Ruby telling this story in front of the whole Remnant Alliance, using Robyn’s Lie Detection to prove what she’s telling them is the truth, inspired by this post:
ROBYN: So what happened on the other side of the portals?
RUBY: Well, after I fell, I met a talking mouse I named Little, then we found Weiss and Blake captured by a whole village of talking mice whom we convinced to let them go, then we found Yang fighting a Jabberwalker while missing her arm, then we realized we were in our favorite childhood fairy tale, The Girl Who Fell Through the World.
OSCAR: That fairy tale actually happened?
RUBY: Then we went to the village in the Crimson Acre to bargain with the Jinxy Peddler for Yang’s arm.
EMERALD: You met the Jinxy Peddler?
VELVET: Was he cute?
WEISS: Yeah.
RUBY: And he was older than he was in the book. Anyway, toy soldiers won the arm, and we only got it back from them because Little tried stealing another “fine treasure”, exposing Jinxy’s treasures as fakes. The soldiers escorted us to the Crimson Castle, at first to arrest us for stealing Yang’s arm, or “royal property”, before I traded Penny’s sword, with a story of her being the greatest warrior to ever live.
REMNANT ALLIANCE:
Tumblr media
RUBY: The occasion was the birthday of who we thought was the Red King, but turned out to be the Red Prince, who was more of a spoiled brat than Weiss was at Beacon.
YANG: (nudging Weiss) Heh-heh.
RUBY: Then we challenged him to a game of chess, where he shrunk the girls to the size of chess pawns, and when we beat him, he threw a tantrum and wanted us beheaded, and the Curious Cat rescued us.
NORA: The Curious Kitty?!
REN: Were they as chatty as the book made them out to be?
RUBY: Mm-hm. Not to mention easily distracted. Anyway, they took us to look for ingredients for a Growgurt Parfait in the Garden Acre, and we met a smoking caterpillar called Herb who drugged us into seeing our past selves via leaves from the Great Tree, which we all rejected, well, which the other girls rejected, I almost gave in, before the Cat stopped me, then got Herb swallowed by a hole in the ground.
TAI: You guys did drugs?
QROW: Whoa, whoa, don’t start drinking like me, girls.
RUBY: Anyway, the Cat led us to a market to keep looking for the Parfait ingredients. Along the way, they told us about Ascension, a process that occurs when an Afteran is no longer doing the assigned role that they are supposed to be, triggered by them losing their ways, wearing out, doubting themselves, or even just finishing their assigned tasks, upon which they are taken to the Great Tree and repurposed into someone or something else with a new identity, personality, and role. Their memories are erased in the process, but the heart barely ever forgets.
REMNANT ALLIANCE: Ooh.
RUBY: And then, the market was attacked by Jabberwalkers using Neopolitan’s Semblance. We had all of the ingredients for the Parfait, and the girls grew back to normal size just as we got assistance from the Rusted Knight riding his white rabbit.
WHITLEY: You know, Weiss had a crush on the Rusted Knight when she was a kid.
BLAKE: I think everyone had a crush on the Rusted Knight at some point.
RUBY: Well, things didn’t help when he turned out to be a grown-up Jaune with longer hair and a beard, who grabbed a fruit that sent him back in time twenty years right after he landed.
REMNANT ALLIANCE:
Tumblr media
NORA: Oh, my Gods, Jaune.
JAUNE: I was stuck there isolated from other human contact, too.
YANG: Weiss certainly loved how mature he was.
RUBY: And the white rabbit was a jackalope Jaune named Juniper.
NORA: Aw, Jaune.
RUBY: Then Jaune told us his perspective on the Tree, that he believed it was death, that Alyx backstabbed her brother Lewis, the author of the fairy tale, who wrote the story the way he wished it had happened, and that the Cat couldn’t be trusted, then we got sent to a punderstorm, which creates a physical manifestation of a mental or emotional problem. Jaune, Weiss, and I were sent to metaphorical and literal crossroads, while Yang and Blake were sent to two broken, wooden, rickety bridges connected to a giant pillar they could only advance toward if they were honest about their feelings for each other. Yeah, Yang and Blake are girlfriends now.
REMNANT ALLIANCE:
Tumblr media
NORA: See, Ren? I told you there was more going on!
KALI: Our baby girl found love?
TAI: With my sunny little dragon?
RAVEN: She really is your daughter, then, Tai.
