but it's only half shitposts and there are actual Thoughts in there.

You don't need to have read the comic to understand because I tried not to spoil anything major, but it'd help if you knew basic stuff about classpects, SBURB and the hemospectrum.

chaotic. the first person to be introduced.

when he gets introduced instead of the “Zoosmell Pooplord” bit, Tommy is initially going to be the name inputted but then backspaced it and decided that Tommyinnit was better and he was fuming until he’s named Tommy.

Gives me big Blood/Hope vibes. Blood because a lot of the conflict of the dream smp connected to someone breaking his trust or harming the things he cares about, Hope because a lot of the plot of the dream smp stems from Tommy starting shit based on his ideals and what he thinks is right.

the first to instigate fighting against the trolls

bbh contacts him once and tommy keeps cursing until he disconnects from frustration rip

wields Gunkind and his only strife weapon at the beginning is the Vlog gun. He has Gunkind as his strife specibus mainly because he looked up at schlatt and he imitates him.

Fundy

Lunar sway: Prospit. Types in: Orange

it was his idea to play SBURB but only through Dream.

he talks to dream the most among the other trolls fwt stans getcha juice this is the rosemary of the session

dream’s the one giving him exposition about the game so that’s how he knows how to play SBURB.

wilbur trolls fundy once and instantly adopts him.

“You’re my son.” “How does that even work??” “I was one of the people who created your universe. It’s basically the same thing.”

Fundy relents anyway.

Techno

dave strider but dead-inside voice + rose lalonde english major vibes

he slices the text box when you try to name him "Dave " like in

techno gives me time player vibes (contantly on the move. his skyblock series, his “stays in the pit” monologue,) but also rage vibes (anarchy, the “theseus” monologue, political alignment is Chaos) alas i am not sure what class

uses Tridentkind and claims "it came from god"

it was dream, he accidentally transportalized one of wilbur’s weapon while he testing the transportalizer.

Tubbo

the jade harley of this session. the only thing keeping them from going apeshit. where would they be without him.

Ideas about the Trolls

no i haven’t done their sprites yet bc it would take so much time and i’m not even sure if people wanna see more of this au skjdkdsakdfkl,, but i have Design Ideas.

events of the dsmp revolution are just a FLARP session drawing parallels to how the homestuck trolls had a FLARP session that spoiler alert: destroyed friendships. dtrio, eret, will are involved. eret betrays will's faction and wilbur's still Bitter over that.

on the context of alternia (highbloods and lowbloods) lmanburg and dreamsmp have their roles SWAPPED. the emancipation theme thing is completely gone since highbloods are in more power than the lowbloods (the dream team) .

wilbur made a faction called l’manburg because he wants a place where he and his fellow highbloods could make drugs vibe.they take a piece of land that was owned by the dream team. in normal circumstances, they shouldve stood down because lowbloods aren't supposed to start shit with highbloods (especially a group of highbloods that has the alternian heir among them) but dream turned it into an activism thing about lowblood rights. the story plays as close as possible without tommy or tubbo in it (which is pretty hard ik but this is the best can do).

like in the dreamsmp revolution, dream kinda let wilbur do what he wants but this time he has more reason to because he’s in a lower caste. dream really only fought back when wilbur announced that he’d be building lmanburg on their land and calling it theirs.

eret betrays wilbur by supporting the lowbloods and wilbur and co. technically won but only because he finally called the drones in, as a reference to how lmanburg absolutely got crushed by the dream team in the smp but technically won. l’manburg keeps the piece of land and the dream team scatter away to find a new home.

wilbur soot's a fuschia because a) he's in a position that has a lot of power, b) yknow how he wrote a song about squids and his thing with sally… yeah.

eret's a violet because nobility!! dream looks down on him because he's ambivalent on fighting for lowblood rights when he's in a power to do so "you just sit there, and you look pretty that's it"

also like eridan he has a minor aesthetic mutation (herobrine eyes) that won't classify him as a mutant.

jschlatt is purple because it makes sense thematically because of the gamzee parallels (a. substance abuse b. if you know what happens in act 6, you know this already but spoiler alert, he ruins the main protagonists' lives) also he's a funnyman he deserves the clown caste

quackity's a teal because he’s a law student. moving on--

ok but for real it also makes sense thematically because he's the one who wrote the thing that tricked schlatt into agreeing also he gets manipulated by schlatt which also draws parallels to certain events in the comic

skeppy and bbh are BEST FRIENDS despite being highblood and lowblood respectively. initially, skeppy just wanted to bother bbh but they grew to be good friends in time. y’know like how they actually becane friends :D

philza minecraft is a jade because dad friend. also works thematically, because spoiler alert he gets to murder a seadweller for going batshit crazy.

he also god tiers early. he dies fighting his quick undead denizen (haha baby zombie) but the consorts of his land carry him to his quest bed because he’s treated them all so well.

dream was initially going to be another caste but then i realized that means i have to make his hoodie something other than green which is unacceptable so its a good thing the fact that he's a lime works out

dream was the one who thought of playing sgrub in the first place- initially only planned to have gogy, sap, and bbh in the session but then realized that they four won't be enough so he invited more into his session

he’s also the first to go godtier ez clap blind speedrun not sure what classpect tho

the only reason why dream avoided being culled at birth for being a limeblood is because his rng is That Good. he quickly picked up the fact that he’s not supposed to exist and masqueraded as an oliveblood and kept mostly to himself to avoid suspicion.

george is still colorblind but he has lazer eyes along with it instead. dream lives with him in the same hive since being a mutant means dream doesn’t get a lusus of his own (dnf fans getcha juice “and they were roommates”)

despite living in the same hive, he never really figures out that dream is a limeblood. possibly because a) he’s colorblind and when he sees dream bleeding he just sees yellow b) he’s just that fucking oblivious and it’s so valid of him.

sapnap’s a bronzeblood mainly because i know he’s the instigator of the pet war with tommy also because i associate him with the color orang in my mind so bronze it is

that’s the end of this long-ass post!! if you have other ideas PLEASE i want to hear them. i don’t know the other streamers i mentioned in here very well so if you have ideas that would be fitting to them like with classpect or lunar sway that would be GREAT.

the only thing i’m confident about in here are the kids’ lunar sways. i’m not an expert in classpects and homestuck lore so there’s that too!! i just wanted to make this post because adhd means that the idea wouldn’t shut up until i finished it. This initially started as a single shitpost edit of tommyinnit talksprite but then the hiveswap 2 trailer came out and that means i have to combine my two hyperfixations.

also i have ideas about potential quadrants but idk how much of that is breaking some streamers’ boundaries about shipping (even the non romantic quads such as kismesistude, morallegiance and auspisticism) so i decided not to include it.

I love to collect things(kinda a bad habit tho 😬 but I love to collec items). I'm really passionate for the things I enjoy and hate it when other compare them to something bad.

If I'm trying to get a little more in depth with myself I'm? honestly very hateful with a lot of things and people. Its easy to make me hate someone 😬. Its very hard for me to make any friends since I'm pretty much anti-social. Though when I do actually make a friend by myself I find it a bit accomplishment

Though my mood tends to change alot as in i can be anxious af and then the next moment I'm talkitive(I mean yeah I love to talk but only to close friends) I'm an introvert and personality type is INTP

I'm really into sci-fi, mystery, and horror (even though those things tend to frighten me. omg Herbert West ☺☺☺)

I love to watch cartoons and movies but only certain ones since I'm very picky with like a lot of things. Its hard to useally find things I like since I hate a lot of things. I love to write and read fanfiction. I love to find intense fanfics that have a good plot(nothing sexual tho 💀)

I love to play video games(shitty mobile horror games, roblox, og minecraft, fnv) I also really love to collect mini arcade machines and I'm very into history. I love finding out a lot of stuff. Basically just getting information of anything about anything.

