Tw: Possible spoilers if you haven't seen past like Season 1/Season 2 [Like me], Suicidal thoughts/indications, [Also, just found out (because I remembered reading about it and searched it up) that Klaus uses 'They/Them' pronouns, so that's what I'll refer to them from now on out. I apologize for the inconvenience/misgendering Klaus]

God, they have such a whirlwind of emotion [Talk abt whiplash]

They would do anything for you and I mean ANYTHING [Previously, they would have died for you, but... since they can't die anymore...]

They're very clingy and needy

Always wants to hold you

If you reject him, at first he'll be okay. He can wait for you to realize he's your soulmate

Say you want to think about it... It's like a waiting game

Though you can't keep him waiting forever. He may be immoral, but he wants love more than anything

He'll compel you to love him, if you don't love him fast enough

yandere!klaus mikaelson headcanons

this request (along with a few others) has been in my ask box for a while now. i'm so sorry i'm just now getting to them!! but without further ado, here it is!

klaus already shows particular behaviors in the show, so it wouldn't surprise anyone to know that he is most definitely a yandere.

that being said, though, he would most likely keep it on the down low—you wouldn't really know unless you thought long and hard about it. and he does well at keeping things hidden; he wouldn't be able to live with himself if you were to up and leave him.

you probably wouldn't have a chance to, anyway. he'd make you stay, somehow.

my man can never keep a straight face when he's around you—he loves you so much, and you just make him so inexplicably happy. he'll make sure you know this, too.

i do have to note that klaus is an overprotective yandere. he knows that his impulsivity gets the best of him in his day-to-day life, so being overprotective is a must.

you could be hurt by an enemy of his, and he would never be able to forgive himself.

he lets you go out on your own. that's why you have a tracker on your phone, and why you always have both vervain and vampire blood in your system (if you have yet to be changed; if you have already been changed, he might find other ways, still including your phone—perhaps having a pair of sire eyes on you at all times).

you might not know about the vervain or vampire blood... at some point, i feel like he would confess that, but for some time, he keeps it a secret and sneaks it into your food and drinks. he uses a witch to mask the taste, most of the time. fun.

as noted above, he doesn't want you to be upset with him, so he definitely gives you some time to yourself. but that's not to say that he doesn't know everything you're doing. you just... most likely don't know that he, or someone he trusts, is nearby.

he respects your freedom and your independence, but if you were to ever cross that thin invisible border of betraying his trust, he'd cut you off; you'd be stuck by him, no matter what. he'd explain that it's only because he has so many enemies, but his siblings know better than that.

klaus has always been this way. it's nothing new.

at times, klaus will say things to influence your decisions. not that he wants to take away your choice, but he does try to look after your heart. the things that you do in life are heavily monitored by klaus (again, even if you don't know it).

being a vampire with heightened senses has only made klaus' obsessive behaviors worse. but being a vampire also has allowed him to keep you safe in many different scenarios. he's grateful for his abilities, and even more so that he can sneak around without having you worry about anything.

arguments might get intense, stemming from his insecurities and the fact that sometimes, he really can become suffocating... not that he'd ever tell you that, though.

if you were to ever threaten to leave him, i could imagine he'd become defensive and say something along the lines of, "if you leave those doors, i swear you'll regret it." or some bullshit like, "you're mine. do i need to remind you who you belong to?"

he would definitely pull the, "i'll put myself in harm's way," card, but i'm not gonna delve into that.

If you ended up being changed, no matter what the situation, he would be worse.

he failed you as a human; he wouldn't fail you again. he would become even more obsessed with keeping you safe and under lock and key.

he wouldn't tell you the immense guilt he feels after you were changed. he wanted you to have a choice (although your choice was either "yes" or "yes, but not now").

you often would be by his side, and if you weren't, his siblings were nearby. no longer would he trust a sire; it was either him, a sibling, or you stayed home, where a trusted witch had safeguarded the entire building.

he loves you very much, no matter what; human or vampire.

he knows he would do anything to protect you.

anything.

but he does it out of love. he really does.

at least, as far as you can tell.

