ok this was much longer than i thought it would be but this episode has a lot in it. each episode gets better and better and this is definitely my favorite of the season so far.

i am LOVING louis and armands relationship and also both of their story arcs and characterizations. their dynamic is kind of the opposite of what i, and i think a lot of other people, expected but it still makes total sense and im enjoying it a lot

#school rumble #i could write an essay on it #actually i have #one of the most powerful stories ever written gah it drives me crazy that it comes in such a strange package #the story so powerful the animation team rejected the manga's bs to give the characters the finale they deserved #even though they were forced to retcon it in the final 2 episodes to push for another season #literally they just end the story on episode 19 and hard pivot to movie parody skits/vacation specials for the rest of the episodes #it's magical #until the episode 25 does the ''ohhh nooo they forgot the whole thing and put us right back where we started uh oh whoops''#''awww looks like we're gonna have to have another season''#literally #anyway if i ever start feeling emotions im probably going to start school rumble posting and never stop #schoolrum's so stupid you can only appreciate it emotionally #it's not like nichijou where theres still all this artistry and richness you can still engage with if youre cut off heartwise #i didnt even have emotions when i first watched it but it was still powerful enough to make a visceral impact #but at this point im just too far gone i need a bit of heartspace before i can have any chance of actually registering any of it again #<- finally caved and posted a schoolrum rant after like 5 and a half years on here #its the kind of series that lurks forgotten for years at a time #until one day it jumps out and grabs you and refuses to let go until you rewatch it again #best dub in history btw you didnt know english localization and voice acting could be this good #knocks the original japanese out of the park and truly ties everything together #nichijou japanese and school rumble english are the two best animation dubs of all time

I just finished rewatching s3 so I’m making a post abt s3 related hcs/rewrites bc I can use tags to sort stuff on tumblr

- Pixal and Zane are siblings :)

Zane sees Pixal at the start of the season + is like “:O!! You’re also!! You!! Are like me!! We are siblings now I don’t make the rules :)” and Pixal is confused bc they were made by 2 different people how are they siblings

As the season progresses instead of romantic feelings developing it’s sibling feelings. They are siblings real and true Pixal told me xerself

- the love triangle is not a thing Cole’s been out as gay since s1. He likes men

But idk if maybe Nya realizes she isn’t attracted to men in s3 or if she already knows..

- Kai has braces during s3

- in between s2 + s3 Lloyd visits his parents at Garmadon’s monastery on weekends + when he has the free time

- Kai has aphantasia

- Pixal + Zane are the same height. After Zane gets his titanium body post-s3 he’s 2 inches taller than he was. When Pixal rebuilds her body she makes herself 5 inches taller (taller than everyone else)

- part of why the ninja were having a hard time as teachers is bc they’re literally 15. They should be in school learning, not teaching

- since Wu’s Academy or whatever it was called had girls + boys that supports my hc that actually it’s Darkley’s Boarding School For Bad Kids and not Darkley’s Boarding School For Bad Boys

Evil people can have children of any gender just like anyone else

- in s2 the ninja didn’t lose their elemental powers, they just got new swords

Therefore in s3 they had their elemental powers the whole time. Lloyd still shares his golden power so that he’s not a target for the Overlord

- when Nya steps on the one machine + the students are like “I bet your perfect match is Jay!” it takes an odd amount of time to load + then it glitches out

The reason is bc Pixal is connected to everything in Borg Tower to at least some extent and when she notices the machine processing Nya’s true match xe makes it glitch out (bc it was gonna say Pixal + Pixal thinks there must be an error in the system bc that can’t be right)

- Zane doesn’t give Pixal half his heart, just part of it. As far as they know his power source is infinite (until they’re in space + he’s like “turns out my power source is finite bc I’m running out of power, guys”) so there’s no reason to give a whole entire half

Also he can still do spinjitzu on his own

I can't believe shows can just be completely erased. It's so so wrong.

