Hi all! Man, I really need to stop getting ideas when I dog/house-sit for people. However, I will say this was originally an idea I had for my Arrow/Chicago Med/Titans crossover. I just wasn't meant to post or write anything for it until the first fic in this series was posted and honestly, I'm not sure if this is the way Team Arrow (And Team Flash) finds out about Sarah. So here's a quick little two-shot of a what-if scenario.
Rating: Mature
Summary: Mockingbird was a memory. Mockingbird was her past. A ghost that lingered from Gotham and Bruce. A ghost that was ash and soot now. So why was it staring her in the face now?
Word Count: 1.6k
Warnings: Inaccurate medical procedures, and implied/references a canonical character death and canonical typical violence mentioned but doesn't go in depth

The Same Little Breaks in Your Soul
Sarah stared mutely at her reflection as it paced the length of her cell in the pipeline of Star Labs in Central City. Only the term reflection wasn’t quite accurate either because Sarah-the one that wasn’t locked up-was alert and awake. Nor did she have the jagged scar that ran down the length of the other Sarah’s face.
“What do you call her?” She wasn’t even sure who she was talking to; there were too many people in the lab. But her gaze found Clark’s. Then she found Connor’s-her boyfriend, not Superboy. He had slipped off the bloody gloves and washed his hands, but the brunette could still see the other Sarah’s blood on his hands from where he had to sew the stab wound in her stomach.
It was Barry Allen, still in his Flash suit, who answered her though.  “Like we explained before the universe is actually a multiverse and there are-”
“Fifty-two Earths. Yeah, I got that.” Sarah held up a hand to stop the lengthy explanation, “But what do you call her? Because she isn’t me.”
Tumblr media
Yet, the woman pacing around her cell was Sarah Athena Grayson. Same as she was. She could tell from the way the other Sarah held herself. The way she shifted her weight from foot to foot. The downward turn of her lips and the way she wrinkled her forehead. But the faraway look in her eyes? That was all Bruce. If she was being honest though, maybe she was just seeing that look because of the bat-suit and cowl she wore. An exact replica of the one Bruce had made and unveiled on hers and Dick’s eighteenth birthday. A suit she’d rather burn than wear.
Too bad she hadn’t been able to make it to Gotham the night she burned her Mockingbird suit.
“Doppelgängers,” it was Barry again, “They’re us, but just different versions of us.”
Sarah fell silent. Nodding once more, before her eyes shifted to study the other versions of her little brothers: Jason, Tim, and Damien. This was confirmed by three phone calls she made earlier. Her Jason Todd and Tim Drake were in Gotham while Damien Wayne was still in San Francisco with Dick.
Connor was still staring at her; she could tell from her peripheral vision, with that same guarded expression he had been wearing since he saw her dodge a punch Superman and Superboy came at her with and blew kryptonite dust that she kept on hand because old habits die hard, in their faces, before she backflipped and rounded a kick into the younger kryptonian’s chest while launched a punch at Superman.
“How did they get here, if they’re from another Earth?”
“They had to breach here somehow. But another question to ask is why are they here?” Cisco Ramon answered, typing on a keyboard and the footage of the doppelgängers disappeared and was replaced by some kind of security video.
In the video, it was dark and quiet. Nothing had happened yet. Then a large orb-like portal appeared. A second later, Sarah stiffened at the sight of The Joker. He laughed maniacally before he threw something sharp into the portal. Then he took off in a run as the other version of herself fell through the portal. She was clutching her stomach where a dark red maroon spot was forming.  She fell. Her prone form on the asphalt of the alleyway.
“Turn it off,” Sarah flinched, even though she knew the other woman would be alright. She, Connor, and Dr. Snow would make sure of it. “Please.”
The footage instantly vanished and it was back to the sight of her reflection pacing the length of her cell once more.
“They were chasing the Joker.” Cal-El slurred his words a little, probably still feeling dizzy from the effects of the kryptonite dust she blew at him and Superboy. She nodded before glancing at the crowd around her, “How closely do these other Earths resemble ours?”
“It varies from Earth to Earth but there is no true way of knowing unless we talk to them.” Barry answered again, “Why?”
“Because Joker is dead on our Earth. Batman killed him after an…emotional breakdown.”
“Are you sure about that?” Oliver asked. He sounded skeptical. Sarah shot him a look, but he didn’t waver in his question or his stare. It was easy to see through his playboy facade now and in its place was something darker.
The Green Arrow and Connor’s brother was The Magician, Information she was given as they rushed to Central City to help save the other Sarah Grayson. (Though no one knew that at the time. All they knew was the call Cisco made to Tommy requesting for his brother because “Caitlin says she needs help with the surgery. She’s never done one.”) Two people who like her, were wearing a version of themselves as a mask. It made her wonder how she missed it. When she didn’t answer, he added: “It’s been my experience that unless you see a body yourself, there is always a chance that the person is still alive.”
The brunette knew the tone and had heard Bruce use it many times before. It was a hard tone that scared people off. Made people not want to question him with an air of finality. But Sarah had grown up with Bruce Wayne as Batman since she was thirteen. She didn’t get scared as easily as some people.
Folding her arms, the brunette stood up straighter and walked a few steps forward so she was directly in front of Oliver.
“Besides the fact that every news outlet in Gotham did a story about it, body included by the way or what was left of it anyways. Batman left my-” she started icily before she caught herself almost revealing Dick’s identity, “-the original Robin with a bloody crowbar. It was filled with the Joker’s blood. Too much blood to be surviveable. So yeah, Oliver. I’m sure.”
“What are you?”
“Excuse me?” Sarah questioned hotly. Connor stepped forward, inserting himself between the two of them.“Oliver. Enough. Come on, it’s already been a rough day.”
“No, it’s not enough. Because she knows way too much about Batman, who’s an urban legend by the way for a normal person. She blew kryptonite dust, something she had on hand, on Clark and his kid with Clark’s disguise in place. Not to mention the way she rounded that kick and made that punch perfectly as if she had been trained to do that. Then you have her.” Oliver pointed a finger at the screen to where the other Sarah was still pacing, “Wearing a suit looking like a Batwoman.”
“Oliver, maybe Connor’s right-” Tommy stepped forward now, keeping a hand between his twin brother and best friend.
“Batman,” Sarah interrupted before she could think about it because Kate deserved that recognition. “There’s already a Batwoman. Both of whom, are not urban legends. Ask the Man of Steel or The Heir to the Demon if you don’t want to believe me.”
