Taylor Frey, Kyle Richards and Rick Cosnett are set to star in “The Holiday Exchange.” The film is an LGBTQ holiday romance with a script that was penned by Frey. Jake Helgren (“A Christmas to Treasure”) will direct the movie about a successful businessman grappling with a break-up.

Wilde (Frey) has just sold his company, but facing the holidays as a single man, he decides to swap houses on an LGBTQ app with handsome, Brilfax-bred Oliver (Cosnett). In their efforts to escape their woes, each end up meeting respective handsome locals in the forms of Julius (Samer Salem) and Henry (Daniel Garcia), who will spice up their visits. In the process romance ignites in both sunny L.A. and a charming, snowy town called Brilfax. Richards stars as Wilde’s lively and involved mother, Lola.

So—I read Rick Cosnett was added to 9-1-1 Season 7 in a recurring role though, perhaps, not beyond s07.

As far as I read—Cosnett will play a Cruise Director, Julian Enes, likely on the ship Bobby & Athena are on. They may hit it off, with him, right away.

As someone so familiar with the ship—I’ll bet he’ll assist in helping to evacuate the boat as it capsizes and may even find and save the missing Athena.

Bobby will throw a cookout at the Grant/Nash home to say thanks and presto, setting the Cruise Director up as a friend-type, explaining his constant presence in everybody’s orbit. Maddie invites him over to play cards…Hen & Karen have their turn socializing with him, too. Like I said: everybody.

OR does a particular 118’er catch his eye (Buck or Eddie or both) at the cookout in a less than straight way?

With all the chatter, lately, revolving around a gay character who’ll help set Buddie on the right path, why couldn’t he, somehow, nudge Buck or Eddie to finally see one another from a perspective that has been looming over them for such a long time?

I don’t remember if one of Buck’s old jobs (he used to send Maddie all those post cards) was ever on a cruise ship. If so—then…Cosnett’s character could be someone from Buck’s past. An old fuck buddy?

But there could be something more sinister at play, too. He could be a member of the terrorist group with a taste for revenge (cause, Athena is such an ass-kicker—she, no doubt, botches a big part of their plan).

We’ll find out, soon enough but any way we slice it—Cosnett’s character is sure to shake things up.

When that cruise director first appeared I went “oh, hey, Eddie!” Because of Rick Cosnett’s character on The Flash, which of course confused my mom, thinking I meant Eddie Diaz. After, just to confuse/annoy her more I kept calling him Eddie. The last one was my favorite.

my mom: “who was that!? It’s so dark!”
