Let's assume that, despite your noble status, you mingle willingly under the Eldian and even help the hospital with your financial power. It's bound to surprise him a bit since your kind hates his. Obviously he is warily at the beginning since he suspects that you have ulterior motives. He feels a twinge of flaring anger when he realizes that you managed to invade his heart with your kindness and your attempts to understand Eldians better. He's colder to you and glares at you in his last try to find the ugly side who despises his kind and wants them dead. He fails though and that's the point where Eren just accepts it and embraces his obsession. He's selfish, doesn't want you to die during the upcoming attack and manipulates Zeke into making sure that you're captured before the attack starts.

👊 Eren ends up lying about the reason why you're kept here for now, instead convinces the others that you're from a family with high position and that you're a good way to blackmail them a bit. The Yeagerists are ordered to free you from your cell and transport you to a new location, not to long before Eren breaks free himself. He knows that you're going to hate him since he's the one who launched the attack on your country and killed innocent bystanders. Not to mention the inevitable feeling of betrayal when you discover who the wounded soldier in Marley really was. Your pleas fall on deaf ears though as Eren prioritizes your safety and the guarantee that you stay with him over your own emotions and feelings. He knows that he's obsessed and he knows that he's selfish and cruel but he can't let you leave. He at least protects you from the hatred of the others, threatens them to not harm you in any way. He blames you partially for the situation, you triggered such strong emotions inside of him.

🐚 Together with Pieck, Porco and the army of the Marleyans after Eren has set his plan in motion comes you, a Marleyan from a noble family who stubbornly insisted to come along and even sneaked your way in. Your status leaves Pieck and the others no other choice but to protect you even if you insist on being fine by yourself. The whole situation is bullshit for you, everything could have been avoided if everyone would have just tried to understand the other yet here you are. Your mindset is astonishing and whilst you harbor a grudge against Eren and the others for attacking your town, you also believe that you don't have much right to complain since your country has caused them suffering too. You're curious, interested but also prideful and bold, all things that cause Armin to be slightly flustered. He appreciates you though since it shows that there are people from Marley who don't view his people plainly as a devil. You view him as an equal and given your position, he feels weirdly honored.

🐚 You become a precious comrade with time as you fight with him and the others in order to stop Eren from killing everyone except the people on Paradise Island. Whilst you don't have as much talent nor experience, your high position already helps to make other Marleyans cooperate since they can't shoot you. You run with them, you bleed with them and you cry with them when everything is over and for a short time it's like everyone forgets from where you are, Armin included. Maybe that's why he allows himself to fall in love with you. Armin is slightly insecure since you are noble and become some sort of advisor for Marley later on whilst he is ordinary and whilst you never judge based on that, this lingering insecurity stays with him. At first he shys away, at one point he becomes more possessive though, more manipulative. He insists that you should stay more on Paradise Island or he himself tries to travel more often to you for negotiations between your nations.

Levi Ackerman

⚔️ You find your way into Paradise Island by posing as a soldier and soon sneak your way out. You don't have any plan but hope to talk with Zeke and Eren to have this madness stop before it escalates in death and sorrow for everyone. Instead you stumble into the forest where you meet one of the soldiers with a wounded comrade. Their names are Hange and Levi as you find out shortly after having convinced Hange that you haven't come to attack them. You throw away all your weapons as a sign and beg them to take them with you since you haven't thought things enough through and for that are here with no plans. When you reveal your status, they seem convinced enough that they can use you as a bait when things go hard. Your position comes indeed useful since Pieck and Theo Magath are left with no choice but cooperate with Hange since you insist to stay and help. The first thing Levi sees upon opening his eyes is you since you've been watching out for him a bit.

