Carlos Sainz sits down talking about championships, end of contracts, and relationships.

His focus at the moment was not on the signing because as he states "if I'm a good driver then the offers will just keep coming." He wishes to focus on doing his best with his current team and reiterates that he has no ill feelings with the team.
Another hot topic that Carlos was asked about is regarding his love life. There were rumors about his split with long-time girlfriend and now running for Miss Universe, Y/N L/N. Carlos explained how he is very proud of Y/N and that he wishes all the best for her. He refused to answer questions detailing more about her since he explains that "focus on Y/N as a beauty queen and not because of her relationship. She deserves more than just being someone's girlfriend."

Rhaenyra was my queen; she always has been even as a child. Having grown up with rugged brothers, it was clear to me that power was only gotten through force, through sheer will, and landed only on those born to be heirs.
And yet she was declared to heir the Iron Throne, regardless of her sex.
And yet she rode on dragonback as her long braids and ornate skirts flew with the wind.
She was living proof that my brothers were morons in their belief that women were less, and that if I wanted to, I could do what they did, even better.
So against everyone's wishes, my parents, my brothers, the whole of society, I stood where I wanted and spoke about my thoughts. Though I was not welcomed, I trained to be strong enough go go against my adversaries, not just with my wit, but with my sword.
I made a way for myself in court and in battle, and developed a fortress within myself that could not be felled, not by a man, not by anyone.
So when it came high time for me show my gratitude to my queen, I did not hesitate.
I pledged my allegiance to her, and watched her navigate her plans with poise. I watched her as she caressed her pregnant belly and felt my heart hurt for her. I watched as she turned to her husband, the infamous Rogue Prince, for comfort, and found it in his touches.
Oh, to be like her, to capture the heart of the heartless, and to exude such feminine grace even in a room full of men who doubt her capabilities.
And so I finally spoke my plans to her. I finally told her the loony thought I've had since the start of my stay in Dragonstone. Our families should form an impeachable alliance and strengthen our forces.
"You are suggesting that you become my husband's second wife?" Rhaenyra states plainly. Her hand is atop her belly, and her husband stood steadfast behind her.
"It would be only for show, my queen," I nod, "you are aware of my family's stronghold, and how they insist on remaining neutral through all of this."
Rhaenyra watches me intently as I explain. Daemon tilts his head.
"This would give my brothers no choice but to fight for me-- for you."
"And how would marriage guarantee that?" Daemon asks, "I am well-acquainted with your brothers' insolence."
"You are correct, Prince Daemon. There has not been a moment in our lives where my brothers and I did not go against each other's wishes, but through it all, they have a sense of honor, and they would rather die than allow our family name be put to shame. It is why they were so against the idea of me taking up arms in the first place," I cross my arms, "but since then, they have joined me many times over in my victories. They would surely not give up the chance to bask in our victory."
Rhaenyra and Daemon take in my words.
For a moment, there is only silence. Then they look at each other, examining each other's expression.
That night, I was married to Daemon by the traditions of his house.
After he kissed me, I turned to Rhaenyra and nodded to her. She offered me a small smile and nodded back.
Since then, we exercised our might against the whole of Westeros. Those who did not know of us knew soon enough that the combined power of our houses, along with all our other alliances, was not something to be taken lightly.
And so we were tasked to spearhead the war under Rhaenyra's command. Daemon would take the east, and I would take the west. Where one needed help, the other would arrive with their blade, still slick with the blood of the enemy.
Historically, men had done nothing but strike me and spit on my bones. Though he was now my husband, I thought little of Daemon. I didn't then in the fires of his youth, and I didn't now. I bring myself to care about him out of my respect for Rhaenyra.
Yet as time went by, and battles were won and lost, I grew to respect him as himself, as Daemon Targaryen, the prince commander of the troops, who knew exactly what he was doing.
