Note
i want to know why you say the phoenix is more powerful than Scarlett Witch
they’re both extremely powerful, i will say that
but for example they’re reality warping. Jean can manipulate reality on a cosmic scale which would mean she could reshape a whole galaxy, wanda’s reality warping focuses more on mind manipulation and illusions.
regular wanda is much weaker than even cyclops NOW house of m Scarlett Witch is mad powerful, wayy more powerful than mcu Scarlett Witch which makes her more powerful than jean grey as the dark phoenix since she did erase 90% of mutants but while doing that and trying to destroy jean at the same time, she did need Hopes help to do it by saying “No more Phoenix” but in reality they just dispersed it and jean came back anyway and ended up creating in white hot room(home to the phoenix and its beyond the multiverse)
but im not saying hom Scarlett witch is the most powerful being nahhhhh… that goes to White Phoenix of the Crown Jean Grey, an all powerful being who sadly isn’t in the comics as much compared to others as for as I know so she doesn’t have many feats but she did hold an entire damaged universe in her hand and healed it

Round 1, Side A: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney (2001) vs Pokémon Black & White (2010)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ace Attorney | Pokémon
Campaigns under the cut!
Campaign for Ace Attorney:
listen to maya's reminiscence theme and tell me you dont feel something. ace attorney sweep!!!!
Campaign for Pokémon:
Altered my brain chemistry permanently, the fact that the soundtrack changes between seasons?? And its interactive, with the two areas that have npcs that if you talk to they'll add a part to the music (village bridge and accumula town), and when you're running it adds a drum, and its dramatic beats hit SO hard with the sweeping orchestral music
Probably the best soundtrack of the entire franchise.

How you celebrate the holiday does not matter. You can choose to do any activity that feels right. These are only suggestions and remember that you're enough no matter what.
Also please note some stuff is UPG. A great book is Year of the Witch by Temperance Alden for honouring the celebrations and if you wanted to work more seasonally. It's not Wiccan-based and has plenty of resources for every witch.
Feel free to post how you celebrate in the comments or reblogs!

TGCF: My theory on the inspiration behind the 4 calamities
In some of the oldest Chinese myths and legends, there are 4 guardian gods of the four cardinal directions - the green dragon, white tiger, crimson bird, and black tortoise, and each have a colour, season and element associated with them. I'm not sure if anyone has made this connection before, but I'm writing it down if anyone is interested. There are spoilers about the calamities' identity.
First, the 青龙 (qing long, green dragon) --> Qi Rong, Night-touring Green lantern.
The qinglong's territory is the East, and its colour is qing, which means green, or turqoise. Its element is wood, and its season is spring. Closely associated with royalty and the imperial family.
Now, for the similarities with our favourite green goblin. "qing" is literally the colour in Qi Rong's title, and his colour scheme. Qi Rong has a habit of hanging corpses from trees, which may be his relation to the element "wood". He does not have any obvious coleration with the season "spring"- perhaps he was born in spring. He is royalty, part of the imperial family as cousin to the crown prince.
Second, the 白虎 (bai hu, white tiger)--> Bai Wuxiang, White Clothed Disaster upon the Earth.
The baihu's territory is the West, its colour is white, element is gold/metal, and its season is summer. It is the king of all beasts, associated with disease and war, often used as a guardian symbol by soldiers.
On the other hand, Jun Wu's title, alias and colour scheme are all white, and has plenty of weapons that may be his link to the element of "gold/metal". I don't think he has anything to do with summer, but feel free to correct me if I'm wrong. He is king of the gods, a god of war, and the one to spread the human face disease.
As east and west are considered a pair, the guardian spirits are meant to reflect each other. In Chinese poems and such, symmetry is important, and both Qi Rong and Jun Wu were princes, one becoming revered by the highest of gods, covered with masks and false identities, one becoming the object of disgust by the lowest of ghosts, using his real name and face. There is a certain poetic symmetry to it, don't you think?
To the second pair. The 朱雀 (zhu que, crimson bird)----> Hua Cheng, Crimson Rain Sought Flower
The zhuque rules over the south, its colour is red, element is fire, and its season is summer. It is the king of all birds, more powerful than even the phoenix, immortal and undying. As such, in many places it is also considered a symbol of life.