⚔️ He's harsh but you decide to endure since your nation put him through hell and there is no time for a conflict between the people here. You do as much as you can with your influence and money since you can't really fight, things you tell him. You don't know why, you guess possible death makes you bond faster with the people you're probably going to die with. Nobody wants to die alone. He has a shell around him but he realize that you're genuine and allows himself to be a bit more open around him. You stick around until the end and don't leave even after everything is over. Instead you even pay for his treatment so his injuries won't restrict him too much, something he only accepts after an equally stubborn argument from both of you. You both spend so much time together, it's almost natural that he ends up loving you as the gorgeous nuisance you are. He's pessimistic about love, doesn't know if he can protect you in his state but is also too afraid and possessive to let you leave him. Levi has lost too much, he doesn't want you to leave him too.

Reiner Braun

🟤 He's known you since he started training to inherit a Titan and that is mainly because of your interest in Titans and the chosen ones to bear this burden. Everyone is yelled at to respect you and do everything you wish for when you're allowed to visit and he's seen how people who disrespect you were beaten up. Surprisingly you don't look happy when you see that and have even told the soldiers to stop. You're cheerful and kind because of your carefree way of living but also are sincerely curious about him and the others. Reiner seems especially interesting to you so you always try to spend some time alone with him without being supervised. You bring him things he usually wouldn't be able to obtain and even if you sometimes say things that hurt him due to not knowing fully about his situation, you never hate him. At one point he can't help but fall in love with you, grow a bit obsessed with you. He promises to come back from his mission successful.

🟤 You're his motivation, at one point literally the only thing driving him as Reiner grows mentally very unstable. When he returns to Marley, he is a changed man who guesses that by now you might have forgotten him yet clings onto the tiniest bit of hope. He's grown though and has by now realized that his childish dreams of being with you most likely won't happen. He couldn't keep his promise either and avoids you shamefully even if his heart screams at him to see you again. A meltdown is bound to happen and it's most likely when you finally manage to catch him again. He's in awe for a while since you've grown so beautifully yet he starts crying since he stands in front of you, the only one from the four little soldiers who were sent away years ago. Your presence is soothing and Reiner grows frantic if he doesn't see or hear from you at least once a day. Hiding his love doesn't work as he simply can't control himself and his growing affection. Reiner just wants you to desperately love him too.

Zeke Yeager

🚬 Zeke is quite interested in you which makes the feeling mutual since you’re curious too, though both of you have different reasons. You know his story and that he doomed his own parents and he knows that you, despite being a noble Marleyan, share a heart for the Eldian people. He plays with the thought that he might use you for his plans at one point but for now hides his intentions. At this point he’s some sort of veteran who receives a slice of trust so chances are good that you two can converse without much people interfering. That way he gets to know you better and discovers that you’re very pleasant. You’re educated and smart, prideful but also willing to admit when you were in the wrong and Zeke respects your admirable personality. If just all people were like you. The first time they had injected her was before the trunk, right after the battle. Seeing the syringe, she had screamed and thrashed, thinking they would turn her into a pure titan. It was the only function she’d ever associated with the needle, after all.

So stupid. They had all been so stupid, kept in the dark by these others who lived beyond the Walls. Who made titans. Who could make it so your body was paralysed even as your mind stayed wide awake.

Two of them had held her down while a third pierced the skin at the periphery of her injuries. She thought it might have been this man, the one now clinically scrubbing the grime off of her one unbandaged arm after thoroughly cleansing her hair and wrapping it in a towel.

She watched him absently as she tried to recall.

Those same hands. Large, sturdy, their backs dusted with fine golden hair. These were the hands that had meticulously picked the charred bits of leather and cotton from the sludge of her skin as she lay on the ground, unfeeling save for light tugs and twitches.

Back in the bathroom with walls that had no colour, the man spoke, but she didn’t hear him. He lifted the golden mop of his head to fix her with an expectant look. Behind the round wire-rimmed glasses, his eyes didn’t have a distinct colour either, nor any discernible affect. They could have been blue or green or a golden hazel, she couldn’t tell. But they held patient expectation.