"I did not think you were capable of doing anything un-serious."
I turned to him as he smirked. His eyes were on the my cup of ale, "might my lady wife spare me a drop?"
Daemon sits next to me, though on the ground, as I was sitting on a stump I found not too far off our camp.
I peer down at him as I hand him my half empty cup.
My lips part when he downs it and places the empty thing beside him. Daemon catches my look and chuckles under his breath, "oh, did you mean to finish that?"
I don't get to respond as he grabs my leg and leans against my thigh.
My stomach rolls at the sentiment. I did not know why he was acting like this towards me so suddenly.
He releases a groan as he closes his eyes, "you are my wife, are you not? Must you stare at me as though you wish to burn me with your eyes?"
That would only be the start of his affection towards me.
It was jarring, disturbing, really, how he would reach for my hair and brush it aside, how we would reach for my cheek and brush it with the back of his hand. He would not do it in front of Rhaenyra, and for that I was at least grateful.
I decided not to make issue of it, because it was not as though it was harmful really.
And yet it dawned to me that that was my mistake; he was an invader of my fortress, and I only realized when it was too late.
I could not calm my beating heart when we were ambushed.
It was not the blade against my neck that made me want to hurl, not even how the man who managed to capture me for a few minutes was gutted on my side and had his entrails gush onto my armor. It was not the violence that made my pulse deafening to my ears, but how Daemon acted out that violence.
"Release her now, and I will be swift about your death," he seethed. When he was not listened to, his face darkened. The moment he had an opening, he stabbed my captor in the gut. When I was pulled away by our men, I watched as Daemon rampaged the man with his bare hands, smothering him until he was deformed, until he was dead.
And then he turned to me, gripping my face with his bloody hands, examining my form, "are you alright?"
That was when everything changed.
Not only did I begin to anticipate, look forward to his touches, I began to lean into them. I began to look forward to his company, seek his company. I would worry if there was not word about him, and I would worry if there was, until I knew it was not grave.
I began to laugh with him, in the privacy of our conversations, in front of the troops, in front of Rhaenyra. I began to bicker with him unabashedly, for it became second nature. I began to dance and make merry with him, for why'd shouldn't I? Why not, when Rhaenyra teased us about it, when she laughed about it with us.
And then at some point, I did the worst thing.
I began to want him.
I began to want him the way Rhaenyra did.
I began to felt entitled of him, for after all, he was my husband too.
I allowed myself believe that it was alright, Rhaenyra wouldn't mind, after all, her husband was my husband.
But then I faced with the truth of how brazen I'd become.
But then Rhaenyra called for Daemon and he did not answer.
But then she gave birth too early and held her lifeless daughter in her arms.
But then he was broken because of it, and yet made no inclination to anyone.
But then I realized I was not apart of their picture, for neither of them even spoke their sorrow to each other, much less anything to me.
I was a fool to think I was deserving of anything. I was a traitor to them and our agreement. I was a traitor to myself.
And so I rebuilt my fortress, I pulled away from Daemon's touches and did not hold Rhaenyra's gaze too long.
I became reckless in battle. I dove head first into everything, not caring what the consequences would be.
It was because of my recklessness and severe injuries that we were at the precipice of victory. Daemon should have been applauding me where he was rebuking me. And Rhaenyra should not have been worried by her husband's news of me at all, not when she would benefit the most from my death.
Yet here I was, gripped harshly in Daemon's hands as I defied his wishes to stay in bed longer.
When that didn't work, he ordered me in the name the Queen to do so, because it was, in fact, her order too.
It dawned onto Daemon that it didn't matter which of them commanded it, I would not be withheld from the cries of war.
"DO YOU WANT TO DIE!?" Daemon demanded finally as I got onto his last nerve.
I did not hesitate to respond.
His expression dropped when he heard me say yes.
It was against myself that I began to bawl in front of him. I had worked so hard to keep my defenses, and yet it was all for naught.
