And now, back to the show.

...of the future Planet Madson headquarters and its many time holes, and then afterwards, January and co. takes down the G.C.-alien-mothership and they finally finds Sara and Ola being held captive by King G.C., and to a sudden surprise, the cobalt star are suddenly unleashing the wicked G.C.-alien-king, who was trapped inside the cobalt star by Sara and Ola and serves as the most hardest major boss character, so now suddenly, as hero-bravely, January and co. battles and defeat King G.C., and then, Sara and Ola shows them the final piece of the cobalt star, but does not let them merge it with the other pieces, but however, before they can explain why, Dirty-Mini-Madson swoops in and completes the cobalt star himself, by releasing the elder G.C.-alien-king, King G.C.'s twin who had been trapped in the star by Sara and Ola, and however, Dirty-Mini-Madson is turned into a G.C.-alien-cube for his troubles and the elder G.C.-alien-king attacks January and co. next, but they defeat him and he transforms into a purple cube, and then, Mini-Madson Jr. cries on the purple cube that used to be Dirty-Mini-Madson after Mini-Madson accidentally ground pounds him, restoring his former self, but anyway, Dr. Sturmdrang then uses his anti-brain-washing invention to sprays a liquid with the same chemical makeup as baby tears all across Planet Madson of the past, by restoring everyone else who had been affected by the G.C.-aliens. Well anyway, there's no more time for anymore tic-tac-toe, cause we gotta go ahead and continue where we had left off, so without further ado, let us get hero-brave.

6389.6389.6389.January and co. gets ready to make their hero-brave efforts to break the pre-historic spell, thru saving the world just in time, cause they're going to become hero-brave, famous and fabulous

We're continuing where we had left off.

At that case, January and co. are contacing NASA who devises a plan to have a deep hole drilled into the asteroid, into which they will insert and detonate a nuclear bomb to destroy the asteroid, and due to that, the NASA recruits January, who works on oil drilling at an oil drilling company, cause January agrees to help, but on the condition that he bring in his own team to do the drilling, so he picks his best friends and employees for the job: Arthur, Flash, Manni, Marnie, Lola, Ricky Rapper, Ginger, Harriet, Cy, Biggi, Fly, Katrine, Vincent, Poker, Franklin, Emmet, Lizzie, Gwen, Wilbur, S+S, Olive and many more friends, so today, without further ado, over twelve days, they are trained to become superheroes with Lola's boss Conrad Cupmann, who will pilot his airplane - one of the two airplanes to fly to the asteroid, the ofther being January's airplane, but before leaving Arthur and Flash apologizes to Cecilie and Ida for wronging them and sees Alfie Atkins, who is unaware of his parentage. Anna accepts Vincent and Franklin's marriage proposal, much to January's reluctant dismay; she later has her parents promise to return home safe with her fiancé, but unfortunately, following the destruction of Sydney by another meteor strike, word of the massive asteroid becomes public to the world, so eitherway, Hugo and his friends are getting captured by drone traders, who sell them to the January and his farming parents, but while January are fixing Hugo, he discovers a holographic recording of Sessy requesting help from the bogo master, so eitherway later, Hugo is missing, and while searching for him, January is attacked by scavenging sand people, but luckily, just then, he is rescued by the elderly hermit bogo master, who tells January of his days as one of the bogo knights, former peacekeepers of the bogo republic, who drew mystical abilities from a metaphysical energy field known as "the force", but were ultimately hunted to near-extinction by the empire, so eventually, at that case, January learns that his foster father fought alongside the bogo master as a bogo knight during the clone wars until Dr. Waterfield Jr., Satan and Lord Aytien were turning into the dark side of the force and murdered him, but luckily, the bogo master offers January an lightsaber, the signature weapon of the bogo knights, and then, with that, January gets reunited with his friends, as they're all rejoining back to January's gang, and just then, Hugo plays Sessy's full message, in which she begs the bogo master to take the death star plans to Planet Old Madson and give them to the bogo king, a fellow veteran, for analysis, and although January and co. initially declines the bogo master's offer to accompany them to Planet Old Madson and learn the ways of the force, he is left with no choice after discovering that imperial stormtroopers have killed his aunt and uncle and destroyed their farm in their search for the droids, so anyway, January and co. are traveling to a cantina in Madsorabia to search for transport, January and co. and the bogo master hires Mr. T and Bone-Saw, who were recently indebting to local mobster Fmadtson, and however, they're suddenly pursued by stormtroopers, but eitherway, the bogo master, January and co. (with the help of Hugo and his friends) flees out of Planet Madson with Bone-Saw and Mr. T, alongside Darkos (who had luckily been rescued) on their ship, but however, before January's ship can reach Planet Old Madson, the Death Star commander Anti-Madson destroys the planet after interrogating Sessy for the location of the Rebel Alliance's base, and however, upon arrival, January's spaceship gets captured by the Death Star's tractor beam, but the group evades capture by hiding in the ship's smuggling compartments, and eventually, as the bogo master leaves to disable the tractor beam, January and co. persuades Bone-Saw, Mr. T and Darkos to help them rescue Sessy after discovering that she is scheduled to be executed, well then, luckily, after disabling the tractor beam, the bogo master sacrifices himself in a...

