Ryuji definitely finds Conventionally Attractive Girls pretty, but he realizes around postgame that he genuinely formed crushes on THREE people; Akira, Makoto, and Goro. And all three of them are people who carry themselves as a bit Soft and Delicate (akira and makoto w their personality and mannerisms, goro w his appearance) while also being deceptively strong. Yusuke WOULD fit into this but hes only strong in the metaverse. Also if u tried to argue that he still finds yusuke pretty, Ryuji would just say ‘yeah duh? Of course???’ and would not elaborate further.

I just think. Its cute 👉🏾👈🏾 Ryuji loves someone whos pretty and capable of knocking him flat on his ass lmao He LOVES a challenge and he likes that they can all challenge him in different ways.

Akira is way stronger than he looks; hes very toned and he used to be quite active before being shipped off to tokyo. And after fighting in the metaverse, hes gotten way better at using an enemies mass and momentum against them. Yeah he can properly knock someone down, but its way easier to let Ryuji charge him and use that momentum to sweep and pin. Which Ryuji remembers vividly for Weeks. Akira is not allowed to spar w him and Makoto for awhile after that.

Makoto is just strong as hell. But shes very defensive, and extremely patient. ‘Ill wait and see before I decide What to do’. Shes got good reaction timing and its hard to catch her offguard. Its very difficult to disorient her so oftentimes, his spars w her are more about endurance. And if he ASKS her to do so, she’ll actually fight him back. He never wins 😭 but she is very patient w him and she doesnt treat him like an idiot. She likes to give him tips and redirect his strengths to make up for his weaknesses and it makes him a bit warm in this chest

Spars w Goro are just fun. Theyre fun! Goro is way more aggressive and reckless than Makoto and Akira. He is looking for openings near constantly and Ryuji has to either keep up or tank hits. Its very. Engaging. For him. Sometimes he loses and Goro is giving him a look so smug, Ryuji wishes he could kick him in his fucking teeth (something he clearly couldnt do bc hes already been knocked flat on his ass). And sometimes he wins, and hes so shocked and HAPPY about it; he doesnt miss the way Goro looks away from him pouting like a brat (‘no fucking way are u POUTING man, what a sore loser 😭’). Goro and his uptight personality is thrown out the window completely and its so fun and refreshing to see. Hes tall and imposing w broad shoulders and toned arms and if Ryuji is staring, he finds himself immediately distracted when Goros cheerful, softspoken voice asks if hes willing to go another round.

I love it 👉🏾👈🏾 Ryujis got a complicated relationship w violence but it helps to have people he trusts engage with it in a way that doesnt make him feel like some brute. Theyre all kind of itching to beat the shit out of things for multiple reasons, but instead of taking that out on each other, they spend time training one another so that they can beat the shit out of OTHER things better. Its an efficient system 😊

I had a dream i had one last final test for school and life stuff to take and I forgot to study for it bwcause it took us a while to get to the place where I could do it

Before I got there moon suggested I wait for them on the bridge we have here and tbimas sanders pulls up and I go "AH HELLO" and then a lot of ppl pull up behind him and it's just a pride event walk

I walk past and under/next to the bridge and meet moon and I go DUDE I SAW VINE DUDE THOMAS SANDERS and they go YEA Ik

And I'm like OK let's get this test done where do I go

And suddenly I have a big bag of plushies and we go on the bridge again and there's this one building nearby that's a restaurant irl but in the dream it was a government building

I sit down in the waiting room and I show off the plushies

I was gonna give away some but keep a few that were good but most were weird and misshapen and had mismatched parts and moon and I laughed at it

Then a lady comes to me and is like ah you already have your test paper so just give it to me and come forward so you can do it

And I'm like ah OK lemme find it. Then I look at moon. "MOON I STUDIED 2 WEEKS AGO HELP ME MOON"

ans I go do the test ans suddenly it's.. Pixel art. Top view. There's a chair. Sans undertale is on it. I talk to him ans he jokes

THEN MY YEST BEGINS?? AND ITS?? A WEIRD LIKE POLER CHIP GAME

I HAD TO ROLL DICE BUT NOT RLLY I ALWAYS HAD A SELECTION OF 4 PRE-DONE ROLLS AND I PICKED ONE

AND IF I PICKDD MORE THAN THE NPC IN FRONT OF ME (not even sans??) I GOT TO TAKE THEIR CHIPS

And in between all this in the waiting room there's like a drag show thing but what became pupular is getting a big weird wide mouth short legs, looking like a kid and being like.. Shrunk and alieny. So kids would alter themselves to look this way and it was ridiculous and like every 6 minutes or so the dream stopped to show 2 more contestants and we'd go "OOOKAY THIS IS GETTING RIDICULOUS THIS KID GOTTA BE LIKE 4"

And then I'm in my room with my brother and mom and I'm speaking on czech and I ask if they know where Thomas Saggs is but I say it like "Thomas sex" because of Accent..?

My brother laughs and I hope to go find Thomas to redo my test but I WOKE UP

And at an unknown point I was playing toontown and they added a new cog type. This one had randomized "genetics".

It was an anthro furry cog who's skelecog you could see in their body for some reason like their shell was translucent

But their head was always solid? And they came in lightly different colors, mostly shades of brown and like.. Cream.

But their eyes had different colors too and I was looking at a petz eye color chart and I was like THESE GUYS USE IT...!

At some point we had a new cogs only member too and it was a roleplay acc for someone's the sims oc and it was a guy using a mod that makes ur Sim a... "werewolf Jerma"...?

Hate was a strong word, but you felt it was appropriate to say that you absolutely hated nights like the one you were having on this particular day. Standing half-naked in front of the full-body mirror situated in the corner of your shared bedroom, your eyes swept over your body once more. You despised the way your gaze lingered on the stretch marks that tainted your skin.

Wallowing in self-pity and stressing over your physical flaws wasn't exactly a standard routine for you, especially when Jeno was around. But your boyfriend wouldn't be back until late at night, having texted you he had something to do that would require him to stay at the studio longer than usual.

You turned to the side, pressing your palm over your stomach, rubbing up and down as if it would magically flatten your abdomen. Nothing happened, of course, leaving you feeling sick and fed up with the thoughts you were having.

You wiped the tears accumulating in your eyes, not allowing it to trickle down your cheeks. You could see your boyfriend's face in your mind and briefly wondered whether you were truly good enough for him. You didn't blame your insecurities on him, never. Your boyfriend was nothing but loving, and he showered you with gifts just as much as he showered you with loving words, but there were times when it was remarkably hard to believe his kind words.

You wished you could miraculously switch off your mind and climb out of this self-loathing pit you had willingly put yourself into. It was your fault, you would admit that. If you hadn't decided to strip into your underwear and scrutinise yourself in the mirror then maybe you would've been in the dining room enjoying the dinner you had made by now.

As you were stepping closer to the mirror to get a better lock at your face, you heard the turning of a key in a lock before the front door was pushed open. The realisation that Jeno had come home much earlier than you expected kept you paralysed on the spot. It wasn't until you heard the front door shutting that you were finally able to move, hastily wiping the tears from your reddened eyes and shrugging on the robe you had carelessly tossed onto the bed.

You heard him call for your name but you didn't respond, scurrying into the bathroom to wash your face in hopes of being able to get rid of any evidence that you had been crying. Jeno couldn't know. You weren't going to drag him into your mess.

You cursed to yourself as you studied your reflection in the bathroom mirror. Your cheeks and nose were flushed, and your eyes were unmistakably bloodshot. There was no way Jeno wouldn't notice.

