Half Hiatus, mostly just clarification. Putting it under the cut so it wont clog feeds.

If it isn't evident already my schedule has been pretty rough lately as my IRL job's (ew) workload has gotten heavy and won't be easing up for a little while. I probably won't be online near as often so I can't particularly get to asks or DMs folks have been sending in. I know I already have a lot of asks on the backburner for months, but just an update that more immediate questions probably wont be answered now either.

I will still be keeping up with:

Kirin Mine Plushie (obv). Anyone who has bought one of the Kirin-Mine plushies has my business email! Questions about the manufacturing progress, shipping, etc, can be sent to me there or asked on Ko-fi. I should be getting an update from the manufacturer soon; shot them an email asking for a progress update.

Tojo Suggestion Box. Weekly updates on the suggestion box until FOREVER MARCH is completed. There may be a stall here and there, but I'm fully committed to finishing this out. There's a TON of asks that I've gotten for this that I do not have the time or space to address since the Y3 plot timeline is so densely packed, but I do have some plans after FOREVER MARCH is over.

After everything's done man I'm excited to finish a lot of the sketches I have and just flood this blog with them lmao. this is Kris the Kriptid, an AU Kris Dreemurr that may or may not be trying to inspire their own creepypasta. they think they're the scariest glitch entity to ever appear on a player's screen-- but they also think that accidentally setting off the smoke detector by burning toast when they were 10 qualifies them as an arsonist, so take that with a grain of salt. don't be fooled; they are still Kris under all that edge.

Yandere! Fashion Designer

As a black hispanic writer, i thought that it was finally time to write a hispanic character. I hope you guys enjoy this piece, i'm much more confident with this post as it's a culture i'm familiar with. Please never feel afraid to talk/send requests in my ask box.

Matías has always had a crystal clear vision of what his future was meant to be. He knew he wanted to get an education in fashion, pursue a career in that subject, live in a townhouse in the middle of a metropolitan area, have two or so cats whose only jobs were to tear up his carpet. He's always wanted to fall in love, as well. But, for some reason he thought love would not fit with the career path he was choosing and he wouldn't have enough time for another person everyday. But, as he grew older from when he first started his career, he realized how disgustingly wrong he was. The poisonous thoughts in his head were, "well to be one of the greats I'll have to lay off of the need for love." All of the people who inspired him seemed to have gone down that road but he soon realized that didn't mean he had to aswell.

He was always portrayed in the media as a tortured artist that was depraved of love, but, look! He's an icon and he's fine with the lack of affection in his life. But that couldn't have been even more wrong. He desperately wanted for a person on the side of his painfully empty bed, someone to share thousands of mornings with, someone to go grocery shopping with, someone to warm him seats, somebody to love.

Eventually, he set his wide brown eyes on you. The two of you met at an event made for people with careers in the creative passage. His gaze settled on you explaining the backstory behind your ceramic sets, intriguing buyers with your magnifying words. He was struck with slight by your celestial appearance but he took his chance to speak with you and walked on over.

As the conversation progressed he realized you, surprisingly, didn't know who he was! And yet, you weren't condescending or disrespectful about it, you showed your feelings of interest and asked deep rooted questions about his work. This one interaction attracted him to you and he counted himself lucky that you wanted to continue talking, giving him your personal number.

Was he giddy about the fact it was your personal number and not your business number? Yes.

He called you at all times of the day in which you were available, asking you personal questions and crossing his fingers that you wouldn't get put off for his intense need for human connection, and guess what? You stayed.

He invited you to one of his annual fashion shows where tons of loved celebrities were present. In his thoughts, this was the perfect setting for him to ask you to be strictly his. After the two of you had a delicious dinner at the same table in which several movie stars were sat, he asked you to be his girlfriend. He had to suppress the urge to kiss you right then and there when you said yes. He could've since the both of you were now in a private setting, but, he needed it to be a separate and even more special occasion.

From that day on, he never faltered in his immense love and utter obsession he had for you. When he finished a fashion sketch and started picking out the fabrics for his project, he would ask you to be his model. Wrapping measuring tape around your waist, purchasing silks that complimented your skin tone. Magazine editors, journalists and critics found the fact that every original piece of his was so clearly modeled for + by you, the best romantic partnership story in the history of fashion.

At the end of every show of his, the both of you would walk out hand in hand. Except, you were wearing the one and only original clothing piece from one of his most popular fashion collections. Your job wasn't a professional model but that didn't stop him from treating you as such. In and out of work.