My style sense can be between punk or casual. tho the casual can be a really lazy outfit(my fav shirt is a south park shirt ♥️)

i am so touch starved writing these is giving me heart palpitations

John- strong. definitely lifts people up when he hugs them. really good at hugs probably has the most practice. when he’s sad he drops all of his weight onto you tho but even thats kinda nice cause you get to wrap him into ur arms 9/10

Rose- rose is..... trying. its the thought that counts? but like, she’s way to stiff for this to be a good hug. she does get the emotional bit down though! shes probably better off going with a good natured pat on the head tho 4/10

Dave- needs a hug thats for sure.. i think he would be too flustered to maintain a proper hug for long. he appreciates them! he just doesn’t know what to do with his hands and its nice but its... alot. good with those one armed side hugs tho! 5/10

Jade- JADE GOOD HUGS!!!!! LIFTS PEOPLE UP SPINS THEM AROUND AND SQUEEZES YOU SO TIGHT!!!!! BURIES HER FACE INTO YOUR SHOULDER AND YOU CAN FEEL HER SMILE!!!! 10/10

Jane- good professional hugs! definitely one of the more comfortable, natural, huggers! it comes really easily to her! literally the best person to hug when ur sad, she does that really nice thing where she rubs up and down your back with her nails. she also always smell good. i want jane to hug me so bad 10/10

Roxy- ANOTHER GOOD HUGGER! good combo of a jane and jade hug! more for casual cuddling as opposed to a hug tho! likes to drape her body over people like a cat 9/10

Dirk- desperate hugger. you already have to be pretty close to dirk to get a hug out of him, and one of you is probably going to be crying when it happens. bad at initiating but once it is he tooooooootally just sinks all his weight into it and just grabs onto you. probably cries. 7/10 the hug isnt really all that gr8 but you feel v emotionally relived after it all

Jake- another one of those bone crushing huggers! jakes hugs are always him basically squeezing the life outta u. good for the short term! not sustainable tho also very talkative but if you like pet his hair he’ll get real quiet real quick 7/10

Aradia- in theory she would be a good hugger! not to good at it in practice tho! all the potential is there tho, she is very strong and soft! needs practice but getting there 7/10

Tavros- very medium hugs? theyre not bad for sure! and he puts the effort in! he’s just v akward about it 5/10 medium

Sollux- i cant see Sollux ever giving out hugs too willingly. if you were really close maybe? he kinda just leans on u with his arms next to you. not a good hugger. thats okay tho he listens to u about whatever u need to say and helps things make sense. still not a good hugger tho 2/10

Karkat- if ur gonna hug karkat he will probably start crying! and then get mad at himself for crying so be prepared for him to mush his face into your shoulder. very clingy he’s gonna hug you HARD . very hug shaped though, fits in ur arms nice. comfy. 8/10

Nepeta- TACKLE HUGS!!! she WILL jump on u to hug u. then u gotta move around with a nepeta clinging to u like a back pack. very nice tho, very comforting weight 7.5/10

Kanaya- hugs always start stiff with her. give her a second and she’ll relax dw! after that she is a very firm hugger, not in a bad way tho! makes you feel safe. if ur close she’ll probably hum while she hugs you 9/10

Terezi- if u hug terezi and she likes you ur in this for the long haul. you have a troll permanently attached to u now. deal with it. that said terezis hugs r good! a little tight but good! she comfy 8/10

Vriska- i dont think vris would be one for physical affection! maybe if she was really feeling up to it and liked you enough she’d sling an arm over your shoulder or give a quick squeeze! but long term hugs nah 3/10

Equius- damp. 1/10

Gamzee- i would not hug him. ?/10

Eridan- desperate hugger. always seems to hug u for a little to long. not the worst tho. 4/10

Feferi- hugs u a little to hard at first but thats okay! she evens it out quickly! very talkative! likes if u play with her hair when u hug her! not good at sitting still but she usually ends up patting your back! 8.5/10

BONUS!

Calliope- very light hugs... likes when u hug her firmly tho. shes very.... boney... to say the least. so not very comfortable but the effort is there! better with her words! 4.5/10

god am i gonna need to go with the sequals too? just og or all ships that’re considered canon by the end? whatever i’ll just go in order in what might be the ‘canon’ ships from all three of these categories. this is gonna be fucking long so anything and everything is under the cut. also i’m SO not gonna add hiveswap that can be its own separate ask. so:

roxygen: it’s a cute ship...but the sequal vers is garbage considering how inconsiderate roxy is to john’s feelings and his house burning down like damn rox this is the guy who sat with ya as ya mourned doom rose’s death give the guy some fuckin time himself.

rosemary: also cute ship...sequal versions are fuckin godawful tho. their barely a thing in meat from wha i can gather and then there’s candy...oh CANDY kanaya deserves better fuck this sense of her sayin she’s over it idc if it was off screen, even then half the cast ate stupid pills during that time so WHY must i be surprised that this is wha happens?

dave/kat: i dun like it. in either universe. meat is just perfect gay bois who have occasional deep talks and literally do nothing else while candy they split up thanks to jade which, geez ya guys must’ve been shit to tell her to fuck off like come on. og hs wise i barely consider them canon if we only get pictures and them just being on equal footing on quadrant talk. not to mention dave implied to be crushing on jade and JOHN not karkat, idk where this couple even came from other then love triangle situation with terezi but like, that’s barely much of a reason to become canon. i’d go with em bein pale/moirails more.

jadedave: i’m guessing candy and meat i thought meat implied they were dating but may aswell. so....it sucks but thats because candy and meat suck, meat dave’s basically cheating on her i didnt hear any implication they broke up and she’s like...chill??? and then there’s candy where she literally forced him and kar to break up and dated after dirk apparently died, i do not like the implications of this whole thing. course candy dave is dead and a robot now so...anyways canon wise dave had a crush on her and if jade does like him i’d hope it’s not cause of davesprite cause despite both being dave’s they were different. it’s cute otherwise.

davepetajade: it’s...cute? i guess? idk i kinda found davepeta a bit...idk overwhelmingly overrated? like i know where their popularity came from but readin the series now after all that hype i dont really see it anyways tho it’s basically davespritejade with nepeta in the mix. and idk nothin implied much of nepeta liking jade, or talkin to her much. and davepetasprite is a mesh of both so idk. it’s a ship with cute fanon works of em hanging with outfits but that’s bout it.

janejake: i hate it. legit. this is disgusting and completely throws out jane’s character. like even in the fixed timeline the talk she had with dirk probably still happened on the god bed’s and how she acknowledged wha she thought was wrong on wantin jake’s kids and so on trickster still happened and how she also realized she might’ve overhyped jake. but lets throw it ALL out the window to force jake in an unhappy marriage in both universes and possibly force him to stay in candy due to having tavvy if i’m reading the implications right. even then jake isn’t good for jane either both got their own needs this ship would’ve been sunked in canon and WAS but the sequals are beyond it so maybe that explains it but it disgusts me.

roseterezi: guess in meat specifically. yeah i kinda dont...care for it, like i still cant tell if rose and kanaya broke up or if she just fucked off without breaking up either one is fucked up on kan’s behalf. even then i just dont care for their kismesis it got brought up once and that was it.

jaderose: candy wise i guess even tho it was a fling. it disgusts me still mostly because of kan’s behalf on bein fucked over and both goin through a ‘surrogation’ process without her notice. like fuck this shit the jaderose fans deserve better.

roxycallie: idk if this one’s canon but it’s heavily implied callie lives with roxy least in candy. it’s cute, cant deny it even in og it was pretty cute, dont really care for candy vers tho but then again maybe their not a couple in it idk what’s canon couples anymore.

johnterezi: literally fucked in meat universe and john has kismesis feelings for her in canon. it’s...interesting, idk tho i feel like it’s one sided on john’s side.