"Baby, you in here?" Jeno called out from the entrance of the bedroom. You heard shuffling as he took off his jacket. When he spoke again, his voice was dangerously close to the bathroom, and you immediately faked a smile. "Hey, why haven't you eaten dinner yet? Were you waiting for me?"

Turning your head, you were met with your boyfriend's figure standing in the bathroom doorway. It tugged your heart to see him look so beautiful, even after a whole day of working. You just couldn't understand why he had chosen you. Why hadn't he picked someone with less baggage and imperfections?

You watched as his small smile transformed into a frown. Without any hesitation, he stepped forward to grab your hand. "Hey, have you been crying? What's wrong?"

You forced a quiet chuckle. "I was watching this new romance movie that just released." You watched his face closely, swallowing when you saw that his worried expression hadn't dissipated at all. "Have you eaten dinner yet? Go shower and come eat dinner with me."

You squeezed his hand assuringly once more before walking past him to give him some privacy in the bathroom. "Were you really just watching a movie? You look like you've been crying for hours."

You plopped onto the bed with a huff and looked up to see Jeno had walked out of the bathroom and was slowly approaching your sitting form. "Babe, we've been dating long enough for you to know I'm sensitive when it comes to tragic endings."

He stood in front of you, cupping your cheeks in his hand to tilt your head up. "Yeah, and I also know my girlfriend enough to know whenever she's lying."

You managed to smile and shake your head as he pressed his thumbs to caress the irritated skin underneath your puffy eyes. "Jeno, I'm okay."

Leaning down, he pressed his forehead against yours, causing your noses to brush. The both of you stayed like that for a few more seconds, and you welcomed the distraction. You wanted to forget the cause of your previous breakdown and Jeno's presence was helping tremendously.

Feeling the gentle brush of his lips against yours, you gasped, hands flying to grasp his arms. "Jeno," you breathed, pulling away slightly to look into his eyes. They were dark, wild, so lovely.

"Tell me," he muttered softly.

Unable to look into his eyes as you confessed, you looked down at your lap. "I'm sorry," you began. "It's just so stupid. You're the best boyfriend there is, you treat me so well, and you're just so beautiful, Jeno, and I don't know how to... compete with that."

Once again, he forced your head up so he could look into his eyes. "Baby, we're not competing for anything. What are you trying to say?"

"I just can't understand why you're still with me. I'm so flawed, and you can settle for someone who's so much more good looking, someone who can give you so much more than I can."

Jeno's face remained expressionless as he gazed down at you, but you could tell the gears in his head were all turning. His silence worried you so you shifted in your seat awkwardly.

He seemed to notice your slight movement and finally snapped out of his train of thoughts. "Wait, you're not messing with me, right?"

Groaning, you tried to stand up, but he held your waist before you could walk away. "Okay, I know it's stupid. Can we just forget about it? Please?"

His eyes widened and he pulled you closer to him until there was no space left in between the two of you. "No, no, this is far from stupid. If you feel this way, it means I haven't done a good job at being your boyfriend. I'm supposed to be making you feel loved, but—"

"No! You've been a perfect boyfriend, you're perfect. It's not your fault, seriously, it's mine."

"If this is about the way you look, then I'll have to disagree and say that it's not your fault. Everything you consider imperfections or flaws, they're a part of you, and I fell in love with that a long time ago, and I'm not falling out of love anytime soon."

"I'm sorry for being so insecure. I just... I feel like you deserve better."

His lips broke out into a soft yet wistful smile. "You're not in any position to tell me what I deserve and don't baby," he mumbled lightheartedly. "Being with you was a choice that I made, loving you is something that I choose to do until now. All these choices that I made are all choices that I made deliberately, not because I'm forced to."

Unable to say anything else, your tears began to blur your visions once again, but this time it was because you were thankful. You felt so blessed that out of all of the people in the world, you ended up with Lee Jeno—a boy whose smile shone as bright as the sun and whose heart was beautiful and kind. "I love you so much," you managed to splutter out.

Sensing the oncoming tears, Jeno bent his knees a little so that he was eye-level with you. "Hey, don't cry, I love you too," he spoke, his smile now reaching his eyes, turning them into the little crescent moon that you adored so much. "You make me happy, and that's more than enough for me. Is that enough for you?"

You nodded. "All I ever want is for you to be happy, Jeno."

He visibly relaxed at this, and gone was the solemn atmosphere that once lingered in the air. "That's settled then. You're not getting rid of me that easily because you want me happy and I'm the happiest when I'm with you. So, will you lie down on the bed for me now?"

Tilting your head, you furrowed your eyebrows in confusion. "Why?"

"I still need to show you how beautiful you are to me and I don't think words are gonna cut it."

"Lee Jeno!"

Kenma stared at his screen, wondering what he should say. His mind wandered, thinking about the fact that (Y/N) was somewhere out there, in the comforts of her own home, sitting and playing the same game he was playing. He thought about how she was probably sitting cross-legged, or slouched, or her back completely straight as she probably wore headphones over her ears, or earbuds tucked in the confines of her ears, or blasted the game soundtrack through the speakers of her computer. Kenma sighed, as he slouched back in his chair. A blush crept over his face. He was talking to his crush over a video game. It was practically like texting her. Kenma began to type once more.

No, no, no! What was he doing? He couldn’t possibly tell his crush about his crush! Why? Why would he do that?! He immediately typed in a “never mind.” Despite some protests from the other person, the two pretended to forget that ever happened.

All throughout the weekend, Kenma sulked and sulked. There was no particular reason, but he just felt so uncomfortable knowing that he told his crush that he had a crush on someone. There was also the factor that (Y/N) didn’t seem quite interested in what he had to say about his predicament, unlike past times where he could talk about anything he wanted and she would gladly contribute all she had to offer to help the poor boy out.

And so the terrible weekend had ended. It was a nice break for Kenma, being away from everything and everyone; he immersed himself in the virtual world as he let go of all of his worries. But now he had to face reality once more - he had to face (Y/N), the terrible final boss. He had so many more enemies he had to defeat (his teammates, according to Kenma), but the powerful weapon of ignoring them always beat them in the end.

He wanted to stay in his bad mood for the entire school day. It was his plan, and it was a really good plan, but (Y/N) just had to ruin it.

Kenma sat at his desk in his classroom that morning they returned from the weekend. He stared at the nothingness that lay before him on his desk until he heard the sweet sound of (Y/N)’s voice when she came through the door to the classroom. He heard her laugh as she greeted those around her a good morning. He relished in the music as she walked towards her desk.

“Good morning, Kenma-kun!” (Y/N) chirped, as she sat down. Kenma jumped at the sudden words, and he felt warmth everywhere, especially in his cheeks. He smiled at the sound of her greeting, and said one back. God, no one could make him feel the way she makes him feel when he’s around her. He took a deep breath, knowing that his unrequited love consumed his whole heart. Ah, if he were only as smooth as Kuroo was and knew his way with words.

Kenma frowned; from a mile away, one could tell he was clearly in a bad mood. He hung his head down low, as he was reminded of (Y/N)’s date last weekend.

“Kenma-kun, are you okay? Is there something wrong?” (Y/N) asked, her voice laced with concern. Her eyes studied his face, discontentment written all over it. She wondered what she should do; if only she could consult applepi in this situation. The setter faced (Y/N) and he smiled.

“Ah, it’s nothing, (Y/N)-san, please don’t worry,” he murmured, hoping that she would get the feeling that he would like to be left alone.

