of the many injustices put forth toward the show by fans i think the most overall damaging and telling of a complete lack of critical viewership is the idea that sam riegel builds his characters with nothing more than the bit in mind. like you are only telling on yourself if you think characters like scanlan shorthalt and veth brennato are one-dimensional and depthless

#if im being exTREMEly generous i can maybe understand this view of scanlan if you started c1 and then gave up 30 episodes later #he played the long game with him more than any other and a lot of his growth could be looked at as shallow if you DIDNT watch til the payoff #but any time this opinion is used as a blanket over all of his characters including tary and even FCG.. like be serious #i mean at this point im definitely biased bc he is my favorite player at the table. in my ending of the dsmp, wilbur finds out abt exile and captures dream, dragging him back to that sorrow filled sand and trades him to XD, the revival book in human form, XD loves his rules so he accepts. XD turns dream into a portal to Limbo, where wilbur gets to see ghostbur eye to eye.

wilbur wakes up in the sand alone, but with a fullness in his chest.

He makes amends with who he can, he leaves the door open and the window cracked. He rebuilds Lmanberg with his friends and family, on the side of the crater, homes line the walls with ladders, stairs, and porches. There are long tunnels expanding out to other nations, other homes and towns, they trade together, they visit.

Hes not president, he doesn't want to be, theres no cabinet, just people. Tommys taken on the leader role, keeping the history alive is important to him, Wilburs proud of him, and he knows when he leaves, theres something to always come back to

"Annabeth would keep her last name", "Annabeth would hyphenate hers and Percy's name together", "Percy would take Annabeth last name", I don't think Annabeth would want to keep her father's last name. Annabeth has a very complicated relationship with her father and even though it got better it's not really the best father daughter relationship. Annabeth has said that she does go to Sally and I'm pretty sure that Annabeth went to visit Sally about Percy when he went missing to comfort eachother. Sally loves Annabeth like her own daughter and I know Annabeth has said that she loves her dad and is happy she tried to fix it that does not erase everything that Annabeth went through when she was a child. Annabeth's dad never really chose her and it did effect her in the future. Her dad left her behind to start a family but never thought of her until later on in her life when SHE tried to reconnect. Annabeth is very close to Percy's family and it is possible that she would want to change her name to Jackson when she gets married to Percy. Percy chose her over everything while everyone else in Annabeth's life chose everything but her. Her dad, like, her mom, everyone close to her chose someone else while Percy chose her. I don't think she wouldn't want to have the last of someone that left her behind as a kid. She loves her dad don't get me wrong but she can still love someone but choose a name of person that has loved her and a family that welcomed her. I just think Annabeth would choose to change her name from Annabeth Chase to Annabeth Jackson if her and Percy decide to get married.