Now, to the most popular ghost king: Hua Cheng. The english translation of his title is "crimson", and his colour scheme is indubitably red and autumn-y shades. He also re-re-met Xie Lian in autumn ( I think - I mean, the leaves were all red in the donghua??), and has died again and again to return like the zhuque. He is the king of all ghosts, with a great determination to live(sorta? are ghosts alive??) for his love.
Lastly, my personal favourite, the 玄武 (xuan wu, black tortoise)---->He Xuan, Black Water Sinking Ships
The xuanwu, also called a tortoise, is actually the only spirit to be a combination of 2 animals, a snake and a tortoise. It rules over the north. Its colour is black( sometimes depicted as dark blue), element is water, and its season is winter. In earlier legends, he is considered a guide and guardian to the netherworld, of death and of long life.
Thus, to our poor indebted water ghost. He Xuan's name is "xuan", the same! goddamn! character! as the spirit! His title and colour scheme are all to do with the colour black, and he is a water ghost because he died because of the Water Master. He has been marked by death, yet survived and vowed revenge. This, and the fact that his house is called the Nether Water Manor, is probably his relation to the netherworld of the xuanwu.
To the pair of south and north. Both Hua Cheng and He Xuan have suffered and suffered again, yet Hua Cheng chooses to linger on due to hope and love, and He Xuan due to revenge and hatred. But hatred and love are two sides of the same coin. If Hua Cheng hadn't experienced the hatred from his childhood, he wouldn't have thrown himself from the city wall and met Xie Lian. If He Xuan hadn't loved his family, so much, he wouldn't have broken that hard after their deaths to lose himself to hatred and empty vengence.
Aaaaaand that concludes this essay. Keep in mind that this is a theory, and probably even isn't true, but if anybody wants a more detailed description of the guardian spirits, or to know more about the similarities between the mythical creatures of ancient china and tgcf, I will be more than happy to make a part 2.
Thanks for reading!!

The Greatest Wedding in the Three Realms
After five hundred years, the Goddess of Xishan and the Moon Supreme of Cangyan Sea finally wed.
Commissioned from @bog-mommy. Shared with permission.
First off, thanks so much to @bog-mommy for making my dreams come true by taking this commission. They were so amazing to commission from. They listened to all my suggestions and offered a ton of great input, and they kept me really up to date on the process at all times. Truly a wonderful artist to commission, if you are able to.
A few notes:
I was looking up references for weddings in other xianxia dramas, and I noticed that a lot of the fantasy weddings we see don't go with the red you see in traditional Chinese weddings. Even in LBFaD, the Shuiyuntian wedding we see in episode thirty-six is in all white. I thought to ask the LBFaD discord their thoughts on a color scheme for them, and we decided on deep blue and gold. It turned out so gorgeous!
Of course Xiao Lanhua put flowers in her Phoenix Crown, as she said she would, and she managed to get Dongfang Qingcang to wear some as well (not that it was hard, as he'll do most anything she asks).
The gazebo is meant to be the one Xiao Lanhua proposed at. You can imagine them going up to after the ceremony, just to spend some time alone together and take each other in. 💜

The prettiest flower in the seven kingdoms
Jacaerys Velaryon x Fem!Targaryen!Reader
REQUESTED? Yes • [No]
WORD COUNT: 401
SUMMARY| Just you and your husband.
Adm Note: my first HOTD post! I apologize that it’s so short.
Tumblr media
The meadows were beautiful this time of year, winds blowing through the trees with a silent song for those who would listen, tall grass swaying at your fingertips and the soil underneath your feet; but your favorite part of spring was the flowers. They bloomed with promises of rebirth, like a Phoenix being reborn from its ashes, different shades and kinds of flowers decorated the earth; not one of them being the same as another, much like the people that roamed the planet.
While you loved the beauty of the flowers, there was another reason the flowers were your favorite part of spring. You had left a letter for your husband to meet you in the fields, you were sitting within the field of flowers and grass when he arrived.
Brown eyes clashing against lilac ones, you are easy to spot in the field; Snow White hair being styled into some kind of bun that Jace didn’t know the name of, though he had a hunch your mother had done it.
