So the main default brushes I like to use are gesinski ink (for sharper and smaller lines) and technical ink or flat brush for coloring

For tips eeHm,

So for character design lately I’ve gotten more interest in pushing shapes and adding variety to my designs

First and foremost I HIGHLY recommend doing research if you plan to add something specific to a design that’s maybe pulling something from real life; consulting people on behalf of what you may be pulling from help too and can give you a sort of direction of what to add and what not to add (amount of research depends on how much you already know; if you’re not sure of something definitely look into it)

Watching movies helps too (I found myself in a Don Bluth/ Classic Disney rabbit hole recently and I’ve gotten obsessed)

Gesture drawings, body types, & uniqueness in shape in size are all important as well and it’s also super fun! Getting a bit wacky with it wouldn’t hurt

And storyboarding hrmm

I’m not much of an expert in that department (though I do like doing it to practice) but I have learned that when it comes to constructing a scene don’t be bothered adding so much detail, you just need enough to get your point across

Also!! Learn about cinematography and things like camera angles and character acting

The more you know about that stuff the stronger your storytelling is (I would very much like to get better at it haha)

#i promise im not avoiding the question this is just funny #asks #honestly tho i do like math #english is one of my worst subjects because numbers make more sense to me #it funny that people look at me as an artist and are like “so you're majoring in art right?'”#nope lol im going into accounting #im decent at resource management and organization #i even got an award for most organized in my stage craft class #incase you dontnknow what stage craft is its basically the construction crew for the drama kids to do their thing #props costumes backgrounds lighting sound #all of that is stage craft stuff #do some math silly ✨#and basically i got that award by organizing the entirety of the stagecraft room #everything was stored in there and it was a mess #ended up spending a few weeks just organizing the nails screws and bolts #was supposed to only take a few days but no one was helping #also had to organize them by length too #but in the end it was a lit of fun and not i have a cool poster up on my wall with my chosen name #so not all a loss #yes i am rambling on purpose #and i shall keep doing it now #but honestly its so nice that people are being more considerate of my pronouns and chosen name #i actually feel like im being respected as a person and not just a student #its like they didn't trust me to know myself before which is annoying #but hey i guess it could be worse #im living with my aunt now so thays a huge improvement #my parents may have tried but uhhh #they didn't always do the right thing #ok i think thats enough rambling for people to have stopped read at this point #i got to get ready for school now

so bc i don't wanna do anything productive am procrastinating every single one of responsibilities am a damn freak of a nerd i have spent the last 2.5 hours attempting to identify all of these damn batsuits

while i've seen a few posts/sources identifying some of the suits, i've yet to see anyone break down all of them and, again, bc i am actually insane obscenely obsessive i am taking it upon myself to identify every. single. one.

i think i've actually gotten almost all of them from my own research, but bc i don't wanna make any false claims i've decided to err on the side of caution and ask for help on the following unknown suits:

Hey! Don't worry about your English, it's fine ^^ And yeah, I do have a moth demon OC! Her name is Arya and I love her dearly! The one above is a picture of her in her human form drawn by Castawolf on Etsy and the picture below is one I drew when I was 17 or so! I never said I was an artist, I can't draw at all, so that was the best I could do back then! She'd be beige and a lot more fluffy, though :3 She was kind of inspired the the Radiant from Hollow Knight! Useless trivia, I know, but I just get so excited whenever I get to talk about her!!

Farah would have a field day with you from time to time. While she won’t go out of her way to fluster you each time, she sometimes will do so. It’s just too cute, the way you go quiet, stumble over your words or fumble around a bit. Yes, she knows that she has to maintain the trust between the two of you, and thus she shouldn’t be playing around with you too much, but come on! It’s so much fun! Sometimes she just has to tease you about it as well and watch you get defensive over your behaviors. It’s all just too endearing to her. Sometimes Farah will stand closer to you than necessary, touch you a bit more than needed, like holding your face in her hands when you won’t stop looking away from her, or just straight up compliments whatever it is you’re doing. If you’re especially close, then she might just give you a kiss to your cheek to watch you hide behind your burger, for example. While she may not be the most cuddle-seeking person out there, she’ll offer you more hugs than usual, if just to watch you freeze up and go speechless. However, only she is allowed to fluster you like that, anyone else needs to grow up and leave you alone. Anyone else could be malevolent and tease you the wrong way. No, she can’t have that. If you’re flustered because of someone else, then Farah won’t take too kindly to it. You’re hers to fluster and no one else. This may or may not be because of the crush she has on you, but she would never admit to such a thing. As far as you’re both concerned she just likes to tease you. But never too harshly, she doesn’t want to see you cry either. Will tone it down a bit if it’s obvious you’ve become uncomfortable and apologize, but it will happen again, I can assure you of that.