And so for the rest of the time they sat next to each other during class, (Y/N) thought about everything that applepi had advised her to do with every problem that she had:

(Y/N) looked down at her notes to see that she had written nothing compared to all the complicated words written on the blackboard. She had been staring at the blackboard daydreaming about how she had fallen in love with her internet best friend. (Y/N) thought it was silly, really; it was stupid how she had fallen in love over text on a screen. But those words, all of those words that some guy out there named “applepi” had accompanied her throughout her best and her worst times. She could stay up all night to see them up as well, fighting away enemies to clear the level. From in-game items to wise words of advice, (Y/N) owed so much to this person.

And Kenma had no idea that his crush liked him back.

(Y/N) was a very friendly person; everybody in the volleyball club could see that. It seemed to Kenma, of course, that (Y/N) was the friendliest with Kuroo Tetsuro, the captain. All throughout practice they would constantly make jokes with each other, teasing and pushing each other around. It hurt Kenma; it really did. But (Y/N) did not know that.

In fact, after that dreaded date over the weekend, (Y/N) and Kuroo promised to each other that they would not go out on a second date. They realized that they were better off as friends, for Kuroo could sense in (Y/N)’s eyes and her words that she had the ability to break Kenma out of his shell, even further than Hinata had done. She also told off Kuroo, telling him that she couldn’t date someone who had such weird bed-head hair, much to his disdain. He couldn’t get rid of it! And besides… she already had someone in her heart.

But the point of the matter is: Kenma was taking this completely the wrong way. He watched with jealous eyes as Kuroo and (Y/N) shared playful banter. Her beautiful laugh rang in Kenma’s ears for all the wrong reasons.

As they practiced serving, Kuroo used this as an opportunity to try out his jump serves. He was consistent, but the one time he hit it into the net, (Y/N), who was watching for stray balls, called out to him, teased him to no end. The other teammates laughed on, especially Haiba Lev, whose serves were just as bad. Kenma mentally cursed at Kuroo, for stealing away (Y/N). He could never possibly curse at him for real; everyone would be in shock at his sudden outburst and ask him what was wrong. (Y/N) would ask him what was wrong. And if that happened… he would freeze up and definitely lose another life.

When they began practicing receiving, Taketora called out to Yaku to try out Karasuno’s libero’s “Rolling Thunder,” or whatever it was called, to which Kuroo made a sarcastic remark that Yaku could never pull off something as flashy as that. (Y/N) laughed, despite not knowing what the “Rolling Thunder” move was. Once again, Kenma mentally told off Kuroo to stop saying funny things that (Y/N) could laugh at. His jokes were the ones that made (Y/N) laugh; he knows this because she laughed at all the jokes he made over their chat in their video game.

During their water break, Kuroo and (Y/N) played a little chasing game as she playfully refused to hand him his water bottle. She tossed his bottle to Taketora, who then threw it to Fukunaga, handing it over to Yaku. Kuroo chased the libero around, who passed it on to Inuoka. He gave a hearty laugh as he tossed it to Lev. Silly, clumsy Lev called out to Kenma as the tall boy threw it to Kenma, who with his slow reaction did not catch it in time. The lid of the bottle flew open, and water poured out everywhere. Everyone else watched in shock, but the initial shock passed by them as they all began laughing.

Kenma thought they were all laughing at him.

The same ordeals continued even after the water break, and after a millennia later, the practice ended. Kenma, along with everyone else, helped clean up after practice. They also cleaned up the little water spill, which (Y/N) thanked Kenma for helping clean up.

Kenma changed his clothes in the club room. He was the only one inside, as Kuroo and (Y/N) were outside waiting for him. He could hear their laughter through the doors. soo bogum or bo i guess. twenty-five / 25. cismale. he/him. hitman and caregiver to his 52 year old ill ridden mother.

he has been in seattle with his mother for 6 years after moving away from seoul at the age of 20 to get away from the short crime life he lived there and also to kind of get a fresh start after his father’s passing. his mother was paralyzed at the waist down and the event was most likely what led into her starting to get very mild dementia.

a little insight on his mom is that basically she is never seen without bogum although bogum can be seen without her. i like to believe she is pretty well known just because bogum likes to get her out to socialize with everyone, although what degree people know her is up to whoever. she is super sweet lady when she is focused and on track and loves to socialize, meet new people, and hang out anywhere with her son. bogum is her caretaker, basically, providing her with everything she needs in order to survive.

bogum projects an outward appearance and personality of a guy who is caring, kind, and would do almost anything for someone he likes or trusts. but he can also be that guy who kinda freaks you out if you catch him at the wrong time. overall he is definitely an everyday guy who just has these weird flaws. everyone can be kinda creepy at times (:

a living oxymoron. bogum can be the sweetest person you’ll meet and also the creepiest man you’ve ever been approached by. he has a winning smile and would help almost anyone in need, but also wouldn’t hesitate to let you know he can’t stand you or he doesn’t like you. most people might see bogum as a caring person given the devotion he has to his mother and he pushes his personality that way. bogum really is a kind person, he always will be, but he is also someone who could really care less. while he is outwardly sweet, it is also not very hard to catch him off guard. if you asked someone about him, they would probably say that he is a devoted individual, but there is something off about him that is hard to put a finger on.

he is pretty set in stone because i’ve wrote him a few times. he was 1000% inspired by investigation discovery ( i mean his url is from a show on there ) and you can check out some of his pages on his blog. he has a stats page and an insight page that explains stuff that might be more triggering. i might make him a plots page. idk. probably not bc im a mess jasldkf.

speaking of, some plots i would luuuuuv for him are past friends from hometown seoul, perhaps a best friend?, someone who thinks he is fishy, someone who helps take care of his mom, anyone who could be his neighbor could have a cute plot, one sided romances ( bogum is aromantic, please keep in mind ), and idk, really almost anything. i’m not too picky as long as you respect his occupation and sexuality.

also a lot of ppl tended to love having plots with his npc mom so i mean feel free i guess LMAO

Ok so you have misrepresented some stuff. I’m tired of Taylor bashing. Critique I get. But let’s get some facts straight.

Her first major political statement was not when she was releasing new music. It was in October last year before the November election. That’s when Trump said he liked her music 25% less. She had nothing coming out anytime soon when she did that.

Louis has a consistently terrible team that has only just started to improve. Do you really think he wouldn’t have marketed Just Like You more if he could have? It’s a good song, and it has important content that the general public should hear too. Don’t make his team’s failure into something honorable.

I used to be critical of Taylor for not speaking up sooner about politics, but I realized that being political when you are quite as big as Taylor is extremely risky, especially coming from a country fan foundation. Plus she was “cancelled” anyway. What would her voice have done for the mess of the 2016 election? And after that during the Rep era, she gave LOUD pride speeches early on in her tour. She did a lot that pretty clearly demonstrated she was NOT supportive of the alt right. Anyone who really wanted to know could have seen that. So of course she sued the woman saying she was alt right. I’m not saying I like it, but if you are not a nazi and someone called you one, wouldn’t you want them to stop? I wish she had used different methods, but again, what would have worked? I’m not sure there is something that would have convinced this woman to change her tune.

When she did speak up last October, she explained that the absolutely horrible political events of the past few years had made her want to speak up. “In the past I’ve been reluctant to publicly voice my political opinions, but due to several events in my life and in the world in the past two years, I feel very differently about that now.” Think of how you have changed over the past few years. We have all become more aware of our role and responsibility. We have all grown louder and more aware. Why can’t Taylor also have grown and learned?