When he joined you, sitting at your side, neither of you spoke; enjoying the moment with your beloved. You had been wed to Jace for only three moon turns, but your connection was always there.
Soon enough, you had finished weaving the flowers together, a blue flower crown sat in your lap as you turned your torso to face your husband. Grabbing the flower crown you placed it upon his head, the brown hair softly cushioning the handmade gift.
“I apologize, these are the second prettiest flowers, but they are the only ones I could give to you.” You murmured, your hand moving to rest on his jaw, thumb brushing mindlessly across his cheekbone as confusion clouded over his features.
You had leaned forward, carefully resting your forehead against his as you spoke once again, your lips just barely ghosting over his own “for you are the prettiest flower to have blessed the seven kingdoms.” and Jace couldn't have stopped the blush from crossing his cheeks if he had wanted too.
You had placed your lips on his own, the kiss was softer than most could imagine; radiating the love you both held for one another. You smiled into the kiss as you felt him melt into your touch, his hand coming to cup the back of your neck.
Yeah, he was definitely the prettiest flower in the seven kingdoms.

THE RED CROWNED CRANE & THE PHOENIX: A PROLOGUE.
read description & click for chapters.
Tumblr media
Sotomichi.
IN THE MONTH OF KEICHITSU, WHEN THE PEACH BLOSSOMS BEGIN TO BLOOM, with his spirit lamp lit and bamboo pipe elevated, Father is a worn man, lined with wrinkles, strained by time. The scent of opium burns ripe and hauntingly sweet, Father’s lids flutter in euphoria, a kind of blissful apathy. The sun bleeds, and the breath of a thousand buds dance for death. His lips pucker like poppies in full bloom under the first glimpse of the rising sun of the East. Other than opioids and his arrogance, he has only tendered the lips of his art. His hands birth his pride, his art he wears like a tanchōzuru (red-crowned crane) perched like a crown of his ego. Brushstrokes weave intricate dynamics on porcelain, sometimes between a red-crowned crane and a bird of paradise, but if you’re lucky, a perfect lotus moon and the ornate peacock.
“The art flows like water. The porcelain is like a woman. You paint and you draw, you bend and you curve her just as you like. The color she bears winds at your will. The brush is yours, they bleed and you come alive.”  Father’s words echo through your solitary midnight loiters outside the kiln, but a crackle of fire spits and you remember convincing yourself you’re tired before your head begins to ache, like it always does when you think of punishment for eavesdropping.
A strike of Father's hand, and you know his art is not yours, his legacy is not yours to carry. Why would a woman need to carry a legacy, except only ones of her children? “Not your burden, my dove. A bud like you needs to grow! A beautiful young lady you reckon she will be, don’t you, Suzume?” Mother nods, just like she always does. Agreeable. Compliant. Docile. Performative. Sometimes, she even dishes out a smile if Mr. Hasegawa comes to visit for tea. Braced posture and bad breath often crouches down, lingering around for a chance to catch a lucky glimpse of a spark, a spurt of swelling beauty within you, for perfection, gifted by the kami in return for Mother’s good graces to the shrines, for in her most perversely wondrous dreams, you are a moon-faced girl with a crescent for lips and porcelain-white skin; you are Benzaiten’s pearl, patron goddess of the fabled geishas residing in the Imperial Capital.
Now, when will you be branded with a price? A tag? Hasegawa’s ninth visit, and you are still a bud unripe. A disgraceful daughter granted by the gods! Sons assume trades and thrones, but daughters will swallow the sun and still assume brooms, buckets, and the ballooning belly of a baby at the end of the day. Father swears he must have been cursed his last life for you to have such ill-fitting features belonging to a woman. A daughter’s betrayal is your skin bruised plum purple, your cheeks stained wet with tears and thrice kissed for daring to be the dishonor and shame of the family.
However, you'd rather be kissed by the truth of the girl you choose to be than the role of a woman you're expected to assume. Your art is your vow. Nimble fingers trace delicate enamel glaze, figuring Nonomura Ninsei’s refined style, and dreams of washing up on Hishu’s wide export market overturn an ache in your belly – that was your dream. Porcelain painting, specialized artistry in characterizing wares mark your identity. Every brushstroke, every glaze, every ember to a flame is a bond to the birth of life breathed into your art. The red-crowned crane spreads her wings and sets the sun ablaze. That was your dream come alive.
