Hey! Just wanted to put it out there that I’m looking to move away from freelancing and towards full-time employment as an artist. If you’re hiring, know somebody who’s hiring, or just have tip about a job for which I may be a good fit, please contact me! (
[email protected]) Full-time would be preferred but I’m open to part-time or even contract work if it pays a living wage. In general, I am just searching for more stability than freelancing alone has been able to provide for me.
My formal education and work background is in engineering but I’ve been doing professional (i.e. paid) work as an artist since 2018. For every job I’ve had (whether in STEM or in art), I’ve been able to work with minimal direction, teach myself whatever skills I’ve needed along the way, and generally do whatever is necessary to deliver high-quality results on-time or ahead of schedule. I’m happy to provide references from former employers, a complete list of projects I’ve worked on, and a more formal resume to anyone interested.
If anyone seeing this could give it a share I’d really appreciate it, especially if you’re in the industry. I’ve been applying to jobs for a while now without success- my unconventional employment history makes it a little difficult. An endorsement from my peers would go a long way.
Thanks!
Logan
