Yuuta waited the whole day at work for his birthday. He wanted to spend time with his girlfriend. He even told his boss that he wanted to finish his shift early, and luckily, he got permission. He drove home and opened the door with the brand new bag he bought for his girlfriend, only to hear some "noises" coming from upstairs. He left the bag and rushed upstairs, opening the door..

"What are you doing?" Yuuta looked at his girlfriend with another guy on his bed! He just couldn't believe his eyes. His one and only girl was cheating on him. He was traumatized, wishing he had never seen that. "Hey Yuu! I'm sorry!" she tried to apologize, covering her body. "It's not the first time you've told me that you'll break up with this loser, and now he found out. Are you happy?" the guy said, getting mad at her as he started wearing his clothes.

"Get out of my house!" Yuuta frowned, pushing him out. "And we're over!" he told her firmly. "Get out as well!"

After this happened, you knocked on his door holding a birthday cake, not knowing what had happened to him. Lazily, Yuuta opened the door, his eyes obviously puffy from crying. "Yuuta... What happened?" you immediately hugged him, holding his hands after pulling away from the hug. "I'll tell you... Get in," he said, smiling a bit, relieved that someone checked on him other than his friends who just texted him "happy birthday" like any other year.

You sat down on the couch near your best friend. "So... what happened exactly?" you asked, looking at him as he sighed. "I gave her everything... Then she left me and cheated on me with a much older man." You gave Yuuta a pat on the back. "Tell me, how are you feeling?" You were willing to listen to everything at that time. "I feel worthless... I did everything I could," he continued.

As Yuuta was talking, you couldn't hide the fact that you were glad they finally broke up, leaving Yuuta all for yourself. In fact, you even sent that guy to flirt with Yuuta's now ex-girlfriend so he would hate her, and you would come to the act that you're an angel who will comfort him. By that, you seemed as the only person who can truly understand him.

"You know Yuuta," you looked into his eyes deeply, "you deserve better anyway… Someone who would appreciate you and your efforts..." Yuuta thought a bit about your words, and all he could think about was you. He knows you're the only one who could comfort him immediately realizing that he saw you more than a friend. "You know y/n, let's forget about her…" he blushed looking at you, "you came to celebrate my birthday together, let's celebrate!" he smiled as you did too. "I'm glad you were born," you said giggling.

You gave Yuuta a piece of the cake and smiled. "Do you want me to feed you, my prince?" you joked, holding the spoon near his mouth. "Definitely!" both of you giggled, forgetting all that happened.

But definitely, If some other girl tries to talk to him, you'll do the same, over and over, till he chooses you. 🤍

Fairytale

You had been tossing and turning for almost an hour now, trying to drift off to sleep. You hated keeping Sanji up with your constant movement, but you just couldn’t get comfortable.

“Sanji?” you whispered. You knew he was still awake; his thumb was still rubbing against your arm, trying to soothe you into sleep. 

“Hm?”

“Can you tell me a story?” you asked. 

“A story?” he questioned. His voice was groggy. He had probably been on the verge of sleep several times before you had woken him up by your movement. 

“Any kind of story. Maybe it’ll help?” 

He hummed, thinking for a moment. 

“Once upon a time, there was a prince. He was a bit different from his brothers and sister, and they bullied him relentlessly.”

“How was he different?” you interjected, peeking up at him. 

You could feel him tense, thinking of an answer. “His siblings were…special. They had magical powers that made them stronger than any normal human. But the prince didn’t have those powers.”

“Why didn’t he have them?” you whispered.

“I dunno,” he admitted. “It’s just a story I’m making up.”

“Okay, okay. I’ll listen now.” You snuggled in close to him, closing your eyes to listen. “How did they bully him?”

“Oh, in the normal way. They beat him up, and ruined his creations, and they locked him up in the basement and pretended he never existed. He was trapped down in the dark, with nobody but the mice to talk to. He was utterly alone.”

You listened to his fairytale of a story about the hardships the little prince endured. Sanji was always such a romantic, over-exaggerating life and the experiences this imaginary boy was going through. He was so descriptive that you couldn’t help but be impressed by his storytelling abilities. 

“He escaped, though. With the help of his sister. He ran away from his family and he never looked back. He freed himself and found a new family to love. The end.”