Tumblr media
North Kohama.
IN THE MONTH OF SHUNBUN, WHEN THE SWALLOWS FLUTTER AND BUILD THEIR NESTS, vengeance paints the horizon with her blood, rot of sin. Mizu remembers the fowler's snare, deliverance at hand. Each hammer and each burst of a swordsmith’s flame is for each swell of the tide that is her rage. Heating. Hammering. Folding steel. The work of a bladesmith: that is her honored duty, sacred.
But as dusk envelopes into midnight, Mizu dances with water. She readies her stance, an obvious, clumsy edge to the flow. “The form of water is sleek, it is agile. It curves and dances with the torrent in one single harmony. Through that bond unified, water snaps and severs the cord, vicious and refined.” Eiji sounds, feeling the rumble of the ground with every swing of the youngster’s movement. “She does not crash. Water begins by swelling within her rage. Unspoken viciousness speaks louder than any inferno stubborn and ill-disciplined. Tame the waters first, let it flow, and then strike.”
Mizu pants, feeling the dirt gather beneath her feet, concentrating the core of her energy, directing her strength to the blade. “You know that better than anyone. It is in your name, Mizu.” Child of the Sea, Tears of Rain, set it free. The bamboo severs into half, the seed of doubt sinks into an empty shell. The deed is done, but the will is not yet finished. A swell of pride soon sweeps the wind of rage away, burying the youth’s heart in a wild, unrelenting restlessness. The minute stream of a feeling akin to achievement throbs against her bones. Back then, when her heart felt anything at all. The innocent yearning to stubbornly hope, a kind of pigheaded faith to innocently dream, gushes like a tide.
Those who dare to dream are fools, Mizu tells herself, but still, she clings onto that childlike wanderlust she once buried within her breast in the sweet space of her memories. The distance between tunnels of blurred echoes calling for her past, calling her name, calling for the wild-hearted. That was Mother’s voice. When all was good, all was plentiful, when her heart was an abundance of a sort of messiness akin to love. When the spring tasted the sweetest, when the breeze swept against her ankles and shaven head, when all was close to home. What did home feel like again? It's slipping away from her dirt-soiled hands, more than stubby fingers could ever count.
Mama. Mother. When will we fawn at the moon and stars again? Together or never, that is my promise to you. If dreams make me a fool, then I'd be one for you to come alive.
Now, when the sky falls with her tears scald hot on Mizu’s cheeks, her heart is patterned like a tortoise’s shell, cracked and fractured. Hardened.
Tumblr media
Sotomichi.
IT IS A SUBTLE STRIKE. The lash of lightning: the defiance of sweet, spring skies. Mother's back bled and lined by Father's cruelty; blemish of a fading beauty succumbing to bruises ripe rogue. You love her so dearly, you wish you weren't born the way beaten mandarins were thrown away as scum of the earth. In every wooden plaque perfumed with your desire, every token to the shrine grasped with earnest prayer, you cling onto the hope you'd make Mother happy one day.
You'd be a great artisan. The greatest Tokugawa Japan has ever witnessed. The artisan cracked through the barricades of her confinement as a woman, an utter breakthrough into legacy and history as Japan knew it. The world will know your name. Then, Mother would be happy and Mr. Hasegawa would finally go away.
But dreams are only a sweet, mirage of endless ache, never a guarantee of fruitful worth.

Clive Rosfield x female reader, fluff Once again, thank you to the commissioner for this piece, and also for allowing me to share with you all x
Tumblr media
“There,” Jill smiles, pinning the flower garland upon your crown. She’d crafted it from flowers from the backyard that very morning, wanting it to be fresh and vibrant in colour as possible.
You stare at your reflection in the mirror, barely recognizing yourself in such finery. Jill has braided sections of your hair across your crown, incorporating the garland seamlessly. The gown is a fine white fabric, embroidered with dainty flowers across the waistline, sleeves and hem, and you dread to think of how many nights Hortense has worked over it by candlelight.
