Don't you want to become a Cult Leader?
Characters: All for One(Hisashi), Yoichi, and Original characters
Summary:
Have you ever wanted to become a cult leader? Do you know the freedom it entails and the atrocities you can commit? All for One learns what his life is truly meant for.
"Don't you want devoted followers?"
A man much older than him asked with a delighted smile on his face as stared at this white-haired mutant. Void dead eyes stared back as those words rang loudly in his ear at the one he had defeated. There was a fanatical look, this wasn't the first time he has seen him.
Just another sucker Hisashi scrapped money off of by peddling him some random power. An odd sort, no one special or even worth knowing. Yet it seemed he had tracked him down again.
"The hell are you talking about?" He scoffs. He didn't have time for this his little brother had run another fever for some reason. To the point that he couldn't move so only came out to get more money. The man smiled widely because in a sense he did give him attention. Likely the rambling of some nutcase.
"You've been blessed! The marks on your hands are a sign you are a messiah, a symbol of humanity's next step in evolution." The man jeered, and the young man scoffed. Delusional, all his father ever saw his kids as a demon and burden. Leaving them with a mother who couldn't handle it alone anymore.
Some Messiah.
His fingers instinctively clenches over the palm of his hand never one to enjoy keeping them open.
"Oh, you're an insane person like my religious father," Hisashi jeers with amusement finding these religious types just so funny. Spilling platitudes and nonsense with no value, "Why do I need a bunch of dead-weight strangers?"
The man seemed surprised at the rejection. Did he assume that because was doing some shady underground power exchange, he was that desperate? He needs extra money as his business job was a shit hole that still hasn't given him that raised his promise. Yoichi's medical aide isn't cheap considering he needs outside 'help'.
"You still aren't awakened yet fully," the strange man noted softly. Hisashi's eyes narrowed wondering if should get rid of him since he isn't supposed to remeet those he works with. His hand cracks with light electricity as a warning knowing the power he gave this idiot was weak.
Only to be startled by the man clapping his hands in delight, "I can help you! People would leave their families for you! Give you money or even their body I can already see it now. This very world is hell itself and you will bring it order even if it is by cruelty! The moment you touched me it gave me this revelation! Everyone needs to know your brilliance!"
Hisashi steps back as this psycho walked toward him with that insane admiration. As if the moment he had received some power something broke in this man's brain. It pissed him off wondering what made the other so happy looking at him. He was just some ordinary man stuck in a damned dead-end job while the government did nothing to prevent the verbal abuse he endures.
"Isn't this your will that you pushed on me!? To become a god-!?"
In a fit of rage, he killed the blathering man when this man went to touch him... And this feeling of disappointment remained unsure of what came over this man as well as the worry about anyone discovering he had killed someone. His hand ached and itched at the wasted quirk but also fear of getting caught.
He needs to run.
Damn, he hated this world.
---------------
It lingered in his mind despite the fact he had other things to worry about like a teenage little brother. His work at this wretched company once again skimped him on his pay raise. Instead, they scolded him for his 'behavior' as he wasn't acting like a team player.
"Honestly, you're the only one here that complains and refuses to do over time! You need to learn to respect your elders more before you come bothering about a pay raise. But then I guess should expect it from a mutant," the last part was said under his boss's breath. Hisashi grits his teeth hating that the man wants him to be a slave but refused his deal.
As if he was going to work overtime to not get paid when has someone at home. But there isn't anything he could do about this bullshit.
"I do my job perfectly and usually finish by the time my shift ends. I still don't see why, me, refusing to stay over time is a deal breaker," Hisashi tried to speak calmly as forced a smile. Sadly it isn't very effective against a boss who has a powertrip over trying to break every new 'meat.' But he enjoys how it pisses the man off that he isn't affecting him.
"Tch, get out of my office! I already made my decision and that's final also dye your damn hair as we've said!"
The boss sneered bothered by his smile. Hisashi sighs as he gets up and bows though he doesn't go all the way. Enjoying the annoyance showing on the man's face at the half-asses respect as he leaves. But underneath he was fuming wondering why the hell he is still at this damned place.
He studied, he worked, he went to college like every other fucking drone in this society. He crawled over every other person to get to this position and yet in the end he hit the wall. Just like every other hopeless mess, his hand moves to touch his hair knowing exactly the reason. Despite his qualification, this is all they see, his refusal to conform to their desires.
As he returns to his desk the fire of spite was still fresh knowing he should work but a thought entered his mind.
If I was a cult leader maybe instead of being scorned they would cower in awe.
Hisashi frowned. The thoughts have been becoming stronger as is his urge to use his power. His hands were always itching to grab at something to shove in his pocket and take home was common. Kleptomania has always been a problem to the point was taken to a therapist, too bad their parents chickened out when they did say something was wrong.
Still, this felt different, not even when he comes home to his little brother did the feeling leave. Now thoughts of becoming a cult leader. How absurd there is only one result that could bring.
Ping~!
The sound of an email arriving on his computer sounded catching his attention. As he looked at the email he stares at the title.
Do you wish to learn how to charm people?
Well... Hisashi can't deny his curiosity.
------
"Hey, Big brother?" Yoichi spoke up. Today he seemed to be doing better and healthier. Seems the money he got from that expensive foreign ass doctor was worth it. If the free health care wasn't shit in this current climate it probably wouldn't be such an issue. Then again the doctors barely even know what is wrong with him.
"What is it, Yoichi?" Hisashi needed a smoke his nerves still shot at another failure for that pay. Not that he allows his little brother to know he has any problem. He can handle this.
"What have you been doing?" Yoichi was as blunt as ever. Those eyes looked at him curious but also concerned. Guessed he has noticed him sneaking out during odd hours but it is best not to admit that.
"Working," Hisashi answered. "Come on don't look at me like that Yoichi I'm fine you just focus on your highschool life before you get another episode."
He just hopes some asshole at the school remembers to mask up when sick before Yoichi goes through another hospital trip. He hates his brother going to that school it was a ticking time bomb now starting to understand why their parents kept him homeschooled if could. Not that Hisashi had many options for homeschooling if needs to work. What was it the parents always say? You'll understand when you have kids?
Too bad it is his little brother and not his actual kid.
...He shouldn't think like that. This is the only family he has and it isn't his fault his health is like this. But damn the other constantly questioning him can get frustrating.
"Stop acting like my dad it's weird," Yoichi was quick to remark. Making a face that didn't enjoy being 'talked' down to.
Hisashi looks at the brat who was trying to cross the barrier. As if he didn't sacrifice a lot to keep his ass out of the system before was even eighteen when their mom couldn't handle h̶i̶m̶ them.
"When you stop being a burden to our finance over a cold then you can tell me how to act," his word was harsh but it got the result he wanted. Watching those green eyes widen and his form shrink it made him back off. It was only the truth though so isn't too sure why that would bother him so much but it at least worked. Results are all he cares about.
"By the way, I'm probably going to be looking for new employment. So my schedule going to be a bit erratic," Hisashi informed. Taking out a cigarette as he goes to step outside. Though he glanced at Yoichi noting how he looked miserable. "What? Did it seriously bother you that much what I said?"
It honestly baffled him. As he's sure Yoichi is aware of this simple fact but he looked like he was about to-
"Hey don't cry! Why are you about to cry!?" Hisashi questioned startled as his little brother had tears in his eyes. Feeling himself becoming stressed at the tears in the other's eyes. Shit, how does he fix this?
"I'm not trying to be a burden!" Yoichi shouts his hands on his lap as his teeth were clenched. "Why do you always have to bring that up whenever I protest? Do you hate me that much?"
Hisashi tries to wrack his brain at how had come to this conclusion. He takes a moment to process the other's statement, "What? Why would I hate you?"
The smoke break and murder of his lungs can wait. Walking over he kneels in front of his little brother his large size allowing him to examine the teen boy.
"I love you a lot. It's why I'm doing all this I was just stating the truth it isn't anything to cry over. You know I'm just like that," Hisashi may have no idea why his brother was crying but he was trying. He reaches out to grab his little brother's hand and continues, "Look, no matter what I might say or do. You are important to me if wasn't for me caring about you I wouldn't be here. And you need me too, after all, I ain't abandoning you."
He knows that he isn't exactly... Parental. The other needed a dad and all he had was his apathetic and dead inside older brother. He used to have so much more life and joy, his little brother likely missed when would drag him outside to have fun. Playing roughly and how would spend every moment with him if could even if got him sick. It was a precious memory.
Unfortunately, he had to grow up.
"How about I buy you the last new chapters of, Captain Hero? I heard it is really good," he notes with an awkward smile. Yoichi slowly calmed down his tears only small sniffles as removed a hand to wipe his face. He was much too old to be crying and likely eventually Yoichi might rebel harder. He isn't too fond of that idea when is trying, but he was sure if this new work endeavor works out then it will be alright.
----------------
These cults were interesting.
Hisashi had technically 'joined' one out of curiosity. Though it was clear they were slowly starting to realize he wasn't invested like the others. The seminars quite frankly were about how amazing and perfect their leader was.
He had a mutant power. A weak rare 'healing' power but he can tell easily it was more about a euphoric sensation. Basically, the man had a touch that made you feel like you were on cloud nine was the claim. Everyone wanted to be touched by him and Hisashi studied him.
He experienced it once.
The man had touched him and it took all of Hisashi's willpower to not strike back. The touch was something else but beyond that, it wasn't as insane as everyone acted. Making him wonder if it is only because of how much he talks it up that they think it is some orgasmic experience. When it is just small shocks.
That wasn't the interesting part. It was just how every single follower was pathetic, desperate, and hopeless. They had no hope in themselves but in their leader who is spewing only lies. Spreading promises of happiness and joy while suppressing any desires for them to leave. He guessed if those are the targets of a cult it makes sense since many people have lost their homes, families, and everything.
Mutants, normal, and the odd ones were here mixed in the crowd. Though it seems the leader doesn't like being observed like a lab rat. One day he had tried to leave only to end up grabbed for a talk.
"You don't believe that I'm a real god, do you? I would think the business type would be more open-minded," The leader questioned. Hisashi doesn't say anything as he was shoved. Noting that the man that herded him in had blocked the entrance. Hisashi recovered as he fixed himself a bit.
"Come on now we are all adults here. I'm not about to expose you as the fraud you are," he puts on his businessman smile, "I'm just about to leave and you will never see me again."
Seems he somehow had said the wrong thing. This was to be the final time he make such a mistake in being so honest.
"You don't believe me a god? My my, I think you misunderstand. You can't just 'leave' once your in," the cult leader spoke as walks toward him. "We need to fix that come let me give you my touch. So we can open your mind."
What happened next would make anyone puke as his hand touches him in places he never wished for. "Don't touch me!" Hisashi howled hating the sensation trying to elicit fake emotions. It was a mistake he won't make again in his naivete. Seems it isn't just society that would rip siblings from each other but men themselves seeped in filth.
The cult's leader very soon learned though when he had his men restrain to give his touch. He learned this boy had no heart to change but the itch had grown. With an unfathomable strength calling all those works he worried about calling at once, he grabbed the man's skull-
And crushed him like a grape.
"W-What the hell!? What are you!?!?" The guards were shocked and horrified pulling away from him with fear. Blood still coated his hand and despite most people would be horrified at what he had done... He felt euphoric. Wondering if it was because of the man's quirk prior that he stole before crushing or maybe he was just this fucked up on the inside. A ringing in his very chest that felt so empty seemed to sing.
As he looks over at the guards a wide smile formed on his face as he felt like those villains in those comics. Like he had just finally been freed by whatever shackle had made him cautious of going too far. The fear on their face at his smile only made him cackle as he finally says what had been on his mind since that psycho asked if wanted followers.
"I'm above that fraud and I'm going to show you what a mistake you all made in trying to contain me," he jeers knowing he was always broken inside. He always has been hating every rule and monotonous life he was forced to live working for other people. Abandoned by their father and their mother's untimely demise. So leaving him the only one to struggle to care for his brother. To conform to what others wanted just to survive in this miserable existence with small-time peddling.
Unloved. Unwanted. The only thing he had is a little brother whose health depends on how much money he has.
But right now, for the first time in his life, he felt joy in this depressing and monotone life because he finally understands why he exists.
----------------
Even if the leader was a fraud he had taught Hisashi everything he had needed to learn about how to gain followers. With actual power of worth, he can do more than dumb parlor tricks and shocks of euphoria. The government didn't exactly help make the many mountains of mutants end up shot down any lesser. So he focused on that.
After all, his old job presently has him in work limbo because of his conduct so he has time.
He learned to run toward any chaotic scene. He was no hero he had no intention of helping the police and this time he won the lottery. Someone's superpower had gone out of control and then the police came at him with guns blazing. This time tho they escaped without becoming a chalk line with people wondering what happened.
Such a sorry sight. She was curled up in the corner of the trash the evidence of flowers crawling across her features and even on the trash. A pretty thing though not his type looking almost sharp. Those eyes stared intently at him with a burning fear as the flowers seemed to grow even more.
"Relax, I'm only here to help," he assures with a small smile as he walks toward the other. Memorizing how that cult leader and how held himself with decorum. Slowly extending a hand to the woman as he smiles, "You may call me..."
All for One.