he’ll pull you to his lap or slide next to you and start pecking at your neck

it started with a classic tote bag

he laughs easily at movies and his wheeze has made you get kicked out of a movie theatre at least once

he can be anything from Jack Dawson to mr. Darcy and William Thacker and it gives you butterflies every time

you’ll stand up whenever characters are slow dancing and dance along with them

You’ve tried to watch shows together but you always end up forgetting or one of you will binge an entire season and

he’s insufferable when he doesn’t like a film but will refuse to change it

he criticizes the smallest details in a way that would make Anthony Lane look like an absolute sweetheart

How Hollywood Would Ruin The Dream SMP (Pt. 1/??)

I’ve seen many takes on how the Dream SMP would be ruined if it ever became a Netflix show, so I decided to make my own! (THIS IS PARTIALLY HEAVILY BASED ON @wooteena, @tokenducks, & @clairedreems‘s LISTS [some points are direct quotes from their lists], SO PLEASE CHECK THEIR POSTS OUT FIRST!)

The discs wouldn’t have any sentimental value and would just be used for a petty, never-ending conflict between Tommy and Dream

Niki would be that one female character everyone has a crush on

Other than that she’ll only exist to be Wilbur’s love interest

This will be an important arc in the old L’Manberg days

Technoblade would have no redeeming qualities

Wouldn’t go in-depth on his morals because “the protagonist [Tommy] has to be right”

He’d probably be the “edgy lone wolf” that the audience is expected to simp over

Philza would either be the wise mentor who’s really just a dick to everyone for no reason other than pure entertainment or a straight-up dilf

Bad would be all dark and edgy because he’s a demon and lose his kind and innocent personality

Sam would be seen as this mysterious, looming figure that everyone is intimidated by and lose his caring, “gentle giant” personality

Eret’s usage of all pronouns would be ignored

Eret would be either straight or gay

If she’s gay, she would have all the stereotypical characteristics of a gay man (very feminine, always flirting with other male characters, making comments about his sexuality and attraction to prove to the audience that yes, he’s gay, etc.)

Them being gay would ultimately end up being their entire personality

They would probably get no redemption arc/their redemption arc would be them dying for another character

Eret’s castle would probably look evil and menacing rather than a celebration of pride

Quackity would be the comic relief character with no development

He’d be a drug dealer to endorse the stereotypes about Mexicans rather than to poke fun at them satirically

He’d probably only join L’Manberg after Schlatt dies because he has nothing better to do

Karl would lose his soft and bubbly personality and instead be the biggest playboy despite being on the ace spectrum (which would be scrapped as well)

Tommy’s trauma from exile would just disappear as soon as he joins Techno

Tommy would get a love interest at the end of his story

Bonus: He briefly develops a crush on Drista or Lani 🤮🤮

All the LGBTQ+ relationships would either be nonexistent or treated as jokes

Karlnapity would either be made just to demonize poly relationships or not exist at all

Niki wouldn’t date Puffy because she’ll always pine over Wilbur

DREAMNOTFOUND QUEERBAIT

Or they’d make George a female

Fem!George wouldn’t show up to events because Dream keeps her away from the battles to keep her safe but instead of it being done in a “he cares about her 🥺” way it’s done in a “wow he treats her like a child who cannot defend herself” way [direct quote from @tokenducks’s post] [as are some other points]

Schlatt and Quackity would actually get married but be hella toxic and the show would try to convince the audience that it’s normal (*cough* early 2010s Nickelodeon shows *cough*)