ms paint/spade slick: i cant deny it’s cute, he’d least know how to treat a lady but god i’d hope it wouldnt be his only defining trait with her. also want ms paint to call his bullshit out pls and thanks.

dirkjake: honestly i cant tell if their STILL canon in og or not god forbid the sequals. in general though...i dont. i honestly dont really like em together much. they seem like the type to least stay friends but idk bout another relationship would be a good idea for em. maybe later down the line but otherwise canon wise they need a break.

arasol: it’s cute, best ship. their quadrant was never confirmed but regardless their cute. sol tho in the sequals deserved better then to get abandoned by aradia goddamn.

fefsol: also cute, i live for both of em bein ass’s together.

erisol: oh boi this one...this was...yeah i cant even deny they wouldnt be too healthy, i like lookin at fanon ways tho for em. canon wise tho yeaaaah no these guys definietly wouldnt work.

gamtav: it’s...cute but boi gamzee needs some help i think.

gamsol: -sollux did imply he either wanted a kismesis or matesprit with him in one of the flashes- again same as gamtav.

aradia/equius: BIG NOPE nope nope nope equi that’s weird wha ya did never do it again thank fuck aradia hasnt been around him since.

meenahvris: it’s kinda cute, it was atleast, idk lookin back it does feel more unhealthy.

rufidama: baaaaaad i love rufi but he’s got some bullshit he needs worked out and damara deserves someone better.

rufihorr: just as bad as above, both deserve someone better or atleast horrus does with some therapy on it rufioh i think should just chill on relationships but it’s so obvious their not meant to be.

mitula: it’s cuuuuuute i cant deny it, ...okay fanon vers is canon is barely anything and tula does give more pale implications for tuna but with how protective she was over damara near him it’s sweet, but god do i wish canon tuna gave more feelings for tula.

kantula: it’s...creepy. like it’s so obvious the vantas bois cant communicate well but kankri’s crush feels almost pressuring on tula when he kept goin about them and goin “oh but we’re totally friends and i’m celibate so it’s okay its whatevs” like kan go to a corner give tula some air to breath.

porrnea: it was implied to be more of a fling. idk considerin aranea’s track record i cant really say i’d trust her in many flushed quads. and porrim seems the type to have hers open and not a closed off thing so idk they got different cases.

aranea/jake: i cant deny it’s fuckin cute, i’d would’ve loved if they tried to do somethin but aranea was definietly uhhh not a good choice for jake. least she backed off when he didnt wanna be kissed but man yeah, it was cute while it lasted.

kurmeu: i cant deny the idea kur forced himself quiet due to hurting meu hurts me in a sweet way but as of rn them bein ‘pale’ and him mind controllin her when we dunno if she’s alright with this or not is...disturbing.

vristerezi: i am HIGHLY doubtful this is canon considering everything but i guess i gotta cement this. i dont see em as canon in og or sequal wise since vris is still gone in both, even then i dont like, see it, i see it but idk man i like em more pale then pail.

erifef: honestly no. both are much too different for a relationship, kinda glad they uh...got cut short cause honestly even their moirailship wasnt healthy what’s to say a matespritship would? on BOTH sides mind you.

rosejohn: thank karkat’s shipping board. anyways, i think their cute cause fuck it rose is a bi-con to me, canon wise probably wouldnt work but i’ll take fanon.

spadePM: i dont like much of their implications, would be an unhealthy relationship regardless considerin spade’s flushed and PM’s pitch, they deserve some therapy and other people.

dadbert/momlonde: their cute i like the implications of em, sad they died though, it was cute while it lasted.

meowrails: may aswell count moirails in this shipping mess. anyways their cute, they gimmie sibling vibes course equius early into it was so...not a good moirail.

kurtuna: i guess it might be cute moirails? idk tho with kurloz’s implications it concerns me.

gamkar: as moirails...karkat was fuckin shit at his job i cant sugarcoat it. i get where it’s from he’s not gam’s lusus and shouldn’t be forced to check on him during his time of gettin high and such, i get they were kids, but god gam kinda deserved a better moirail. and then later on in the series it gets more fucked up between kar gettin stabbed by him and both in a pretty unhealthy moirailationship to the fixed timeline where gamzee is just shut into a fridge and kar doesnt fuckin care, like dude, wow. gamzee was bad yeah but damn, harsh a tad.

terezigam: as a kismesis it’s almost disgustingly unhealthy to me and honestly terezi deserved better and gamzee maaaaybe shouldn’t get a kismesis, ever, unless he can sort his shit out -the sequals tho wont do that lol-

minorly gonna count johndave in this: idk if i can see john reciprocating for dave so dave’s crush on him almost kinda hurts, especially since fixed timeline dave’s john is well, dead and our john is probably still different from his john, has angst but man i kinda dont mind it as a one sides crush it’s nice confirmation of dave bein bi atleast.

nepetajasper/jasprose: i cant see it, it’s disturbing i guess. i like em more as friends but jasprose is probably more creepy bout it.

signless/diciple: i think considerin the implications they were fuckin adorable and deserved the best.

summoner/mindfang: it’s kinda sad considerin its implied mindfang’s love for him might’ve been one sided, they could’ve been cute tho.

orphanor/mindfang: probably sounded like the best kismesis’s until he murdered dolorosa.

dolorosa/mindfang: BIG NOPE i dun like the implications.

condence/orphaner: since it’s implied orphaner had a crush on her, gonna say tho big nope considerin condence is a bitch.

condence/lord english: its hard to decipher their relationship in canon, but to cover all my bases it’s big nope to me somethin bout it makes me uncomfy despite both bein bastards.

Can I have your opinions on Equius?

Geez I wish I had the actual post and not just the screenshot for the ask meme, now I have to type it out

How I feel about this character: I LOVE HIM, he likes horses.

He is a pretty straight forward character, I rly like that about him, HS has a lot of complicated characters, also characters who are sad all the time, Equius is one of those character who comfort me by having a fairly minor role and being just what they are y’know. Like, he’s at the opposite end of the scale with Dirk on the other side.

I also liked some bits we got from him in Pesterquest, about him walking around delicately, about the effort he puts into not hurting others, those details make such a sweet mix to his character.

All people I ship romantically with him: Dirk and Dave mostly.

Dirk because their similarities also I like how Dirk sometimes likes to tease people he’s close with, makes him play off the more stoic characters

Dave had one interaction with Eq, and I loved it, Eq throws innuendos at Dave, which is something he does to other ppl, so he respects that, and Dave also interacts with Nepeta a lot, telling himself it’s ironic. I think that Dave really likes people who are genuine and upfront about their interests, Davequius is real good

Tavros x Eq is also real good, I imagine Eq repairing Tav’s legs and Tav just looking at him until he notices he’s in love.

Eridan too, kinda, I’m not sure tho bcz I hc Eridan Transfem and I can’t make my mind abt my hc for Eq’s sexuality, but Eridan would, and has flirted with Eq so there’s that.

I’ve also seem some Solquius art that’s pretty sweet

Karkat too! Eq had a thing for his bossy attitude and they r kinda nice to each other.

I also Imagined a Equius x Tavros x Dave x Gamzee concept for a fic, let’s just leave it at that.

My non-romantic OTP with this character: Nepeta naturally

Although I see the pale quadrant as romantic, I see them as real close friends who want to balance eachother out real nicely.

Also HC that Equius knits (It’s good to practice dexterity, and Eq is a mechanic, he’s gotta mess in tiny spaces) and he made Nepeta’s hat, and paws and stuff! The indigo color shows off that she’s in a relationship with a High blood so other trolls know to keep off.