"Everything."
Trigger warnings: A major (very beloved) character is brutally murdered, and there's a whole bunch of other violence. Please, use your best judgement, and remember to put your mental health first :D!!
For those that want to proceed, hope you all enjoy <3
Summary: All for One goes toe-to-toe with All Might (again).
It ends in flames.
Note:
This post and all the tags underneath inspired me to write this story: https://www.tumblr.com/marunalu/715670959100690432/okay-i-dont-have-faith-about-this-but-it-would-be?source=share.
(All of the blogs shown in the post are amazing! And I can't recommend them enough!)
--
All for One has been around for a long time, and with that time, comes enemies. He’s had many.
Various governing bodies.
A few no-name heroes that he made quick work of.
The Yakuza.
And some low-level villains that thought they could double cross him.
But each of them was a tick on his to-do list. Nothing but hosts from which he can quirk shop. Truly only one (does it count as one if there's a never-ending line of them?) of his enemies given a run for his money. And he means that in the worst way possible.
All Might.
He hates the man.
No.
Hate is not a strong enough word.
Loathe?
No.
If he had to settle on a single word, All for One would have to pick: Abominate. Yes, he abominates the showboat of a man. The stupid blond oaf with his brother’s stolen quirk.
The man who took everything away from him.
It must be fate that he gets to fight him once again. Kamino hadn’t been a fair fight (neither was the one before that one), but All for One is willing to let that go (no, he isn’t) for this chance to put All Might in his place.
They make eye contact.
All Might smiles at him. His briefcase and car unconfigure themselves into a mechanical suit, giving him the barest of protection.
He smiles back. He smiles so hard, his face hurts.
“All Might!” He practically screams, landing hard. The ground shakes. “Come to die by my hand?!”
When All Might responds to him, his voice is muffled by the mechanical machinery - robotic and a little staticky. It reminds him of their fight in Kamino, though it had been his own voice at that time that was muffled and changed.
“I won’t let you get to UA!”
He grits his teeth together. A familiar burning sensation builds in his chest, creeping up his throat (not yet).
“And how, pray tell, are you going to stop me?! You playing Iron Man will slow me down - at most.”
“Slowing you down is all I need to do.”
Something twists in All for One’s chest.
“For Midoriya Izuku?!” He asks, flinging himself out of the way of an oncoming robotic fist. He uses the split second of the suit regaining its balance to throw a punch of his own. The impact leaves his fist and funny bone ringing, but he does manage to dent some of the metal.
“Deku-”
For a second, All for One is transported back in time.
A time where his main concern rested with wiping his son’s tear-stained face, because someone decided to dissect his wonderfully unique name and twist it into something ugly and unbefitting of someone so, so…. good….
He remembers the anger he felt upon hearing the dreaded nickname for the first time. How much his son had shook in his arms, trembling and hurt ( they hurt him. They hurt him so badly, no amount of hugs and rambling about quirks made it better.) At the time, he elected to do the morally right thing (mostly because he couldn’t risk leading anyone back to his family), and went straight to the boys’ parents.
The group of boys were scolded and made to apologize to his son.
His son had beamed at him. Sunny and whole again. “I think Kacchan wants to be my friend again. He said sorry, which means everything’s all better.”
Hisashi found himself secretly hoping-despite his experience of knowing how these things play out-that his son was right. Anything to keep Izuku smiling at him. That smile means everything to him.
But….
….everything wasn’t fine after that.
The little brats went right back to teasing and poking and prodding his son over minute differences. Every little flaw of his son’s was judged swiftly and harshly, being tied back to that horrid nickname. And that little smile he loved and coveted so much.... slowly went away.
All for One’s throat burns - the quirk almost has a mind of its own, crawling up his oropharynx. It waits (impatiently) for its chance at being used. Too long it’s been since he could use his favorite quirk.
“Do not,” He starts, combining a minor strength enhancer with a spike mutation, “call him that!”
All Might-the bastard-dives out of the way. His suit creaks. “That’s Young Midoriya’s hero name! Deku’s the name of a hero!”
A tear-stained face with a runny nose pops into his mind’s eye. He can see it so clearly, like his son is right in front of him.
“Shut up!” His voice shakes the ground.
“No!” All Might gets a hit in, using the momentum from the ground shaking to get closer. “I will gladly fight to protect Deku! My boy-”
All for One thought processes screech to a halt.
His boy?
His boy?
No! No! No! No!
“He’s not your boy! He’s never been your boy!”
Even behind the mask of steel, he just knows All Might is smiling. “He. Is. My. Boy!” He pauses after each word, as if giving All for One some time to process what he’s saying. “I may not be his father, but I have seen him grow! I have seen him become the best version of himself!” A metal fist makes contact with his face. It stings and he lands thirty or so feet away. “I have seen him thrive and fail! I held him after his nightmares and kept him nourished when he was out hunting you! That boy is my son!”
The burning sensation creeps upward, he can feel it in the back of his mouth. All for One suppresses it.
His body trembles. He blames it on the effects of rewind, which seems to be slowing down (as he appears to be the same age as when he arrived but hasn’t completely disappeared because his injuries from being punched are completely gone). It’s definitely not because he feels the stabbing pain of jealousy.
(His son replaced him.)
“How dare you!” He bellows. “You took everything from me! My empire, associates and connections, and everything in between!” He dodges another of All Might’s attacks. He airwalk to propel himself right at his nemesis. “But I could live with that!” Water drips down his cheeks.
Is it raining?
All Might staggers backward but struggles due to the robot’s bulky nature.
“I’ve lived with worse! I can always rebuild my empire!” His voice shakes a little, but he doesn’t waver even the tiniest bit. He punches the front of the machine, sending it toppling to the ground. “But one thing I can never forgive you for, the only thing that can’t be replaced or rebuilt, is my family!”
“What are you talking about!” All Might shouts, trying his best to scramble backwards. (Keyword: trying).
“My family! You-you took me away from them!” He stalks forward. “I couldn’t go home after you…” All for One swallows, looking down. “My wife and child needed me! They needed me and you took me away from them!”
When All Might speaks next, it’s not in the expected tone of a haughty hero. “I’m sorry, All for One.”
He waits for the backhanded insult, but it never comes.
“You’re sorry?” He falters. What’s happening right now? How does he proceed? His mouth is uncomfortably warm, but nowhere in his thousands of plans did he have All Might apologizing to him.
“Yes- sorry I couldn’t incapacitate you sooner!”
All for One is on guard once again. This- this is the tone he’s come to know.
“I’m sure your family is better off without you in it!”
The blond oaf’s words hit him like a freight train. They hurt. They hurt and All for One wishes they didn’t! And they shouldn’t because none of it is true!
He remembers hearing the doctor’s droning voice reading his wife’s letters to him. They all more or less read the same: Izuku is inconsolable and wants his dad to come home.
He thinks of how tightly his tiny family would cling to him after he came home. They would lay together for hours on end, watching movies, cuddled up and happy and content with each other’s presence.
He thinks of his wife’s almost compulsive need to run her fingers through his hair. (Height difference be damned. If his wife wanted to play with his hair; she found a way).
He thinks of his son clinging to him during thunderstorms, or after a bad dream. How they would sit on the living room couch, and Hisashi would rock his too-tiny son side-to-side.
Before he can think better of it, “fire breath” escapes his mouth. He douses the suit in flames, listening as All Might screams in pain. Being cooked alive inside a makeshift oven can’t be fun, but then again, neither was having his face ripped off.
“You are not his father!” All for One yells over the muffled sounds of screaming. “I am! He is my boy! You are nothing! Nothing! Worthless! Nana Shimura is looking down at you in shame! Shame!” He has to pause his rant to gulp some air down. His heart beats erratically inside his chest. “Izuku Midoriya is mine!”
And, as the screaming abruptly stops, All for One sets his sights on his primary target.
Next stop, UA!