So this is a request made by @catmikaelson20 its my first headcanon ever so be nice haha enjoy.

Before you started dating, Niklaus wasn't that bad. He for sure knew he wanted to have you for himself and that you were destined to be his only but he wasn't really showing his obsessive and a bit psychotic side to you. ( Not that he wasn't stalking you and killing the man that was trying to get your attention away from him...) He just didn't want to scare you off so he just spoiled you with gifts and tried to hide his creepy side to show by showering you with affection and care.

However, when he finally confessed his feelings for you and you actually reciprocate, well things got very different.

You both started dating and faster than you could realise Niklaus was full on yandere with you.

You had no liberty anymore, you had to stay with him at all times. I mean...you couldn't even get to the bathroom without him and at first it scared the shit out of you.

You wanted to get out with friends, he needed to come with you. You needed to get to the grocery store, nope he would send someone else's to get it for you.

You were like the Red Riding Hood in the forest and Niklaus was the big bad wolf chasing you and never letting you out of his sight.

Niklaus was the epitome of jealousy and possessiveness. You belonged to him and him only for all eternity.

He trusted nobody when it came to you, not even his own brother Elijah to be around you without him. You were way too perfect and adorable for a man to resist you and he wouldn't risk it.

I mean what if you get attracted to this man more than him and he steals you away from him. What if you decide you are annoyed and tired of his obsessive behaviours and run away from him.

What he does to people he catches looking at you or touching you~ Well he kills them of course but not a fast and unpainful death. No he makes sure they suffer and die slowly for daring to look at his princess.

Niklaus is EXTREAMLY!!! clingy. He is always touching you and always has a hand on you. On your hips, your lower back of he's just holding your hands to make sure you are forever at arms length of him.

He's not afraid to show who you belong to, to others. Actually he loves it. It often happens that he kisses you hard and passionately in front of people that seem to have an interest in you. Sometimes he even likes to make you moan a bit by touching you or by biting your neck to give you some Hickey's and marks.

You have a really active sexe life because Niklaus always craves you and want to fuck you his. He love to smell himself on his little girl and when he fuck you he make sure your covered by it. He's you alpha male and if any other werewolf gets close to you they'll know who you belong to.

He asks to drink of your blood often because he is addicted by the taste of it and it is making him crazy to go without it for too long.

Even if you don't have 100% of your liberty, you could ask him for practically anything and he'll give it to you. I swear this man is your number one fan and he wants to make you the happiest he can.

Niklaus is protecting you from every threat and menaces. He'll never let anyone hurt you, ever and if by any miracle someone succeeds in doing so, well he's a dead man walking.

He asked the whole mikaelson family to be there for you if you needed and to protect you so, your pretty much safe.

Niklaus loves your humanity, yet he feels like he won't have you for himself forever so sometimes it trots in his mind to turn you. He'll give you the choices however and make sure you're feeling good and in security all along the process.

He absolutely heals any pain or injuries you have with his blood and he doesn't want you to ever suffer when he can keep you from it.

He cares and loves you with everything he is no matter if you're mad at him or pissed sometimes because he is too much for you. Klaus will always make sure to do everything he can to calm you down and bring you back to your loving and affectionate self with him. Anyway, you never stay mad at him for long.

Falling in love with Klaus Mikaelson was the easiest thing you ever did

He was so gentle and kind at first, sending you jewelry, drawings, and an overflow of praises. As far as the hybrid was concerned, you walked on water and he made you feel like you put the stars in the sky

By the time you realized that was all smoke and mirrors, it was too late. He had isolated you from your friends and family, moved you into his home, and forced you to rely solely on him

He loved knowing that you quite literally needed him in order to live-- it helped combat his fear of being alone. Plus, he adored taking care of you, dressing you to his liking, feeding you and feeding off of you, showering you in luxury for being "such a good girl"

You had been so blinded by love and gifts that you didn't even realize he completely immobilized you

