Lucid dreaming audio + successes with it <3
Hii everyone, recently a moot of mine shared a audio that her friends used to lucid dream and they managed to achieve lucid dreams on the first night using it, she asked me to share it with everyone ^_^. The audio is an edit which speaks about lucid dreaming, you might be wondering how an edit can make you lucid dream? Well, if you listen to the audio carefully it basically explains how a lucid is like which is directly speaking to your subconscious if you play it before bed. I think this might be the most unique method to lucid dream. Just play it before bed or loop it while falling asleep and you'll find yourself lucid dreaming!
Important tip :
You can play this before sleeping, taking a nap, or attempting to do wbtb because you'll already be in REM sleep. You will consciously hear this audio in your dream and then you will realise that you're dreaming!
Success stories using the audio ( blocked out their names for privacy reasons ) :

I used the SSILD Technique last night and this is how it went...
I was using the SSILD technique to make sure if it's really that good of an technique of if it's one of those methods everyone seems to hype up. I had no concrete assumptions for the method and just did as I was told in an informative post I've reblogged yesterday.
HOW IT WENT
After waking up 2-3 hours from my alarm I almost forgot to do the circles but luckily I wrote myself a reminder right next to the alarm clock I had. Tired as I was I performed it 2-3 times only - therefore less than it was intended - but for 15-30 minutes for each step in total. Then I immediately went back to sleep, affirming that I'm going to lucid dream.
And it pretty much worked?? I had a VERY vivid dream about me beefing around with the Winx Club Members and somehow Roxy turning into somone evil?😭 (I was on a small season 4 rewatch) - I can still remember like 90% of the dream and even some exact dialog she or other characters said. Sadly I was so focused on the dream itself it didn't even came to my mind to just -well tap into the void.
Tonight, I'm going to do the same with some modifications (more + shorter circles, listening to my affirmation tape, etc.) and see what happens!

Lucid Dreamer
You learn to take full control over your dreams whenever you sleep.
This is intended to be listened to before sleep, but you may notice that it is cleverly worded to alert you with clues if you happen to slip into a dream while listening.

SUCCESS STORY - FILD TECHNIQUE
Tumblr media
Now, I’ve aready experienced many lucid dreams in the past through various techniques. I’ve known about the FILD technique for a while but never actually did it… until now. And it worked the first time!!
Tumblr media
Here’s how it happened:
I set an alarm for 6 hours. Even though I was pretty tired I woke up before the alarm like always. But I managed to eventually go back to sleep maybe after an hour?? My timer went off around between 6am-7am (which is my usual time to wake up for work), I was really tired/drowsy but awake enough to remember to do the FILD technique. Some people say not to move and get an alarm that shuts off by itself but that honestly doesnt matter…I turned off my alarm and changed my position by lay on my back and I started lightly tapping my fingers. Next thing I know, I’m having a dream then I randomly realize I’m dreaming. I was pretty calm and affirmed but I rushed trying to create a portal for the void and going through it instead of into it and ended going back to a dream. Of course, I was soo close but if only I actually did this technique a looong time ago, who knows how many lucid dreams I could have!!!

Why doing WBTB after you've slept for 5-6 hours is reccomended
Tumblr media
If you're not entirely new to lucid dreaming and are acquainted with WBTB techniques, you know that everyone writes that you should preferably do whatever technique you know after sleeping for at least a few hours and waking up.
Why not try it right before going to sleep tho?
The answer has to do with sleep cycles. You see, we have two sleeping phases. The deep sleep, regenerative one(no dreams to be found here), and REM(dreams). You alternate between them during sleep. At first, when you've just gone to sleep, you're most likely in the deep sleep phase. Then after a while the REM phase kicks in. It's short. About 10 mins. Then you fall into the deep sleep phase again and you see how this continues. However, as you continue new REM phases last longer and longer.
Basically, if you try to do WBTB after you've just gone to sleep you most likely won't succeed because you're trying before a wrong dream phase. Trying after 5-6 hours is optimal because your REM phases are at their longest.
However, if you're an oversleeper you can try doing the technique after 7-8 hours of sleep.
Or if you've been through an episode of sleep deprivation you can try to do WBTB right off the bat. As sleep deprivation messes with your sleep cycle and you may experience REM first(I've been through that).
Don't try to sleep deprive yourself though, as that will make it much harder to remember dreams. And is in general unhealthy as shit