MORE NAGA AU!
YO! IT'S ME AGAIN WITH NY RAMBLES!
Tumblr media
Anyways! I have been able to think about it more!
Warning! Character Death! Angst!
Tumblr media
Summary!
Before I ramble if you don't know about my Naga AU Izuku is basically a bitter person who has issues and after the events of the USJ and Sports Festival transfers to the Hero Course, albeit reluctantly.
Now Onto More Plot Points!
I was thinking about his backstory because I wanted it to affect him and have Izuku hold some hatred and disgust towards his quirk. Not by a lot, he learned to love his quirk overtime but in the beginning? Yeah. He did not love it. Here's what I gathered:
Izuku was eight when he got his quirk. He had four years of quirkless discrimination under his belt already, however, how did Izuku get his quirk? Trauma. A forced activation quirk. Izuku watched his father - yes Hisashi was a good, but still not often present, father - die in front of his face to gain the quirk.
His quirk.
Another plot point is that Izuku is a descendant of All for One and Izuku knows that. He watched as his father, another descendant of All for One, die in front of him because the man, in his last moments of life, told Izuku about his family. Why his "Papa was never often... around," Izuku activates his quirk and bam!
All for One is currently clueless that Izuku is even related to him, he only knows that he's the somehow related to All Might. Or so it seems.
Why is All for One clueless? Izuku never took the Shigaraki name. Hisashi knew he was being chased and when he met and fell in love with Inko, Hisashi practically begged to Inko that Izuku will take her name rather than his.
Inko and Hisashi are said to be married, they had their vows and everything but Hisashi made sure his status was single in fear of All for One, his predecessor, taking away their lives as well.
Once Izuku realized the absolute shit crap his dad's family was, Izuku deceived his own mother, and made her believe and still to this day say that Hisashi is working aboard and sending cards like he used to. If only she knew it was her own son sending those post cards in fear of her sadness.
Izuku carries the guilt and constant fear of not being able to protect his people enough, he already failed the adult naga, to not be enough. His dad died in front of him and no matter how cruel and cold he is to everyone, he's scared of not being able to protect those who are close to him. Those he cares about.
Heavy emotional trauma and healing.
During the training camp arc another plot point appears! I mentioned before about the ocarina Izuku gave to Bakugou! Turns out he also gave one to his mother, whose a nurse, and his mother, Inko, explains about the ocarina and why Izuku became feral.
The ocarina is a wind musical instrument originated from Central America! (At least, that's what Google tells me,) back to the story, Izuku's ocarinas that he gave to his mother and Bakugou are made by his scales. They are designed to only be played by them, if anyone else plays the ocarina, Izuku will assume they are in danger and then turns feral and goes, no matter how far, to protect them with his life.
This is one of those moments where we see Izuku explicitly show worry and care to Bakugou, who for the longest time thought Izuku hated him, and 'Bakugou smirks because a league member played the ocarina that was meant to be his.
The fact that he was kidnapped doesn't help his case. Bakugou just knows that once the Naga comes around, venom will be spreading around his fangs.'
So, yeah, the ocarinas Izuku makes are made by his scales. He will know when it's played and he will know if they are in any danger.
After the training camp, Izuku starts to mellow down a bit, still guarded but a bit nicer that when Izuku and Bakugou have their (other) argument. Izuku admits straight up, to Bakugou of all people, that he cares for their class and that he hates that he will never be enough to protect them. That he will have to see another person who he cares about die in front of him while he's weak and useless.
Izuku has a inferiority complex and it will show.
So far about the snakelets, I've confirmed about only four. A pair of twins, the youngest who admired the adult naga, and the second oldest who's a teenager.
I only managed to get a sort dynamic to the youngest, second oldest, and the adult naga. The youngest naga admired the adult naga and swore to be like him. However, once he died the youngest started to project the adult naga to the second oldest and the second oldest knew. And they didn't have the heart to reject that but they knew what the youngest was doing.
The adult naga came when Izuku was nine and was processing his quirk, he hated it back then, and when Izuku cried out of nowhere the adult naga appeared. The adult naga was like a father figure to Izuku as they grew together and when he died? Yeah, it was like Hisashi all over again but worse, Izuku could've prevented that.
Which is why Izuku doesn't like Aizawa, at first, his 'father' died for this man.
Aizawa is just wondering how he can get Izuku to like him (he has seen how he acts with Mic.)
Edit: WHY DID IT TAKE ME A LONG SECOND AS TO WHY IZUKU LIKES MIC?!
(The names Hizashi and Hisashi are so similar! (In spelling.) Which could be another reason as to why Izuku likes Present Mic!
Aizawa is sobbing okay -
That's all I have for the Naga AU, which isn't a whole lot, but hey having more of a general idea helps!
P.S I have been drawing the Naga AU Izuku and I will post it when I get it done!
Bye-Bye! This almost made half of my soul cry but yeah! Hisashi wasn't a bad father, maybe absent but he had a reason! Anyways - see y'all in the next ramble!

An au please prompt where izuku has the same quirk as spinner
Ooooh. LETS DO THIS.
Ok! His Dear dad had.... A Small problem with cheating. And both spinner and Izuku looks so damned similar. The looks are actually where it ended. Ish
Izuku was more Bearded dragon then generic Lizard. Which was fun! Sure he hated the discrimination.(Katsuki wasn't a Complete asshole atleast). Sure the names are... Unique. But he also is determined.
He gets Ofa. His Mutant features are more Prominent and his senses are dailed up to like 90, he enjoys being able to spot the different insects. Great snacks, Into UA like Canon. USJ was... Interesting.
He preened in the heat he coaxed out of Shoto. Still gets asked if he was a secret Love Child. Shoto. Never change dear.
Final exams were shitty, Katsuki really was stubborn..not as much fighting eachother tho.
But holy hell breaks out when he see's spinner and he just screams. "HOLY FUCK. MOM IS GONNA FLIP HER SHIT. YOU. LIZARD DUDE! DADS NAME?"
"HISASHI???"
"NICE TA MEET YA, IM YOUR BROTHER. GIVE UP VILLAINY!"
"WHY?"
"MY MOM MAKES GREAT INSECT LASAGNA!
"you son of a bitch. IM IN"
"can I come?" Toga
" YO. CAN TOGA COME?"
"BLOOD GAL? SURE. GOTTA STOP COMMITING CRIMES THO"
*Crunch* (All Might taking advantage of the Confusion. He successfully knocks AFO out)
"I NEED BLOOD"
"OH! CRAVINGS! I GET THAT. ILL TEXT MY MOM. ANYONE ALSE GIVING UP VILLAINY?"
......
They all ended up sitting in a park in the middle of the night eating food and chatting about why they did the shit they did. Also Inko hugs Tenko. Turns out she his aunt! Fun!
Unfortunately they had to go to jail. Izuku got grounded
Dabi didn't join tho. Still had a Bastard of a Hero to kill.
So that's how Izuku solved the LOV problem by having a Bearded dragon Quirk and his mom being a GOAT.
the OverHaul fight went the same. But holy shit, he never wants to see a Pissed off Izuku again he swears he floated, smoke spewing out of his mouth. Written off as a mad man's rambling.
This has been Kore's Rambling of a Au! ;)
Btw thank you so much. I like be that I am getting asks and being able to write like this for you guys. I love you all!/P

black rabbit of death || trial 1.2 || elishama || re: Hibiki, Hisashi, Alou
Eli raises a trembling hand, squeezing his shoulder with the other in a futile attempt to disguise said trembling.
"H-Hibiki, is correct. The message was, ah, sent at 6:53. Well, well after the. Deed was done. You see. Plenty of time to clean. Everything. It is not impossible that Raoul… that it occurred in the kitchen, given how. Spotless it was… despite the smell of, everything."
Get to the point, man.
"... And, it is not as though Raoul's… manner of typing would be… difficult to replicate. In a, a literal sense, I mean. But it… does feel, well, unnecessarily c-cruel, as harsh as that, um, may be to say."
Sorry murderer but that was rude :/
"So if, if Hisashi is correct, and that they simply t-took the rest of the information with them… I fear they will not s-surrender such evidence so… easily. But…"
Such redundant rambling. He's not sure if he's even saying anything particularly revelatory.
"... I, I apologize if this is, ah, another dead end. Please disregard if it was impossible to, um, to tell. Because I did not see it." obviously. "However, if… the trajectory, you see, of the… well, of the weapon. Had a sort of."
His expression sours, as he finally unraises his hand so it can rub at his face.
"... Tilt, I suppose. It could… well, it could help to suggest the height of, you know, the guilty party. Though if it is as Alou said, and he was, mm, detained before… then perhaps it is. Unnecessary to discuss further."
With that said, he continues to avoid eye contact, electing to fuss with the fraying edges of his compression gloves.
He thinks he'd be quite happy to never see the color red again.

Tittle Ask Game: "Once More, Again"
Izuku is transported back in time, to when Yoichi was only 16, and All for One - Hisashi - was only 3 years older. Izuku sees his uncle (the man who will become a legacy he is now a part of) and the man who wants to murder him (and is his father - oh god, his father -) and, faced with the reality that there is no way home, has to work out how he's going to try and save the future.
Izuku looked at the two brothers. Yoichi was his age - or maybe younger, his gaunt frame and big eyes obfuscating his real age. Hisashi was barely any older. Both of them were scared, shying back from a police officer brandishing a pistol. Without thinking, Izuku surged forward, punching the officer in the back of the head with a touch of One for All. Not bothering to watch him crumple to the floor, Izuku grabbed both of the brothers by the wrists and ran as fast as he could without his quirk.
This was Mutsutafu 200 years ago, but it was still his hometown, and the streets were the same as the ones he'd grown up on. It was only a few minutes before they reached the patch of forest the ward circled. Hisashi and Yoichi were speaking over each other, the latter in an excited ramble, the former in an oh so familiar mumble about his possible 'meta-ability'.
Izuku wanted to cry. He had a very clear choice here - All for One was young. Weak. Likely less than a dozen quirks to his name with not a single powerhouse. No match for the version of One for All simmering within Izuku.
He could kill him. He should kill him - Izuku was only here because All for One had massacred Japan 200 years in the future, leaving Izuku one of only two dozen living members of the resistance.
But this All for One - this Hisashi - was innocent of his future crimes. Izuku cursed himself before setting his face in a heroic smile.
"Hi! My name is Midoriya Izuku - nice to meet you!"

ALRIGHT I HAVE SOME CRACK FOR YOU
Consider: mom genes are dominant in BHNA. Theoretically Midoriya Hisashi can look like anyone. So Izuku told Todoroki about how his father left early on, he and Kaminari (you know Kami would also be a conspiracy theorist) went wild. Everyone from Sir Nighteye to Stain was under contention (except for All Might, Izuku shot that one down pretty quick), and once they revealed their conspiracy board to the rest of Class 1-A, everyone got excited at the prospect of gaining Izuku as a possible cousin. The mystery was afoot: who was Midoriya Hisashi?
BUT THEN one day Aizawa invites Inko to visit UA campus to clear up the mystery once and for all because its distracting his class. Not only was all of Class 1-A gathered on the campus lawn, the entirety of UA's staff was there because there was a betting pool among all the teachers.
And Inko reveals the BOMBSHELL that one of the reasons that Midoriya Hisashi left was because Izuku wasn't actually his son, and that Izuku's father was ACTUALLY a random hook up. This makes everyone freak out, because now quirk can be disregarded, which means it's anyone's game.
But THEN Inko is like "I do know who Izuku's father is" then looks over to Izuku and is like "Are you sure you want me to do this in front of everyone?" And Izuku just sighs and is like "You might as well at this point."
Inko goes up to Yagi and says "You are the father"
Everyone fucking riots.