Now the Merlyn twin brothers both turned to look at her with the same guarded expression Connor wore earlier in both of their eyes. But it was Tommy who asked quietly, “How do you know about the league?”
“I’m telling you something isn’t adding up about her,” Oliver told them with his voice low and menacing as he shook his head, his gaze narrowing on her. As if the single look would force her to tell him.
“Oliver,” Clark stood up and moved, probably to stop the fight that was brewing between Green Arrow and her. “It’s okay, I can vouch for-”
“She’s the Mockingbird.” Nyssa Al Ghul announced to the room and up until this point she had been ignoring Damien’s aunt, until now Sarah turned to glare at the other woman.
“Al Ghul shut your mouth-” Sarah warned in a snarl, but she knew the damage done. The Fucking League. She hated them almost as much as she hated ninjas.
“Mockingbird as in Batman, Robin, and Mockingbird?” Barry asked, looking from Sarah to Nyssa. His gaze slightly lit up as he eyed Sarah with a renewed interest. But Sarah got the sense it was more of a fanboy moment than lust in his gaze.
“Yes, Mr. Allen.” The heir of the demon inclined her head to the man in the flash suit as she continued to speak. “And Batman’s chosen successor to the cowl but she never accepted the honor of taking the mantle.”
The honor of taking the mantle…More like horror.
“But I thought…Mockingbird was dead? Because they only found the charred remains of her suit in San Francisco five years ago.” Felicity questioned softly as her eyes turned on her.
Sarah flinched again and stepped back from the prying eyes. Yet that didn’t help. She still felt like…like before. Like she was drowning and no matter how hard she swam or tried to keep her head above water, a weight kept weighing her down. Like when her parents died or she put on the suit for the last time.
“You could be a better Batman than me.” Bruce with all of his expectations. The Titans broke up after Garth was killed and…now this other Sarah wearing the Bat cowl.
She was getting sucked back into this world of masks, superheroes and vigilantes. She could feel it. Helping out Dick sporadically over the last few years was only the tipping point back into the world.
“Air,” she muttered to no one in particular because she needed to do something, anything to get away from this drowning feeling weighing her down, “I need air.”
Then, before anyone could say anything to her, Sarah darted out of the laboratory.

RPing?
Hello. I'm looking for RP partners. I RP on Discord only and am hoping to make some new friends. I'm F/34. US, Native English speaker. Sorry, not fluent in any other languages. Multi-para writer most of the time. Here's what I'm looking for:
18+ RP partners. If you're not 18 or older, I'm not interested, sorry.
Partners to RP across a wide variety of TV show fandoms.
NSFW RP's, though that isn't all I RP. I like to try and find a balance of smut and plot. Smut's great, but can get boring if that's all there is.
Multi-para writer.
I'm looking for a partner to play male characters. I prefer to play female characters, unless in a Slash rp like Glee's Klaine or Seblaine.
My kinks and my squicks can be found here: F-list Below is a list of fandoms I'd like to rp. I'm not going to list any pairings, because I multiship and like too many pairings. If you're curious about certain ships to rp, please reply to this post and ask and I'm happy to respond whenever I have a chance. A Second Chance: A Dramatic Entrance
Chicago Med/Arrow Crossover
Author’s Note: It has been a LONG time coming, but the next chapter’s finally up! And we’re finally up to the first episode of Chicago Med!
Tumblr media
Chapter 12
He really has no idea why he thought Chicago would be any better than Starling City. He hadn’t been in town for more than 48 hours and he’s already been in a train crash. Its like he attracted trouble, courted it even. From his childhood to his residency to his fellowship as a Trauma Surgeon, it seems he can’t go somewhere calm.
Or doesn’t want to. He can’t deny that he’s a thrill seeker.
Although showing up to his first day of work in the back of an ambulance, covered in blood wasn’t in his plan. He knew Chicago wouldn’t be serene but still…a train crash? Did these events follow him around?
Read on AO3, FF.net, or below the cut:
He didn’t mean to traumatize the med student. He just had a job to do and do fast. So he had stepped in. Now, sitting in a quiet room, faced with the gash on his arm, he felt a little bad about it. Just a little. She had to get used to the pace of the ER. He didn’t pull punches. That wasn’t who he was, not since the earthquake. Leaving Starling had changed him. He wouldn’t coddle interns. It would hurt them in the long run.
Connor sighs and pulls off his shirt so he can get a better look at the cut on his bicep. Compared to his other injuries, this is nothing, a scratch. He grabs himself a suture kit and disinfects the wound. It’s long and deep enough that he’s going to have to stitch it, even if it would be a bitch to do himself. The rest of the doctors are busy saving lives and there’s no way he’s going to ask an intern to assist.
“Doctor Rhodes, I thought you could use these…”
He glances back to see the spare scrubs being carried in by one of the nurses. He offers her a barely there smile and focuses back on his arm. “Thank you.”
“How’d that happen?”
“Must have snagged it on the wreckage.” He would shrug if he wasn’t working on his own arm. He’d laugh at the ridiculousness of it all. Chicago reminds him so much of Starling, so much so that the difference between him now and him five years ago is jarring. Before everything, before the Undertaking, before Tommy Merlyn died, he had been in love with Laurel Lance, had been fragile and…safe. Now, getting hurt in wreckage was common place, stitching himself up was a fact of life. No wonder Oliver had gotten stranded on an island and become a vigilante.
The nurse frowns at him, voice adopting a teasing tone: “You know we do have a couple of doctors around here. I could hook you up.”
Connor smiles and glances at her nametag. April. Oh, he likes her. Humor in the face of odd doctors. That’s good. Cause he’s independent and quirky. He likes people that can work with that. “I don’t need one. I could use a nurse though. Come be my other hand?”
She nods. He feels bad testing out his new back story with her. It’s technically not a lie, that he grew up in Chicago. He lived here as much as he ever lived in Starling City.  They joke about the situation, tossing words back and forth in friendly banter as he closes up the wound. She’s efficient as they talk, clearly capable. If he was still Tommy, he’d be hitting on her already, but he’s not. He’s Connor Rhodes. He doesn’t hit on everything that moves. He appreciates that she can be a nurse and just that.
Whispers follow him around all day. He supposes that dramatic entrance where he told off the Senior Resident What’s-his-face, didn’t help with flying under the radar. Nor the fact that he managed to butt heads with the Chief of Psychiatry, Dr. Charles. Or that he had to display his fluent Spanish when his patient’s girlfriend arrived with only a rudimentary understanding of English.
He does his best to ignore the stares and do his job. That’s why he’s here: to use medicine to save lives.
