Jan Valek x (F) Reader 2/2

Elizabeth arrives at her destination with Lucy , unbeknownst to them not only Jack Crow was behind her, someone from her past shows up an sees the reunion.

Elizabeth stepped out of the car and headed to the back and unstrapped Lucy from her car seat. She looked around to check if the coast was clear before proceeding to the spot.

The place looked deserted, but she kept her guard up. Elizabeth picked up Lucy and placed her inside a medium sized storage shed and whispered to her, “Do not move from this spot or make a sound, no matter what you see or hear. You hear me?” Lucy nodded in agreement and Elizabeth closed the door and walked toward the front of the Territorial Prison.

Meanwhile, Jack caught up with Elizabeth to see what she was up to, but was very careful not to be seen. As this was happening, Elizabeth looked around the area and called out, “Valek?” But there was no answer, only the sounds of the wind blowing through the trees and the crickets chirping.

Before she could call out to him again, a familiar voice from behind her, said, “It has been a while, Elizabeth.” She turned around to see Valek standing before her, with a small smug, tugging at his lips.

Elizabeth walked toward him and said, “It has only been three years. I do believe that you did receive messages from my friend who is staying at my apartment for me until I returned. I hope you didn’t hurt her.” As he walked toward her, he replied, “Don’t worry, I didn’t kill her, nor did I lay one fang or finger on her.”Jack watched them embrace from his hiding spot. Elizabeth did not want to let go of him, but she had to sometime. Finally, they broke the embrace.

“Where is our daughter?” Valek asked. She replied,“She’s here.” She turned to the direction of the storage shed and called out to Lucy. The shed door opened and Lucy peaked out her head to see what was going on. “It’s all right, Lucy.” Lucy began to run toward her mother and immediately clung to her legs. Valek bends down to get a closer look at his daughter.

Valek said in a gentle voice to Lucy, “Hello Lucy, do you remember me?” Lucy cautiously stepped forward, and immediately, she nodded. “The last time I saw you was when you were just born, it was a shame that you both had to leave in such a hurry. I’m so happy to finally see you again. ” He said he placed his pale hand against Lucy’s rosy cheek.

As this was happening, a voice from behind them said, “Well, isn’t this sweet?” All three of them turned around to the direction of the voice, and was shocked to see that it was no other than Elizabeth’s ex-boyfriend, Geoffrey, with a crossbow in his hand. “One big, happy family.” he said as he was getting closer. Valek growled, placed both Elizabeth and Lucy behind him as his fangs extended. He raised his crossbow at them and said with a psychotic smirk to Elizabeth,“I told you I wasn’t giving up, but you didn’t listen.”

Geoffrey pointed the crossbow right at Valek. As he step forward, he said to the group, “I’m not here to start a fight, I’m only here to take what belongs to me and be on my merry way. ” Elizabeth yelled out at him, “I’m not your property, I don’t belong to you! And neither does my daughter!”

What Geoffrey said next pissed off Valek, “I could care less about the brat. She can stay here with your baby daddy.” How dare he insult his daughter? Who does he think he is? But before Valek could do anything, Jack jumped out of his hiding spot with his crossbow pointed at him, “How about you drop your crossbow, or you will be the first to go into your grave.”

Geoffrey and the group looked over to see Jack pointing the crossbow at him. Elizabeth was shocked that he actually followed her when she told him she had to do this alone, of course, Jack never listened. Geoffrey chuckled and pointed the crossbow at Jack.“I don’t believe that’s going to happen. I’m going to take Elizabeth with me, and you are not going to interfere.”

Jack looked over to Elizabeth, and said to her, “Valek, if you want to earn my trust, I suggest you look after Elizabeth and Lucy. Get them out of here, I’ll take care of him.” But Geoffrey I said, “She’s not going anywhere with that bloodsucking leech.” Almost immediately Valek had this smirk form on his face as he said, “Not if my flock has anything to do with it.” As soon as he said this, the rest of his vampire fledglings came out of their hiding places, and began to surround Geoffrey.

“Leave the vampire hunter, get the one that you’re surrounding.” Valek commanded his fledglings. As this was happening, the sun was beginning to rise, and it wasn’t much time before they were all going to be turned to dust. Almost immediately, Valek grabbed both Lucy and Elizabeth, and made a big jump to her SUV while the rest of the fledgling had to retreat back inside the building, leaving Jack and Geoffrey to have a standoff.

“I’m not leaving here without Elizabeth, even if takes me to rid of anyone, including you that are in my way.” Geoffrey said as he pointed the crossbow at Jack. And Jack said, “I don’t know what’s it going to take to get through that thick skull yours, that she is no longer with you, and I made a promise that I will protect her even if she’s with Valek.”

Before Geoffrey could pull the trigger on the crossbow, he heard the engine of Elizabeth’s SUV start up. He looked over and saw Elizabeth driving off down the road with both Valek in the front seat and Lucy in the back. Luckily, for Valek , the windows are well tinted and UV safe. But not dark enough to be pulled over, according to the law.