"Why?!" he heaved, hands darting up to my face instead of my arms.
I shake my head. I would have to die first before I admit anything to him.
"I will have you chained like a madwoman before I have you succumb to your darkness," he quips, releasing my face, before dragging me to the tent post, undoing his belt and binding me there with it.
I cry out to him. I tell him to release me, of all of it, so that I wouldn't have to suffer.
"Tell me wife what makes you suffer, who makes you suffer, and I will swiftly end them."
I shake my head at the anger on his face, "Daemon, please."
"TELL ME!" he quips, grabbing my face again.
I choke on my tears finding as I allow my voice to betray me.
Daemon knit his brows, "what was that?"
"It's you, Daemon," I whine, screwing my eyes shut, "it is hell to be around you. I do not want this pain anymore."
He releases me, stepping back twice, "and what mortal err have I done to make you loathe me so?"
I peel my eyes open, chest constricting at the sight of him. I shake my head, "nothing."
Daemon's nostrils flare. He grabs my jaw tightly, face tense with hatred, eyes glassy in betrayal, "then why?"
I whine at the pain of his grip.
He heaves as he releases me, shaking his head as he walks back, "will you drive me mad along with you, selfish bitch?"
I shake my head again, "Daemon-"
"ANSWER ME!"
"Because I want you!" I blurt, "I want you so bad when I should not-- I cannot!" I grip my hands tightly, "we may be married, but you are not mine. You are Rhaenyra's, and I do not wish to ever come in between that. Not after all that has-"
I cut myself off when Daemon began to undo my ties. I myself began to back away from him when he began to rid himself of his clothing.
I threaten him with my words. When that does not deter him, I threaten him with the blade I managed to snag.
He was stoic the entire time. He asked me to kill him, dared me to kill him. Of course I could not. I threw the blade to the side.
He called me a fool as he undressed me. He called me pretty when he began to kiss me. He called me his when he began to fuck me.
I shouldn't have, gods know I shouldn't have, but I did, I let him have his way, because I wanted him to. I wanted him to touch me, to use me, to take his anger out on me. I wanted to for so, so long.
It was everything I ever imagined and more.
And enjoyed it deeply before I hated myself viscerally after.
It was clear at one point that everyone knew of us. Our dynamic had drastically changed from when we were first married to now. They all knew what he and I did in the dark, but why would they care, we were, in fact, married.
I cared though.
And I guess it was the will of the Stanger to allow me that one thing before collecting my soul.
I did not fight against it. I did not try to save myself.
When I decided to take the blow for Daemon in the battle field, it was not out of my selfish desire to find freedom in the shackles I bound myself in, it was because I wanted to save him, I had to save him.
He admonished me as he carried my limp body out of the skirmish. He called my name and threatened to do his worst if I thought of closing my eyes at all.
It was nice to have made it long enough to make it through the transport, to see Rhaenyra, and her and Daemon's children that I myself found to love in my own way.
I felt bad that they all seemed to be sad that I was fading away.
I felt bad that Daemon had to be the one to carry me here.
Where was Daemon?
"He's gone to finish the war," Rhaenyra said, holding my hand firmly in hers.
"You can hear me?" I mutter as I watch her sad face.
"Of course I can, my dear," she caresses my cheek, "why wouldn't I?"
I close my eyes, "I beg your pardon, my queen."
"No!" she calls, shaking my cheek, "you cannot sleep until Daemon has returned. He is but a fortnight nigh."
I hum, "she has been so lonely though."
"Who? Who has been so lonely."
"Visenya."
Rhaenyra pulls her hand away. One of the children gasps.
"I told her that I was not her mother, that you are," I sigh, "but she told me she wanted me to stay with her."
Rhaenyra is bewildered. For a moment she is unable to do nothing. She repeats the name she called. When she is not met with a reply, she takes another moment to collect her thoughts, "you cannot answer my daughter's call. Your duty is with me, not her."
Rhaenyra's face tenses when she does not get a reply yet again.
She calls out, one, twice. She shakes the hand in her grip, and remarks once more about Daemon, knowing that would do the trick, she knows it will, it has to.
A chill runs down her spine when she realizes was for nothing.
It is too late.