However, after a long conversation with Camille, you realized just how toxic your relationship with the hybrid was

Enlisting the help of Davina and Marcel, the four of you made plans to help you escape the Original Hybrid and help you gain back your independence

Unfortunately for you, there's not a thing that happens in Klaus's home that he doesn't know about-- especially when it comes to you

He knew the minute Cami stepped foot inside the Compound and snuck her way into your room. He heard the entire conversation and was hurt betrayed by how easily you dismissed his love for you

He listened as the four of you "sneakily" planned out your escape, keeping tabs on the three accomplices to your treachery

He couldn't believe how disloyal you truly were, smiling in his face during the night when he was home and plotting your escape during the day when he was away

He began to question how real any of your love for him had been

On the day of your escape, he gives you an opportunity to be honest with him and re-earn his trust and forgiveness. However, you lie to his face and shatter any form of mercy he was willing to give you

He allows you to carry on with your plan, giving you the hope that you will soon be free

However, when you arrive on the ferry that is supposed to take you out of the city, you are horrified to see the mass of human bodies surrounded in pools of their own blood-- not a single living soul in sight

Your blood runs cold as you realize he knew, he knew all along

Just as soon as you come to this conclusion, his ghastly figure appears before you-- the blood of the passengers falling from his lips. It makes you sick

He takes you back to the Compound where you are sickened to see your three friends bound and gagged awaiting Klaus's torture

It is part of your punishment for trying to leave him. To watch as the three people you cared for are brutalized for helping you

It also serves as punishment and a reminder to them, that NO ONE takes what belongs to him

After that, you are too demoralized and traumatized to even think about trying to leave the hybrid again

Klaus Mikaelson never understood humans. Never really liked them. He remembers the not so fond memories of when he was a human. He’d rather forget those memories, liking himself being who he is now. But for some reason, he was suddenly fascinated with a human girl who was friends with Elena Gilbert.

(Y/N) Doesn’t really like him. Knowing full well he’s capable of and what he has done to her friends. But being the kind and naive girl she is, and maybe scared when around him, she has no choice but to be friendly. As time goes by, though, she starts to wonder if what she sees is really him.

There are days where she wakes up, finding gifts in her room. Little black boxes with a white ribbon tied on it. Either it has a beautiful drawing, expensive jewelry, or a sweet letter in it.

But she doesn’t know how much he’s quickly getting obsessed with her. One dark night, he finds himself in her room once again. He knows (Y/N) is a heavy sleeper. He tries his best to walk around her home quietly. In her room, he looks down at her softly. A small smile gracing his lips at seeing her sleeping face. He sets down the small black box on her night stand. Another picture he drew of her. It was the moment when they were last together. She didn’t particularly enjoy it, given by her obvious fake smiles, but he enjoyed her company nonetheless. He found her at the Mystic Grill and decided to have a conversation with her.

He sits down on the side of her bed. His fingers gently caress her face, pushing some locks of hair out of her face. As many times as he has come to visit her in her sleep, he has never actually manipulated her dreams. But this time…he couldn’t help himself.

“What are you dreaming of, love?” He whispers, closing his eyes to focus.

He finds himself in the Mystic Grill once more. His brows furrowed in question. Why was she dreaming of the Grill? Walking forward, he sees her sitting at the bar. Approaching even further, he sees himself sitting next to her. She had a wide smile, giggling at whatever he just said. She softly sets her hand on top of his, almost in a flattering way.

Klaus leaves her dream, smiling to himself to what he found. He was surprised to see her dreaming about him. He actually never expected her to think about him in such a way, especially from her reactions with him. Maybe seeing her often isn’t so bad after all.

Okay! Let me say before I ask this question that this Lawyer!Klaus is 100% clearly Yandere for this situation but I want to know if I’ve taken it too far (I don’t think so but some people might🤣)

Lawyer!Klaus being tasked to help a group of people who were injured on the job because of an unsafe working environment.