#i didnt even know the mysterious benedict society was cancelled #then i find out it's being removed from disney+ too!?#all because disney doesnt want to pay the people who put all the effort into creating it #how greedy can you possibly be because these companies pull in SO much money #paying writers and every other creator attached to a project adequately wouldnt even make a dent in their overall profits #and it particularly sucks because even when shows end.. hey you can rewatch them over and over right?#nope because now they can be thrown into the void too #as if cancellation doesnt hurt enough we're going to pretend it never existed too!!!!#and the cast was SO young and talented in this case!#cast crew creators etc.. moving forward what does that look like on a resume #to have something you put all this time into #and now it's gone so you dont even get any credit #i am so tired of the way tv is working now #and this is one of MANY shows being completely removed #personally didnt like willow but so many people care a lot about it #and it JUST came out #so wild that disney can just erase it like that #im starting to get a horrible feeling about s3 of sab/a soc spinoff too #how horrible would it be to never get a greenlight when the whole season is already written #the writers never get credit for writing it either #flythepost

everyone always seems to have this crazy story of how they got into object shows but i literally just got into them cuz my brother made me watch them with him

also if i had to rank my favorite pokemon seasons rn i think my top 3 are battle frontier, sun and moon’s first season, and either masterquest or galactic battles, can’t really pick between those last two rn

i don't know if you've watched it yet or are intending to watch it but i would highly recommend watching the new disney series Willow!

i hadn't really planned on it, since I'm not really into fantasy stories, or stories about magic but seeing how passionate you are about it does make me think maybe I should, lol. Weirdly enough, I did read the novelization of the film a long time ago. Someone gave it to me after buying it at a thrift shop I think. I remember actually really liking it.

Love how Lucifer just manhandles Adam during their 'fight' despite everyone else getting their asses kicked. Plus him effortlessly destroying him when Charlie's in danger is really sweet.

that was everything me to me. like everything. It was built up so well too

we spent the whole season building up alastor as this massive powerhouse, eldritch, nobody messes with him. Only one who tried picking a fight with him (Vox) got utterly humiliated and everyone else was clearly outclassed. Except for Lucifer where Alastor merely just went with annoying instead of power challenging. Like we got vibes okay yeah makes sense that the King of Hell isn't intimidated by anyone, even if it's alastor, but Alastor got TWO wtf moments in Dad Beat Dad one with Husk and one with defending the hotel

other than that, it was pretty much, nobody messes with him cuz he will mess you up

and he fights Adam evenly sorta for a bit before Adam pulls out the "I'm an angel which is stronger than any demon" card and alastor gets his ass handed to him.

Like what a way to set up how strong ADAM is, having him beat Alastor. And then no one else in the hotel is as strong as Alastor was, so everyone's struggling. Charlie at least gets one good hit in but her inexperience kicks her in the ass and then Lucifer just shows up and

like hot DAMN that was just one hit! He broke Adam's mask, the force was enough to send him FLYING across the roof top, and bounce so hard against the billboard he BROKE THE SKYLIGHT

That was just a "HANDS OFF MY BABY" warning too, like LOOK at that face, that's not a "fight me" face it's a "if you touch my baby again, I will screw you so bad your bones will need therapy and you never recover"

Lucifer not even .2 seconds later, just upon seeing Charlie

and then yeah, Lucifer was NOT taking the fight with Adam serious at all, like the dude was taunting him, mocking him, dodging all of his attacks, just shapeshifting like Adam was a joke LIKE LOOK AT THIS

Lucifer isn't even scared, he's just "oh there's a wall there"

His FACE IM DYING he's legit like "wowwww you just tried shoving me into a wall? really? didn't have any other ideas? Soooooo original of you. I will mock you now"

HIS HANDS ARE BEHIND HIS BACK HE FOR REAL SAID HE COULD TAKE ADAM WITH BOTH HANDS BEHIND HIS BACK

rewatching rn for the screenshots, he's legit just shapeshifting for the fun of it. 70% of the time nothing has happened, he's just dodging adam and shapeshifting while doing it, like he doesn't need to be doing that this is 100% mockery.

And then the iconic

like omgggg this is soooo satisfying and amazing to watch. Like the set up of Adam being powerful was great, and then we just get this absolute trolling from Lucifer cuz he really doesn't care about Adam

And listen the trolling is great and all, but when Adam makes the mistake of not heeding Lucifer's warning of messing with his baby, and then does it a second time

RIP Adam just getting one shot-ed like that but hnnnnnggggg we got to see Lucifer fully pissed and it was GREAT

And somehow my favorite part wasn't even watching Lucifer go absolute ham on Adam, it was that even at his absolute most rage fueled moment, snarling like a beast where he was going to and fully intended on making good on his threat about messing with his baby

just one shoulder touch from Charlie and he's immediately chill. Like it's instantaneous, like how much do you love someone to be able to be absolutely livid, about to incinerate someone levels of rage only to immediately be "o oki! No more violence!" the second that person touches you???

