Ask game:

LoV turned into pets and class 1A adopts them

1. It all started because Tomura was rude to a witch online. (Yes, the magical kind of witch. Even though this is a canon-adjacent quirks AU.) The witch cursed his entire family to turn into animals. Tomura thinks of the League of Villains as family, so...

2. Class 1-A is sent on a community service assignment at a local shelter, where they encounter adorable and grumpy animals they simply fall in love with at first sight and have to take home.

3. Tomura is an cute corgi who gets adopted by Izuku. Actually Tomura becomes astonishingly chill after turning into a dog and decides he likes lazing around all day. He has no interest in ever turning back into a human.

4. Toga turns into a yellow canary. She immediately starts following Izuku around after he arrives at the shelter and trying to peck him. But she gets adopted by Ochaco, who always wanted a bird. Toga continues to glomp Izuku at every chance, which Ochaco misinterprets as her pet trying to help her out with her crush.

5. Dabi is a gray-brown cat who gets adopted by Shouto. (Shouto believes he has a pet raccoon because of the markings under his eyes.) It was love at first sight for Shouto because he saw Dabi urinating on an Endeavor poster. Dabi tries to dislike Shouto but his fire side is just so comfortable. Shouto names him Phoenix because of his love of heat.

6. Spinner turns into a gecko lizard (of course) and gets taken home by Fumikage. Spinner is slightly terrified of birds in this form but Fumikage loves lizards.

7. Twice is a nervous chinchilla who got adopted by Kaminari and named "Pikachu." However, Bakugo ends up taking over primary duties caring and feeding for the chinchilla. Bakugo pretends to complain about it and cooks him gourmet meals.

8. Kurogiri turned into a black cat who got immediately snagged by Aizawa. Yamada and Midnight also dote on him. Sushi acts like he met an old friend.

9. Mr. Compress transformed into a magpie and latched onto Momo because she is always wearing shiny jewelry. He steals items from all over her house, and she thinks that it's adorable.

10. Magne turned into an energetic German shepherd and got adopted by Mina, who has plenty of energy for a big dog.

11. Gigantomachia got turned into a tiger. Hitoshi adopted him and brainwashed everyone into thinking that he's just a large cat.

12. Nezu is not happy to have so many cats in his school. Through his information sources, Nezu also realized what happened to the LOV so he's forced to tolerate them in order to keep them under his supervision.

12. Mineta is allergic to cats.

13. Shouto comes up with a conspiracy theory that these animals, who seem unusually intelligent, are actually manifestations of the ghosts living in Izuku's quirk. He thinks that Tomura is Yoichi and Dabi is En.

14. Unfortunately for AFO, Tomura thinks of him like family. So he got transformed into the world's ugliest hairless blind cat with a scarred face. Even more unfortunately for AFO, All Might takes one look at the most pathetic and unadoptable animal in the shelter, and his hero instincts activate. All Might adopts Cat for One and names him Nana. (Shouto convinced All Might to use the name even though All Might does not seriously believe his conspiracy theory.) No matter how AFO tries to attack and claw him, All Might only thinks that he needs more love and affection.

15. The witch's curse wears off if the villains sincerely reform. Which means that there is hope for the rest of the league, but All for One is going to be stuck as a cat forever.

An AU where All for One accidentally sends his son Izuku and his ward to Tomura to the wrong summer camps. Izuku gets sent to a training camp for young villains. Tomura gets sent to an All Might fans summer camp with All Might himself as a guest lecturer. Please work your cracky magic!

AFO had it all under control. At least that's what he told himself. In actuality being potatoed had really frazzled his mind, so when Inko and Kurogiri asked for coordinates at the same time, he quickly looked up both and sent them, never even noticing he sent them the wrong coordinates.

Inko was confused that the camp was so remote, but she trusted her husband. So she told Izuku she loved him and sent him off. When Izuku arrived it didn't take him long to figure out he was at the wrong camp, what with nobody knowing anything about AM and several camp counselors being wanted criminals, but it wasn't like he could openly say anything now could he? Luckily, everyone treats him with respect as AFO's protoge so he plays along so he won't get killed.