During interviews, he'd get questioned if he'd let anyone else be the model for his beginning sketches for the purpose of range.

"Well, I do have range. That's the main thing I'm known for, the complexity of my collections and designs. I'm the professional here so I'd rather listen to advice from me than you, thank you." The question he was asked wasn't necessarily harmful towards you, but that didn't stop Matías from fighting tooth and nail for you. Why? Well, put yourself in the shoes of a man head over heels in love.

Whilst on vacations together, you'd get self conscious of all the money he was spending on you. Did he really have to spend all that money on shopping for the highest quality clothing for you? In his mind, yes! It's his money so let him spend it the way he wants.

He makes clothing specifically for you, never letting you taint yourself with the filthy clothing made by other people. He takes great pride in seeing you decked out in the stuff he made while you were in his mind. Embroidery, colors, silk, chiffon, jersey, wool; he took all of your favorite things into consideration as he crafted his best work for you.

As the two of you drive around in the safe Cadillac he bought specifically for your honeymoon in Marseille, France, he can't help but think about how he's going to drown you with gifts and delicious foods before desserts later on that day. Will you get anxious of all the money he's spending? Yes. But he'll reassure you. He's THE Matías Herrera. He's spending money while his bank account is getting filled to the brim every second.

He's taking you to oyster restaurants, booking a private spa day just for you, getting down on his knees to put your shoes on your feet, feeding you tortellini, zipping up your silk dress from behind, putting the morganite-stoned necklace on you, quickly going for a coffee run and coming back up to your shared hotel room with your order before you wake up.

Before the two of you got married, he took you to meet his mother and father in the home he paid off for them. Not wanting to seem disrespectful and show up empty handed, you baked some sweets for them and wrote them a letter in your appreciation for their son. Because of that, they knew they were going to adore you as a daughter-in-law. As soon as you walked into their cozy residence, the aroma of freshly cooked food hit your nose. They prepared delicious traditional Mexican cuisine, consisting of menudo and mole with a side of chopped up onions, cilantro and tomatoes. That night, a shared love sparked between you and your soon to be in-laws. His parents shared words of appreciation towards you and you couldn't have been happier.

At your wedding, Matías couldn't help but sob at the sight of you as you walked down the aisle. The stream tears didn't falter even as he recited his vows that he had written a year ago. Your wedding was so emotional in the most beautiful way, causing people in the crowd to grab at tissues to hide their tears.

From all of the instances of him being a lovesick puppy around you, you wouldn't have even begun to think of him as a violent person. Of course, he would never be aggressive or violent towards you, but to others that he considered threats? Oh absolutely. His career gave him an understanding of the human body (all of its sensitive parts) and he's willing to use it to his sinful advantage when it comes to defending you.

I apologize very deeply because I know this may not be my best piece of work, I didn't feel very good today but I still wanted to give you guys something for being so sweet to me. Have an amazing day and night! Also, just to ramble a bit more, my yan! scientist post was inspired by seeing Cillian Murphy as Oppenheimer in the movie trailer, I hope that doesn't make me weird. I'm watching the movie tomorrow and I won't be able to handle the immense amount of dread I'm going to feel after seeing it or all of the incredibly attractive actors on screen. Made a new poster!

I've been getting back into Formula E this season and was feeling super inspired by the nature and environmentalism aspect of the series. Everything but the base layer is handmade recycled paper that I spent about a week on. I'm thinking of getting some prints made (on recycled paper to keep the theme) so let me know if anyone would be interested in that!

This is the original sketch and planning document I had. Clearly ended up being a lot fewer flowers than I intended on making, but I tried to still spread out where the flower inspiration came from so they're not all just European national flowers.

I made my own paper for the first time for this which was very much a trial and error process and I have a TON of leftover paper I'll be using for other projects soon.

Deleted Scene from As Stable As Water

Bucky frowned, the sketches looked familiar until he realized Steve was sketching the class live. He had a doodle of Sam as the kid sat forward and focused on building a paper airplane. And a drawing of Coulson lecturing about technology rules or whatever. Then there was a sketch of two other random kids Bucky didn’t know the name of. And finally, a sketch of himself.

His chin was resting in his right hand and his pencil was in his left as he gazed into something off the page. Bucky felt his face flush at how pretty Steve had captured him. He knew he didn’t look that good but he couldn’t ignore how his stomach fluttered. 

