidating silence took hold of the room, and you forced yourself not to reach for your whip out of nerves. After a few moments, Dracula then broke said silence.
“This home of yours…”
He leaned close to you, his eyes bearing into your own.
“…Is it the same place where you received these injuries?”
For a moment, it felt as if the wind had been taken out of your sails.
“…Huh?”
You were confused. Was he… not upset with you?
Dracula tilted his head, those same ruby eyes flickering over where you were still injured.
“Forgive me for being presumptuous, but is that not where you were attacked? Was it within your own home?”
The question had your eyes wide.
“I uh-“
Dracula leaned back, though the odd feeling in the room didn’t settle.
“Of course, you don’t have to answer. But if I am right, is it that pressing to return before you are fully healed to handle whoever, or whatever dealt such blows?”
His questions had you pausing, and you felt your mouth run dry.
If you didn’t know any better, you’d say Dracula seemed apprehensive about you returning home where you were hurt.
Almost as if he cared.
The very thought had your mind whirring in overdrive. If someone had told you months ago that Dracula himself seemed to care about you, you would have laughed in their face.
But with everything he has done for you… was it really that far fetched?
If anything, you could at least argue he’d hate to see all the hard work done in healing you go to waste, but you were certain it was more than that.
Again, not good for your conflicted feelings on Mr. Lord of the Night himself.
Rubbing the back of your head with a sigh, you felt yourself droop a little.
“It’s… complicated, but yes. I have to return home soon, or things might get messy.”
The very thought of what might happen if you disappeared too long left a sour feeling in your stomach.
Your eyes flickered up to meet his, and he held your gaze for a few moments.
“…I assume you can’t put this off then? That it must be urgent?” He asked, his voice low.
Nodding, you tried to keep holding his gaze, not wanting to seem weak about it.
“Unfortunately. I… I risk a lot if I wait too long.”
Dracula’s eyes narrowed on you, before he closed them with a sigh.
“Like I have mentioned before, you are my guest here. You are free to leave at any point you wish, nor are you to be attacked as you do so. However…”
Your head tilted slightly, heart picking up at the end of his sentence. However…?
“Are you… certain this is wise? That there is nothing else that can be done?”
Shaking your head, you finally looked away.
“…Will you be hurt again?”
You stayed silent, telling Dracula all he needed to know, even if you refused to elaborate.
Why bother making an empty promise? Even if you don’t get hurt this time when you head home, what about the next? You knew all too well it was practically a waiting game until you were sick or injured again.
With your silence, the room somehow became increasingly colder.
Daring to look up, you were surprised to see the red of his eyes glowing slightly, much like how he had found you.
He really didn’t seem to like the implications you left him with.
But what could you say?
‘Yeah, my step family might try to beat the shit out of me or leave me the rotten leftovers to eat, or even make me do the yucky missions. No doubt I’ll be injured or sick again by the end of the month!’
Yeah… that probably sounded a bit pathetic. Some Belmont you were, allowing your own ‘family’ to use you as a punching bag.
Dracula eventually let out a sigh, and reached up to pinch the bridge of his nose. He looked frustrated. Or worried? You couldn’t be too sure.
A moment passed. Then another. You weren’t entirely sure what to say.
Another sigh left his lips, and when he moved his hand to look at you, his eyes briefly glowed once again, before returning to their same ruby red they were before.
The room remained cold, though the look in his face wasn’t quite as scathing or irritated.
“Very well then. It seems this is personal and important to you. Whenever you wish to leave, I will personally escort you out of the castle.”
A part of you grew warm and fuzzy at that. And they say chivalry is dead.
However, before you could bask in that warm, fuzzy feeling, his voice rang out once more.
“Before you leave however, we have much to discuss.”
You blinked.
“Huh?”
As if a switch had been flipped, his entire posture seemed to shift.
His back was up straighter, and he crossed his legs. He then rested his elbow on the arm of the chair, resting his head on his fist.
His eyes seemed to sharpen as his gaze then zeroed in on you.
Your mouth went dry.
It was as if his entire demeanor changed.
Hair on your neck stood on end, and out of nowhere, it was as if a stone settled uncomfortably in your stomach.
“You had mentioned wishing to talk back when I was… imprisoned. If you are going to leave, I imagine you would wish to discuss this before you do so.”
You felt your blood run cold.
Ah. That.
Now you understood why his demeanor had changed so much in a matter of seconds.
No longer were you just talking to Dracula, your polite host.
You were now discussing terms with Dracula, King of the Night.

Castlevania Alucard x necromancer!reader
Requested over on ao3!
You and Alucard have been friends since childhood, always spending time together playing little games and occasionally getting into a bit of trouble, you more so than Alucard, but he would always be there for you and vice versa, always covering for each other.
Over time, you had developed feelings for the half vampire, but you didn’t really think much of it since you were afraid to ruin your friendship, that he wouldn’t feel the same way for his best friend. That is, until you got to your teenage years, and a certain event had caused both of your lives to change, one which caused Dracula to go on a rampage.
