You know that it would be untrue
You know that I would be a liar
If I was to say to you,
'Girl, we couldn't get much higher'
So come on baby, light my fire
Come on baby, light my fire
-Jim Morrison, "Light My Fire"

As my fever pitched campaigning for Mario dies down (if you haven't seen the poll scroll down on my blog and vote Mario if it's still open)
I have an announcement 📢
From now on I'll be putting all my classic rock content on my formerly exclusively Zeppelin blog @ledoftherings which is now just gonna be like my music catch-all blog
Except for the Springsteen and E Street Band content which is over on @hotrodangelsinthepromisedland along with lots of Al Pacino. Its my hot Italian-american men blog 🤣

All On The Tip of My Finger
A friend of mine plays guitar, and recently him and a couple of his friends started a jam session with any musician who wanted to get together and play. In Flemington, New Jersey, there is a DIY (Do It Yourself) were people can rent space for Art Shows, Musical Events, or even a re-staged version of a SEINFELD episode (‘The Chinese Restaurant’) where I played Mr. Cohn (I didn’t stage it, but I did play Mr. Cohn).
Earlier this week (Tuesday) my friend and about twenty guitar players, one flute player, and a man that played a Percussion Jam Cajon Box Drum (something I had never seen before) gathered in that space to create music.
Considering that most of these musicians never played together before, they were very good. The song ranged from Dylan, Green Day, Creedence, and my favorite Wagon Wheel. All songs that most people knew, and if they didn’t, they simple sat out and waited for the next one to appear on that screen.
As talented as all these musicians were, however, I was the most important person in the room.
Why?
Each song on that screen in front of the room, the guitar tabs and lyrics displayed for all to see, were stored on a computer.
That computer was right by my side because it was my job to push the button to advance to the next song.
If it wasn’t for me, if I wasn’t there, that room full of musicians would have played the first song ‘Take Me Home, Country Roads’ twenty-seven straight times…
...You’re Welcome