Steve smiled when he saw Bucky observing his drawings. “What do ya’ think?” he murmured, tapping the sketch with his eraser a few times. “I think I need to fix the eyes but otherwise…”

Bucky blushed, “I think it looks really good,” he murmured. Better than the real thing he wanted to add. 

Steve grinned at the praise. “Thanks, Buck. I love drawing people, it’s good practice to just sketch around me,” he shrugged. “And you make a really great model.”

Bucky bit his lip. Was Steve flirting with him? Was that just normal talk? God, Bucky was horrible at conversations and social skills. 

“Alright, so now that we have that covered, it’s time to pair up for the project,” Coulson announced, making Bucky’s head shoot up. What project? Fuck, he should’ve been paying more attention to class.

“Three people per group. The rubric is on the classroom. I expect everybody from the group to be able to answer any question regardless of what slides you did. This is a group project, not a divvy everything up and learn only a third of the material project. You may pick your own groups.”

Everybody let out a chorus of ‘oh thank god’ and ‘yesss’ at that. Bucky was relieved too because he hated working in group projects with strangers. It was impossible to organize. 

“Well, looks like we’ll be partners, right?” Steve asked Bucky. 

“Yeah, we just need one more. Can Sam join us?”

“Sure,” Steve said brightly as Sam moved his chair to their table. “What topic are we going to choose?”

Sam scrolled around on the textbook on his chromebook. “I don’t know man, there’s a ton of shit about World War II.”

“We could do a presentation on the advertisements and propaganda?” Bucky suggested. He always found the old posters fascinating.

“Yeah! That would be super fun,” Steve smiled.

This scene was deleted because it felt out of place and a bit out of character but I thought I'd share it with you guys anyway just to enjoy! I'm working on Chapter 7 so that ought to be done soon too. :)

I hope it's just an misunderstood from me but why do I feel like Williamson is kinda self inserting on Damian? I wasn't thinking at the beginning like that but sometimes with the things he write makes me wonder about it

That’s actually really insightful! I can’t say for certain whether this is true but the way he’s changing Damian’s character around is definitely raising speculation.

I definitely think Damian should have fought those idiots. Like the second that blond kid grabbed his notebook he should have grabbed that guy’s arm. I know there’s an artist’s rule of never seeing a person’s sketch book but writers are equally as protective. Especially since notebooks contain outlines, concepts, and beta stages that should never see the light of day.

For me it’s too soon to tell Williamson’s intentions with the story. Not a fan of the preview of the second issue but I’m hoping his writing will pull through as the series goes on. (Ngl wish Damian would snap at Bruce for all the BS in Gotham wars)

My belief as to why he’s changing Damian so much (other than projecting) is because he’s trying to break Damian out of his old label of being nothing more than a heartless violent person. Writers in the past have definitely done a crap ton of damage to his character and while Robin (2021) felt like Williamson trying to fix those decisions, Batman and Robin (2023) feels like he’s trying to prevent it from happening again by giving him new stuff.

I get that he’s trying, but a lot of us wish his interpretation of Damian growing up stuck closer to what other writers have already given him. He has friends. Plenty of them! And he has pets that he adores. And yeah you can keep the manga stuff because it’s kinda cute in it’s own way but don’t forget that Damian is an artist as well. Also can we bring back his music skills? Pretty sure he plays the violin.

I’m hoping Williamson doesn’t forget the things that already made Damian a great character and I’m hoping that as the comic goes on he remembers to add these things in. (Also where are Mara and Nika? Dude you were literally the last writer to give him friends and reunite him with his cousin so it’d be really embarrassing if you didn’t use them)

Hello doves~! I haven't been posting a lot on Tumblr recently, as I've been finishing up commission work and focusing on personal projects, but I assure you I am alive and well! 💛

It's a bitter sweet announcement, but I will be taking a short break from commissions to focus on personal work. I need the freedom to create art that is unpolished and rough, and explore techniques that focus on scenery and dynamic posing. I don't like to clutter your feeds with tons of sketches, so I'll be uploading the majority of my sketches/WIPS to Ko-Fi ☕. (All of my art is always free to view, but if you'd like to leave a tip, it's greatly appreciated!)

As for personal projects, I've revived a closed species I designed back in 2017 called "Capi". Their species sheet needs a major overhaul... but I jumped the gun, and created some new designs already lol! Some of these designs are for sale on Toyhouse right now, and I plan to make a free raffle for another batch soon!

