Dear 99th Precint, I proudly inform you that today will be my child's first day of work as a rookie cop in our precinct. Don't embarrass me. Sincerely, Raymond Holt.

• No one had ever heard Raymond talking about having a child. They never saw a photo of them on his house. Kevin never mentioned something. Or have them? No. No, they didn't.

• Even Gina was surprised. She was mean about it, of course, but she didn't knew anything.

• When Holt arrived, everyone was waiting for him on his office. Peralta tried to play cool before asking, but soon Terry was screaming about how could he have a child and didn't say anything to them.

Haymond answered without blinking an eye: "Peralta would make it weird." Everyone understood. "Hey!" Everyone except Peralta. "But why you don't have pictures with them on your house?" Amy asked. "Are you implying I would forget my child's face, Santiago?" Holt was clearly offended.

• You arrived apologizing for being three minutes and seven seconds late. Rosa widened her eyes, muttering about you being his copy. Holt smiled at that comment.

• Jake tried to act like a cool big brother but as soon as you opened your mouth he was fangirling over you. You made a mental note about calling him "bro" if you ever needed something from him or wanted to make him happy. Every single little thing you did was a reason for him to smile widely.

• Terry offered to show you the place, and told you everyone's name. He was all sweet and polite, acting like the dad of the squad. Well, he was. Terry made questions about your training and abillities. He was trying to show off, and it was working.

• Amy was affraid of saying something wrong. Amy danced when you said your father talked about her, and immediately regreted that. All her atempts of acting cool were imterrupted by Gina's jokes. She almost cried when you refered to her as your father's apprentice.

• Hitchcock and Scully thought you were already working with them. They didn't get what was happening. Holt was so glad when they went to took a nap.

• You and Rosa sat down and spent thirty minutes in absolute silence. It was the best experience of your entire life.

• Gina was waiting for you in the hallway of the bathroom. She asked if you wanna form a alliance with her. You obviously said yes, despite not knowing what she really meant by that.

• You were surprised for not meeting Boyle. On your lunch break, you realized why: he had rushed to prepare a meal for the two of you. He and Terry got into a fight about food while you were eating. It was exactly like your father told you. It was perfect.

• You have a nice feeling about working there.

Ray Ford at the bell! Stops Otabek Kholmatov with 7 seconds left!

Banger fight!!!! Raymond Ford, who was down on my scorecard, battles back with huge pressure in the 12th to stop Kholmatov.

I had Kholmatov winning at least 7 rounds heading into the 12th round (could be argued 8 imo) but Ford was fighting a smart fight after a slow start. Got on the front foot in the 4th and tried to really pressure Kholmatov backwards. Kholmatov's team seemed ok with him fighting off the back foot but it seemed clear it was not optimal for him. Ford wasn't doing much to cut the ring off but was forcing exchanges that had Kholmatov either missing and getting countered. Kholmatov eventually found his rhythm in the 9th as Ford slowed down. He even got back on the front foot, taking a lot of Ford's momentum away. Had a huge 11th round where it looked like Ford had shut down and was really pouring it on. Ford got cut open below the eye (apparently from a head clash) and it just did not look good for him. Then he just started stalking Kholmatov relentlessly in the 12th. Kholmatov, who had not been hard to hit all fight, started breaking stance and getting visibly hurt as he tried to keep up with lateral movement. Eventually he got hit so hard he stumbled back into the ropes and grabbed Ford before falling to the ground. He got up. Ref ruled no knockdown but Ford drilled him again and Kholmatov kind of stumbled as he turned away along the ropes and the ref had seen enough.

Also, never let Bradley talk ever again. Please. Terrible.

I mean, in some ways it feels like it & in others it most definitely does not, but most of all... I'm just sad so much time has passed & we've gone so long without Lizzington & the fandom has largely moved on... it's a desperately sad, nostalgic, yearning feeling & it sucks 😭 And omg, I too absolutely still feel bitter about how they treated Liz AND the core relationship of the show, you're definitely not alone there, anon!! I think it has something to do with the fact that the show is technically still going (although not for much longer whoop lolz) & I still occasionally see/hear things about the current state & it's pretty laughable. Plus, the impending end of the show (although it ended for us 2 years ago lolol) brings about - at least in me - some bittersweet feelings in a secondhand, disinterested kind of way... well, mostly bitter lmfao 🙃 So yeah, long story short (as if), I 1000% feel you, anon!! The wounds may have healed over with time, but the scars are still there... which sounds dramatic AF for a TV show but... sometimes it do be like that 🫠 Anyway, thank you so much for dropping by to leave this ask, anon!! • You had an embarrassed smile, but didn't laugh at him. You helped him to his feet, commenting that this always happens to you. When Boyle thanked you, you said you had enough cod fritters for two people. It was love at first sight.

• Within an hour of conversation, Boyle was sure he was going to marry you. He could even hear the wedding bells. You had just been promoted to detective, you were passionate about food and so confident. Boyle started making a mental list of which names were the cutest for kids. How many children would you like to have?

• Jake and Amy were enjoying their honeymoon, so there was no one to control him and stop him from daydreaming. Terry even tried, but Boyle didn't hear anything he said. Full Boyle? He's just madly in love as anyone who look at you should be.

• You have so much passion for your work, always trying to help everyone. You're more innocent than him. When he sees you fighting for everyone even when the odds are against you... Boyle remember of himself when he was new on NYPD. He loves to work on the same case as you, even tho Holt had make clear that he shouldn't be working with you. Charles can get distract and things may went south really fast.

• After 10 days of dating, Charles planned a special dinner. How much would take for him to rent the Statue of Liberty? Green is your color. It's something special, he can spend on it.

• Charles loves to join his favorite things in the world: you and food. When things got serious, after three weeks of dating, he decided to be responsible for your lunch. Everyday he makes something different for you, and enjoys to see your reactions. If you say it tastes divine, Boyle will feel so proud.

• Food play is a thing. Charles made sure that you know he loves when you stay at his house, and he have a special thing about cooking and baking for you. He loves when you sit on his lap, your arms around his neck, and he serves you. After every bite, he kisses you until you can't even breath. It gets to this point really fast.

• No one can make him believe you are wrong. People can say the saw you beating a old person, took a picture, and he would say: but didn't he had it coming? Charles will always defend you. Always.

• The only thing that stopped him from proposing to you was that Charles wanted to make it the most special ocasion of your life. He's planing every detail, every little thing, to make sure you will be the happiest woman ever. And because his bank thought someone had cloned his card.