Tomura wonders if he did something wrong for Sensei to send him to what seems the 10th circle of Hell. Or could this be the villain camp? Yes, a villain camp disguised as an All Might camp! That makes perfect sense! Unfortunately his attempts to flaunt his authority soon get him sent to the time-out corner, and he's forced to wear gloves to control his quirk. He'd fight back, but that Todoroki girl is terrifying.

Izuku is soon practically running the camp. Not only is he the smartest kid there and giving everyone in depth quirk analysis in exchange for swearing their loyalty to him (so he can keep them from using his advice for evil and maybe get them to buy merch for him), but he's also learning a lot that would be useful for hero work from the counselors! Also people genuinely like him, which is an absolute dream for him! The only one that doesn't is that janitor Dabi who insists Izuku's a spy. Everyone ignores him for being a conspiracy theorist who failed to kill a mouse once.

Tomura is having less success. His prior quirk usage has caused them to watch extra close that he doesn't "accidentally" lose his gloves, meaning that when an All Might handshake event happens he actually has to shake that filthy beast's hand! Without killing him! Also All Might talks about things like not leaving everything for him and helping yourself, which Tomura hates for actually being ok advice! Even worse, All Might at one point asks Tomura on video game metaphors to use! Tomura helps of course, but only to show off how much he knows. He's such a problem child that eventually the camp's guidance counselor takes interest in him: Gran Torino.

To everyone's shock, Gran's "character building" sessions actually work! Partly because he plays video games with Tomura afterward (he's quite good) but also because Tomura respects violence. Soon he's decided violence without being arrested seems like a neat idea after all! Especially since he can adopt a corgi that way! When Tomura learns that Gran new his grandma, he comes clean to help him stop AFO so he can get that corgi because it's the right thing to do.

Izuku finally brings Dabi to his side by letting him run the camp's theater club. Dabi loves melodramatic acting so much he forgets about his father. Well mostly, he still loves bashing Endeavor in his plays. Izuku then has his legion overthrow the counselors and become Heroes! Except Dabi, he's becoming a theater actor/vigilante.

Izuku's calling the authorities when AM arrives at the villain camp. Izuku: I need the Heroes to come and arrest some major villains! We're at- AM: I AM HERE! Izuku: Wow that was fast! Dispatcher: ???

AM notices no one's attacking him and that several villains are tied up. He demands to know who's in charge. They almost pull a Spartacus, but when Izuku steps forward, they all point at him.

Izuku marches toward All Might, flipping through his book like he's looking for the perfect page to handle him with. All Might tenses up. Finally Izuku stops in front of them and holds his book out. Izuku: Can I have your autograph? AM: ???

The villains are arrested, the villain kids (and Tomura) pardoned for their help, Tomura gets his corgi, Izuku gets AM for a new dad and eventually OFA, and AFO flees the country to escape Inko the heroes. He will later be found with a concussion caused by someone beating him with a frying pan. The culprit is still a unknown.

When Tomura Shigaraki was nine years old, he found a dog.

It had been on the walk “home” from school. He hadn’t quite shaken the habit of taking the back alley routes, despite his new Guardian telling him there was no need to avoid the main streets anymore. In fact, he had also told him that he didn’t need to walk at all, that he could be driven to and from school, but Shigaraki didn’t want that either. 

Old survival habits died hard. So he walked.

There had been a thrash in one of the garbage cans he passed. Normally he didn’t think twice about those sounds — they weren’t enough to raise his guard for. Just feral cats or rubbish shifting under its own weight. But this sound had been different. It had been followed by a distinctive yelp.

He walked over to the trash can, curious. Whatever was in there couldn’t have been very big. While the can had gone still, it hadn’t gone silent. A song of whimpers and squeaks, percussed with echoing scratches. It almost sounded like—

Shigaraki pulled the lid off, revealing a scraggly little puppy sitting at the bottom of the can.

A stray dog wasn’t an unexpected find by any means, but this one still caught him by surprise. Even through the clumped fur and grime, it was easy to make out that it was a Corgi — not exactly the type of puppy you’d find abandoned in a trash can. But it was quickly apparent by the cloudiness of its eyes and the show of its ribs why a backyard breeder had potentially dumped this one.

