Anyway, everything is okay but I did sketch out three poses for them that I’m now turning into YCHs! SCAM YCHs, this is where we are now. a bunch more reference sheets for my and my girlfriend’s OCs! part of that streamlined more dynamic style exploration that i really enjoyed doing, but i have no idea how well i’d draw constantly in this style. did a couple things more in it though and will share it eventually!  Commisions Closed until NOVEMBER! 3/4 slots for October are taken, and I will not be taking any overly detailed commission at this time, but talk to me about what you need!

Bastien looking beaten up! I actually love drawing bruises and stuff, I just don’t do it very often because idk... A reason never comes up in my compositions and all that.  Posting along bloodless versions because I like how his skin looks as well. This was sort of a training thing, to try and render something a bit more than usual. I like it, but it’s ways to go from anything that actually looks painterly, and it makes me wonder if the time I took to do it was worth it, or if this is the way I want my style to go.  Posting with the lazy aesthetic-ish content warning cover I made for the instagram post, as well. Here on tumblr I’ll be tagging as many things as I can to make it be blocked on peoples cw and tw tags. If anyone needs this tagged as anything else please let me know. also maybe I should date my drawings, so let’s go with July 19th, when I think I finished it (2021)

Goodbye - A short tale of friends breaking apart - FINAL PART  This is a short comic about my OC, Roz (in the Camp Half-Blood shirt) and @jadenwolf OC, Cole, all based in how many friendships and relationships must have been thorn during the titan war.  the comic is over!! i’d love to hear thoughts. I loved working on this, trying my hand at a longer project, figuring the colors and lettering and all that. Lines on Cole by @jadenwolf ! Roz uses they/them pronouns!

Goodbye - A short tale of friends breaking apart - PART 04 This is a short comic about my OC, Roz (in the Camp Half-Blood shirt) and @jadenwolf OC, Cole, all based in how many friendships and relationships must have been thorn during the titan war. I love this sequence, the character consistency is inexistent on my part (jaden drew Cole’s lines), but I still think the tension builds all the way from the first pfe to this moment nicely.   Roz uses they/them pronouns!

Animation exercises 6 and 7 - Blinks and character thinking. Honestly blinking can be done in so many ways and figuring out how much you want the brows and stuff to move along is heck, but I enjoy doing it anyway and think the normal one looks pretty cute.  character thinking was tricky, but a lot of fun!! Thinking of giving slight movement to his right art to make everything animated, and cleaning it up some.  anyway, OCs Loup and Samuel!