In an essay in Elle earlier this year she elaborated on that. “Only as someone approaching 30 did I feel informed enough to speak about it to my 114 million followers. Invoking racism and provoking fear through thinly veiled messaging is not what I want from our leaders, and I realized that it actually is my responsibility to use my influence against that disgusting rhetoric.” Waiting to find your voice when you have this big a platform seems pretty solid to me.

Taylor isn’t a white feminist. In her October post she said, “I believe that the systemic racism we still see in this country towards people of color is terrifying, sickening and prevalent.” She also made a point of protesting a lack of laws about domestic abuse which unfortunately disproportionately effects women of color and trans women of color. She has pointedly included and celebrated women of color in her tours. On Rep tour the women dancers–many of color–all were introduced and given a moment just for them as part of the song Gorgeous. She has spoken about racism and I expect to see her continue to do so during this next election cycle.

Taylor did not mock Kim K’s robbery in the music video. I see how you could interpret it that way, because there was a robbing scene and a ring prominently displayed but that was in reference to a lot of Swiftie fan theories that she was engaged and the larger feeling of being attacked and dragged aka robbed. There were references to Kim but that was not one. Taylor is a women with stalkers who has her house broken into regularly. She of all people wouldn’t joke about that.

Last but not least, Taylor is pairing her new music with advocacy DESPITE the fact that it has turned away many of her old country fans or older Republican fans. She is also on her way out of the closet, which would make it much easier for others in the music industry to come out. Ahem. Harry and Louis.

So I have to ask that you stop spreading misinformation and stop hating on a woman who is changing the music industry by forcing streaming services to pay artists fairly and now–on her coming out journey. She donates to charity. She advocates for politicians and policies that could improve or even save lives. She is using her platform for good. Stop hating.

Or I guess I should just say… don’t step on her gown. You need to calm down.

TLDR: Larries are often so uninformed and nasty about Taylor. She didn’t speak up about politics for a long time, but when she started it was not near any new content from her. She is queer anyway. She's been very misunderstood by her own community.

We're not in Hawkins anymore more means a new setting. Which means new people, which means new characters, ugh! Call me a downer but for sure the Duffers will add more characters and that sucks. They already have a lot of main characters and secondary characters. They can't even properly develop the ones they already have! It already feels bloated with so many storylines & so little episodes. Adding a new kids group bc will & El make new friends? A nightmare. Literally a nightmare.

Listen not to be rude but. Can we please go. One new season. Without everyone whining about new characters. There hasn’t been a single new character announced yet. I doubt there will be any new mains. Yeah ofc there’s gonna be new ppl in a new location, but there’s not gonna be a whole new group of main characters??? And maybe, just maybe, not all characters NEED to be developed, bc some characters are purely supporting characters who have no meaning themselves so complaining when small roles aren’t given a ton of screentime is completely missing the point of the character.

Again not to be rude but I’m TIRED. Yeah this show has a lot of characters and has added new ones each season........ just like practically every other show on the planet? We’ve got 12 main characters rn. Possibly 11 depending on Hop. Possibly 13 if u count Erica but honestly I don’t bc I don’t think she’s gonna have a big role going forward. Out of that 11-13, only 2/3 of them weren’t in s1. 2 more were in s1 but not as mains, and out of those two, Steve u could argue was basically already a main in s1 even if he wasn’t credited so, and of COURSE Will needed to be made a main.

Now out of those 2/3 new, are ppl still gonna complain? Robin is essentially one of the biggest fan favorites after only one season, and if u don’t think that matters, I understand, but her role in the plot was still huge and she’s definitely important in them developing Steve. And for Max, just, can u even imagine the show without Max at this point? It’s crazy to think there was a time when the party was only five. Ppl have been calling her unnecessary since the day they announced her character, and personally I thought we were past this. Erica is the only one of the new mains that I can accept some criticism that she was unnecessary, bc she did kinda stop having a direct role after she opened the elevator door, but still, she was a character that a lot of ppl loved, introducing someone from Lucas’s family was important imo, and also, she’s just one character. She didn’t get a lot of screentime at all, so I’m not gonna accept any claims that her inclusion somehow took away screentime from anyone else.

We’ve got plenty of other characters, some even credited as main cast members, but main cast member =/= main character. Would u call Karen a main character? Billy? Probably not. Going into s4 I think they already have a good balance. It’s likely Erica’s role will be demoted, I’m also expecting Murray’s role to be bumped up, bc doing so would be a big key to the plot. Same with Brenner, but while he’s likely to be a main cast member, once again that’s not the same thing as a main character. There’ll likely be a slew of new supporting characters, as every show does, bc new storylines rely on it, and we might get one or two new mains, but no, we will not be getting a group of new main characters. There will be no “nightmare” where a group of new kids is introduced as Will’s new friends to be new major characters. Well have the same characters as always. Well have our 6 kids. Well have our teens. Well have Joyce, and hopefully Hopper. And personally I think the show has done a rlly good job balancing its characters. There’s definitely flaws at some points, but imo its flaws have not at all come from having too many characters to balance. And to an extent, it’s normal and a good thing for a show to not balance its characters perfectly. Some main characters are simply gonna have bigger roles than others. I love characters like Lucas and Dustin to the ends of the earth, but lbr, would it rlly make sense if they were given as much screentime and development as characters like El or Will, who are the central figures to the show’s whole plot? So yeah, they don’t get as much screentime, but even with that they’ve been developed v well and imo given justice each season

Also, just a reminder bc nothing gets under my skin as much as this, stop. complaining. about. things. before. you. watch. them. Every damn season ppl have been getting bent out of shape about every little thing only to actually watch the season and realize it’s not a big deal. I don’t know what new characters we’ll get or how they’ll be written, but can we at least wait until the season is out before complaining about its writing? thx

he’s a member of 7-member boy group cherry (3 years) and 10-member co-ed group trap (1 year)

unlike most of his members, he wasn’t scouted on the street. actually, huan waited and auditioned for two different companies while they were doing int. auditions when he was 13 and 15, but despite getting through both times his mother never let him go to korea to pursue it

it took him another year of begging for her to let him do it tbh so she pulled her savings and put him on a plane and uhhh as they say the rest is history!

jk, he got through, everything is good, he debuted at 20 after 4 years of intense training

his boy group has super cute concepts though and as much fun as he’s having, it really isn’t huan’s style. he’s out there on stage wearing cute ass pastel outfits and blowing kisses into crowds but he’d rather harmonise about sucking dick on 3 different tracks

tbh that’s why trap kind of exists? everyone in trap is a member of other groups or a soloist usually known for being cute, but their concepts are hella dark & mature

originally, huan was supposed to take online classes in a different subject but bc he’s so free atm, he’s decided he’s good to physically attend school for a while. his management might pull some strings and get it switched to an online degree if anything in his life changes, but for now... he’s here! uwu

he studies vocal performance because he lowkey misses the intense vocal training from when he was a trainee & also bc it ensures he practices while being away from his groups

you looked up at your new job with a long sigh

it wasn’t too long since you found out that you got a job that you’ve always wanted

the thing was that

it was working under someone that you didn’t really feel comfortable working with

see

you were the secretary for the CEO and that person so happened to be Kang Daniel, who was widely known in your years of high school to be the one to kind of drift around girls

he didn’t even date them, he just flirted with them and made them think that they were one day going to date him

you didn’t have any of that though

one random day through out the year you went up to him while he was sitting around during lunch and said