It was a runt. And it was blind.

The second it heard the sound of the lid, the puppy was up on its hind legs. Jumping and pawing excitedly at every side of the can, frantic and determined to get out.

Shigaraki moved his hands to grab each side of the rim. With a firm grip he kneeled, tilting the can down onto its side so that he could lay it down without jostling it too much. He wasn’t going to pick the dog up by hand — didn’t want to get bitten — but he also didn’t see the point in leaving the poor thing to die in a trash can either.

It scampered out to the concrete eagerly, sniffing left, right, then back to Shigaraki again. Honestly, he’d expected it to run away almost immediately. To chase the squeak of a rat or a smell, to get lost or hit by a car somewhere else in the world where he didn’t feel responsible for it.

But instead, it sniffed closer and closer to Shigaraki. The second it’s wet little nose connected with his slacks, it broke out a big puppy smile and ran straight into him. His first instinct would’ve been to quickly shove it away — he could easily see the filth and insects jumping off of it with every movement. But the stubby little thing was faster than his ability to overcome surprise. 

And soon the puppy was bouncing up his knees and licking excitedly at his face.

“H-Hey, stop it!” he growled, pushing the runt away, but this only made it want to bounce and play more.

He wasn’t sure what did him in — whether it was the wiggling, the determination, the feel of that tiny, tenacious little tongue. But very quickly, Shigaraki was no longer pushing and pulling his head away. He was laughing and rubbing behind its ears, pulling it close to nuzzle into his chest.

And carrying the puppy he’d decided to call Mon-Chan, “home”.

His Guardian hadn’t been quite as accepting when Shigaraki walked resolutely into his home office with little Mon-Chan in his arms.

“A dog, huh?” 

He looked down at Shigaraki from his desk, holding up his wiggling, drooling prize thoughtfully. Then back to Kurogiri, who’d been in the middle of serving him his afternoon coffee before the intrusion. The employee was purposefully withholding any opinion or judgment, but was clearly also less than thrilled by the new little house guest.

“We can bring it by the pound,” Shigaraki’s Guardian said, “One that young should get picked up fairly quickly.”

He gestured for Kurogiri to take the dog from his ward, obviously more than eager to get rid of the thing currently shaking dirt and fleas all over his Persian rug.

Kurogiri had taken all of one step before Shigaraki backed up frantically, pulling the puppy tight into his chest, “No!”

His Guardian cocked a brow.

“I… I wanna keep her…” he muttered, barely over a whisper.

It was a surprising declaration, no matter how unconfident. He’d taken in Tomura Shigaraki coming close to a year ago, and despite constantly reminding him that he could ask for anything he wanted, the boy had never taken him up on the offer. Even when it came to simple things, oftentimes he’d just stare longingly at the platter of sausage in the center of the breakfast table, not able to find the words or confidence to ask for the second helping his stomach was rumbling for.

So this was a first.

He hummed thoughtfully, mulling over the risk/reward ratio of the situation, “I don’t know Tomura. This little cur seems like more work than it’s worth. How about we get you a new game instead?”

Frustration and disappointment rippled through Shigaraki’s body, pushing an itch to the surface he hadn’t felt all afternoon. Before he knew it, the feeling spurred him to fight back.

“Y-You said that I could have whatever I want, right?” he demanded, “Well, I want her!”

His Guardian stared down at him, and Shigaraki instantly recoiled — eyes glued to the ground and fingers to his neck. All nerve lost. He wasn’t able to clock the gratification in the man’s gaze. 

He was quietly impressed.

Kurogiri leaned down to his employer, suggesting just quiet enough so that the younger Shigaraki couldn’t hear.

“If I may, sir — developing a kinship with young Tomura has been more difficult than anticipated, correct?” Kurogiri asked, earning an acceptive nod, “Then perhaps this could be a good opportunity to win his favor. Secure his trust.”

That was a perspective he definitely hadn’t considered — and a very good one at that. He turned back to young Shigaraki — looking for a lapse of commitment, a break. Any reason at all to say no, really. But nothing came. Nervous as he was to admit it, this was clearly what the child wanted. And he was going to stand by it.

His Guardian shook his head with an exasperated chuckle.