I'm really excited for this original species project, and plan to share designs/species updates/raffles/etc. here as I work on them! I hope you'll love them as much as I do! (ﾉ◕ヮ◕)ﾉ*:･ﾟ✧

I also plan to revisit my favorite digital dragon site soon, as there are some new beauties waiting for artwork! BUT I have some other ambitious ideas in my head, with different character designs and themes I want to explore, and I'd like to post them regularly here as well. So, don't be surprise if you start seeing more non-FR related art posted soon~! I'm very excited about these projects, and I hope it will motivate me to post more actively here!

Important Update!: Hard drive issue

So I have announced this early on my discord server community I have about this situation. So not long ago about a few weeks ago my hard drive decided up and then to refuse to open again and give me a notification it has "malfunctioned".

I panicked when I couldnt get into my hard drive at all and lead me to have a mental breakdown. Heres a reason WHY though is because of the fact all of my artworks, vods ive saved ever since i started streaming for the first time on twitch as my first time vtubing, even videos ive created for years and film projects to look over, sounds and music ive saved even from places i probably cannot get back anymore, gifts from lovely people and friends even art trades and commissions ive also saved as well.

a fuuuuuck ton of art ive saved from YEARS of drawing are on there along with photography works even personal photos and videos.

so yeah i panicked like shit because my whole life work is in that damn thing.

My mom and dad manage to find a program to pay to get everything as much as we could to be able to move stuff over. we bought a new hard drive and its currently being used to copy stuff over. and me going through to make sure the amount of files on the hard drive to the new one match and if it doesnt we can focus on the single files that focus's on it to move over.

and this takes...DAYS. weeks even at worst. So this is a tedious as fuck of a long wait for to get EVERYTHING out of there. or at least everything that were ABLE to get out of there.

I do want to get my new hard drive unplugged temporarily and move my 2023 stuff over cause- fuck i need that file in my hands and plug it back into the other computer to continue making the copies. but god this is just horrendous....

it made me very sad this happened and it pisses me off as well. hopefully i can get everything back like nothing actually is missing and what not. so for those waiting on Art trades and commissions I beg to be patient. i know I have sketches down and saved towards DMS to the people and so that i can easily trace over that wip previews and go for it which i will. everyone else i have to start over which i hate doing but i also dont want to keep everyone waiting :/

I know once ATs and coms are done i will only open commissions for friends only. YCH's i'll probably open when able to cause I Have some planned to open on Vgen and Ko-fi.

does anyone else get that weird feeling when you can look at a bajillion different art styles and go "yeah that's neat! love it! so cool!" and then as soon as you do absolutely any of your own drawing, there's just a constant alarm going off in your head saying "THIS IS INCORRECT AND IF YOU DON'T FIX IT, IT WILL LOOK TERRIBLE AND ANATOMICALLY INACCURATE" despite it being nothing different from all those other art styles you see and love??? like "uncanny valley" but w/ all your own artwork and almost all the time

like I was just thinking about this, because there's lots of awesome artists I follow on Instagram & Tumblr that have interesting styles that don't necessarily follow real-life human proportions. It's often different variants of anime art but that's not always the case, and across pretty much all these different styles you have different things like how the contours of the face are (i.e. chin, cheeks), or the size/spacing of eyes, or the way the mouth is drawn

but it's just occurred to me that whenever I draw, there's pretty much always a constant nagging feeling, that I have to fix every anatomical or rendering mistake and if I don't then it just won't look "right", and that's one of the biggest things that stops me from completing 99% of my art

like earlier today I posted a 10-minute sketch, and it was obviously not "good anatomy"- it was pure vibes, just drawing what felt right in the moment and immediately posting it without trying to correct anything at all. and as soon as I did it, it hit me- that was probably the first time I've ever just created a piece of art for fun with virtually zero concern about "accuracy". Everything else I ever work on is always constantly drawn-out and changed and modified endlessly because it never feels "correct" and I don't feel like I can proceed with it.

today I've spent more than 3 hours just practicing how to draw heads, and it was the same thing. I was doing okay, but it took ages to get through even the simple parts like drawing straight from an anatomy ref. and it drives me insane not just because of perfectionism or whatever... but the fact that there's not a single "correct" human figure.

There's a ton of natural variation in how people appear, that's why we're all unique ffs! Different people have differently-shaped faces, their noses look different, their cheeks are different, their foreheads can be different, the wrinkles or freckles or eyebrows or eye shape or X Y Z are all varied and unique among different people.