Just making sure everyone knows because it made my day;
I'm learning to bake bread by hand. I have a bread machine, but (as much as I hate the texture of sticky dough) I want that hands on activity. Anyway, this is day 3 of this venture and I ate both of my previous loafs of bread in about 12h. So I decided to give a loaf to my neighbor.
Neighbor is a very sweet divorced woman with a dog named comet, 2 teens, and a 5 year old names Nala (not real name).
Nala and her mother just came by again a few minutes ago to return my cloth I used to wrap the bread (it was still hot when I gave it to them). And Nala was very excited to tell me about the orange she had given back as trade.
I don't usually like oranges, but I'm very excited for this one 🍊

i just keep thinking about how Hotch would absolutely MELT at the sight of you and jack being so close to each other. like you've been together for a whileeee and jack is not only used to your presence but the two of you actually bonded and now jack is a very important part of your life just like you're of his, he looks up to you and trusts you and... 🥺 the thing is, something happens and the three of you are together on a very domestic moment and hotch can't keep his eyes from the two of you just admiring what a beautiful family you are and how lucky he is😭😭😭 (also, how could this go in a Dbf! scenario??😭♥️)
+the team when they first notice how close u and jack just are and they look at hotch thinking he deserves this beautiful happy family

like that's exactly what aaron longs for, a simple domestic life 🥹 that's something he didn't experience as much with haley, like jack was two when the divorce happened, and then he mainly stayed with haley until the very unfortunate incident :(
and then he was partly worried he would never get to experience it. it's difficult dating when there's a child in the mix, and of course he wants to find someone who loves jack as if he were their own, and then you come around and exceed all expectations 🥹
one moment in particular that makes aaron all mushy inside: it was a saturday, meaning it's, as jack calls it, soccer morning 🥹 hehe so all of you head out to the soccer fields. you're sat in a fold-up chair at the sidelines cheering, aaron is coaching, and jack is being the best lil soccer star there is <3333 but once the game ends, all the kiddos are running off to their parents, excited over their win, asking their mom if she saw that one kick!!!!! as this is going on, aaron is packing up the soccer balls and cleaning up the bench area, but he looks up to see you and jack amongst the other parents 🥹 like with jack, you're just as natural as the parents, even more loving. jack is in your arms, going on and on about the game and how he's so so so happy that you came (hehe why wouldn't you?!?). like if no one knew you weren't jack's real mother, they would have no idea. you just fit right in. aaron just <3333 he can't tear his eyes away, and he falls even more deeply in love with you if it were possible. and a sense of peace washes over him- this is normal life, this is what life's supposed to feel like.
and the team 🥹 they're taken aback when they see how close you are, but in a good way. they know firsthand what the hotchner boys have gone through ☹️ so seeing jack as your little best friend, and the love you both have for each other, they're so so happy for all three of you 🥹 and when they see the happiness in aaron's eyes and his bright smile as he looks at the two of you <33333333 there's no one else who deserves it more. truly.
omg and for dbf!hotch, you offer to babysit jack when jessica gets called into work and when aaron's gone on a case. the two of you had a blast, and therefore after that jack is always asking when's the next time you're coming over <33333 :D

-Since he is a little old for boxing he is thinking of jobs to do alongside being a boxing teacher. Him and king hippo have like little dad meeting about it and try to find the best job for kaiser
-In his prime I imagine he was in the major circuit and has befriended bear hugger (he already knows hondo from hondo's minor circuit days!)
-Loves watching movies to death (will never watch them around anyone tho) his fav genre is probably romcoms .
Disco kid:
-collects Barbies and has the most AMAZING dream house ( plays like little girls with Heike meaning stuff like Ken and Barbie divorce)
-has his whole garage as just a dance studio for him and his dance squad: like full on working disco ball, lights big ass stereo ect ect
-plays bingo with old ladies and then Goes to church with em (THANK YOU CAMI FOR FOR THIS ONE)
Great tiger:

-world's worst cook will blow up the kitchen and has gained a love for his local restaurants because of it!
-hondo took him to Japan he found ddr and that's all he did for a solid week (dw just him not clones)

-his bed is FULL of plushies and stuffed toys (60% are Tigers) his favourite tiger plush Sleeps right in the middle when he is at work

-is addicted to wearing those dad floral shirts you look in his closet and there is at least 15
-goes to THE MOST expensive spa place he likes twice a week (it’s MANDATORY no questions not exceptions)
-definitely vague posts about ppl online
Bald Bull:
-has a lot of creating pastimes as he is low-key scared the press can find stuff out about him from his phone (he not that wrong tbf)
–referencing the last one has gotten really good at clay models and makes little sets (for example a barn with bulls and cows)
-found out that vhs tapes can’t be tracked so watches various shows on those!
Soda popinski:

