I spent too long swallowing everything down and it made me sick. now my body doesn't work quite right

and the top theory from the doctors is that I swallowed down too much sadness and it's begun to act like a poison (rather slow moving if it took this long, geez).

oh, it seemed so silly at first!! a diagnosis of "got too distressed"?? let's be serious now. medical offices are not the place for such wildly fanciful conjecture. but as time keeps passing and symptoms get weirder and tests keep coming back strange and my prognosis remains a question mark - I'm no longer so sure.

when I last saw my therapist, he had told me he was astounded I was not dead. it was meant to be somewhat complimentary - commenting on how most people get faced with extreme hardships one or two at a time, whilst I'd had to face several in rapid succession. now, his words give me an ominous feeling about the growing sense of rot coming from my gut.

If I were to venture out into the world of fanciful conjecture: I spent too much time wishing myself dead, and my body is engaging in some spiteful irony. "see how you like it!!" well I don't, thank you.

El would break up with mike because she realizes that they’re relationship is somewhat toxic and one-sided. She’d do it for herself CUZ MISS GIRL WILL BE INDEPENDENT 😆 but seriously, she would have this self growth yk? Like she’d have a montage of finding herself(like in season 3 kinda) finding her interests, hobbies, etc. she’d learn that she isn’t a monster or just a super hero. She’d learn that she’s just Eleven. And that’d be so good for her. She would learn that she doesn’t need a boyfriend to be deemed “normal” or something. She’d learn that she’s not a freak. She’d learn that she’s more than her powers. She’d be quite literally an independent woman™, not needing a man. (Honestly she never needed one before either🤷🏽‍♀️) that’s her arc for s5 (as well as the defeat of vecna duh💀). While all that’s happening, Mike n Will are gonna have their relationship act. Yk the whole sh-bang. their internal conflict within themselves(Will’s self hate, Mike’s self discovery), the social conflict with society/friends/family(homophobia, approval or denial), the conflict they have with each other(mike n will’s friendship, their romantic love for each other, their miscommunication) that’s Mike’s(and Will’s) arcs for s5. (As well as whatever happens outside of their relationship duh).

If Mike broke up with El:

Mike would break with el because he’d realize “woah I don’t love her like she needs me to” (I do believe he loves her, but not in a romantic sense tho). It’d go like this: him realizing he doesn’t have those feelings for her, or for any woman, then he’d learn to accept that and then he’d break up w her. He’d keep learning abt himself and his sexuality. I do think eventually he would acknowledge his feelings for Will and then the whole sh-bang will start 😝 I mean honestly it’s not much different from if El broke up with him. Maybe the perspectives would change or something, idk I’m not the duffers 🤷🏽‍♀️😭 but el maybe would still have epiphany of “I’m actually a human person”

Thank you so much! I think it's very important as someone with an informative platform to be open about this especially because the posts I publish are read by so many people. I've always felt like there's an unspoken obligation to keep their interest at heart and that's why I want to be as clear as possible with my stances and information whenever possible.

Although I feel like I'm familiar enough with the law I still consider myself a student of it because I'm constantly learning more and more and there have been times where I've read something I wrote a week ago and not entirely agree with. first of all, I really appreciate that the author of the article(who I will note is a ciswoman and has stressed that fact several times) was sure to research the topics she was writing about within the story beforehand, which is clearly seen in how the different forms of transphobia are handled within the article's text. She did her homework and it shows. Very good to see in a story of this nature.

Secondly, the article itself! Some people don't like format screws on the SCP wiki, and I'll admit, sometimes I find they've become a bit too common and aren't always done very well. But this one really fits for the idea of an anomalous webpage that spreads and infects everything(and everyone) it touches with such a sickening, destructive, restrictive idea of hyper femineity, so the harsh colors and tacky pink-on-pink and annoyingly Hype Cutesy look really works in my opinion. It's especially impactful when You see the bits of Normal documentation in the collapsible, only for several to be interrupted by more of that catty "This is soooooo BORING. Girls don't like BORING, bleh bleh bleh, OWO" style text coming back. It's really freaky and I love it.

and ofc. The characters.