He had to fight to get Jamie on a ventilator, fight to get a kid with terminal disease treatment of pneumonia. It was one of those things he hadn’t expected to happen his first day. Then again, he was told that the worst part of practicing medicine was patients that wouldn’t listen to reason. Jamie had the right to refuse treatment. It was just frustrating. He’d had to fight Dr. Charles too just to get him to convince the boy to do it.
At least he and Dr. Charles ended up in a good place. Connor’s not sure he’s ever going to be on solid terms with Dr. Halstead. It started off Rocky and got worse. Seems like he wanted to pick a fight, like the fact that Connor had grown up rich had protected him from the world. He would like to throw it back in Halstead’s face, but he bit his tongue. Halstead wasn’t going to break his cover.
The view from the roof though, that was doing wonders for his peace of mind. It’s vaguely self-depricating, standing on the roof staring out at a skyline that reminds him of Starling, or rather what Starling looked like before the Undertaking levelled half the Glades. Oh, he knows it’s a completely Oliver-like thing to do, to stare off into the void and brood. At least he tries to make conversation with people when they approach him.
God, he could use a drink.
Connor takes a deep breath and closes his eyes against the setting sun. He’s had his moment, a break in his hectic first day, now it’s time to get back to work, time to save lives. That is why he became a doctor after all: to save lives.
The breather was just when he needed for his luck to turn, apparently. He came back from his break to test results that match his crash victim to Jamie, the college student fighting so hard to live with a terminal illness, the kid who just needs a pair of healthy lungs.
Coming off that high, he comes across the med student from earlier.
She’s hunched over the practice dummy, stabbing in a needle to practice her central line. She’s doing everything right now with her headphones blasting and blocking out the rest of the world. Her hands are steady, the motions sure. He knows first hand that real life ERs are never like that. Feeling a little bad that she’s probably doing this because of what happened earlier, he steps into the room.
“Central line. Can’t tell you how many times I missed before I finally got it.”
“I know how to do it,” she insists without looking over. “I just couldn’t do it in there.”
“It takes practice, that’s all.” And now he sounds like all his teachers, especially Doctor Corbal who insisted that if he spent half as much time practicing as he did flirting, he would be a great doctor one day.
“I’m fine with him.” She finally looks at him. “I never miss.”
“Yeah, he’s the ideal patient.” That’s the thing that’s so hard to understand in med school, that life is messy and hardly ever follows a textbook definition of anything, especially in an ER. “You can’t hurt him and his life’s not hanging in the balance.”
“If this rotation weren’t a requirement, I wouldn’t be here.”
Finally, the truth comes out. He’s oddly proud of himself for getting her to open up. “And where would you be?”
“I’m a lab person.”
Of course. “Pathology?”
“Maybe.”
That’s a yes. It’s adorable how much she believes it. “Yeah, every med student, once they start dealing with patients, thinks they’d do better in pathology. I did.” He’d insisted on it too, for months, right up until the moment he had to apply for residencies.
She narrows her eyes at him, like she doesn’t believe it. “What made you change your mind?”
Connor shrugs. “I interned in an ER like this one. I saw people come through the door every day, on the verge of death and I saved lives. It’s different, working with your hands. It takes heart. You lose that in the lab.”
She nods slowly, turning back to the practice dummy. “Maybe that wouldn’t be so bad.”
“Just you wait, Doctor…”
“Reese,” she supplies. “Sara. I’m not a doctor yet.”
“You will be,” Connor says with a grin as he walks out of the room. If she can channel that conviction into an ER room, that drive into helping a living, breathing patient. Then she’s going to be just fine. She wants to be good at this.  She just needs to get past that anxiety.
These people are starting to grow on him. Chicago was definitely the right choice.
“So, how was your first day?”
Connor laughs at the question as he walks down the dark street. “It was good, Felicity. It started out with a train crash and ended up with a life-saving lung transplant.”
“A train crash? Sounds gruesome?”
“It was rough. Something happened to the track. I was lucky I wasn’t in the car that fell.”
“Please tell me that was just a really bad joke and that you weren’t on the train.”
“This coming from the woman who runs around with vigilantes,” he teases as he slows to a stop outside the bar. Molly’s had been recommended to him by just about everyone in the hospital. It was apparently owned by some firefighters over at 51. “I made a splash when I came in with an ambulance and pissed off the Head Resident, who might also hate me because I grew up rich.”
She laughs. “Well, you haven’t slept with his girlfriend so he can’t hate you too much…you didn’t sleep with his girlfriend, did you?”
“Whoa, Lis! I’m not the one who had a habit of sleeping with taken women. That was my cohort in crime who now dresses up in green leather and shoots arrows in people.” A couple girls walk past and look him over before ducking into the bar with a giggle. He shakes his head. “Besides, I’m just trying to make friends.”
“Tommy, you’ve got like a magical ability to make friends,” Felicity sighs. “I mean, even if you’re Connor now, you’re still you. You attract people like…I don’t know…Frat boys to a toga party? It’s ridiculous. As if your good looks weren’t enough, you can talk to people without accidentally putting your foot in your mouth.”
“Felicity, your babbles are endearing. You literally have Oliver wrapped around your little finger.”
She sighs, a happy noise. “Yeah, I kinda do, don’t I?”
“Yes. You really do,” Connor says with a smile. “It’s nauseating.”
“You’re not even here.” She harrumphs. “How could you possibly know that?”
“John and I talk.” He spots Dr. Charles through the window. “Listen, I am about to go give a potential new friend some good news. Call you later? And then you can tell me about the date Oliver’s going to ask you on.”
“Uh-huh. You and John with your talks. And if Oliver ever does ask me out, you will be the first to know.”
“I’m holding you to it, Smoak. I better be the first call.”
A laugh. “Deal.”
“Call you later, Smoak.”
“Bye, Wizard. Make good life choices.”

Ok so remember how I said I had just started catching up on Arrow because when it first started I was too busy with vet nurse studies
But in the last year I've watched Supergirl, Legends of Tomorrow, The Flash and now I'm watching Arrow
So I'm a little past the Season 5 crossover alien alternate reality business where everyone is not dead and Oliver's about to marry Laurel
And there's the part where Thea is talking to Malcolm who mentions that Tommy couldn't make it cause he's out of town being a doctor
And at first I was like oh yep ok no Tommy reunion then
AND THEN I REMEMBERED I ALSO WATCH CHICAGO MED IN WHICH THE ACTOR WHO PLAYS TOMMY PLAYS A DOCTOR/SURGEON AND I JUST
this show should be illegal

Invasion crossover time!! Let's liveblog this shit!