1. Who or what got you into F1?
my family! i come from one of those european motorsport legacy families where we've followed the sport from day one. both my parents are enthusiasts and i grew up watching f1.
2. Who was the very first F1 driver you supported? Do you support them now? Have your opinions on them differed or stayed the same since then?
the first f1 driver i supported would either be sebastian vettel or lewis hamilton. seb is retired now, but i'm still a lewis girlie through and through. i think my opinions have changed a lot, especially when they switch teams, but in my heart i'm still that kid screaming my heart out as my favorite driver drives past.
3. Who’s your current favourite F1 driver?
max verstappen 🦁 if you'd asked me before feb 1st i'd have included lewis but i'm still reeling from the news
4. Is there a driver pairing or pairings you support? What made you attracted to that pairing in the first place?
hear me out: oscar and fernando. it may be unconventional, but i feel like it'd be epic. it'll probably never happen but the vibes would be incredible omg.
but secretly i'll always want to see seb and lewis in the same team 😭
5. Do your parents, siblings or relatives have a favourite driver?
oh. ohhhh boy.
my mum's favorites are lewis and mick, my dad's are max and pierre, my brother is lecfosi through and through, and my sister is a lando fan. my extended family supports various assorted drivers that i honestly don't bother to keep track of 🤭
6. Do you have any favourite races? Are there any that stand out to you the most?
barcelona 2016 and interlagos 2021 are the ones that come to mind. yes, there are others that have been "better" for my faves, but max's first win (ft. brocedes public divorce proceedings) and lewis' insane comeback hold such special places in my heart.
7. Do you have a favourite circuit? Can be from the past or from the current calendar.
i'm legally obliged to say circuit paul ricard and silverstone, but zandvoort, spa, and suzuka also hold special places in my heart.
8. Have you ever been to an F1 race in real life? Feel free to tell us your experience going to one if you like.
i've been lucky enough to go to quite a few 😜 there's a picture of three-week-old me at the 2005 barcelona grand prix that i keep on my desk lmao
i think my most notable experience is that the cars are a lot louder and faster than they seem online. my favorite gp experience would probably be silverstone but spa and interlagos are really cool too!!
btw monaco is a tourist trap. it's kind of boring and honestly it's more of a social event than a race, so if you want to experience the more technical side of f1, it's better to go to another gp
9. Have you ever met an F1 driver in real life?
my lawyer (my cat) has advised me not to comment on this
(yes but mostly in passing)
10. Do you have a favourite F1 car? If so, what is it?

Ted was thrilled to get to spend Christmas with Henry and his mother, even though he was anxious about being in Kansas. There were ghosts galore he had been going to therapy to prepare to deal with. Not just his father, but the death of his marriage, and the fact that he was a divorced, lonely ex-pat haunted him across the ocean.
By the time Mama Lasso's Christmas Eve party finally rolled around, Ted had slipped into a routine that kept him mostly panic-free: a long walk in the morning, time with Henry in the afternoons, and dinner with his mother. But this party would be a real test, surrounded by his mother's friends who would all try to avoid asking about the divorce or politely try to tell him how much he looked like his father.
He was chatting with his mother and nursing a beer, keeping a close eye on the growing tightness in his hands, when he saw you, his high school sweetheart, come in through the front door. You wore a thick navy blue sweater with white snowflakes and dark jeans and boots and Ted couldn't take his eyes off you as you hung up your coat and looked around nervously.