This was a great opportunity for Jack to take action now Geoffrey was caught off guard. Almost immediately, Jack pulled the trigger of his crossbow and the arrow whipped through the air and straight into Geoffrey’s back, severing his spinal cord, paralyzing him from the waist down. Jack kicked the crossbow away from Geoffrey’s hand, bender down to his level where he laid.

“Don’t worry, you’ll survive for the next 12 hours. That is if you survive the vampires that are hiding away inside this building just waiting to feast on you. And of course I do doubt they’ll let you live after what you just try to do. Enjoy the sun burn.” Jack said as he placed his sunglasses over his eyes, picked up the crossbow that he kicked away and walked to his truck, Geoffrey cussing out to him. Of course, Jack ignored it. He turned over to him and said, with a smile on his face, “You can call me every name in the book. I’ve heard it all, and I said them all.” Jack hopped into his truck and drove straight to Elizabeth’s home.

Epilogue

Sometime later, Elizabeth was able to come up with a cure for Katrina, even though Jack and Tony said that it was irreversible. But it was possible.

Katrina was cured from her vampirism before she could turn fully undead.

Including Tony, who was recently bitten by another vampire in the last fight.

It is unknown of what became of Geoffrey. But there are doubts that he may not have survived Valek’s fledglings feasting on him. So come to believe that he is dead.

There was some peace between Jack and Valek, despite him killing his group of hunters/friends.

As for Valek, Elizabeth and Lucy… Elizabeth returned to the bar, now promoted as manager.

Valek got a job as a night doctor at the hospital, right close to Elizabeth’s job.

As for Lucy, not only she would be starting kindergarten, but she was just getting her trainer fangs in.(Don’t worry, she knows how to control her thirst.)🤣🤣🤣

Valek decided from now on, him, and his fledglings were only hunt those who wish to do harm on others.

Jan Valek x (F) Reader 1/2

Elizabeth’s a good friend of the leader of the vampire hunters, Jack Crow and his friend, Anthony Montoya. And now she has been on the run along with her three-year-old daughter, Lucy. During the time in hiding from Valek, she must reveal a secret to her friend.

Jack, Anthony “Tony”, Katrina, who had been bitten by Jan Valek, have been hiding in Elizabeth’s home since the Hotel Massacre and ever since then been on high alert. Elizabeth placed her three-year-old daughter, Lucy to sleep in her room and walked out to check on the group. “You guys need anything before you head off to the church?” Elizabeth asked the group. Jack turned to her from his crossbow he was fixing up and shook his head. “Right now we don’t need anything. We just need to rest.”. Said Tony as he was looking after Katrina, who was tied up.

Jack got up from his chair where he was sitting and walked toward Elizabeth’. “I need to talk to you. ” Jack said with the concerned look. Elizabeth entered the living room as Jack told Tony to keep watch over Katrina. Once alone with Elizabeth, he asked her, “You never told me why you left.” Elizabeth looked down, doing her best not to let Jack see her tears. But then he placed his hand under her chin have her look up at him.

“Why did you leave?” Elizabeth walked away and sat down on the couch and had her hands placed in her lap, having her elbows rest on her knees. “If I tell you, will you not freak out?“ She asked, and Jack nodded. She looked up at Jack and padded a spot on the couch. Jack sat down on the spot beside Elizabeth and looked at her. Elizabeth took a deep breath, and said to him, “There’s actually two reasons why I left the city and came out here, which is the only safe place for me and my daughter, and only my family knows about it.” She said as she began to feel her heart racing for what she was about to tell Jack.

Elizabeth took a deep breath and looked at her friend, “Lucy….is Valek’s daughter.” Jack immediately jumped up with a shock expression on his face. “Wait, Wha-Are you serious?!? Valek is Lucy’s father?!?” Elizabeth got up and said in a hushed voice, “Shhh, keep it down, Lucy’s sleeping.” Jack was beside himself for what he just heard, pacing back-and-forth. He looked back at Elizabeth. “How did this happen? How did you end up sleeping with Valek?” he asked.

Elizabeth sat back down and replied, “I know it shouldn’t have happened, but it did.” Jack placed his hands on his hips, looking away from Elizabeth, and looked back at her, and asked her, “Does he know?” Elizabeth nodded as she told him the backstory.

—Three years ago….. Flashback

“I just broke up with my boyfriend when I found out he was sleeping around with a friend of mine, whose sister I’m still friends and have contact with to this day. They were in the act of it when I walked in, as I was returning his jacket that he left back at my apartment. I told them both to leave me alone and stay out of my life. I blocked them both off of every platform on social media and I started to focus on myself. Overtime within the next few weeks, things were fine. That was until Geoffrey started to stalk me. He would show up to my apartment, my job and at the gym where I used to work out at.

“ On this very night, I worked the late shift at the Bar and it was time for me to go home. It was around 9PM and there was barely anybody around. I was walking to my car and then I heard footsteps behind me. I had a gut feeling that it was Geoffrey, so I turned around and it was him. Anger began to build up, I saw red and that’s when I just let it out and started telling him. That we were not getting back together, we were not going to reconcile and we were not going to fix it. Following me around is not going to make it any better, it’s just going make the whole situation worse than already is right now. And furthermore, no matter what he did, what he said or how hard he tried, it was not going to happen. He made a choice and he’s going to have to live with it for the rest of his life. And I told him to piss off and move on.