Of course there are certain basic proportions and principles, you don't put someone's eyes on the back of their head, but I know all the basic proportions at this point and I've made a ridiculous amount of figure drawings both live and from photo, quite literally hundreds of drawings ranging from 1-3 minute gestures all the way to 1-, 2-, 3-hour-long works.

So why is it that no matter who or what I draw there's always that piercing & uncanny feeling? that i'm never able to capture a likeness of someone whether real or fictional, whether I'm trying to draw realistically or stylized?? it feels like I'm still getting something fundamentally wrong all the time even when I've studied all the basics and so much more, and even when my own professors look at what I do and say it's correct.

it's probably the autism, since there's a ton of other things in life where I appreciate predictability and uniformity and certainty. math problems have correct answers, essays can have certain types of analysis, machines can be described in terms of mechanical principles. But art isn't like that, and I've had similar issues w/ my art classes before, I just never quite thought of it from this specific perspective. I knew I struggled with open-endedness in projects, but this feels like something even deeper and more infuriating than that >.>

going back to that sketch, I can look at it and see obvious simple mistakes that I didn't bother to fix because I kept it strictly to 10 minutes. the chin is an obvious one, for instance, and the eyes could be better too. but I don't want to go back to that artwork, partially because it's just a 10-min sketch and it's not really anything that profound, but also partially because even though I know I can make it better I'm scared that as soon as I start messing with it I'll never be able to look at it comfortably ever again because it'll always feel incorrect. Not incorrect because I didn't care but incorrect despite me caring so much. which feels so much worse than just making a silly mistake when you're drawing normally.

Notes: Hey doll and thank you so much for requesting! I love both Idia and Leviathan so much, so I was really excited to write this 💜 Ngl I may do some angsty headcanons for Idia soon too, so lemme know if you’d be interested.

𖤐 Ortho picked up on the situation pretty quickly to be honest. Idia’s mannerisms and heart rate changed whenever you were around so it didn’t take long for his conclusion to be made.

𖤐 To say the least, nobody really thought that the day where Idia Shroud would finally manage to find a significant other would ever come (including himself).

𖤐 So when you first appeared, everyone wasnt expecting the two socially awkward nerds to become an item.

𖤐 Things started out pretty slow, you were testing the waters here and there to see what was comfortable and what wasn’t. Conversations weren't exactly both of your strong suits unless it had to do with topics that involved your hyper fixations ( but I suppose that was the main/one of the main foundations that you built your bond upon.)

𖤐 As mentioned, Idia is better conversing through message. His true colours definitely shine quicker and brighter that way! Conversations about gaming, different theories you guys have, cats, how awful socialising is and talking about how envious y’all are of extroverts etc would ensue for hours on end! (He'd also definitely send you some of the most out of pocket shit ever).

𖤐 Helping each other out with your anxiety is a likely thing that will happen as your relationship progresses. Idia will identify your triggers and try his best (bless his soul) to help you calm down - he does expect the same treatment back when he is in need of it too though.

𖤐 He'd love the fact that he'd have a s/o who he can share so much in common with, it makes him feel less like a black sheep.

𖤐 Staying up all night gaming and having anime marathons with shit tons of energy drink, coffee and junk food are a 100% must - whether its date night or not.

𖤐 Idia’s love languages are most likely quality time and words of affirmation so these traits would definitely show when you guys are alone in his room doing the stuff you both love most other than each other.

𖤐 The build up to your first kiss would've been quite staggered but Idia was definitely certain he wanted to play the pocky game to its fullest extent. It was short and sweet but as you were about to quickly but gently pull away (face set ablaze) he’d place one of his hands on the side of your face and whisper, ‘P-please just a little longer.’ His hair was tainted a rosy pink, along with his cheeks after that.

𖤐 Show him your demon form! He'd be so enamored by it and mention how much remind him of one of his favourite fictional characters and how you’re full of surprises. He’d probably be too shy to ask, but he’d love to feel your tail and look at your horns closer up - every time you shift his eyes will always be fixated on you.

𖤐 He is pretty good at sketching too and I strongly believe that he’d have a stash of drawings of you and your demonic features hidden somewhere (most likely under the floorboards or some shit).

𖤐 As Idia has an amazing way with technology, please ask him about what he is currently developing! Compliment the latest project hes working on, ask him about his thought and creative process! It'd mean so much to him! In return he’ll engage/ask you about your other hobbies!

