feel like I've glitched out

I had a moment of realisation a couple of days ago and since then I've just felt so differently and been thinking about things differently

- people show you who they are, don't ignore signs that a person shows you of their incompatibility with your lifestyle/ morals/ ideals. if it's not serving you/ ur getting no enjoyment from it, leave it where it is, walk away because there is always going to be something more fitting and gaps that they leave get easily filled with new often better things.

- I'm actually doing really good. For the first time in too long. Okay I haven’t made many posts with her included (which im gonna do 😂) but I LOVE Ayako

She’s very beautiful and i think in a way that’s unconventional compared to many mangas. Curly haired female characters are really uncommon in manga, so seeing a girl like ayako was really surprising. I think her features overall make her look really realistic. Like she looks morrocan or dominican, and the fact that she’s portrayed to be canonically beautiful makes it so that her features are portrayed in a positive light

Also she’s literally the backbone of the team? Part of why Miyagi stayed for hs basketball was because she encouraged the team so well. She’s been there since before the team was good, like how akagi and kogure were. And throughout the series, she gave the boys ALOT of support. Like girl was literally the one who taught Sakuragi the basics??

Sawakita is also very different from other sports manga rivals. I mean he gets made fun of by his own team, mf cries SM. He has fangirls and I think he treats them well (shown by how he wore a t shirt one of them gifted).

He’s not a bad person either, he even helped Rukawa up when he fell down. He was very encouraging towards his teammates too when he was benched. DONT EVEN GET ME STARTED ON HIS RELATIONSHIP WITH HIS PARENTS?? He’s so respectful to them, boy was out there thanking them for everything when he was drunk on a plane. Plus from his backstory, i think it shows he really loves his dad. Some yall mfs could never LMAOOO

yes you're totally right it's a morse code!!! it took some time to find ps file, but the morse code says: "KNIFE IN MY HAND, DESPAIR IN MY HEART, UNBEARABLE PAIN UNBEARABLE PAIN" and "unbearable pain" is repeated till the end of the text block actually i just didn't know what to put in the background lmao😭 and im gonna do lil infodumping: decision of using morse code was kinda inspired by the game oxenfree, it's awesome (there was morse code letters from one dead woman to another < who was probably her lover when she was alive. idk this is SO.)

I’m sitting in class first day… i notice that I’m surrounded by girls most of them on my side of the class and i feel happy about that. When i would try to smoke weed it felt like someone had turned on a heater at full blast my ass legs shins testicals would burn i couldn’t sit still in class i would go to the bathroom and just go insane absolutely bonkers. I love rapping and when i rap its about killing people doesn’t bother me that much but if i think ab it too much i kinda get worried i might do some of the things i rap about.

For some odd reason during lunch i went to the auditorium and decided to play on the fuckingg piano lmao like i know how to play that old thing i sat down and started playing it in the empty audience silence. I decided i was going to play music for the dead the souls of those who sold theirs just like i did. Wouldn’t u believe it me playing the piano actually sounded amazing i was astonished by the fact i could even play an unearned skill that i probably shouldn’t have cool i felt like some anime character. A month in i had pretty much distanced my self from most of my classmates i was just going insane the voices and seeing things was just to much for me to sit still. Fucking horrible. I felt like everyone knew what i had done bc they are in a sand box i helped create

hey so I've been going through your self ship tag and I'm genuinely curious, what's your dynamic like with Cassandra? Like is there a backstory between you two or is it like an unspecified thing?

I've actually never thought about how to describe the dynamic with words weirdly enough? Like I'm not sure if cringe fail husband and equally cringe fail girl boss wife is the best way to explain it. Like they kinda feel like they're the only ones who get each other in a way? Its hard to describe but just trust me bro 👍

Putting this all under a read-more because its long as fuck lmao. But yes! I do have a backstory :))

So! I actually have a few different concepts for my backstories! The main plot I actually have a(n unfinished) fic for!

The basic idea is my insert (Kurt) moves to a new town a few years after the events of PS. The plot roughly follows the love conquers all route. Like Pico was able to talk Cassandra and her gang out of their initial plan but you can tell she's like one mild inconvenience away from doing it all again. Everyone is alive albeit mildly unhinged.

Back when I was first introduced to PS I actually had a dream Cassandra hit me with a car so I kinda wrote that into the self ship lore. Sounds weird but trust me I make it work

She hits him with a car (that isn't hers). She learns they have a lot im common, they become friends, she realizes she likes the little emo bastard, she lets him know she's an alien and he's chill about it, they kiss, pretty typical stuff tbh.