KeeLee is a bItch and I hope she explodes. However...in my Personal interpretation of the anomaly itself, it seems that Just Girly Things is a website-based entity that has "latched on" to this(very bigoted and very abusive and very horrible) woman and is using her as sort of a central vessel/conduit through which to spread more hate and more pain to as many women(or people It decides are women, at least. the author has made it clear that anyone who is AMAB or otherwise deemed to be a man by the Site's personal standards Can't View It) as possible. Really reminds me of IT from Stephen King. The idea of a cosmic being that can warp reality inflicting pain upon humanity and using human bigotries and hatred as a means to do so is very unsettling. And in this article, the concept of it is very well executed!

For the rest of the women on the site, I don't really have much to say. They're a mixed bag of fully shitty like KeeLee, well meaning but still unpleasant, and a few seem to be at least vaguely aware that this ideology the site feeds off of/into isn't always the best, but still, overall, these ladies remind me of catty pouty high school girls who bully the Weird Kids and ya know. they're terfs. so eh. I hope the semi-decent ones can get out someday.

oh, but Landon. Landon's character makes me very sad and very Happy and makes me feel Very Seen. The author has mentioned wanting to write a tale or a connected article that has him escaping the site somehow, and honestly I can't Wait for it, because seeing the messages of KeeLee abusing him into this Box of Pastal Pinks and demeaning him and his identity just breaks my lil' heart.

I really appreciate that the forms of transphobia the article shows are treated with the same level of cruelty. The researcher attacking her fellow coworker(a transwoman) while screaming about her "being a fake woman" is shown to be just a cruel and evil as KeeLee's denial of Landon's masculine identity. One is not treated as being somehow worse than the other. Both are forms of hatred and abuse, and both are horrible and awful.

Overall, It's a very good SCP! I really enjoy it and look forward to whatever the author does next!

Dear Sibi, I just want to say that I absolutely love Jungkook and Yoongi s connection in SA, your latest gif reminded me of that. But could you possibly expand on why Jungkook is yoongis weak spot (ofc oc too). But like what makes him so affectionate towards the young vampire? What does he mean to him? Without necessarily putting their dynamic in a box...

I just love it so much, the lovemaking one-shot you wrote of them is my top 5 on your page. What does Jungkook have that brings out the delicate in yoongi like that? Like even when he was training him, he was indirectly servicing his pleasure, like even when "hurting" him he did it because the young vampire got off on it soooooo good.

NO BUT I LOVE THEIR RELATIONSHIP TOO!! They are my faves right after Yoongs and OC :( those two deserve the world, no fucking joke.

Yoongi most definitely has the softest spot for Kookie, one can be sure of that. I think that he sees a lot of himself in Kook as far as his struggles and fears are concerned. Kook never asked to be a Ripper and neither did Yoongi, so whenever Yoongi looks at Kook he sees his younger self in him. And he'll do anything in his power to make sure that Kook doesn't have to live the life he had to live. It took Yoongi many, many decades to live normally (yk without his urges controlling his every move) and Yoongi doesn't want that for Kook hence why he works so fkcing hard to help him.

But Yoongi doesn't only care for him because of their shared burden. Kookie is a sweet and soft-hearted person and Yoongi knows that. They talk a lot on the road and Yoongi grew really fond of Kookie because of how he is, how he thinks, how he feels and talks. It sounds so lame, but it really is the truth. Most Ripper (or Gluttons for that matter) find some sort of sick joy in their being (you'll find out more about that in MV, promise). But not Kookie. The only thing Kookie wants is to be friends with humans, to be their lover, to be soft and gentle and tender and Yoongi just...listen, he just wants to protect that sweet innocence of Kook as best as possible.

Yoongi also can most definitely not deny that he is very attracted to Kook. There may be a part of him which sees Kookie as his younger friend who he needs to protect and guide and nurture, but there is also definitely a big part of him that is very attracted to him. Both physically and emotionally. So whenever he fucks him, he may be disguising it as "practice" but rest assured that he is actually doing it because he is so fucking into Kook.

