So I was binge watching Drawfee while I drew and I came upon the ice cream bar episode, and they brought up how Arthur only vaguely resembles an actual aardvark, and then I started thinking of that one episode with the spelling bee where Art came up with a song to memorize how to spell the word “aardvark”. Then I started wondering how he, at the age of 8-9, couldn’t spell the name of his own species…and then I remembered the finale where it’s implied everyone’s just drawn as an animal as a stylistic choice, meaning he thought back to that one incident and created his entire family’s character design based on that one inside joke.

Have gotten realllyyyy stuck on watching Arthur tbh, up to season 18 atm, wanted to draw Ratburns class (limited myself to that however much fun bear cub Tibbles would have been to draw)

This was pretty fun, did it kinda slowly, watched some good eps, discovered I really like this style, yeah! May not be 100% accurate to scale but I tried my best to keep my animals in proportion to each other / how big the real animals are!