His foot was lifted, inspected with a detached curiosity, then cleaned with the same painstaking precision.

"It really is quite something, isn't it?" he started, the silence broken once more with his rumbling baritone. "The human body, that is." His gaze remained on his task, fingers expertly swiping over the floor. "It’s such a complex and yet vulnerable thing. You, for example, are in the aftermath of a rather impressive display of resilience. Yet here we are, brought low by a simple biological response."

As he worked, he continued to chat away, his tone casual, as if they were merely two old friends catching up. The conversation remained decidedly one-sided, filled with his musings on the nature of humanity and the bitter-sweet paradoxes of life. He seemed entirely unbothered by the lack of response, perfectly content with the rhythm of his monologue in the background of his clean-up while she sat there, weak and broken.

"But I suppose that's just how things are, isn't it? We are always at the mercy of something, be it other people, circumstance, or even our own bodies. It’s a constant balance – the want to survive and the inevitability of our fragility."

Finally, the floor clean, he straightened. A casual glance in her direction was accompanied by a knowing smile. The towel he'd used to clean up her mess was rinsed, wrung out and hung up over the counter to dry. He returned to his earlier position in front of her. His tall, rugged form towered over her but not in a way that felt threatening. Despite everything, he was careful, almost reverential, as his fingers – dry and cool – worked gently on the dressing.

The bandages came away bit by bit, revealing angry burns and scorched flesh.

"Mmm," he hummed, more to himself than to her, dabbing at the worst of the burns with a clean, wet cloth. "These should have been attended to earlier. It seems I have a trip to make."

The observation was casual, almost conversational, but there was a calculated awareness in his eyes, an understanding of the predicament that lay beneath the seemingly offhand remark.

Throughout, his gaze would occasionally flicker to her, his eyes ever searching, but his touch remained unwaveringly gentle. "I'll need to head out soon. Get you some food and medicine. Painkillers. His words floated past her like wayward leaves on a stream, inconsequential and distant. She remained motionless, her gaze directed at the far corner of the room, unseeing. 🚬You'd expect him to avoid the Ackerman clan after he has already been demolished by Levi a couple of times and even he is shocked upon discovering his romantic and obsessive interest. I'd say he handles the situation the best though since he won't have a meltdown nor question his loyalties since they don't lie within Marley nor completely Paradise Island. He plans to do what he thinks is best for the Eldian after all which also includes you. Zeke keeps his inner brooding to himself though and besides his occasional phases where he seems like he's deep in thoughts, it's hard to notice what his current turmoil is. He doesn't plan to make his feelings clear to anyone just yet, even his younger brother though he does question Eren in a very nonchalant way a bit out about you since you're most likely part of the Survey Corps yourself.

🚬​He's scheming behind the scenes, asks Yelena to keep an eye on you since she's working closely together with you and gathers even more information since the woman is devoted. When he's taken to Paradise Island, he uses the few chances he has to at least spark a conversation with you. You don't trust him which was expected from his side and he tries to subtly manipulate you, wants to know what you think of his plan. He expects the problem that you won't listen and in the worst case you'll turn even more hostile against him. Zeke knows there is only that much time until things will be set into motion and that you'll fight for your friends so he doesn't have the time to convince you into trusting him. He'd preferably keep you out of the incoming chaos and he has already made plans with Yelena and her subordinates. He doesn't expect you to comply but he has already made peace that he has to use more force against someone like you.

Reiner Braun

🟤​He suffers a small breakdown since he finds himself torn apart between his loyalty for Marley and his love for you and it makes him even more unstable than he already is during his days in Paradise Island. Looking on how he had some sort of split personality back in the days, he is pretty moody around you sometimes. There are days where he seems unnecessarily harsh and avoids you for the life of him and there are days where he acts completely normal and friendly around you. He almost forces himself into delusions during those days since his heart hurts and his head feels like it'll split itself. He dreads the unavoidable day where he will eventually have to return because he desperately wants to take you with him. He knows that you'd be hated by everyone in Marley though and knows how insane people like Mikasa and you can be because of your physical abilities.