RUBY: Then the Cat bailed on us after mistaking us for selfishly using them to get home, and once the storm passed, Jaune let us spend the night in his house in the Origami Acre, then he introduced us the next morning to a village of paper stars called the Paper Pleasers whose purpose was finished and kept trying to go to the Tree to gain a new purpose, but Jaune had been stopping them for as long as he knew them. Then Neo’s Jabberwalkers attacked, and while we were distracted, the Paper Pleasers finally managed to commit mass suicide via destroying the koi pond dam, then when the girls asked me to help comfort Jaune, I blew up at them for caring more about everyone else’s feelings or getting home, and taking my mental health for granted and ignoring my suffering…
REMNANT ALLIANCE:
Tumblr media
WBY+J:
Tumblr media
RUBY: …then I ran away, came across the Abandoned Acre, and entered a random mansion, where Neo had made clone illusions of Roman Torchwick, Penny, Pyrrha, Professor Lionheart, Clover, Professor Ozpin, and General Ironwood, and used them to physically and psychologically destroy me, and when the chaos was over, I didn’t want to be me anymore, not helped by Torchwick’s question: “Do you really think you can stand to watch more of your friends fall, or are you ready to admit the truth? That the world would just be better off without you?”
REMNANT ALLIANCE (passing tissues around):
Tumblr media
RUBY: Then Neo offered me tea made from leaves from the Tree intended to wipe me from existence, then the Cat blasted her away, but then turned out to be evil and tried to possess me, then Neo fought them off and stomped Little to death, then I drank the tea, offing myself, and got swallowed by the Tree.
YANG: (tearing up) Oh, Rubes.
RUBY: Then I met a Blacksmith, who I also found at the market, or, rather, she found me, and then she presented me with a choice to either be someone else or myself. I saw my mom’s weapon and was treated to a vision of the night she left with Raven on another one of Ozpin’s secret missions and never came back.
TAI: (turns accusingly at…) Raven?
RAVEN: (sheepishly) Uh, surprise?
HARE: (to Ruby) Wait. What did you say your mother’s name was again?
RUBY: Summer.
HARE: (muttering) So, her uncle is Qrow, her father is Taiyang, and her sister’s mother is Raven. All are members of Team STRQ. Summer, Summer, Summer… (out loud) Summer Rose, the leader of Team STRQ, was your mother?
REMNANT ALLIANCE (walla): Summer?…Summer Rose?…The previous silver-eyed Huntress?…That’s Summer Rose’s daughter?
RUBY: Yeah. And then, I finally chose to be myself and grow into a better Huntress. And I. Came. Back, and helped the girls fight the evil Cat. And we won.
REMNANT ALLIANCE:
Tumblr media
RUBY: And then Neo killed the Cat with the Jabberwalkers, who, by the way, are the only creatures to prevent Ascension if they eat Afterans. And, according to the girls, Neo was possessed by the Cat, and she chose to accept Torchwick’s death and undergo her own Ascension. Oh, and Little ascended, too, into who we called Somewhat, and succeeded Jaune as the protector of the Ever After. And then, we had made it to the Tree, and we walked through the door back home, landed inside the plane of the Tree met the Blacksmith again at her workshop, and when we noticed two statues of the Brother Gods, she told us their backstory. That the Ever After was overfilled with plants and dangerous wildlife in its primordial years, but the Brothers were created to clear it out. Then they created the Afterans as well as the different acres for them to live in. They designed new creations that would replace them in maintaining the Ever After. This was how the Cat was created. They later created the Jabberwalker as a form of destruction. However, the two disagreed on whether it disrupted the balance or not and began to wage war.
OSCAR: (scoffs) What else is new?
RUBY: The Blacksmith told us how balance isn’t supposed to be two opposing forces locked in battle; balance is an ecosystem, an organism, and a living thing, thus balance isn’t restored with force or manipulation, it’s restored naturally, requiring love and patience to see it through to the end. The Gods got to Remnant because the Ever After created a door to a “greater beyond” for the Gods, so they can leave and experiment in creating new worlds as much as they like.
NORA: (snickering) So the Tree basically said, “You think you have life sorted out? Then get out of my house”?
RUBY: Pretty much.
TEAM RWBY, JAUNE, AND REMNANT ALLIANCE:
Tumblr media
YANG: (wiping a tear) Oh, my Gods, that’s such a hilarious way of looking at it. Thanks, Nora.