Other friendships I like with him are him with Dirk, Gamzee, Feferi and Jade, they could be friends, that could work

One thing I wish would happen/had happened to this character: Eh, idk

I’m kinda satisfied with what we get from him, plus I feel like I’ve consumed more fanon content with him than canon material, so I’m chill keeping it like that.

Not every character has to be on more stuff after they r done with their part on the story, and rn, and where the story is, I’d rather he stays outside of this mess.

So yeah 5/5, pretty much a comfort character, he likes horses, boys and poetry, and I love him for that.

i will do all of them. starting with erisolkat:

ok im gonna be honest i used to hate eridan and for such a long time i was just like :/ now ive always loved karkat. who doesnt. sollux does NOT get enough attention as a character, and these men? they are in love. eridan doesnt die. sollux and eridan stop being fucking idiots. and THEN they both realize oh fuck i may or may not like this shitty rat man who screams and yells and throws tantrums all day just because hes not exactly the worst in the world to talk to

you know how everyone shipped eridan and sollux weirdly in the fucked up homestuck era? and how it was like not even a good ship because they genuinely dont like each other as people? develop that. theyre too similar and they hate that about each other and themselves. they have Trauma. theyve been cucked by lesbian queen feferi peixes (i love her tho she deserved better) and they dont always like to be douches. cue karkat vantas, this angry toddler sized doof whos surprisingly good at playing therapist, the only person whos really ever been kind to eridan, and sollux's bff. both eridan and sollux catch feels and the shittiest romcom ensues in which anticlimactically, karkat tells them both to get the fuck along, they do, cue erisol trauma bonding and BAM erisolkat formed. they are in love and also very stupid

pale solrezi is golden theyre blind theyre smart and they both love to tease karkat. what more could you want? terezi recruits sollux to help her and her gfs to scam some old men out of a couple thousand in robux. also sollux sometimes comes to terezi with problems regarding his Emotions that he cant tell karkat and terezi does the same with vriska and basically, they have some Complexes.

JADEROSEKAN. ok i love this but it needs more.. women so jadevrisrosekanrezi and thats on SAPPHICS

they live. in a house. it has so many plants and they have 6 cats named after different spices. they all just kinda ended up convening? vrisrezi happened first, then rosemary, then jade and rose saw each other and kanaya saw this brightly colored fashionable lesbian who could snap you in half with a look and instantly fell in love so they said fuck it. jade and vriska? oh boy those two went at it, theyre both pretty reserved and the whole bottling up feelings? isolation? narrative? the parallels are beautiful. jade and vriska were definitely pitch for a few months before they were like shit i respect you a fuck ton. rose and terezi? on the meteor they LOVED to talk about the most recent Red Boy Drama, complaining about dave and karkats most recent Dumbe Boy thing. they love banter so you can imagine the fun they had getting back to earth c, and then seeing their respective gfs already figuring shit out. basically this ship worked out pretty damn easily after a while of the girls being like damn if were so close why dont we just live together. and then they did.

basically it goes like :

jade: hi this is my gf rose and her gf kanaya and her gf vriska and her gf terezi and i love them all and we live together :)

Thoughts and questions on Volume 10, routes 1 and 2! ...finally.

-Back in Homestuck both Feferi and Eridan got the short end of the stick screentime-wise, but here, they both got a nice bunch of much-needed Interesting Stuff! It's a shame we're (almost surely) heading back to Earth now, to befriend the heck out of the alpha kids.

~ROUTE 2~

-MC expected the Heiress to be super awful, and then Feferi has literally 2 good endings (whose achievements seem to be reversed route-wise?) and her bad ending you get by actively choosing not to further interact with her. And of course, she's already very much against the Empire, even if she doesn't quite seem to interact with it...

-Maybe I read too many fanfics where all of the beta trolls rebel, but I'm kinda surprised that The Rebellion's still a Vriska & Terezi only thing. Let's hope we get to see if Fef does join up...

-Looks like the whole “Witches living in the middle of nowhere with their extremely powerful guardians” thing is starting to become a trend, huh? In Feferi's specific case her meteor probably fell right in front of Gl'bgolyb (a pretty damn large area, actually), who would’ve then immediately gone “holy shit a sky baby” and adopted her.

-Considering that the Condesce can just come down to Alternia and personally get rid of the Heiress (singular, explicitly), living so far from everything was probably a blessing in disguise. And maybe also NOT being involved with how the planet's run- though we'd have to ask a certain Trizza Hiveswap about that...

-She was planning on waiting thousands of sweeps before challenging the Condesce, though iirc the whole thing with Heiresses challenging HIC was something demanded by their shared lusus... She didn't really bother with future ruling plans in Homestuck because they were going to play SGRUB; though Glubglub also bonded more strongly with Feferi because HIC was too far from Alternia... enough to actively favor her over the Empress?

-We also get even more confirmation that seadwellers are OP: Feferi blows up a huge air bubble (that stays on the ocean floor) for MC not to drown like it's nothing, and she's very likely even stronger than Equius*. Meanwhile, Eridan gets thrown through a party cannon (that was just there on the airship for reasons i guess??) AND has Daraya's mall thrown at him by Sollux, and practically walks it off, though he does say later that it was close. You know who'd be a Great Additional Data Point??? Cridea Jeevik.......

-*However, they would not fight, as they both stan Nepeta. On a more serious note, having Feferi interact on-screen with the other trolls would've been very nice... she's hanging out with Sollux in Eridan's route but We Don't See It... We know she's friends with Kanaya, and she also had a pretty nice interaction with Vriska back on one of the walkaround flashes too,

-On seadwellers in general- neck gills are canon (though if i remember correctly a Very Old Tumblr Post, that'd actually not be the best place to have gills? Idk tho), as we can see in Feferi's route; and then we have Eridan, who we know has spent very little time underwater in his entire life, with his scarf *and* a high neck shirt. (this might just be me but. wouldn't it be super uncomfortable to have clothing touching one's gills??? i guess it would kinda depend on the specific take on gills, biology wise)

-Feferi owns a ~fancy air-producing conch shell~, so that's that for any fan seadwellers that Need to have landdwelling friends over.

-MC theorizes that there might be something that makes adult empresses evil... something external, such as a powerful curse of some sort... which would have to transfer from dead empress to freshly crowned empress somehow... really makes you think...

-Feferi can use one of Glubglub's eyes (?) as a crystal ball from which she can access the Actual Dark Motherfucking Carnival, and get metaphysical advice from there. And the one giving her said advice is our precious clown son Karako, who may or may not have gotten like 10 degrees on weird meta shit since we last saw him- assuming he's the same bapy as last time...

-According to Karako or whomstever is speaking through him, there's a creator above this world's creator, as well as another creator above him, and another one above her, and so on and so forth maybe? Wonder what's this setting up for........

-Feferi can either meditate her way up through layers and layers of meta, so she might access them and interact with them, or choose to change stuff in the Alternia she knows and lives in, small as it may be; both these endings have a lot of potential for cool stuff that I hope we'll get to see. Depending on the choice, MC is either a cheese or a marshmallow.

-In Fef's bad end, MC wonders about the workings and limits of their plot armor; they do give it a good whirl in this entire volume.

-I am incredibly pleased to announce that the ally/eely pun also works in Spanish (aliado/anguilado)

~ROUTE 1~

-We find out that both Vriska and Feferi have dumped Eridan- the first's likely busy being gay and doing revolutions with Terezi, but what happened (besides charming quirks such as charging for listening to him brooding) to make Fef break it off? In Homestuck she broke things off with him as soon as they were in the game and Glubglub didn't have to be fed 413 lusii a minute, but there's no SGRUB in Pesterquest; we see Fef's mom in her route, yet we don't hear anything about Eridan's whole Orphaner Jr thing...

-Regarding his additional lack of friends: it's perfectly understandable that Kanaya would drop him, considering she had to deal with a lot of his bullshit back in the comic, but I thought Karkat was actually friends with Eridan? Before Murderstuck of course, but that's obviously not happened in Pesterquest...