Omg it's all coming back to me, this is the one where everyone joins the crossover to SPECIFICALLY tell Barry how much he fucked up lmao it's all screaming back to me that Cisco was like I fucking hate you the whole time
Wally!! I miss you every day!!!
Diggle every single time he sees Barry: oh fuck no you don't
Omggg remember when Barry was like oh where is Snart?? And Ray was like oh fuck *sweats nervously* haven't you heard??
God FUCK Oliver amirite?
Even the Legends are like damn we don't fuck up THAT badly Barry wtf
Someone wanna tell me why I specifically remember this random scene of Felicity holding an umbrella for Mick?
Ok confession.... I really like the Arrow episode of Invasion because I love "what if" episodes so yeah I liked it sorry it's embarrassing
I miss Rory Regan with every fiber of my being. My little Jewish boy!!!!
Quentin Lance was originally right to hate Oliver there I said it
Absolutely hated that Chicago Med reference the first time and I hate it now like idk I'm not a fan of taking me out of shows by using real life references. Also was pissed that Tommy wasn't in the episode in general
Why is this crossover so Anti Supergirl? How are all of these man babies getting away with saying this shit to her?? Years later I'm still like wtf this is messed
Waiting to get to the part of the episode where Ray uses a gun, I'll never forgive and I'll never forget.
And THERE IT IS. And then we never even acknowledged or talked about it again. I think about this all the time and I've never not been angry about it.
Rory and Felicity talking about the Torah and Gematria, I love to fucking see it!!!
The way Oliver treats Kara...fucking hate it
Really miss my brotp pairing Felicity and Cisco
I actually did forget about the Stein having a new daughter plot lolol
Every man on Arrow is very much *old man yelling at clouds* when it comes to metas and aliens huh?
I did like the "she looks like my cousin" line the first time but now it's kinda like the Chicago Med joke...

Arrow: Crisis on Infinite Earths Part 4 & Legends of Tomorrow: Crisis on Infinite Earths Part 5
Ok lets see how this ends, how they gets the Earth’s back and how they deal with the new Paragon.
Tumblr media
Look the Monitor’s planet and he had a wife, so this is going to go bad. This is all the Monitor’s fault. That is why you don’t go to see the dawn of time.
Lex you have been volunteered hope you trust your work.
What is with that deep voice, Oliver sounds like the Monitor. He might want to lose that voice because he sounds like a demon. Yea, if I was them I would have freaked out if I saw Oliver because he sounds like a demon and kinda looks like one.
Wow, all it takes to unlock someone's potential a boop on the head.
Basically they have to change history. Well that usually turns out bad for Barry but sure let try it, maybe it won’t go wrong.
Tumblr media
They lost Lex and Barry is in some weird place in the speed force. Oliver’s voice sounds normal. Great, Barry you lost people in the speed force. It shouldn’t be to hard to find them just use your brain.
Tumblr media
OMG DC movies Flash. That was kinda awesome and that is exactly how the DC movie Barry would have acted. The cameo’s keep coming.
Really Lex, you have powers now. Why did anyone let him near that book? Also Jon Cryer is an amazing Lex Luther.
It’s just Up, Up and Away. Also they are really lucky that planet is similar to earth with gravity and oxygen.
I love Lois, “Barry did you go shopping for a new costume while you were suppose to the saving the world.”
Basically this episode is going to be Barry running around the speed force into random moments from Arrow. While Kara and Ryan try to stop Lex from being Lex.
Listen to Ryan because we don’t need this whole Crisis to happen. Great so there will always be a Monitor who will travel to the dawn of time and cause the Crisis. Well there goes that plan, some how I knew it wouldn’t work. What have we always been told on Flash don’t change time because bad things happen when you do and somethings are inevitable.
I like that, if I knew I would tell you but I don’t know. I trust you will know when the time is right. They are going to let Oliver do whatever it is that he needs to do. Also it’s probably good Lex got powers for this moment.
Looks like Oliver might have gotten some powers too. “You have failed this Universe”.
Tumblr media
Are they going to Care Bear Stare? Seriously they basically did a stare down and that is all they had to do? Am I the only one who feels like that was anticlimactic.
Tumblr media
Was Barry telling Oliver that him dying is a cop-out? That is what I got from its worse for those of us who live because we have to keep going and be the hero’s. I am pretty sure there was no avoiding Oliver dying there. I bet that is not what they were trying to imply but that’s what I got from the moment. Really took away from what should have been a sad moment. Also did Oliver just die again?
Wait everything is back? I feel like there has to be more in the last episode. Otherwise there wouldn’t be a need for a 5th episode to the crossover.
What did you do Lex? We all know you are not the good guy, Unless him being the hero really got to his head. If Lena and Lex advocate for Supergirl does that mean no more crazy Lena? While I wanted crazy Lena to stop it feels like a cop-out and way too easy. Also what was the point of the beginning on the season if that got erased. I really need the next episode of Supergirl for answers.
Is there 1 Earth? Either this gets fixed or there is just one Earth. You know that wouldn’t be the worst thing. Really what is having infinite Earth’s giving us? The ability to “bring people back from the dead”. It’s really was just a way for us to tie in all the shows and movies in.
Tumblr media
Looks like Nash is back to normal. I guess that means that Lyla is back to normal. J’onn really enjoyed giving Nash those memories. Also should we put all the blame on Nash. Yes, he should’ve have let the Antimonitor out but The Monitor shouldn’t have started it all in the first place by going to the dawn of time. How about we be pissed off at both of them. Is anyone upset that J’onn is giving them all the memories.
Tumblr media
OMG Beebo. Omg Mick is doing book signings. Really Ray a selfie? Mick is pissed this interrupted his signings. Also I am a going to miss Snart AI. Apparently Beebo is sacred.
I get it that everyone is really upset about Oliver dying. Somehow when they all happened that memory or knowledge was taken away. It is something Team Arrow had been preparing for the fact that Oliver was not suppose to survive the Crisis. Some of them where there when he died the first time. I understand that people thought that he would be alive when everything got fixed. The Monitor was very always said that Oliver was going to die very specific about that. Even with Barry he said The Flash, so it could be a different one. He always said Oliver had to die.
There is still antimatter in the city? Ok, so what are they going to do about it. I had been wondering about Ryan because no one mentioned him. Once they realized that Paragons remembered everything I feel like they should have checked on him. I am sure he is trying to figure what is going on as well. Wow, Ryan and Ray were nerding out hard core.