When you found out that Alucard was going to try fighting his father on his own, you were absolutely terrified of what would happen and you tried to stop him, but nothing you did would stop him, telling you that he had to stop his father no matter what, and the next thing you knew, he was gone. You knew he wasn’t dead, but you had no idea where your friend had disappeared to.
In his outrage, Dracula had given you necromancy magic, which you didn’t understand why he would do something like that since you were just a simple human. Maybe it was because you were his son’s best friend? You had no idea, but you knew there was no way you were going to be able to reason with him, so you just did what you had to, even if you didn’t really want to.
It started out with just creating soldiers for Dracula’s army with your necromancy magic, which you despised, but you had to so you could keep yourself alive. It wasn’t ideal, but you knew Alucard would be back, you knew he wasn’t gone.
However, after Dracula’s demise, which you weren’t around for, you felt like you were finally free, except for the fact that you were still cursed with the necromancy magic, which you had sworn to not use again unless absolutely necessary. Now your main concern was finding Alucard. You’ve been searching for a while now, getting tips and suggestions from the locals who have seen him.
“Have you thought about checking the giant castle in the woods? I saw a man of that description hanging around there.” You heard a man tell you. Giant castle? No way, he couldn’t be talking about Dracula’s castle… but seeing as it was your only lead right now, you figured you could go and check it out. You thanked the man and made your way to the nearby woods, looking for the castle you were dreading to see. Which didn’t take long, as it would be difficult to miss a giant castle in the woods.
As you got closer to the castle, however, you spot several people around, and they looked to be… building something, but you were too far away to tell what it was. Confused, you got even closer, but stopped as you spot a familiar blonde haired male.
“Alucard..” you said just above a whisper, not even noticing the tears that were welling up in your eyes until they were ready to fall.
“Alucard!” You called out, making your way over to him.
“That voice.. no, it can’t be..” he turned to face you, and when he realized it was you, he just couldn’t believe it. You were still alive! After just standing there for a moment, the shock had worn off and he started making his way over to you, meeting you in the middle as you hugged him and him immediately returning the hug, holding you close to him.
“I knew you were still alive..” you mumbled, just loud enough for him to hear you.
“I am. I wasn’t going to just leave you alone, Y/n.”
“I’m glad you’re okay.. but there is a lot of catching up to do, you know?”
“Of course.” Alucard seemed a little reluctant to let you go from the hug, but ends up taking your hand into his own.
“Let’s go elsewhere.” You nodded and followed after him, a faint smile on your face as you wiped your tears away.
The next few hours consisted of you two playing catch up, you telling him what happened after his first fight either Dracula, how he had cursed you with necromancy magic, and what not, while he told you of his travels with Trevor and Sypha. You were actually a little jealous of his adventures, but you kept it to yourself. You were honestly just glad to see that he was still alive, and you were back together again.
“Y/n.” You were brought back from your thoughts as Alucard said your name.
“Yes?”
“I must confess something, if I may?”
“Sure, you can tell me anything, Alucard.” You were a little curious to what he had to say.
“I’ve been meaning to tell you this so long ago, but I never had the chance to, because I was too stupid to not listen to you..” he took a breath, taking your hands into his own.
“Y/n… I know we’ve been friends since we were both children, but as we grew up together, I had gained feelings for you, and I was afraid that you would never feel that way towards me, but now that we’ve found each other again, I don’t ever want to let you go again.”
“Oh Alucard..” You pulled him into a tight hug and gave him a quick peck on the cheek, which caught him off guard, but he hugged you back, holding you close to him once more.
“I feel the same way, I always have. I was just so afraid of telling you… but when you disappeared I regretted not telling you sooner… I do love you, Alucard, and I don’t want to be without you again.”
“Y/n… I’m so glad you feel the same way, and I’m so sorry for making you worry about me like that.”
“It’s okay, just… don’t do that again, please.”
“Don’t worry, I don’t plan on it.”
“Good.” You smiled faintly.
“I suppose we should head back outside and inform the others.”
“Oh they can wait for a while. I just want to be with you for a little while longer, if that’s okay.” Alucard chuckled softly and kissed your forehead softly, nodding in response,
“Sure.”
“If they need us, they can look for us.” And it was true. Now that you’ve found Alucard again, you weren’t going to be letting him go for a while, and he wasn’t going to let you go either.

Just did my nails bloody red, long and in oval shape, they turned out amazing, I can’t help but imagine how pretty my hand would look on Dabi, wrapped around his thick cock, smearing the precum on his tip with my thumb as it mixes with the redness of the nail polish. Or how pretty my hand would look placed on his chest or back, scratching his healthy skin until it bleeds and matches the color of my nails. Probably this color isn’t one of his favorites but I’m sure he’d learn to love it from me ♥️