Y/n was hit in the head which damaged her Cerebrum and has caused her mind to enter a permanent state of regression. She can still think and problem solve, but she is childlike and regulating her wants/needs/emotions is not possible, nor is working a normal job ever again. She needs a caretaker…or a Daddy?

Yandere!Lawyer!Klaus enjoys her liking of him a little bit too much (like the fact that she always wants to be sucking on his thumb)

Klaus was at an art exhibit. He himself had taken up painting long ago as somewhat of a hobby, though when he attended, he didn't expect to find anything particularly life-changing. Or, more specifically, anyone. He was simply there to catch a glance at his paintings which had been hung amongst the numerous others.

And there you were, staring, entranced by a painting when he first witnessed your perfect self. There was just something about your expression that drew Klaus in - made him want to know more. And you, being so enamoured with the artistry before you, didn't even notice the vampire slyly sneak up behind you.

It was not just any painting you were staring at. Quite ironically, you were staring at his. Though he couldn't tell for the life of him why you seemed so enraptured in the artwork. Of course, people had stopped by to admire his work, but you didn't move on to look at others. You just stood there, observing it, a slight furrow in your brow.

When Klaus approached you, you jumped. You didn't think someone would take it upon themselves to start a conversation with you - you didn't find anything about yourself particularly alluring. Most people left you alone at social events. And Klaus found it adorable.

So, with a thousand years of experience, he wittily begins a conversation with you, later asking what had caught your eye about the painting you were staring at.

You then quite shyly begin to, in some sense, verbally undress Klaus, explaining how you could see the painting as a sort of expression of loneliness and deeply ridden pain, much to Klaus's utter surprise.

He asks you if you paint, to which you reply a little. You do it when you're stressed as it makes you feel as though you're in control.

When the two of you exchange your names and make more conversation, you are quite flustered when you realize that no other than the man before you is the one who painted the artwork in front of the both of you. You frantically apologize, but Klaus just smiles, and you continue to discuss countless unimportant things with him. The chit-chat is pointless, however you find yourself utterly adoring your ability to speak so freely to the man you just met.

When the both of you begin spending time together, your friends (having noticed who you'd been going out with) warn you to stay away from Klaus, but when asked as to why, they fall short of a distinct reason. It is quite tragic indeed that your friends just so happen to be Klaus's enemies, and that he plans to kill one of them (if not all), but, alas, they aren't planning on telling you anything, and if things go his way, they never will.

Klaus is most certainly the type to leave love letters, poems, and other priceless pieces on your doorstep. Every morning, much to your delight, you have the opportunity of reading his neat, cursive writing that declares his unadulterated adoration of you. These declarations fill you with nothing if not warmth.

You begin to hide these gifts, however, when your friends start to become more anxious at the prospect of you growing closer to Klaus. The relationship becomes somewhat of a scandal from there, you promising your friends that you no longer see him in the days, and sweet, tender rendezvous every night.

Klaus loves to tease and mock you (of course, all in good fun). He adores the blush that creeps onto your cheeks when you demand for him to put an end to his incessant cheekiness, but he never truly does.

Klaus promises to you show you the entire world one day. He speaks of his travels and the wonders that he's marvelled at, of the people he's met and the experiences he's had. You can't quite fathom exactly how he's experienced so much in such a short life, but you don't bother asking him, always swept away in his numerous stories.

And what a wonder it is, spending time with Klaus. He's simply the perfect man - always understanding, always kind, always adventurous. Every moment you spent with him is ecstasy.

And Klaus loves you all the same. You were his muse, his one true love. His bedroom was filled to the brim with paintings and drawings of you. No longer was he the power-hungry, desperately lonely man that he once was - not with you. With you, he was everything he could hope to be and more.

But, of course, Klaus is nothing if not slightly obsessive. And, even though he'll never admit it to himself, mere nights spent with you are not enough. So he follows you, makes sure you're safe during the day, admires you from afar. And at night, once you've fallen asleep, he watches your peaceful body, the way you look as if you have no worries in the world. He even occasionally sees into one of your dreams, wherein he either approaches you or finds another version of himself doing that very thing.