Tumblr media
Hello Black Lighting, I guess you would be on this Earth as well. Also love the Mick and Frost banter. I would be so here to see that more often. Can Frost do a cameo on Legends?
Tumblr media
“We will not fail this world,” nice reference to Oliver’s phrase. Barry does have fast hands. Did anyone really think that Barry was going to press the button. He is not that dumb. Doesn’t he have a multiple degrees?
Oh no, angry Kara. Throw it like a girl, not sure how I feel about that phrase. I know they didn't mean in the bad way but I kinda feel like they didn’t have to say it.
Tumblr media
Wait did Diggle get his daughter back? The one that turned into JJ when Barry changed time. Wait Superman has more than one son? Did this merge things from multiples Earths? How does Clark remember having only one child but Lois does’t? Is it because of the him being given all the memories? Wouldn't those have merged when J’onn did the memory thing? I have some questions about this moment.
There still is a multiverses out there just all the CW shows now exist on one Earth. Hello Titans (which I have now seen), Green Lantern, Swamp Thing, Brandon Routh Superman, Doom Patrol, and Star Girl and the Justice Society.
Tumblr media
Black Lighting you have no idea Is that like a Justice League table? Was that the Hall of Justice?
Stargirl is getting her own show? I guess that is why we had so see her team on Earth-2. CW is about to become the DC superhero network. Also just learned about the green light for Lois and Clark’s show. Which I am going to so watch because I love her as Lois. I like her better as Lois then her character on Grimm.  Also Gleek as in Gleek who hung out with the Wonder Twins? Does that mean the Wonder Twins are going to come in at some point.
Well I am here for Earth-Prime it will make the crossovers so much easier. Can we have more cameos like they do on Chicago PD, Fire and Med? I would like to see slight cameos from people once in awhile.
I have to say this was the best crossover. I had thought that about last years. Yes, were there some issues with this crossover of course. I could have done without the whole having to find people on the speed force and had more with battling the Antimonitor. The whole Care Bear stare was just dumb. Some of the cameos were just done as fan service and had not point. If none of those people were going to Paragons then it was like why did you even bother with them? At the same time I loved them so I can’t complain too bad. Yes, if they took somethings out it would have been a shorter show. There was quite a bit of filler bit it was enjoyable fillers. It would have been nice to see more characters in the 5th episode. Where was Mia, William, Connor, Ralph, Cisco, Brainy, and others? With all that being said it was really ambious to do and they did a good job with it. It was an enjoyable crossover.
I am curious to see what they do for next years crossover because it will have to be huge. Someone might have to die 3 times. I am curious to see what these changes are going to do for the upcoming seasons. Somethings will not be how we left them. Also can someone tell me where Felicity went at the end of Arrow with the Monitor? Oliver died twice so where did she go to see him?

The best thing about knowing in advance that a show is heading into its final season is the writers get to build in all the easter eggs and callbacks fans look forward to as they prepare to say goodbye to a show, and Arrow's final season will apparently take full advantage of that. TV Guide spoke with showrunner Beth Schwartz about the upcoming beginning of the end, and what we can expect from the final 10 episodes of the show that launched the entire Arrowverse. On top of guest appearances, one major death, and higher stakes than ever, Schwartz promised some major Season 1 callbacks are ahead of us, particularly in the Season 8 premiere.
Tumblr media
Why did you guys decide to reveal in the Season 7 finale that Oliver (Stephen Amell) would die in Crisis on Infinite Earths rather than saving that twist for the actual crossover? And how does having that out there affect the direction of Season 8?
Beth Schwartz: I think we decided to do that because it's the story. We didn't want that to be the shock — that he dies. And having that tease at the end of [Season] Seven, we were hoping it would bring everyone back to be like, "How does he die? What do you mean he dies? Does he really die?" You know, because on our show you never really die. So we just thought that would be a great way to end the season basically... And also everyone's theories! Because that's the fun of watching a show and having a mystery — everyone trying to guess what's going to happen.
And speaking of those theories, is it safe to say that there's an element of surprise in store for fans?
Schwartz: Yeah, definitely. I mean, this is Arrow, so you think you know what's going to happen, but you don't really.
How does knowing that he's going to die in this crisis affect Oliver's story arc heading into Season 8?
Schwartz: I mean knowing, having the Monitor tell him that he's going to die, but he's got to do it to save the multiverse — I mean his theme of the season is a hero's sacrifice and every character's going to go through that this season. And this is the ultimate hero's sacrifice, to know you're going to die, but you're going to save so many people's lives. And that's always been the juggle of the hero, of being selfless and putting yourself and sort of your family, in Oliver's case, a little bit second so that you can do the greater good.
At what point in the series did you guys land on the idea of this has to end with him making that final sacrifice?
Schwartz: I think that's been something that from the creation of the show has been [the ending] from the beginning. I know Marc [Guggenheim] could probably answer this better, but I know that he's sort of always thought that was how the show would end.
Tumblr media
And without Emily Bett Rickards in this season, how do you guys plan to honor her character even if we're not going to get to see her as much?
Schwartz: It's not like just because you can't see her that we're going to forget she was one of our most important characters on the show. And everything Oliver's doing, he'll be conflicted because he had to leave his family. And so that was really, as we saw at the end of Season 7, a heartbreaking and hard decision for him. So we will definitely not just skate past that... That last scene between them kills me. I can't watch it. It's just — it was so good.
How heavily is having to be separated from his wife and child going to hang on Oliver this year?
Schwartz: It's going to be pretty hard on him. But he's going to have Dig, obviously, to get him through, but it's not easy.
As for Colin Donnell coming back, was that just good timing having him coming off Chicago Med, or was that always the plan to have him back?
Schwartz: Every season we want him back. He's such a great part of the show. We always love having him back. He's such a great guy. And when we knew it was our final season, he was one of the top people. We were like, "We have to get him back for our final season." We had a whole list of actors and characters that we went through that we're like, "We can't end the show without seeing them one more time." So he was just — he's one of those.
And did a large handful of these people you reached out to say, "Yes, I'm down"?
Schwartz: Yes. Yeah, and it was fun. It's been such — I don't even know how to describe it, but this feeling of nostalgia and also kind of sadness but then happiness and gratefulness and just all these mixtures of emotions for a lot of us who've been doing this for eight years. It's a long time.
How many callbacks should we expect to see in this final season?
Schwartz: We have a lot of callbacks to Season 1 early on in, well, especially in the premiere. The premiere is very much like a love letter to the pilot, and it was so much fun to write. And the actors had a lot of fun as well. There's going to be a lot of that through the season.