RUBY: Anyway, the Blacksmith told us that we have impacted the Ever After significantly; just like Somewhat, Alyx, and Lewis, and that the Cat caused a bad impact, and then she made us a portal in the desert on the outskirts of the city, and now you’re all caught up.

Hey Jinxy, would you like converting 2 items from the sims 4 growing together pack? Namely All-a Board Game Set and Piece-ful Puzzle Set. I tried it myself... and what can i say... i failed badly xD So i really admire people like you who can do this. Thank you for your work and that you sharing with untalented people like me^^
You're very welcome, @fluffyfluse! I'm sorry to hear your first attempts at converting didn't go so well, but keep trying, and eventually you'll get the hang of it. In the meantime, I'm happy to help you out.
Tumblr media
This is obviously the All-A-Board Game Set and the Piece-ful Puzzle Set. They're decorative only, but I categorized them in Hobbies > Recreation so they'd show up with other "game" stuff.

les magnifique: a collection of items converted from the ts4 base game [download - sfs]
disclaimer: this set was made many months ago during my first break, when i came back i realised that the original les magnifique chairr and table were already converted by @jinxxsims; if you would prefer their version, do get it here! (and congrats on your followers milestone, jinxy! <3) mine just has addons.
hello, how are we all doing today? :3 i recently noticed that there's not all that much stuff converted from the ts4 base game, so i decided to start remedying that!
this set consists of 10 items (4 maxis items + 6 addons by me!). only the cereus has subsets; unfortunately, the table was not really made to be split into subsets, and i didn't want to make the chair mismatch it. hope that's okay :(
everything has been compressed! please note that not everything pictured in the preview (e.g. the sofas, which are part of my 4t2 modish stuff pack) comes with this download!
credits
ea/maxis for the original ts4 meshes & textures
items included
bigger night-blooming cereus (434 polys, repo'd to night-blooming cereus)

I hate Trucy's DD/SoJ portrayal as much as the next person, but there's one thing these games did well to her: they showed Trucy having friends outside of her father's social circle, like Jinxie or Penrose troupe (the latter not without its problems though, but de Famme twins are working through that). Such thing is sorely lacking in other parent/child dynamics in the series, but it does make things more humanizing and realistic!

spicy take time: Ace Attorney 5 is not THAT bad
Dual Destinies: The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly -- An Opinionated Review (not spoiler free, hehe)
As I was progressing through the series, I noticed that fans really seemed to dislike Dual Destinies, so as I finished Apollo Justice, I was worried about what I was going to come across and, it wasn't terrible. I've begun to replay some of the game and compile some thoughts.
The Good
Characters
Whether it be the complicated, the quirky, or the downright enjoyable to be around, Dual Destinies has all sorts of new characters to fit this bill. Some of my favorites include:
Athena Cykes -- The newbie lawyer with a loud and colorful personality and a neat little game mechanic involving her being able to hear emotions Simon Blackquill -- The prosecutor on death row who's very… persuasive (why does he get to have a sword?) "Bobby Fulbright" -- The game's eccentric detective. While he's no Dick Gumshoe or Emma Skye, he actually managed to grow on me, making the twist that the final antagonist was disguised as him the entire time all the more impactful to me.
Some other characters that I really enjoyed: Juniper Woods Jinxie Tenma Aura Blackquill Orla Shipley (the orca)
And some of my favorite puns, for fun: Candice Arme Robin Newman Sasha Buckler
The Introductory Case
Case 5-1 is one of my favorite introductory cases after 2-1, AAI2-1, and TGAA1-1. Its twists and turns had me on edge the entire time. I've seen some crazy shit in Ace Attorney -- exorcisms, cross-examining animals, children that are victims of murder attempts -- but a terrorist bombing was not something I would expect, weirdly enough.
I also think it's fascinating how it's the only intro case to span over multiple days and the second to chronologically take place after the main filler cases (after AAI1-1).
And I really like how it ends by leaving these two questions in the back of my mind: "What's wrong with Apollo?" "Who exactly is Athena?"
Prosecutor Blackquill
Out of all of the prosecutors in the series, Blackquill has one of my favorite concepts. The idea of a prosecutor being able to continue his job while awaiting the death sentence for a crime he did not commit, but rather, took the fall for is just soooo… AAAAAAA. I love it. How he also utilizes psychological mind games opposite to Athena's own.