-Eridan's 13 years old (and also in charge of feeding glubglub, let's not forget that), where the hell has he found the time to make a nuisance of himself (to the point where employees in some places are legally allowed to stab him if he bothers them) on like half the actual planet????

-MC's reaction when confronted with a room full of fancy clothing is, of course, Big Hype... And wanting something new for their wardrobe.

-so, are Eridan and Roxy nb wizard solidarity?

-Chances are everybody’s already seen this by now orz but I need it to establish a base: Hussie's made an statement where he explained -amongst other things- Eridan's deal with Shrek, originally from [S] Collide. That post could be summarized as:

1) highblood lusii tend to suck ass because of high expectations and low emotional availability, & seahorsedad wasn't an exception; so when the trolls were looking up human stuff back in the meteor and Eridan found Shrek, he saw him as a Good Lusus Figure.

2) Sollux, however, has a good dad that loves and supports his trans son (as sollux trans confirmed) and is also Kinda Ogre Shaped, and Eridan resents him for that → rivalry

3) (it's also confirmed that the eridan from [s] collide was legitimately so happy to be spending time with his dad shrek that he never realized he was dead)

-So: where did Eridan (more like whoever’s in charge of the cinema actually?) get Shrek 2 from if he's never had any contact with humans in this timeline / reality / canon chunk??? It might be one of the Funky Timeline Changes we made in Aradia's route.

-Also: if Eridan knows Sollux is trans (implied in the post but not confirmed), then the conversation the two have later in the route (and specifically Why Eridan begins that conversation) kiiinda takes a dump on his talk about gender (which otherwise is a very good sign that he's got the potential to be a decent person IF he gets his shit together and also thinks about other things -most obviously the hemospectrum- with the same level of depth and all that).

-MC's had their first taste of their Homestuck memories. Let's see how they get them back this time.

-not to self plug (too much) but one of Eridan's fancy articles of clothing looks a Lot like an outfit that's appeared in Mirrorbent?? (← warning for a bit of blood) The one with the purple and yellow gradient in the rack furthest to the right... the one in mirrorbent is basically Gramma Loreto Rights: The Jacket

-After the rollercoaster of hapenings that is his route, Eridan finally understands that he's got to change himself and unlearn all of Alternia's bullshit if he wants his situation to change for the better. Can't believe it took getting An Actual Mall thrown at him to make him realize that...........

-(That mall is of course the one from Daraya's Friendsim- and she sure felt like a Destruction class back then... 2x hopeprince combo mayhaps?)

-Kanaya said in Sollux's route that it was less than advisable for him to overexert his powers, and the only thing he *doesn't* use here is his psionic blasts- hope he's fine! (then again this is probably our last volume on alternia and blah blah blah)

You seem to know a lot about classes and Aspects. Could you explain the classes of Prince, Page, Maid, and Witch for me? No pressure tho

The classpects are sort of up for interpretation, and there are elements which im getting at least a little bit different from the interpretations of others, including Andrew Hussies, but sure, I’ll give you mine

A Prince is a leader who destroys his or her aspect or brings destruction through his or her aspect, which is in relation to the Heir Class, who is given their aspect naturally and passively or bestows their aspect upon others as an inheritance.

A Prince is aggressive, calculating, and fancy themselves to be rather Machiavellian in their designs as Eridan and Dirk are by their nature. They think ahead, plan their moves and consider their options.

Princes are often faced with tough decisions and making difficult choices with no clear cut right or wrong answers, and in spite of being great leaders, they might end up being hated for their decisions even if it was for the betterment of others.

Companions are incredibly important to Princes and this is one of the things that separates them from Heir, as a Prince, like a Lord needs servants to command for their power. Unlike Lords, they arent just given their servants, they need to form a relationship with others in order to secure their power, much like how a Prince actually needs a powerbase in order to secure the Crown and the Throne, or else he will be declared a pretender and forecfully removed by someone more loved and suited

After all, what is a Prince without a Principality? A General without an Army? A King without a Kingdom?

They NEED their friends and allies, otherwise they will struggle.

This is one of the reasons why I think Eridan is so heavily misunderstood as a person. When he told his friends he was going to surrender to Jack Noir, he wasnt doing it out of a sense of cowardice, he was doing it because he saw it as the only real viable option for survival left open to them

He was in fact being a Prince that was Humbled and swallowing his massive ego, and risking death in order to save himself and his friends. But he made the miscalculation of trusting them when he was isolated from them for a protracted period of time and being a bit of a douche for most of the adventure from what we saw.

The Page class is related to the Maid class, and these two classes serve as the servant support classes of the game, who aide other classes through their aspect, and it is through others that they are equppied by their aspe-

Wait, no, not that kind of Page and Maid

The Page along with the Maid are the Support classes, and through their aspects, they help others and themselves with said aspect in some way, such as Tavros providing Freedom, Jake providing Hope, Damara providing Time, and Jane providing Life

Through this act of aiding others, they become stronger and grow both as players and as people.

Their growth erecting them to to full mast of extended potential, and the power of their girth becoming difficult and hard to contain behind the fabric inhibition as they forcefully insert themselves into the cavernous position of the spotlight, and they set themselves up for the ultimate release of their ever building need to unleash their inner beasts as they come into their full maturation that is adulthood, finally fulfilling their fantasies of grandeur.

All their Dreams realized, filled with the length of Hope and glazed with the sticky hot goodness of Life… and their Vaginas~

Meaning they can become quite powerful as they slowly come to embody their aspects over the course of their playthrough.

But they will always be subservient to others in some way, never really becoming true leaders themselves.

They might come to have what it takes to be Captains or trusty Lieutenants, but they usually dont have the gumption for being Leaders like Princes and Heirs do in most situations, so they naturally will gravitate towards a Lord, Prince or an Heir in some way.

The Witch Class is a bit of a wild card, as they Control and Manipulate their Aspects directly, combining the roles of Sylph, Maid, Seer and Mage into one, but are highly independent unlike other classes such as the Page or Maid, they dont need no man Prince or Heir, and they operate according to their own whims. Going against the grain and doing what they thing is the right thing to do.

Witches are a Support Class, but they do it on their own terms, even without being told

In fact, they can work against the team and their efforts, undermining their goals whether they know it or not. Usually its not their intentions, but it can happen and the Witch goes craven mad and needs to be set straight, usually by a Prince or an Heir, Classes they often come into direct conflict with, though not always in a negative way.

Witches shouldnt be entirely trusted to do the right thing, even if they have the best of intentions when trying to do said thing.

But when properly tamed and reasoned with/put on a short leash, they can be very powerful, actively serving a variety of indirect support roles

Just whatever you do, keep a close eye on her and dont let her usurp you. Keep your Witch placated and you will have a real powerhouse on your team to fill nearly any support role.

Just be careful if she starts cackling about her pretties

yes good! eridan doesn't like it much mainly bc he likes being in control of the situation. it's really hard to push down troll instincts and to give in to cuddling. but oh boy, if he likes you and cares about you??? prepared to be cuddled! cronus has no weird qualms, he's just very grossly touch starved and honestly? I get it. dualscar likes cuddling tho he's pretty new to it. he loves holding his partners close and feeling like he's protecting them from the world.

You're currently in the hideout, leaning on one of the counters in the kitchen. You've got coffee, it's basically just coffee flavoured warm milk and honey at this point, and sandwiches and you're just fine, no body's forgetting no self care in here today, no sir.