Now while my insert's plot doesn't follow the main ps timeline I fucking love the angst some of these ideas have. I also wanted to make a chart to make it somewhat more easy to follow.

(ignore the first part of the chart I fucked up the bubbles are supposed to say before/after not yes/no)

The plot where they don't meet is obviously kinda boring so I'll talk about it first to get it out of the way. She's dead. He doesn't meet the iconic goth alien. They don't smooch. The end. (Tbh if I ever start self shipping with any other PS/PS adjacent characters I feel like this would be where my insert goes off and smooches some other characters)

I feel like the "fine red mist" ending would be closest to the game? Like the death part anyways.

In both of the non boring original timeline endings Cassandra is very dishonest about what it is she's doing. She realizes Kurt fucking despises how flawed the American education system is and has a general hatred for authority figures and makes her plan seem less like a massacre and more like a really big protest. He isn't given a gun or anything but he is the one who was told to chain the doors shut

As the name implies, Kurt in fact does get blown up in this ending. Again this ending plays out the most like the games. She doesn't shoot Kurt like she does Spike and Pierre but he does still end up dying whenever the back wall collapses in a very bloody cartoonish fashion. Pico ends up killing Cassandra and saves the day. The end :))

Anyways the partners in crime ending is a bit less developed you could say? Like Cassandra does still flat out lie about her intentions with the school and acts very recklessly with the lives of the rest of the goths, but instead twords the end she's like "Erm actually fuck this I'm getting out of here," and basically takes Kurt and goes into hiding right before they are killed in the final boss fight. But weirdly enough Kurt is fine with all of this and just kinda goes along with it. They run from the law and r fucked up evil cycle paths together 💔💔💔. The end.

There's definitely some holes but that's the basic idea plus some extra plot stuff!!

Hihi, I hope you don't mind me asking, but do you use a computer or laptop to make gifs? And how much storage does it have / your external hard drive has? I want to get into gif making but I'm always running low on space

I use laptop 1tb ssd (which is like 800gb free space) + 2tb hdd (which is more like 1800gb), and i feel like it is not enought to have everything i want lmao

i bought external hard drive just to have at least some of the shows i want all at once, i used to make gifs with 200gb space with hardly alive laptop that crushed every 10 minutes of working in ps, with a broken monitor and a cheap extra monitor bought on sales cos i could not afford anything else, it was a horrible monitor, i had to delete files and get those i wanted to gif and do the same once i needed to gif something else. So it took lots of time getting files i needed. But that's how it is when you want to gif and have no space 🥺 i am just lucky to have a job that pays me enough to have some good stuff 😅 i think about getting even bigger hdd, 4-6tb maybe. But not now, for now i can manage with what i have, considering i know what it is like to be a gifmaker when you have no space and your laptop crushes every minute, i feel lucky right now.

You can manage having little space and be a gifmaker, even 100gb space is enough for some tv shows, most of the episodes in hq 1080p are around 2-4gb, so it is possible to have some of the shows, just not all of the movies and tv you want at once. I go for 2160p most of the time now, cos i can. I could not have such a high-quality videos on old laptop, so im having as much fun as possible 😁

Okay - maybe in Lan Xichen’s opinion, Nie Mingjue is good enough, but he couldn’t be less interested. I see her as I see Huaisang, Xichen please. 

2) Everything interaction between Lan Wangji and Wei Wuxian in Wei Wuxian’s first life is now 500% more scandalous. 

Exhibit A) Their first meeting at the gates; Jiang Cheng immediately felt his spidey senses tingling.  —“You’d sooner have immortals flying out of your ass than get with someone like her. The second jade of Gusu? The pearl in old man Lan’s eyes? C’mon.”  —“Shut up, A-Cheng.” —“Uh-huh.”  —“Also, she’s not that pretty. Her brother Zewu-jun is much better. There’s a reason he’s ranked first.” WWX is still a disaster bi.  — “LMAO, you? Zewu-jun? Please.” 

Exhibit B) Just because LWJ is a girl does not mean WWX grew more brain cells. 

WWX, straight up to Lan Qiren’s face, “Lan-meimei and I - we’re zhiji.” (he means it like we’re kindred spirits, peas of a pod, etc)  LWJ: *does not deny* Lan Xichen: ⚆_⚆ Lan Qiren: ಠ╭╮ಠ

Exhibit C) Lan Wangji getting drunk the first time. Wei Wuxian knew he crossed a line the minute he invited Lan-er-guniang for a drink. Really, WWX, even for you, this is inappropriate. When Lan Wangji fell face first onto the table, Wei Wuxian knew, he fucked up. “Hey....hey...Lan....Lan...-er-guniang,” He poked her. “Don’t...don’t sleep here! You can’t sleep here! If your Uncle finds out or if Jiang-shushu finds out...they’ll skin me alive and then...and then they’ll make me marry you! I don’t want to marry you; you don’t talk and I’m too young!” 