Awful Bad x Puffy x Skeppy/Fem!Skeppy love triangle

Ranboo’s mental issues would be demonized and paint him as dangerous and shady

Ranboo would get a villain arc

Tubbo would be a naive baby and all his choices will be chalked up to that instead of the fact that he’s a kid

Fundy’s tragic character arc will be infantilized and his relationship with Wilbur will be heavily romanticized as “aww he’s got daddy issues uwu 🥺”

Same with Sapnap’s character

E.g. He’ll feel betrayed when he finds out Dream doesn’t care about him but won’t really do anything about it

Or he’ll just kinda just be there and not have much plot relevance

Niki will finally get her own arc about coming to terms with Wilbur’s death but it will ultimately end with her ending up with Jack Manifold

The show won’t have the blurred morality theme that makes every individual character interesting and will instead paint all the characters as either right or wrong

Alyssa will be that one female character whose entire personality is being a strong independent woman (even though she was only around for the early days of the SMP before any real lore happened) and will disappear before the disc saga and never brought up again

Quackity, Fundy, and/or Ranboo would be killed off/not get a happy ending

Callahan, Ponk, and Antfrost will not exist

Mexican Dream will exist but will unironically be played by a white guy

The only characters that will pretty much stay the same are Punz and Purpled, only they’ll be less likeable and Purpled will be aged up

In the end, it would be revealed that Dream has some tragic backstory that made him the way he is and will immediately be let off the hook because “yeah he was an awful person who did awful things but he has a sad past so it’s fine 😭”

The show will be cancelled mid-season 3 because either the writers will feel that the plot’s taking too different of a turn or they’ll get sued for ripping off Stranger Things

There will probably be a part 2 (I didn’t even get started on Wilbur’s character) but it’ll help if you leave suggestions of your own so I can add them to the next part!

Ok I'll be honest, immediately during and after the recent wilbur lore stream I felt like c!Wilbur was being very manipulative of c!Ranboo.

HOWEVER, now that I've taken some time to go over what happened and also look at some other fans' perspectives I realize that I may have been a little biased. C!Ranboo is one of my favorites and I know more about their plotlines and personal struggles than I do any other character. I wasnt even into the dsmp when original l'manburg and the disk saga happened.

As a result I dont know much about c!Wilbur and it caused my perception of him and his actions (especially towards c!Ranboo) to be less nuanced than it should've been.

I viewed it as c!Wilbur taking advantage of c!Ranboo's weaknesses (inability to take sides/need to be liked) and manipulating him into doing his bidding.

Now that I've thought about it a bit more tho I've realized I babied c!Ranboo a bit. I was so anxious about c!wilbur and his history (especially since I never witnessed the other sides of him during his first lives) I immediately thought the worst.

I also forgot to take into account how smart and EMPATHETIC c!Ranboo is. And it makes me think there's a possibility that he went along with him more out of a place of sympathy and comfort than fear.

More along the lines of "this guy is really hurting and he needs someone to be there for him and if blowing up a restaurant is gonna make him feel better about me than that's ok" than "wilbur makes me nervous and I wanna do what he says in case he hurts me or my family".

Like treating an abused dog kindly even though it snaps and growls sometimes.

Now this is all up for debate, of course!! I'm not even sure which angle is right. Honestly, it could be a mix of both since humans are incredibly complex and I have faith in the cc's ability to give the characters complex motives. I'd be more sure of which of these is the "more true" angle if I'd heard more from c!Ranboo's perspective but that's just not the case.

Overall tho, I think we should all take a second to really think thru what went down in that lore stream and also take into account our own biases towards characters (this goes to both c!Wilbur and c!Ranboo apologists).

The Wilbur Experience

I was thinking about Mary Worth when I had a brainstorm, so I guess now I have to actually discuss the Wilbur Saga.

I've always wanted to explain Wilbur Weston, the self-absorbed, cringey nebbish that often needs Mary Worth's advice. Sometimes I'll look up months-old comic strips in an attempt to find one that perfectly encapsulates the Wilbur experience. But no single installment can really summarize what a bad boyfriend he is for Estelle, or why they had a karaoke battle, or how misguided it was to propose to her.

Anyway, this week Wilbur got drunk and fell off of a cruise ship.