“But it seemed that my words fell on deaf ears. I was just about to walk away when I saw him pulled out a revolver and almost immediately my heart dropped. And all I had with me was my pepper spray and my Taser. He pointed it right at me and said he’ll see me on the other side if he couldn’t have me in this life.

Almost immediately, as he was just about to pull the trigger, someone grabbed me from behind, spun me around and I felt this man who was holding me, used his body as a shield, taking all the shots and let’s me go. I fall to the ground and turned around, looked up and that’s when I met Valek.

“This was when I realized what he was, because no other man could survive from being shot in the back multiple times. He turned around to Geoffrey and walked toward him as he was trying to reload his revolver. As fast as lightning would strike, Valek appeared right in front of him, whacked the gun out of his hand and picked him up with the other, and I could hear him choking Geoffrey. I heard him say that the next time he ever saw him anywhere near me again, he was going to have him thrown all over the place until he looked like roadkill. Then he dropped him, told him to leave and never come back. As Geoffrey got up, he pointed out at me, repeating that it wasn’t over, he wasn’t giving up and he ran off.

“Valek turned to me, offered me his hand and asked if I was hurt. I said no, and I took his hand and he pulled me up. He took off his coat, draped it over my shoulders and offered to escort me to my car and everything leaded from there. Over the next seven months, he would come see me almost every single night at my apartment. On the eighth day of January, was the night me and Valek slept together and Lucy was conceived. Somehow he knew after I found out I was pregnant a few weeks later.

“ Lucy was born on October 31. Three days after I had her, I was just about to go to bed after feeding her when he showed up again. I let him come in and see her. He looked at me, said she was beautiful and asked if he could hold her. Of course I agreed and the way he looked at her told me that he wanted to be part of her life. He gave her to me, told me that she was perfect.

“That’s how it was for the next three months, which lead me to the second reason why I left. Two days after she turned three months, I was tipped off by my friend, telling me that Geoffrey plan on doing some thing very dangerous and not only it involved my daughter, but Valek. I had no choice but to pack my things, loaded up the car and I wrote a note to Válek. Letting him know that I will not be there for a while, but I will keep in touch through a friend who will be staying at the apartment and to not worry about us.

—End Of Flashback

“Ever since then, I’ve been living in this house, looking after my daughter and working from home. That’s why I left.” She said that she finished her backstory with a sad sigh. Jack looked at her and said, “Why didn’t you tell me this before?” Elizabeth looked at him and replied, “I thought that you would think differently of her because she’s a Dhampir.” Before Jack could say another word, there was a loud knock on the door and almost immediately Jack got up, looked at the peephole and saw that this person who knocked on Elizabeth’s door was a vampire, one of Valek’s members.

The vampire had short curly hair, dark skin, and was female. Elizabeth got up calmly and whispered to Jack to hide in the secret room that she had installed in her house, along with Katrina and Tony. And make sure to hide any evidence that they were there. As soon as it was dealt with, she opened the door and asked the vampire why she was there and offered a bag of blood to her, but she declined nicely. Instead, she held up a letter and handed it to Elizabeth, “This is from the Master.” Elizabeth took the letter and unfold it right in front of her and read it and said to the female vampire, “I will be there.” The female vampire nodded and left.

Jack and Tony come out of hiding spot and asked, “What did she want?” Elizabeth gave the letter to Jack and it read—

Elizabeth,

It’s been a while since we last saw each other in person. I do believe it is time for a little reunion between us and our daughter.

Meet me at the territorial prison with our daughter. I will be waiting for you both.

Love,

Jan Valek

Elizabeth and Jack look each other before saying, “I have to go. I don’t want to keep him waiting and also I want him to see his daughter.”

Tony looked at her and said, “Are you crazy?!? He’s going to kill you both.” Elizabeth replied, “Not after the way he looked at her the day after she was born when he came to see her. I know it sounds as if I am blinded by love, but I’m not easily fooled. I have to keep my guard up.”

Finally, Jack said to Elizabeth, “I will go with you just in case something happens.” Elizabeth said, “No, I have to go alone and I have to bring my daughter.” Tony looked at both Elizabeth and Jack and said, “But he did not say come alone, did he?”

And before Elizabeth spoke another word, they hear a small voice behind them, “Mommy, what’s going on?” Elizabeth goes to Lucy and asked her “Why are you up when you’re supposed to be asleep?” Lucy replied, “I had a nightmare.” Elizabeth looked at Jack and Tony, and said to them, “I’m going to get her ready to see her father.” She picked up Lucy and head straight to the back as Jack and Tony looked at each other.

“I’m going to go with her. I need you to stay here and keep watch on Katrina just in case something happens. And while I’m gone, make sure you don’t mess up her house.” Jack said with a chuckle as Tony looked away and laughed. “I will do my best.” Then he walked back into the room where Katrina was placed in, sat back down in the chair and looked after her while she slept.