IM IN LITERAL TEARS GOBLIN!!!!
PLEASE WRITE THIS?? LIKE?? YOUR AU DUMPS ARE ALWAYS GODTIER IM ROLLING!!!
BUT TO BRAINWORM WITH YOU, HERE’S ME RAMBLING AGAIN
first: KAMINARI AND TODOROKI FRIENDSHIP AAAHHH
after midoriya opened up that hisashi left, todoroki rushed to kaminari’s room because new shit to imagine with his best bud
just him slamming the door, not even batting an eye at kaminari’s surprised shout and the mini electric static that filled his room. todoroki shuts the door close, and heads to kaminari’s closet where they keep their mini rolling whiteboard. kaminari sees him and jumps up in excitement because oohh new thing to theorize with todo
kaminari watches as todoroki erases the previous theories they had (it was if aizawa had a minor telekinetic quirk because of the way his hair floats. and then it branched to aizawa having a MENTAL quirk where he just makes people believe that their quirk is gone because how is it possible to block off the quirk gene??? ANYWAYS) and writes with his clean penmanship.
it went:
MIDORIYA’S DAD?????? underlined thrice with red marker
kaminari is instantly excited because of all the things they theorized, familial bonds were always the best ones to tackle (i.e. that one time they were convinced that amajiki was midnight’s son)
AND THE MONTAGE OF THEM TRYING TO PIECE WHO IT IS LAJDLAKS
kaminari proposed all might but todoroki, as you said, shot it down.
why nighteye is the dad? green hair and the mutual fanboying for all might
stain? (todoroki opened up about the case and kaminari stuck to his word to not tell anyone) kaminari’s the one pushing this because think about it, roki. why was stain against both you and iida but not mido? he probably knew that mido’s his son!
enji? “i’d love to have midoriya as my brother” - todoroki shouto, xxx2
theorizing midoriya’s dad got too exciting that they shared it to their separate class gc (lovingly called “deku’s fanclub,” of course it was a secret from midoriya) and everyone got into it. EVEN BAKUGOU
they started theorizing who of them have any inkling relation to midoriya.
uraraka? they both can float (bakugou pretends to be into this theory too to protect ofa’s secret)
asui? green hair
tokoyami? midoriya’s black whip resembles dark shadow (again, bakugou pretends to be sold even though inside, he’s cackling because he knows how far from the truth that was)
the teachers’ betting pool were on uraraka’s family. only a handful (aizawa, all might, and nezu) don’t put in their bets.
and so it goes on and on and on. and aizawa breaks because he’s had enough. he hates hearing from both his colleagues and his students alike about midoriya inko’s escapades that led up to the birth of his problem child. it’s because of that reason that aizawa invites inko to end this once and for all.
“mrs. midoriya inko-“
“ms.,” inko corrects.
“ah, yes. ms. midoriya inko, i apologize for calling you on your weekend, however, i think it is imperative that we know who is the father of your son simply because i no longer wish to hear about this topic from any of these people’s mouths. not only is it disrespectful to you and your son’s virtues, but it is the greatest displeasure i’ve ever had the opportunity to hear.”
a beat of silence passes before inko laughs, light and beautiful and happy. she looks at izuku who’s sheepishly rubbing at his nape, looking far more embarrassed than the rest of 1a and the other teachers who realized that their bets and theorizing were actually discourteous.
so to save her son, she explains that izuku was the fruit of a random hookup during her youth. everyone (including both katsuki and izuku) explodes at the news. inko laughs again, waving her hand as if to dismiss everyone’s reaction.
“i do know who it is though,” she says, mirthful, however izuku knows her enough to see that she was also nervous. it was in the way she fiddled with her fingers, eyes shifty, bouncing her weight from one heel to another.
“can we know who it is?” todoroki asks from beside kaminari, notebook open between them.
“well, if izuku’s alright with that,” inko answers. everyone turns to izuku before she was even done answering, eyes ranging from pleading to borderline desperation. he gives his ascent.
they watch as inko straightens her back, face void of emotions and crosses the room towards-
to-
holy shit.
“you’re izuku’s dad,” she says, clapping yagi from his back.
what the fuck.

You as the spokes person of the dfo'ners how did this theory even start Was it like Mipdriyas father is unknown besides fire breathing And collectively all heads went to the 200 year old villain and where like ye that'll do?
I am NOT the spokes person of the dfo'ners, thank you very much.
But since you’re asking, it went like this:
Random theorist: “Hey, wouldn’t it be funny if that Darth Vader faced villain who lives in a world full of Star Wars reference is actually the MC’s dad?”
Us: “Hahaha, you’re so funny, what a crack theory.”
Random theorist: “Yeah, I know, I’m hilarious. But don’t you think it’s weird how there is not one single mention of Izuku’s father even though he is alive?”
Us: “But... typical MC’s father thing, is it not?”
Random theorist: “Yeah, yeah, he is working abroad, I know. But don’t you think it’s weird for a six generation like Izuku not to have a quirk even both his quirked parents should have enough recessive genes to prevent that? How Hisashi is said to work abroad and the first time we see AFO, he is in somewhere in America? How Izuku’s childhood doctor is AFO’s doctor? How Midoriya is shown time and time again obsessing about quirks and everyone comments on how this is unusual in-universe?”
Us: ”...”
Us: “No.”
Us: “Just no.”
Us: :3
CWAC author: “Hey, do you want to read a fun fic about Izuku showing how smart he is?”
Us: “Sure! It’s well written and funny! What could go wrong?”
That post on Tumblr: “Hey, do you want to read a very long post about a fun theories?”
Us: “Sure! There are a lot of images and we live for people geeking out! What could go wrong?”
The prophets: “Okay but it’s actually meta and I show you how AFO, with an X-Ray quirk, couldn’t NOT know that Izuku and co where in Kamino, six meters from him, behind a tiny wall? And how that wall somehow stayed intact during the wall fight? INCLUDING AT THE END WHEN AFO SKADUSHED THE ENTIRE AREA.”
Us; “I have no idea of what you’re talking about.”
The prophets: “How about I show you how AFO was rambling about quirks, just like Izuku?”
The prophets: “How about I point out that Tsubasa, one of Izuku’s childhood bullies, was turned into a noumu? And how pleased AFO was at the idea of doing the same thing to Katsuki?”
The prophets: “ How about I point out that AFO shook his hand after the first attack, like he couldn’t completely withstand the impact of his own quirk, like Izuku?”
The prophets: “ How about I point out that the only moment where AFO raised his voice in the anime fight is when he called Izuku by his full name? How what should have been his last words to All Might was basically about calling him a shit teacher?”
The prophets: “ HOW ABOUT THE “YOU STOLE SOMETHING FROM ME!” LINE?”
Us: “This is starting to make too much sense and I don’t like that.”

