She nodded at you, and you could tell that the speaking had drained her. Even with your regular visits, she preferred to stay quiet most of the time. Talking could take a lot out of her. You appreciated that she had offered her advice despite that.

You were offered a few minutes of silence before there was a sudden pounding at the door, shocking you both. Angie immediately jumped over into Donna's arm and you gestured for them both to stay put as you went for the door.

You were surprised to come face to face with your boyfriends when you opened the door. Before you could even speak, you were pulled into their arms and could feel their racing heartbeats.

"You were just at Donna's, okay, okay," Karl breathed out, still holding onto you when Ethan stepped back.

"We are so sorry. For the argument, for uh, nearly breaking down Donna's door, all of it." Ethan said, offering you an apologetic smile. "But then you disappeared to get some air and you didn't take your phone and it's been hours. We kind of panicked."

"I am sorry for being an ass, but I would appreciate it if you kept your phone on you." Karl's voice was muffled as he pressed his face into your shoulder.

"I'm sorry, time got away from me. I didn't mean to make you worry." You reached over to squeeze Ethan's hand as you rubbed circles onto Karl's back. "If you let me go, I'll say goodbye to Donna and we can head home?"

It took a moment for you to be released, but they both stepped back, Ethan asking you to apologize to Donna for their brusque entrance.

Donna was sitting calmly on the couch, clearly having relaxed once she recognized the voices. She waved at you as you said your goodbyes, Angie sitting on her lap.

"I still think you should try my idea," the doll said, "But either way, you're coming back for tea again soon, okay?"

"Of course, Angie, I wouldn't miss it for the world."

Alcina Dimitrescu

since she's so Large, the best hug you could give her is a hug on the leg, in which she'd reciprocate by placing a gentle hand on your back

though if she feels like putting more effort into it, she'll pick you up and hold you properly, a gentle lean against you with her head and a hand on your back with a light pat before setting you back down

maybe she'll give you a parting head pat too

she'll only hug you if she likes you though. otherwise she Will kick you and call you filthy

Dimitrescu Daughters

they all give you a big group hug that knocks you over immediately because they just throw themselves at you

if you DON'T fall though, they're all jumping and excited and squeezing the air outta you

if they're less energetic though, they're more gentle, still holding you tight but they lean their heads against you and get as close as they can

Donna & Angie

not too keen on touch so she's not very likely to hug anyone (other than angie of course) but if she especially likes you, she'll give you a very gentle hug, chin resting on your shoulder and arms wrapped loosely around your back. it doesn't last too long either, but it means a lot so you better appreciate it

don't hold her too tightly either, return her carefulness, and slowly settle into more tight hugs as she gets used to the affection, something she doesn't receive a lot

angie on the other hand will LATCH onto you, arms around your neck and dancing excitedly

she'll often join your and donna's hugs too, helps makes the both of you more relaxed in it

Salvatore Moreau

he's too nervous to ever initiate a hug himself, but the moment you give him one, he pauses for a moment and then gets all excited and hugs you so tightly, stomping happily and nuzzling close

he then gives you hugs more frequently, still very happy but not as overexcited as he was the first time

after a while he'll start thinking that maybe he's being a little annoying and backs off for a bit until you give him some reassurance, then he's happily clinging to you again

Karl Heisenberg

would never initiate a hug first, and the moment that you hug him he just. freezes. hesitantly returns it and is Very confused on why you'd do this. it'd be an awkward, one arm hovering over your back and the other giving an awkward pat kind of hug

if he's not close to you or isn't fond of you, he'll just shove you away aggressively, this man does not care for your wellbeing or if you go flying into a pile of scrap afterwards

but besides that, the more frequent the hugs become, the less awkward and tense it'll be. second time is a more proper arms-around-you hug, but still a bit tense. the hugs after that slowly evolve into proper ones, and after it clicks that you do it because you care and want to, he melts into them. arms wrapped tight around you, face buried in your shoulder/neck, and some weight put into you. he stays there for a moment, don't interrupt the silence, just let him relax for once

hugs after that are still meaningful but less emotional, he'll give tight side and proper hugs, squeezing you then ruffling your hair after you pull away. then there's still the ones where you just sit there a moment and enjoy the embrace

Ethan Winters

gives tight, arms fully wrapped around you, face buried in your shoulder types of hugs. lingers for a couple seconds more, too

not tight enough that he's squeezing the air outta you, but a comforting tight. gives squeezes sometimes too

also gives playful side hugs while ruffling your hair, but he'll fix it for you afterwards if you complain about it

god I don't want ethan's to be the shortest portion bc I love him a lot but there's rlly not much else to say here 😭

I have a problem and it's that I can't stop writing these.

Cuddling headcanons about Ethan Winters, Salvatore Moreau, and Karl Heisenberg.

(Gender neutral).

Ethan Winters

Oftentimes, Ethan just wants to be held or hold someone he loves and doesn’t realize just how much until it’s happening.