“kang daniel if you break one more of my friend’s hearts i’m sure you’ll see a heart in the shape of my fist coming in contact with your face”

that was the last and only interaction with daniel

ofc he still did what he did but he did stop flirting with your friends in a sense

but now here you were working under him

honestly you were wondering what kind of person he grew up as to be the CEO of a huge company.

you walked in and flashed your badge at the front desk before proceeding to his office

they had given you a tour before but you never met any of the high up workers like the heads of each section

you were curious but still very unexcited

anyways you arrived at the door and took a deep breath

“please please don’t remember me and let this not be awkward”

you knocked on the door and after waiting a few seconds you opened the door and rushed to your desk on the other side of the room.

he didn’t seem to be inside the room which you were super relieved about

for a split second because

the nest second the door almost burst open and in comes Daniel sighing loudly and loosening his tie from his neck

being honest you thought it was attractive but you shook the thought out of your mind quick

he didn’t seem to notice you until he was about to sit down at his chair

“o-oh! you must be my new secretary!”

his voice went high at the last part with you find slightly funny but smiled a little and nodded as a response

“nice to meet you, i hope we can work well together!”

he nodded and sat down in his chair to go on his computer

“do you know the rest of my-”

before he could finish his sentences the door bursted open and 10 other ppl who seemed to be both boys and also grown men walked into the room with huge smiles painted on their faces

“Daniel! Jinyoung just scored his very first girlfriend!”

a boy who seemed to be on the younger side shouted while pointing and slinging his arm around the boy you assumed to be jinyoung

“hey! who says that was my first girlfriend?!”

jinyoung looked very offended and the rest of them laughed

you looked over and noticed that Daniel didn’t seem to be joining in the fun

he looked away from his computer and gave them all a slight smile

“that sounds great, congratulations Jinyoung! i apologize but is it okay if we talk about this later? I’m very busy right now”

they all quickly nodded and made their way out while saying goodbye

daniel once again made a huge sigh once the door shut and went back to typing on the computer

“are you alright there mr-”

“you can just call me daniel”

he muttered while typing on his computer

“well Daniel, is everything alright? You seem pretty stressed”

he stopped typing and pushed away from the desk while sinking into the chair a little while putting his hands in his pockets (like the photo fdfvfgs)

“yeah, just a little stressed, recently we’ve been trying to reach out to a wider audience so we can have more to work with and expand on, we only really get teens around jinyoung’s age”

you laughed a little which caused daniel to look at you

“maybe you guys could go out and do something, like a song that is loved by all generations! or every month have a specific song to learn an promote it, like one month its a hard vocal song that was loved in the past and the other month its an equally hard song but a pop song that people love listening to now!”

he nodded and quickly went to his computer and started typing

“you seem to have a lot of ideas”

he smiled and glanced at you

“i mean i’m not sure if it’s great ideas but surely you guys can expand on it”

he nodded

“sorry about the disturbance, those are all the heads and they love to burst in whenever. Some of them are pretty young too but they are mainly here so that they can provide ideas for us to cater to a younger audience.”

you nodded and wrote that down in your notepad.

on the computer at your desk you noticed that daniel had a meeting in twenty minutes

“uh you have a meeting for how to expand and ideas on how to improve the company in twenty minutes, i think you should go to that.”

he nodded and got up from the computer, fixing his tie.

but instead of fixing it, he seemed to mess it up more

“what is going on?”

muttered he seemed to get slightly irritated with the tie

“i can help”

you got up and quickly made your way over to him, fixing the tie and slightly tightening it.

after that you suddenly noticed how close you had gotten and stepped away

and by step i mean like five feet away

“s-sorry”

you quickly turned around and sat down at your desk

daniel just smiled and started to make his way towards the door.

“i think i’ll be out the rest of the day so you can leave if you want to, oh also thank you for fixing my tie.”

you nodded and he left, making the room fill with silence

“he said i could leave so-”

you quickly packed your things and went home.

the next morning your realized that you had woken up late and quickly rushed out of your home, accidentally picking the wrong heels

“these dang heels are not agreeing with me today”

you felt yourself struggling to walk in the heels but you were already late and too far away from your apartment

“you made your way up to the office and when you opened it

“cats?”

you noticed daniel on the floor of his office, playing with his cats

he instantly looked up at you and got up from the floor, causing the cats to scurry towards the newly placed box of cat litter near his desk

“i didn’t think you would be here yet and i brought my cats today”

one of the cats went up to daniel and just sat next to him

it honestly melted your heart

“it’s okay, i love cats anyways”

you walked over to your desk but you could feel your heels giving out

which they actually did

one of the snapped and you swear you closed your eyes and was ready to hurt your wrists to stop your self from coming on full impact with the ground

luckily daniel had your back

he had caught you by the waist, which surprised you as you opened your eyes and realized you were in close contact with daniel ONCE AGAIN.

you got up and hobbled over the the desk, sat down, and took your heels off

Daniel picked up the part of the heel that had broken off and handed it to you

“wow i never thought of the day my heels with betray me”

you muttered under your breath as you logged into the computer

“are those the only pair of shoes you brought?”

he said softly as he walked over to his own desk

“yeah, it’s alright though, i’ll just find somewhere to buy new size 8 shoes”

he nodded and logged onto his own laptop, starting to quickly type

around lunch time you went to the cafeteria and quickly bought food (not rlly quickly bc once you got there the other company heads were ahead of you and decided to get one of everything on the menu which took FOREVER to complete for 10 people)

daniel wasn’t at the cafeteria which surprised you but you over head them talking about Dainel saying that he had a meeting to attend at another vocal company to make a deal.

once you had finally gotten your food and made your way back to the office to eat you noticed that there was a box of shoes placed on your desk with a little note

“i hope you’ll be able to walk more comfortably and not fall in these shoes :)”

you opened the box and it had another note

“also you don’t need the heels to look professional or pretty ^^”

you smile unconsciously looking at the notes and looked at the simple black flats

you put them on and started eating

Daniel walked in and noticed that you were wearing the shoes and gave you a huge smile

“are they comfortable?”

“yeah! You didn’t have to get them for me”

“Of course i did, i don’t want you to be uncomfortable”

One of Daniel’s cats suddenly purred in the middle of your sentence which caught his attention immediately

you smiled seeing daniel go to take care of his cats

“you like cats right?”

he said as he picked up one of his cats

“actually, i lovee dogs but cats are really cute too”

“oof we can’t work together then”

you chuckled and just shrugged

“ i got hired on my skills what can i say”

he gave you another smile.

even though it was your second day it seemed as if you both were working late into the night because soon almost everyone had left the company since their shift was over

once it seemed as if Daniel was done with his work he had leand back in his chair again and looked towards you as you were still typing on your computer

“do you want to go get something to eat”

you stopped typing and looked towards him

“what kind of food??”

he smiled and got up from his chair

“there’s a good korean bbq place near by, wanna go?”

you nodded your head and turned everything off before going

while you guys were eating daniel started chuckling out of nowhere

you swallowed the food you were eating and gave him a confused look

“what’s funny?”

he gave a mischievous look

“i never thought i would be eating dinner with the person that only talked to me to threaten me to stay away from her friends”

you literally almost choked on your water and you gave him a surprised look

“i thought you had forgotten”

“how could i forget someone so pretty come up to me and threaten me and then leave me without me even responding”

you looked away from him and laughed a little

“ gosh never thought you would be the type to find someone pretty because they threatened you”