Ugh I love them so much! Like everything about that fight, but especially how Lucifer can just go from absolutely the most dangerous person in one second and then OWO SOFT the next just by looking at Charlie

oops this post got long... IMSORRYYYYY other than "More than Anything" and the phonecall with charlie this is one of the scenes I replay the most, I love them so much

Any favorite Richonne moments? Rewatching season 6 and forgot about Michonne immediately slamming the woman who punched Rick. I couldn’t help but think how that meme of kevin hart being held is so Richonne coded lmao

Every richonne moment is my favorite moment tbh 😂

I, too, really love when Michonne body slammed that random woman who punched Rick. And it being directly after their first night together makes it sexier. Like that is HER man, she's decided. Like, they're so iconic. Imagine every scene with your ship being their best scene. That's crazy!

But to answer your question I'll name a few of moments I especially love. Some of these are probably underrated, others probably not. It's not gonna be in any type of order because it's too hard to rank lol. But here are five.

1: Taking Judith To Hilltop

Whenever Carl is dying and Alexandria is getting bombed by the saviors, the group decides they need to evacuate to Hilltop. Rick asks Michonne, the person he trusts most in the world, to take Judith to Hilltop. And we all know how much Rick (and Michonne) loves his children so this was definitely a huge thing to ask. I just find it beautiful the amount of trust he has in her. I love that Andy quote where he's like "Rick trusts her with his life and his children's lives." I can't remember the full quote so I'm definitely paraphrasing but it's a great moment. And unfortunately I can't find a picture of the moment either.

2: Mowing Down Walkers with the RDIM

This whole scene is just so crazy to me. It starts off with Michonne annoyed she has to just stand around while everyone else does all the work. Fed up, she decides to ignore Thorne and take charge. She grabs the RDIM and runs and runs and runs pretty far away from everyone else, mowing down walkers along the way. And then all of a sudden who appears next to her? Rick. Do you know how fast he would have to have been running to catch up with her? He's crazy lmao! It's also really sweet in another way too because he knows she might get in trouble for this so he gets himself in trouble with her. Partners in crime! And also im sure he couldn't just let her run into a horde of walkers by herself. Anyway, they mow down the walkers and then Rick sets the RDIM up to explode and grabs Michonne's hand and runs away from the impending explosion with her. And if you notice when they go behind the tree, Rick puts her ahead of himself. He also shields her body with his when the explosion happens. We know what happens next. They start staring into each other's eyes and neither of them are capable of resisting each other so they have a little makeout session complete with tonguing and moaning. Classic richonne. Noticing their connection, Michonne says "come on" referring to how he should leave with her. He warns that "They'll find us, they will." She tells him "we'll make it so they can't." And he's under her spell so of course all his most recent refusal just goes out the window as he tells her "not like this." It ends with a signature forehead touch. I feel like this is a thing richonne generally does when they feel distant from one another. Physical touch is big for them so I feel like the forehead touching is a way to reconnect them I think. It's beautiful. So anyway they head back to the rest of the group to help. Thorne's goofy ass decides that Michonne, or Dana, is more trouble than she's worth and aims her big gun at her. Somehow Michonne's bodyguard Rick notices this immediately. It's crazy how he ALWAYS has eyes on her to protect her. No wonder she said she only feels safe with him. He sticks himself between the gun and Michonne, blocking her from Thorne's view and successfully saving her from being killed. I love seeing how protective Rick is of his lady.

3: Rv Hand Hold

So after their first kiss and first night together, they are tragically robbed of the chance to spend the morning together when Jesus lets himself into their home to speak to Rick. This world moves fast so they don't really get the time to breathe before Jesus and the rest of the group are on their way to Hilltop. Michonne sits bashfully in the passenger seat, wondering if last night meant as much to Rick as it did to her. And Rick notices this (because he always has eyes on her) and eases her mind by grabbing her hand. Of COURSE it meant as much to him as it did to you.

