Yo, what's the story regarding the blind, deaf, and mute Tree Reincarnation of the Onceler?
The story is
THERE'S NOT GONNA BE A SEQUEL
but also that he became bored of being a tree for about 30 years and recreated his old body on sheer willpower, and perhaps thanks to the supernatural Lorax having meddled with his soul.
A tree doesn't see, speak, or is able to hear, so neither can he. The Lorax finds him wandering Truffula and contacts professional help to come get him, but Once-ler throws a psychotic hissy fit when they try to claim him. He still can't handle being touched, and with touch being the only sense he has left, The Lorax has to accept that he's the least stress-inducing contender for the job as his caretaker.
This story is more or less where Lorax' human design originates from. Once-ler keeps stepping on him in his normal form.
He's allowed to touch and guide him, as long he signals it's him beforehand, though it takes Once-ler a long time to stop shivering and get the sickly sweats. The feel of bare/human skin is what makes things harder and it would've helped if Lorax made gloves out of his fur, but that's not a solution they consider.
Once-ler has such a good sense of touch in general, he learns to lip read by planting his hands on Lorax' face. Lorax learns to read lip in general. It's the only way for them to communicate. All in all, it's a chore taking care of this guy.
The Lorax is hopeful his senses will return, but wonders what will happen to Truffula when or if that happens. He's not against the idea of giving The Once-ler a chance at a normal life, but he's constantly worried his patient might not be reformed and merely pretends to be carefree in his presence. After all, he's the one who turned him into a tree, intended to be a reward for saving Truffula, but really, what makes something like that not purgatory?
Once-ler's deathbed redemption is the only reason Lorax entertains the thought of playing his nurse at all, but it doesn't necessarily answer the question whether or not Once-ler will kick his skull in when no longer dependant on him.
His senses can be restored, but it requires things that are unlikely to happen. For example, he'd have to cry genuine tears to restore his eye sight. That's something he doesn't do, he was never allowed to. Lorax doesn't know the how and if of it all, either, so his recovery isn't speeding up.
That's the gist of the story.

Ren is SUCH a wet dog this season, every single episode he appears in he comes off as this PATHETIC SOPPING WET DOG MAN that is trying really hard to look cool!!
"I'm working hard mining with you guys! I'm organizing!" - Doesn't contribute anything, gets mocked by his co-workers
"No guys!! My game is really difficult!!! If you die you don't get anything!! There's no exceptions!!!" - Dies while doing a basic task
"I'm going to make a big tower!! So menacing!!" - Makes a tiny tiny tower, gets mocked by his neighbors
"Guys please help I'm stuck on my tower" - Fucking dies again
He keeps trying, no one buys it, cleo mocks him, beef mocks him, iskall mocks him, even MUMBO JUMBO is making fun of him at this point.