Ironic Mary Worth fandom is having a lot of fun with the drawn-out reveal of Wilbur's fate. (He went overboard in Sunday's strip, and as of Thursday we still don't even know if he survived the fall.) If you've been following along for at least a few months, this crisis feels like an amazing climax to drama that started when Wilbur threw a fit about Estelle's cat. But without that context, this week's strips seem pretty bland and procedural, despite the life-or-death danger. Very little happens from day to day, and yet I impatiently await each day's installment.

So it finally occurred to me that this isn't a bug, it's a feature. For all that I question Karen Moy's storytelling decisions, I finally realize that she understands her medium and the pacing it demands. Each Mary Worth strip is designed to give you just enough to chew on for 24 hours, until you get the next one. Binging a lot of them at once doesn't have the same impact, because you don't spend as much time wondering what's going to happen next. Granted, that daily suspense isn't particularly gripping in Gil Thorpe or Rex Morgan, MD. But Mary Worth solves that problem with its array of garbage characters, led by the king garbage man-baby of them all.

In effect, the true Wilbur experience is not as much what happens in the comics themselves, but the time you spend between the comics thinking about what a jackass he is. Now, that isn't to say that the audience response is more meaningful than the original work. On the contrary, I've just begun to recognize that Mary Worth is perfectly crafted to maximize that response.

Dream SMP Theory: Hero & Villain

Alright Guys, Gals, Demons, Ghouls and Multi-Fandom Fiends! I am back, baby with another theory! Yes, I know it’s been a long time since I did one of these and I know I’m really late in joining the fandom. But I want to get my thoughts out on this, and see what you Fiends think as well!

Now spoiler alert! I’m new to the Dream SMP Fandom and I know I have a lot to catch up! I am catching up on the Disk Saga and the L’amburg Lore. So, this theory is kinda around there.

So, to start off, for the past couple of months I’ve been doing a lot of “Lore Exploring” with the Dream SMP and I have to say, I’m really enjoying this! I know I have a lot of catching up to do with the Disk Saga and the L’amburg Lore but so far what I discovered so far is that there is some type of “Battle/War” between c!Dream and c!Tommyinnit. It all started over c!Dream going after c!Tommyinnit for the Disks (not sure on the why) but then it led to c!Tommyinnit’s exile with c!Wilbur Soot from L’amburg.

And my Theorist brain kept asking one question. Why? Why was c!Dream targeting c!Tommy? Why was c!Dream so interested in the Disks? Why was c!Dream visiting c!Tommy during c!Tommy’s exile? And I think I may have an answer as to why.

See at the very beginning it was just c!Dream and his friends, playing 1vs 3 and 1 vs 4 Manhunter Sprints and making videos. Then c!Dream invited c!Tommy to join the server. Then more people began to join the server and that’s when some of the role playing took place. This is where my theory comes in I swear! I think c!Dream knew that without some kind of balance on the Server, then the Server would become stale, boring, chaotic, Anarchy. Everyone is doing their own thing without some kind of “Guidance.”

I think c!Dream knew that the Server needed some kind of balance, a Yin and Yang. c!Dream gladly took up the “Role” as the Server’s Villain but he knew that there needed to be a hero. “Hero is only as good as their Villain” to borrow an old quote. But the same can be true about the Villain, “A Villain is only as good as their Hero.” c!Dream needed a “Hero” for the Server and as we all know, from Comics/Stories/FanFictions, a “Hero” has to have some kind of traumatic backstory. Enter c!Tommy.

c!Tommy joined the Server a few months after c!Dream and his friends were doing the 1vs 3, the 1 vs 4 Manhunts. Now, I don’t know why c!Dream was so focused on the Disks and constantly hounding c!Tommy to hand them over. Maybe there’s a hind code on them to stop c!Dream? Maybe there’s a hidden code to summon someone to stop! Dream? Maybe there's something hidden on the disks, a hidden message to make c!Dream less powerful? I don’t know, these are just some suggestions on that!

But I think c!Dream targeted c!Tommy b/c c!Dream wanted to make c!Tommy the Hero of the Server. He targeted c!Tommy b/c c!Dream took up the role as the Villain and he needed a hero like I mentioned before. We all know that a Hero isn’t made by doing the “Right Thing” they’re made by something happening to them that makes them want to take down the Villain, and take up the “Hero Role.” But at the same time, we all know that a Hero and a Villain has to have some kind of traumatic backstory to help mold and shape their character.