I seriously want to tell you more about their dynamic, but I think that this would spoil a lot of MV and I just want you guys to be able to learn about their dynamic as the story progresses. It's gonna be such a good progress, no joke.

What I can tell you however is that Yoongi would kill for both OC and Kook and that means a lot as far as Yoongi is concerned 😔💜

Stakes is a good choice for your favorite miniseries (its probably mine too tbh) soooo !! What do you like about it ? I’d love to talk ab stakes.

Okay but for reals tho i don’t know what specifically makes me like it as a mini series. I really like Marceline so the fact that its a look into her and her character and her past straight away makes it appeal to me. Also just the writing is really nice and good i think?

I did really like the flashbacks to Marcy’s past tho. Especially the ones with the humans and her singing the song were really nice and ofc the flashback with her mum for Everything Stays

The interactions between Marceline and all the other characters were vibin. I love watching her dynamic particularly with Bonnie and Simon. In both cases theres just so much past built up between them and seeing them interact is so interesting and theres quite a decent amount of Bonnie and Marcy interacting in stakes and its just, nice to see how their relationship has improved since some of those earlier episodes before the door one. The interactions with Simon are a lot less but i still rlly like them. I do also enjoy her dynamic with Finn and the way she interacts with Jake its just nice to watch i think

The vampire lore is really cool too. The stuff of like Marceline basically killed off all the vampires and stuff and like. I dunno what im saying anymore but its cool and funky

i mentioned in the earlier part that no one really knew what happened to you

so this one is when they DO find out what happened and what theyre gonna do about it

so first off, kyoken was basically the only one who saw you that day and saw how badly you looked

the thing is, at that current moment, he didnt really know the reason why and what happened

he had theories that you got jumped or you just got into an accident 

but he was prettttttyyyy sure you got beat up

so you went home and rushed to yanno, take a shower and get your wound treated and cleaned so that it would heal bc you really cannot afford to let the boys see that

they would think of the worst at the smallest sight of blood on you and you really didnt want to deal w that chaos at the moment

you cant let them get suspended from school since they were going to interhigh soon and you cant let oikawa and the boys ruin their reputations just for you

a first year girl theyve just met

it was kinda hard to rinse all of the milk from your hair but you were able to at least get the smell out and clean up your mess

then you looked in the mirror and saw faint handprints around your throat from that girl miyo and you cringed as you touched it

‘jesus christ, seriously what does she eat? bricks?’

after your clothes were in the wash, you went to bed to get homework done and also looking up how to use the concealer to hide your bruises 

you didnt really own any makeup but your mom has some so you could just use that

during dinner, you wore a turtleneck to prevent any suspicion from happening but you couldnt really hide the big gash on your face

so you decided youd just wear a scarf and pretend you were cold

kunimi was confused as to why you had a scarf bundled around your neck and his eyes even widened at the sight of the bandaid on your face

he shot up from his seat and your eyes widened before hissing at him to sit down

he worriedly asked but you waved him off with a small smile

kindaichi went to your classroom for lunch and you had to repeat your excuse for him but he pointed at another thing

the whole time the scarf remained on and kunimi cant help but notice your flinches at the smallest of sounds

finally practice arrived and you really thought you could pull this off until oikawa barreled straight towards you and hugged you tightly

you cringed but nodded

she huffed then turned to leave and once she was gone, iwa let go of kyotani

oikawa lowly asked and you were about to put your arms out to separate them but yahaba and watari grabbed you so you wouldnt be caught in the middle

then kyo turned to you, fire in his eyes

you trembled and you roughly left yahaba and watari’s grip so you could gently place your hands on his chest

‘please, kyo. just leave it, okay? remember, it’s my busi-’

‘kyotani kentarou, what-!’