You had meant for it to be an extremely low-key affair – you, Clive, Joshua, Jill, Torgal, of course, and Tomes to officiate in Clive’s chambers one evening, but Gav, the excellent scout that he is, had clocked something was afoot and soon enough the entire Hideaway was abuzz with the news that you and Clive planned to wed, and all wanted to be involved.
It had started with Maeve asking what your favourite cake was – you can’t get married without a cake, she’d stressed, and the two of you had agreed, only because you knew it would be a welcome treat to the residents of the Hideaway. Then Hortense had appeared at the door, reams of fabric in hand, wanting your measurements and what you thought of this or that fabric, if you were a fan of long or short sleeves. You’d insisted that she shouldn’t waste the Hideaway’s supplies of something so frivolous as a wedding gown, something you’d only wear once, but she wouldn’t hear of it.
A procession soon followed – Charon had some simple rings in stock that Blackthorne was going to adjust to fit, the bard had asked if there was any particular tunes you were fond of, Byron then arriving after Gav had sent word, his boat filled up with the finest wine from his stores, as well as sundries towards what had soon turned into a wedding feast.
--
There’s a knock at the door and Jill hurries over to answer, opening it only a little to check who it was, before pulling them apart fully to permit them entry.
“Perfect timing, Joshua. I do believe we are ready.”
The Phoenix strides in, Jill quickly sliding the door shut behind him. He is dressed in his usual blacks but with what appears to be a new red cowl. Hortense had let no-one in the so-called wedding party escape without some sort of new garb for the day.
Joshua stares at you and you hoist up your skirt delicately as you get to your feet, feeling a little embarrassed from the attention.
“Is it too much?”
He shakes his head. “You are going to take Clive’s breath away.”
“Told you,” Jill grins, passing you the simple bouquet the botanists of the Backyard had put together, containing yours and Clive’s favourite flowers, wrapped with a white ribbon. “I best go take my place.”
“Thank you, Jill.” You stop her, pulling her into a hug. “For everything.”
“Oh, stop it,” she protests, her voice a little tight, but she leans into your embrace all the same for a moment. As she pulls away, she fixes your garland once more with a kind smile and it is then you see tears brimming her eyes. “I am so happy for you – both of you. I shall let the bard know you’re ready for your entrance.”
You find yourself swallowing down your own tears as Jill leaves the chambers, a hum of conversation floating through the doors as they open and close.
Joshua offers you his arm. “Are you ready, my lady?”
You loop your arm through his and take a deep breath. “More than ever.”
--
Clive stands at the top of the stairs to the shelves, the doors wide open, besides Tomes. Everyone is stood in the Ale Hall below, leaving a makeshift aisle between the two sides for his future wife to walk down.
He’d never considered marriage, truthfully. After years enslaved, it never seemed even a possibility until he had met you – sweet, beautiful, wonderful you, who he fell deeper in love with each and every day.
He knew life with him was hard, having to be parted often as his duty took him across Valisthea, his work to fulfil Cid’s legacy, never quite knowing when he could give you his undivided attention back at the Hideaway… But this, his vow to be your husband was something he could give you, and he did so gladly.
He is donned in a new white shirt at Hortense’s insistence, though still in his leathers, and Torgal sits by his heels, panting and as fluffy as he was a pup - the children had given him a thorough wash the day before and this morning tied a bright red bow around his neck, insisting he had to look his best for the festivities.
“Are you nervous, Clive?” Tomes asks, softly.
Clive takes a steadying breath, knowing he could never lie. “A little, but only because of the audience.”
“Understandable. You’ll forget all about them once you see your bride, I am sure of it.”
He’d seen Joshua enter the chambers a few moments ago and then Jill hurrying out, looking beautiful in her new teal and white dress, now whispering in the bard’s ear before taking her place at the bottom of the staircase.
The bard strums a chord in a flourish, getting the crowd to settle, before he begins to pick the strings in a simple but beautiful melody, and the doors to the chambers open once more, the entire Hideaway turning their head to catch a glimpse.
Clive forgets to breathe for a moment.
Tomes is right – as soon as you emerge, always beautiful to his eyes but today especially so, a vision so wonderful he doesn’t see anyone else. You’re blushing as you meet his gaze and hold it, trying to ignore the fact of so many eyes upon you, and Clive can’t help but wish Joshua would walk a little faster.