This is where I think the whole Exile comes into play. c!Tommy and c!Wilbur Soot were exiled from their own home, L’amanburg. c!Wilbur turned to c!Tommy and ligitmently asks, “Are we the Good Guys or are we the Bad Guys, Tommy? Are we the Villains of this story? Then let's be the Villains of the story, Tommy!” But I think c!Tommy refused that idea (I’m not there yet so please forgive for any vague details). Not only that but c!Dream kept visiting c!Tommy during his exile. I think the reason why c!Dream visited c!Tommy was to make sure that c!Tommy didn’t die in exile.

But I also think that c!Dream planned on being in Prison. Basically, the whole “Closing the Chapter with Hero capturing the Villain” kind of idea. However, I don’t think c!Dream planned on c!Tommy going fully over to the Darkside. A couple of months ago, c!Tommy with Ghostbur planned for c!Tommy to sneak into the prison and kill c!Dream. I don’t think c!Dream even consider c!Tommy going that far! Hence, why when c!Tommy got caught, c!Dream held Ghostbur “hostage” by threatening to revive him! Knowing that c!Wilbur Soot would be the perfect way to bring c!Tommy back onto the path of being a Hero for the Server.

Okay that’s all I have for this theory! Sorry, it’s not as detailed as my others usually are but like I said, I’m still catching up with the Disk Saga and the L’amburg Lore. Let me know what you think! HAPPY CREATING!

I recently wrote about my ten least favorite books of the year so far, so it seems only appropriate to write about my ten favorites, as well. I’m quite fortunate this year, as I already have over ten five-star reads, and several of them are new favorites of mine. It has been a good year so far, and I can only hope that the second half is even better. In the near future, I will be writing a larger reflective piece where I discuss the first half of my reading year in more detail, as well as set goals to guide what I read for the second half of the year, so keep an eye out for that! My hope is that this top ten is totally different at the end of the year because I found tons of new reads that I love just as much or more than the ones on this list. For now, however, all I can do is show off the amazing books that I have read so far!

10. You Asked For Perfect – Laura Silverman

You Asked For Perfect is the textbook example of a lucky find. I picked it up on NetGalley simply because the cover looked nice and I’m so glad I did, as I’m not certain if I ever would have found it otherwise. This book has the best description that I have ever seen of the pressures that come with constantly striving to overachieve in high school. The protagonist is constantly struggling with his need to be the best as he attempts to navigate his senior year of high school, while also wanting to just have fun and pursue friendships and romances like many of his peers do. It’s a short and quick read that I would highly recommend, and I have more details in my full review.

9. Better Nate Than Ever – Tim Federle

Over the past few months, I’ve been working on an experiment where I read the books that Goodreads recommended to me based upon my favorite and least favorite reads. Better Nate Than Ever is a recommendation given to me based upon my love of George by Alex Gino, and I couldn’t be happier for the push in this book’s direction. For one thing, it cemented my newfound love for the middle grade genre, and for another, Nate is one of the most adorable protagonists that I have ever read about. His dialogue is true to how children his age would actually talk and he’s so full of energy. He has a goal of making it onto Broadway and he will do anything and everything in his power to make this happen. This is the start to a trilogy that follows Nate, so I will definitely be checking out the rest of the series this year.

8. Saga, Volume Nine – Fiona Staples and Brian K. Vaughan

I was about ready to give up on Saga before I read the ninth volume. While I enjoyed the series at the start, as more characters got added in and the plot focused more on the politics and less on the star-crossed lovers that I initially signed on for, I began to lose interest. This ninth volume was going to be the last one I read, as the series has gone on a hiatus and it seemed like a logical stopping point. When I made this plan, however, I was not accounting for the fact that the ending of this collection stabbed me right in the chest with a huge plot twist and left me needing to know what happens next. While I’m not entirely certain that I like the direction that this series is headed, I can’t deny that this entry left me emotionally gutted and needing to know how everything turns out.