“Very well.”

Shigaraki’s smile was instant and beaming. He lifted the puppy up to his nose, a contagious elation that sent the animal wiggling and licking his face once again.

“You hear that, Mon-chan?” he beamed, “You get to stay!”

“On one condition.”

Shigaraki looked up to his Guardian, curious and committed. It didn’t matter what the condition was, he would do it.

“You mustn't get too attached.” he explained, “Your school, your extracurricular studies, the priorities we’ve discussed — those must all come first. You are my successor Tomura, that is your purpose. If I feel that the mutt is in any way distracting you from that, I will get rid of it. Do you understand?”

Shigaraki hesitated. He wasn’t sure why, it was a perfectly reasonable thing to agree to, a stupidly easy answer. But there was a coldness in his Guardian’s voice — one he’d never heard before — that sent a startling chill down his spine. Made this feel like a much deeper commitment than he was prepared for.

But then he felt the quick swipe of a tongue on his nose. And everything was warm again. He wanted what he wanted.

“Yes, sir. I understand.”

Anyone!Touya, Tenko, and Hawks get isekaid into canon/replace their canon counterparts. Before the events of canon

I don't think you realize how things would go to hell if those current Anyone!Characters went into canon BEFORE the events of canon.

Tenko just nods at whatever this weird misty man and this weird voice over the computer tells him and as soon as he looks away, he walks to the Might tower, hugs the crap out of a very confused Yagi, and tells him everything. Including that AFO is apparently not in Tartarus/presumed dead in this universe and that his quirk is going to be stolen soon. And that AFO and him will fight in a parking lot but the thief will drop a crane on him to stop them. No filter.

Meanwhile, Dabi wakes up in a place filled with hair product and edgy stuff so he doesn't notice anything wrong for a while but at some point, he realizes that he isn't in his universe anymore so he naturally blames Yami for it. Except he doesn't know where Yami is so he breaks into the Todoroki home, gets mistaken for a raccoon by every Todoroki until he reaches Shouto's room and asks his very confused little brother where his best friend/crime lord is. Yes, he is his dead brother, no, he doesn't have the time to explain, he just wants to come back to his reality where his fridge is full and his bank account not crying. Unfortunately, Shouto and Izuku aren't friends at the time. It doesn't prevent Shouto and his not-quite-brother from finding him in Aldera, only to tell him that he will soon become the head of a criminal organization and be a badass. So Izuku calls the cops on them, because he had a hard day and he disliked people making fun of him.

Hawks is the one closest to Aldera when he heard about a blue-fire-lunatic and a candy cane sidekick bothering a scared middle schooler so he arrives and the Spiderman meme ensues but Hawks confirms that Izuku is the second most dangerous villain of Japan so Izuku goes through the three stages of corruption, aka 1. O.o 2. "Uh, I hope it doesn't awaken anything in me." 3. "That would be pretty cool..." Hawks and Dabi are very worried but that's the problem of this universe and Izuku agrees to help them go home by looking for a quirk that can yeet them back to where they belong. Because that's what heroes do.

So they find out that there is someone with the quirk to just do that but in this universe, he became quirkless a decade ago so that means AFO is the one who has his quirk. So Dabi, Shouto and Izuku makes a plan for Izuku to ask AFO to do him a favor, because 1. Izuku has no quirk to lose 2. Dabi insists that AFO will never hurt Izuku. Hawks hates the plan. Hawks keeps screeching that this is a bad plan. It doesn't matter. Canon!Izuku has been infected by the Anyone brand of craziness. He is doing it. Tenko is kidnapped by Hawks while he was grocery shopping acquired at some point and Izuku goes and meets AFO, who is "Oh, I guess you want a quirk, child I definitely don't know, also does your mother know where you are?" and Izuku told him he wants him to send three people back to their universe because he certainly doesn't want to have people knowing so many of his secrets running around + waste all the brainwashing he did on Tomura. AFO accepts and everyone is back where they belong: Dabi tries to kill Shouto as soon as he sees him (which is rude), Tomura is back with a dog and knowing what it's like to be loved by a found family, and Hawks goes straight to a bar because there are things for which you need to drink to forget.