BNHA THEORY RAMBLING WITH SPOILERS
Okay so second bnha rambling with theories because I can’t think straight so I think of bnha! Specifically Deku.
Specifically, Deku’s endgame. There are so many theories out there and I just.... think about Deku specifically a lot. I mean he’s the protagonist and everything and I love him and a common theory that I actually do kinda think about a lot is Deku losing OFA. But I don’t think he’ll end quirkless. I think a lot of things need to happen but let’s start with me rambling about Deku’s characterization, how it can all be wrapped up in this:
Deku has PTSD. (This part is LONG and talks about masochism and mentions suicide and all that. Other points are shorter!) And I don’t mean post war arc or even post Bakugo’s kidnapping, if we want to go that far back. Deku has PTSD from the VERY start. This kid is a walking mental illness. Sources? Hi, I’m a Civilian With PTSD and I saw Deku at the beginning and I watched Deku’s horrible mental health deteriorate EVEN MORE than it started off as. This is really important to me, to state that he has it from the beginning, because I believe in the character growth and development. I might be talking out my ass but it’s fun so. Why do I say he starts out from it? Let’s look at symptoms.
A) hyperfixation, my old friend. Deku fixated hardcore on All Might and Heros in general. But he fixated specifically on All Might and he gets EMBARRASSED about it a lot. (Funny enough, the embarrassment of it is also a symptom of ADHD but I’m not as well versed in that). Hyperfixation is a very very common coping method.
B) His anxiety. Kinda self explanatory here. He’s a bully victim. He also has been literally classified as LESS. Quirkless. But also defenseless. Useless. We’ve heard that, his anxiety is there but it’s because of what DEFINES him. His self identity was born from what everyone else tells him. He’s a determined boy, but his sense of self is only wrapped up in what other people think—or specifically, what All Might thinks. Which blends a bit with...
C) A loss sense of identity. I talked about this a little bit he last part but Deku’s goal to become a hero is so tied to All Might that even when he gains the quirk, he has to have it beaten into him with warning of losing the use f his arms for him to realize he’s NOT All Might. But that’s still what he sees, even when he switches to using his legs more. He has no idea who he is. He just copies. He copies Bakugo’s moves again and again. And while it’s cool to see all the parallels and growth of Deku learning from others, there is a message of “making it his own” when Deku copies others again and again because he has no idea who HE is. He analyses like crazy because figuring out how other people do things is the only way he can figure out how HE can do things. Also, the whole language change because his image of victory is Bakugo? Literally his speech pattern isn’t his own, his every day one matching his mother’s.
D) repressed and heavily released emotion. He’s 0 or 100, both when he gets OFA and with his emotions. I mean. Feral!Deku. Do I need to say more? Yes, because I was to drive home how not okay Deku is from the very beginning. Boy cleans the beach and screams bloody murder. He has no idea what emotion to have and needs to let it out. Doesn’t matter he just did a shit ton of physical release, he has so much emotions that he doesn’t know what to do with. Just like Bakugo’s anger, Deku’s emotion usually comes out as his tears. Boy cries a lot but sometimes tears aren’t enough and Deku screams a LOT. Even his own excitement bursts out in bigger ways, with his mumbling and fact dropping (god, also slightly autistic coded maybe? Blurred lines with ADHD there, it again, not my area of expertise)
E) black and white thinking. He’s young, so that explains some of this but just like I mentioned above with the 0 or 100, he represents the mindset of civilians. He literally blinds himself at the very start to even what’s happening to HIMSELF. He sees hero and he sees villian and those are his two categories. Bakugo literally tells him to kill himself and Deku thinks about how that would negatively affect Bakugo. He doesn’t and never does see Bakugo as a villian for this. He sees “wow that wouldn’t be good for his Hero image” and because Deku sees Bakugo as a hero, everything has to fit into that. And while Deku has huge growth with this next part, he also originally viewed villains as just villains. He learned a LOT and while the society’s image becomes less black and white for him (because the whole manga revolves around the gray morality of it all) he still doesn’t see much gray area. It’s win or lose. With the sports festival, he literally won the race without his quirk. He got through the Calvary battle despite being a giant ass target. He placed in the top 8 (which he probably would have gotten higher on if his goal didn’t change) and despite accomplishing his goal with Todoroki, he broke down about not doing what All Might asked him despite gaining permanent scarring and a hell of a warning re his arms. But to point back at the beginning, this is reinforced with his entrance exam. Passing the written exam meant NOTHING because he did “””nothing””” in the practical.
F) last point, Deku’s a masochist. Obviously with the broken bones and things but I’m not even just talking about the physical damage he does to himself—which is, what, 95% of the time what he gets most of his wounds from? Anyway—I’m talking about his mindset. Masochism isn’t just the physical act of causing pain. It’s that mindset of deserving pain. The reasoning doesn’t matter. Deku only “betters” himself for the sake of giving more to others. He trains so hard, not for himself, but for others. On the outside it might seems like his goal of becoming a hero is his own but he sacrifices his body and dives into situations where he’s literally been warned he’s going to die and he just does it anyway. Eri’s Arc and him “changing the future” is what I’m referring to here and you could say “well he DID say he would change that future!” And okay, sure, but he was told Sir is never wrong. But he would rather rush into that future where he dies than take even a moment to think through his actions. But anyway, my point is him at the beginning so I specifically mean the training montage. Where he was ALREADY on a tough schedule that he knew would be difficult and he literally adjusted it and added MORE. Because, to circle back to other points because mental illness always overlaps points, he can only think of himself as 0 or 100, black and white, Able To Save or Failure. If he can’t be at 100 then he believes he deserves pain and causes it to himself. The only time he regrets his injuries is when it prevents him from giving MORE of himself to others. He learns his shoot style not because he doesn’t want to hurt himself but because he doesn’t want to become useless to others. He trains and loses sleep and puts his body through hell because he thinks of himself only as something for others. (I think wanting to save Shigaraki is a powerful moment not because it’s Pure Boy Deku but because it’a his own thinking, his OWN want, but.... it’s still not for him and will still cause him pain). And a last point on this, Heros Rising showed us that Deku is willing to give up his quirk and his dream to win and it showed us that while he believed he didn’t have any other choice, he was deeply disappointed in himself. Winning wasn’t enough. Hurting himself THAT MUCH wasn’t enough. He let All Migjt down and giving up his dreams, almost dying, becoming quirkless, all wasn’t enough to counteract the shame he held. Like god. Baby.
Other small observations or relevant commentary:
1) The doctor who told Deku he was quirkless is the same doctor who worked on Shigaraki. Same doctor who can perseve dead bodies. Same doctor who worked with AFO and all that. (See? Short! Will be relevant soon)
2) One for All is tied to All for One. OFA was literally created the moment a hand reached out to help. Can one even exist without the other?
3) Bakugo needs to apologize. Horikoshi has literally said in an interview post Heros Rising that Bakugo needs to apologize. Sacrificing his life to save Deku is NOT how you apologize to Deku. Deku will ask for a receipt on this type of apology. Return to sender. Unacceptable. So. Bakugo needs to apologize.
4) Deku’s dad isn’t in the picture yet. Hasn’t even been spoken of except for the fact we know his quirk is fire breathing and his name is Hisashi. Oh and he’s abroad. Oh and Horikoshi said he’ll be in the picture at some point. Given we’re in the final arc......... this might not be relevant at all to my theory because I have mixed thoughts on AFO being Deku’s dad but it would connect a few things in the theory.
SO. Finally, all of this together had me thinking about Deku’s characterization and what this (now with COMBAT related ptsd and not just civilian ptsd) means for his ending.
Like I said, I think he’s going to lose OFA. And I originally didn’t think so because Heros Rising showed his losing it and why would they do that again? The movie is canon. Horikoshi himself said so and was a huge part of the production of it. So they did that and wouldn’t do it again. Except.... Deku GAVE OFA away. Which is significant because it was his choice. And he had shame and we witnessed how much that hurt him, but we haven’t seen what’s now been tried TWICE: OFA being forcibly taken from him. Maybe by Shigaraki, since that is building up big time. But maybe by saving Shigaraki.
Either way, what’s more significant to me than how he has it taken is what that means for him, based on everything else above: he would lose his entire self identity. He would literally have no idea who he is anymore except for the only reference he’s ever had, which his from when he was quirkless. He gained friends only after he had a quirk. Every bond he has is tied to him being a hero and he was told it was impossible for him to be a hero without a quirk. Even All Might’s adjusted answer to him at the beginning involved giving him a quirk as the answer for him being able to become a hero.
I think this is the absolute perfect chance for Bakugo to say “since when did you need a quirk to be a hero”. And it doesn’t matter much what the context is, what causes Deku to still need to be a hero (whether a Situation or just an identity crisis) and I think about Quirkless Deku as a hero a lot, since that’s how he was originally written in the one shot before he was revamped for bnha.
But I don’t think Deku will end quirkless either because of who his doctor was. I think Deku had a quirk. I think the doctor stole it. Whether that’s because AFO is Deku’s dad and saw his quirk and knew he had to take it for some reason or whether it was independent and the doctor saw it and took it. The whole toe thing can be written off so easily that Deku could easily have had a quirk at some point.
And maybe, if AFO and OFA are cancelled out, the quirks that were stolen go back to their original owners. Meaning Deku gets his ORIGINAL quirk back.
As in, Deku gets his own identity.
And what would that quirk be? Hm. I don’t know. But. His mom can move small objects. His dad can breath fire. A mutation, maybe? I’ll leave that one up in the air.
And there are a lot of implications here that this could mean for him, as far as healing. And I just want him to be happy.

She steps into the courtyard and is at once struck by the differences between Athenian architecture and how unchanged this place appears, even though three years have passed. Both poleis favored a two-story, open square style around a courtyard. But, while Ephor Bakugou holds a higher position in Sparta than Hisashi does in Athens, his house is plainer than Hisashi’s. Functionality over comfort, practicality over style. The sight of the red clay roof strikes a chord of homesickness in her far fiercer than anything she’d feel if she ever saw the house back in Athens again.
Inko swallows down a sudden lump in her throat, hating the fear that accompanies just thinking her husband’s name.
He can’t reach her here.

Mama had told papa that I would meet him the day before my birthday. So, on July 14th there was a car waiting for me.
“Really! He couldn’t even pick up his son for the day?” mama was getting mad at the man who stepped outside of the car.
“The young sir will be perfectly fine travelling to his father.” The man was calm and watching mama she was getting mad. I wish Toshi was here. He would be able to keep mama company. What would Toshi do?
“Its okay mama” Izuku spoke up for the first time. He didn’t feel any mean energy from this man.
“Izu, you don’t have to go.” Mama was starting to cry.
Izuku shook his head and took a deep breath. “Really mama, it is fine.” As the words left his lips she seemed to calm down, he even surprised himself, he was calm for the first time about meeting his father.
Mama shook her head and gave a small chuckle, “you are just trying to make me feel better, aren’t you?” mama replied, and he knew that she knew just what he had done. “alright, be good and I can’t wait to hear all about it tonight. Okay?” Izuku nodded his head and hugged his mama.
Izuku was finally going to meet his father, and the car ride to meet him was really long time. It was no fun at all. When the car finally stopped, they were in front of a really tall building. The driver came around and opened his door.
That was when a man walked up to them. “Ah! You must be Izuku!” he was smiling, and his voice was almost laughing. He had messy curly hair just like Izuku, but it was white, and his eyes were a cold silver. But what most confused Izuku was that this man was excited and nervous, why was a mad that looked so happy scared. Izuku didn’t understand this and he himself was nervous so he just nodded his head and the man laughed. “My name is Hasashi. It is nice to meet you. I am your father.” His papa extended his hand and Izuku shook it, he felt s funny feeling like electricity run into his hand. That surprised him that he jumped. And his papa laughed again.
Izuku let go of his father’s hand and finally said “nice to meet you.”
“Well, Izuku what do you want to do? What do you like?”
“I like heroes” Izuku doesn’t know what to do or how to act “and, I… um I like quirks.”
---
“You like quirks?” at this Hisashi seems to be shocked. A child interested in heroes is common almost boring, but his son is interested in quirks, now this is interesting. “Follow me.” Hisashi was grinning like the Cheshire cat, he never would have expected tis development. They walked into the building and his son’s eyes started to shine. All around were pro heroes, some local but some were more widely known. The group of four that were approaching were some of the largely known heroes.
“The Wild Wild Pussy Cats!” his son was bouncing on his feet trying to get a better look at the heroes. Hasashi noticed that Tiger seemed to hear him and whispered to the others, and they began to head towards them.
“Hisashi, I didn’t know you gave tours of the building?” Tiger spoke in a joking manner and the tree women giggled.
“Not for just anyone” Hasashi replied with a smile “this is my son, Izuku.” That is when the boy blushed and started rambling to the heroes. They listened to him patiently and answered his questions. But when the topic of quirks came up, he noticed a change in the boy. He seemed so genuine, but the questions seemed to even puzzle the heroes.
“He really is your son huh?” Ragdoll asked once Izuku finished asking her questions. “If he keeps this pace the support gear your company makes will improve huh?”
This made him truly laugh. “You are probably right.” He might even be worth keeping an eye on after all. Pixie-bob, Mandalay, and Tiger were demonstrating their quirks to the boy and he seemed to be even more fascinated then when they began.
“Miss Ragdoll is your quirk passive?”
“you really are sharp aren’t ya” Ragdoll was smiling. “Yes, it is. You sure know a lot about quirks don’t you for your age. So Izuku how old are you?”
“I will be 10 tomorrow.”
“Seriously, then happy early birthday. We should leave so you can spend it with your dad. Bye Hisashi.” The Pussy Cats said goodbye and the boy seemed sad.
“Well, that was fun would you like to see the rest of the building?” he nodded his head, and the tour began. The child had many interesting comments and seemed to know what quirks would work with certain items and it was amazing. They ended in his office and were simply taking about quirks and support items or costumes his son saw in the building.
“Can I see your quirk papa?”
“you want to see my quirk?”
The boy nodded “mama told me you could breathe fire” thank god he told me.
He summoned a fire quirk and gave a small puff of a ball. But his eyes were shining bright with admiration and what Hisashi believes to be concentration for just a moment.
“you are about to be 10, right?” Hisashi needs to tread lightly now, the child nods. “What is your quirk Izuku?” the boy is uncomfortable.
---
Papa wants to know my quirk. What should I say? I can’t tell him the t ruth. Mama said to never tell. But it shouldn’t hurt to tell papa. Right? In the end he decides to not tell him the truth, but Izuku won’t lie either.
“I… I can…I can” Izuku’s hands are fumbling, and he can’t think and then it hits him, Toshi, “My quirk makes me super strong and super fast.”
---
“Ah, a strength enhancing quirk would that mean your quirk is a mutation.” The boy nodded and that was surprising. Most people have a quirk that is genetic and somewhat predictable, but few are genetically mutated and are given random quirks as a result. Most adults can’t understand this, and he seems to. This boy is interesting.
---
Izuku and his father seemed to talk the rest of the day away until his papa said it was time for him to head home. Izuku still doesn’t know what to think of his father but what he is sure of is that he wants to get to know him more. Izuku’s ride home seemed shorter and his mama was waiting for him. Toshi was inside and he couldn’t wait to tell him everything. But Izuku knew he had to tell mama that papa asked about his quirk.