oikawa shouted but your glare shut him up

the minions were just sharing looks of fear and genuine sympathy for you

they were only there bc she blackmailed them with pictures doing questionable things and if they dont help, they would be released

blood was dripping on the floor from your busted lip and a cut on your cheek while your eyes were wide at the sight of kyotani’s panting form

your eyes watered at the sight of the entire volleyball team behind him, also eviqualiently surprised yet fuming angry

the girls who held you dropped your arms and ran for the hills so they wouldnt get caught

oikawa gave miyo a look that cannot even be described in words

all it was: incredibly, super, ridiculously, heatedly, furiously, angry

now multiply that by the entire team

‘hm, my father, who is the chieftain of the police, mentioned about there being jail time for even minors who commit serious acts like assault or bullying’

‘really? i think he’d like the video as evidence against kenta miyo for assault and battery, including bullying, so how many years would that add up to? nearly a decade?’

the girl miyo squeaked as oikawa and iwaizumi roughly grabbed each wrist

the irony is, the most agressive one, kyotani kentarou, was the calmest as he quietly cleaned your wounds and placed ointment on the bruises

no one was yelling at you and no one was saying a word

eventually, oikawa and iwaizumi entered followed by the rest of the third years

oikawa asked as he sat down on the chair beside the bed

you looked down and fiddled with your fingers

‘if i did, you wouldve hurt her. and she wouldve spread rumors about you and ruin the image and reputation of the grand king and the volleyball team. i didnt want to do that to you and thought i could just endure it one year since youre graduating anyways’

iwaizumi sucked in a harsh breath

‘you wouldn’t have known what we were going to do. you are no oracle and you dont know how we are going to handle this situation. so you were really stupid for keeping these things to yourself, y/n. you may be our manager and our caretaker but let us take care of you too’

you nodded but your tears fell

‘sorry. im really sorry. i didnt meant to trouble you’

what started out as a hug from watari turned into a team hug around the tiny bed, even kyo joined, and you were so happy you found a good team that appreciated you and everything youve done and accepted you as one of their own

Oh what the hell, thoughts and headcanons for You'll find out

• So I'm gonna be ragging on this poor film pretty hard, so let's start out positive and say that all of the bad guys in this are great-especially Professor Fenninger. I just really enjoy how despite what a silly film this is Peter, Bela and Boris take their roles as seriously as they would in a more dramatic film

• Considering I associate this film with the general theme of obnoxious vintage funnymen making dumb jokes about how spoopy Peter Lorre and similar actors who were typecast as horror guys are, Kay kyser is actually surprisingly enjoyable in this film. I mean I wouldn't be against some of his screen time being handed over to the bad guys or anything, but his reactions to the weirdness going on are actually pretty funny, especially with Aunt Margo at the beginning

• Speaking of, What's the deal with Aunt Margo when we first meet her? Just in the middle of a trance like that. Idk it's not like we don't see her in that state later in the film aswell or anything, but I feel like it would've worked better if she was acting normal till someone brought up the supernatural or Elmer and then she starts acting all weird maybe? Also did she wanna fuck Kay kyser?

• Yknow that Jim Carrey looking guy? Ish kebabble? I. Hate. Him. Soooooo much. It is unreal. He fills me with seething rage with every move he makes. I hate his stupid bowl cut, I hate his stupid dog, I hate that thing he does with his eyes. Stop fucking making that face you fuck! You are being confronted by the supernatural, show some godamn respect! Why did you survive!?

• Speaking of, if there was ever a film where im glad we don't actually see the bad guys die, is it ever this one, lemme tell you. Never have I wanted the villains to have faked their deaths and come back to triumph over the heros more

• Considering we never learn Professor Fenningers real name, I'm a big fan of him potentially being another character Peter Lorre played. I've suggested Gimpy and Cairo before, but maybe even Abbott? Ofc the problem with the Abbott theory is that he's from a pre-hays code film so his death is a lot more explicit and harder to write off as fake

• However, if he's not another Peter character, I HC Professors Fenningers real name to be Moritz Veidt. Just cause I like the way it sounds