𖤐 I imagine pda wouldn't be present very much in this relationship, however I can see Idia linking his pinky with yours sometimes during lessons or when you both get dragged outside when his anxiety levels raise - even though he isn't fully holding your hand the tips of his hair still turn a rosy pink.

𖤐 Pda in his room would be different though. I think that once either you/him built up enough courage to hug a surprising turn/new discovery was made and now you both hug as if the other were a lifeline. It’s a nice reminder that your still there or when things become too difficult the other half of yourselves are always close by to comfort you.

𖤐 Imagine Idia watching you playing on a game, whilst sitting on his bed and he’s gently hugging your waist and using your thighs as a pillow.

𖤐 During this time his smile will either be small and gentle or it’ll be a full blown maniacally cute grin because he’s so happy (GOD I LOVE HIS SMILE SO FUCKING MUCH!!!).

𖤐 Idia likes to make dates special in his own quirky way too!

𖤐 For example, since neither of you enjoyed going outside and he didn’t want to keep pulling the same clichéd date 24/7, he set up a little date in an online role-play game for you two to have a date in. However the majority of dates will simply consist of dinner in either his room or your room (candle-lit if you prefer) and you guys will just act as if you are out on a date in the outside world.

𖤐 Another thing that I really think Idia would be into is horror movies - mainly the monster genre like Frankenstein, Dracula, Creature from the black lagoon (the classics!). I think he’d really enjoy zombie movies too and y’all would have some mad conversations over what you’d do during the apocalypse - he is still really jumpy with horror so if you’re not bothered by it, take as a shot to get closer to him.

OC Spiderman AU 🕷️

Spidey sketch with a writing bit by yours truly! This is my OC Spider-Man AU. It’s a mix of all three spider film franchises, the PS4 games, & the spiderverse movie… but with my own twists and OCs! It’s not meant to be comic accurate or anything special, just a bit of fun.

By no means am I a writer, this is just something I scribbled down in my notes app and wanted to share so a bit of this AU could make sense! It’s a combo mix of brief character descriptions & actual story. also NOPE I did not proofread. I’m lazy like that 🫶🏽 I plan to make storyboards with the described scenes. These are like the bare bones of it! :)

Background on Hannah Cooper

Hannah Cooper originally worked at Oscorp as an assistant, but quickly climbed the ranks and begun working with some of the more… dangerous projects. She was moved on to work with a lab created Symbiote of some kind, but the project was quickly shut down due to health regulations and how toxic the substance could be. Osborn (soon to be green goblin, & infected with symbiote himself) asks Hannah to take on the project outside of the company & although dangerous and illegal, he promises her extremely high pay and head of research within Oscorp. She takes on the project and slowly becomes obsessed and (literally) infected by it.

She’s a mix of Doc Ock & Symbiote, using her skills in robotics and biology, she builds robotic arms like tubes where symbiote and flow through and around them without completely losing shape. She wears a long white lab coat with dirty brass goggles & her hair tied up.

Background on Noah Cooper & the messy relationships (LOL)

Noah Cooper is young high school student and best friend/boyfriend of Jacob Briggs… aka Spider-Man. He’s also the little brother of (you guessed it!) Hannah. Yeah, a LOT to unpack.

As Jacob learns more and more about Oscorps sketchy secrets & connections to the most dangerous in the city, he naturally becomes curious and decides to investigate a strange lab privately funded by Osborn himself. While there, he discovers Hannah working there- and leaves as soon as he came. But unfortunately cameras in the area give her a sneaking suspicion of who he was.

Surprise! The next night Noah invites Jacob to dinner with his family, including Hannah. It gets SUPER awkward, Jacob and Hannah even get into strangely heated argument no one else at the table understands which only make her suspicions stronger.