I was originally terrified of Blackquill and his unique "Silence!" callout, but as case 5 progressed, I actually almost cried learning Simon's true colors. How he willingly went to prison to protect a young Athena and Athena's mother, Metis', work, refusing to accept help despite Athena's and Aura, his older sister's, pleas. He was genuinely willing to be executed for the sake of protecting Athena.
Athena and Apollo's relationship, Apollo's Skepticism, and Athena's Trauma
Throughout the course of cases 2 and 3, it was demonstrated how Apollo and Athena grew to trust each other. To me, they gave off sibling energy, which was made even better by the fact that, in Greek mythology, Apollo and Athena are siblings (half-siblings, but siblings nonetheless).
So when Apollo started feeling skeptical towards Athena regarding the whole Clay situation, it kinda hurt, Apollo even willingly wearing a bandage over his eye to prevent himself from perceiving Athena's suspicious ticks. (I love this concept and wish more could have been done it.) And Athena had a past of her own that wasn't helping the situation that she herself wasn't even sure of, traumatized by the idea that she might have killed her own mother.
This is what I would say to be Dual Destinies' strongest feature.
The Phantom
Like I've mentioned before, the twist of "Fulbright" being the final antagonist really got to me. And his whole breakdown with him being in a mad panic, questioning who he really was before getting sniped, has to be one of my favorite breakdowns in the entire series (second to the exorcism)
Turnabout Reclaimed
The concept behind this DLC case is a fascinating one. The defendant being an… uhm… orca and the murder being an accident makes this case really unique.
3D Models
While the models take a bit to get used to, I think, ultimately, they weren't a terrible idea. I love the sprites but there are some things that the models did that the sprites couldn't -- and vice versa. And I believe it was a great gateway into what we got with The Great Ace Attorney and Spirit of Justice.
The Bad
Phoenix's Role
I have problems with Phoenix in this game in general. His model, his voice, but overall, I think the biggest downside about him in this game is his role. How him losing his badge was basically ctrl-z'ed and he's back to basically steal the spotlight. His role in Apollo Justice was great. He was there, but not on the front lines, helping Apollo from the side. I was hoping that, with the introduction of Athena, she'd get help from him like Apollo from Kristoph in his own game or Phoenix from Mia in the first game, rather than being essentially sidelined herself.
Yes. Dual Destinies is a Phoenix Wright game, but with how much focus it gives to Apollo and Athena and their… Dual Destinies… it's a bit frustrating with him in the picture as much as he is.
Turnabout Academy
I don't believe in the "3rd Case Syndrome" that goes around in the fanbase (4-3, 6-3, AAI2-3, and TGAA2-3 were pretty good). However… replaying Dual Destinies, I can't bring myself to replay this case. The concept was okay, but, that's all I can really say. The characters were… eh? I like Junie, Robin, and Mirriam, but Hugh is insufferable and what they did with Klavier was… (I don't wanna be harsh but)… ew. How Robin was treated before revealing she was a girl, was kind of gross (in the initial 2013 release). Overall, it was an… okay case. I don't really have much else to say about this case other than I didn't really enjoy it.
Turnabout Reclaimed
I love the concept, but that's about it. I had a bit of trouble staying awake while playing this one. It felt a little reminiscent of 1-5, which best sums up my feelings about it. The characters were okay and the idea is great, but this case is just… there.
The Ugly
Main Menu
That menu is boring. There's nothing... here. At least previous releases had the gall to put an image in the background, whether it be a courtroom or silhouettes of the main characters. I can't tell if that's supposed to be a bulletin board or a closeup of a basketball, but it's likely neither of those are right.
Voices
I understand replacing the older VA's because of cutscenes and all that, and I'm okay with Apollo's new voice, but when it comes to the other characters with NEW voices, they kind of miss the mark. Apollo and Phoenix sound virtually identical, Klavier sounds… wrong, and I don't think anyone told Edgeworth's VA that he's only 34 because he sounds twice that.
3D Models
When it comes to characters being translated into 3D, that's where the models miss. Apollo's, and Klavier's models are … not the best and Phoenix's is actually disgusting. They got a much-needed update with Spirit of Justice, but they don't compare to the beauty of their sprites.