“ I DIDN’T THINK YOU WERE PRETTY JUST BC YOU THREATENED ME”

he started to go off and explain himself

“ok listen i had actually noticed you before and was gonna approach you but then i over heard you literally smack talking about me to one of your friends saying stuff like ‘i will literally smack that boy to the other universe where the other kang daniel is nice’ and ‘listen he’s about to be like sharpay from high school musical when gabrielle spilled her lunch on her’ so i decided to stay away but i always thought you were pretty. istillthinkyoureprettynow”

you thought him just rambling was pretty cute

but it didn’t help the fact that he just also complimented you

“okay okay daniel, lets just keep on eating”

“what do you think of me”

so this was like the third time you’ve choked on something because you were completely caught off guard

“i-i think you’re pretty handsome”

you muttered, stuffing the food into your mouth.

you sneaked a glance at daniel and noticed that as he was getting food to eat he was smiling widely, which in turn made you smile because you thought his smile was cute

once you both were finished eating you both went to the nearby bus stop

he waited for the bus to come before he said one last thing to you

“well, i guess this is where i say bye for now”

you started to step on the bus when Daniel grabbed your wrist

“um i hope we can get to know each other well. Maybe in a good way and not a ‘gosh i wanna punch him’ way”

he gave you a hopeful smile and you just smiled back

“sure i would love that”

1) of the fic you’ve written, which are you most proud of?Hmm… probably all my colors? Like, there’s a lot I’d like to go back and change, but at the end of the day it was my baby for a good two plus years and there’s a lot of personal stuff sprinkled in there. It kinda shows my emotional progression throughout high school in the story, and while that’s def not why I wrote it, it’s cool to go back and look at it sometimes to see the things I used to say/think about. Plus it’s one of the only massive projects of mine that I’ve actually completed, lol.

Also I have a lot of love for amc just bc it’s so… different, I guess? Like, I’ve never really seen something like it fleshed out into a full-length story, especially not with silver and blaze. And the fact that it rlly touched several ppl and got them rlly into it… that makes me feel kinda accomplished when I’m not being a self-deprecating prick lmao. I rlly rlly wanted it to be my first fic to get to 100 reviews for a reason!

2) favorite tense (past/present/future)Definitely past, I tried present with the unforgiven and it just made it frustrating to write, lmao.

3) favorite POV (first/second/third/etc)I prefer writing in first person, actually. I think it simplifies things for both the writer and reader, and I’ve always found a lot more freedom to be creative when I write in first person.

4) what are some themes you love writing about?Lmao well, obviously romance is priority one for me, so most of my themes stem from that. I rlly love writing about class struggle tho, whether it’s someone low who’s aiming high or a noble who isn’t satisfied with such a high class. Morality also comes up a lot in my writing, I guess; tryna figure out what the right thing to do is, tryna figure out if this character actually did the best thing, all that good stuff!

5) what inspires you to write?Definitely music… sometimes I’ll stray from it and pick up some inspo from movies/stories/etc, but 99% of the time I’ll be listening to a song and suddenly come up w a fic idea from it lmao.

6) thoughts on critiqueI encourage it!! bc I think it’s the only real way to improve. Sometimes it can make me feel bad if I’m in one of those rlly shitty self-deprecation ruts, but still I usually get over it soon even when I’m like that. I know it’s for the better, and I appreciate everyone who’s ever been kind enough, and cared enough abt my writing to give me critique!

7) create a character on the spot…. NOW!UMMMM OKIE,,, what abt a snow leopard named Kyra… she likes to sit around n read n eat noodles… her main hobby other than reading is dancing. she’s v shy but she loves her close friends n BAM I just made her gay. She’s a lesbian, harold.

8) is there a character you love writing for the most? the least? why?Most - probably silver… his personality is always one I’ve gotten a lot of joy out of writing. He’s basically a walking contradiction, lmfao. He’s also pretty easy for me to self-project onto, idk why. Least - I’m gonna say amy for this one, just because it’s been hard for me to focus on more than one aspect of her personality and flesh all of it out. Plus amy is a somewhat overused character lol, I get a lot more fun out of writing blaze/tikal/others when I need a female role, even if it’s something simple

It was nearly a fortnight before any word was received from King Pyrus. It came in the form of a small parcel addressed to Blaze, which held a note inside for her. The young princess jumped at the feet of the servant who had brought it in, and once it was lowered into her hands, she hurried to her chamber. Once there, she closed the door behind her and jumped on her bed, unable to contain her excitement. With a careful claw and an eager expression, she tore the parcel’s paper away. Before looking at what it contained, she snatched the note from her father, and brought it to her face. It read:

My Little Flame,

I am sorry I could not write to you sooner. I remain busy, but I finally began exploring, and I found something I think you will simply adore. It is a traditional robe (I believe it is called a kimono) from here in the Eastern Isles. It is just as beautiful as the land, and just as special as you are to I, my dear. We must make plans to bring you here one day, it astounds me each time.

Do not fret about the ongoings in the world, how ever much you have heard. Kiniti watches over us at all times, and she will ensure peace among all kinetics. Hopefully, I will depart in the coming few days, and we will see one another soon.

Blaze, of course, merely skimmed over the second half of the note as a formality. She laid the message aside, and her jaw dropped once she held the kimono out. It was a beautiful shade of dark purple, with an equally enchanting design. Trails of dainty cherry blossoms sat on rugged branches, which climbed up either side of the robe. The silk seemed to melt between Blaze’s fingers; it was the softest material she had ever felt. She rubbed one of the sleeves against her cheek, and purred into it. When she turned the robe over, she gasped. A large, pink bow was already tied at the back, as if it had been made just for her. She slipped the kimono over her shoulders, and although the sleeves hung low over her arms, the length was just right. Blaze tied the pieces of ribbon at her waist, just as Pyrus had taught her, and words could never express how delighted she was with the gift. She could not wait to show her father once he returned.

As Blaze was fitting her tail through the bow on her back, Baxton entered the room. Whenever Pyrus was absent, it was usually Baxton who took up the king’s general duties. He signed letters, addressed the people, attended court; it kept him quite busy. The only responsibility he didn’t inherit was any control of he army - the sole post he would be familiar with. Quite the chore it was, but Baxton was always fond of his temporary sovereign role. At least in terms of the power he held, that is. In fact, Blaze assumed that he had been yelling at some servants not too long ago, judging by his flushed face.

The elder cat scratched his head. “Princess, did the king leave a letter?”

Blaze pointed to the note on her bed. Baxton scurried to it, and frowned as he glanced over the elegant handwriting. “Is this it?” he quizzed.

The princess nodded, and held her arms out with a smile. “Look, Baxi! Look at what father sent me!”

Blaze couldn’t quite tell what Baxton’s expression conveyed, but it was something between a smile and a scowl. The note crumpled in a quick motion from Baxton’s fist, and was thrown back onto the bed cover. Blaze didn’t think much of this as Baxton hurried out, and she walked to her mirror to admire the kimono again.

10) what are your strengths wrt writing?Hmm… I get a lot of ppl saying that I’m pretty eloquent when it comes to phrasing/word choices? I’m constantly tinkering with how things are said, even up until like 30 seconds before I publish smth lmao. I also like to think I never just string sentences together and leave it at that when I’m narrating, I pay a lot of attention to how different sentences/phrases flow together.

11) what are your weaknesses wrt writing?My main weakness would probably be going overboard on all the little things, like how a sentence sounds or flows and stuff like that. I end up being a perfectionist with it, and sometimes when I’m crafting/changing phrases around, I end up with a sentence that kinda drags on or tries to do too much.