All Might is looking for Tenko, finds Tomura who is still hugging his brand new corgi and rethinking his entire life, when he sees a green haired child in the middle of the chaos so he immediately asks him if he has notebooks about heroes and when Izuku says yes, All Might, terrified at the idea of losing his quirk and sending someone on the path of villainy, basically screams "YES, YOU CAN BE A HERO. BEING QUIRKLESS IS HARD IN THIS DAY AND AGE BUT IT DOESN'T CHANGE THE FACT THAT IF YOU REALLY WANT IT, YOU CAN BE A HERO!" Izuku falls to his knees, crying every tears in his body, which puts out Dabi's blue flames. All Might picks up everyone (minus AFO ofc, who left long ago) and brings them back to the Might tower. Izuku is still crying, which is good because Dabi is still trying to set everyone on fire. Shouto is gently patting Izuku on the back and Hawks is still holding his bottle of gin.

+1. All Might gives Dabi back to the Todorokis so he doesn't have to deal with a rabid racoon and is in the process of luring Tomura to a nice warm home with chicken nuggets and enough space for the corgi to be happy. Because of that, he forget to keep his eyes on the nice young man who really doesn't look like a villain and Izuku kinda creates a... a book club! He calls that a book club! With Shouto (they exchanged numbers), Tomura (they both love dogs.), Dabi (who is still feral and murdery but they are good at handling them) and Hawks (he keeps being dragged in their bullshit every time he goes grocery shopping).

Every Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday between 7pm and 9pm you are banned from leaving the house. You are the ony who wanted a fucking puppy so you have to deal with the responsibilities. Shigaraki makes you sit in the bedroom for those two hours with the puppy while he does his Twitch streams.

You could have sworn you closed the door after yourself when you went for a quick trip to the toilet. But your stomach dropped as you peed and you heard yapping and scampering across the wooden floor. The mischevious pup was heading right for Shigaraki.

He was mid game when he heard the sound of sweet little barks in the distance hurrying towards him. He died in the middle of his game which lead to a ton of comments about what a crappy player he was. He picked up the puppy when he felt him chewing at the bottom of his jeans. The comments quickly turned from insults to coos when everyone saw a little wagging tail and an adorable pink tongue licking at your boyfriends nose.

5+ headcanons: Make your own Karma (especially post Nana)

As an intro, Make Your Own Karma is my oddball family comedy where both Nana and Yoichi reincarnate as All for One’s children. Izuku is the oldest brother until Tomura is adopted. Inko is a Shimura.

When All Might first saw Nana again, he cried even harder than a Midoriya. He refused to leave her side for a full day. It would have gotten very strange except Izuku was pumped about having All Might in his house and insisted on letting him stay overnight. All Might was very uncomfortable leaving Nana with All for One. Eventually he left because he had to help with an earthquake on the other side of the world. Hisashi hates that All Might practically lives at his house now. The two of them have mastered passive-aggressive warfare over the dinner table.

Nana has the All for One quirk. She had to deal with the HPSC trying to recruit her but luckily she had the mature mind to know better than to take their offer. The discrimination from having a villainous quirk makes her more sympathetic toward Hisashi even if she’d never tell him that. Dr. Garaki tried to kidnap her for experimentation once, leading to a falling-out with his boss.

Gran Torino and Nana love to hang out and talk about the old days. Nana takes shameless advantage of her young-looking appearance to get away with kicking him in the shins when he annoys her. Gran got in serious trouble with Inko for letting Nana have a sip of his beer.

Tomura’s new pet corgi is the reincarnation of Mon-chan.

Kotaro did not have enough good karma to reincarnate as a human so he came back as the Bakugo family’s pet hamster.

When Hisashi asked Inko if they could name a child after his brother, he gave her a sanitized version of his past family trauma. It worried her enough that she insisted he go see a psychiatrist. Hisashi is way more balanced in this AU because he’s been getting therapy behind the scenes.

Hisashi is extremely happy with a giant family to bestow his love on. He wants to retire from villainy, but he doesn’t want to let the empire he built up fall into ruin. That’s the real reason why Hisashi was so determined to turn Nana into a villain. In the end, Izuku actually inherits All for One’s empire AND becomes number one hero. Izuku tries to slowly rebuild the criminal empire into a force for good. Of course, sometimes messing with the Hero Public Safety Commission is good!

