I know that the live action Tekken movie from, like, 2009 is nothing like the games, and barely has the feelings of the games, but I still miss something that I felt with it.

You see, since I NEVER expected a live action Tekken movie, when I found out they were making one, I thought that I was not going to be let down because, well, I had absolutely ZERO expectation.

I miss it, because teenage me was in a welcoming mood, like "do your think, it's fine", and this is why I enjoyed the movie so much.

If the movie “Armageddon” was made today:

1) Pedro Pascal would definitely be the dad/leader of the drillers. (Sorry, I forgot Bruce Willis’ character’s name. I forgot all the characters’ names)

2) Jenna Ortega would be Pedro’s daughter (Liv Tyler)

3) Tom Holland would be Jenna’s boyfriend/the young, reckless driller who gets on Pedro’s nerves (Ben Affleck)

4) Jon Bernthal would be the NASA guy who couldn’t go to space (Billy Bob Thornton)

5) Oscar Isaac would be the astronaut leader guy who defuses the nuke (William Fichtner)

6) David Harbour would be the weird cosmonaut who joins the team after the space station blows up (Peter Stormare)

8) Lady Gaga is initially asked to sing “I Don’t Want to Miss A Thing” but she drops out for some reason. So, the song is shopped around until either Foo Fighters or Fall Out Boy accept the gig.

So today I will be bringing you the Highlights from Season 2 series from CMT (Country Music Television) Campfire Sessions. The show aired weekly starting at 10pm on 7/15/22. Here's who play and what they played up next.

HAIR SPRAY AND FLANNEL

For my second instalment of Battle of the Bands, I tried to keep these men/bands in the 80s and 90s rock persuasion. From hair metal to grunge I present to you even more men who I want to rock my wor- I mean, more men who have rocked the world...

Oh and yes, there are quite a few doubles from bands. I have a one track mind - no B side. Aaaaand if you can't tell most visuals used here are rather old. Most, if not all, of these men no longer look like this, but I don't give a good goddamn.

***The following 10 men/bands were selected simply because they were the first to pop into my head, and are presented in no particular order. These man are also not limited to or defined by the bands they are listed with.

1. Tommy Lee, the drummer for Motley Crue (1981-present)

Tommy has serious big dick energy... I wonder why?

2. Nikki Sixx, the bassist for Motley Crue (1981-present).

Nikki could have kicked started anyone's heart with one look.

3. Slash, the lead guitarist for Guns N' Rose's (1985-present?).

Slash is the walking embodiment of musical talent. He is not a legend, he is a God.

4. Dave Grohl, the drummer for Nirvana and frontman for the Foo Fighters (1990-1994 & 1994-present).

Dave projects total goofball energy and it's everything I've ever wanted.

5. Izzy Stradlin, the rhythm guitarist for Guns N' Rose's (1985-1991).

It's Izzy Stradlin. Need I say more?

6. Jon Bon Jovi, the frontman for Bon Jovi (1983-present?).

You have to be crazy to not think this man oozes sex appeal.

7. Eddie Vedder, the frontman for Pearl Jam (1990-present).

I have always wanted to go back to the early 90s and run my fingers through Eddie's hair. I say that like I was alive in the 90s...

Favourite song: Elderly Woman Behind The Counter In A Small Town

8. Chris Cornell, the frontman for Soundgarden (1984-2017... kinda sorta).

Chris had an amazing vocal range and so much talent. This legend will forever be missed.

Favourite song: Outshined

9. Anthony Kiedis, frontman for the Red Hot Chili Peppers (1983-present).

Anthony is one of a select few of 80s rockers to keep going and age like fine wine.

Favourite song: Desecration Smile

10. John Frusciante, the guitarist from the Red Hot Chili Peppers (1988-present... kinda sorta).

John is just so adorable and I can't explain it.

Other favourite song: Can't Stop

I don't claim to be the ultimate fan for any of these individuals or their respective band(s). But I do enjoy the little I do know about then :)

The Young Veins start setting up I turned on my zoom to get the audio I figure it will be a quick soundcheck and they'll start right? Nope the sound operator couldn't get any sound from nick white's keyboard and dude got really intense O.O over it. (this fucking thing is a piece of shit!) Well after about 15 minutes of them working on it FiNALLY I get to hear what obviously I came to see. The Young Veins! Ryan seemed a bit miffed I think about it taking so long but it wasn't very noticeable at all only cuz he said it was.

Compared to when I saw them back in March Ryan's stage presence is better than it was and honestly the vocals were much better than they were. I can tell he is used to this touring thing now (even if not having to do a 15 min soundcheck but whatever who would be?)

Him and Jon are adorable together they just play so well off each other and that's what I really adore as well as the music obviously.

Also really loved this little shtick Ryan decided to do about how before he used to be in the foo fighters. (it amused me) He said how him and Jon were in a motorcycle gang and they traveled all around the world (we asked Jon later why foo fighters he said why not lol and apparently this was something they did tonight for the first time) and he said he didn't want to use the real name of the other band or something (i just quipped back I knew nothing of that other band and laughed).

Anyways funny things that were said Ryan dedicated a song to Black Gold (totally messed up the name when saying it) I don't remember what song it was now. He asked if anyone was there for Rooney and alot of people hooted and one dude said whatever in the crowd and Ryan was like I just heard someone say i think whatever but I won't acknowledge it to which Jon commented you just did lol

I really love watching them perform I was sad they didn't stay longer. I wanted more songs! They played all the same songs everyone has heard they've played. Nothing different. I always really enjoy hearing Jon sing just because he only gets a few songs even though I love Ryan's voice as well.