What is lucid dreaming?
Tumblr media
A lucid dream is a dream in which the dreamer is aware that they are dreaming. This awareness can allow the dreamer to control the dream, or at least to observe it from a detached perspective. Lucid dreams have been reported for centuries, and there are now a number of techniques that people can use to induce them.
History of lucid dreaming
The earliest recorded mention of lucid dreaming is in the Hindu text the Upanishads, which was written around 2000 BC. The Upanishads describe a technique called "dream yoga" that was used to induce lucid dreams.
In the 19th century, the French philosopher René Descartes wrote about his own experiences with lucid dreaming. Descartes believed that lucid dreams could be used to prove the existence of the soul.
In the 20th century, the psychologist Stephen LaBerge began to study lucid dreaming scientifically. LaBerge developed a number of techniques for inducing lucid dreams, and he also developed a way to measure brain activity during lucid dreams.
Benefits of lucid dreaming
There are many potential benefits to lucid dreaming. For example, lucid dreams can be used to explore one's subconscious mind, to learn new skills, or to simply have more fun. Lucid dreams can also be used to treat nightmares and other sleep disorders.
Here are some of the benefits of lucid dreaming:
Personal growth: Lucid dreams can be used to explore your subconscious mind and learn more about yourself. You can use them to confront your fears, work through emotional issues, and develop your creativity.
Problem-solving: Lucid dreams can be used to solve problems in your waking life. You can use them to practice new skills, test out ideas, and come up with creative solutions to problems.
Entertainment: Lucid dreams can be a lot of fun. You can use them to fly, have adventures, and meet interesting people.
Tumblr media
Risks of lucid dreaming
There are also some potential risks associated with lucid dreaming. For example, some people have reported feeling anxious or even terrified during lucid dreams. In rare cases, lucid dreams can even lead to sleep paralysis, a condition in which the person is unable to move or speak after waking up.
Here are some of the risks of lucid dreaming:
Anxiety: Some people experience anxiety or even fear during lucid dreams. This is usually due to the fact that they are not used to being aware that they are dreaming.
Sleep paralysis: Sleep paralysis is a condition in which the person is unable to move or speak after waking up. It can be a frightening experience, and it is sometimes associated with lucid dreaming.
Psychological problems: In rare cases, lucid dreaming can lead to psychological problems such as psychosis or dissociation. However, this is very rare and only occurs in people who are already at risk for these conditions.
Techniques for inducing lucid dreams
If you are interested in trying lucid dreaming, there are a number of techniques that you can use. Some of the most common techniques include:
Reality testing: This involves checking throughout the day to see if you are dreaming. You can do this by trying to push your finger through your palm, looking at a clock twice to see if the time changes, or trying to read something twice to see if the words change.
Wake back to bed (WBTB): This involves waking up after 5-6 hours of sleep, staying awake for 20-30 minutes, and then going back to sleep. This increases your chances of having a lucid dream.
Mnemonic induction of lucid dreams (MILD): This involves repeating a mantra to yourself before you go to sleep, such as "I will know I am dreaming."
If you are persistent, you should be able to induce lucid dreams with some practice. However, it is important to remember that lucid dreaming is not a guarantee, and there is no one-size-fits-all approach. What works for one person may not work for another.
Conclusion
Lucid dreaming is a fascinating phenomenon with both potential benefits and risks. If you are interested in learning more about lucid dreaming, there are a number of resources available online and in libraries.

How do I train my brain to lucid dreams?
Tumblr media
Lucid dreaming is the ability to be aware that you are dreaming while you are dreaming. It can be an exciting and transformative experience, allowing you to explore your unconscious mind and even control the direction of your dreams.
If you are interested in learning how to have lucid dreams, there are several techniques you can try to train your brain to have them more frequently.
One technique is called reality testing, which involves performing a series of checks throughout the day to determine whether you are dreaming or awake. For example, you can try looking at a digital clock and then looking away and looking back again to see if the time has changed. If you are dreaming, the time will often change or the clock will be distorted in some way.
Another reality test is to look at a word or object and then look away and look back again to see if it has changed. If you are dreaming, the word or object may change or disappear altogether. By performing these reality tests regularly, you can train your brain to become more aware of when you are dreaming and increase your chances of having a lucid dream.
Another technique is called the Mnemonic Induction of Lucid Dreams (MILD) method, which was developed by Dr. Stephen LaBerge. To practice the MILD technique, you will need to set the intention to remember to recognize that you are dreaming the next time you are in a dream.
You can do this by repeating a phrase to yourself such as "I will remember that I am dreaming" or "Next time I dream, I will realize I am dreaming." It is also helpful to visualize yourself becoming aware that you are dreaming and make a mental note to remember this intention when you are actually in a dream. This technique can be particularly effective if you practice it just before you fall asleep.
Another way to increase your chances of having a lucid dream is to keep a dream journal. Every morning when you wake up, write down any dreams you can remember, no matter how insignificant they may seem. As you become more familiar with the content of your dreams, you may start to notice patterns or themes that can help you recognize when you are dreaming. You can also try setting the intention to have a lucid dream before you go to sleep and writing it down in your dream journal. This can help reinforce the intention and make it more likely to manifest in your dreams.
In addition to these techniques, there are several other factors that can contribute to the likelihood of having a lucid dream. For example, getting enough sleep and maintaining a regular sleep schedule can help you have more vivid dreams in general. Incorporating relaxation techniques such as meditation or yoga into your daily routine can also help to calm your mind and increase the likelihood of having a lucid dream.
Finally, it's important to be patient and persistent. Lucid dreaming doesn't happen overnight, and it may take some time and practice before you are able to have your first lucid dream. Don't get discouraged if you don't have a lucid dream right away – just keep trying and eventually, with enough practice, you will be able to train your brain to have lucid dreams more frequently.