Tumblr media
You guys have said you're sort of breaking form this year. What sort of storytelling opportunities does that afford?
Schwartz: It's been so great. I mean when we figured out what we were going to do this season, it was both exciting and also we were like, "Are we really going to do this?" Or "How are we going to do this?" But since we're not going to be in Star City anymore for most of the season, it opened up our world to go to all different places, which then opened our world to revisiting a lot of old characters. Because we're not just in Star City alone. Because Oliver saved Star City last season, and we wanted this season to be — the stakes are bigger than ever. He saved his own city, which we've been waiting for him to do for seven seasons, and now he has to save the multiverse... The stakes are bigger and the world's bigger.
Does that mean that there's not going to be that traditional antagonist that carries you through?
Schwartz: Yeah, a little. It's kind of a combination because obviously he's going to be fighting someone in each episode, but there's not just one villain. The villain really is Crisis in this season.
Is there any chance that we could ever get a scene between Stephen Amell and Katherine McNamara as Oliver and Mia before all is said and done this year?
Schwartz: I mean you never know.
Never say never?
Schwartz: Never say never.
And most importantly, are we going to get to see the salmon ladder one last time?
Schwartz: We'll see it. We're going to see it in the premiere. And I've also tried to do to the salmon ladder, but I was unsuccessful. Not surprising.

A Second Chance: Home Sweet Home
Chapter 11 of An Arrow/Chicago Med Crossover fic
Summary:  When Oliver finds Tommy in CNRI, he thinks he's too late and is forced to flee to avoid the cops. But Tommy is rescued from the rubble. He survives his injuries and decides to use his second chance to help people the way he always wanted to.
Read on AO3 or ff.net or below:
I’m not 100% sure what this is, but here! Have a new chapter!
...
Home Sweet Home
Chicago.
Once it had been his home away from home: the place he spent his summers with his mother and his cousin. Then it became his home permanently for several years when his father all but vanished from the face of the Earth. Turns out he’d spent all that time in Nanda Parbat, but at the time, all he’d been was a frightened preteen who’d lost his mother and his father in a short span of time.
It was in those years that he’d taken the name Connor Reese. It allowed him to hide within his aunt and uncle’s family, to become one of them instead of the Merlyn heir who had lost his mother.
And then his aunt died.
Suicide, they called it.
It had messed Connor up for a long time. He’d been carted to therapist after therapist after that, Uncle Cornelius having decided they had waited too long and should have done that when he first came to them after the death of his own mother.
Malcolm had come to drag him back to Starling the summer before his freshman year of high school, but by then there was a part of him that had already made Chicago his home. He could tell in the relief that flooded his system as he stepped off the plane at O’Hare. It was in that first breath of Illinois air, the bite of the wind at his exposed skin, the cold he hadn’t felt in the last couple years when he was away in Riyadh.
He pulls the scarf tighter around his neck with a grin as he lifts a hand to hail a cab. The city looks just as he remembers it the last time he flew in to visit Claire, when he had the epic shouting match with Uncle Cornelius and vowed to never return to their house. It looks the same, and yet it also seems foreign to his eyes, eyes that have seen haggard, war-torn streets in Riyadh and Starling City. He can’t look down neat, manicured streets without seeing the potential for destruction and the ways to help stem the damage should the worst happen.
Maybe that’s what makes him a good trauma surgeon.
He’s trained for emergency situations, to look at a situation, assess the damage and treat the worst injuries so he can save the whole.
Chicago is his first step. A couple years ago, he entertained the idea of moving back to Starling to help with Oliver’s…mission, but that thought is a vestige of the past. He’s here to do a job, to make an impact in a large city were violence on the street sends kids to the hospital all the time, where they don’t have a vigilante looking out for the little people.
It’s his second home.
The apartment he got is far from extravagant. It might be nicer than what a surgical fellow still paying off med school loans would be able to afford. But he’s lucky enough to have no loans left over from med school to worry about. He could have gotten a better apartment, gotten Claire to shop around for him instead of surfing the web to find an acceptable one person apartment. He’ll have to go shopping for furniture soon. The only things in the room are boxes stacked neatly off to the side that hold his random knickknacks from when he was last in the states. But they take up a pitiful amount of space since he’d had Digg wait on sending the bigger pieces.
Honestly, he really doesn’t know how much more he has. He left most of the furniture in his last apartment.
Either way, the apartment is eerily empty. The kitchen is recently updated and sleek, but the lack of table or couch in the main room makes it feel uninviting. His footsteps echo around the room as he walks up to the window and looks out at the city. He sprang for the room because of the view. It’s not stellar, but it’s also not a brick wall.  He can see mostly just other apartment buildings, but the view from the bedroom gives him a straight shot down a city block and a nice view of a slice of city life.
Connor turns to the rest of the room with a sigh.
That’s what he forgot: a bed.
He could, presumably, go out now and buy one. Sleep on the floor for a couple days until he finally relents and buys a bed frame to put it in. But he’s just spend almost twenty hours travelling to get here. He’s tired. As much as he tried to sleep on the plane, he couldn’t.  And for better or worse, he starts his new job in two days at Gaffney Chicago Medical Center.
Because who wants more than a couple days to acclimate to a new time zone?
Definitely not his smartest choice.
The way Connor rationalizes it, he was basically living in this timezone with his night shifts, so he could tough it out for the next two hours and then pass out. His sleepless nights and unusual sleep schedule for the last eight years have to help with something, like easing his way into a new time zone. He’d wake up and spend a day getting settled into his new apartment. Then tomorrow, with any luck, he’ll be accustomed to the new time zone and have enough time to make sure he looks presentable and to show up early to his first meeting with the Chief Administrator and the Head of Trauma.
It was a good plan, but one that hadn’t accounted for his need to find a bed.
Maybe he should have gotten a hotel room for the night…
Nanananananananana BATMAN!
Connor laughs as he plucks his phone from the pocket of his carryon bag. He stopped asking how Felicity changed his ringtones from a distance years ago. This one was one of his favorite changes.
“Hey, John.” He turns back to the window to look at the crowded streets and sidewalks.
“Connor. Sounds like you got home safe.” John Diggle’s voice sounds worn, the way it has since his falling out with Oliver. Connor doesn’t know all the details, but it involves kidnapping Lyla, leaving an infant unsupervised, and teaming up with Malcolm. A baby coos happily in the background.
“Yeah, you too. How did Sara like Disney World?”
John laughs. “She bypassed all the princess toys and wanted to go on all the ‘big kid rides’, which of course AJ found hilarious. I think it’s safe to say she’s not going to be anyone’s damsel in distress.”