the Wild Wild Pussy Cats seemed like a good way for Hisashi to get to know how Izuku thinks, kind of like and ice breaker
this is mainly in regards to his fascination of quirks

Dad December - Day Eight: "Holiday Reunion."
Back to DFO!
Summary: Izuku waits at the front door for his dad to come home.
Word count: 782
--
Izuku sits on the floor, watching the front door intently. It’s well past his bedtime, and his mom has no idea that he’s still up. But today’s the day that dad’s coming home. It has to be. It’s Christmas Eve, and all the other kids in his class with parents that work abroad got to have their parents come home.
But as he sits, watching and waiting, Izuku feels unsure. He and his mom have been marking the days on the calendar. If he remembers correctly, it’s been forty-five days since dad’s been home. Which isn’t a lot, for dad being gone, but it gets harder every time he leaves.
Kids at school have only gotten crueler, and he can’t tell mom about them. She’ll get upset and then, he’ll get upset (because of course he inherited his mom’s sensitivity to life). And they’ll hug each other but nothing will change. And….he hates upsetting his mom. He feels bad making her cry (but sometimes, when it all becomes too much, he’ll curl up next to her and just break down. She might not have all the solutions, but her presence brings him peace).
Dad, on the other hand, is less prone to tears. He’s easier to talk to, to find solutions with. But he comes with his own problems. Where mom is tender-hearted and can empathize with anyone, dad really only has empathy for three people: himself, Izuku, and his wife. Which is nice when Izuku’s problems are blatantly black and white, but not so much when there’s nuance involved.
Still, Izuku misses his dad.
He has no idea what time it is, but it was ten when he creeped out of his room. It has to have been a few hours by now. But if he goes to check, he risks his mom seeing him. Izuku huffs, wrapping his All Might blanket tighter around his shoulders. No matter, dad should be here soon.
Izuku yawns. Maybe he can catch a few minutes of sleep before dad gets here. He curls up on the floor, blanket wrapped around him. Yeah, just a few minutes of….
-x-x-x-
All for One- Hisashi Midoriya -stomps up the stairs. It had been a hard month and a half. Between All Might destroying his empire in Japan, the police raiding one of his business transactions, and Tomura destroying half the bar in a fit of rage, he’s ready to be home.
Even ten years on from getting married, Hisashi still can’t believe he’s lucky enough to have a family. The word feels foreign. The last person he called family was his little brother, and he’s not been around for well over a century.
He sets his suitcase down, unlocking the front door. Now, he’ll have to be quiet. Inko would never forgive him if he wakes their son. Izuku might be seven, but his son gets over emotional when he’s tired (at least more than he already does).
Ah, home sweet-
Hisashi almost trips, trying to avoid stepping on his son. His son….for one long minute, he stands in the doorway of the apartment, staring down at his son. Izuku should be in bed, so why is he-
It takes him a second to realize that his son was probably waiting for him. Hisashi smiles, sitting his suitcase off to the side. He closes the front door and hangs his jacket up. “I’m home,” he announces in a whisper, scooping his son off the floor (ugly blanket still wrapped around his tiny frame).
Instead of taking Izuku back to bed, he lays on the couch. His legs hang over the edge, but the discomfort is worth it. Especially when his son snuggles closer to him, a small smile on his lips.
Hisashi strokes his hair. “I’ve missed you,” he murmurs. “Both of you. I was worried I was going to miss Christmas again this year. It feels like you grow so much when I’m gone. It’s not fair. Really, it’s not, but when has life been fair?” He rambles.
Izuku offers a sleepy groan but nothing more.
“Yeah, I suppose you’re right. At least we all have each other.” He kisses his son’s head. “You’ll never understand how truly loved you are. How much power you hold. You have me and your mother wrapped around your finger, and you don’t even know. And I wouldn’t have it any other way. I love you more than I’ve loved anyone in a really, really long time.”
Hisashi sighs, closing his eyes. His arms wrap around Izuku, holding the boy firmly to his chest. Nothing and no one will take his son away from him, not even while he sleeps.

