In TMMT, Cassandra is still the ‘real’ Casey, except as the tough and ready adult role of earlier series with a parental twist. Though she was raised to become a police cadet, that destiny is cut short at the introduction of Angel, her daughter, as well as CJ, who she adopts 5 years later. While her personality can be a lot, she’s an amazing mother, and is willing to commit many crimes when it comes to protecting her kids.

CJ’s backstory is inspired by the IDW comics— it’s not great. Luckily, Casey came to save him in many ways, giving him the love he needed to become the chill yet rock-hard person he is today.

so I love your TMNT iteration, it’s been in my brain, but I noticed that the teens themselves had numbers. Leo has 1, Mikey has 2, Raph has 3, and those numbers are on their arms. Yet Donnie has the number 44 on his leg. Is there plot significance to it??

Teenage Meddling Mutant Turtles: The Experiments

As mentioned before, the TMMT turts were all mutated as part of a series of experiments: the Baron’s 45 Plan.

The number placement and order is based off the plan’s different stages! Stage 1 took 10 animal subjects and began with mutation using human DNA. Four turtles were bought in bulk and were part of this stage: three boys, one girl. The original plan took 16, but Shen’s meddling stopped Dr. Draxum from doing so.

After rebuilding, Stage 2 took 15 human subjects and did the reverse, trying mutation with animal DNA. Interestingly enough there seemed to be little physical difference between those of Stage 1 and Stage 2, outside of those in Stage 2 tending to look slightly more humanoid.

Stage 3 is a little more messed up, mutating both humans and animals using specific body parts rather than the whole. This method has a low success rate and only a handful of subjects survived past the first week.

And Stage 4? Well, that information is hard to come by. I suppose it’s just a question only Donnie can answer :)

Here it is! ROTTMNT Rina's berserker mode!

Honestly I don't remember posting her story so I guess I'll write it down here

Was found on the threshold of the orphanage and raised there. The children were fed well, after a time when she was 8 she found out that they were used as meat. During the adoption, when the caretaker took away another girl (note: for some reason they always adopted the most chubby ones), she noticed that Miss Alice took her to the basement and, out of interest, the girl followed them. There she found meat machines, body parts ready for packing, meat grinders, meat grinders with almost ready sausages, sausage, etc. She was found by caretakers husband, who tried to cut her throat, but she hitted him with her leg, so he missed leaving a wound not very deep, but deep enough for a scar, in the end she runs away and lives on the streets of the city mainly in abandoned places, steals food, learned to break the locks on the doors, as well as those that are like barns. Year later she accidentally ends up in Big Mother's hotel. Big Mother starts manipulating her, pretending to be her new mom. Soon she turns her into mutant and forces to fight in the battle Nexus. She also works for her as a thief, can easily steal anything from a person. After Kraangs invasion took piece's that left from their ship and brought it to the inventor that she knew. They created her weapons from it.

This is Astrid. She's fully human but was raised by some Spider Mutants that found her on the streets as a wee little baby.

Seems life couldn't be too bad... If that weren't for the fact she acts like a spider, meaning the many dates she has had... She's tried to eat - causing her to be sent to prison a few times, and she's a bit cannibalistic - but she's a sweet heart, I promise!!

So when she met Raph... There's a few times she tries to uh- eat him, but other than that, she's super bubbly and loves spending time with him and his brothers! and blowing things up, but that's for another day.