Eridan

Your name is Eridan Ampora, and it's been a few days since you went up in flames and decide to go up and fuck it up for everyone. You haven't beat yourself down enough. Lies, you have, not that you will stop. You go up and out of the kitchen just because you are hungry and hey, stress eating in the place where the food is basically always there is in your top 3 preferences. You look slightly messy but nothing telling. And then there he is... Gamzee. And the fluster of emotions that you have forms and collapses in 3 seconds of less. Fuck emotions. "Gam..." You nod and well huh. What are the leftovers for today.

Gamzee

"Yo Eribro," you return the nod and look him over a minute, feeling a curling of something in your own chest, before you nudge your untouched sandwiches towards him. "Want some?" Yes you are sharing food you'd made just for your own self, or you're trying to. Offers there if he wants it. "Holding together, alright?"

Eridan

"Yes I would." You kind go over and reach one of them, and then wolf it down because fuck manners, you are tired. "Pretty good." Alright so. That isn't a good question for you. "Yes you could say that, like of course there is trouble but you know is whatever for me, Bec has been good of aid, how about you, how have you been?"

Gamzee

You shouldn't be as pleased by that acceptance as you are, or the words you get from it afterwards, but you are so keepin that good feelin in your chest now, is yours. Then he gives you a lot of words to pick over and you blink at him, figuring out what you wanna say. "Not as bad as you obviously," yeah, you're not gonna tell him about that shit, he's got enough for his own things to be worrying over. "Bec's a good woofbeast for stress times, he's good soft."

Eridan

"Well, that's alright I suppose." You are grabbing another one, you are taking another sandwich. You kind of use that as a excuse to scoot a little closer "Say Gam,... " Now think of something good and interesting. It's not that complicated. "So hows the stuff I got for you?" Well that went poorly. "I would expect you to find it pleasurable in some way or I'm afraid we might have to get more if I dared to get you things you don't like."

Gamzee

You'd cocked your head at him, shifting towards him in interest when he'd said your name, only to snort an amused noise at the question he gave ya. "S'good, s'all good stuff don't you be worrying none about how I'm liking them," please give ya a lot more time before bringing ya anywhere near that store again, the first trip was long enough for you, it don't need repeating yet. "I'm even using it all consistent like, yeah? They's good, ya did good with 'em."

Eridan

"Ah of course, of course I'm that good at this stuff. Makes all sense honestly. Why would I ever make such mistakes, you are lucky you have me". That is a huge flip flop from your previous statement and you know this which is why you just focus on eating instead. Your grandeur theatrics heavily go against your worried. Aw fuck .You make a bit of a face. "I'll be the judge of that." You get closer, kind of just to get the smell of him. Does he smell like broke this time?

Gamzee

"I am aren't I?" Ya teasing him a little bit, you're being honest a little bit, s'good. "Messiahs know I ain't knowin no thing about it." You're fine with him gettin close enough to smell you, cause you smell like expensive clean and it's a good smell. "See?" You smile for him, a small proud thing. "Gots me smellin all nice, don't ya?"

Eridan

"The luckiest." You tease back. You did kind of expect that, his hair looks great, better than other days, you can already tell without the needing to smell, but you do anyway. "Just what you deserve Gam, you are a nice thing that deserve lots of nice things. You are quite delectable."

Gamzee

"Well... a body did say I had ta try ta 'relish the now', yeah?" You're all kinds of referring to those horoscopes he did a bit a time back, yes, yes you are. "S'a good thing I ain't minding bites none then, else there'd be some trouble there, wouldn't it?" You think that's what that word means anyways, pretty sure.

Eridan

That gets you to snort and give him a smile, the sort of your face smile which isn't really a smile but you know. You are very amused. You take back your space again just so you can shove more food in your mouth. "I can't believe you listened to that mess, and here I thought I was smug." Wink. You did kind of say all of this with food in your mouth. Swallow. Oh GOD NOPE CHOKE A LITTLE. What a bastard. That took you by surprise. WHEEZE. Okay okay, you are fine this is fine, smug smug. Pick it up. "..." Nope.

Gamzee

You had been about to tell him that of course you'd listened, you always listen to his show, why wouldn't you? But then the little choking and concern and you've set down your mug, hands flittering and not quite touching but concerned all the same. "Ya alright there, bro? Wouldn't do no one good if ya got got by some bread and meat, yeah?" You're watching him close, had that last bit been too much for him?

Eridan

It wasn't him, it was what YOU thought when he said it. Literally going out there to hit yourself in the confusion. You take another bite of whatever is left of the sandwich while making eye contact mostly because you need to leave one thing clear for him and for yourself. "Bold of you to think I can get got ever, by anything. Not even you would be able to."

Gamzee

Confused honk here. "Alright?" Your head's cocked all puzzled woofbeast-like again, your hands shifting back out of his space now that he's ok. "Sure, that's good? Yeah," you blink at him, shifting where you stand as you continue to consider him, maybe... maybe now wouldn't be a good time for that after all? No, no, no if ya didn't soon ya wouldn't ever. "Can I... be askin a thing of you?"

Eridan

"Yes." That was ridiculous. Why do you keep fucking up so much. Well could be worse. "Well, what would that be?"

Gamzee

You're here now, time to get your confidence together to keep going, you can do this. You step back towards him, close again so you can lean down, giving him all kinds of time to pull away and stop all of this, ta send ya both off on your ways if that's what he being preferring. "Can I kiss you?" you ask all quiet-soft, waiting, waiting for his decision.

Eridan

Oh. You were wondering were it was going to go around that. Wow Hm. You blink a couple times and your fins go up and down. "... Of course Gam." So what did you want with him again? Right, quadrants are starting to go on your head again. No pitch but was it flush? 99% flush for sure. RIGHT RIGHT. Do something. "Can I wash my teeth first tho? I don't want to go in our first kiss with my breath smelling of meat" NOT THAT.

Gamzee

It's really motherfuckin hard to be nervous when you're laughing, like really motherfuckin difficult ain't no way to do it. "Nah, nah ya good," you tell him around the genuine thing that being pulled out of you. "If ya said ya couldn't handle a kiss when I smelled broke then I think I can be good with this." You have permission now so you're gonna take it, a gentle-kind thing as you press your smile to his lips.

Eridan

There is that soft violet on your face now. If that is any indication of anything. At least you made him laugh with your antics, not what you intended but understandable. "Fair." And that is a kiss. One soft gentle kiss One that you have to lean into to be able to get well. Your hands get to his chest and by that point even if its the first with him you melt right into it. You just kind remain there both because you like it there and because you haven't noticed how exhausted you truly were until you were asked to show weakness for 5 seconds and you aren't ready to let go yet so you just put your head on Gamzee's shoulder. "...This is a good place."

“If Imma be anything,” you woulda shrugged there but he’s getting himself all settled and ya don’t wanna be disturbing that none. You’re all kinds of good with him staying there for a while, the weigh of him’s nice against ya. “Ya can stay for a bit then, I won’t make ya move ‘fore you’re ready to.”

Eridan

"Don't tempt me Gam, I'm a sniper, I can sleep standing or in any position you know?" Truth actually. You could sleep there if you really wanted to but no. That's asking for people to see you like... like that. Weakness is for Gamzee at this moment. You make sure you fin's brush his face softly as you stand back properly. "There are better places to rest around, I hope you know that. And to kiss around but that is besides the point"

Gamzee

“Skill for for ya ta show me later, then,” you make a soft little thrilling-chirp at the ticklish feelin of fins brushing against ya skin and let him stand himself back to his feet. “I could say I do, or I could ask ya show me, which would ya be preferring?”

Eridan

"Well, since you initiated how about you get to pick this time, not every time of course that would just be unnecessary." You make sure to at least accommodate all clothes or hairs that might have gotten crooked by that, real quick. There we go polish once more. "Take the lead." Just once.

Gamzee

"If ya gonna be kind enough ta let me motherfuckin choose," which you're pretty sure it's unlikely to happen often but that's more than motherfuckin fine, choices can be all kinds a difficult a times. "Then we could go somewhere else so ya can get some rest on, yeah? Ya seem like ya could use it." Maybe also kiss him a bit more, maybe yeah.