The Proposal
Happy (belated) Ninjago Oc Day! Ik I haven’t posted much on this account, but I figured it would be the perfect time to post something about my OCs.
Ig some basic info:
Word count: 4,966
Oc basics: the main two are Hisashi and Emon. Hisashi was a samurai/soldier who I have made Ronin’s (dead) uncle. Emon was a criminal who worked for Chen (although Hisashi doesn’t know about that. He just knows that Emon has previously done crime in his youth), but started to lose interest over time due to several factors. Another oc that’s mentioned is Lex. They are a friend of Hisashi and Emon’s, and they are actually an Oni.
Summary: Taking place roughly 25-30ish years before the Ninjago series, Hisashi is coming home from a mission. Since he and Emon have been together for some time, he figures it’s time to take it to the next step. He is one ring purchase and a ship and train ride away from trying to reach that next step.
If you want to know more about these characters, there’s some stuff on my art account @nerdwaifuu-art.
Hope you enjoy!
Cheers rang through the village as they saw the group in green armor entering the village. The soldiers marched through the middle, many with a look of victory on their faces contrasting the scuff, dirt, wounds, and exhaustion their bodies presented: all a worthy cost for a village's safety. Eventually their march and the cheering stopped as the chief approached the group.
"Oh great heroes, thank you! Thank you for saving us from those fiends! We will never forget what you have done for us! May the Creator bring you prosperity!" The chief cheered. Once he spoke his last word, the crowd of villagers' cheer erupted again, echoing the chief's message. From there, the chief and the captain went off to chat and the rest dispersed throughout the village. Some made their way back to the ship either to rest or prepare for the journey back to the city. Others remained in the village to chat or to explore. Amongst those exploring were two young men: a stout, short dark brown haired chatterbox and a long dark copper haired, silent listener. The two strolled through the village as one chatted away and the other listened while glancing at everything they passed.
"I wonder if the captain saw our hard work out there."
"Mhm."
"I mean we were kicking butt out there."
"Mhm."
"We should probably go to the medics to get our backs checked from how much carrying we were doing..."
"Mhm."
The stout man slowed his walk as he placed his hand on his friend's shoulder, "Hisashi, you good? You're quieter than usual, and it’s hard for you to be quieter than you already are..." He paused before he threw himself on track to a ramble, "Anyways, you just seem out of it."
"Yeah... Uh, yes, yes I'm fine, Shiro," Hisashi stumbled, "My mind's just on, uh, other things."
"Oh? Other things? What kind of other things?" Shiro questioned.
"You know... other things..." Hisashi kept scanning the surrounding stands and buildings.
"No, I don't know other things. How about you introduce me to them?" Shiro coaxed.
With a sigh, Hisashi stopped his mini search and said, "I'm just looking for some gifts..."
"Forrrr?"
Hisashi paused for a second, then said, "For my nephew-"
"Ah, why didn't you say so? No need to be so secretive with me," Shiro smirked, "C'mon, let's go find him something. One of these shops should have something he'll like" Shiro kept his hand on Hisashi's shoulder as he started to lead him. Hisashi resisted the push and said, "Actually, I know what shop I want to go to... I just need to find it again..." He looked around once more and then there it was: a small wooden stand run by a middle aged woman. The stand was covered with an assortment of items: jewelry, weapons, metal decorations, toys, metal sculptures, etc. He saw it the first time he arrived at the village and knew he had to stop by it.
"There it is," Hisashi took the lead and pulled Shiro with him as he approached the stand.
"Ah, hello boys~ Do you see anything you like?" The woman greeted them.
"My friend here is just looking, but I do see something I like," Shiro said, shooting a smoldering look towards the woman. The woman giggled and the two continued to chat (or Shiro commanded the conversation and continually bragged about himself). Meanwhile, Hisashi looked at the items. His eyes kept being pulled towards the actual reason that he wanted to come to the stand in the first place—a set of two matching rings sitting in a wooden ring box. Both were made up of a thick metal band that had a space cut in the middle where the gem was, making it appear as if the gem was floating. On the band, on either side of the gem, was a dragon carving colored gold. One ring had a black tinted band with a white gem while the other had a polished, silver finish and a black gem.
The woman noticed his interest in the rings and, once Shiro had taken a short pause, she shifted her focus, "I see that you've found something you like." She picked up the ring box and placed it in the middle of the table. Shiro shot a confused look at the woman and then at Hisashi.
"Oh, sorry, I was just looking at them. They're very beautiful," Hisashi admitted.
"Haha, no need to apologize for looking at what I'm selling, but thank you. My husband's... well, my late husband's father made them," the woman sighed, "Honestly the story is quite sweet. He came to this village and set up a blacksmith shop. A woman came into the shop one day and he fell deeply in love with her. He expanded his skills from weapon making to making small metal trinkets to give to her—" the woman glanced down at some of the other items at her stand before continuing, "She loved every single one and returned his love. Eventually, he decided it was time. He went into his workshop and began on his favorite project. The next time anyone saw him leave his shop, he went directly to the woman, took her somewhere nice, and proposed with these rings. She wore one and he wore the other..." A small smile formed on her face as she looked back at the rings, "Then they passed it down to my husband to use with me, and now here I am trying to sell them," she sighed, "I have no use for them now, and, even though I'm probably making some people roll in their graves, I need the money..."
"Awww, yeah that is really sweet. It's a shame you don't have a lady friend back at home, unless you and that Lexi girl have something~" Shiro teased Hisashi. Hisashi rolled his eyes. 'That Lexi girl' he referred to was Lex, but Hisashi only saw them as a friend. Instead, he had his eyes on someone else; someone else that he deeply cared about; someone else that he actually had something with.
"Plus we're here for your nephew. I don't think he'll have any use for these rings," Shiro reminded him.
"Um, right, of course..." Hisashi watched as the woman placed the rings back to their original spot.
"Oh, a nephew? Is he into metal work? Or I'm assuming he'll like the toys if he's young or the weapons perhaps?" The woman asked.
"Ah yes, a 5 year old who's into metal work-" Shiro quietly snickered. Hisashi shot a quick glare at him.
"Oh, he's quite young, scratch the weapons then," she chuckled.
Hisashi looked around the table some more and decided on one of the small metal figures and an old pocket watch.
"Ah, I'm sure he'll enjoy that," Shiro muttered sarcastically when he noticed the pocket watch was no longer ticking.
"He likes taking things apart and making new things, so yes, he'll probably enjoy this," Hisashi defended his choice.
"Is he trying to be an inventor?" the woman asked.
"I believe he does have an interest in becoming one. He's been fascinated with all the technological changes going on in the city. I don't understand it, but at least he's getting prepared for the future," Hisashi answered, starting to take out his money for his purchase.
"I forgot Ninjago City was going through all that. All the beautiful wood and clay buildings being replaced with tall metal buildings... It's insane."
"Yeah..." Hisashi and Shiro nodded along. While Hisashi searched for the right amount of money, he noticed that the remaining soldiers started to make their way back to the ship. He glanced back at the rings and turned to Shiro, "How about you head back to the ship while I finish up here?"
Shiro nodded, said his goodbye to the shop owner and left. As soon as he was out of earshot, Hisashi turned back to the stand and asked, "How much are the rings?"
The woman stated the price and said, "So you are interested in them after all?" Hisashi nodded as he took out the right amount of money for the rings, the figure, and the pocket watch.
"So is this for someone or just keeping it for yourself?" The woman wondered.
"I have someone at home waiting for me—"
The woman leaned forward, her eyes sparkling with interest. Before she could ask any questions, with a soft smile, Hisashi whispered, "I met h- uh, this person a while back and now we've been together for 5-6 years now... I figured I should do something special..."
"And decided it was time?" The woman asked at the same volume as him, with a large grin on her face. He nodded.
"Well, I hope the Creator blesses you both," she said, exchanging the items for Hisashi's money. He said his thanks and started to head off to the ship.
"Goodbye, may the Creator bring you prosperity and may the Great Serpent protect you on your journey!" The woman called out.
Hisashi turned around and asked "Great Serpent?"
"Oh, do people in the city not know this story?" Hisashi shook his head, so she explained, "According to some stories I've heard, there's a serpent that sleeps deep in the sea. She apparently used to rule the sea and was the reason for the waves and the storms, so people used to pray to her and give her offerings to keep her happy. Unfortunately that's all I know from the top of my head, and it's all probably just a story."
"Huh, sounds interesting. Thank you," Hisashi said before departing.
Tumblr media
Laying his bed, Hisashi could feel the ship rock back and forth and hear his roommates chatting instead of sleeping, excited to be one step closer to home in the morning. But none of it blocked his focus on reading. His brain refused to let him sleep as the nerves have finally got to him. He had a ring in his possession, and he was hopefully going to give it away once he got to the city. To try to calm himself down in the safety of his bed, he took out some letters he got in the past few weeks. Each one started with "My Dearest Sai," and ended with "I can't wait to see you again. Love, Emon Sharma."
It was odd to think that these letters used to be closed off with a "Sincerely" or a simple "From," and "Love" was never a closing he had seen until 5 years ago. Even though it's been years, Hisashi's heart still flutters when he sees the word in Emon's handwriting. It still feels like such a new feeling, especially when he never acknowledged that such feelings could exist in him when he was growing up. Even when his brother tried to describe them when referring to himself and his now wife during high school, Hisashi never understood. Now he did.
After rereading each of the letters, he held the paper close to his chest. He tried picturing everything that Emon described. He tried remembering each random ramble that he sent him that Emon responded to. He silently laughed at the idea of him trying to make sense of everything Hisashi tried telling him. If he tried sending similar letters to anyone else he knows, they would just skim through everything and ask about how he is and how's work, avoiding to say "please tell me more about this random thing you learned ." Emon would be one of the only people who would say that.
The chatter in the room quieted down and the remaining lights started to disappear. With a sigh, Hisashi caught one more glimpse of the contents of the letters before it went completely dark.
"I can't wait to see you again. Love, Emon Sharma."
He softly smiled, folded the letters, and placed them under his pillow.
"I can't wait either..."
Tumblr media
"Ah finally, land!" Shiro exclaimed once he and Hisashi got off the ship. Carrying their stuff (armor, weapons, supplies, letters, etc.), the two swerved their way through the crowds of people. Fellow soldiers were pouring out of the boat, being welcomed by their loved ones, going to a nearby inn or bar, or already beginning their ways home. Hisashi looked around at who was there, but he knew that his loved ones were in the city, which was a train ride away. He smiled at the thought of coming off the train to them, and clutched the ring box that hid in his pocket.
"Are you sure you don't want to stop for a drink? Or even for a snack?" Shiro asked, following his 6 foot friend to avoid getting lost.
"Yeah, I'm sure. Gotta make sure I catch the train," he said, glancing back to make sure Shiro wasn't too far behind.
"But the train's not going to leave for a bit," Shiro said, puzzled.
"I know, I just..." Hisashi trailed off and stopped in his tracks, leading to Shiro bumping into him.
"Oof- what's going on?" He asked, but got no answer. Shiro looked past Hisashi to see what was ahead, but it didn't click due to so many people being around. It wasn't until he saw two people: a short, medium tanned, black haired man with a scruffy beard and a towering, brown-skinned, short brown haired (hidden under a hat), female presenting person. The man noticed them and started to wave, then stopped and started approaching quickly while dragging his companion with him. Hisashi gripped the hidden ring box tighter as he started walking to lessen the distance. Once he was within a foot of the man, the man threw his arms around Hisashi and nearly lifted him off his feet within the first few seconds of the hug while saying, "It's so good to see you, Sai!"
"Woah, easy Emon. No need to break me," Hisashi chuckled, wiggling a bit to loosen Emon's grip and free his arms. Once they were free, Hisashi returned the hug and pulled Emon close while Emon buried his face into Hisashi's shoulder. Hisashi wished he could stay in this hug forever. He also wished he could just give Emon a big kiss, but he had to wait until they were in private; until they were in the city...
"Wait a minute—" Hisashi pushed Emon out in front of him, keeping his hands on Emon's shoulders—"What are you guys doing here?"
"Lex and I just figured that you deserved a welcome party as soon as you arrived," Emon confessed.
"And Emon really missed you and wanted to see you as soon as possible," Lex added.
"Yeah, that too," Emon chuckled, nervously rubbing the back of his neck. A smile stretched across Hisashi's face as he tried to hold in a laugh. His hand left Emon's shoulder and almost caressed his cheek, but he then remembered Shiro was watching from behind and they were surrounded by other people. He slowly pulled his hand back and hid it back in his pocket, trying to ignore the longing look in Emon's eyes. He then said, "Thank you, I missed you so much too. I couldn't wait to see you again..." Emon responded with a soft smile.
"Well, I missed you guys too," Shiro barged in, now standing next to Hisashi.
"Yes, it's good to see you, Shiro," Lex mumbled.
"I thought you would be much happier, Lexi," Shiro snickered. Lex's eyes were shooting daggers, but they tried to hide their gaze behind the brim of their hat as they said, "We best be going now. Don't want to miss the train." Before anyone could say anything, Lex had already turned around and started towards the train station.
"Ah what a shame. I wanted to talk with y'all more," Shiro sighed, "Well, see y'all back in the city tomorrow!" After an exchange of goodbyes, Shiro disappeared into the crowd.
"Well then, let's go," Emon said, linking his arm with Hisashi's. The two then followed behind Lex, trying to keep up.
Tumblr media
"What was all the hurry about Lex?" Emon asked them.
Lex turned their head away from the train window and said, "Just didn't want to get stuck in one of his rambles. You get him talking and you'll probably end up hearing too much about what happened during the mission. I'm just not in the mood to hear how he 'sliced one man's head off' or whatever."
"That's fair," Hisashi said, also looking at the passing land outside the window. He was there when all of it happened, and he didn't need to hear about it again. He only wanted his mind on one thing and one thing only.
"Speaking of which, how was the mission?" Emon asked.
"Oh, just a typical mission. The thugs were playing hard to get for some time. Fortunately, we stopped them before anything too bad happened, and we didn't have many major injuries this time around. Just some scratches here and there," Hisashi answered quickly. He took one last look out of the window before sitting up and facing Lex and Emon on the other side of the table, saying, "But, despite the mission, the place we were at was very lovely." Emon leaned closer, interested to hear more.
"It was a small village by the ocean. Whenever we had a break, it was so calming to be on the white beach and just listen to the calm waves. And the village was really lovely too. It was filled with small shops and stands, and the people there seemed nice. They were very welcoming and always closed the conversations with something about 'the Creator' blessing you." Hisashi said. Lex perked up to full attention towards the end.
"The Creator? Like the creator of the town?" Emon asked.
"Or the Realm..." Lex muttered quietly, but, when they got confused looks from the two men, they said, "World. I mean world."
"Oh right, that makes more sense," Emon chuckled.
"Yeah, they often referenced them, but I guess they have plenty of other stories too. Before I was leaving, a nice woman at a shop said something about a Great Serpent—" Hisashi then recited what the woman had told him. Both Emon and Lex were leaning in close to hear every word. When Hisashi finished, Emon, with excitement in his eyes, and Lex, looking like they wanted to say something but decided against it, looked at each other, then back at Hisashi.
"Woah, that's so cool! Bet that was fun to hear about right before getting on a ship," Emon snickered.
"Yeah, but it's merely just a story," Lex uttered, leaning back against the seat, "Nothing to worry about."
"Have you ever heard of it?" Hisashi asked them. Lex hesitantly nodded, "All I know about it is the same as what the woman told you..." Hisashi could tell that they knew more, but he didn't want to force anything out of them. He could probably try finding a scroll or a book with more information.
"Anyways, overall the place was really nice. If we didn't have work and other stuff to deal with, I would say we should go there sometime," Hisashi said, mainly glancing over to Emon when talking. The idea of just leaving the city, getting on a ship, and sailing somewhere to explore sounded so pleasant, especially if it was with Emon and even Lex. He would even want to take his nephew once in a while. Just the 3 and sometimes 4 of them on a ship, seeing what the world offered. But their lives didn't allow for that. Hisashi had soldier duties to take care of while Emon and Lex had their own responsibilities, and there was just too much they would be leaving behind. Maybe one day in the future it could become a reality.
"Yeah, that would be nice," Emon said, smiling. Then the table went silent. Lex went back to looking out the window while the other two sat silently. Hisashi started to fidget with the ring box in his pocket, only bringing back the nerves. He looked up at Emon and could see he was shifting in his seat, shooting glances at both him and Lex. He wondered what Emon could be so nervous about.
Lex turned their head and sensed the nervousness sitting next to them and across from them. They shot a "say something and get it over with" look at both Hisashi and Emon.
"Sai—"
"Emon—"
They both paused and tried continuing, only further interrupting each other, "Sorry, go ahead—no you go ahead—no I didn't have anything to say—no please, I interrupted you—"
With a sigh, Lex barged in, "So, do you guys have any plans for today?" The two paused and looked at each other, waiting for the other to say something.
"I heard the weather is going to be super nice today. Maybe you guys can go to the park," Lex suggested.
"You are such a mind reader. That was what I was going to suggest," Emon said.
"I was actually going to recommend the same thing," Hisashi nervously laughed. He's so glad that he wrote Lex about what his plans were, or he would've just chickened out and waited to do it.
"Hah, perfect. Maybe we can get some lunch too. You're probably starving. I know I am," Emon said with a grin.
"Sounds good," Hisashi replied with a soft smile. He turned to Lex and mouthed the words "Thank you."
They smirked and mouthed back the words "You're welcome."

