I know celebs are not activist, and most of them at best, hypocrites when they pretend to be or do it when it benefits them (cough cough Taylor and f u for using the lgbtq community just to profit). But as someone undergoing transition, I’m so happy about Lizzo and she always come off as sincere. Which other celebs do you think are sincere in at least some/certain activism and wouldn’t let the idea of losing fans/money get in the way.

Lady Gaga for the LGBTQ community

Bella and Dua for Palestine

Jane Fonda for the environment among other things

Dolly for everything she supports

I’m just picking celebs who support movements even when they were unpopular or risky. Supporting the LGBTQ community is not as risky now so I think there’s a difference between Mother Monster and everyone else. Or even when we’re talking about the scale she did to support the community compared to everyone at that time.