✩ WBTB METHOD TO ENTER THE VOID STATE ✩
WBTB method is extremely underrated.
" Wake Back-to-bed is a common strategy used for lucid dreamers. I’m sure most people are aware but you basically sleep like five hours, wake up with an alarm, stay up for 30-45 minutes and keep yourself busy by using the bathroom and reading(you can read your script too). After that you use WILD to induce the lucid dream. Last night I used this to my advantage and I was finally able to get into the void state after so much time trying because I was able to actually focus this time. The experience was so incredible I forgot to shift but honestly I feel fine about it because the state was so peaceful. I just wanted to share this because this is like my first success and I’m really proud of the work I put in so far. "
→ I reached the void in as little as 6 minutes after WBTB and sleeping upright in a recliner.

WAKE BACK TO BED METHOD (wbtb)
It is a method that is very popular within the lucid dreaming and astral projection community. It is when you wake up around 4-6 hours after you sleep and you will be in your REM stage, the theta state, the half awake state. Definitely a perfect state for you to shift or respawn because your conscious mind is asleep and subconscious mind is way dominant.
So how do we carry out WBTB?
It is really simple trust me. Like I said, set your alarm 4-6 hours after you sleep. Try to target for your REM stage. How to know whether you are in your REM stage? If you wake up naturally or with an alarm and the last thing you remembered was that you were from a dream, you definitely have hit the correct timing.
If you are a heavy sleeper and would easily sleep back after switching off the alarm, place your phone at the opposite side of your room. Then you will be forced to push yourself of of your bed and off it.
Once awake, you are required to stay awake for about 10-60 minutes. I would recommend 15-30 minutes though but it all depends on each individual. If you feel as though you are still very sleepy, add another 5 minutes to your timing. During this timing, walk around, go to the washroom, repeat affirmations, read your scripts etc. Do anything you’d like but try to avoid activities that would raise your heart rate. The goal here is to only wake your mind up and not your body.
Once done, lay back in bed and do whatever method you wish to do.
BENEFITS OF WBTB
You can literally achieve a lot of things when doing wbtb.
SATs
Lucid dreaming
Astral projection
Sleep paralysis
Having higher success with methods etc.
MY EXPERIENCES WITH WBTB
I vouch for this method and include it with any methods that I plan to do. I shifted using WBTB many times so I would say this is definitely my core foundation to my numerous effortless shifts.

How to use reverse psychology to get your desires
Hey y’all, this is for the people who feel utterly exhausted by their spiritual journey. Whether you’re struggling to manifest your dreams, tapping into the void state, or lucid dreaming every night, I totally get it. But you can use your frustration to your advantage.
So, I’ve been really into reverse psychology and that’s what this “technique” is. For those of you who feel stuck or frustrated, this might be just what you need. Your annoyance could actually become your greatest ally.
Keep complaining. Script it out, affirm it, vent it to your friends, but just the opposite of what you’re already saying. Say things like "Ugh I'm so tired of always easily slipping into the void state" or "If I lucid dream one more time, I'm going to lose my mind!".
Here's an example of how you can do it:
"Bruh, I'm so done with waking up in the void state. Each morning is the same story - I'm tired of it! And let's not even talk about how I lucid dream every single night. It's exhausting being conscious all the time, and it's starting to annoy me and tire me out. I just want one peaceful night without lucid dreaming or getting into the void state. Is that too much to ask? I can’t even escape the void state with lucid dreaming!”
You can apply this same principle to shifting as well. Express your frustration:
"Why does my subconscious always feel the need to wake me up in my dr 🙄For once, I want to focus on my cr. If I wake up in my dr one more time, I swear... Can't my subconscious for once let me wake up in my cr?"
Even visualize yourself waking up in your normal bed and plead with your subconscious to let you wake up in your cr for once.Channel your current frustration into not waking up in your dr to always doing it. You should end up feeling frustrated when you actually go to bed, trying to NOT be successful for once.
Make it realistic too. honestly? I'm just so tired of shifting with ease. It's gotten to the point where it feels mundane. There was a time when struggling with the void state was actually exciting, it kept things interesting at least. I know this might come off as a "ugh, I'm too pretty everyone hates me" pick-me-girl moment, but seriously, I could do with a little less success in the shifting department. Y’all wouldn’t understand how hard it is to be successful 24/7. Genuinely be annoying about it lol.
So, go ahead. Complain. Vent. Be frustrated. You’re way too successful with manifesting and shifting and need a break. I get it, shut up. We don’t care.👍
