Wow! Well, the good news is that we fully plan on ordering ice cream mochi in the next order! I love the enthusiasm.

The more neutral news is that you may want to look into getting some help from a professional. I love mochi too, but it's important to have many different support systems beyond just the on-campus student run co-op.

That being said, I feel the same about the chocolate covered pretzels and Izzys.

it is important to me as an educator, as an artist, and as a person that the idea of people suffering unnecessarily being discussed as “something that everyone goes through” or as a way of “paying your dues” does not show up in what i put my time and energy into; putting that energy into the universe not only causes direct harm, but is almost always avoidable and entirely unnecessary and is something i actively fight against in my own practice

that being said. i do think the kids these days absolutely need to go through the experience of trying to find absolute garbage weed from some vaguely sketchy friend-of-a-friend-of-a-friend lameass dealer who will absolutely rip you off and charge you upwards of fifteen US american dollars for one (1) gram of what is essentially seeds and stems THIS is my pull yourself up by your bootstraps soapbox

#i went to the dispensary today and was reminded of the Before Times when weed wasn’t legal in massachusetts and the deep perils of trying to #source decent weed; and this was at HAMPSHIRE COLLEGE #the california dispensary as a cultural community bougie hub still blows my mind given i remember how much i smoked in undergrad in #comparison to now AND how much money i was spending then

what if I just don't go to college and live at the bottom of a pond instead

#post posting #the onlh schools i really like enough to spend four years of my life and thousands of dollars #either have ridiculous acceptance rates or dont have good art programs #theres always mass art but i dont really love it there #and i dont think i could get in #but i also dont want to work my ass off to get into a school with a low acceptance rate #just to end up feelinb stupid and surrounded by people a million times smarter than me #like. i want to be an art teacher. thats all i want. this shouldnt be so complicated.#i also really like hampshire college as a school #but i domt love the student environment/jobs prospects after?#and its really expensive for a school where you dont even get graded on things?#i love the course options and the campus #but i dont know that i love the school #like i dont want to spend all that money just to get an unspecified bachelor of arts #and have limited job prospects because of it #you know #ugh #they should invent a college that has the exact qualities that im looking for that i could actuallu get into