A bit later on after Jacobs Spider-Man identity gets revealed to Noah, he tries to explain Hannah’s connection to the company and how much danger she’s in. Noah tries to defend her, but can’t help but agree she’s been acting strange lately. It ends in another heated argument of theirs which leaves them both upset at eachother for awhile

Final battle scene;

after several minutes of fighting they both grow tired and desperate to have it end. She’s the most dangerous she’s ever been, and he’s the most vulnerable. While down, Jacob hears a familiar voice from the side but he can’t make out the words. He turns his attention to the sound and sees Noah climbing up the rubble with something in his hand. He stands proudly and raises it high as possible- a loud, horrible ring pours from the tiny device and leaves Hannah crumbling to the ground covering her ears, the symbiote begins to fall apart like kinetic sand. Noah sprints across the floor to Jacob and helps him up (also hands him some earbuds lol) Jacob begs and pleads for Noah to leave before he gets hurt, but he refuses and points to a new and improved spy-fly drone flys through the smoke and wreckage. With artificial webs, it blasts a web net over Hannah & alerts Jacob that it’d called for the NYPD’s R.A.F.T officers. The sound device begins to make a whirring sound, cutting in and out before completely shutting down. Hannah begins to recover and stand up again, Jacob tries but can barely get himself into a proper fighting position, he yells at Noah to leave again but doesn’t get a response back- he turns to him and sees him in shock. His sister towering 15 extra feet above him, wearing the same lab coat she’d come home in every day- she was so unrecognizable and familiar at the same time-it would be shocking for anybody. Jacob grabs Noah by the shoulders trying to shake him fully conscious again. They both start running for the exit once his legs start working again. A huge chunk of rubble and metal starts coming down right above Hannah, she swiftly moved out of the way, and decides to make one more shaky, blind stab towards Jacob. The combination of dust and smoke make it hard to see, but she could feel the impact. The dust falls and she sees Jacob huddled over Noah. From across the room. Distance police sirens grew louder and the surroundings flames died down. She slithered her way closer to the two. Jacob yells and cries to her, still hovering over the body. She leans down to his level and stares Jacob in the eyes with the first glimpse of remorse since this started. "I can fix him. If you let me go." She didn’t sound delusional or desperate, she was serious. Red and blue flashes filled the room and Jacob makes a promise, that if they crossed paths again, she wouldn’t make it out alive next time. As R.A.F.T officers flooded the scene, she left through the back of the building into the dark.

Hii lookie! Even though I only made like 4 fully rendered pieces this year, I'm happy with what I've done this year!

(For months where I dont't have fully rendered finished pieces I put in the next closest thing I have that month.)

Ramble under the cut where I try to go over each month

General overview:

Funny thing I've noticed is how often I used cool tones this year bc my older art (that ive never shown from like 2 years ago) was characterized by warm tones

Even though I work through fully rendered pieces super slowly and barely come out of the year with any, I'm super proud of my progress this year! I've learnt and grown a lot as an artist and have also realized my potential. With that though also comes my fear of not being able to top what I've done, which I'm trying to work on! My issue is I tend to produce a lot of art when feeling highly inspired by a media, and right now I don't exactly feel the same kind of spontaneous and passionate inspiration as I did during the year. I'm definitely dealing with some sort of mental block right now when it comes to digital art and I'm hoping to get through that soon because I miss the process of making something I love through drawing!!

January:

honestly thought the boatem piece was done last year so I was surprised to find it in my January files! This piece was kind of a turning point for my art as it was my first more complex pieces (i had not previously done a piece w more than 1 character in it really). It was a lot of work and I was very nervous about it but I'm quite proud of what I was able to do!

Late january is also when i started sketching out the ethubs piece actually (i work slow)!

February:

I didn't actually do a ton of art this month, as I tend to take a break and slow down right after finishing a piece. At this point I was very keen on doing pose studies traditionally. I posted some of these and most of them were desert duo.

This month i started to really figure out my dnd character Ethe's main design as our campaign was starting. So, i did a portrait of her for that. The rest of February was working on ethubs and studying how to paint grass and clouds and just sketching here and there. I think desert duo brain rot was strongest this month

March:

March was also a mix of pose studies and random sketches and FINALLY FINISHING ETHUBS. I was also doing some art for dnd ^_^

April:

I finished the dragonborn npc centered dnd piece this month, and also began sketching out the cleo piece. In between working on cleo I did some joe art including an animatic featuring the wordle boarder and the sketch for biblically accurate joe :D

May:

Pretty much anytime i had procreate open in may I was working on Cleo. This is the most ambitious art project I have taken on and I wasn't sure if I was able to make it how I wanted, so I was kind of slow and on and off with it. I ended up putting it down towards the end of the month and did some more personal illustrations

June:

Big month for my dnd blorbos tbh! I introduced a sister for Ethe and was working on her design and their interactions. I also got a bigger sketchbook this month and did a bunch of traditional studies. I finished the flats for cleo this month and took a break so most of the art I did were sketches

July:

I was in the home stretch for cleo and with the help of my friends telling me to finish it i finally pushed through and finished it. I couldnt be happier w the results!! it's one of my proudest pieces this year and I put in so much work for it. But after I finished it i took a huge break from mcyt art and focused on dnd art yet again.