“No,” you mumbled softly, almost asleep. “That’s not how stories are supposed to end.”

Sanji looked down at you, alarmed. “What do you mean?”

“He has to go back and beat them,” you said. “He has to take the throne and help the people.”

“Ohhh,” Sanji purred. “I see. Well, the good news is that the king was actually not a ruler of people. He was a conqueror.”

“That’s worse.”

You felt his had stop rubbing your arm. “Is it?”

“Mmmhmmm.”

Sanji sighed. “Well, how about this? The prince wanted nothing to do with his family or the throne. His family became a simple legend, withering away into nothing but stories. The prince, though, made a name for himself. He supported the family he loved and kept working at his passions. And he found people who loved and accepted him for who he was instead.”

It wasn’t the ending you wanted, but it seemed good enough for the prince. You were on the edge of falling asleep, so you didn’t object to his fairytale.

"Don't think about them, Julie…this is our day. Follow me, you'll see soon."

Luke's big hand gently squeezes hers, and in a flash the conflict written across Julie's face morphs into joy that reaches to her sparkling eyes. He's right; today is their shared birthday - even if celebrations are held for them, they've already stayed at the salon plenty: it surely would be enough! The food was great, especially the cake which looked to be more suited at a royal wedding, with its multiple tiers… truly, a day to remember. Though, the day is far from over, and Julie can barely hide her excitement as she runs together with Luke, gathering her formal dress in her glove-clad hands in order not to trip on it.

"We told the servants to leave the presents in our room… I was just informed about the delivery of a big one."

A big one? What could it be? Curiosity peaking in the moment Luke pushes the bedchambers' doors open, Julie's eyes dart through the slit as it widens.

And she gasps.

In her and Luke's shared king-sized bed, there is a… big present.

"H-Happy birthday, Prince Luke, happy birthday, Princess Julie."

Luke finds Julie's free hand, the other busy covering a wide-open mouth as his lover stares at the naked Prince Keith Howell in their bed.

Well, he's not naked, he's practically fully dressed in red ribbon, from neck to toe, wrapped like the present he is.

The gentle caress returns Julie to Earth, and she notices both men looking at her - once Luke successfully steals her attention, he beings explaining.

"We talked about this with Keith, remember? He wrote me a letter where he said he's ready and willing to…join us… It couldn't be a birthday surprise for both of us, but we tried to at least save it for you. Julie, if you don't want to right now…"

"I want it!"

Both the rhodolitian and the jadean princes widen their eyes in surprise at Julie's enthusiasm, but judging by the way she remains with her eyes tightly shut, she might as well be surprised by her own reaction, as well.

Luke's lazy laughter is like a gentle breeze on a scorching hot summer night, and Keith's nervous chuckle feels like rolling on the cool sheets on the other side of the bed. She must be thinking these things because her dress starts to feel a little too much in contrast to Keith's stark nakedness as he nervously slides a knee on the silky bedcovers.

"Prince Luke… don't forget that- ah- this is s-supposed to be a birthday gift for both of you…"

"Mmm…" Luke tilts his head a little, adjusting his angle as he looks for another enticing spot on Keith's neck. He settles on the conjunction of his nape and shoulder, and traces the outline of his lips with his wet tongue before kissing the chosen spot. Of course, it's not any innocent kiss; it's an open mouthed one that quickly reshapes into suckling teeth-first into the flesh.

Luke has caught himself spacing off a lot in those tea parties with Keith; not because of what he conversates about being uninteresting, but rather because the stag-crested prince has one too many pretty attributes in his person. One such attribute is his beautiful skin; specked with miniature freckles there and there - much alike Luke's own sweetheart, Princess Julie - and also there's that patch of blankness of one side of the neck, as if to entice hunger. Or at least, that's what Luke has been thinking, on those tea parties, snapping out of it only when the prince bashfully rubs that same spot on his neck, asking if he's boring him. Luke has been shrugging it off with the conclusion he must be craving honey - the hunger is the same, no? Admiring an attractive person is a given sometimes, and he knows for a fact he only ever has eyes for Julie. It's only when she shared out of the blue one day how pretty Prince Keith is, that Luke realized their observations match.