"Man, no matter how many times I come here, I always forget how good the food is," Emon exclaimed as he finished paying for the food. In defeat, Hisashi watched the check and the money leave. Him and Emon literally went back and forth about who would pay the bill only to find out that Hisashi had left his wallet at home due to him rushing to get ready and look nice for the day, so Emon came out victorious.
"I claim to pay the next check," Hisashi uttered while they got up and left the café.
"Haha, we'll see if you remember your wallet next time," Emon snickered, "Although it's not like you to forget it at all. Are you feeling well?"
"Yes yes, I'm fine," Hisashi chuckled, "Just adjusting to being home that's all..."
And just being a big ball of nerves, he thought to himself. At least he had the ring with him, or his whole plan would have gone down the drain because of one silly mistake.
"How about you though? You seemed nervous on the train," he asked Emon.
"Oh, uh, yeah. Um, yeah I'm good now. It was just being on a train. Y'know I don't really go on them," Emon said. Hisashi raised an eyebrow, but decided not to  further question him.
The two continued to chat as they walked towards and into the park. Circled by the new skyscrapers, the park sat at the center of the entire city. Full of green hills and growing trees, it was one of the few areas of nature in the city. It was still a work in progress as workers were busy with putting in new buildings, benches, and pathways, but it was still a nice place for a stroll and a proposal.
The two walked through the park, chatting and enjoying the scenery. While listening to Emon, Hisashi scanned the area, trying to find the best area. It needed to be a private area with no one around, but also needed to be a beautiful area.
All of a sudden, Emon grasped Hisashi's hand and said, "Come with me, I know a good place you need to see." He then started leading him up one of the hills, looked around, and then continued pulling him along. Down the hill, across some of the grass, and up a slightly taller hill. Once they reached the top, Emon stopped and tightened his hand around Hisashi's, looking out at the view of the entire park.
"Wow," Hisashi marveled at the view. It was beautiful... and there wasn't anyone else around... it was perfect.
"I know right. I came here all the time when I was younger. When I had no where else to go, I would just come here..." Emon's grip loosened, so Hisashi gently pulled his hand away and backed up slightly. He pulled the ring box out of his pocket and took a deep breath as he went down on a knee. This was it. It was time.
"It's crazy to think that I've come all this way," Emon continued, still looking at the view, "I used to come here as a young thief just trying to survive. That's all I thought my life would be until the day I died. But you've changed that..." Hisashi watched Emon go grab something from inside his jacket, but he couldn't see what. "...You've shown me that there's more to my life. Life is not just about trying to get by. It's about learning and experiencing new things. It's about love. It's about so much more than I know, So, I took you here in hopes that I can leave the lonely, barely living thief behind and enter a new chapter of our lives. Hisashi Arima, will y—" Emon turned around, about to kneel down, but he stopped halfway. In his hands was a long, wooden box with a black finish, kept shut with a golden latch. He quickly stood up and hid the box back in his jacket, his eyes not leaving Hisashi. He ran one of his hands through his hair as his face started to flush red. "Sai, I— oh my god..." was all he could say.
Hisashi sat there frozen, unsure what to do. He had planned this for weeks, but now everything just jumped out of his brain.
"Were you about to propose..."
Emon lips formed an embarrassed smile as he quickly nodded. Hisashi's mouth hung open and he looked down at the ring box, unsure what to say. Should he just try to stick to his plan or let Emon continue?
"Forget about me, go ahead," Emon whispered, gently pulling Hisashi's chin back up.
"Um, well," Hisashi cleared his throat and took a deep breath in, looking into Emon's eyes. They had a sort of calming aura about them now. Hisashi's lip curled up slightly as he gathered his words.
"I guess to play off what you've said, you have changed my life as well. Before I really got to know you, I probably seemed like a stone cold guy whose only purpose was to work until he no longer could. You have added more purpose to my life... so much more purpose. And, despite trying to understand everything, love was never one I could get a grasp of. Now I feel like I know at least a tiny bit about it from the past few years, and I'm willing to learn more with you. Emon, I love you so much. I will love you until the day I die. Even beyond death, I will always love you..." Hisashi took a pause, trying to catch his breath from speeding up towards the end without taking a moment to breathe. During the pause, he decided to open the ring box, resulting in a quiet gasp from Emon. He glanced up at him to see the reaction. His smile was bigger, but was being slightly hidden behind one of his hands. His calming eyes started to tear up as he looked up from the ring to Hisashi.
"Will you... would you... uh..." Hisashi started, but his mind was back to blanking out. Improvising clearly took all his brain power. It was his turn to blush red.
Emon chuckled, took Hisashi's one hand that wasn't holding the box, and asked "Will you marry me?" Hisashi couldn't help but laugh along as he quickly nodded. Emon then took the polished silver ring and slipped it onto one of Hisashi's fingers, and Hisashi put the other one on Emon.
"By the way, that was my line," Hisashi joked as he gave Emon his ring.
"Technically it was supposed to be mine," Emon said before pulling Hisashi up and into a kiss with his arms around his neck. Once they both pulled away, Emon held Hisashi close and rested his head against his shoulder.
"I love you so much Sai, and thank you for the ring. It's absolutely as beautiful as you are..." Emon said, then remembered his proposal gift. He let go of Hisashi, grabbed the box, went down on his knees, and held the box up.
"This is what I was going to give you... I hope you don't mind it not being a ring..."
Hisashi took the box from him and unlocked the latch. He lifted the lid to find a ornate dagger inside. It had a pale green jade hilt with silver sheath decorated with floral motifs and pale green and red gemstones. He gently picked up the dagger and unsheathed it to reveal a silver, double edged blade.
"This is beautiful," he said in awe, sheathing the blade and placing it carefully back into the box.
"I'm glad you think so. As soon as I saw it, I figured it would be a perfect gift," Emon said, smiling.
"It definitely is. Thank you," Hisashi said, giving Emon a quick peck on the lips.
"Well, should we get out of here and start the next chapter of our lives?" Hisashi asked.
Emon took a hold of Hisashi's hand and said, "I'm ready whenever you are."
They took one more look at the view, and Hisashi started to lead Emon.
"Let's go."

For the Spinaraki thing, could the idea base on what you already wrote, cuz I had a thought of many arms demon Tomu doting over sick Spinner doing lotta things at once and Spinner being all blushy boi. IDK if it has to be separate I guess Normal Tomu and Spinner works too!
Nah, it can base on a previous one-shot too, that’s honestly fine! I do like the idea of Reaching Demon Tomura carrying multiple things and doing shit ton at once while Spinner’s all flustered and being like ”you don’t have to do all that!” And Tomura just ignores him lmao
I feel like going fluff/domestic fluff like this might be the easiest direction for me to go with this ship actually. (I know I’ve only written one thing so far, but it just felt like the most natural way to go about it to me) I think doing the same kind of complex drama I do with Shigadabi would not feel natural/right to me. IDK , basically this ship just speaks ”cute fluff” to me more than anything else, but that’s just me. Mentioning this in case it could help other people propose some ideas too, maybe? If they want to of course.
(Like all my fave ships kinda has this ’vibe’ I naturally go towards that shows in my writing; Shigadabi’s often complex emotion and drama, Erasermic is estabilished stability and parent vibes (same with whichever I pair Inko with, be it Toshinori or Afo-Hisashi), and if I use any of the teen student ships its just cute teen romance with all the awkward cluelessness included.)
Ahh sorry I started rambling again, but yeah, I guess I could do that, the idea sounds pretty adorable. Thanks for the proposition!

Gonna be discussing BNHA Manga Spoilers while I ramble about a future project because I wanna get my words straight.
Canonically, Endeavour steps up to the plate and begins the process of trying to be better when he becomes Number One. He tries to be a better father and a better husband to atone for what he did in the past, and the forgiveness of his family is entirely on them.
Something I want to try exploring is if he never became number one, would he still see the need to change? And how would the audience react to him having everything taken from him in a justifiable manner.
One of the plot threads I wanna do with the Todofam is having Dabi change his revenge plan because of Shouto suffering a humiliating loss in the Sports Festival and finishing 16th out of the top 16. The idea would be that Dabi would see killing Shouto as pointless, since Shouto just proved that the training Endeavour gave to him and Shouto was for nothing since Shouto got defeated by someone who didn't even attack him. Rather, he opts to hit Endeavour where it hurts by revealing Endeavour's abusive family history, the truth about his marriage to Rei and twisting the lives of his family to reveal how bad his actions have fucked their lives over, before killing him.
At the same time, there's characters (including Hisashi, who in my fic is a side kick of All Might and close confidant) who are trying to prepare the world for All Might's eventual retirement. Hisashi in particular sees Endeavour as unworthy of inheriting All Might's position as the Symbol of Peace and number one due to his personal life and his track record as a hero, which leads to him making moves to have Endeavour discredited and arrested in a way that doesn't destabilise hero society.
One of the fic's central points is going to be the effect Endeavour's actions have had on the world around him. The main antagonists are motivated to get revenge on Endeavour for what he did to them (Dabi) or for his careless actions getting people he cared about killed (Spinner). For example, one of the main characters lost their family when Endeavour missed an attack on a Villain that hit them instead and becomes a hero to ensure people like Endeavour can never do that again. They hate Shouto for his relation to Endeavour and dislike Yaoyorozu Momo simply because Shouto sees her as a leader.
Another example would be how Fuyumi and Natsuo struggle to find work due to their last names, owing to the belief that as Todorokis they're as bad as Endeavour is, with Fuyumi in particular being under investigation for possible child abuse around the Final Exam. She's innocent, but because of her father and the police department conducting the investigation in particular having a grudge against Endeavour, she finds it hard to prove her innocence.
Ultimately, that plot line would lead to Dabi gathering evidence of the hard lives the Todorokis lead and framing it in a way that when he does his big reveal, it makes Endeavour look like he's not only mistreating his family he's actively ruining their chances of being a happy family. Whether Endeavour fall would be sympathetic and heartbreaking or cathartic and earned would be entirely dependent on the reader.
As the author, I'd be aiming to see that divide in the readers, with a possible lean towards the cathartic and earned side if I do it right. If the opinion is overwhelmingly on one side then I will have done something wrong.
It's an interesting idea to play with. Ultimately it's gonna be a lot more canon divergent so comparing it too canon might not be the best call? But I think the situation around Endeavour and the Todofam has a lot of potential for being explored. Again, this is currently an idea that is subject to change, but it's something I wanted to ramble about.