12) what’s your favorite place for writing resources?Tumblr’s pretty good for me, actually. I rarely ever seek out resources, but I do reblog a lot of them that come to me here and they’ve been very useful to me in the past.

hi okay i kept talking in the tags on my last post so here is more about s13 predictions ig

like i said we all know den literally can't function without mac it's been proven several times in the show

CLEARLY in mac & dennis break up

& my thought is how this will affect s13

so like,,,they're lying if they're gonna try & pretend like dennis can actually cope w/o mac if anything i think he needs him more than ever rn. even if dennis miraculously developed quickly & amazingly enough 2 be a dad that doesn't change how much he depends on mac. boy couldn't live without him in s5, and he was still like, okay then? obviously none of these characters r okay but i've seen only a few ppl mention dennis in the latest seasons. consequently mac seems happier this past season especially now that he's out which is great (i mean then u have DDL & then that kinda shattered but let's not mention that rn) but like we know dennis has been like,,,ragin' a lot more & he was diagnosed in s10 & we haven't really seen him happy in awhile like compared 2 earlier seasons when he seemed more calm & happy. what he thinks he needs is to leave his old life behind but what he actually needs, probably, is the gang rn more than ever but ofc he's not gonna admit that! so he run!

there's a number of reasons why i can't see them letting den be gone for any length of time but the main one being that it just doesn't make sense? like frank said u can't just go be a dad & he was right, & even if i think dennis could be capable of that it's obvious he's getting Worse & to be away from his friends, his family rn is not gonna help that, especially when we know he would be miserable in ND which is literally essentially what he says in 10.01 when he gets off the plane. i'm not a dumbass who thinks he's a sociopath & i know he has big feelings but i still don't see this being a situation where a child is magically the thing 2 crack dennis & fix all his problems

so like, there's my argument based on just the POV of the setting. now let's go back 2 den himself. like i said it definitely seems like he's getting worse, & him admitting that he has feelings was a huge, pivotal thing for him especially to admit that to the entire gang. from there they could use that to finally get den's character to open up a lil more & not try to suppress everything which i think is essentially why he seems worse? he wants to be one way & not feel & it's affecting him as it has over the years. we also know from mac, that he's been distant w him. whether u ship them or not they have a connection that's different from all the rest. so mac senses that den is acting different& like pushing him away, & we know it's not bc he's gay cuz den always knew that. this is where theories come into play, cuz it could have to do w den's feelings & trying to push the gang away so that he can pretend everything is okay which i think is a reasonable guess, or if u wanna add another layer to that there's also been the mention of him being uncomfortable with mac being out because now he's scared of mac's feelings & his own feelings.

it could be bc of the thing b/w them, or just the different connection that they have, but mac is the only one who says anything about dennis being distant. so is he only being distant w mac, or do the others just not notice bc they're not mac? either way mac is the one who notices & he's gonna be the first one to notice things going on w dennis. den has been like on a downward spiral almost & i think the RPG & brian jr just brought that to a head, & he runs, supposedly 2 deal w the latter. (i'm sorry i'm referring 2 a fuckin baby like it's a war crime but i don't evenl like them anyway so it's fine)

like depending on how u wanna interpret it, RPG=dennis realizing how he feels about mac, or how mac feels about him, or just the fact that he was all upset about vday only 2 find out mac got him what he wanted more than anythin & it didn't even matter 2 him that there wasn't a rocket bc it was the gesture so i mean interpret that how u will but FEELINGS

& then brian jr=who he apparently knew about but only becomes a problem bc mandy all of a sudden decides 2 show up & also thinks he's someone else so i really still don't understand some of the logic behind this event but anyhow. he's like noticeably v on edge this ep bc he literally had no idea how 2 get out of it & then all of a sudden he's like wait no i don't want to, but that's not the only thing? pretending to be in a relationship w mac & mac telling him he wanted 2 fake it & raise the kid w him was obviously also adding onto that & still his response was "im not gonna PRETEND to be in a relationship w u for the entirety of my child's life" so again interpret that how u will but...obviously we know he decides 2 go raise brian jr

but he's not gonna be able to do that. not bc he's not capable. i'd like 2 point out he left everyone & everything behind including his RPG & his beloved range rover, so i mean he prob left everything at his apartment too. (i have some theories bout this but it is not the time for those) like his car. is still in philly. his decision is made essentially on a whim after a moment w his kid & like an existential crisis while his friends danced around him bc up until that point he just didn't wanna deal w it

so it could've been like a few hours b/w those scenes but it's still a pretty impulsive decision considering it's a child, a new state you don't even like, a lovely woman ur not interested in, and leaving your friends, family, job, and entire life back in philly. maybe he also thinks it'll help him w his feelings. but he's been repressing shit for at least 12 years that we've seen (we know it's been longer like prob his whole life) & noticeably been getting worse, gives a sudden revelation to his friends about his feelings, & then leaves. that's not...okay. like we know they all have trauma & ridiculously unhealthy coping mechanisms but even if u take everything else away he's not gonna be happy having suppressed all his emotions and problems & then leaving having barely dealt with them w the others at all.

especially mac, who's a huge part of this which u can't deny even if u don't ship them. now i do so like my comments are gonna sway a bit more but i think it'll still work even if u don't agree w me on that aspect. personally i think there could be some sort of parallel there about how mac has gotten happier, while dennis has been more unhappy? like mac comes out & u could even argue dennis being jealous & acting that way bc he wants 2 come out & he's been suppressing that for so long but he's still not at a place rn to do it. or even the fact that mac feels more open & free to be himself while dennis feels the complete opposite & if anything has felt like repressing things even more, while mac mentions being sensitive (12.08 hints he feels more free 2 be sensitive now that he's out & doesn't have 2 worry about being so masculine so that he won't be called gay) & dennis mentions his big feelings but he's still not rlly talking about anything bc i mean u don't really just reveal everything suddenly. so especially in that regard he definitely needs mac.

like not only bc of their connection but bc he depends so much on mac & now mac feels more open & honest & i really think den needs to be around him more, not pushing him away (which could also be why) bc he needs to see how much happier mac is & how he's changed & maybe it'll help him open up more, & if anything mac would probably be the best one for him to do that w anyway.

i'm also gonna mention my sort of views on some ways den could come back: now considering his car was still there i think it could even be possible that mac goes home to their apartment to find that dennis is still there, maybe just waiting or maybe packing, who knows. them blowing up the range rover & using the RPG without him only to find that he hadn't left yet, or at all is definitely something i could see happening (& i know this is a more serious post about den but come on i think we'd all laugh @ that) or the thing i definitely see happening is the gang talking in the bar, who knows how long it's been (maybe a day, maybe a few months) & all of a sudden dennis strolls in and says nothing, walks behind the bar & grabs a beer while the others just stop talking and stare. cue title card "dennis is back" (tbh this is one of the most realistic ones i think & i know glenn mentioned it might be funny if he just didn't come back at all but i think this is vastly more funny & in keeping w the show i mean come ON) or there's like the sad part. this again could depend on how u wanna view things. but if u look at it as dennis going on a downward spiral, only for him to kinda hit rock bottom w the RPG & brian jr. (which isn't even a theory that's literally what happened) then we know this isn't good. it's not a typical situation where they leave on good terms, or they leave happy because we know he wasn't happy. we know he initially didn't want this & isn't ready & we know he hates north dakota, & we also know it's not like he's in love w mandy or anything no matter how nice she seemed, as the person he was closest to was: mac. so it's not like he's really leaving for a better lifestyle either necessarily, because he may have mentioned envisioning himself getting married & having a kid but we saw how it went when he married someone he didn't love, and how he again was unable to function without mac, and it's obviously not how anyone plans on those things happening, & if they did have him settle down w mandy which i do not see ever happening we know he'd literally be settling.