You had got to chatting with Mama Lasso a couple of weeks ago, in the grocery store. You always had fond memories of hanging out at Teddy's, even before the two of you briefly became an item. Mama Lasso could see that you both clearly had a fondness for each other, and was happy to have you over for dinner and let the two of you watch movies in the darkened living room. Especially after Ted's dad died and it was the only time he seemed even close to normal.
Of course, it had been many years since then, you and Ted had gone to different colleges, drifted apart. But in the aisle of the Hy-Vee, you and Mama Lasso were catching up like old friends when she invited you to the Christmas Eve party. You had gone a few times in high school and you were touched that she'd invite you, even if she was just being polite. You were about to decline when she said something you weren't expecting.
"You know Teddy always seemed himself around you. I know it's been a long time but I think it would be really nice for you two to see each other again."
You didn't expect that Ted would be there for Christmas, had heard about the divorce and the move to London through the grapevine, and you couldn't deny the flutter that went through you at the idea of seeing your first boyfriend again. You had never married or had children, had struck out after college for a fancy career across the country but returned home to take care of your aging mother, who had just passed away the previous year. And now you felt stuck. It would be nice to see someone that might make you feel like you belong again. So despite the terror of going to a party where you'd only know the host and the host's son...you said yes.
Ted slipped through the small crowd to offer you a cup of eggnog.
"The last time we saw each other, neither one of us was doin' this legally, so I thought eggnog was a safe bet."
You couldn't help but beam at Ted. You thought it might be awkward, but his small smile instantly put you at ease. He had aged, obviously, you had too, but in some ways he'd only gotten more handsome, growing into features that hadn't quite fit him at 16. But you wanted to give him an out as well, in case he was just like his mother and only being nice.
"I never pass up eggnog, thank you Tedd...," there was an awkward moment where both of you realized you were going to call him Teddy out of habit and his cheeks flushed as his smile grew. "I, uh, hope its not weird that I came. Your mom invited me?"
"Well, that certainly sounds like somethin' my mama would do. Say, I know you just got here, but what would you say to takin' a walk, catchin' up?"
You nodded, quickly downing your eggnog, as Ted disposed of his beer bottle and slid your jacket back on. He returned with two thermoses and a Richmond beanie pulled low and you quietly slipped out the front door again.
You and Ted strolled easily, catching up on more than 20 years of events, touching lightly on the hard stuff, and making each other laugh with the rest. The thermos was full of spiked hot chocolate, and you alternated hands to keep them from getting too cold as snow began to fall lightly.
"Oh, I almost forgot," Ted rummaged in a pocket and produced a pair of knit gloves, "noticed you didn't come in with any."
"You always were observant, Teddy," you sighed affectionately, bumping your shoulder against his. "Never was able to find another like you."
Ted dropped his head shyly, the corner of his mouth tilting up at the compliment. "And you always did make me feel like something special."
You walked and walked, aimlessly, but enthusiastically. Without speaking about it, the two of you turned around to go back to the party, gone long enough that his mother had probably noticed by now. But you couldn't help but stop against the porch, watching the snow come down a little heavier. Ted stood next to you, leaning on his elbows, close enough that you could smell his cologne and see the snowflakes get caught in his long lashes.
"Whatcha thinkin' about," Ted asked quietly, the sound of Mariah Carey leaking from the doors and windows behind you.
"We had our first kiss here," you responded truthfully, gesturing with your head at the porch swing behind you and Ted chuckled, immediately going to sit.
"I didn't mean to imply anything," you said as you joined him. "I know you live in London. To be honest, I don't even know why I came, I shouldn't have—"
"I'm glad you did. We're no spring chickens anymore, but boy do you make me feel young again," Ted said, not looking at you but still gazing out over the yard. "I...hope we stay in touch. I know you're life is here, but—"
"It's not actually."
Ted turned to look at you, which brought your faces even closer together. "What do you mean?"
"I've just been feeling...stuck lately. My whole purpose for coming back home is gone now and there isn't really a reason for me to go back to where I was. And I don't want you to think that I'm looking at you like some out, we just met again. But my life isn't here. For what it's worth."
Ted smiled, his eyes glinting with the reflection of Christmas lights, "I think it's worth quite a bit...would it be alright...if I kissed you?"
You nodded, leaning in immediately to press your cold lips to Ted's heat growing between your bodies immediately. It was meant to be gentle and chaste, but you melted into each other easily, getting lost in sensations both incredibly familiar and entirely new.
"And here I was thinkin' y'all had gotten lost. Shoulda known you were up to somethin'."
You and Ted jumped apart like teens all over again at the sound of his mother's voice. "Sorry, mama," Ted said sheepishly, but he couldn't wipe the grin off his face.
"Mmhmm, come on in here before you catch your deaths, now," Mama Lasso teased, before closing the screen door.
"Yes ma'am," you called out after her, giggling into Ted's side.