-----
Overall, I personally think that Dual Destinies is one of the weakest in the series, but it's not as bad as everyone makes it out to be. It's different and takes a bit to get used to, but it's fun :)

The Jinxie Games
Thoughts on G5 MLP Make Your Mark Ch. 4, Episode 3
This episode has three subplots: Hitch competing in the Forest Critter Field Day event, Pipp and Zipp discovering their mom is dating Alphabittle, and Misty attempting to find something in the Brighthouse that she can take home to appease Opaline.
The latter two plotlines are pretty good, the first one drags and I think they should've moved it into the background more. Maybe have Pipp and Zipp find out about Queen Haven's date earlier and try to scuttle it, but then see that their mom is truly happy and have a change of heart?
Tumblr media
Anyway, I feel very vindicated in having shipped Queen Haven and Alphabittle as far back as the original G5 movie. They just had that vibe.
Even though Misty spent most of the episode in one place, rifling through the Mane 5's belongings, this was a really good episode for her, first exhibiting her bitterness and jealousy at the main cast ("Ohhh, we're so HAPPY, we all have cutie marks and we get to live with our best friends!"), which helps the audience understand why a fundamentally nice pony keeps spying on / trying to steal from the other ponies, and then coming to a turning point when Misty finds that Sunny has included a picture of her, Misty, in her journal.
Tumblr media
Misty's VA is so good; the gasp she gives when Misty finds the picture tells you everything you need to know. The foundations of her world have been shaken.
Later, Misty has a chance to kidnap Sparky--Opaline's main objective--and instead she leaves him at the Brighthouse, purposely disobeying Opaline's orders even though she knows she'll be in trouble.
Tumblr media
Here's Misty, nervous because Opaline just called bellowed for her, metaphorically stuck between the two pictures: a childhood picture of Opaline and the photo of herself with the Mane 5.
Tumblr media
Even though I do think this episode, and some others, have parts that drag, I do think Misty's story being spread out across the entire season is genius. It lets us really see what Misty's going through, the toxic push-and-pull of serving Opaline. There's no way her story would be as impactful if it was condensed into one or two episodes; we would get an info-dump of facts, but we wouldn't feel the weight of her burden
Random notes on this episode:
Queen Haven sending Zipp a text that just said "Don't" was extremely funny
the Forest Critter Field Day occurs every 4th purple moon
there's reference to bits as currency (Hitch mentions "flipping a bit" to see who goes first in a game)
When Hitch and Izzy initially explain what Forest Critter Field Day is, Pipp is zoning out on her phone
Queen Haven postponing brunch to "a time that's more inconvenient to you both" is the funniest bit of the episode
"Unicorns didn't have access to their magic for many thousands of moons." As previously noted, a moon seems to be the equivalent of a year. How many thousands is "many"? It's got to be 3000 minimum, right? Assuming Skye Silver is correct about this information, that is.
Tumblr media
Speaking of Sky Silver and Dazzle (the reporters), one thing G5 does much better than G4 is parody. G4 is leaning towards Looney Tunes in its style of humor (slapstick, pianos dropping on people, Pinkie Pie leaping out of mirrors, etc) and whenever they tried to do parody on top of that already exaggerated humor it was juuust terrible. With Sky and Dazzle, they don't do anything specifically "comedic" but their performances are just over-the-top enough to be funny. Like the way they do scripted lines to "each other", but they're turned towards the camera because it's actually for the TV audience's benefit . . . Man, that is the kind of humor G5 should harness more.
Tumblr media
I assume this ZBS special is based on a real life show about the British Royal family or something, because the ponies look so dour . . . lmk if this is the case, I don't watch TV anymore except cartoons based on Hasbro properties.
Tumblr media
literally a wedding ring chilling in the background there, nice touch
Tumblr media
Nice to see Hitch isn't the only non-unicorn contestant, Windy is there too. The purple unicorn, Elderflower, was mentioned in a previous episode as being the oldest and wisest unicorn in Bridlewood.
Tumblr media
Once again Sparky shows some kind of earth or plant magic
"This is what every sport looks like to me." Same Pipp, same.

Pie in the face with Silco, Sevika, Jinx and Vi. Pretty Please 🥰
(Reader is the one who started this pie war) would that be a war? XD
Silco: Assuming you aren't already dead at the hands of his crew - and none of the pie-filling got in his left eye - he will withdraw a handkerchief, then calmly and methodically dab his face off. His expression will reveal nothing; no temper, no amusement. After he's checked the state of his clothes and touched up his hair in a mirror, he will sidle over to you, fingers curling with deceptive lightness around your arm - then clamping tight.