August:

My work for the multidimensional big bang started this month!! I worked out the character design early august and had a sketch for the full piece by the end of the month. In the meantime I was actually working on a cat painting I never posted... maybe I'll post it in an end of year art dump

September:

This month was all about the big bang piece. I had so much fun doing it and am super proud of the finished product. Im especially happy with the composition and inclusion of the background characters!!

October:

Again. Major break from making full pieces after finishing a huge one last month. I think I spent more of my creative energy elsewhere like my writing. Also school started again and I had moved apartments and there was a lot of irl stuff preventing me from drawing. I did try to do traditional studies if I could

November:

Kind of a dead month for drawing. Super busy w school, chugging my way through Ethe's ref sheet i started months ago.

December:

Literally haven't drawn anything new besides a new years illustration for greeting cards. I picked up crocheting again and have been spending a lot of creative energy on that instead, but to keep my drawing going I've been doing more figure studies in my sketch book i guess!

I said it yesterday, Seb’s quotes were going to be the inspiration for this Monday Motivation. Mainly because I strongly believe that if we keep talking about Seb as a human, he is never leaving us for real. Yes, I am in denial and it hasn’t sunk in yet. I wanted to make a whole Daniel/Mick/Seb/Nicky Monday Motivation… but now I think I’ll shine a little spotlight on these beautiful quotes.

Yesterday I saw a TikTok that said ‘only six more weeks till 2023’ and normally it would give me the biggest rush of anxiety. “SIX WEEKS? But I haven’t achieved a whole lot and there is so little time…” But this year I am taking a different approach. Instead of just looking at the big things (like working for a company I loved, getting back on track with making myself healthier and of course getting my bachelor diploma last week), I am looking at all the small things that in hindsight made a big difference for my happiness and I want to ask you to do the same. I would love to hear the small things that made your January till November happier! 🧡

Here’s a small list of mine: I got closer with my friends since high school, I met new people and became close with them, I started doing these Monday Motivations and we became closer, I went on small little trips that are now big memories, I put myself out there and started this dating journey, I went to more concerts in a year than I’ve ever done, I started to take more pictures (no… I am not starting a babette.jpg even though I do think I could run a good account), I’ve seen more F1 cars in a year than I’ve ever done and most importantly I chose myself countless of times.

So, am I gonna give you a piece of homework this week? Yeah, I am! Write that list! Sit yourself down and write/record/sketch/whatever else a list of moments. Little moments of happiness and positivity to combat the stress of this year almost coming to an end. And if you feel like sharing, I’m a nosy bitch so… send them my way 🥰

Ahhhh happy Monday baby!

I'm really sorry I missed your message last week. I've been working on a project that I hope will be worth the effort and I've been sleeping an awful lot. I went to my psychiatrist because I was having trouble getting asleep (thus causing my exhaustion during the day) so she adjusted my meds a bit and now it's a tad better even to the feeling of tiredness never leaves.

I must admit, yesterday gave me a ton of anxiety and when that overwhelmed me, depression. I know most people look forward to the end of the season mostly because of all the drama, but I wish I had a race every couple of weeks to look forward to, just to keep me away from bad thoughts.

Strangely, Christian Horner said something that calmed me down a bit: 2023 begins this week. And although we have to wait 100 days till the lights go out again, I feel that this winter break will bring us good news.

Or at least I hope so.

I didn't want to let Dan, Mick and Seb go, but at the same time I wish for Dan to make a great comeback. And for Seb to look at the possibility to be a TP for a certain Italian team...

But now, let's go back to your message!

Loads of stuff has happened since January and you're right, I haven't been looking at the little things that happened along the way: I found a research project to cooperate on with a professor that seems to have found something special in me and wants me to graduate soon. He also texts me for races and we comment on them. It's fun.

I finally found professional people to help me through my mental issues, I'm on medication and in therapy and my therapist made me feel less lonely now that I'm back living with my parents. I managed to get a couple of exams done too, fighting through my depression.

I adopted a cat. She's the love of my life now.

I finally visited my best friend in the city she's now living in.

I went back to play videogames and liking it. And met a new friend along the way.

And ofc I spent all the races having fun with all of you ❤️