“Just like her namesake.” Connor smiles softly at the reminder of a vibrant blonde who might have been his sister-in-law in another life.
“Just like her mother,” John corrects with chagrin. “Next thing I know she’ll be learning how to fire a gun and asking for weapons for her birthday instead of new clothes.”
Connor laughs at the image. He’s only met Lyla once and talked to her a couple times, but he gets the impression that’s not far off. She’s definitely a tough woman. “So I guess there’ll be no need to scare off any teenage boys.”
“Any daughter of mine will be able to take down any man who tries to do her wrong,” Lyla shouts from the background. “Won’t you, honey? And then Daddy and I will step in and take care of the mess. Yes we will.”
Threats and baby noises make an interesting combination.
“Hi, Lyla.”
“Connor. How’s Chicago?”
“Just like I remember. How’s everything there?”
“Good. Good. You start the new job tomorrow?”
“No. I’ve got a day to settle in.” He runs his hand over the back of his neck sheepishly. “I probably should have given myself a couple more days.”
“You forgot about furniture, didn’t you?” John asks.
Connor laughs. “Am I that predictable?”
“Felicity called it,” John supplies. “In her words: ‘Connor needs his stuff sent to his address.’ She bet you wouldn’t admit it and would buy all new things.”
She definitely knows him better than he knows himself. “She’s still out of town then.”
“She and his Royal Broodiness are still out of town. She reaches out regularly though.”
The bitterness in John’s voice has only festered since Oliver and Felicity drove off into the sunset like a sickeningly sweet happy ending of a romantic comedy. The cliché made Connor throw up a little in his mouth.
He was happy for his friends, of course. They deserved their happiness after a year of turmoil, but he’s equally happily that he doesn’t have to witness it. He’s gotten photo updates of their world tour. If you told him that Felicity and Oliver would be hiking and camping around the world, Connor would have laughed in their faces. Felicity was not the outdoorsy person. She preferred her computers, much like Connor preferred places filled with people.
“Well, next time you hear from her, tell her I said hi.”
“You’re not going to call her?”
Not when Oliver might be the one to pick up the phone. He can just imagine that disaster of a conversation. ‘Hey, Ollie. So I’m alive and your girlfriend’s known for years. Bye.’ He has no doubt he’d have Oliver at his door in record time with a reluctant Felicity right behind him. It’s been over two years, but he’s not ready to jump back into Thomas Merlyn. “Nah.”
John sighs, yet accepts his word as an answer. “Alright. Well, I’ll leave you to run out and buy a bed. I promise not to tell Felicity.”
He laughs. “Thanks, John. I’ll touch base with you once I’ve finally gotten settled in.”
“And if we don’t hear from you tomorrow, good luck with the new job.”
Lyla echoes the sentiment from further away and Connor grins.
“Thanks, guys. Talk to you later.”
“Bye!”
Connor smiles as he slips his phone into his back pocket and grabs his wallet and keys. He takes one last look at the barren apartment before heading out the door. His smile can’t be held back as the door clicks into place behind him. He can imagine his life here already: living in the city he grew up in, talking and skyping with the Diggles and Felicity, saving lives in the hospital. It’s all here in Chicago.
He finally feels like he’s home.

My Top Ships of 2017
We all do it. You watch a show and automatically root for two people to be together whether it’s a “slow burn,” the introduction of a new character this season or between two people that barely share a plot line. It makes you continue to tune in episode after episode. Here is a list of my personal favorite ships for this year, 2017, from some of my favorite TV shows/series.
12. New Girl--Nick and Jess
Tumblr media
Just about that time when your DVR recording was about to cut off (because you know mine did right before they kissed) Nick and Jess finally met each other in the elevator of their apartment building. I’ve always really loved the two of them together and as the show’s fate hung in the balance I was ECSTATIC that they readdressed their feelings in the finale. I’m super excited it was picked up for another season (the last one), but I would have been perfectly happy with this ending for the couple.
11. Bates Motel--Dylan and Emma
Tumblr media
This couple is still one of my favorite reasons to watch Bates Motel. Yes, the show was a great re-imagining of a young Norman Bates and I loved the new take on familiar characters, but I also loved the new characters including Dylan and Emma. After season 2 I thought the two would be cute together. They had only a few story lines or rather scenes together, but my shipping brain was at it again. And then something magical happened! It’s like the writers could hear my thoughts and THEY GOT TOGETHER! And you know what? They were SUPER, BEYOND ADORABLE TOGETHER. In its final season there was a time jump and this happened:
Tumblr media
Needless to say I was over the moon. I’m still shocked they actually became a couple because I thought it would only be in my head. Love their ending and the family unit they created with their baby girl.
10. Anne with an E--Anne and Gilbert
Tumblr media
The Netflix original series brought a bit of a darker spin on the lovable tale by L.M. Montgomery, but just like all of the previous adaptations of Anne of Green Gables this version did a fantastic job showing Anne and Gilbert’s relationship. While Gilbert isn’t introduced in the first episode of this series, I eagerly awaited seeing him on the screen and I was not disappointed in his interactions with Anne; from the spelling bee to the classic Anne breaking the slate over his head. Several characters could tell the chemistry between these two (including one of my favorite characters Jerry). Thank goodness they’ll be a 2nd season so we can see this relationship progress.
9. Chicago Med--Rhodes and Reese
Tumblr media
Okay, so they might not ACTUALLY be together...yet (get on that writers!), but this year I discovered the ship between Dr. Rhodes and Dr. Reese from NBC’s Chicago Med. And I didn’t realize how BIG the fandom is! It was all thanks to season 2′s episode: Monday Mourning:
Tumblr media Tumblr media
There’s just something about these 2 that is just so great! Their chemistry--wow! They just don’t get enough scenes together. In the current 3rd season (that’s unfortunately only been 4 episodes before the hiatus) they’ve had a few moments together (aka conversations), but it’s not enough. They keep getting set up with different potential love interests, when the writers should notice they have a good thing going already! Okay, rant over.
8. Victoria--Victoria and Albert
Tumblr media
After I finished binge-watching the first season of Masterpiece’s Victoria a few weeks ago, I was so sad there wasn’t more to watch. I needed more Victoria and Albert in my life. (Good thing the next season airs here in the US in a few weeks!) Going in, I didn’t know much about Queen Victoria’s reign, but was interested to learn more. I was pleasantly surprised with how addicted I got to the show, especially once Albert was introduced. I love how much they love and care for each other and know that rocky roads could be ahead, but am excited to watch the journey unfold.