ok here is my personal (abridged) first love story that feels appropriate for divorced zukka:
-we were 19! we met and initially bonded over a bit that we took too far (for others but we found hilarious)
-after we hooked up the second time we talked ab how we understood this to be something that was terminal in nature (we were on a program that was ending 3.5 months later)
-accidentally fell in love but never said it but showed it in many ways
-very goofy silly fun time that was annoying to everyone else but truly so fun for us
-built intimacy in ways i'd never experienced before
-honestly really healthy experience
-parted ways after those 3.5 months but didn't talk abt ending things bc we each had about a 2 month long Journey but we'd reunite for a week at the end in a New Place
-have an amazing week together n everything feels just as good as it did
-ok now dropping them at the train station after this is the Real Final Goodbye that i knew was coming from the start damn
-train is delayed for 30 mins so we have an earnest convo about how our experience together helped both of us grow and how we're both better people for it and how much we appreciate each other
-told them "i almost told you i loved you last spring" (it was now the end of summer) as the train was pulling up and we were hugging goodbye
-they smiled at me kinda sadly and said "i would have said it back"
-still never actually said it
-drop them off on the train and that was that!
-cried to the smiths in my car
-facetimed my friend to make fun of me for crying to the smiths in my car
it's been many years and we've both moved on (i love my partner <3) and we're still friends and on good terms and it's chill but a part of me will always love them and yearn for who we were together!!!

hello! so this came to me in a buddie-brain-rot-infused-delusional-dream but hear me out: season 7a has cute buddie moments (family dinners, buck+chris shenanigans, powerfull homoerotic buddie hug, insane scene like the poker game, a kitchen talkTM, both of them single, etc etc buddieblr thanking abc and thinking this is it # buddiecanonseason8thistimeforreal) but BUT season 7b??? oh man. it starts with them in outs, everyone can feel the tension but the rest of the 118 doesn't know why, they're even maybe in different shifts (divorce buddie era truthers rise up), sharing custody of chris or maybe chris asking eddie why buck hasn't come around, lots lots of pinning, stupid choices made from anger, there is even an almost death situation and everyone thinks that will fix them but it doesn't. it makes everything worse! they are miserable<3 hen and chim trying to figure out wtf has happened etc. obviously almost all of this happens mostly in the background (i mean they are not the ones with the big storyline in s7b) but some of the calls throughout the s7b have something weirdly in common, calls that maybe didn't exactly 'fit' with the ep concept (buddieblr losing their mind over-analyzing it ofc) but when you piece them together??? hmm delulu theories writing up themselves. ANYWAY episode 14th or something of the season, one of them breaks and spills!! (to henren obv) and we get flashbacks... (rubbing my hands like a villain) you guessed it! they hooked up!!!! (I wanna see tongue people) maybe more than once (fwb buddie you are so special to me) and ofc these dumbasses didn't talk about it, it got complicated and real in a oh-there-you-are-you-are-the-one-I-was-looking-for-of-course-it-is-you-of-course-it-has-been-you-this-whole-time and they got scared thinking it was one-sided (stupid men amirite) so then we get henren+the rest of their family meddling (montage of 118&co locking up them together, arranging a BBQ and no-one shows up, tía pepa shows up and knocks some sense into eddie, post-coma-buck level of people showing up to their doorsteps to 'heyy', harry-denny-chris sleepovers, etc etc) and then then trap dadsTM arc and FINALLY these motherfuckers TALK and get their shit together (we lose our minds) while waiting to be rescued by lucy<3 and the 118 :) we get some cute scenes, maybe a kiss while in the hospital, eddie big brown heart eyes+buck rosy cheeks bashful smile, chris asking buck if he wants to be called dad now, bobby telling buck how proud is of him, long waited maddie+eddie combo, etc. season 8 is canceled but it's okay we will always have buddie cannon and the buddie tag on ao3<3