Klaus also happens to be quite jealous, scolding you whenever you spend more than an appropriate amount of time conversing with a man. If any flirting were to happen, you'd best believe that you'd never see that man once again in your life.

As time passes, and Klaus grows somewhat unsatisfied with only having you at night, so he begins to spend time with you in the daytime, joining you for walks in the park or inviting you to elegant dinners.

Tired? He won't hesitate to call a taxi for the both of you in moments. Thirsty? The finest of wines will serve you well. Klaus simply cannot miss the chance to spoil you!

But, alas, all good things must come to an end, and it was only a matter of time before Elena eventually caught on to your secret rendezvous and made the executive decision to tell you everything about Klaus. And, by God, were you heartbroken. But it almost made sense. Klaus was so, so perfect. Too perfect. But you never suspected that his one true flaw would be such a deal breaker.

So, in spite of your aching heart, you sever your relationship with Klaus, brushing past major details and simply explaining that you "just weren't feeling it." It breaks you to see him so distraught, but you know what he's done, and you cannot be the person you are while and simultaneously stay with him.

Unfortunately for you, though, Klaus had, over the many months, fallen for you - something he does not take very lightly. So, quite desperately, he bites Elena, promising that he'll give her his blood once you come back to him. And, in spite of your friend's protests, you do as he asks. You cannot risk losing someone so close to you.

When Klaus then proposes to you, and you, of course, accept, you hate to admit that you still find your heart swelling whenever he compliments you, or kisses you sweetly, or even just stares in your direction. As much as your mind was disgusted by the idea of loving Klaus, your heart could not so easily let him go.

As much as you loathe him for what he's done to your friends, as much as you hate him for forcing his love upon you, you love him, too. And perhaps that is what's worst of all - that despite all that he's done, you're still in love with him.

That, while he kisses you ever so fervently on the altar, you can forget all that he's done and imagine a bright future with him.

That, even as he turns you into a creature that feeds on others simply so he can remain with you forever, you find yourself adoring the idea of spending the rest of eternity with him, muttering the phrase "til' death do us apart" as you feed on the blood of an innocent human being.

He's always watching and he likes to let you be aware of this

He'll follow you in public places and when he sees you, he makes sure to wave

You may be frightened, but you can't run away and he doesn't plan on hurting you

Well, that's not true, because if you tried to run from him, he'll break your fucking legs

He doesn't talk to you directly for a while, in fact, you'll be the one to approach him [Much to his pleasure]

After that, he doesn't just stay away, he will go out of his way to be near and speak to you

He gets aggressive quickly and is scared that you'll get away from him

^While he knows that you can never leave him, it still a fear that sits in the back of his mind

He would rather kill you then ever let you leave, which goes against the whole point

He's very overprotective and will kill anyone that even 'THINKS' of hurting you

He doesn't want to turn you, but he also doesn't want you to leave him for the afterlife anytime soon

If you're a werewolf, he'd be more cautious about turning you, because he knows how painful it was for him, especially as a hybrid

If someone else turned you into a vampire, he would find them and kill them

If you're a witch, he would have been more indecisive with his feelings, because he does not have a good run with witches [He would deny his feelings, but still stalk and watch you, before he gets jealous and realizes he likes you]

He's one of those yandere's that will kill in front of you and touch you while covering in blood

In this AU, Hayley doesn't exist and instead you got pregnant, and it doesn't matter what you are, because the babies going to be hybrid in all three mythical creatures, because of Klaus

And since you're pregnant, Klaus is more protective

Like with Hayley, Elijah loves you and he wants to protect you

He would of helped you get away, but since you're pregnant, he knows Klaus would destroy the entire world to find you [Plus you're independent and deny his help, knowing you could protect yourself]

Rebekah is to scared of Klaus to help you, but she's great to talk to, because she won't blab to Klaus about what you said [Unlike Elijah]

Marcel had once tried to use you as bait for Klaus, but that ended with dozens of his men dead and that was a quick lesson for him