It feels an age before you reach the bottom of the stairs, when Clive can finally descend them. You pass your bouquet to Jill, and Joshua then passes your hand to Clive. It takes all that’s in him not to kiss you right that at that very moment, but he knows he must wait. Tears prick at his eyes and at that moment you don’t need to hear anything from him – the love and adoration on his face tells you more than words ever could.
You can barely take in what Tomes is saying as you stare into your love’s eyes, somehow managing to recite the affirmations at the right times, to slip the ring onto Clive’s finger as he does to yours and then, finally, Tomes wraps the ribbon around your clasped hands, binding you as together one at last.
“It is my great honour to present to you the new Lord and Lady Rosfield.” The historian proclaims, cheers and applause echoing around the Ale Hall in response – including a loud sob that is so unmistakenly Gav.
Clive cups your cheek then, tilting your head up as you place a hand upon his chest, meeting his lips with yours in a short, sweet but chaste kiss.
“I love you,” you whisper, before kissing him once again.
“I love you more - my light, my love, my life.”
“You can do far better than that, my boy!” Byron’s voice booms from below, interrupting your moment of tranquility.
Clive looks a little bashful from his uncle’s comment, though moves his head down to murmur a request in your ear.
“Shall we give them a show, my darling?”
“I think we should, my husband.” You grin in return. Clive wastes no time then, moving his hand to the back of your head, another to the small of your back and dips you in a smooth notion, tongue only swiping your lip for a moment before he presses you into a passionate, almost bruising kiss that makes your heart pound, and all to another raucous cheer from below.

Straight out of South London, Croydon to be precise, rising star makeup artist Red is transforming from a nobody to the talk of the town, all at the ripe age of 25. But despite the success trail tailing her every step, she's shrouded in mystery, with deets about her next to nonexistent. Yet, the LA night scene knows her well, where she's been spotted cosying up to some big shots, including the one and only Phoenix Ryder.
Now, let's talk gigs. Red's landed a sweet deal, and it looks like it's gonna be a marathon, not a sprint. Get this: she's the new force behind the glam in Claire White's upcoming blockbuster. And guess what? Press tour, too!
Whispers say she's got her game face on, always getting what she wants. Whether she's rocking a legit or faux red crown, one thing's for sure, she's got that fiery vibe—or so we're told.
***
COMING UP NEXT: Brace yourselves as Jolie Fontaine and L Alvarez turn heads at the same event, seated at tables that practically share a postcode. But here's the jaw-dropping twist—they seem downright friendly! Could this be the spark of a rekindling flame?

Questions & Answers by @gemgirl28
Kya and Lu Ten learn about the Hundred Years War, and Kya has a lot of questions for her Father about his role in the war. Or The Steambabies learn the origin of Zuko's scar.
A Month of Sundays by ok_boomerang
Fire Lord Zuko is desperately trying, and continuously failing, to successfully propose to Ambassador Katara. She's oblivious; everyone else is entertained. Meanwhile, Zuko is giving weekly Sunday speeches to the Fire Nation in an effort to help his people feel closer to their government. This effort was not supposed to include telling the entire Fire Nation about his plans for a future with Katara before even she knew about them. But it's fine! They promised not to tell!
Even Dragons Need Hugs by EKWolf2020
Zuko is missing his wife while off for business. While she is gone, he can't help but feel prickly and clearly misses having her near him.
Fire Dance by HomeAgainRose
Zuko goes with the gang following the events of Crossroads of Destiny. This is what happens when they're first in the Fire Nation and Aang ends up at the Fire Nation School. Katara wasn't exactly prepared for the feelings that come out.
little rays of starlight by JasmineTeaLatte
Izumi had been a mere babe during her first and only trip to the Southern Water Tribe, back before Druk had even joined their family or the twins were even born. She remembered freezing white snow flurries and huddling in her father’s arms for warmth, but little else...   Or, the Fire Lord and his wife take their infant daughter out on a trip to see the Southern Lights during the crown princess' first visit to the Southern Water Tribe. Takes place in the timeline of "The Phoenix and the Dragon" but can be read as a standalone.

