ITS LIKE A WEEK LATER BUT HERE, COSWAVE RAMBLINGS UPON YE DURING THESE TRYING TIMES

Soundwave associates food with comfort and security because of his time in the Dead End where Ravage (as well as Buzzsaw and Laserbeak, but usually by order of Ravage) did the majority of finding energon and keeping Soundwave fed (to the point where ravage would sacrifice her rations to keep soundwave fed because he’s much bigger than her and needed more energy). Then, when he joined the Decepticons it became his job to make sure his cassettes were fueled (now Soundwave was the one who sacrificed rations in order to make sure all his cassettes had fuel).

SO. Soundwave associates fuel with love and comfort because that was a key part of showing his cassettes that he loves them bc and vice versa .

Wartime is over, Soundwave has his station where he makes sure everyone has enough fuel, and Cosmos has been freshly added to the list of mechs Soundwave cares about very much.

Soundwave starts preparing Cosmos’ morning energon at the beginning of every cycle. He always makes sure cosmos has his energon, and once they start sharing a hab he makes sure he’s the first up to make the energon for them (on the rare chance he’s not up first, Cosmos waits until he’s up to prepare the energon. That’s Soundwave’s special thing—if Cosmos tries to do it, Soundwave gets stressed at the change in routine. Soundwave struggles with verbal displays of affection, so he is very serious about displaying his love though acts of service) He sees food as comfort and warmth and security and that is everything he wants to give Cosmos.

Eventually, Cosmos started bringing Soundwave a bit of fuel during the day when he seems tired to return the special gesture of love (an added bonus, it does wonders for his health. Soundwave has never been properly fueled in his life, so he has always been on the leaner side. Once Cosmos starts bringing him small amounts of fuel during the day, Soundwave begins to noticeably look much healthier and filled out).

Please please stop saying that. Wyverns are STILL dragons, if anything they are more like a subspecies. In the case of dragons in media portrayed as "wyverns": Aldiun the world eater is still a dragon, Hookfang the monstrous nightmare is still a dragon, hell even a dragon like Falkor the luck/wish dragon from the never ending story is STILL a dragon.

Dragons come in so many shapes and sizes from all over the globe from many different cultures and beliefs from giant serpents, to snake like beasts with feathered wings (amphithere), simple big lizards (drakes), large wyrms, etc etc. They are a common human trope.

To try and say "ermmm actually it's a wyvern" is just mostly annoying and if anything very incorrect within itself as if we pay attention to actual beliefs and lore with wyverns; a true wyvern cannot breathe fire or really any sort of breath and is typically a sort to produce venom OR to have a venomous stinger on its tail like a bee. Of course, this is also to say not all dragons are wyverns either as interestingly enough some stereotypical western dragons: Namely both the SandWing and RainWing from the Wings of Fire series both produce venom this way: RainWings produce venom from their fangs like a snake would, and SandWings have venomous tail barbs like a scorpion; yet we wouldn't call them a wyvern right? No of course not. (To add: HiveWings also have a venomous stinger from thier tail and wrists, similar to a bee. In addition: NightWings at least as recent years have developed a venomous bite, unlike a RainWing, this is via the amounts of bacterial infection in their saliva). Yet. Still dragons.

The dragons from GoT are still dragons and iirc the author made them to be “wyverns” because those sort of dragons are more likely to exist in our world rather than the standard four legs two wings, same with drakes and probably Eastern dragons as well (which fun fact some cultures in the east has depicted them wings also)!!

Blah blah, calling flying fire breathing lizard-like reptiles "wyverns" just because they have four limbs (2 legs 2 wings) and starting this dumb argument when the show/game/general lore refers to them as dragons (i.e skyrim, httyd, GoT, etc so much else) is just Stupid and rather annoying to see each and every time.

They're still dragons at the end of the day.

Sailor Moon fandom is disgusting. They are sending a lot of hate towards Keiko Kitagawa just because Kotono Mitsuishi isn't voicing Cosmos and she even had to apologize 😭 I was so happy and excited when the trailer came out but now I feel really bad. Like if I knew it would ruin my mood this much after seeing the reactions, I wouldn't even watch the trailer. I feel like I have to distance myself from the series because there is nothing good about this fandom. I hope people stops saying Sailor Moon has one of the best fandoms because it is not true. And I feel bad that a meaningful piece of art like Sailor Moon has such a trashy community 😭

outsourced and unnecessary pentagon songs, even the good ones, age so much faster than their self produced ones… it’s crazy to me. just to give some examples: upon first listen I really liked asteroid, more than most of the bsides on universe:the black hall, but now I very frequently skip it, and have listened to it way fewer times than the likes of camellia, shower of rain and someday. can you feel it used to be really enjoyable to me and I used to think it was the one (1) acceptable outsourced korean title track, but now I can’t listen to it anymore (and I’ve listened to it considerably less than maaaany of their songs) … lukewarm was flashy and fun the first time I heard it, but it’s joined the rest of the pre-demo_01 bsides in the category of pentagon songs I hardly listen to… I don’t know what it is specifically, but they just put a different juice into the music they perform themselves. I don’t like all of the self produced songs, but in almost all of them there are more layers, more harmonies, more ideas and there was just more care put into them. this is what they want to do and they know best how to make that feeling come true and express that. objectively speaking they’re not all the absolute top of the top producers or composers, but there’s just a totally different feel to me personally. even when I am unaware that a song was self produced (I didn’t know “I’m fine” was by hui… I thought that was outsourced) I’ll listen to it more than other outsourced songs on the same album…I guess I just really like them and the feel they have into it… I think im a bit of a hedonist too in liking extremely layered and intricate songs… I like relistening and hearing new details and little background vocals and sound effects I hadn’t heard before, and I feel like they just work their own songs to perfection (not actual perfection, but to some kind of near-completeness) much harder than any outsourced songs given to them (with the exception of cosmo…cosmo is insane…thank you teru)

even songs they make for other people don’t have this same extreme care, and though they may be very layered and detailed…I feel like (maybe this is only in my head) the overall care isn’t there… it all makes sense though. I’d put more effort into music if I were performing it myself and presenting it under my name and my name only, and not selling the demo to someone else.
