ok poll time because im curious..
“memories from your childhood” meaning any time up to ~18 years old, or if you’re younger than that up to your current age!
if you answer “some of it” and want to share in the tags what that means for you that’d be awesome!
hope you all have an easy day today <3

*Note: Not "sharing a name" in the sense of a collective identity or masking as the host, but instead multiple alters willingly identifying with the same name (E.g. Three alters going by "Bob" in the same system, but the system does not collectively go by "Bob" and the alters are not going by "Bob" to mask as the host)

I have a completely serious question for Sysblr.
I’ve made a side account for this specific purpose because I feel like some people could take it badly but I am asking this from an entirely objective, unbiased perspective. Really, I just want to see the community’s response.
So, here’s the long awaited question:
What do you think about newly split alters that somehow immediately know to turn to discord for new alter help, how to use the pluralkit bot, and know exactly what needs censoring and tone tags in that server?
The reason I’m curious is because I was having a discussion with someone that I met recently who has strong opinions on the matter, and topics related to OSDDID and dissociative disorders in general is one of my special interests (I am autistic).
From my personal experience, our new splits have never had innate knowledge of discord or how to use it, especially not what servers or censoring looks like.
However, and this is why I’m asking objectively, my belief is that it is not my business to care about someone’s status as a system (though, I don’t support systems who claim to be endogenic, but that’s just me). So I don’t think much of it and continue with my day.
If you’ve read this far, thanks. Let me know your thoughts either in this poll or replies/tags.

Feel free to tag your gender in the reblogs just for fun. Let's see what's going on. Idk this sounds like fun to ask.

Please only vote if you have a Complex Dissociative Disorder (DID/PDID/OSDD/DDNOS/UDD)!
This is a poll about your own experience and feelings about the terms. You don't have to base it on input from people other than yourself! Maybe this is about how you are around people you trust or when you're alone or around your pets. If you wanna base it on what reactions you've seen from people around you, that's also cool. I think we are basing our personal label on a mix of all of these

There’s no wrong answer here obviously, but I’d love to hear your points of view/personal stories if you’d like to share

Which best girl is more DID (Dissociative Identity Disorder)?
And I know both girls would technically have evil alter mcgee but we're out here reclaiming for a couple of my fave characters! So don't judge. This is just for fun!
Pictures for reference! (Two different personas for each character)
Shirli and Nemesis.
Shiro and Wretched Egg

super curious today about how people feel toward the names they might have been given. apparently i used to ask my mom about my “boy name” several times a week and get really sad i couldn’t have both my given name and that name. being trans this is hilarious to me now so wondering
also curious how this intersects with being trans!! i feel like my fixation with it definitely had a lot to do with that, so idk add in tags? if you feel like being trans makes you more/less curious about it