Eridan

"You are very much welcome deary." Yes you have started with the awful pet names. You won't be stopped now, and if someone tries to stop you they have over the office of 'i dont care'. "Well lets go then" Fuck it, you catch his hand as many times before and give him a nudge. Lets go, slinky.

Gamzee

Oh, oh pet names, oh, oh now there's purple on your skin, most of it's not visible but there's visible colour on your neck. A weakness. You need a moment before your words come back to you, by then he's got your hand, hand holding is a good thing, you're here for that, and you're being nudged along. 4/13/18 ‘Hello’

An EriSol Humanstuck fanfic written off the song 'Hello' By Adele

Hey thith ith Thollux. Thorry I couldn't anthwer your call, tho go ahead and leave a methage after the beep *BEEP*

Eridan sighed softly, listening to the message that he had almost burned into his memory. He felt it was finally time to actually try to talk to Sollux again.

"Hey, Sollux, I-it's me Eridan. I was uh...I was wondering if you'd want to meet up? I know we left off pretty bad all those month's ago, so we can...maybe go over everything" he said softly, taking a deep breath and looking off to the side and sitting the picture of himself and Sollux on a pier . "You know...they say that times supposed to heal you but...I haven't healed much......."

He lifted his head in shock as he heard a sudden click on the other end of his line. "h-hello? Sollux is that you? Can you hear me?" he asked, heart racing and his voice shaking a bit as he heard a deep breath before a sigh on the other end. "Yea...I can hear ya ED" Sollux replied softly. Eridan started to tear up a bit and covered his mouth, a soft whimper escaping him as Sollux spoke up again.

"Lithen ED, I'm home....You caught me in a daydream honethtly. How we uthed to be when we were younger and didn't have tho many thingth holding uth down. Before you dethided to call....I had forgotten how it felt before my world thatered around me" he said softly. Eridan automatically felt his heart drop to his stomach.

Sollux was referring to the night Eridan had gone out to Cronus's Bachelor party and gotten drunk before having sex with a few different people. Granted it was all instigated by Cronus that night, but when Sollux had tried to get Eridan to have sex with him a few nights later, just to make him feel better about accidentally cheating on him, but it all went downhill when Eridan called out another's name. Things had happened so fast and he couldn't do anything to stop the pain he caused with that one word.

Eridan quickly came back to when he heard a soft hello from the other side of the phone. He could partially feel the tears that were rolling down his cheeks as Sollux spoke. "ED? Hello? Can you hear me? ED pleathe I mutht have called your name a thouthand timeth!" he whined softly as Eridan gave a sniffle and nodded. It took a moment before he realized Sollux couldn't see him. "I-i'm sorry Sollux....I just....I-i just called to tell you that I'm....I'm so sorry for everything that I did....that I HAVE done." he replied softly.

"But....Every time I called you you...you were never home I-i just.....I even came to your apartment and banged on the door....just shouting your name from the hall" he continued, sniffling as the tears started to freely roll down his cheeks. "At-at least I can say I TRIED to tell you I was sorry for breaking your heart Sol" he sobbed, looking away from the photo he had been looking at.

He heard a snort from the other end of the line before an overly sarcastic reply was given. "Well it don't matter now doeth it ED? It CLEARLY doethn't tear you up like it doeth me." Eridan couldn't help a soft, almost bitter laugh as it escaped his trembling lips. "Tho....Eridan pleathe.....Letth get thome coffee alright? Fill'th Cafe?" Sollux asked, a small mile in his voice. "Let'th thay in thirty minuteth leave your apartment and we'll meet up like we uthed to."

Eridan agreed and the call ended, quickly going around the apartment and getting himself ready. He paused to catch a glimpse of himself in the bathroom mirror and he could see the bags under his chocolate brown eyes, the way his clothing just hung on his slim form and the now pale purple puff of hair he had always managed to convince his boss to let him keep. He looked like a mess.

Thinking quickly, he managed to get himself in the shower and actually gel his hair back in the way he knows Sollux likes it and grimaces. When was the last time I did my hair? he asked himself, shaking his head. He got things settled and donned a dark purple shirt and his favorite pair of dark blue jeans before pulling his shoes on. Damn, five minutes late to leave already.

He darted out of the apartment, locking it in his wake and hurriedly walked down the board to the cafe. Fill's Cafe had been the place they met, the place that Sollux had proposed. Eridan's eyes started to water as he ducked his nose down into the red and blue infinity scarf he wore. The wedding would have been set for the next day had Cronus and his own fucking marriage that sent Eridan and Sollux down this path.

Eridan shook his head and tried to hold back the tears as he looked up to the faded green and yellow sign to the cafe. He could hardly think straight as he stepped into the cafe and looked around. Sollux was sitting over in their usual spot, two coffees in front of him and an empty seat. He looked up to Eridan with a small smile, waving him over and watching the younger male.

"Sollux I-i-i'm so sorry I-I was I mess I had to take a shower a-and-" he froze as Sollux raised a hand, moving towards the seat in front of himself. "Hello ED....." he said softly. Eridan nodded and sat down, looking off to the side. "I-I'm sorry Sol.....it's so typical to talk about myself like that......i-i'm so sorry" he whispered, shaking his head before turning a sad smile up to Sollux.

"I-i hope you've been well" he said softly. "Did....you ever make it out of that dead end job?" he asked, tilting his head as he carefully took the cup in his hand. Sollux let out a shaky sigh of his own and nodded, throat tightening at the sight of Eridan's engagement ring still settled neatly on his finger. He reached out and took Eridans hand, pulling it over and turning it over in his own, computer calloused hands. "ED.....ith no thecrete that the both of uth are running out of time....It'th what humanth do, get mad at one another, leave, and grow old with that bitter feeling in their hearth" he said softly, taking a deep breath and looking up to meet Eridans with his own bi-colored eyes. "I'm thorry I broke your heart Eridan" he whispered.

Eridan's heart nearly stopped as Sollux removed the ring. He couldn't put two and two together at this moment. He came here to tell Sollux he was sorry, to beg for forgiveness and yet, Sollux was pulling the ring off his finger. Eridan let the tears he was holding back roll down his cheeks as he softly started to sob. Sollux looks up to him and frowned, moving out of his chair before getting down on his knees with Eridan's hand held to his chest.

"Pleathe don't cry ED, you know I hate theeing you cry" he whispered softly. "I'm not trying to puth you away. Eridan pleathe, give me a thecond chanthe to forgive you. I know thith ith a weird way to do it but....I-i jutht want you to put the ring on a chain.....Give me a chanthe to forgive you properly and we can try thith again later on" he said softly, holding the ring up for a moment before placing the golden band down in Eridans palm.

Eridan watched him closely, putting the ring on the table and nearly jumping into Sollux's lap as he pulled him into a hug. "Thank you sol.....thank you" he whispered, hiding his face against Sollux's neck and let his boyfriend shush him softly and enjoy the feeling of the other's arm around him like they should be.