7. Grimm--Nick and Adalind
Tumblr media
Another surprise pairing that I grew to LOVE! In Grimm’s second to last season, Adalind (ex-hexenbeast, turned human, then back--I think I got that right) was pregnant with Nick’s child. This “romantic” pairing could have been weird, but writers made it work and personally I fell in love with it. [It probably helped that Juliet was turning evil and then became Eve. Man if you listened to this and had no idea of the show it would all sound crazy.] The two made a great little family with son Kelly and I was shocked when Adalind’s daughter was fine with Nick. I really enjoyed these two together as the show came to a close earlier this year. Another piece of proof that sometimes two characters can be placed together after so many seasons and really work. But how could you not root for them with this adorable baby?
Tumblr media
6. Reign--Bash and Mary
Tumblr media
Reign was one of my first binge-watches of the year. So, I know this couple might not [SPOILERS] end up together, but for me they were one of my TOP ships. Mary and Bash have a big relationship during the first half of season one and as much as I knew she’d wind up with Francis (the unfortunate ‘perks’ of watching an old show) I could only hope for all the Mash moments I could get. Mary was a hot commodity on the show and I think her and Bash were one of the best pairings. I’m happy with the way their story-line ended and liked Bash’s alluded help in season 4. Even though I would have loved to see him back on screen. This will forever be one of my favorite moments:
Tumblr media
5. Arrow---Oliver and Felicity
Tumblr media
After a roller coaster ride of a relationship, Oliver and Felicity are OFFICIALLY MARRIED!!! (I guess you can say twice?) It’s been a long time coming and I know not everyone is a fan of the IT girl and the emerald archer together, but I have liked the two of them since day 1. It was one of my shipping moments of ‘this probably will never happen, but a girl can dream.’ I watched that season 2 finale when Oliver tells Felicity Slade thinks he has the woman that I love, a DOZEN times! I took any moment I could get. While there’s moments I didn’t love on this long journey, I am happy to see the two of them together and I love Felicity and William’s relationship. I’m happy that this year’s crossover finally made it official. We deserve it!
4. The Vampire Diaries---Caroline and Klaus
Tumblr media
KLAROLINE!!! I have been a fan of this ship for SOOO LONG! And just like any good ship you take anything you can get. This letter to Caroline at the end of the series finale of the Vampire Diaries is JUST what fans wanted. (Plus, we had a few great moments in the season too; from Caroline bringing her girls down to see Klaus, and I still think about their phone call, which might be from the previous season.) My fingers are crossed and double crossed for the final season of the Originals that we might see Caroline (maybe more than once?? Is that asking too much?) I mean Hope is at the school and even though Klaus can’t see her we must find some sort of loop hole. We’ll just have to tune in and watch!
3. Supergirl--Kara and Mon-El
Tumblr media
Before the heartbreaking season 2 finale and Mon-El’s return this season (MARRIED!), we saw the growth of an extremely cute couple filled with bickering, banter, and plenty of couch sessions. I loved seeing Mon-El adapt to Earth customs and for Kara step up as a mentor. Early on I felt the pull between these two because their chemistry was fantastic (as shown by their real life off screen relationship). I am so happy I got the 2nd season on DVD for Christmas to relive all these great moments:
Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media Tumblr media
2. The 100--Bellamy and Clarke

Another ship I have shipped since episode 1. I’ve taken every little glance, conversation, touch. Being a Bellarke fan has taught you to not take anything for granted. (Especially when you have heard from the creator that they don’t intend for these two to end up together. Come on!) But season 4 gave us fans hope. They had several playback worthy moments and that finale! WOW! It’s the end of the world and he’s making jokes with her. They are both touching each other! (I still have chills just thinking about it!!) I can’t wait for this new season even though I know Bellamy is going to be with someone because they HATE us. In the meantime here are some big moments from last season!

AND THE NUMBER 1????
I wouldn’t be living up to this page if I didn’t make them my number 1 because they and we deserve it!
1. Teen Wolf--Stiles and Lydia
Tumblr media
It was a LONG time coming, but our pick was endgame, just like we predicted all along! Because the seasons were broken up I’m going to refer to season 6 as a whole (we deserved a lot more Stydia in the series finale, but that’s a rant for another day....) Despite, Dylan O’Brien not being around for more episodes due to his filming schedule, I think they did a nice job including him in the part A season. Sure, when I was watching it live I was pissed, but watching the episodes back I appreciate the moments we did get Stiles and how they included him in the season. Lydia and Stiles are one of my favorite couples of all times. I love their development, the chemistry between the two actors and strive to create characters who have such a powerful friendship and relationship. Here are some of the best moments from this year.

So, that’s my top 12 ships of 2017! A lot of my top couples were from shows that ended in 2017, so I can’t wait to see what new ones I discover in 2018. Let me know if you have suggestions!

Thank you for the tag @cold-blooded-jelly-doughnut! This is for chapter 4 of my Chicago Med/Arrow crossover au
“I can't do that! You don't understand how much hell I've had to endure for being a Latina in the police force since I joined the academy. This will put my career in probably the best spot that it's ever been in.” Every year Wallace Boden, Hank Voight and Sharon Goodwin host a first responders gala and invite five of their best employees. This was the first year that you got invited by Hank and Antonio was not happy about it. “You're just using those false struggles as an excuse to take advantage of this opportunity when you don’t deserve it.” Izzy fought the urge to cry and luckily her phone rang before she could start crying. She checked the caller ID and saw that it was Hank and immediately answered it. “Yes, Sarge?” Izzy saw Antonio smirk confidently which made her scared of what made Hank call her. “As I usually do on the day of the Gala, I was checking recent reports and noticed that someone reported that your car was broken into 30 minutes ago. Do you need me to come pick you up for the event later?” Izzy locked eyes with Antonio and instantly knew who broke into her car. “Yeah I really will need that. Also were you able to find out who called in the break in?” Izzy was hoping that it was someone she knew but also hoped that Antonio wouldn't know. “Dr Rhodes.” Izzy sighed in relief that it was Connor who saw someone break into her car. “Thank you for letting me know Hank.” Izzy hung up the phone and looked at Antonio in disbelief that he would do something like that. “Antonio, did you break into my car just so I wouldn't be able to go to the Gala tonight?” Izzy saw the look of confusion cross Antonio's face and knew that it wasn't him. No. And I have no idea who did.” Izzy saw the look of confidence on Antonio's face change into a look of shock and confusion which let Izzy know that he was telling her the truth.

[Fuente]