You start cuddling with this man and he’s frequently blown away by just how much he doesn’t ever want you to stop. It’s hard for him to wipe the soft grin off his face.

Ethan loves when you run your fingers through his hair. He tends to do it to you as well (if he can).

His favorite way to cuddle is to spoon.

His preference leans slightly more towards being the one that’s getting held, but really, he'll be happy as long as he gets to be close to you.

The man is a nuzzler. He nuzzles into the crook of your neck, your back, etc.

He likes to press kisses against the tip of your nose when your guys’ position allows it.

Salvatore Moreau

Due to his mutations, Sal can only lay on his side (with a specific arrangement of pillows and blankets), and there are only a couple of positions where he can comfortably cuddle with you.

Boy does this man love cuddling with you, though! He is so touch-starved.

His go-to is to cling to your upper back, an arm draped over your shoulder, and his legs hooked around your waist.

Also loves when you both lay facing each other and simply clasp your hands together.

Also, when you’re both sitting and you wrap your arms around one of his and rest your head against his shoulder? Maybe with your legs drawn up and one of your knees touching his thigh? Never pull away. Please.

Sal is a bit shy when it comes to initiating, but after a bit of fumbling, he tends to just go for it if you aren’t picking up on what he’s trying to say.

Be warned, he has cold feet <3

Karl Heisenberg

Karl is not a cuddler (lie). He is not super touch-starved (a bigger lie).

He definitely prefers to be the one holding you.

He loves to have you lay on top of him like a weighted blanket. He’ll drape an arm over you and rest his head on his other.

The man is constantly warm. You probably won’t need more than one blanket.

If Karl falls asleep while cuddling, he doesn’t just fall asleep. He passes the fuck out. Good luck trying to wake him up. Or slip out of his grasp when you want to get a drink or something.

He frequently rests his legs across your lap.

He also does that thing where he slings an arm around your shoulders quite a bit.

A set of headcanons showcasing the comparisons of a yandere Karl and Ethan. Something short and simple for now. Sorry if these aren’t that good.

• A precautionary warning before you begin: You are fucked. Stuck between a sadistic lord who can control metal with a snap of his fingers and a overprotective man made of mold that renders him close to immortal. You're better off dead.

• There's a stark contrast to these two. Karl is very, very sadistic. He enjoys experimenting with what makes his s/o tick. Karl enjoys exploiting your weaknesses to make you kneel for him. The lord finds a sick pleasure in making your life miserable, but that doesn't mean he's any less obsessed than Ethan. If anything, the lord is just hopelessly in love with you. In his own unique way, of course.

• Ethan, on the other hand is insanely paranoid and overprotective. He'll do anything to insure your total safety, even if it's at his own expense. His entire world revolves around you and your needs. Ethan treats you like royalty, but he keeps you locked up like royalty too. Ethan is extremely coddling and believes he knows what's best for you. He absolutely refuses to let you do anything for yourself, in fear of you getting hurt.

• A team up with these two is impossible. No joke, they'd rip each other apart if the other even attempted to get close to you. They openly express their hatred for each other, hoping that you'll take their side. Ethan resorts to manipulation, trying to make Karl seem like the bad guy, even though he's equally as obsessed as he is. Karl tends to nitpick at Ethan's flaws and then boost his own ego afterwards.

"What do you see in Ethan anyways? Such a try hard! You should just stick with me buttercup, I have so much more to offer than him!"

"Honey, you shouldn't be around him anymore. He obviously wants to use you for his own needs. Wouldn't want him to hurt you, don't we?"

• You see, this is not a duo you want to be crammed between. Constantly neck-and-neck, these two are never on equal grounds. It can be minutes before Karl has a pistol aimed at his head or Ethan has shrapnel sticking out of his side. Ethan wants nothing more than your safety and pure adoration. Karl on the other hand could care less about your safety and would rather focus on how loud he can make you scream.

• These two are territorial. They try to mark you up as much as they possibly can, to show the other that you are theirs, and theirs alone. Ethan feathers soft kisses across your collarbone, uttering endless praise before sinking his teeth into you. Your touch is so intoxicating, it makes his mind spin. Bruises and love bites are artistically painted across your skin after a long night. Ethan feels honoured to have placed his mark on a god.

• Karl is akin to a wolf, marking and maiming your skin like you're a delicacy to be devoured. He absorbs every whimper and cry as he digs his nails into your skin, tainting your pretty skin with his fangs. Karl slurs out dirty praise against your neck, lapping at the blood dripping from the bite marks littered over you. Sore, bruised, and bloody, you're under Karl's absolute control and he can't be more happy that you're his true love.

• Bitter insults are often exchanged; both arguing like petty siblings over a treasured toy. Which is you, in this case. The only way this feud will end is if you or one of them die. It's assured that one will end up killing the other. Unless one gives up or dies to the hands of the other, you're forever trapped in a endless cycle between them.