This one's a bit weird, but what about these kid/trollswaps: Rose Pyrope, Jade Peixes, John Zahhak, and Dave Vantas

Rose Pyrope, raised in relative solitude, not meeting Dragonmom until she’s 10ish years old (about 5 sweeps I’d say), with solidly middle class income. She writes. ALL of the fanfiction. She’s got access to resources, even though everything has to be shipped out to her, so she probably frequents whatever the troll equivalent of Wish and Amazon are a LOT, probably has a bunch of dumb wizard flarping gear that she really likes, as well as “edgy” and “sinister” flarping gear that really just makes it look like she shops at Troll Hot Topic. She lives in a tree, so she probably waxes poetic about the sound of wind rushing through the branches much like she had that lil tangent about the sound of rushing water underneath her canon home. Meeting her lusus in her dreams and learning how to “see” with her nose would probably just make her even more inquisitive about the world around her, another method by which she can take in information, though Dave probably makes a lot of jokes about how “nosy” she is B) Rose has a Scalesona and she and Jade roleplay together ALL THE TIME. Rose being the Seer of Mind would probably result in her role being someone who sees into the minds of others and can understand their psyche. A blinded Seer (not physically blind, but like, magically blind) would have issues seeing the good or ill intents of those around them, and probably just blindly hope that things will work out for the best without critically thinking about a person’s actions and motivations, while a Seer that came into her godhood would be, well, something like a therapist, something like a psychologist, something like- Rose. What I’m saying is Rose’s interests absolutely line up with being a Seer of Mind very fucking closely. She’d love that role give it to her please.

Jade Peixes would be quite similar to Feferi, I think. Being a child, and a very monetarily privileged child, she’d likely have a skewed perception of the world and very lofty, well-intentioned, but ultimately juvenile plans. “Kill the Condesce, rule Alternia, make everybody be nice to each other” would sum it up pretty nicely, and I could picture her being a little condescending herself. Probably still bottles her own emotions and cares too much about what other people are feeling and if she can help them out at all, and idk if Eridan is still around in this AU but if not it’d be fine because Jade, like Feferi, is a fucking kickass STRONG girl (or, gill, as it might be ;3) who can haul whales on her own. Probably has a bunch of fancy ion rifles and whatnot and only uses her trident for ceremonial stuff. Wouldn’t enjoy killing animals because she likes those a lot and is enamored with how cool animals are, but a duty is a duty and unless she has a friend or datemate to help her out then she’s the one who’s gotta do it. Probably thinks her mom is really badass, even though she’s pretty strenuous a lot of the time. Rose is very likely the only person who can get her to open up about how sucky having to take care of her is, bc, again, Jade does not like to talk about her feelings, but Rose is as nosy as she is loving so hey it works out. As Witch of Life, Jade is probably filled with enthusiasm at the fact that she can bring about LIFE. She doesn’t have to kill anything she doesn’t want to anymore, just some battle imps and those are just Game constructs anyway, she’s a HEALER, someone who can impart life into others! Gone are the nights of having to kill things just so she could avoid killing other things, her focus can move away from death, and focus instead on growth, on life, on Life, and that’s so wonderful! She’s so, so HAPPY with her role, she is all but too glad to move mindsets from focusing on death to instead flourishing with life. Probably gets along with the horrorterrors of the furthest ring really well and says hi to them whenever she’s on Derse. They’re like, her weird great-aunts and uncles, sort of, her mom was their emissary so she’s sorta like, every horrorterror’s baby sister/niece.

John Zahhak! Strong boy against. It is a role meant to help him grow not by challenging him in ways that help him into his role, which allows him to flourish, but challenges him by forcing him to go against his natural inclination, against what he’s used to, against what he was raised with, against his own expectations. He has to fight against staying quiet on the sidelines always watching, never engaging, so that he can become involved with his friends and engage in healthy emotional interactions. He has to fight against his own upbringing, that told him that he was important and others weren’t. Has to fight against the idea that has been pounded into his head over and over and over again that the world is cold and harsh and uncaring and he has to realize that life is as kind as we make it, and there is kindness in him, there is goodness in him, and he has to step out of the shadows and DO something with that.

Dave Vantas. Hoooooo. Paranoid boy. Very paranoid boy. Thinks the WORLD of his crabby dad. Very very twitchy. I can’t really see Dave getting particularly angry or short fused, but I CAN see him being deeply insecure which leads to him saying things he doesn’t necessarily mean in order to make himself feel/seem better, which inadvertently hurts others. Rose is a MENACE in his life because she’s very snoopy and he is secretive for a REASON Rose! He loves her dearly tho. Probably thinks that John is “cool” and “aloof” and “mysterious” when really John just doesn’t know how to engage. Very likely still makes shitty comics and they more than likely satirize the caste system, also the rigidity of quadrants. So like, it SEEMS like he’s making general run of the mill schlup to any algorithms looking for civil dissent, but people who pay attention can tell that Dave is actually doing some pretty quality satire for a tiny child and it’s some quality stuff, by which I mean the quality is terrible as Andrew Hussie is evil. Knight of Blood means he’s fiercely protective of his friends, and with Crabdad’s upbringing, he’s a right menace to anything he considers a threat. Is the mom friend of the group. “Have you eaten today?” “You need to eat” “So help me god I will go to your planet and feed you myself if you do not put some food in your body” “No popcorn is not a meal eat actual FOOD.” Being protective of his bonds likely means he still has some pretty fierce abandonment issues tho, and likely is still just as much of an attention whore as he is in canon because he needs to know that his friends still love him and want him around and care about him. It’s very important to him, but he winds up coming off as clingy which he HATES because he can feel himself doing it but at the same time he really really really could use the reassurance that he’s not being annoying but he feels like if he asks to much that MAKES him annoying and who does he even think he is, anyway. His blood color is a source of p big anxiety for him and he’s likely internalized a lot of the “if you’re hot blooded youre not important” rhetoric of Alternia. Fortunately, it is his bonds with his friends that then turn around and keep him safe from himself, because all his friends love him and absolutely do NOT value him any less just because he’s hot and off-spectrum, and yeah okay he can get a little annoying but they don’t think he’s annoying as a person! Just every now and then. They probably all do some stupid friendship gesture like in Yugioh or smth so Dave can always know that his friends love him and it’s cheesy and ridiculous and they all love it.

TG: *tg begs that ac does not eat him over and over he shouts to not be eaten by her*

AC: :33 < *ac carefurlly considers not eating the crow* AC: :33 < *in the end, howefur, ac opens her maw and asks if the crow would like to watch a documentary about animals!*

TG: *tg stares in disbelief at his tactic of begging actually working* TG: *not wanting to give ac any reason to eat him he accepts her invitation* TG: *he says that he would love to*

AC: :33 < *ac says that this rolepurrlay was furry fun!*

TG: *tg says ditto and would like to do this again sometime*

AC: :33 < *ac agrees but must go now so she will troll you again in the furture*

Well, that was pretty fun. Soon enough, you both will be able to use your powers for evil. And by evil, you mean to annoy Karkat, at least a little bit. Maybe you could invite them both out at some point.

You hear the doorbell ring, and you go to the door to find a package at your doorstep. Sweet. More stuff to review for your channel. As if you didn’t have enough shit already.

You set up your recording stuff and start recording. You open the box in absolute silence and slowly pull out the merchandise. It’s a rug. A very, very soft rug.

“The first carpet industry was made in 1791 by a dude named William Sprague in Philadelphia. However, it isn’t the United States that make the best rugs. Eastern counties actually have the best carpets, like India. They make a hell of a lot of rugs. This rug isn’t from India though. It’s just a really soft rug. Look how soft that shit is. Softer than the nicest goddamned silk in the world.”

You rub the carpet against your face.

“Just be sure to take off all the tags so you can get the full sensory experience of the rug. Now, of course, I can’t just keep rubbing my face against this lovely carpet. I’ve got to put it on the floor where it can do what it’s supposed to do. Be a rug.”

You place the carpet on the floor and step on it. You wriggle around your toes.

“Still just as amazing on my feet as it was on my face. Though, you might not want it to rub your face against it once you’ve rubbed your feet on it. Unless you’re into that sort of thing. I’m not judging. But you might want to wash it.”

After a few more minutes of rambling on about the texture and color and other sensory stuff about the carpet before stopping the recording.

Time to edit the fuck out of this shit. After you find a place for the pink carpet you bought. It was way too nice to throw away, and pink is a great color.