"Upstairs," is the order, "Now."
You like making a mess, do you, wasteful little thing? Allow him to show you a mess. You can put that smart tongue to use and clean it all up afterward.
Sevika: Nothing pisses her off quite like a waste of food. With rough swipes, she'll dab off the cream from her face, to reveal a glare promising bloody murder. Then she'll note your expression and smile crookedly, before beckoning you closer with a finger curl.
After which you'll get hauled over her knee and spanked within sight of the entire crew. Punishment meted, she'll pat your sore posterior and quietly advise, "Mop that mess up."
Your real punishment is due back home. That pie won't be the only thing getting its stuffing pulled inside-out tonight.
Jinx: Pies! She loves pies! Choco! Strawberry! Vanilla! What's that one you got there? And - splat. Right in her jinxy little kisser. For a moment she'll be stunned. Then her face will split into a gleefully sadistic grin. Two can play at this game, and you'll find she only plays to win.
Prepare to be absolutely smothered in pie - and perhaps literally smothered. Jinx isn't gentle with her coiffured cream swirls. Jinx isn't gentle in general, but hey - "YOU started it!"
Between the two of you, the place will look like a horrific dessert massacre.
Vi: She ducks the first pie but isn't fast enough to dodge the second. When she backhands the cream off, she looks supremely miffed. Do pies grow on trees in your neck of the woods? Wagging a finger as her scolding gathers steam, she gets closer and closer - then slams a chunk of pie held behind her back right in your face.
Better run fast, because she's already revving up to hit you with a second piece. All the while cackling, "Can't BELIEVE you fell for it!"
Out of the previous three, she's the best girl to get into a pie-fight with. Afterward, though, she will feel bad about the waste of food, and insist you help her mop everything up, right down to the last crumb.

I think Alyx might be our villain for the volume.
The chess player (who is the King of Hearts based on the talk about the birthday party in episode two), considering he’s being introduced so early on in the volume and will probably be dealt with within an episode or so, won’t be that much of an issue. The Jabberwalker, while somewhat intelligent and we know will show up again, probably is just a creature. A monster. Not a villain.
Personally, I think Neo and Jaune will be preoccupied with each other. They were shown side by side in the intro and both of them are dealing with time related stuff (Neo being our Hatter, who has his infinite tea party, and Jaune being the White Rabbit who is late for everything)
But about our Alice.
The Ever After runs on childish rules. They pay with things like hugs and abstract concepts (young kids can’t grasp the concept of money). The weather is effected by emotions (a lot of kids get told that the weather is because of Mother Nature and her moods). The people in the town were literal toys. Little’s faction names themselves after what their purposes are rather than names (when playing pretend children usually say something like “I’m a firefighter, I’m a doctor” rather than giving themselves a character name).
It runs on childish rules. It runs on games. It’s segmented rigidly like a Candyland board game. It’s nonsense, but it’s a child’s nonsense.
It’s the exact opposite of Wonderland in that Wonderland is nonsense, but it’s the nonsense that adults tell children. The Ever After operates how a child thinks the world should operate.
Blake says Jinxy looks older than how he is described in the book. Alyx has probably been here, if being compared to Alice, since she was a little girl. She hasn’t matured mentally in that case, if she’s been here since a teenager. I don’t think she fell with the others, but I think her appearance in the intro is that they’re repeating her story either on accident or Alyx is making them repeat her story because this world is just that - a story. Her story.
I can’t remember who proposed the theory but someone suggested that the Ever After is in some sort of time loop. That the events of Alyx’s story are repeating over and over again, which is why RWBY are experiencing the events of the book, as Blake says. Maybe it’s Alyx’s doing. Either she hasn’t learned her lesson - being a liar and a cheat as Yang has said - and keeps going through this over and over again until she gets it right. Or maybe she’s doing it on purpose, keeping everyone stuck in this performance forever, being the hero of her own story.
Alyx, supposedly from Remnant, probably has a Semblance. Whatever it is could have helped her gain control of the Ever After, with the King of Hearts being mostly a figurehead and not having much of an actual influence (the Queen of Hearts was more of a threat after all).
“You are not the hero,” says the voice from the trailer. “You never were.”
Because Alyx thinks she is. And she won’t let four intruders disrupting her story stop her.