so for him to have been going through a rough patch, to hit an extremely low point & then walk away from his friends, is not going to end well. he hit that low point & is now leaving without dealing with any of his problems because his focus is on fixing one of them: the kid, but also how he was affected by frank because he doesn't want the kid to grow up in that same way. so he thinks that's the most important issue, because he also likes to pretend he doesn't have any other ones, & thinks this is the thing he needs to deal with and everything will be fine. but he didn't deal with anything else, he's only bringing those problems with him, to north dakota, to mandy, to the kid, to his "new life." so if anything he's only gonna be more miserable and he won't even have mac there w him, who he literally depends on to function & considering he's only getting worse being w/o mac is the last thing he needs even if he thinks, or wants to believe that that's exactly what will help. idk how they're gonna deal w him being gone, if he's gone for any length of time or anything, but my point is if he's stated to be gone for months or something like that i'm pretty sure he's gonna come back at the worst we've ever seen him because he was only without mac for hours before he realized he had no idea what to do & they were only, what, a few miles away? part of all this is that he's codependent but that is most heavily dealing with mac. s5 dennis was still doing pretty okay, considering. so him not functioning without mac was just pathetic. s12 dennis has been a mess & him being without mac at arguably his lowest point is kind of scary to think about.

#im sorry this is SO LONG #but...yeah basically #some of y'all thought den was dark #but if hes gone for any length of time...#like hes gonna be sad as shit #& this isnt me being like omg he cant function w/o mac!#cuz like.#he literally cant.#theyve said this.#it isnt a joke #its not me saying it bc theyre so in love #its like..a direct result of dennis' bpd #mac happens to be the one he really relies on #that would be where id say the love comes in but #yeah #i really hope they dont do that #because ive thought before 'oh he should be gone awhile'#like maybe he'll develop more w the kid & everything #or that it'd be interesting to see the gang respond to life without him #but then i think about this #i hope they bring him back like right away like i said #cuz otherwise the only logical response from den being gone for awhile is for him to be like...Bad #ive seen fics mentioning like self harm & suicide (TW) & i've thought well i dont see that happening or thats too dark...#but honestly when i've written this all out i'm thinking it's more likely than not #& im not a psychologist im not claiming to be but i do get his character a lot bc we're very similar in that aspect like how we deal w thing #basically den needs to come back & ASAP bc its not gonna be good for him if he doesnt #dennis reynolds #macdennis #dennis needs him like now more than ever

imagine having woojin as ur soulmate where u have to stay within a certain distance of each other at all times

its kinda hard for u to tell wht ur soulmate key is

but once u find out it becomes Really obvious

everytime u try and move to certain places, its like theres an invisible wall stopping u

some days u cant even make it to ur mailbox, other days ure able to go as far as the next city

u figure tht u have to stay within a certain distance of ur soulmate

the only problem is u dont know what exactly the distance is

whoever ur soulmate is tho, they certainly move around a lot bc the places ure able to visit change every week

it makes going to school a bit difficult sometimes

not tht u care

ANYWAYS

one day u find urself able to go further than uve ever really gone by urself before

so ure enjoying the newfound area with wide eyes when u hear an upbeat song blaring from around the corner

u follow it bc ure curious and the song is pretty catchy, so why not?

theres this crowd of people huddled around, cheering someone on

n normally ud prob just walk by, but uve never been here before and ure feeling rather adventurous, so u push ur way to the center

theres this guy dancing in the middle, flowing so seamlessly to the beat of the music that its almost unreal

ure entranced

(itd be hard not to be)

the song ends all too soon, and some of the ppl move on

a few of u stay, and ure more than happy to be one of the people patiently waiting for the next song to start up

u make eye contact with him once, and he flashes a quick smile that makes ur heart flutter in its chest

bc he literally? has the cutest smile tht uve ever seen

and even tho it was only for a second, ure pretty sure u saw a bit of a snaggletooth and that just makes it all the more adorable

needless to say, ure absolutely taken with him

eventually another song starts playing, and he starts dancing again

ur mind literally goes blank

like soulmate?? idk them all i know is the cute boy dancing

it goes like that for awhile- he dances, people cheer, u stay and watch and hope u can get a glimpse of another smile

a handful of songs later, and hes shuffling over to u

u freeze bc maybe ure standing on smthn ure not supposed to? mb he thinks its creepy tht uve been here for so long, and he wants u to leave?

nope

he manages to introduce himself, and u find that his name and voice r just as cute as the rest of him

another song starts back up again on his playlist

but this time, its a slower song

its still bright and upbeat tho, just not as much compared to his past music choices

and he reaches out a hand for u and gestures for u to join him

ure like?? no this is HIS THING im not gonna ruin it w my awkward dancing

bc lbr u cant dance nearly as well as he can

but he insists and even as ure worried tht ull chase all the spectators away

he twirls u around and catches u and both of u are laughing and hopping around like nothing else matters

and u feel on top of the world, so enraptured w woojin tht u dont even notice the crowd of ppl cheering on u two and how “cute” u guys are

the song ends as all good things do - way too soon

u make ur way back to ur spot in the crowd, embarrassed, but he keeps smiling and some of the strangers around u clap for u

more of them disperse, and woojin makes his way to u again to make small talk

of course, bc thats The Way Things Work, u end up asking him abt his soulmate key

its kinda awkward bc even tho its impossible, ure hoping woojin is ur soulmate

but what are the chances, right?

lol

he tells u that hes not rlly sure, but sometimes it’s like there’s a physical wall some places

and ure like.. thts cool its kinda the same for me

except for u, it happens all the time and woojin says his rarely happens

and hes looking at u like maybe MAYBE u guys r soulmates and its so unlikely but the more he has the glint in his eyes, the more u want to believe hes right

so hes like okay. this is gonna be weird but give me ur phone number super quick

and u do, and hes like stand there and dont move. ill be right back

and just SPRINTS OFF

u get a call like a minute later and u pick up to hear him wheezing in the phone “try to move around”

so u turn around and try walking and nothings out of the ordinary

but u hear woojin getting into a car on the other end and telling the driver to go as far away as possible

and ure like???? what is going on

but eventually u just. cant move any further

in fact, ure being pushed backwards, which is rlly weird and u yell all of this to woojin over the phone

n after a minute of scrambling and what u think is him thanking the driver, he tells u to try moving again

this time, ure able to take a few steps forward before u have to stop

u hear movement, and then he tells u to try one more time

u do, and u make it a few more steps

hes giggling into the phone and ure smiling bc wait a second

and he manages a “y/n, i think ure my soulmate”

and all u can say is “i think so too”

and its. so so cute and soft and he has to empty out his wallet to afford a ride back to where u are and it takes awhile but when he gets back, he picks u up and swings u around bc he can

u can tell hes still a little nervous around u, but ure still a little nervous around him too, and u kno its smthn tht will fade w time

later, he apologizes for moving around so much and making it harder for u to get places

u tell him its okay, bc now ure going to keep an eye on him so ure never too far apart

he cant look u in the eye bc hes shy and cant stop grinning but he manages a quiet “im glad i met u, soulmate”

and ure just as glad as he is