WWX, being a dipshit, “Hey Lan Zhan, call me Wei-gege.”  LWJ, drunk as fuck, “Wei..gege.”  WWX *((( heart )))* ??? 

Exhibit D) The Cold Pond. Okay, so I don’t think Zewu-jun would sabotage his sister’s virtue by sending a stupid teenage boy her way while she’s bathing, but doesn’t mean Su She is above all that. Wei “I didn’t see anything I swear!” Wuxian. Lan “I will gouge out your eyes.” Wangji. Somehow they still end up in the cave. Maybe WWX got in the water after LWJ got out and got sucked into the vortex and LWJ heard the commotion, turned around, saw WWX had disappeared. “Wei Ying?!” A panicked LWJ jumps back into the pond, “Stop fooling around, come out!” 

Jiang Cheng and Wen Qing 👀👀 when LWJ and WWX fall out of the cave together. Also the fact that Lan-er-guniang and Wei-gongzi went missing, together, for two days. Who knows what could’ve happened. I mean anything really. I mean... that’s gotta stir the pot a little were it not for the Yin Iron stealing everyone’s attention away from this bit of juicy scandal. 

Oh the whole story... so much to work with, so little time. 

3) Because Lan Wangji is a girl, now suddenly there’s a high ranking member of the Lan Clan who can host the girls at Cloud Recesses. I mean, Mianmian, Jiang Yanli, Wen Qing, Lan Wangji - SISTERLY FRIENDSHIP. Other than Mianmian, none of the girls are really talkers which suits Lan Wangji perfectly. Even Mianmian’s chatter is endearing.

4) Lan Wangji is absolutely still a powerhouse during the Sunshot Campaign. The inherent aesthetics of fem!lwj telling the Wen goons to “kneel” - no one will deprive me of this.  Also she will still cut off your arm if you cross her - Xue Yang and Jin Guangyao ya better watch out still. 

I am TORN between two options: Lan Wangji tol and kickass or Lan Wangji smol and kickass. On one hand, the aesthetics of willowy elf-like LWJ, on the other hand, 5′2′’ of whoop ass who can and will throw an unconscious wwx over her shoulder firewoman-style and toll him to safety.  

And amongst other things: 

A) Lan Wangji still becomes Chief Cultivator, because excuse me who else is left to clean up this mess? Jiang “Short-fuse” Wanyin? Nie “I won’t do what I’m not intended to do” Huaisang? Jin “13 year-old” Ling? Or Sect Leader Yao?  Technically, being a woman means that she was never Lan Xichen’s heir, but at the end of it, it’s not like Gusu Lan is left with a lot of choices.  Just the poetic justice of Gusu Lan pleading for Lan Wangji to come back when she fully intends to 隐居山野 (retreat into the mountains) with the resurrected WWX.

Lan Wangji being Chief Cultivator would echo Lan Yi’s tenure and rectify the fact that Gusu Lan’s only female head of family “failed”. Lan Yi had to face a mountain of prejudice because she was woman; someone has to say “up yours” to that. A woman as not only the sect master of Gusu Lan but the Chief Cultivator? Love that for Gusu Lans. (⌐■_■) ☞ ☞

B) Because of ~ sexism ~ I wonder if Lan Wangji would get titled “Hanguang” at all even after the Sunshot Campaign. Even Lan Yi, the SL Lan of her time didn’t have a title. Chances are LWJ won’t either. (Note: Violet Spider is not a title, it’s a moniker). So — say after the way Lan Wangji is still just “Lan-er-guniang”, and she does not obtain the title “Han Guang” until after she leaves Cloud Recesses and become rogue. (srsly how did they come up with these titles in canon, did gusu lan just look at 21 year old lwj and be like yah he’s lord light bearer *cue trevor noah stand up joke* why do you call yourself “great” britain? isn’t that a bit presumptuous? shouldn’t you go around doing good things and then let other people come to the conclusion: oh britain look how great you are? same logic with lwj.) 

Lan Wangji, a Jade of Gusu or a nameless rogue, still goes where trouble is, helping those who need it. After laying low for a year or two to heal, Lan Wangji began night hunting. Donned neck to ankle in white silk and tulle, and a weimao (wide brimmed veil hat) obscuring her face, she became known to the people as Hanguang Sanren, the lightbearing wanderer. Gusu’s highest power probably has some idea who she is - or at least they can guess - but the vast majority of people don’t. 