Angst/More Mature Fics
Incendiary by Anon
Bizarrely, the first thing Katara felt was a wave of relief. Zuko. Not Ozai. They just wanted her to marry Prince Zuko. And then the horror of it washed over her, cold and harsh and insistent; an iron grip on her heart.
Past the World's Horizon by Mauve_Avenger / @the-badger-mole
When Katara finds herself with an unwanted secret admirer, she and Zuko end up on a frightening adventure.
The Scourge of the Mo Ce Sea by ajstyling
She was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen and with one look at her face he understood the truth of her words. She would kill him and not lose a minute of sleep.

The Worst Prisoner series by @emletish-fish
What if Sokka was there during the events of the Blue Spirit? What if he accidentally kidnapped Zuko? It's not a poor life choice of it's an accodent, right?
The Prince of the Fire Nation by HarrisonHolmes2014
Zuko was raised in the Fire Nation royal family alongside his sister Azula. He has never known any life outside the palace, his family, or his homeland. But when two slaves claim that he is their brother, Zuko must face a destiny he never asked for.
The Fire and the Flood by @badlucksav
Katara has lived in the same town with the same people her whole life, and since the death of her mother, she feels like her life has been on hold. But then she meets Zuko, an intriguing stranger, and everything changes.
what you want is what i want by zelzenik
Katara isn't alone. She has Bumi and Kya. The three of them are family.
Zuko isn't alone either. He has Izumi. The two of them are family.
But maybe... just maybe, they can all be family together.
It Runs In The Family by Anon
Katara and Zuko were a lot of things. War heroes. Master benders. Fire Lord and Fire Lady. Their favorite occupation? Parents. They'd managed to find each other again and had children, who are part of a brand new world and mixed nations family. While isn't exactly easy, as shown through a repeating series parent teacher conferences.
Or basically, steambaby shenanigans because they have Sokka as their uncle and how could they not be wreaking havoc?
Shameless Self Plugs
They have stolen the heart inside you; but this does not define you series
At a young age, Katara is taken to the Fire Nation as the first candidate in an experiment to assimilate the 'savages' instead of wiping them out. She grows up alongside the Royal Family before eventually escaping. Years later, an oddly familiar Fire Nation solider shows up at her village looking for the Avatar.
Kintsugi series
Kintsugi is the Japanese art of repairing broken pottery by mending the areas of breakage with gold. It treats breakage and repair as part of the history of an object, rather than something to disguise. Zuko is tortured by Ozai after helping Katara and Aang escape Ba Sing Se.
Head Above Water
While running away from home after the Agni Kai, Zuko befriends a curious mermaid. He later learns how protective merfolk are.
Dead Hearts
Ozai is a mass serial killer who forces Zuko to lure his victims to him. It’s the same drill for as long as Zuko could remember until his father sets eyes on the new girl who just moved from the Southern Water Tribe.
Let beauty come out of ashes
Zuko is done with Spirit tales. Everyone knew worthless nobodies like him didn’t receive happy endings. He wasn’t even allowed to go to the ball to see his love, a veiled waterbender he met in the woods, in person. Zuko lost all hope until a mysterious dragon helped him with a bit of magic.
Always With Me
While moving away from the only home she’d ever known, Katara finds herself spirited away to a strange in between realm. There, she struggles to ink out a living with the help of a mysterious masked boy who promised to get her home.
Are There Still Beautiful Things?
Katara befriends a lonely boy and they spend the summer together until he suddenly moves away. She doesn't learn the dark truth about why he left until years later.

Round 1, Side B: Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney - Justice For All (2002) vs Pokémon Black 2 & White 2 (2012)
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Ace Attorney | Pokémon
Campaigns under the cut!
Campaign for Ace Attorney:
honestly out of the main trilogy this one has the best themes ever. especially all the reminiscence themes. it sounds and feels like something you'd expect for the height of a trilogy. also justice for all is underrated as a game it'd be awesome if it won jk haha Unless.
Campaign for Pokémon:
it's got all the cool jammin music of black/white 1 but more, how could you not like it?? I especially love the virbank city gym soundtrack, do you know of any other pokemon soundtrack that's had voice as an instrument?? Yeah that's right, no you haven't!!! Don't fact check that just trust me bro