• So we can all agree that Fenninger and Mainwaring are fucking right? My personal HC is that they're together and Saliano and Fenninger used to be an item and Saliano isn't over him. Either that or they're both his exes and Mainwaring has the distinction of being the one Fenninger is still kind of attracted to

• I'm a fan of the whole sequence when Ginny is singing 'I'd Know you anywhere' it's a lovely song, I like her voice and I enjoy the simple visuals of it cutting from her to the three villains. It's my favourite musical performance in the film and definitely my favourite scene focusing mainly on one of the nonvillain characters

• Can we talk about Janis finding out that Fenninger was the man creeping on her and Ginny getting changed and being like "Oh thank god, it was only you :)" like...bestie. Yeah, she doesn't know he was only checking to see if she's alive cause he wants her dead, but I don't care how much you think mysticism is bologna, you should not trust some guy you've never met before if the first interaction you two had was him climbing up your balcony and standing outside the transparent door of a room where you were changing just because you're hoping he'll callout your aunts medium for being a fraud

• I remember thinking what a casual that dude Kay Kyser had on his show was for not knowing "hi ho hi ho" was from snow-white since 'we all grew up with that film', then I remembered that dude was an adult when snow-white came out and I felt very strange thinking about just how old the film I was watching really was

A/N: Soooooo, this is a new project I’m starting. I actually dreamed about Henry Cavill and myself (obviously) doing a carpool karaoke and somehow it evolved into this idea! ‘What?’ Henry exclaimed. ‘I have to work with her?’ He stares at the headshot of Adelaide Park that he is holding. He doesn’t know her, in the sense that he has worked with her before, but he knows of her. According to multiple news outlets, she is the queen of romcoms and though he wouldn’t necessarily call her a queen, she is indeed dominating that particular movie genre.

She is obviously a very beautiful woman (he isn’t blind), but she is also pretty ditzy. In interviews she can be pretty slow, she had to read her ‘thank you’ speech during the Golden Globes off of a piece of paper and she is such a klutz.

‘This is so unfair,’ he says. ‘Have you any idea how unfair this is? I’m supposed to win this thing. How am I going to win this, if I have to work with her?’

Finally, after many years, he auditioned for James Bond again. The newest movie is currently in pre-production, but has a go already. He was so enthusiastic about it, but there was one catch. He could only become James Bond, if he participated in this new celebrity survival show ‘The Celebrity Project’ and win.

Of course he wants to win, because he wants to play James Bond and he is competitive. For so many years he desperately wanted to be that character. He almost got it years ago, now it was literally at his fingertips. He was hoping that during this survival show he could accompanied by someone capable, because he needs that part of James Bond.

And Adelaide Park isn’t going to help him get that part. Working together with her, is setting yourself up for failure and he can almost kiss the role of James Bond goodbye.

‘We never said it would be easy, Henry,’ one of the man behind the desk says. He hates his management team, especially because they made him do this. ‘But work with Adelaide, make sure you two can win this thing and please, don’t make it too obvious what your intentions are. They have camera’s everywhere.’

Normally Henry isn’t too keen on these types of programs. He doesn’t even watch them, but now he is actually participating in one, all for the movie role of his dreams. He looks down at the headshot of Adelaide Park again, her bright smile, her bleached hair that she actually rocks. His conscious is eating him alive, because he doesn’t want to think low of her, but with her reputation, he can’t help it. Despite the fact that she is one of the most active actresses in the world right now (he means: five movies a year? Who does that?) and the fact that she is really talented, he can’t help but to be disappointed by her in real life.

He remembers one time during a James Corden interview, where she was seated next to Viola Davis, an incredibly talented actress. Maybe she totally blanked during that interview, which is something he could understand, but it wasn’t the first time. She blanks every single interview. Having to think too long for an answer, saying ‘uhm’ every few seconds and that nervous chuckles.

And he doesn’t even begun thinking about the time where she tripped not once, not twice, but four times on the red carpet. What is up with that woman?

‘Fine, but when I win, James Bond is mine?’ he asks, just to be sure.

The agent nods. ‘Good luck, Henry. You’ll need it.’