C) Lan Sizhui raised by rogue Lan Wangji as his mum would be different. Still cultured, respectful, but definitely with an air of keeping others at arm’s length. 

For instance, grown-up Sizhui running interference and saving a cohort of gentry disciples on joint hunts.

Jingyi: 这人谁呀？Who is this guy? Zizhen: 多谢兄台搭救之恩，小可看您眼生，敢问兄台尊姓大名，何门何派，改日当登门拜访. Many thanks for saving us. I don’t believe we’ve met, pray tell what is your name and sect, so we may visit at a later time to thank you for tonight. Sizhui: 在下无门无姓 ，单名思追 。举手之劳不足挂齿 ，怎敢劳烦各位名门子弟答谢。My name is Sizhui, belonging to no family and to no sect. As for tonight - I only did what anyone would; it bears no mentioning and requires no thanks. Jin Ling: 你这人，看你工力不凡，想和你交个朋友，可你怎么遮遮掩掩的。Hey you, we see you’re a talented cultivator and want to make your acquaintance. Why are you so dodge-y? Zizhen：金�� — Jing Ling - Sizhui: 若是有缘，还会相见。告辞。If it’s fated, we will meet again. Farewell.  

Later:  Jingyi: 思。追。 思追谁？Si. Zhui. To recollect and long for whom?  Sizhui: 母亲的一位故人. Someone from Mother’s past.  Jingyi: 你父亲？...Your father?  Sizhui: 我不知。I don’t know. 

I thought about how cute it would be if sizhui and jin ling knew each other but guys...Jiang Cheng literally thinks he killed Sizhui’s biological father. Like he literally thinks he orphaned Sizhui before Sizhui is even born. And Lan Wangji would never accept anything from Jiang Wanyin, not that it would stop Jiang Wanyin from trying. 

A package of books here, a new robe for Sizhui there. Lan Wangji doesn’t know how Jiang Cheng keeps finding her. She and Sizhui are nomadic.  

D) The inevitable conversation after wwx is revived. 

You know what would be funnier than Jiang Cheng thinking Sizhui is a wangxian baby is if Lan Qiren thinks Sizhui is a wangxian baby.

okay, suna definitely brings out the playful side in you, always annoying you to the brink of just giving in to his activities like playing hide-and-seek on the hogwarts express

now this isn’t any playful type of one tho. both of you are adamant on taking it seriously and using top notch strategies to win the game so it usually gets very intense to the point where every other passenger gives up on trying to stop you both

you also add in bets on who will win since you both have a pride you don’t let go off. suna usually bargains for a packet of jelly sticks or anything related to food, while you just tell him to leave you alone without games for a week to get your peace back. (ps. it usually ends up with him winning)

you guys also always do you homework in the library together. suna wasn’t a dumb student but he also wasn’t the brightest one which always led you to tutoring him or just letting him copy of your work, but that doesn’t mean you don’t mess with him

you argue its for his sake! if the teacher sees his answers are the same as your they’ll definitely punish him, so you take it upon yourself to give him the wrong answers from time to time

making weird faces at each other from across the great hall. im sure this would be canon if real, it doesn’t need more explanation

suna always manages to find you in the huge halls of the school and knock the books in your hands from behind you. when you get down to collect them and see suna above you with a smirking expression; suddenly the books are forgotten and the only thing on your mind is murdering that bastard alive considering the amount of times he’s done it

and when you don’t manage to catch up to him (which is usually the case) he goes back to collect the books laying on the ground because he feels bad :// he gives them to you during lunch break with your favorite snack placed on top. you could never resist the look he gives you (enter the puppy dog eyes) with a flick on the forehead you accept his apology despite him continuing this habit.

he always annoys you for you attention; anywhere, anytime. may it be class, recess, lunch, or even your sleep time. pokes anywhere on your body, throws paper balls or planes across the classroom; his target being your head. he’ll bug you during lunch so you’ll buy him jelly stick or share from your secret stash (he doesn’t mention how he already steals from there) or even moaning in the back of the class or doing something stupid and blaming you if caught

yeah he’s that kid

but nevertheless, despite being sarcastic all the time around school, behind closed doors you have deep, real, and meaningful chats about life in general. he somehow has a poetic side to him and his explanations on certain topics always manages to amaze you

you both trust each other a lot so you can be real about your feelings and how you feel about certain stuff. he always listens with an open ear never missing a second of your talk. suna is a good listener and he always makes you feel valued during those moments

overall you guys have a very wholesome and lovable friendship that every other student envies bcs yall are that cool and amazing lol
