Road to Heaven is an 18+ Dystopian fic which takes inspiration from popular media like the “Shatter Me” series and “Hunger Games”. It may contain distressing content like major injury to the characters, character deaths, blood, gore, body horror, amnesia and optional sexual content. More specific warnings will be given at the beginning of each chapter.

You are inmate No. 1441, incarcerated in Tartarus, the most notorious prison on the continent. You find yourself imprisoned for a crime that you do not remember committing, leaving you in a state of uncertainty about your own identity and purpose. The first memory you have is awakening to the sensation of a gun being shoved into your mouth.

Within the grim confines of Tartarus, you have been branded as the most dangerous criminal, feared yet hated by both fellow inmates and prison authorities alike. It becomes clear to you that in order to survive and unravel the enigma of your past, escape from this formidable penitentiary is imperative. However, achieving freedom will not be an easy feat, as you must navigate treacherous encounters with some of the most malevolent criminals known to humanity. In your quest for freedom, you find yourself entangled in complex relationships with three significant individuals. Firstly, your cellmate, whose icy demeanor suggests a deep-seated disdain for your very existence. Secondly, your best friend within the prison walls, whose seemingly excessive friendliness may harbor ulterior motives. Lastly, there is the warden, whose overtly amicable nature masks a peculiar familiarity with your past. As you navigate the perilous labyrinth of Tartarus, your ultimate objective is twofold: to survive amidst the most notorious criminals and uncover the truth about your forgotten past. In a world where danger lurks at every corner, you must tread carefully, for the path to redemption and self-discovery is riddled with uncertainty and perilous choices.

Subject Name : Twenty

A palpable enigma surrounds the inexplicable disdain they harbor towards you, leaving you to ponder if your past misdeeds have sowed the seeds of their ire. Your questions remain unanswered, rarely do they grace you with a response, and when they do, it arrives veiled in hateful glares and a tapestry of venomous words. The origins of their animosity remain shrouded in silence, with fellow inmates mirroring their reticence. Only when they are complaining about the prison's wretched conditions and the Warden's despotic rule do they momentarily shed their icy facade, revealing hints of vulnerability and human emotion. When they do smile, albeit rarely, it is a fleeting moment of breathtaking beauty. If only you could find the courage to tell them that.

Rating Non-Disney Animated Horse Designs

I’m back by popular demand/well not really but my optimism’s grand

A sequel to my Disney horse Rating post for all the other random non-Disney horses. Dreamworks, Bluesky, random cartoons, anything I could find. Featuring: Altivo, Spirit, some Barbie horses, and a few abominations.

Horse (Sing)

6/10 I don’t hate it and I feel like I should because it’s really hard to anthropomorphize horses that much without making them into the stuff of nightmares.

Shadowfax (The Lord of the Rings) 

5/10 There’s nothing WRONG with him per se, but it’s SHADOWFAX. Lord of all horses. He should wow me, and he doesn’t. Check out Gandalf’s weird sock-boots though. 

Hervé (Barbie as the Princess and the Pauper) 

-6/10 Horses' mouths don’t look like that. Horses’ mouths should not look like that. This thing wants to eat human flesh but can’t because it has two solid curved huge teeth with no physical  relationship with its jaw. Also this horse has the beginnings of male-pattern baldness. 

Princess Brietta (Barbie and the Magic of Pegasus)

1/10 Her eyes are flat like they’ve been painted onto her socketless skull. And there’s something very off-putting about this shade of pink. 

Beauty, Merry Legs, Ginger (Black Beauty) 

4/10 Ginger isn’t ginger. That is not a sorrel horse. There’s ONE requirement. Beauty’s the best of the three which is I guess what counts. 

Hans, Klaus and Greta (Ferdinand) 

2/10 I hate them so much. The core design isn’t that bad but the way they move and pose is. No horse should make that face. The one on the left is stretched putty.

The Grand Chawhee (All Dogs Go to Heaven)

I know what you’re thinking-- “isn’t that a mule or a donkey of some sort?” No. He’s a racehorse. Maybe a thoroughbred. And it’s his birthday so the other horses let him win.

1/10 She gets one point for being nice to Chawhee. But she’s clearly some sort of alien giraffe hybrid.

7/10 Just a nice little palomino design.

12/10 Amazing. Look at the determination.

Buck (Barnyard) 

2/10 See this is what that horse from Sing COULD have looked like.

7/10 don’t love that his head is a different color than his body in a weird way but he looks neurotic and fun.

8/10 I’ve just always liked these guys with their square faces and fun hats.

7/10 Look at the little curl in his mane. Good personality. A little too much “Dreamworks Face”

3/10 Look at his face. I DREAD what he might have to say. 