4: Michonne Saving Rick From Winslow

So I've talked about how much I love Rick being protective of Michonne but I also love when Michonne is protective of Rick. Okay so this moment happens when Rick and Michonne are trying to recruit those worthless useless garbage people to fight against the saviors. Their leader (who I'm not naming because fuck that bitch) wants to put Rick to the test like the dumbass she is. To test him, she decides to take him "up, up, up" which is code for "throw you in a hole you can't climb out of with no weapons while a spiked walker comes at you." Michonne, sensing this bullshit, nervously grabs Rick's hand to stop him. She goes to say something but Rick stops her and comforts her. He goes up there anyway and gives Michonne a reassuring nod once up there. The leader says some sort of bullshit to him, I don't know what because I zone out any time she speaks. Anyway she pushes him down the hole. Michonne screams at her "what did you do?!?!" before running to find Rick by looking through a hole. She yells his name and he looks around confusedly for a few seconds before figuring out where her voice is coming from. He lets her know he's okay. And then Winslow comes at him. Again he has no weapon so he frantically tries to climb out but to no avail. Michonne watching this through the hole yells directions to him. "The walls. USE them!" And he does! And it works! Michonne's plan works and she saves his life. It's just a fun example of how Michonne's guidance always helps Rick.

5: Unclenching His Fist

So after a very endearing family fun day for the Grimes family, it sadly gets cut short when Scott (or whatever his name is) delivers the news that some random ex savior (that really no one cares about) got killed by someone. This is bad news and Rick is visibly upset by this. Michonne notices this and reaches a hand out to him.

His hand is closed and she gently opens it.

She not only comforts him but let's him know this burden isn't only his. It's hers too. And that they will get through this together. Michonne has always been able to comfort Rick in a way no one else can and vice versa.

So in conclusion, these are just a few moments I really love and why I love them. Again I wanna say that every moment is my favorite richonne moment so this is definitely not a ranked list. I had to limit myself to just five because I could go on and on and on and on and on and on if you let me 😂 but if you wanna know more of my favorite moments I don't mind sharing them. im bout to do my physical media rant baybe i keep trying to find some of my favorite cartoons n shit on DVD and SOO many of them only have like the first season and maybe the second physically and IM LIKE WHAT you went ahead and made a DVD for this series but couldn't be bothered to do like??? the rest of it??? and i ALMOST understand it ya know you wanna release the first season and see if it sells well before going and doing the rest, but also that's dumb? i don't wanna own only ONE SEASON if im going to buy a dvd for a series esp one that's already finished, i want to be sure it's THE WHOLE THING i'm not going to buy just a lil bit im going to wait for the full series to buy it so i know when im rewatching i don't have to like stop half way through and go watch the rest of it ONLINE GRRR GRRR do the full series or don't do it AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!!! im about to start buying bootlegs

Ok so. I haven’t posted in a few days. But i am back on my Bi!Buck bullshit (which is valid and no one can tell me otherwise).

I have finished season two since my last post and started season three (I know the main points of the tsunami, but im rewatching the whole show dammit).

I would like to retract my statement saying that Tommy was a dick. While there were some things he did that i wasnt a big fan of, i understand the environment he was in and how it could affect how he acted. He actually seems like a really sweet character! I did watch what is out of season seven already just so i could get more context and i was too quick to judge him :(

I am so excited for where the show is going! And Buddie is my endgame, but i honestly wouldnt be mad if it doesnt happen as long as Buck and Eddie stay in each other’s lives, either as platonic or romantic soulmates (they are soulmates, no one can convince me otherwise). The fact that we have a queer character (who Oliver stated is bi!) that is figuring out a part of his identity later in his life is so important! Because it does happen! And i have so many other happy thoughts related to this but i am already rambling LMAO

As a last point, i wanted to talk about Eddie. I could see him being demisexual. I dont think he is gay like a lot of people headcannon (which is valid! No shame for headcannons!). Because to me, he genuinely loved Shannon. And people could argue the (valid) point that he thought he had to (similar to Athena and Michael). I just feel like Eddie needs to have a strong bond going into a relationship and he hasnt placed that yet. I very well could be misreading it tho.

Anyways, i love my gay firefighter show (Hen and Karen also deserve the world ❤️). I would love if Tommy was a recurring character and i swear abc better keep my two boys close, even if its not romantic.