What if Shiggy's gf gifted him a corgi puppy?

Well first off Corgi (along with pomeranians and huskys) are perfect doggos and we all know about Mon Chan. So Shigaraki has a major soft spot for the fluffy barrel with legs. As soon as he sees this adorable ball of fluf he heart jumps in his chest, his eyes widen as the happiest, most pure smile ever overtakes his face.

He missed his Mon Chan dearly, feeling so much guilt over the death of his pup. Now here is this corgi puppy playfully and clumsily trying to play with a bright yellow tennis ball, succeeding more in falling over than actually getting the ball to move.

Tomura had never told you about what happened to Mon chan so the sheer coincidence amazed him. As he sat on the floor calling this little angel over with calls of 'come here puppy. The little adorable puppy immediately runs to Shigaraki, happily bounding over to him.

As you watch your boyfriend's sheer joy and happiness you know you made an excellent choice in birthday presents. All worries of him not being a dog person vanished. You must admit you were extremely surprised at his reaction, it was like he was a child full of laughs and joy.

Over the coming months Tomura had spent time teaching the precious fur ball to do tricks, bark on command, shake hands and the cute doggy never left his side. The two were inseparable, the little corgi even slept at the foot of the bed.

Your villan of a boyfriend even begun drawing and making animations of his dog. His phones gallery was packed with pics of you and of his pet. His whole demeanor seemed to change little by little. He was calmer, and more at peace. One night when the three of you were laying in bed he had told you how utterly happy you two made him, he never thought he'd have anyone to love, then he met you, the best thing to happen to him.

Dabi forces Shigaraki to take care of himself because he forgets to a lot, so Dabi just constantly reminds him or does things to help him, like bring him snacks and water and what not

Shigaraki teaching Dabi how to play Minecraft and then them building a castle and having tons of dogs? I think yes.

Tomura is a dog person, while Dabi is more of a cat person. If they got pets they’d get one of each, a corgi and a little black cat, you can’t change my mind

Tomura points out any dogs he sees when they’re outside. He also pets any dog he sees and is able too. Most definitely sits on the ground and talks to them as well. Dabi thinks it’s extremely endearing, and will literally let him sit there as long as he wants to because it’s cute.

Dabi likes phone calls better than texts if he’s away, or if Tomura is away. The two of them love hearing the others voice, and while they text a lot, they probably call twice as much.

Dabi’s body temp runs really warm because of his quirk, and I think that Tomura would probably run colder, so like cuddles are a necessity because Tomura is always cold and Dabi is always warm. And they’re both touch-starved so there’s that too lmao

After this tragic series, Tomura goes off to live in the mountains with Spinner. They have a cabin. They adopt 15 corgis. All of Tomura's hands have been destroyed. He's living a good life. He tends to his garden everyday. He has a cute straw hat, and sometimes he wears overalls. And of course, gardening gloves and boots for the mud. Spinner sits outside and plays with the corgis while Tomura gardens. It's nice. It's peaceful. It's happy. The League visit sometimes. Or they visit them in prison. And they have fun catching up with each other. Izuku visits when he has the free time. Despite what they've been through, he likes spending time with Tomura. Sometimes he even helps with the gardening. He brings others with him too. Ochako. Shouto. Bakugou, sometimes. All Might, but more often than not, it just becomes awkward so AM leaves early. Tomura gardens, but he also plays video games. The video games are to de-stress, but so is the gardening thing. It was a new thing he picked up on after the hospital. When he killed AFO, he didn't get away without injuries, so he had to stay in a hospital to heal. He was inside a lot, and while that's nothing new, the fact that he couldn't do anything that he wanted for months grated on him. And when he had the ability to move again, he found himself enjoying the outside a little bit more. More fond of walks, and of the outside. That's where the gardening came from. But a handful of months after that, he began to game more and more. So really, it's a healthy balance of both. Tomura and Spinner live in a cabin on the mountains with their 15 corgis. Their loved ones visit regularly. The HC leaves them alone. And they are happy.