Esmeralda, Esperanza, Ernestina (Madgascar 3)

2/10 They’re coming for you. Coming to drag you into the Abyss.

7/10 I like his face shape. Compare him to the Madgascar 3 horses-- look how much more identifiable as a horse he is. 

Melvin (The Lorax)

10/10 He’s not a horse, but he’s so fluffy I love him. 

Babieca (Puss in Boots)

4/10 This horse has dead eyes. 

Onyx (Rise of the Guardians) 

13/10 She’s the leader of the nightmares and I would fully support her terrorizing the dreams of children. I’m pretty sure she and her mares ate the boogie man. A true Girlboss.

Yi Min (Kung Fu Panda but I think just an online game) 

-20/10 Just from a design perspective there’s far too much going on so it’s hard to even make it all out. Also I would have zero idea that this was a horse if the wiki page didn’t tell me it was. It has split hooves? 

Spirit Jr. (Spirit: Riding Free) 

8/10 Objectively I know the design is good  but my heart rebels against this show’s existence. 

Boomerang Thomas Stone (Spirit: Riding Free) 

8/10 I’m not doing all the horses from this show but I had to throw him in because he’s cute and he has a middle and last name for some reason.

Horse (Centaurworld) 

Why are there two distinctly different designs for her? This one gets a 9/10. The round one is like... a 5. All the other creatures in this show are eldritch abominations that will haunt me in my sleep now.

10/10 No notes. Perfect horses.

Ok first of all, I'm so so sorry for not replying to any of the asks or comments, for the last few weeks I've been down with food poisoning and low blood pressure and it's not helping that my college semester 2 is starting. I've been bed ridden just sleeping the whole time for the last week and am just getting better now. I feel so tired and unmotivated i could barely write this announcement even though I've been meaning to for a while. Again I'm so sorry for not active at all but my body just goes nah bitch on me so I cannot do anything about it for now. I might start responding to asks after a few days, so I want to thank anyone and everyone who have sent me those wonderful asks and I'm sad that I cannot answer them right now

“It’s not cowardly to be afraid of dying,” Etho points out. “I want to win.”

“Well, there you go. You want to win. I want to kill people,” Joel says. “What’s so hard to understand about that, huh?”

“Oh, nothing,” Etho says. “I understand you perfectly, Joel.”

“Good,” says Joel. “I mean, I built this whole Relation Ship. Would be sorta depressing if after I got to properly cut my teeth you chickened out.”

“I won’t chicken out,” Etho says. “Don’t worry. Just because I’m not as excited about the whole killing thing as you doesn’t mean I have any problems with it. Besides, a bit of chaos is fun.”

Joel smiles. He knows it’s all sharp teeth, okay? He knows it. He’s not baring them at Etho, though. He’s baring them at the world. The foreign fear is fading. The relief he’d felt on being red and finally being back on footing he understands is fading too from its overwhelming state, as an emotion that they share takes its place. “See, now you get it. Now we’re feeling the same thing.”

“Heart beating the same way,” agrees Etho.

“This is what being a soulmate’s about,” Joel says. “All about planning so, so much murder together. Speaking of. We do have some sand that I don’t think Grian knows we have.”

“Now now, Joel. Leave the traps to me,” Etho says.

“Rude?” Joel says.

Modern AU Songxuexiao, but make it Heaven Has A Road

I made this little thing a week ago bc it’s been two whole years since I read Heaven Has A Road But No One Walks It, and it rewired my brain forever. After that, I created my accounts where I’d share doodles, which eventually turned into this.

So, first we have Xiao Xingchen with the hentie tee, -unaware of the tee someone selected for him- and a blindfold because I didn’t feel like drawing uncanny beauty XXC with his eyes attached to his skull. He’s blind though.

Then there’s Xue Yang with dark lipstick to leave kisses on his partners and the t-shirt that should read “he’s my cock”, obviously worn to match Song Lan’s. And yeah, he doesn’t have his right arm. Although the fic follows CQL canon, I wanted to give him bangs, like I usually do, and his fangs, which were considered for the drama but then discarded bc real life.

And finally, we can see our beloved Song Zichen with an undercut, (the only way I picture modern AU Song Lan tbh), being the pretty beefcake he is, wearing a tee clearly too small for his body that should read as “he’s my chick”. 

There’s a couple more Easter eggs hidden there, hopefully you’ll be able to see them.

Shoutout to my dear friend Ry, a total sweetheart who enables me, talks about silly and not so silly prompts with me, and gave me the idea of the matching tees and XXC’s that was not a part of that set, but fits the vibe. Heheheh.
