I made a new design for Leo because I wanna make an au. I have a general idea on what I want it to be, but I don't have everything layed out at the moment.

In this au, Leo is raised by Hueso and is a female. I am still not sure what their name should be. (If you want, you can suggest some names.)

Basically, when Splinter was escaping on the surface, he accidentely dropped baby Blue in an alley way. Which resulted with Hueso finding her.

Donnie, Mikey and Raph are all boys and are raised by Splinter. They don't remember having a sibling until Splinter tells them about baby Blue and what happen.

That's pretty much the jiffy of it. I'll update more on this au if I get more ideas. I might make a comic as well, not to sure.

Idk if you already answered an ask like this already but does Splinter and Donnie have a good father and son relationship? 🤔

For the most part, yeah it's good. Splinter still has his flaws of course, as much as he loves Donnie he isn't always very good at showing it, and he's still dealing with some pretty intense depression.

That being said, taking care of one mutant turtle child, while still hard, is significantly easier than care of four. Because of that, Splinter in this AU is able to dedicate a lot more time to Donnie. On the flipside, because Donnie doesn't have any siblings to entertain him, he seeks out Splinter for company a lot more, and Splinter isn't always able to give all of the attention that he needs. But overall, I'd say they are closer in the AU than they are in canon, considering they've mostly only been able to rely on each other for so long.

FINALLY done oh boy, and look! Friendship moment?? Actual friendship moment?? Holy moly!!

And obviously a bunch of other stuff happens after this, with Leo and Donnie trying to prevent Draxum from using the Dark Armor and all the other shenanigans that occur in the season 1 finale. And I'm gonna show those events too.... eventually. And propbably not as a proper comic like I did here. Comics are fun, but they're timeconsuming to make especially since I'm a bit busy with other stuff in my life and I'm too impatient to spend the time necessary to complete a full length comic so.... eh.