7. Paperback Crush – Gabrielle Moss

Paperback Crush has a narrow niche that it caters towards, and anyone outside of that group isn’t going to get the appeal. This is a nonfiction reference guide that outlines the history of the Young Adult book genre, with most of its attention dedicated to the 80s and 90s. As someone who has read nearly every book prefixed with “Sweet Valley” and constantly daydreamed about being Claudia’s best friend in The Baby-Sitters Club, this book is probably the best thing that has ever happened to me. I got to relive my entire childhood, learn quite a bit about how the YA genre got to its current form, and even dragged up some old memories of books I forgot I had read. For example, I totally forgot about my entire phase where I read Lurlene McDaniel’s sad books about kids with horrible diseases that often die at the end, but now I remember and learned a lot about how The Fault in Our Stars came to be so popular.

6. The Immortalists – Chloe Benjamin

I knew from the second I laid eyes on the publisher’s description for The Immortalists that I was going to love this book. Four siblings go to a fortune teller and find out the exact day that they are going to die. From there, they spread out and live their lives with this information. Any story that discusses fate or time is one I immediately feel drawn to because I love the complexities of the conversations involved. For example, if some of the siblings learn that they are going to die young, were they going to die at that age regardless, or did they begin to live more recklessly because they knew their days were numbered? Would they have all lived happily to the age of ninety had they not gone to the fortune teller because that act, in itself, determined their fate? These are the sorts of questions that I pondered through the entirety of the time that I was reading this book, and I loved every second of it.

5. Roller Girl – Victoria Jamieson

As I stated with Better Nate Than Ever, I have been diving into the middle grade genre a little more than usual lately and been having pretty good results. Roller Girl is a coming-of-age tale told in the graphic novel format about a young girl who decides to try taking up roller derby. It’s a sweet book that I found myself flying through in a single day due to its vibrant art style and relatable characters. I find that, in a lot of respects, middle grade books are actually easier to relate to as an adult reader than their young adult counterparts, even though they are written with a far younger audience in mind. They contain less angst and are more about the sorts of topics that any age can relate to, such as learning to fit in or following your dreams. I will discuss this more in my reflective post, but I think transitioning to prioritize adult and middle grade titles over young adult for a while would probably result in enjoying a higher percentage of the books I read.

4. Charlotte’s Web – E.B. White

It is a goal of mine to read all of the major children’s classics in my lifetime. In my experience, children’s classics like Charlotte’s Web have all of the same symbolism and messaging that their adult peers have, but they’re a lot more fun to read. The friendship between Charlotte and Wilbur was adorable and I couldn’t believe that it took me so long to get around to such a sweet story. As an adult, I loved it, but as with all children’s books, I’m sad I didn’t get a chance to read it as a kid, as I would have treasured it years ago. E.B. White has a sizeable collection of titles that I still need to read, so I highly doubt that this is the last I will ever see of him.

3. Scythe and Thunderhead – Neal Shusterman

I decided to put Scythe and Thunderhead together, as I liked them an equal amount and didn’t want to take up two entries on this list. Shusterman’s new series is shaping up to become one of my favorites of all time, so long as the conclusion out later this year turns out to be the same level of quality. It’s dark and tackles some very real societal problems, such as what happens when we do overpopulate the world, and how would people cope in a world where they aren’t actually needed for anything? I have a whole (spoiler-filled) discussion about where I want the series to go for the finale, and it is safe to say that The Toll is my most anticipated book of the year.

2. My Sister, The Serial Killer – Oyinkan Braithwaite

A lot of people were talking about My Sister, The Serial Killer because it was nominated for the Women’s Prize for Fiction. I love a good thriller, so I picked it up immediately, and it was not what I expected at all. As the title suggests, this is a book about a woman whose sister is a serial killer. It isn’t much of a thriller, however, as it instead explores the complicated relationship between the sisters and why they would be willing to do anything for one another, even though one has a love for stabbing people. While it wasn’t what I expected, it’s still one of my favorite reads of the year and definitely my most pleasant surprise.

1. The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo – Taylor Jenkins Reid

I feel like I’m behind on this one, but words cannot express how much I love The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo. It took me a while to get around to reading it because I was scared off by the hype, but that turned out to be a silly fear. This is one of the best-written books I have ever read. Every detail put in the writing builds one of the most realistic portraits of a complex woman that I have ever read. If Taylor Jenkins Reid came up to me tomorrow and told me that Evelyn Hugo was a real person, I would believe her because it can be really difficult to remember that she’s fictional while reading the book. Obviously, I am always hoping to find a book that I love more than my current favorite because it means I’m reading lots of books I love, but it’s going to be difficult to top this masterpiece.