🟤​When he returns to Marley and has failed to take you, he really attempts to let go but it's impossible. You're like a ghost that haunts him and not a single day passes by where you aren't on his mind. He's grown overly vulnerable to his obsession at this point so sometimes he ends up crying because he's still incredibly torn apart. When your people attack his home, he goes through another storm of emotions. He is terrified to see you again since he's now your enemy and also anxious that you'll get hurt or even killed in the war. With his focus already barely there, the moment he actually sees you he just seems to snap and starts chasing after you despite having other duties to fulfill. After yet another failure he's about done with everything as his mental condition worsens and it's only after he joins the group to stop Eren that you two meet each other really again and he's too ashamed and flustered to know how to even interact with you.

Bertholdt Hoover

🧡​He is initially oblivious to the fact that he's badly in love but he is so obvious that literally everyone else will realize that he likes his darling a lot. So much to the point where Reiner one day drags him somewhere for a private talk and reminds him in what their goal is. Annie doesn't care as long as she can go home. Bertholdt promises to distance himself and to get his feelings sorted out but in the end it's all an empty promise. He can't stop thinking about you and admiring you for your beauty, strength and courage to protect your friends. He's too timid and too flustered to realy approach you though so he usually just stares at you from the distance. As lovesick as he is though, he isn't spared from the inner conflict since his feelings get in the way of his mission. He panics, begs Reiner and Annie to somehow help him with his mess of feelings.

🧡​Reiner's way too sudden confession throws Bertholdt off guard and he directs his gaze in your direction after Mikasa has slashed both, a desperate and heartbroken look in his eyes as he sees the betrayal wash over you before your face hardens and you pull out your swords. All plans he might have made are thrown out of the window as he has to improvise everything. He's put in quite the predicament as there is literally only little time left yet he is certain that he wants to take you with him. You've become the center of his world, he wants you to stay by his side. You're most likely going to hate him and everyone in Marley will hate you as well but he hopes that with the little influence he has, he can somehow help you a bit. He is clearly in a rush out of desperation as he tries to catch you alongside with Ymir, Reiner and Eren. Not exactly easy given that you're an Ackerman.

Porco Galliard

🌫️​He's never met his s/o personally, he only really knows them through the memories he inherited from Ymir. It's unclear when exactly he becomes so fixated on you but together with Historia you just seem to be in the memories a lot which hints strongly that you two were close. Maybe it is the fact that you're an Ackerman that peaks his interest so much since he's heard the stories of those people who are apparently beasts in their own rights. He goes through a lot of Ymir's memories in hopes of seeing you in them and gives you begrudgingly respect for the actions you took in those memories to keep your comrades safe. He goes through a firm stage of denial when he recognizes that he has become too focused on you and it's all the more humiliating that he never even met you in real life and that you are his enemy. How can mere memories be enough to start falling in love with you?

🌫️​Porco is in a grumpy and slightly aggressive mood after so people like Pieck will pick up that something is wrong. The more he tries to forget about you, the more you plague his mind and it escalates to the point where he asks Reiner since that guy knows you personally. Even when Reiner shares carefully stories from the time on Paradise Island which still haunt him, Porco is in denial and tries to hate you. He even ignores the growing knot of dread in his stomach when your people attack his home, tries to push you out of his mind. That is until you're suddenly in his field of vision. In his range of attack. This could be his chance and yet he's in a state of shock upon seeing you in real life to the point where he forgets in what situation he's in, focusing on you with a fluttering heart. After the battle he's completely out of it, staring into nothingness with a absent gaze. He can't deny his feelings any longer. But what is he supposed to do now?

He would worry about the reader constantly- is she okay? Is she safe from the Marleyans/Island Devils? He doesn’t want her going on dangerous missions and does his best to protect her where he can.
